Brilliant, thanks
Adrian from Peterborough (16 April 2018)

Great place for relaxing with the family. Superb facilities. Hot tub amazing.
Rebecca (16 April 2018)

Blenheim lodge was amazing, extremely spacious and modern, clean and well kept, beds extremely comfortable, hot tub 38•c and sauna up to 60•c, both bedrooms had their own en suite which was perfect for us, use of own washer and dryer very helpful as having a huge pile to do when you get home is never fun, only downside was that there wasn’t anything to do on site whatsoever - no restaurants or play areas or anything like that so children could get bored very quickly if you have not come prepared with plenty to occupy them!. staff super friendly and helpful and lodges although close together do not overlook each other so when using the hot tub you have complete privacy!
Clare from Lincolnshire (13 April 2018)

Excellent accommodation, well equipped. We needed the heating, which worked efficiently, as the weather was not kind. Hot tub an added bonus.
Jean from Maidstone (13 April 2018)

Perfect getaway, hot tub was a treat after busy days out and about.lodge was much bigger than expected with everything we needed.will definitely be back!
Nicola from Warwks (13 April 2018)

Clean, comfortable lodge. Some fixtures and fittings were a little tired (bathrooms in particular) but the lodge was still good value for money. Dishwasher, washing machine & dryer were much appreciated!. our lodge (14) had it’s hot tub overlooking the beautiful countryside - fantastic
Daniel (13 April 2018)

Loved every minute of it, the staff we're very helpful would recommend!
Joe (13 April 2018)

We had a lovely long weekend very relaxing
Confirmed Holidaymaker from Horsham (09 April 2018)

Lovely week spent with the family
Sharon from Bromsgrove (06 April 2018)

Absolutely beautiful lodge with stunning scenery
Jacqueline from Birmingham (06 April 2018)

This was my second visit to bluewood lodges and hired two churchill lodges. Both had everything required when away from home but number 28 is looking tired and in need of some tlc. . all the staff are friendly and the location is great for visiting the cotswolds, the hot tubs are lovely to relax in after days out. . don't be put off because I have given my honest opinion of the lodge requiring tlc, this is minor for the overall visit.
John from Rugeley, Staffordshire (02 April 2018)

Very enjoyable weekend, a bit expensive for a uk break, but it was during the easter break so I guess the price reflects that
Robert from Kings Langley (02 April 2018)

Really over priced . the rooms were dark and dusty, basic; not an autograph . lodge 23 the bathroom really smells and has a drainage problem. Lovely location.
Kelly (02 April 2018)

Wonderful location with so many pretty villages nearby. Lodge had everything we needed and the hot tub made our stay really special. Would definitely recommend and will be going back. Only negative was that the wifi didn’t work.
Samantha from Only Negative Was That The Wifi Didn’T Work. (02 April 2018)

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Our lodge was better than expected, furnishings were lovely and was very clean. Not much around so be prepared to drive to shops/etc
Laura from Andover Hampshire (02 April 2018)

Very relaxing, beautifully appointed lodge with lovely views. No other facilities at bluewood but in short driving distance from many pretty cotswolds towns.
Michele from Marlow (02 April 2018)

This is a great venue, very clean, staff welcoming and very helpful. Welcome drinks on arrival/check in. . note if you book this to look for the sign for bluewood lodges as postcode takes you to a farm.
Charlie from Wilmington (26 March 2018)

Very quiet site with only approximately 29 lodges. We loved the hot tub. The lodge was clean and tidy with everything we needed in it. The surrounding area was quiet and there are 2 pubs in the nearest village which has a footpath leading to it. would recommend if you want to get away from it all.
Caroline from Kettering (23 March 2018)

Very lovely and helpful staff
Patience (23 March 2018)

Great few days away . could just do with maybe a small array of basics available for purchase in the reception area
Karl (18 March 2018)

