Beautiful, idyllic spot, walking distance from bath (cross country!). would definitely stay here again. Thank you.
Customer 1 from Ascot (10 October 2016)

Lovely location and chalet. We were in the area for a wedding, didn't have time to properly explore so will just have to go back again! very relaxing and much better value than hotels etc in bath
Debbie from Bedford (03 October 2016)

Would highly recommend this place. Would be nice to see a disabled adapted lodge on the site or handle bars put up in walk in showers as couldn't have one without great fear of falling with now shower matt either but the lodges are luxurious just need a few tweeks.
Michelle from Wolverhampton (03 October 2016)

Beautiful modern lodge, very well equipped, clean and well presented. Staff extremely helpful and park maintained to a high standard. Would definitely return.
Caroline from Cheshire (01 October 2016)

We got our reservation on a deal and for the price we paid I thought it was value for money. Everything we could have wanted we had and it was a brilliant location!
Adam from Orpington (30 September 2016)

Overall excellent accommodation. the lodge had everything we needed and was in excellent condition. as we stayed out of season, on a discounted mon-fri, it was very good value for money. We were also very impressed with the wed night steak deal in the restaurant. this was our second stay and we would certainly stay again, at the right price.
Catherine from Truro (30 September 2016)

We had a 4 night break here which was lovely and relaxing. Lodges are well equipped and bath mill is a brilliant location for visiting bath and bristol.
Paula from Colchester (30 September 2016)

Fantastic place to stay. please put on your booking page that people are required to bring there own toilet paper. we had a lodge with 3 bathrooms with only 2 rolls between 8 people for 4 nights. the lodge was equipped with anything required so didn't even think to pack loo rolls. as no shop on site we were unable to buy any and the staff not very polite and understanding when we asked for more!!!!
Sarah from Fakenham (30 September 2016)

Bath mill is truly wonderful placed to stay . the efficiency and friendliness of the staff is outstanding .
Aideen from Bath (30 September 2016)

Highly recommended and great for a couple wanting to get away from it all. It is in a residential area, but once on the site, you wouldn't know it.
Robert from Midlands (30 September 2016)

A very peaceful, well kept site on the outskirts of bath. easy access to bath using park and ride bus, only a few miles from bath mill.
Lynne from Winchester (30 September 2016)

Lovely setting, a bit disappointed by lack of facilities eg hot tub, pool however we were aware of this when we booked. Ideal location for visiting bath. Having a wooded area was nice, however when walking through there was a lot of rubbish on the pathway, this part of the land was not part of the complex though. Lovely lodge, clean facilities, helpful staff would recommend the park.
Sarah from Exeter (26 September 2016)

Would definatly go again, the staff (especially "lyn" in the bistro, a lovely helpful lady) were very helpful from offering to carry our luggage to the cabin, welcome drinks, knowledge and advice about bath. The staff are always on hand to help, and are happy to do so. . food is fantastic, overall. 10 out of 10
Deborah from Hastings (26 September 2016)

I stayed here for a 3 night weekend break to celebrate an important birthday. The check in process was fairly swift with friendly polite staff. We were staying in a netherfield watersedge lodge and were disappointed to find the dishwasher full of dishes and half of them dirty. There was also bits on the carpet in the main bedroom. Due to the time a phonecall wasn't made to the reception to complain until the morning and they then sent a cleaner down to sort out the dishwasher and check it was working correctly. . a table was pre booked in the restaurant for the birthday meal and I must say this is where this place really lets itself down. Upon arrival to the restaurant there was no staff to show us to the table and then after sitting at the table for some time I had to get up and retrieve some menus from the bar myself. Still no staff had even spoken to us despite walking past us to serve other tables. We were waiting for other guests to arrive but we had not even been offered a drink. The food was not great, one meal had to be sent back. There is definitely some training that needs to be addressed within the restaurant area. Having said that, it is very nicely furnished despite being quite small. This park is very close to bath it is a 40 minute walk or 10 minutes by car, but we got a taxi which was fairly reasonable. Despite the housekeeping issues and the terrible service in the restaurant I would come back and stay at the bath mill lodge retreat as the location and accommodation was great.
Customer 14 from Essex (26 September 2016)

Excellent break. Quiet just what we wanted. Close to bath and surrounding area. Lodge was new and very clean. Would definitely stay again.
Hilary from Harrogate (26 September 2016)

