Last minute booking, really pleased with the lodge and the quality of he room. Would definitely stay there again.
Wendy from Essex (17 December 2017)

Nice and quiet this time of year, wouldn't be that keen on staying peak times as lodges too close together and limited privacy
Amanda (04 December 2017)

We planned to visit bath christmas market and then the longleat festival of lights so needed somewhere to stay that could accommodate up to 6 people in each lodge. We arrived on the friday evening - our sat nav took us via a local housing estate when it could have easily left us on the main road. Upon arrival we were given a warm welcome and directions to our lodges. We were pleasantly surprised how spacious and well equipped they were. The rooms were comfortable, the heating was easy to control, much needed after a cold day in bath. The showers were excellent and the kitchen/dining/lounge space enabled both families to share one lodge for evening drinks and games. The only negative is having to book for 3 nights when we only needed 2 as it was back to work on monday. Would def recommend this location if you are looking for something for families or something with a bit more interest than a main chain hotel.
Ken from Poole (04 December 2017)

What a welcome, staff so helpful and a nice welcome drink too. The lodge was brilliant, well equipped, spotless, and extremely comfortable. The beds where so comfy. We had a meal in the restaurant which was very tasty. Our reason to stay was christmas market and to celebrate a friends wedding on the saturday. The short break was perfect, wish we had booked a longer period.
Eileen from Essex (04 December 2017)

The lodge was well equipped and cozy. However we had to pay for 3 nights even though we only needed to stay for 2 it is a shame you don't offer that option as it made our visit more expensive. . it would be handy to have a map of local walks. I would have booked to stay again with my dogs and family but the charge per dog for a 3 night stay added 25% to cost of visit which is excessive unless you are walking the dogs for me! . that said I really enjoyed the peaceful environment and the clean cabin.
Louise from Penn, High Wycombe (04 December 2017)

Great location and lovely secluded lodge. Perfect getaway for a couple and close to bath for restaurants and sightseeing.
Leanne from Worcestershire (02 December 2017)

We go back again and again! we love bath and we love staying at the bath mill lodge retreat.
Graham (02 December 2017)

Absolutely lovely place to stay! separate cabins gives you the 100 percent privacy and the surroundings are so peaceful and beautiful! definitely best place i've visited!
Jeva from Eastbourne (01 December 2017)

We had a fabulous time and were so impressed with the facilities in the lodge and we hope to return. We have not stopped talking about it and recommending the place to or friends and family.
Anne from Letchworth Garden City (01 December 2017)

What a lovely place to chill out and relax. The lodge was first class so comfortable & clean. Looking forward to going back.
Susan from Shropshire (01 December 2017)

We stayed at a newton brook lodge and it was fantastic. Luxurious bedrooms and bathrooms. It had net curtains for privacy which many lodges need !!!! having two bedrooms with ensuites the sames is good for two couple's, ( no squabbles who has the best bedroom!!!!!!). best way to get into bath is to catch the number 5 bus just 5minutes walk from the entrance of the site. It takes you to the bus station and takes about 20 minutes, which was very handy for the christmas market
Kathryn from Portishead (01 December 2017)

Such a lovely place to stay. the grounds are very attractive, the staff are friendly and the location is super.
Maria (01 December 2017)

Our accommodation was outstanding. Everything felt brand new. Large screen tv in lounge and bedrooms. Gas central heating. Fully furnished kitchen with fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and dishwasher. Beautiful!!!. . short drive to park and ride to bath too
Thelma from Truro, Cornwall (01 December 2017)

Second trip to bath mill and was not disappointed. All fine with accommodation and meals taken. Lodge clean and comfortable
Heather from Edwinstowe, Notts (01 December 2017)

Beautifully equipped lodge and facilities with very helpful, friendly staff. We enjoyed a meal there too.
Mary from Winchcombe (01 December 2017)

Absolutely beautiful place bit secluded but very peaceful.
Mark from Ipswich (30 November 2017)

Lovely quiet spot, lodge modern and clean. Staff very helpful and friendly.
Claire from Exeter (27 November 2017)

Perfect
Phillip from Neath (27 November 2017)

Lovely lodge light bulb had gone over dinning room table. Smell from drain in one of the bath room radiator in hall didn’t work .
Jane from Lincolshire (27 November 2017)

