I booked this for my boyfriend's birthday as a surprise for him. Definitely great value and worth every penny. Once we got there ,we couldn't believe our eyes how amazing the place was. Very clean and tidy. Unused everything you might need. I have asked the people that rent this place to get us a bottle of bubbly and they delivered. It was all nicely set up on the table with two glasses. I couldn't praise this place enough. would definitely come back. The hottub was already warm for our arrival. Would recommend people to stock up on food and drink as the shop is a bit far. and we didn't want to leave that place.
Ieva from Worcester (03 September 2018)

As usual, a lovely weekend in quiet, peaceful surroundings
Glynis from Maidstone (03 September 2018)

Lovely welcome and comfortable accommodation. Really enjoyed the peace and quiet.
Theresa (27 August 2018)

Excellent place a lovely location
Andrew from Braintree (17 August 2018)

This place was a lovely peace of heaven. . we spent a week here and it was amazing. Bbqs on the decking and hot tub in the evening. Perfect chillout. No phone reception tho. Unless by reception building. Only thing id say is the cabin could do with a couple extra pans and a few tea towels
Kyle (13 July 2018)

Great relaxing holiday. Great lodge. Great surroundings . great hot tub
Patrick from Milton Keynes (25 June 2018)

Fantastic relaxing mid week break with my family . very tranquil and quiet . just what was needed to recharge the batteries .
Heather from West Bromwich (01 June 2018)

Fab location. Comfortable accommodation well equipped, clean tidy. would however recommend oiling doors to stop squeaks when getting baby to sleep! kitchen needs oven gloves supplied.
Lin (01 June 2018)

Me and my partner have just got back from a long weekend here, absolutely perfect if you want to escape life!!!. we got there at half 12/1 even though we couldn’t check in until 4 and was just going to ask if they could give us a call when the lodge was ready (if it was going to be done before 4) and the plan was to explore while we waited but the owner said we could go straight to the lodge which was great! he was really friendly, showed us to the lodge and how the hot hub worked etc then he never bothered us again all weekend (although he was on hand if we had needed him). I read a review saying that the cabins were dirty but ours was immaculately clean.. to the point where my partner tested the top of the four poster bed for dust as a joke (expecting there to be a bit as it’s high up and out of the way) but there wasn’t any at all.. the whole cabin was spot less! has everything you would need for self catering.. and the dishwasher was a nice extra! hot hub was lovely.. it rained the first night but we were still sat in the hot bubbles! and luckily the sun was lovely the rest of the weekend so was brilliant to sit in the hot tub in the sunshine.. especially with the bbq going! . the pub down the road is nice although we never got chance to eat there as they don’t serve all day on a sunday and we had just missed dinner so we were a bit disappointed as we had read how good the good is (check the times)! . as we missed dinner at the pub and we had both had a drink we were a bit stuck for food so you need to think a head as there’s no shop. Luckily we found an indian take away on just eat! highly recommended! shabagh tandoori in leominster! I rang and explained where we were staying, they delivered to us we just had to meet them at the entrance.. we were even cheeky and asked them to stop at the shop for us on their way and they did!! . these cabins are a hidden gem, they are in the middle of no where but still close enough to towns etc if needed. Great if you just want to get away from life and relax. We were a bit worried about no phone signal in case there was a problem with the children back home but we both had a signal the whole time. Would definitely recommend and will be going back! . highlight of the weekend has to be sat in the hot tub at 10pm looking at the stars and as their isn’t any light pollution from street lights etc the sky is pitch black and a real treat when the stars are shining!
Laura from Rugeley Staffordshire (14 May 2018)

In all other lodges, we have had some form of welcome pack, ranging from bread and home made cake and wine to simply starter tea and coffee etc. However, there was absolutely nothing in the lodge at all to start us off. There was even only 1 toilet roll which wasn't new as we finished it in the 3 nights we stayed!this was disappointing as previously we have felt the experience has been very positive. Also, there was no hair dryer!! I found this odd as there was no information stating this and we were in a lodge with a hot tub!! although we were told the heating was simply controlled by the room thermostat, this was not the case. It was timed so no matter how high we turned the thermostat, the heating didn't come on. There was an electric heater which we found and fortunately could use. The lodge itself was fine as was the hot tub and we liked the location. It was such a pity that the little niggles spoilt the overall experience.
Stephen from Port Talbot (30 April 2018)