Beautiful lodge (we stayed in cupid). very helpful staff. We would definitely recommend these lodges, great base for exploring the cotswolds.
David (16 March 2018)

Wowwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww
Sam (16 March 2018)

Fabulous lodge, ours had lovely view but some are in middle of park. Locally expensive to eat out. Very peaceful.
Carol from Lincolnshire (16 March 2018)

The lodge we stayed in was clean and tidy.however, a few things added would improve the lodge. A chest of drawers, had to leave most of my clothes in my suitcase. Also, I would have liked a clothes aire. These are my preferences that would be a useful addition to the lodge.
Andrew from Daventry (16 March 2018)

Lodge was nice enough but a bit dark inside, hot tub was not really private and needed some attention. One of the jets came off whilst we were in it. Cover was tatty. Bedroom was a bit cramped and only a standard double bed, unlike other lodges we have stayed which had king bed. Crockery was dirty and needed washing. Lodge was overlooked by 3 others, so you needed to have curtains drawn, which again made it darker. Although this is suposed to be a relaxing stay, we found the lack of wifi a big drawback, as we run a small business and wanted to work on the friday we arrived. We had a member of staff out but he just walked away when we were asking about the wifi. So for those reasons we will go elsewhere next time we book a lodge.
Michael from Bedford (12 March 2018)

My partner and I had a quiet relaxing weekend stay with our dog. The hot tub was the main reason I booked. Thought the woodland area was very small but location was good for nearby places to visit. Think prices are very expensive for lodges but I would stay again if a special offer was available
Lisa from High Wycombe (12 March 2018)

Perfect place for a romantic getaway, great value for money. bed very spacious as was bathroom.
Sarah from Nottingham (12 March 2018)

Lovely lodge (kingham lodge) will definatley stay again.
Alison from Swadlincote (12 March 2018)

Staff on arrival were very friendly & helpful & the glass of prosecco adds a lovely touch. Cupids lodge was stunning and we had a luxurious weekend! will definitely be returning!
Kimberly (11 March 2018)

We have stayed here once before ( again mid winter time ) and we was not disappointed , the site was very quite , but this only added to a very relaxing time and able to unwind. We like this site that much we are returning very soon. We stayed in lodge no 2 which is not really over looked by the other lodges ,and the stars in the evening was a joy to see , (very low lighting conditions ). so if you want a get away break this is a place to think about .
Edward from Birmingham (09 March 2018)

Didn't really venture away from our cottage into the lodges area
Suzanna from Tamworth (05 March 2018)

Enjoyable birthday break.
Gwen (02 March 2018)

Have stayed twice before and doesn't disappoint. Lovely park and staff very friendly. Its a shame the restaurant has now shut as would of enjoyed breakfast or diner there. . on arrival we were given prosecco and chocolates which was a lovely touch.
Nichola from Bournemouth (02 March 2018)

No playground for kids , no sleep gown it's good to have one before and after been in hot tube . no dog bowl . other than that was fine . had a good time at bluewood lodges
Katarzyna from Willenhall (26 February 2018)

Have been at blue wood and stayed in the lodges this time we stayed in the stable cottage which is more expensive and needs a refurbishment carpets frayed plaster falling off ceiling patio door windows cloudy not sure I would return not an autograph experience
Vikki from Torfaen (23 February 2018)

The lodge was really lovely tastefully decorated warm and well equipped. The location is very rural with long walks with no paths to the local villages but lots can be accessed by car. Best if you want to get away from it all and maybe more suited to adults than a young family. Lovely site though would go again.
Judy (23 February 2018)

The only reason I rated this a 9 and not a 10 was because the on site restaurant and bar was not open during our stay and also we didn't get to look at what activities were on offer as it was too cold but that isn't anyone's fault, it was a luxury lodge with everything you need, will definitely be returning.
Jasmine (23 February 2018)

It was a great place to stay with great staff. . . although there are no facilities on site it was peaceful and relaxing which is exactly what I was looking for. . . the accommodation was clean and in very good order. . I will be definitely going back.
Matthew (19 February 2018)