I stay in bath alot and this is the best place I have stayed to date. The lodge was lovely and clean on arrival and the issue we had with the tv was immediately rectified by a helpful friendly chap. Will defo return.
Sarah from Penzance (27 November 2017)

We had a fantastic weekend, the lodge was nice and close to bath and the facilities and lodge itself were lovely. . special thank you to tracey who helped us with information and cabs.
Alison from Essex (27 November 2017)

The lodge was absolutely lovely.
Joanne from Devon (27 November 2017)

Loved the lodge, spacious and warm, and the bubbling brook lovely. However our bathroom underfloor heating wasn’t working and reported. A consolation gesture would have been nice.
Elaine from Cheshire (27 November 2017)

Beautiful place to stay, really modern and comfortable, has all the amenities you could ask for. They think of everything, would highly recommend
Elaine from Reading (26 November 2017)

Fab few days ,staff really nice & helpful , we went to the steak night which was cooked perfectly & good for the price ! the lodges need a footstool as I couldn't reach the top cupboards . we tried the short cut out the back gate but it was so muddy needs to be a proper path ! lodges were a bit to close to each other didn't feel very private but would still go back when there's special offers on !
Julie from West Bromwich (24 November 2017)

Went at end of november and stayed for four nights, we got a 2 bed lodge, had a lovely stay, very cosy and boyfriend (who can be ocd with cleanliness) thought that it was very clean. Loved the kitchen, with all utensils exc provided. Went gym one morning, which is a bit on the small side but was it was ok as was just us in there. It has some cardio machines and dumbbells. Liked that we could park our car outside lodge and it's not too far from bath.
Rebecca (24 November 2017)

This is the second darwin escape holiday we've had this year and our recent break at bath mill lodge retreat lived up to its reputation of being an elite relaxing retreat break. darwin escape lodges are second to none, very luxurious with everything needed in very well equiped lodges. Keep up the good work!
Valerie from Tatworth Chard. Somerset. (24 November 2017)

Had a wonderful time & once again thank you to the staff
Ann from Solihull (21 November 2017)

I treated my partner for her birthday the staff were incredible food was flawless and the lodges were incredible i’ve never spent that much on a person before and it made a memory I would never forget thank you all so much
Nathan from Salfords (20 November 2017)

Lovely place so modern but cosy . we are planning to book again highly recommend
Ashleigh (20 November 2017)

We were lucky enough to book bath mill lodge retreat whilst on offer in november for my birthday. Our lodge was out-standing and for the price we paid, exceptional value for money. Very clean, warm and spacious.
Kim from Oxfordshire (20 November 2017)

Lovely lodge. Clean except for dirty oven and cutlery. Comfortable beds and spacious. Bistro was very disappointing..ordered a venison sausage casserole and ended up with 3 cheap pork sausages and a sauce..very disappointing.
Harrison from Uckfield (20 November 2017)

Clean and tidy lodge, quiet location. Would recommend.
Laura from Plymouth (20 November 2017)

Loved it accommodation really very good couldn't fault it. Only negative is the cost to take a dog is a bit on the high side.
Debbie from Epsom (20 November 2017)

Very pleasant, the lodge was very clean and in a good location near the city centre.
Mandy from Birmingham (20 November 2017)

We stayed in the norland lodge and it was beautiful and well equipped! we would 100% come again and the restaurant was lovely too. Thanks for a great stay.
Amy from Herefordshire (19 November 2017)

Loved this place quite and relaxing.we only booked it monday morning last minute so got a great deal having said that if we paid full price it would have been worth every penny.location is great for bath city center would definitely like to go back
Lynne (17 November 2017)

A perfect 10..thankyou
Suzanne from Leamington Spa (17 November 2017)

Ir was great
Neil (17 November 2017)

Excellent location. The lodge had all the facilities needed. Very peaceful area
Mike from East Yorkshire (17 November 2017)

A beautiful place to relax. The lodges are exceptional. It would be helpful to have a little shop on site so you dont have to leave.
Claire from Bristol (13 November 2017)