Beautiful setting, well-equipped and comfortable lodge. Lovely countryside setting

Beautiful setting and immaculate lodge. Staff wonderful and helpful. A very relaxing break.
Alan from Kidderminster (16 March 2018)

Love this lodge, this area. perfect location for exploring hereford. great pub with amazing food within walking distance. For 7 years in a we have had our annual friends catch up here. Would have left a big 'thank you' to the owners but no guest book available this year. Simply great, may return next year...
Jayne from Llansantffraid, Powys (12 March 2018)

Booked as a suprise weekend away for my husband, the lodges were easy to find, it was a lovely & quiet & very relaxing weekend, had a lovely meal at the riverside pub about 300 yards away from lodge, there was no signal on mobile phone o2 but that just added more peace for us, the hot tub was delightful & I will be defiantly be booking here again
Caroline from Walsall West Midlands (12 March 2018)

Relaxing. Just what was needed.
Christopher from Ellesmere Port (09 March 2018)

Amazing finland wood cabin in a fantastic well maintain woodland area. The riverside inn serves amazing food. Another great long weekend away, which we will do again next year.
Natalie from Evesham (26 February 2018)

I wasn’t sure I was going to make it on holiday due to recent surgery and still unwell and due more surgery but went anyway and boy am I glad I did what a wonderful place to wake up in everyday. Wonderful views every morning to wake up to in a warm comfortable lodge. Has absolutely everything you need. We are coming back!! i’ve had my second surgery now.. and will be looking to come back very soon xxx
Charlotte from Wolverhampton (23 February 2018)

Third visit here & although not far from home, feels a world away. The riverside inn is just 5 minutes walk away & excellent.
Helen from Worcestershire (19 February 2018)

We had the best time here with our three children! the cabin was warm, the hot tub was easy to use & not overlooked, and the staff were great. There’s no 02 signal in oak but we were happy for the peace & quiet!! the only downside was that lots of places were quite a drive away, but that’s the only negative we had. Fab time had by all!
Esther from Preston (16 February 2018)

I take at least 4 log cabin breaks a year with my wife to relax from running our business. Each time at a different park and location. I was bemused by the welcome we received on arrival and leaving. On arrival we waited in a unmanned office for 15 minutes waiting to be greeted. I then noticed a sign on the door stating if no one is in attendance then to ring the bell on the second door on the left. I did this and waited back in the room, still nobody come. The note did not explain that you had to wait outside the door. When greeted we was told we was 1 hour early and to come back, this was fine, so we went to the local pub. On our return we was taken to our cabin by a gentleman. On entering the first impression was the heating was off and not warmed up for our arrival. As the temperature was minus I would of expected this would have been warmed up for our arrival. It took a good few hours with all the heating on full blast to warm up. Not a major issues but I have not experienced this at any of the other parks we have stayed at. . my main gripe is the hot tub, when you turn the hot tub on the heating switches off which results in the heat being lost at an alarming rate. I have a hot tub at home and like I explained with all the other cabin breaks we have had we have never experienced this issue. On a cold night, which it was, we could only manage 20 minutes before the heat was lost. . . I have the impression that the owners have invested in these cabins and do the bear minimum requirements. No towels, 1 toilet roll, you will need to bring all these, together with any cleaning materials, dish washer tablets etc. There is no minimum bare essentials provided. . on leaving, there was just a note saying no one in attendance please leave your key on the table. . . the cabin next to us was having a full blown party with more guest then the cabin could hold. They even had disco lights. The only saving grace was because we couldn’t use the hot tub due to lost temperature we was not disturbed in the in the hot tub, otherwise it would not have been pleasant. We decided to go to the local pub which was 100yds away and could hear the music from there. How the owners were oblivious to it we do not know as there house is on the same property. We ask the party host to turn down the music, they did but as they were also in their hot tub with the doors opening and closing it made very little difference. . the cabin was nice and clean and the surrounding areas was beautiful. Just really disappointed in what should have been a nice relaxing break like what we have become accustomed to.
Martin from Kent (12 February 2018)