The lodge was clean and tidy, the facilities were excellent. It was very comfortable and wardrobe space was surprisingly ample. No instructions for the washer meant, it was a bit best guess, and no hot water for the first 24hrs as the boiler was switched off. However, we were able to access help when required. I would recommend that when people book, they are made aware they may not be able to eat in the bistro. Twice with 12hrs notice, we were unable to book a table, once as there was a function downstairs, and the next time it was fully booked as it's open to the public. I would still recommend bath mill retreat as a place to stay as it is central for many places, and would use it again.
Keith from Royton (24 September 2016)

Excellent stay, superior standard. immaculate site.helpful staff.
Karen from Brigg (24 September 2016)

Beautiful lodges on a beautiful site within easy access to bath and surrounding area.
Susan from South Lanarkshire (24 September 2016)

Driving down the entrance road, you feel that relaxation starting. Set in a valley this retreat is scenic. The restaurant and bar are in a really good setting, with the menu having something for everybody. Next to reception is a small though very well equipped gym. We found our lodge to be very well equipped and comfortable. A downside was that the grill smoked madly when turned on and the windows were dirty inside.
Christopher from St Neots (24 September 2016)

Had a great 5 days at bath lodge , lodge was everything we hoped for , clean , lovely location near to bath , will definitely visit again
Karen from Hull (23 September 2016)

Excellent very relaxing and quiet, staff very helpful and friendly and the restaurant food choice good. Will definitely be coming back again.
Jane from Croydon (23 September 2016)

We had a super mid week break at bath mill lodge retreat, the location is ideal for exploring the area.the bus stop is close to the site for in direct bus to bath, you can also walk along the canal to bath, approx 2 miles.the staff were lovely and very informative.
Richard from Bideford (23 September 2016)

Great quality. Though should provide housekeeping for longer stays.
Henry from London (19 September 2016)

Fantastic peaceful location, loved it and not far away from bath
Susan (19 September 2016)

Great place! the lodge we stayed in(norland 57) was just as the website pictures, clean spacious and everything you need, will definitely stay again next year!
Catherine from Nottinghamshire (19 September 2016)

Fabulous lodge, lovely friendly staff great place for a weekend away from it all.
Angela from West Midlands (19 September 2016)

We had a great time lots to do round and about .
Derek from Angmering (17 September 2016)

Your staff are the best. They help me out in a very serious situation
William from St. Helens, Merseyside (17 September 2016)

Very nice location, the lodge is very comfortable and well equipped. A little hard to reach without a car, especially in rainy weather, or with children & luggage :) but the resort is worth the little walking effort.
Ahmed from Alexandria (16 September 2016)

Had an excellent time. Location is great, lodge was superb. . the restaurant was slightly on the expensive side but top class food. . a hot tub would be a thought to add. . would defiantly return.
Angela from Barnoldswick (16 September 2016)

Ok for price as it was half price , tv forever crashing ,couldn't use kettle to much lime-scale had to boil water ,cant have a shower if bath running beds not as big as expected, restaurant menu not the same as advertised on tvs and called an,d different name. Not much to do gym tiny no atmosphere in bar area nothing on, nothing to do but sit in lodge and drink on your decking, no activities to get people together quiz night etc. . no shop on site .
Gary from Walkden (16 September 2016)

Lovely lodges, great location nice and peaceful. What's more we had fantastic weather.
Richard from Norwich (16 September 2016)

Wonderful greeting from will and his team. The location and park setting lovely and peaceful. Would thoroughly recommend the steak night great value and fantastic food.
Andrew from Ashton Under Lyne (16 September 2016)

Stayed as a family in three separate pemberley lodges in september. Accommodation was first class plenty of space and very well stocked with crockery and cooking equipment. The site was very quiet and well situated for visiting bath. Very nice touch on arrival to be greeted by the manager and reception staff with a glass of bubbly. We had drinks in the restaurant a couple of times and enjoyed the steak night which was very good value for money, no complaints from anyone in our party. We found all staff to be very helpful and friendly. We would stay again when we are in the area
Brenda from Manchester (16 September 2016)

Best lodge every stayed in great place to go.
Garry from Southampton (16 September 2016)

Enjoyed a four night break at the park. Booked last minute but did not regret. Everything was very clean and the staff in the reception area were very helpful. Bonus was that the park & ride into bath was only five minutes up the road. Used the restaurant one evening, food was good but it seemed that the waitress felt that a gluten allergy was an inconvenience and was not very helpful.
Kevin from Suffolk (16 September 2016)