Excellent service from the staff upon arrival. Great location and wonderful place to stay. My only criticism is that the fridge needed a quick clean and there wasn't much to eat in the restaurant for someone with dietary requirements. But we didn't ask the restaurant for options and I appreciate that everything else in the lodge was spotless so these were minor things overall. Highly recommended!
Clare (13 November 2017)

Great holiday and perfect location.
Edward from Leicester (13 November 2017)

We had a fabulous time and the accommodation was second to none. The staff were very willing and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. My friends and I would not hesitate to book a return visit and I will be recommending bath mill lodge retreat to friends and family. many thanks to you all.
Sara from Northampton (13 November 2017)

Lovely lovely place, will be going back!
Hayley from Basingstoke (13 November 2017)

We loved our one night stay in the lodge. We have already booked to come back for my birthday
Stephanie from Stevenage (12 November 2017)

This is the second time we've stayed and have already booked for a third time for next march as my son is a student at bath university and we have to travel from kent. The perfect retreat after a long journey it's absolutely perfect in every way.
Sally from Kent (12 November 2017)

Lovely comfy lodge. Staff very friendly and helpful. Went with but will definitely go back with boyfriend
Beth (12 November 2017)

Very comfortable lodge perfect for two couples.
Sue from Northampton (10 November 2017)

Our lodge was positioned near a railway line which was quite noisy on the first night with slow goods trains passing during the night. The lodges would benefit from hot tubs or the site would benefit from a swim pool, jacuzzi.
Jane from Bristol (06 November 2017)

The lodges are beautiful and the staff really friendly. The only down fall for me was we went on a sunday evening and the bar & restaurant was closed early - but a taxi is only 10 minutes into town so wasn’t so bad. We would definitely stay here again
Dionne from Caerphilly (06 November 2017)

Fantastic lodge for a girls weekend.
Louise (06 November 2017)

Spotless site and beautiful grounds
Keely from Rainham Kent (06 November 2017)

Loved our second stay here. The lodge was clean, comfy and just what we wanted for our stay. The location so close to the city and countryside was ideal
Marian from Isles Of Scilly (06 November 2017)

Absolutely loved it at bath mill lodge retreat. Lovely lodges in a gorgeous location, not too far from bath centre. Only thing wrong . we only stayed one night instead of 2!
Jessica from Birmingham (05 November 2017)

Fantastic place to stay, beautiful lodges and surroundings. Ideal location for visiting bath.
Amber from West Midlands (03 November 2017)

Really enjoyed our stay at the bath mill lodge retreat, everything we needed was included in the lodge. . . they are very well furnished and spacious.
Steve (03 November 2017)

We stayed monday to friday, the lodge was lovely and very clean and well equipt, we had a enjoyable time there.
Derek (03 November 2017)

We have stayed at other darwin escape parks and have always had a very good standard lodge. We were a little disappointed with one or two minor issues this time. One armchair had stains on the seat. The other armchair had a tear. There was a piece out of the fireplace. Also the electric fire didn’t work at all. Probably just needed a fuse and we would have reported it at the start of our break rather as we checked out if we had really needed to use it. . the lodge was reasonably clean but not spotless as is the standard at keswick retreat, hawkchurch and cheddar woods. We did notice the cleaners were youngsters perhaps students? . there were no board games provided. Although the park is set in woodland and peaceful the surrounding area isn’t great. Once you’re through the woodland and onto the main road the walk into bath isn’t very pleasant. We found catching the bus a better option. We visited the bar twice. The staff were pleasant but on both occasions there was no else in the bar or restaurant so of course no atmosphere. Quite a few of the lodges seemed to be occupied by workmen. This wasn’t a problem as their vans were only allowed as far as the car park so no disturbances first thing in the morning. Overall the lodge was worth what we paid as there was an offer for the 4 night break. We would have been very disappointed if we’d paid the full price.
Kim (03 November 2017)

Love the lodges. They are comfy and cosy and well equipped. I use this site as it is convenient for family and friends so there will be many more visits in the future. Just a shame there is no room for a pool and hot tub on the site.
Customer 62 (31 October 2017)

Great lodges. Had a very good time with family there and staff were very good. Definitely coming back
Arnaud from London (30 October 2017)

We had a lovely time
Tracey from Farnham (30 October 2017)