Beautiful part of england whist staying in a beautiful lodge with all mod cons. a must for couples and families..and for a girls getaway.
Alison from Swindon (16 February 2018)

Lovely accommodation, very clean and well equipped! lovely quiet position. nicely located for trips around the cotswolds. Would definitely recommend!
Anita (16 February 2018)

Very good and peaceful
Sharnie (16 February 2018)

4 nights during winter school term break, location and lodge facilities met our expectations resulting in our family having a very nice time. The lodge was clean and warm allowing the family to relax and enjoy the change of environment. I recommend these lodges and we would certainly go again
Leslie (16 February 2018)

Brilliant! the lodge was beautiful and very well equipped. we had a lovely time and will definately be back for another relaxing break.
Kay from Rugby (16 February 2018)

Brilliant place to holiday helpful staff on hand when needed lodge was fantastic will be back
Julie from Stockton On Tees (16 February 2018)

Lovely spacious & clean accommodation with a great location for visiting the beautiful cotswolds.
Steve from Enfield (12 February 2018)

Bluewood lodges are in an excellent location to explore the cotswolds.
Andrew from Nottingham (12 February 2018)

Holiday lodge was fantastic and spacious. Hot tub was a bonus too! enjoyed our stay and lovely surroundings. Thank you
Cheryl from Kingham (12 February 2018)

Lovely helpful staff and amazing lodge
Jill from Nottinghamshire (09 February 2018)

We stayed in cupids lodge 4 for 3 nights over a weekend in february 2018. The location was superb, very secluded amongst stunning countryside. Our lodge was very private and not overlooked, plus the hot tub area had willow around the balcony to preserve more privacy. We really loved going in the hot tub early evening, amongst the trees and were able to see all the stars due to the low light pollution. When we arrived the guy on front desk was very helpful and could recommend local attractions and places to eat. There was nowhere to eat on site, which we were not aware of before arriving, but we bought some food locally from chipping norton to cook in our lodge. The nearest pub was a drive away so we found it easier to eat lunch out and then retreat to our lodge for the evening. The only negatives we had were: no dressing gowns (which would be nice for entering and exiting the hot tub on such cold evenings!) and that the hot tub was right behind where our bedroom was and so you could hear the pump when going to sleep which was a little disappointing for myself as I had to put my ear plugs in. Other than that our break was just what we needed and would highly recommend if you want to escape.
Bev from Bournemouth (05 February 2018)

Excellent relaxin weekend in superb accommodation
Ken from Leighton Buzzard (05 February 2018)

Location for our weekend break was ideal for siteseeing. the staff very friendly, welcoming and helpful. lodge facilities excellent .
Joanne from Surrey (05 February 2018)

A lovely stay - the cabin was clean, tidy and modern. A very quiet location but easy to get to and find.
James (31 January 2018)

Fabulous lodge. We loved it, the only downside is its very isolated, you are reliant on cars. Footpaths to nearby villages were muddy walkways through fields so not ideal on the rainy weekend we visited.
Donna (29 January 2018)

Good location for exploring the cotswolds. Convenient rail link for a trip to oxford or london. Private hot tub. A well presented and equipped lodge. Hygiene standards are high. Only criticisms would be the bed, the mattress needs changing as there is a lot of roll together and little support. Also the wifi could be better. . I will use bluewood again.
Alan from Banbury (29 January 2018)

Be nice if there was a small shop on site or a service to order groceries or milk ect
Kathleen from Milton Keynes (22 January 2018)

We purchased this holiday as a romantic jacuzzi holiday only problem no jacuzzi at it was broken
Stuart (22 January 2018)

Nice to do nothing for a few days took dvd’s , caught the train into oxford one day , would definitely go back, beautiful lodge.hot tub
Marie from Stoke-On -Trent (22 January 2018)