We had a lovely break ,lodges great, restaurant lovely and surrounding area beautiful .
Caroline from Ipswich (16 September 2016)

Location and facilities were all very good. Lodges were well stocked with all the items necessary for a pleasant holiday.
Jim from Oldham (16 September 2016)

Brilliant little place, really enjoyed it. However, it was rather costly for one night and I think it was a bit harsh of them to charge to watch a film in our cabin. Overall I am happy and will be going back!
Daniel from Cardiff (13 September 2016)

Wonderful location and accomodation.
Aty from Zoetermeer (12 September 2016)

Good for weekend break, close to bath.
Philip (12 September 2016)

We really enjoyed our stay and will come back. It would be nice to have lights on the signboard and lane (off the main road) leading to the retreat site.
Philip from Warsaw (12 September 2016)

Excellent 3 night weekend stay from start to finish. Incredible service from all staff, excellent facilities and the lodge was very clean. . nothing was too much trouble and the roast at the pub on sunday was very good value for money. Cannot wait to come back again
Jane from Bristol (12 September 2016)

Very relaxing will definitely be back, our only negative comment was the slight smell from the sewer early evenings, but we certainly didn't let it ruin our break, lovely location and the staff were excellent.
Donna from Bristol (09 September 2016)

We had a fantastic mid week break to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. At check in I mentioned we were there to celebrate our anniversary and with in minutes the staff had brought a card and gift for us. Central location for days out but also great just to relax on site.
Mark from Framlingham (09 September 2016)

We didn't know what to expect but were very impressed by the accommodation. It was very soacious and of a high quality throughout.
Robert from Ramsgate (09 September 2016)

Superb!
Ian from Edinburgh (09 September 2016)

We spent four days in september and were impressed with the site and the accommodation which was first class. The rooms were spacious and well laid out, although the tv on the wall in the lounge was rather too high up for our comfortable watching. . the pull for opening and closing the blinds had I think been shortened in length, probably for health and safety reasons, so for people short of stature difficult to reach. . the overall appearance and cleanliness of the lodge was generally very good, but in some instances lacked attention to detail - eg waste bin in kitchen area and ovenware were a bit mucky. These details do need checking between visitors to maintain the overall cleanliness. The windows too need to be cleaned regularly, and certainly above arms length! this was very noticeable because of the very sunny and warm weather we experienced. . these comments are about minor concerns and did not spoil our visit, but to maintain the highest standards which I am sure bath mills wish to do, cleaning and supervisory staff need to keep a check on these small details.
David from Tamworth (09 September 2016)

We enjoyed our stay at bath mill lodge retreat .lovely to be greeted with a glass of bubbly on arrival by a very nice young man . reception staff are very friendly .on entering our lodge we were pleased to find it exceptionally clean . just a few niggles that I feel we should mention . we could not access the internet resulting in us having to ring reception . it transpires that the internet access had not been reset after previous holiday makers vacating the lodge . it was immediately reset for us . also there was no sharp knife in the cutlery drawer . as our lodge was too far away from reception to walk down to we just broke our crusty bread up and ate our tomatoes whole also only 4 hangers for two people .luckily we brought our own hangers .the music system with speakers in the roof did not work at all .apparently the reception is not good and can only be accessed by your phone . we took the family down for a meal at the restaurant . food was nice but expensive and not a lot of it for the price . my grandchildren were not at all happy that the restaurant had run out of tomato ketchup to go with their sausage and chips . that is a no no in a child's world .also , we would advise asking for a lodge low down as the ones at the back high up where we were staying were spoiled by the noise of traffic from a nearby busy road .
Harry from Wirral (09 September 2016)

Fantastic place, can't wait to go back
Lisa from Liverpool (09 September 2016)

Lodge not as nice as the last time, but comfy bed and lovely staff who attended to our various needs when problems occurred with the lodge.
Margaret from Hastings (09 September 2016)

Bath mill lodge retreat is an ideal location for a visit to bath and the surrounding areas and the lodge met all our expectations. . . a couple of minor points. We arrived on friday evening and enquired about dinner in the on-site restaurant. We were told as they were hosting a private party and that the restaurant was unavailable to lodge guest. I understand that the resort has to maximise its income, however I don’t think this should be at the expense of guests getting access to on-site services that they are pay for to be available as part of their holiday rental. . secondly, service in the on-site restaurant seems to slip into none existent if you are looking to eat after 8pm. We arrived just after 8pm on our final night and you’d have thought that we’d arrived at 10pm, not 8pm. The priority was tiding up and not seeing to our arrival or needs.
Kenneth from Glasgow (09 September 2016)