This is a lovely tranquil place in a beautiful location yet very close to all the attractions of bath. For peace, comfort and value for money it beats many bath hotels hands down.
Jill from Edinburgh (30 October 2017)

Beautiful setting, lovely lodges and a really relaxing place. 11 of us shated 2odges and everyone enjoyed the place. Definitely go again.
Gill from Bristol (30 October 2017)

We had a lovely long weekend here. The staff on check in were friendly and helpful. The site is easy to find and well looked after. The lodge itself was superb! really clean and modern. They have included lots of little touches that make all the difference. All at very good value so we will definitely be back
Amanda (30 October 2017)

This was our third holiday in a darwin escapes lodge this year, every one has been excellent, will definitely be booking again next year.
Gary from Wales (30 October 2017)

Lovely as always withdarwin escapes
Paul (30 October 2017)

As soon as we pulled up to the place we were really excited to stay. I love how well equipped our lodge was, we wish we had come more prepared as our room had almost every facility we could think of. Will definitely come again, and will bring our child and dog.
Natalie from Portsmouth (29 October 2017)

A lovely clean retreat however, we did have to complain about a couple of issues with our lodge. work was carried out but the problems were not resolved. . we were pleased to have a restaurant on site with good opening hours, but we didn't eat there as the menu wasn't really family friendly in choice or cost. . also quite a bit of noise from a nearby train track which kept going into the night.
Deborah (27 October 2017)

Lovely lodge, ate at the restaurant a couple of times, food lovely and staff very polite. Didn’t try the gym or children’s play area. Bath very nearby. Would stay again
Lydia (27 October 2017)

Un clean lodge !
Rochele (27 October 2017)

Lovely
Hannah from Barnstaple (27 October 2017)

We had a lovely, relaxing break in this beautifully quiet location (won't be your thing if you need entertainment, a pool, kids' club etc but there is a bar, bistro, gym and plenty of walks) and the lodge was amazing - warm with piping hot water (perfect for an autumn break). the only thing that lost it a point was the cleanliness - the lodge needed a vaccuum (floor was dusty and the sofa needed a turbo brush on it). aldo, a big door mat would be good for dirty boots so we could change into our complimentary slippers more easily than standing on newspaper :) buthe really great. Staff were lovely!
Mrs M from Berks (27 October 2017)

Lovely place to stay with beautifully maintained lodges and a really lovely setting. We would definitely recommend to others and will return ourselves.
Claire from Fareham (27 October 2017)

A perfect break, relaxing in a well appointed lodge. Beautiful setting, close to bath. Would definitely stay again and recommend to everyone. Much better value than hotels and b&b's, best accommodation in this area by far.
Amanda from Dartford (27 October 2017)

Lodge was perfect. Site very nice. Staff friendly & helpful.
Rachel from Worcestershire (27 October 2017)

We stayed here in october halfterm, myself, four small children and my mother in law. We stayed in the watersedge hartfield lodge. . . it was very pretty location with a stream right outside our lodge. The trees were a bit overgrown so couldn't see lots of water. . . the lodge was very modern and clean. The kitchen was well stocked with cups, glasses, plates, saucepan etc. There was a washer/dryer and a dishwasher. The only thing missing was a hoover!! with four children and self catering the floor can get messy and we had to use a dust pan and brush so a hoover would have been useful. . . we used this as a base to visit bath, longleat and cotswold zoo. . . I would definately stay here again.
Aeishah from London (27 October 2017)

We had a fabulous time, the lodge was spotlessly clean. It felt very relaxing and the children loved having their own room with a jacuzzi bath! we will definitely be visiting again!
Janet from Wolverhampton (27 October 2017)

Great lodge, good quality furnishings. Double the width parking spaces would have been ideal for lodges that sleeps 6 as typically guests would come in two cars.
Claire from Suffolk (27 October 2017)

Excellent lodges
Stuart from Uttoxeter (27 October 2017)

Stunning lodge with excellent facilities in a beautifully well kept peaceful location
Vicki from Shrewsbury (27 October 2017)

Lovely accommodation, very spacious. Everything we needed inside. Great base for lots to do in the surrounding area.
Liz (27 October 2017)