A few things broken in the one room and a hole in bathroom wall. There was a strange smell in the bathroom when we first came in. Wifi was poor couldn’t really get a signal at all which was a shame as advertised on website as having wifi. The staff were very friendly and the location was beautiful. Hot tub was great even got to go in while it was snowing.
Hayley from Coventry (22 January 2018)

Booked 3 nights at the juliet lodge in jan. Had a lovely time & amenities were as expected. It was lovely having a hot tub & sauna. Definitely a must to have a hot tub with roof. Also the lodge was very well insulated & warm. . . my only negative is that the bedroom was a little cramped. However the bathroom was very spacious. The sound of the extractor fans were a little annoying but eventually it stops. Maybe bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper..
Victoria from London (15 January 2018)

A beautiful park with well maintained lodges. Hot tub is wonderful as is the sauna. The area is amazing with lots of wonderful places to eat. We, my girlfriend and i, went in january for a long weekend to relax and got great value for money. . I can’t wait to go back and try out some of the other lodges. . forgot to say, we stayed in the cupid lodge.
Stuart from Tipton (15 January 2018)

Was such a wonderful experience and one I would gladly do again.
Charlotte from Kent (14 January 2018)

A lovely lodge and surrounding
Samantha from Sheppey Kent (12 January 2018)

Our stay at a cupid lodge was lovely. Pretty much everything we needed was on hand. One tiny quibble perhaps is the decor - does a cupid's lodge really have to have botticellian nymph prints, and l o v e spelled out above the bed, to feel romantic? . but that is beside the point when the rest of it is right on the money.
Robert (08 January 2018)

Very friendly staff welcomed with a glass of prosecco. Very spacious and smart lodge with plenty of space. Great to be able to relax in the hot tub while looking at the amazing views
Neil from Worcestershire (08 January 2018)

It was amazing and thank you ricky for making it perfect
Ana from Cheshunt (07 January 2018)

Great holiday. Been to cupid's lodge 5 times and looking forward to our next visit.
Peter from Bebington (03 January 2018)

Great remote location, despite the cabins seeming close to each other they are set out in a way that makes it feel private when in the hot tub. Good facilities. Only real downside was that the bathrooms were on the other side of the cabin to the hot tub and very little mats to stand on when coming back into the cabin
John from Southwell (03 January 2018)

Beautiful location. Extremely well equipped cabins and super staff
Helen from Hertfordshire (03 January 2018)

The cupids lodge we stayed in was a little dated & in need of some work. We booked this for christmas & sadly there were absolutely no christmas decorations or tree which was a real disappointment.
Steve (27 December 2017)

At xmas time arrived to find cottage cold and in darkness.nothing welcoming in way of xmas tree or decorations (had in other lodges previously stayed in).beds and sofas extremely lumpy and uncomfortable.price was excessive for 4 nights with no restaurant or any activity on site.but was very peaceful and in better weather ideal for exploring local area by car.
Shannon (27 December 2017)

Lovely relaxing holiday, friendly staff, facilities in lodge were great and cleanliness was brilliant. We loved it and the hot tub was one of the best we’ve been in. We spent christmas here and we were warm and cosy and cooking a full dinner here was no problem at all. I’d recommend it and would love to stay here again.
Wendy from Isle Of Wight (27 December 2017)

One of the best lodges we have stayed in. Location was perfect for exploring the cotswolds and the lodge was immaculate, excellent layout, everything you need. The staff were friendly and helpful, would definitely book again.
Mrs J from Belper (22 December 2017)

Very pleasant experience. Beautiful surroundings and local towns. Had a few issues that we noted on leaving regarding the general cleanliness and decor/upkeep of the lodge, but nothing that affected our stay. Although they definitely need to invest in some softer toilet tissue! the lodges are fairly close which was a concern when wanting to use the hot tub, but this is not an issue at all, felt very private and the fog made this even more so. . staff very friendly and provided assistance when we required it. Nice touch with the complimentary arrival drinks. . I think that the discounted price that we paid for a last minute booking was okay value, however, I don't think I would have paid full price (as I considered this very expensive for what it is).
Annalise from Peterborough (20 December 2017)