Lovely lodge and a perfect rest thank you
Paul from Filey (09 September 2016)

The price was fine because it was discounted. The only issue was it wasnt dirty, but every so often it could of done with vaccing upto corners and cleaning skirting board, but overall it was great.thank you for a lovely week
Charles from Milnrow,Rochdale (03 September 2016)

A lovely site, lovely lodge, and lovely pub on site. A small pool would have topped the site off. Would definitely return here again.
Jason from Durham (03 September 2016)

Fantastic quality lodges very close to bath. Well equipped and very comfortable. Nothing to do onsite so you do have to travel to the surrounding areas if you want entertaining. . we would not hesitate to stay in these lodges again if visiting the area though.
Lyn from Rossendale (03 September 2016)

Upon arrival, we where very surprised to find the lodge site the other side of a council estate. The site was very clean and well looked after, & we had very good first impressions. The lodge on first glance was very impressive, although, after a little while we noticed stains on the carpet & sofa, the toilet seat was broken, old smelly water left in he kettle, the last persons bits left in the cupboards, dirty cutlery, crockery, & glasses with lipstick marks on. You do receive a small welcome pack with some essentials in which was nice. The little extras that you don't expect are nice, but I would have preferred more attention to detail on the cleanliness, & functioning of the actual lodge. . none of the doors shut properly, & only one door to the decking opened when lifted and pushed. We paid a little under £1000 for a week, which wouldn't be unreasonable if these details where sorted. Three days we where left without any hot water because a fault kept coming up on the boiler. One day we had long least safari planned & had to all be out by 9am. I called through & reported it at 7am. Told them the situation, the man told me that someone would be with us in 20 minutes. We all ended up having to have a cold shower because no one turned up. Reception closes at 6pm, & there's no way of contacting anyone other than calling through the holiday line, & through the emergency number. Little bit ridiculous in my opinion. Especially after I spoke to reception about the issue at 5:45pm, they'd asked me to call back yet never told me they close. Overall we had a nice holiday, just could have done without the faff of sorting the basics out.
Katherine from Norwich (03 September 2016)

Really nice lodges, the site could do with a shop and/or swimming pool. However we would stay again.
Susan from Blackburn (03 September 2016)

Lovely lodge and park. Best lodge type break we have ever had
Sarah from Norwich (02 September 2016)

An excellent week away - very nice accommodation (even the cheapest type!) only downside would be no air con as we would come home to a literal oven which wasn't too nice. Other than that, a lovely stay and holiday. . thanks to our recommendation, a work friend is coming to stay here in november! so would recommend to anyone.
Joshua from Sutton Coldfield (02 September 2016)

Loved it. Second visit and will be back.
Rachel (02 September 2016)

We had a fantastic dog friendly holiday - walks in the surrounding area were fab and staff very friendly and helpful. We had a lovely meal onsite in the restaurant.
Kimberley from Wool (02 September 2016)

Had a lovely stay at this beautiful holiday park. Close to bath and ideally situated to visit many tourist attractions. We stayed in a norland lodge which was fantastic and couldn't be faulted! look forward to staying again soon!
Peter from Manchester (02 September 2016)

By far the best accommodation we have ever stayed in. The little added things: your lodge key given in a tin and offers enclosed, the added luxuries like tea coffee and washing liquid supplied, as we didn't bring these items due,to us travelling by train so saved us a bit of money. The location was so pretty and the lodges not too close to each other. I would truly come back to this location and board. It's such a shame that darwin escapes wasn't near a beach, that would have made it 10/10 holiday.
Lorraine from Bromely (02 September 2016)

We had such a great time at bath mill lodge retreat.the lodge was amazing,so luxurious.it was such a relaxing place.we cycled into bath everyday.the staff were all so helpful.would recommend this place and have done.we would love to return.
Denise from Braunton,N.Devon (02 September 2016)

Absolutely fantastic setting and very good value for money.
Tony from Lancashire (02 September 2016)

Had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. Lovely weekend away! value for money. Really enjoyed bath and will be back.
Jayne from Hatfield (29 August 2016)

Really lovely quiet site and accommodation was superb x
Customer 72 from Wirral (29 August 2016)