The norland lodge was perfect! very cosy and in a good location. staff were very helpful and friendly. Food at the bistro was excellent
Sophia from London (27 October 2017)

Excellent lodge, not a lot for children to do but great for a relaxing couples break.
Tracey (27 October 2017)

We thought the lodge was a home from home, spectacular to look at, comfortable to stay in. The only down side was the beds were too firm for our liking. . the restaurant and bar areas were charming, we enjoyed a splendid meal on the steak night, such good value. . the reception staff were very welcoming. . thank you again, we look forward to returning soon.
Michelle from Essex (27 October 2017)

We had a very chilled and relaxing 3 days just as good as the long weekend we spent there when you first opened
Justine from Southampton (26 October 2017)

Beautiful retreat, lovely lodge very cozy and fantastic facitlites

Eric from Hook (20 October 2017)

Fantastic place to stay! a little gem, great location close to bath centre. Accomadation is lovely, lodges are decorated to a high standard. . we will definitely be returning for another visit.

Catherine (16 October 2017)

Absolutely wonderful week end. Staff very friendly and helpful. Meal in bistro was excellent. lodge was exceptional.
Julia from Devon (16 October 2017)

Excellent lodge, can't say any more !
David from New Milton (16 October 2017)

Lovely vip accommodation, could not fault the cleanliness of the lodge; good value for money. The staff were friendly and welcoming. There are not many activities to do on site, however the atmosphere is quiet and relaxing so would definitely recommend bath mill to anyone who just wants a relaxing break from the stress of life!
Steph from Birmingham (16 October 2017)

Lovely location and so much better value for money than a hotel room.
Jordan (15 October 2017)

Lovely surroundings and very clean and modern lodge, breakfast menus would have been nice although we took a trip to the local farm shop and cafe which was great!!
Debbie from Basingstoke (15 October 2017)

Nice setting. Friendly bar area. Nice little walks and not too far away from attractions such as glastonbury, bath, chedder gorge and bristol. Accomodation clean and comfortable.
Rob (13 October 2017)

2nd time at this lodge retreat and still brilliant. Didn't want to leave, break was so relaxing and great to be able to visit bath.
Keith from Hull (13 October 2017)

Brilliant
Ian from Exeter (13 October 2017)

Lovely accommodation and the restaurant food was great .
Mary (13 October 2017)

Very nice and friendly place.
Alan (13 October 2017)

Very nice site units were very clean and modern close to the city great position for exploring the area.
Tim (13 October 2017)

Was a perfect chilled experience lodge was just the right size for us and we enjoyed every minute
Leigh (09 October 2017)

The lodge was very well maintained, comfortable, spacious and warm. The location is ideal - nice and quite but on the edge of bath. . the service in the restaurant was very slow although the food itself was very good. . the only real issue we had was with the "free wifi". it is only free for the first 4 devices attached, which for lodges which sleep 6 is inadequate. To add further devices means an extra payment which is not mentioned until you get there.
Sue from Norwich (09 October 2017)

Perfect place to go with family or group of friends. We had hen party group and felt we were far enough from others so not to disturb them and have our own privacy. Enough space for a group meal in the lodge.
Lisa from Tunbridge Wells (09 October 2017)

I enjoyed our stay for the discounted rate we got. . I wouldn’t stay at full price. . the beds weren’t comfortable for me and I developed back ache. . there needs to be more cutlery available and the oven made a loud annoying noise whilst on. . the lodge was surface clean but when you got close up it wasn’t so great. . I bought cleaning fluid and did a proper clean in the kitchen area. . for full asking price i’d expect these things.
Suzanne from Basingstoke (09 October 2017)

Beautiful spotless lodges with everything you need. Quiet and relaxing location with beautiful surroundings.
Jacqui from Luton (09 October 2017)

Very comfortable accommodation and great staff. over salty chicken casserole in restaurant was a disappointment, particularly in view of my wife's earlier call to try to avoid this risk.
Charles from Wimbledon (09 October 2017)

Fantastic break in a pleasant environment
Adam from Solihull (09 October 2017)

A lovely, well equipped lodge in a peaceful location. beds were so comfortable, we didn't want to go home! great location within easy reach of bath. restaurant/bar is small and would advise booking in advance. sunday lunch was good value for money and very tasty!. . overall a great weekend spent with family celebrating a birthday.
Dawn from Swindon (09 October 2017)