Lovely clean and relaxing
Tracy from Northamptonshire (20 December 2017)

A bit of advice.. if you take a taxi at night to one of the local villages make sure you book a return journey. There are very few taxi drivers around and if it wasn't for a very kind landlord at one of the pubs we would have been stranded.
Dean (18 December 2017)

Very much enjoyed
Frayer from Oxford (18 December 2017)

We had a fantastic relaxing break away. The lodge was amazing & we loved the hot tub. Would most defiantly come back to stay again.
Rachel from Bromsgrove (18 December 2017)

Very relaxing in the hot tub.
Haley from Northamptonshire (18 December 2017)

My husband booked this as a birthday present for 4 nights. Everyday was amazing absolutely loved the lodge it was clean and hot tub was fantastic. It was a perfect little break. We will definitely be booking again.
Sarita from Coventry (15 December 2017)

Fantastic pre xmas break, great location and very well equiped and comfortable lodges. Made extra special with the heavy snowfall. Staff were efficeient and friendly, even came to call on all the lodges to make sure we were warm and had enough toilet rolls!
Margaret from Beaconsfield (11 December 2017)

Shame the restaurant has gone may put us off next time even though we love this place
Alex from Chesterfield (08 December 2017)

Hot tub was cold but a very nice young man came over and mended it - thanks. shame restaurant on site is closed
Angela (04 December 2017)

Fantastic resort with the most friendliest staff. Everything was tip top, clean and perfect. Thank you bluewood lodges for making our stay so comfortable.
Lee from Hatfield (04 December 2017)

Our deposit was taken and still not returned even though they have reassured me 3 times this was done. We hired 5 lodges in all and though staff on site were lovely they could not make up for closure of on site shop and restaurant
Elaine (04 December 2017)

Loved every minute
Sharron from Coventry (01 December 2017)

Nice location but had to drive to the local pub as on site facilities were shut and there were no safe walkways off site.
Carolyn (01 December 2017)

Very happy with our lodge, we stayed in november and it was very warm and cosy! hot tub was lovely and warm! fully equipped with everything you need. Only issue was that I personally found the mattress and pillows bit hard for me. Otherwise a fabulous stay!
Lindsey from Buckinghamshire (01 December 2017)

We had an amazing week, the staff were friendly and helpful.
Hannah (01 December 2017)

Great staff on reception great lodge . decking needs updating due to some planks being rotten
Philip (27 November 2017)

Hot tub, sauna and location are great. . . to me the lodge felt a bit tired. Needs a bit of tlc to make bring it up to standard.
Hayley (27 November 2017)

We had a really good time, great location and lodge was very comfortable. Just a shame there was no restaurant.
Kimberley from Swindon (27 November 2017)

Absolutely fantastic place, we haven't stopped raving about the site to friends and family. Lodges are perfectly laid out so you feel private but get a sense of atmosphere. . requests for recycling are fair and well catered for with bin sites placed around the site. We did a cotswolds 9 mile walk so got to see a lot of the nearby villages and scenery. Stunning. . an absolutely fabulous stay that we have many fond memories of.
Emma from St Albans (27 November 2017)

Loved the luxury of the lodges
Julie from Nuneaton (27 November 2017)

Loved the stable cottage which we stayed in the hot tub was amazing lovely large garden fenced off which was great for the dog we all loved it here
Michelle from Coventry (27 November 2017)

We had a great stay here. The staff on reception were helpful, friendly and made us feel very welcome on arrival. The lodge was lovely and a great size. It was well equipped and clean and tidy on arrival. We had no issues at all during our stay, the only thing that let the lodge down at all was that the hot tub felt overlooked. This didn't stop us from enjoying it however.
Kim from Liverpool (27 November 2017)