The lodge is amazing, everything you could need and very modern with beautiful facilities. Good location from the town centre. We drove to the park and ride and got the bus into town which was super easy. Will definitely be returning.
Tanya from Maidstone (29 August 2016)

Lovely lodge.
Jane from Hythe, Hampshire (29 August 2016)

Beautiful surroundings and only 3 miles outside of bath itself. The lodge was 5* plus . comfy beds and all modern amenities even a wine cooler!!! a real home from home. A nice little bistro/bar on site as well . the welcoming glass of sparkling wine that we drank outside the bistro was a very nice touch. My only regret was that we only had 3 days there would have loved to stay longer. Thanks bath mill
Carole from Dagenham (29 August 2016)

Friendly helpful staff. Clean, tidy well equipped lodge except free sachet of real coffee but no percolator? lovely meal in the restaurant overlook the stream.
Jason from Holyport (22 August 2016)

Lovely place to stay and unwind
Valerie from Cheltenham (22 August 2016)

The lodge itself was very nice and clean - the restaurant serves nice food which is well presented. Looked understaffed owing to length of time from ordering food to actually being served.
Gerard from Pontypool (22 August 2016)

I took many no best, . was worth every penny spent. . excellent. . keep it up.
Marie from Milton Keynes (22 August 2016)

Excellent lodge facilities. Quiet surroundings. Lovely location. We had a lovely family short break together.
Joanne from Reading (15 August 2016)

Pemberley lodge lovely, very good standard, comfortable and well equipped. the veranda was right next to a small brook, which was nice to hear the water trickling when sat there. however, the brook was getting so overgrown with hanging tree branches and bushes it was hard to even see it and apart from the brook sounds you could be unaware it was even there if you paid extra for this. the lodges are fairly close to each other so privacy limited but the site was very clean and well kept and very quiet. the staff here are very welcoming and friendly and we had a couple of meals in the restaurant/bar which although not somewhere you may be able to afford to eat every day, the standard was good. there are not many tables though and this was a bit of a problem as we didn't think to prebook. This site doesn't have many facilities for children, I think most people use it as a base to visit other places. there is a pleasant walk starting from nearby newton farm around a couple of lakes which takes about an hour or so. we also walked into bath via the rear gate to the site, which took us about an hour although not the prettiest walk. There is a bus stop into bath outside the site which runs regularly. all in all it was a lovely relaxing stay when in the few days we stayed we didn't need to use the car, which was great!
Katy (15 August 2016)

Beautiful lodge, close to city centre. Lovely aromatherapy shampoo, conditioner and shower gel provided. Can't fault the accommodation. The site could do with providing breakfast rather then having to go looking for a place first thing in the morning.
Sandhya from Leicester (15 August 2016)

Lodge was superb, very clean, new looking and very quiet site. only issue on check in - couldn't get in to lodge til nearly 5pm due to lodge not being ready. but once inside, all ok. . gym facility good.
Kath from North West Uk (15 August 2016)

The campsite was imacculate and was the accommodation. Really loved the holiday and would go again. The site could do with a small shop for basics although we found a farm shop just up the road which was amazing.
Robert from Plymouth (15 August 2016)

One of the best weekends we have had lodge was better than we thought will be going again very soon. Swimming pool would be great but love the place well done
Andrew from Plymouth (15 August 2016)

It was wonderful facility and staff. cottages close to the entrance has a mild road noise from the near by traffic though.
Motonobu (15 August 2016)

Fantastic holiday, beautiful lodge and great location
Marion (15 August 2016)

Loved it!! couldn't fault it from the moment we arrived.
Laura (15 August 2016)

Lovely clean and well equipped lodge. Staff excellent
Kathryn from Lancashire (15 August 2016)

Fantastic setting, superb lodges, friendly staff just lacking in facilities
John from Wgc (12 August 2016)

Fantastic lodges however let down by the poor service and food in the bistro. This lets the overall experience down and could be quickly remedied by decent management as it was, the week that we stayed the bistro was empty every night - real shame as there is a captive audience with money to spend!
Carolyn from Newark (12 August 2016)

Excellent lodge, but as a family with 4 kids the park was for very small children and there was nowhere to play freely outside.
Nia from Pwllheli (12 August 2016)