Fantastic value for money. Lodge was super clean with excellent facilities. . we ate at the site restaurant 1 night & all 4 meals were perfect, staff were very friendly a& helpful. . would definitely recommend!
Karen from Rochester Kent (09 October 2017)

A great place to stay for a few days relaxation. the accommodation was lovely, comfortable, warm and very clean. the check-in and restaurant staff were friendly and helpful. a very good stay for us.
Marjorie from Suffolk (09 October 2017)

We wanted a quite period to 'chill out' after a stressful year and chose a time when the kids were back at school. As a couple not enamoured by our canine friends, we found no traces of dogs in the lodge and, although there were still many pets staying with owners on the site, we found then no inconvenience at all. This is a place we g=have 'found' and plan to return.
Martyn from Cheshire (09 October 2017)

The lodge was not very clean when we arrived and there was actually toilet paper down the toilet when my girlfriend opened the toilet. This is not really exceptable as you expect a clean facility with how much you are paying. There was also hairs all on the floor of the lodge.
Ben from Bath (09 October 2017)

Beautiful accommodation and tranquil surroundings. Excellent value for money. Would definitely recommend and return for a longer break. The staff were friendly and welcoming.
David from Bristol (08 October 2017)

Beautiful lodge very peaceful would go again in a shot. Just one thing to be aware of heated towel rail in bathroom we didn't realise was on full 4year old granddaughter went to dry hands and touched it and it burnt her hand was blistered next day. Reported it and staff were very good taking a report etc. I think boiler was set too high so if you have children with you just check how hot everything gets when heating on. Didn't spoil our week though had great time.
Lynn from Stafford (06 October 2017)

We stayed in a lovely lodge at bath mill. The site was very well maintained and lovely and quiet. I did have a few reservations on arrival as there seemed to be groups of workmen checking into lodges in dirty work clothes. There were a few on site. We didn’t hear from them though or see them much. The actual. Park is lovely surroundings and can walk into bath along the canal. The local town were the nearest shops are is not very nice though. Great value as we went off peak. I have visited nicer parks with joe seasons though
Nadine from Greater Manchester (06 October 2017)

Great location and lodge. We have never stayed at a lodge before, bit after a fantastic stay , would most definitely do it again. Totally loved it.
Anne-Marie from Portland (06 October 2017)

From the moment we checked in to the when we checked out, we had a really relaxing break. check in was quick and was offered a glass of bubbly which we could have there an then or have it later. directions to our lodge were explained very well. the lodge was clean and tidy and was better than expected. the site was quiet and well maintained. the well come packs were a bonus. the lodge was very comfy and well equipped.
Tracy (06 October 2017)

A lovely wooded setting which was really beautiful in october. . the bar area was very pleasant with plenty of outside seating too. . close to shops in twerton and to the park and ride for bath.
Jacqueline (06 October 2017)

This place smashes it ! even has a wine cooler ! five stars , little touches like the ducks make it special
Paul from Wellingborough (06 October 2017)

Great location and perfect for a girls weekend away. Lodge was lovely, had everything we needed and then some. Would definitely recommend and will be going back.
Amanda from Hampshire (02 October 2017)

We really enjoyed our stay as it was great having a whole house to ourselves, with everything we needed. The furnishings and decor were of a really high standard. We felt confident that everything was clean and also safe, with the gate system. It was also very quiet at night and a short distance to travel into bath.
Kennedy from New Zealand (02 October 2017)

We found bath mill lodge retreat through booking.com. it suited us perfectly: lovely, well-kept grounds, lodge large and well-furnished with lovely bathroom and its own parking space adjacent. staff were smart and very helpful and we enjoyed our evening meal in the brook bistro. would certainly return and recommend it to others.
Deirdre from Edinburgh (02 October 2017)

Brilliant break. Nice and clean. Shame about the kettle being dirty due to hard water. Had to boil water on hun. Bit inconvenient due to having to always do this when making the baby's bottles
Elesha (02 October 2017)

We had a lovely break at bath mill, excellent lodge and very well kept site. Would have been nice to have a shop for milk, bread etc.
Jayne from Somerset (02 October 2017)