Amazing lodge. We stayed in the blenheim. We had lots of space in the lodge, it was very clean. There was no toilet paper when we arrived but we just called the emergency number and someone came 5 minutes later with some so it did not matter. The hot tub is big. There is a cloth in the kitchen and a dishwasher tablet as well as a sponge. Towels are provided although we could have done with more towels (one for bath, one for hot tub) or some robes.
Marine (26 November 2017)

Really lovely place and the lodges are finished to a high spec. Will defiantly be going back there
Robbie (26 November 2017)

Lodges are beautiful and well maintained, plenty to see and do from surrounding area's. . . had a problem with the tv but this was acted on and sorted by the next day. . would definately visit again
Lynne from Coxhoe (24 November 2017)

We booked a mid week getaway. Great price and nice and clean property
Christopher from Milton Keynes (24 November 2017)

All round a very nice relaxing place for along weekend. . . being quieter and smaller night time in the hot tub was wonderful.
Richard (20 November 2017)

Generally good just a shame the restaurant /bar facility has closed
Alison from Buckingham (20 November 2017)

Excellent lodge, everything you needed was there, hot tub was hot and very relaxing. I would definitely go again. beautiful surroundings, able to take dog too. I woke up every morning and the view looked over trees, fields and horses/sheep, bliss. it was so peaceful.
Denise from West Midlands (20 November 2017)

It was a lovely experience from walking into the cosy reception to the warmth of the lodge on entering. The cleanliness was a big thing for me and no complaints. The location within the trees was beautiful, watching the squirrels. We loved every minute
Carol from Gloucester (20 November 2017)

Great time
Nicola from High Wycombe (20 November 2017)

Very nice accommodation, lovely hot tub and sauna, nice quiet park
Andrew (19 November 2017)

It was perfect, the only thing missing was a wood burner, we will definitely be back.
Daniela from Braunton Devon (17 November 2017)

Great place but we had to bring all amenities such as toilet rolls, washing up liquid etc.
Hina (17 November 2017)

Very well equipped lodge, clean and tidy. Quiet park in a good location close to lovely cotswolds villages. The wifi was a bit dodgy otherwise i'd give it 10 all the way. . . the on site restaurant is now closed - not sure if this is seasonal or closed for good
Lynda from Solihull (13 November 2017)

Brilliant lodges and loved the view across the fields.
Peter from Dartford (13 November 2017)

Great short break away, not much around the site todo.
Thomas (13 November 2017)

We loved every moment of our stay here in a juliet lodge. We came straight from our wedding for a few nights away and it exceded our expectations will definately be returning!
Rhys from Essex (13 November 2017)

Cupids lodge; . looked beautiful on the pictures and even better when we arrived !. everything you need for a romantic weekend. Chipping norton town centre just 10 mins drive away is a lovely place to walk around. . we are planning on booking again for next year.
Marie from Nottingham (13 November 2017)

Juliet lodge is perfect for a couples stay & has the best hot tub as it is located under a fully covered veranda. Tastefully decorated & very comfortable bed. Would stay again. Wifi was ok for basic use but not able to use for streaming, so if that's important to your stay, I would look elsewhere. Other than that, everything was perfect.
Zoe from Staffordshire (10 November 2017)

Lovely clean lodge with wonderful facilities. the laundry room was brilliant for coats and boots. the only downside was that, having taken our small dog with us, he was able to get through the gaps in the decking fencing. had the secured 'closed' fencing gone all around the decking along with a closing fixed gate at the steps we would have relaxed a bit more about opening the door to go out to the hot tub.
Sarah from Alfreton, Derbyshire (10 November 2017)

We have a lovely stay here and will defiantly be back. Only interacted with the staff on arrival and they was all very helpful
Emma from Rochford (08 November 2017)