One of the best retreats i've ever been too with my family. Amazing location, friendly staff, clean and modern lodges with everything included. I couldn't find anything wrong with the holiday if I tried. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone and will be booking again very soon. Thanks to everyone at bath mill lodge retreat for making our stay so much fun and entertaining.
Andy from Leicestershire (12 August 2016)

Excellent well equipped lodges located close to bath
Gareth from Stoke On Trent (12 August 2016)

Although the students who were employed as staff were friendly they were not very knowledgeable about the local area and facilities. Our lodge had belongings from the previous guests in 3 rooms which was not very impressive.
Pauline (12 August 2016)

Wonderful place.beautiful surroundings.lodge beautiful.great food in the restaurant.gym good.staff very friendly. Only 2 little complaints.one of the blind cords broken ,reported it the first morning but not repaired and therefore couldn't close the blind for the whole week.had a 3 bedroom lodge (6 people ) only had knives and forks for 5 ! reported to reception and was told cutlery would be delivered to lodge but never arrived.
David from Peterborough (12 August 2016)

Stunning lodges in beautiful surroundings.
Steven from Bolton (12 August 2016)

Lovely site - great accommodation - very near park and ride for bath and handy for a supermarket. We found ourselves going into bath and taking some train trips which was very easy and cheap. On the downside the gym was small and very hot, other sites we have stayed at have air conditioning in the gym. there was some noise on site as our lodge was near the maintenance shed and also there was some building work down by the river. The food we had in the restaurant was lovely but we were quite surprised that on 'steak night' the normal menu was not available at all, especially as we had 3 people so didn't really benefit from the deal.
Leesa from Plymouth (12 August 2016)

Beautiful park very clean and tidy. Well done darwyn escapes it's a credit to you all
Jan from Bagillt (12 August 2016)

Peaceful location and convenient for the places we wanted to visit in bath
Paul from Bristol (07 August 2016)

Lovely lodges, everything thought off! restaurant food was lovely but needed more servers as they couldn't cope with volume of diners.
Michelle from Essex (05 August 2016)

Beautiful lodge, in quiet surroundings
Jane from Beckenham (05 August 2016)

Lovely accomodation but not much to do. Too quiet for me but couldn't fault the lodge.
Sandra from Manchester (05 August 2016)

Fantastic quiet park with a lovely lodge. everything you would need for a relaxing holiday.
Russell from Blackpool (05 August 2016)

Very clean and modern. An excellent base to explore bath and the surrounding area. Staff very helpful, would certainly visit again.
Harry from Kent (05 August 2016)

Beautiful place in peaceful surroundings and ideal for bath and surrounding areas.
Maureen from Nottingham (05 August 2016)

Bath mill retreat was lovely. However the bistro was shocking, the food was awful and the service was very poor. For that reason we would not book again. . like the tin idea that the key came in.
Ian from Sudbury (05 August 2016)

The lodge and site were very relaxed and clean. If we simply needed somewhere to chill we would go back to bath mills.
Terry from Staines-Upon-Thames (05 August 2016)

Great holiday in a lovely location
George from Haverfordwest (05 August 2016)

Real nice cottage, not far from bath. Nice surrounding. Cottage is clean, well equiped, good bed.
Gertruud (05 August 2016)

Great place to relax and have a break away. Not too far away from main tourist points in the area too. The only down side was the lack of space in restaurant. We were not warned to book in advance and missed out. Thankfully there were some lovely pubs locally who did good food, though all involved a drive. Overall though a very luxurious and relaxing retreat.
Jo from Lancaster (05 August 2016)

The quality of the lodge was excellent. The surrounding were very scenic and close to bath and local places to visit and eat.
Customer 112 from Huddersfield (05 August 2016)

We stayed for a few day and found the lodge and the facilities excellent we will be going back soon
Anthony from Hailsham (04 August 2016)

Great, beautiful location. Lovely, modern, immaculate accommodation. Disappointed unable to eat in restaurant.
Karen from Warwickshire (01 August 2016)

Lovely location, children would have enjoyed a larger play area and a pool would have been great. . . a couple of house keeping issues but otherwise excellent break for our extended family.
Yin (01 August 2016)

Had a wonderful relaxing time , my parents aren't very mobile so it was great as we could take them out for a drive or stay on site and it was very quiet and peaceful , we were a bit worried because schools were on holiday but there it was very quiet . thankyou
Sue from Exeter (01 August 2016)