Hi we couldn't have been treated any better. reception staff amazing. we had a lovely meal in the bath mill all staff happy and obliging. the head gardener also spoke to us to see how we were getting on. the lodge was amazing. Couldn't fault anything and the little extras the lovely tin and refreshments were great. We couldn't have asked for more and we have recommended your lovely site to our family and friends
Alison from Somerset (02 October 2017)

We have been here before with family to explore bath and the christmas markets. This time we booked to just use as a base to be near our daughter who had her first baby so we could help her lovely place would definitely stay again.
Deborah from Enfield (02 October 2017)

Retreat is the optimum word! relaxing location with high quality lodge accomodation where every thing was brand spanking new and dog friendly too, all staff are so pleasant and friendly and just cant do enough for you. We didnt actually eat at the restaurant as being diabetic the choice wasnt really suitable as everything was a rather rich and quite expensive. Overall we have a fabulous time and will definately return
Sue from Neath (02 October 2017)

Loved it..fantastic 6foot wide bed in the 2 person lodge and very high spec!
Alison (01 October 2017)

Our second time here and the lodges are really lovely. the only thing I would say on the negative side are the beds are not the most comfortable and the bed sheets are constantly moving away from the mattress as the base sheets are not fitted but overall the accommodation is very clean and comfortable for a family.
Nicola from Southend Essex (30 September 2017)

The resort was tranquil and relaxing, a little shop that would supply cooking essentials would be brilliant saves driving into a busy town.d
Lucas from High Wycombe. (30 September 2017)

Kitchen, lounge and rooms are in hight standard. Close to bath city, and other beautiful villages.very nice comfortable stay in the lodge.
Lillian from Bournemouth (30 September 2017)

Overall a really nice relaxing holiday in a good location. accommodation was excellent, well laid out and very clean with everything needed to hand. . most of the staff were really helpful and went out of the way. . we had a couple of issues though. 1. we wanted to book the steak night and was told it was sold out. we ended up eating out and on our return we went to the bar for a drink. another couple came in and asked about the steak night and after a little deliberation the staff said they could fit them in. I thought that was a bit naff as we were already told no. 2. we were given directions on how to walk back from bath which we did one night. we were not told that a torch would be needed if it was dark and we ended up wandering through trees for about 30 mins trying to find the secure gate. when we did eventually find the gate the code we were given would not work. after phoning a few times we manged to get through to reception (which was after hours so closed) and the guy who came and let us in said he, meaning the park, had known for a couple of weeks that there was a problem with the lock. surely if the issue was known then it should have been sorted.
Scott from Hawick (29 September 2017)

The lodge was excellent, lovely surroundings the only negative about the park is the lack of play area for children, I didn't take children myself but did see a few at the park therefore I think the park would benefit from a small area aimed at younger visitors. . as a couple we would definitely stay again in the future .
Melanie from Derby (29 September 2017)

Great location for bath. Excellent accommodation and facilities.
Margaret from Great Yarmouth (29 September 2017)

We were totally impressed with the whole site. The lodge was exceptional. It was an excellent expieriance and we are planning to revisit again next year.
Kaye from Cullompton (29 September 2017)

Really well kept site and very helpful staff. Lodge was lovely and clean and well equipped.
David from Rochdale (29 September 2017)

Fantastic peaceful place !
Eva-Lotte from Istanbul (25 September 2017)

Lovely lodge, lovely site, great bar and restaurant. Overall it was superb.
Paul from Sidcup. (25 September 2017)

Very relaxing 3 nights would certainly go again superb lodges with everything you need.
Randall from Torquay (25 September 2017)

Staff were very helpful and accomodating. . lodge was very clean and comfortable. It was our second stay at bath mill and again was not disappointed. . a lovely touch with the dog bowls and treats, specially as we had a pooch who had just had spine surgery. . just one little niggle, booked carvery at restaurant for birthday meal. Food was lovely, but could have been served hotter.
Kim from Worcs (25 September 2017)

Very relaxing
David from Swadlincote (25 September 2017)

We were only there one night but wish we could have stayed longer!
Jane from Daventry, Northants (24 September 2017)