Restaurant was shut while we were there. Very restricted on available parking, only 1 parking space next to each lodge. No clear indication if the roadway (circular) was one way or not.
Martin from Portsmouth (06 November 2017)

Fantastic weekend, had a great weekend.
Vanessa (06 November 2017)

A very lovely location with good facilities. Disappointed they did not sell milk
Diane from Basingstoke (05 November 2017)

It’s a shame that the restaurant has gone, and would be better if there was a small selection of foods available to buy, bread and milk etc
Anthony (03 November 2017)

A very well located set of lodges within a woodland setting in easy reach of many cotswold villages. We were given a great welcome from a very attentive staff who made the booking in process painless. Would I recommend bluewood lodges? yes, deffinately.
Philip from Melton Mowbray (03 November 2017)

Absolutely loved our stay. The main complaints would be that the wifi is really poor, and the phone signal is bad. We had someone checking in on our pet and our concern was that if something did happen, we wouldn't be able to find out. . . other than that, our stay was fantastic. The lodges are lovely, the heating makes it lovely and warm. The hot tubs are fantastic, the saunas heat up quickly and perfectly. The mattress in our lodge is lovely and soft. Our lodge also had a washing machine and dryer. . . the location is lovely, the staff are very welcoming, and if anyone is hesitating whether to stay here or not I would absolutely go for it. . . it's far cheaper than centreparks and I feel like you get more value for your money. . . the surrounding towns and villages are absolutely lovely, very picturesque. There is a tesco about 10 minutes' drive away for food and other amenities. . . overall, 9/10. Absolutely loved our stay and looking forward to coming back next year!
Elizabeth from Derby (30 October 2017)

Needs updating disappointing as advertised as autograp lodges expected much more. The main bathroom smelt of sewage if door left open the whole cabin smelt.
Natalie (30 October 2017)

Very noisy neighbours lacking in cookware looked tired an used
John from Birmingham (30 October 2017)

Had a great weekend. The lodge and hot tub was very nice.
Ann from Grays (30 October 2017)

Amazing birthday stay at bluewood, would recommend highly. Quiet, beautiful surroundings and the hot tub made the stay even better
Melanie from Surrey (30 October 2017)

Perfect retreat for my & my family to get together to celebrate a special birthday.
Sarah from Barnsley (30 October 2017)

Not autograph standard. Did not feel luxury at all. Hot tub small, complimentary welcome pack less than some hotels, restaurant been closed on site, not notified before we went. . found this place is relying on being in the cotswold for its high price for what you get compared to other autograph places i’ve stayed at. Lovely setting but in middle of no where definitely need a car to explore the nearby towns or to get a meal. not set in a wood as described. There are just a few trees. Been to better places.
Customer 127 from Bedfordshire (27 October 2017)

Great hot tub. Quiet location.
Michelle from Coventry (27 October 2017)

Privately owned lodge lacked things the other lodges had as standard. Done it wouldn't go back
Kari from Thrapston (27 October 2017)

The chalet wasn't secure for my dog on the decking, there were no drinking glasses, no cheese grater so I had to buy these. . the cupboard door in the twin bedroom was falling off, the curtains were stained and disclosures in the bedroom. The staff and the place was lovely but the accommodation was below average so I would not return due to this reason. Ricky with the horses was fabulous and really lovely with my girls.
Hayley (27 October 2017)

Lovely holiday, wi-fi didn't work. Not a big issue but when it's advertised be nice if it worked as we planned on watching stuff in the evening using it.
David from Kingham (27 October 2017)

Lovely accommodation, except restaurant which was closed there are no other facilities on site but short drive away to local amenities. Lodges are quite close together but angled to give privacy in hot tubs.
Sarah (27 October 2017)

Nice place and excellent for a complete getaway from it all
Kathryn (20 October 2017)

Lovely location but our lodge was somewhat dated. Was also very disappointed as we received an email a few weeks before we arrived to say the shop, bar and restaurant would be closed which was not brilliant.
Kerry (20 October 2017)