Excellent break for us, all the people were exceptionally helpful, professional, committed to customer service even under stress (sudden sickness). . perhaps something more for the younger ones, maybe a soft play area for the little ones. . cycling advertised is a bit of an issue, not close (maybe 3 miles away) so if you cant get them in a car its two long walks. I realise this might not be economical but you should mention it. . all that said we had a great time and came home very relaxed. . thanks
Dave from Hornchurch (01 August 2016)

Lovely location, spacious lodge and very near to all attractions. Will definitely recommend staying there .
Sn from London (01 August 2016)

Beautiful lodges, lovely restaurant and bar and excellent staff. My only critiscism is the price of the food and drink, wouldn't deter me from returning though.
Dave from London (31 July 2016)

Excellent park, plenty of green areas around, we really chilled. The accommodation was just as it said on the internet would definitely return.
Linda from Attleborough (29 July 2016)

Really enjoyed stay at bathmill. Staff very helpful and friendly. Accommodation lovely. Surroundings lovely very peaceful.
Alyson from Bognor Regis (29 July 2016)

Had a lovely 5 days in a two bedroom lodge, lodge was superb , spotlessly clean and very spacious. Relaxing site yet still had restaurant and bar if you needed it , went to bath by bus and got a taxi back , then went to bristol on park and ride so you are close to lots of places, the staff are very pleasant and helpful , good food in restaurant. Will definitely go back .
Lynn from Chester (29 July 2016)

We would recommend this for a nice relaxing stay.
Delia from Banbury (29 July 2016)

Excellent accommodation in a peaceful setting. Ideal for a relaxing getaway and exploring the lovely city of bath. . service in the bar/restaurant could have been better. Stopped serving coffee earlier than expected.
Anita from Hertfordshire (27 July 2016)

Great !. we really had a good time...thank you
Rene from Utrecht (25 July 2016)

Great location, helpful staff, very comfortable lodge. Would welcome a swimming pool and some welcome pack in the lodge with information about bath- what's on and where to go. Also location of refuse bins- had to ask in reception about the system. In comparison with similar lodge accommodation there were no additional services like hot tubs, dvd player.
Eva from Oakham (25 July 2016)

The park is set in a beautiful wooded location very peaceful and relaxing. The bar and restaurant area again is set in a perfect place by the stream where we enjoyed the sunshine and a drink as well as a glimpse of the resident kingfisher. If you want to leave the car there is a bus stop nearby to get into bath the stop is around 10 minutes walk away and the buses are fairly frequent.
Keith from Bingley (25 July 2016)

Excellent . clean. Peaceful . bath lovely city
Colin from Dumfries (25 July 2016)

Our studio cabin was fantastic, clean except for inside the drawers of the vanity unit in the bathroom, the previous occupant had left used makeup remover pads!cleaners need to take more care!disapointed with the restaurant,on arrival,we were 5 minutes too late to order food!the night after when we did have food,it was cold and undercooked chicken, bar staff apologized but it wasn't their fault, they were very pleasant and good at their job.the next night we had food at the nearby globe restaurant which was excellent.would visit again and have same type of cabin.
Brian from Chorley (25 July 2016)

Amazing anniversary stay
Shona from Salisbury (24 July 2016)

As soon as we arrived at our lodge. The floor was dirty like it needed a good hoover! there were bits of dirt on the sofa which made me feel uneasy and the kitchen area was dirty and window sills dusty. . I was so heartbroken as it was a get away with my fiancé so I didn't want to make a big fuss. We were also disturbed several times by staff trying to put stickers on our boiler!? why they couldn't wait u til the lodge was vacant. Will not be retuning
Sophie (24 July 2016)

Peaceful retreat, lovely cabin, spotless inside. Verander needed a clean which was done when requested and wifi was a problem but staff tried to help , main provider was the issue and this took a while to sort. Site very clean. Would help to have info pack in cabin about collecting rubbish and working tv streamline and music from devices through internal speakers
Kim from Brighton (23 July 2016)

Excellent first impressions when driving up to reception from the main road . . staff very friendly and helpful. . few lodge facilities inc small gym and bar/restaurant/training room but clean and very presentable. . did not eat at the lodge as we were out till late . . bath park and ride couple of miles away-used rather than drive into town with its limited parking. . very enjoyable stay and post-stay query resolved very efficiently too.!
David from Chester (22 July 2016)