Everything was fine until a week after we had returned when I received phone call from someone from the park asking for my credit card details to refund my deposit. I told him that I was unhappy having to give card details over the phone to which he replied "if you don't you will have to come back to the park to get your deposit" seeing as we live 170 miles away I had no option but to give my card details. They then had the cheek to make a £2.00 charge for leaving my credit card details. . we wasn't informed that this would be charged on checking in or that the deposit would need authorisation to be re-crediting on departure and has never happened at any other park we have stayed at.
Peter from Cleethorpes (20 October 2017)

Everything was brilliant
Faye (20 October 2017)

Loved everything about it that’s why i’ve been here twice now the perfect getaway
Kenton from Street Somerset (16 October 2017)

Excellent weekend break with best friends, shame the restaurant was closed.
Jeremy (16 October 2017)

Had the best time at bluewood , booked cupids lodge and it was absolutely fantastic .booked it as surprise birthday pressie for my husband and he was amazed ! everything about the lodge , park and staff was 1st class . will definitely be going back and recomend to others .
Christine from Birmingham (16 October 2017)

Really enjoyed our stay in a blenheim lodge. We found that the lodge was perfect for two couples, plenty of storage and well equipped. I was impressed with how clean it was and we loved watching the stars from our hot tub. Comfortable bed and nice showers. . thanks, we hope to be back
Lucy from Eastbourne (15 October 2017)

Lodges abit dated could do with a makeover
Linda from Great Yarmouth (13 October 2017)

The only negative was that the restaurant was closed.
Ashley from Haywards Heath (13 October 2017)

Very quiet area with only 30 lodges. I feel the fencing around the decking/hot tub areas need replacing. ben andrachel on site very helpful especially as we arrived earlier than expected. pity the cafe and restaurants were closed during our stay. was unable to connect to any mobile signal, etc. comfortable bed, kitchen well equipped and also washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. all in all a nice break
Susan from Brandon (13 October 2017)

I have been a few times there are some nice lodges but others I tried and not at all autograph for me the park relies on the cotswolds and seems to have lost some pride in the park lumpy matrassess and poorly equipped lodges old tv few utensils in the kitchen etc
Lewis from Polegate (13 October 2017)

We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay at bluewood lodges. The lodge itself was spacious and comfortable and included all amenities needed. The lodge did seem rather dated and not so luxuriously decorated as the other lodges in the park however. The site was exceptionally quiet and well placed for all local tourist attractions and villages. We stayed in lodge number 1 and although it was the lodge nearest the entrance to the site we barely heard any vehicles coming and going, it also seemed like the most private lodge in the area. The only downside to our trip was the onsite restaurant being closed whilst we were there and due to having a dog with us we were unable to walk to the nearest village safely at night due to having no pavements or lighting along the roads surrounding the site. Despite this we still enjoyed our stay and would absolutely return again.
Sophie from South Wales (13 October 2017)

Had a fantastic time looking forward to the next time
Andrew from Thetforf (13 October 2017)

Nice quiet site in good location. The deposit required on site was excessive and took too long to refund. Not sure if the electrical appliance checks are adequately maintained.
Janet from Barry (09 October 2017)

Our first ever break away just the two of us in 21 years together , and it was so relaxing and quiet !! bed was comfy , kitchen well equipped and not too far from stow on the wold and chipping norton , both of which we have driven through many times living just down the road but never found the time to explore . extremely clean , hot tub refreshed with every new visitor to the lodge and love the fact you're in control of the heating unlike some places we have been to as a family . also loved the small diner there .
Samantha from Witney . Oxfordshire (09 October 2017)

Brilliant break! 2nd time we have been and would definitely come here again. So peaceful and in a great location for exploring the cotswolds!
Ruth (09 October 2017)

Window cleaners didn't knocked just looked straight in the window
Thomas from Bishop Auckland (09 October 2017)