On arrival on a hot day at 17.00 pm the central heating had been left on in the lodge. A false charge was made to my account for films we had not watched, this was rectified upon a complaint being lodged. A purse had been left by a member of staff in our lodge ?. weds evening at 20.25 we visited the bar/restaurant for a meal, sat down with a menu from the bar. Attempting to order at the bar we told by barman that the chef had stopped serving at 20.30, even though it is clearly stated "meals served until 21.00 !. on thursday we were disturbed yet again as the gas fitter ,must have access to our lodge to service gas appliances.contractors resident on site and their vehicles, intimidating at bar not a friendly holiday atmosphere, perhaps because we are welsh ??. this park seems to be run to suit the staff and contractors and not paying guests on holiday !
Mark from Swansea (22 July 2016)

Excellent accommodation, nice clean site, good central location for touring. However on the hottest days of the year the cabin needed at least a fan system. The clever cabin layout ( no patio is overlooked) with decking overlooking a forest vista was marred by an incredibly noisy distant main road.
Stephen from Market Rasen (22 July 2016)

Stayed here a couple of times now. Ideal for visits to bath and bristol.
Len from Plymouth (22 July 2016)

Great place for a break, peaceful, tranquil and relaxing. Staff were helpful and easy to engage with.
Katie from Chatham (22 July 2016)

Lodge very modern and well equipped throughout. We went when it was hot so the lodge could have done with air conditioning. Only a bar and restaurant on site, also had a very small gym. A swimming pool or private hot tub would of been welcome. The table outside would benefit from a parasol. Grounds lovely and well kept.
Carole from Southport (22 July 2016)

Had such a great break here, superb lodges and very helpful and friendly staff, food in the restaurant was amazing!! highly recommend a stay here!
Nicola from Essex (22 July 2016)

Just wonderful, the lodge was fantastic, exceptionally clean and spacious, the site itself is situated in a fantastic position, close to numerous attractions. Plenty to do and see, we visted a different location everyday ( we were there for 1 week), the staff were excellent, couldn't fault a single thing, maybe the restraunt, foodwise could be more varied, although the food on offer was really good, steak night on wednesday was excellent value for money. We are now looking for another lodge in a differnet location for september
Anne from Preston (18 July 2016)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay very quiet and relaxing accommodation .
Maxine from Bradford (16 July 2016)

You have a low score for staff because of the way we were treated on the wednesday evening in the bristro it was not how we exepect to be treated, when we arrived we were not showen to our table we were told its the one over there ,we then sat there for half an hour before our order was taken then it was another 20mins before we got our drink when the food arrived it was not cooked how we ask for it ,we did not send it back because we did not want to wait anymore we were not the only ones that were not happy, while eating no one checked if everything was ok and after we had finshed we were. Not oftered a desert so its not service you should give people.
Katherine (16 July 2016)

Very disappointed with steak night in restaurant. We booked and asked about kids menu but when we arrived no kids menu option as it was only steak, we ordered 3 well done steaks and 2 of them were more rare. Had much better meals at nearby pub.
Wendy from Renfrew (16 July 2016)

Great lodge and great location
Andrew from Workington (16 July 2016)

One of the best locations with great accommodation. Will certainly recommend bath mill.
Denise from Burton (15 July 2016)

Accommodation was 5* but cleanliness in kitchen wasn,t. I did report it to reception on leaving. mrs s . from kent
Customer 146 (11 July 2016)

The lodge itself was excellent and the service when checking in very good. Surroundings beautiful. However, the stay was let down by the experience in the restaurant. food was poor and over-priced and took a very long time to come. Waiting staff did their best but I suspect they were let down by the kitchen staff and lack of anyone in a senior position after 6pm at night. They need to decide whether they want to offer an upmarket restaurant or not. The restaurant itself is very attractive but if they want to charge the prices they do they need to offer better quality food and better service (and, I would suggest, show commitment by having senior staff working in the evening). there was hardly anyone in the restaurant (saturday night) and I know why from having eaten there.
Janette from Bath (11 July 2016)

All I can say it was absolutely amazing. We really enjoyed our stay.
Michelle from Aberdeen (11 July 2016)

Fantastic always good to come home
Penelope from Mons Belgium (09 July 2016)

We absolutely loved our holiday at bath mill lodge. After a difficult few weeks it was a perfect setting for complete rest and relaxation. . the lodges are fabulous and we were so impressed we immediately booked a second week there and then. Loved the location with the ability to visit interesting and beautiful places everyday if you so wish, for us it was perfect and we look forward to returning.
Lois from Sunderland (09 July 2016)