Beautiful cabins. This was our 6th visit & there will be plenty more! perfect for a small group. Games night, hot tub, trip to ludlow & fab sunday dinner just down the road. Highly recommend!
Matt from Leicesrer (05 February 2018)

We holiday here every february. Kind helpful staff. Peaceful and relaxing.
Maxine from Birmingham (03 February 2018)

Fantastic relaxing break with family
Trevor (29 January 2018)

Very nice experience overall. Party of 6 all, 3 couples, enjoyed the short break over three nights. Staff helpful, cabin well kept and a nice feel on a whole. Hot tube is a nice bonus and local shops around 10 minute drive.
Reuben (22 January 2018)

Had a great time over new year, saw the new year in sipping champagne in the hot tub. Local towns and cities are worth a visit.
Simon from Nuneaton (03 January 2018)

Lovely stay, with great pub down the road. just what we were looking for.
Emma from Northampton (30 December 2017)

Great real log cabin, great location, nice pub 200 yards, look at the stars from the hot tub, even had 14 inch of snow, perfect.
Terence from Wigan (11 December 2017)

Fantastic lodges with everything you need. Hot tub worked well and very private would definitely recommend.
Craig from Oxford (04 December 2017)

2nd stay in the maple one bed lodge - and planning to go back already. Great place for a weekend break.
And (04 December 2017)

Absolutely beautiful lodge. Lovely location and the staff were great. The hot tub made our weekend. The weather was wet and cold but the lodge was lovely and warm. We had a tesco delivery on arrival which made things so much easier for us! recommend visiting the local pub, the riverside. Would stay again.
Sarah from Oxford (13 November 2017)

The lodge was fine, a little faded in places, views lovely, but no walking paths and remote from good walks which was our fault for not checking this out
Carol (10 November 2017)

The nicest lodge I have ever stayed in! highly recommend!!
Natasha from South Wales (03 November 2017)

This was our 3rd visit. Booking 4th very soon! lodge is amazing, facilities 5 star. Surrounding area is beautiful. Can’t say anything negative about aymestrey lodges.
Donna from Crewe (30 October 2017)

This is the third year we have stayed in this log cabin and have already booked for next year. . absoulutely fab xxx
Susan from Tredegar (16 October 2017)

Excellent again.
Andrew (09 October 2017)

The cabin has everything you need it is perfect in every way. The only one small negative is you struggle to get phone signal and when it’s an adults only break and the children are home with grandparents this can be a problem. Other than that 10/10 brilliant.
Kelly from Birmingham (09 October 2017)

Would definatley recommend, perfect for a relaxing break
Joannalyn (02 October 2017)

Lovely log cabin. Very relaxed and quiet. Hot tub very private
Deborah from Merseyside (02 October 2017)

The lodge was just what we wanted ,quiet ,clean, everything you needed in the kitchen . lovely surroundings, the owner met us took us to the lodge explained everything including hot tub instructions . if you want a quiet peaceful break definitely the place to go 10/10 .
Derek from Okehampton Devon (29 September 2017)

Site is small, but we knew this when booking. Good grounds and accommodation, would be better with allocated parking as parking space for the two cabins was shared and the mother and daughters group in the cabin next to us had 3 cars which meant we could not park behind our cabin easily as their cars were parked the full width of the space. Cabin was clean but after living in a quiet location we suffered with the road noise
David from Redruth (25 September 2017)

Lovely lodge, very cosy with everything we needed,it would have been better if towels had been provided. Also no one to great us at reception with no sign to tell us where to call. Location was lovely very quiet and private. Would recommend.
Jodie from Birmingham (25 September 2017)

I booked the lodge for my 50th birthday to celebrate with close friends and family. The lodge was immaculate, the hot tub was superb, the surroundings were beautiful and the owners extremely friendly and helpful. We will definitely be visiting again and would not hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for a great trip away. As others have said, phone / wifi reception is patchy at best but if you know that in advance, it's not an issue. Aymestry lodges definitely ensured my 50th birthday was a weekend to remember.
Paul from Stoke On Trent (25 September 2017)

Very relaxing break especially the hot tub, tops.
Mark from Swansea (22 September 2017)

Lovely relaxing holiday, the only problem was that there was no signal for the phones, so when we wanted to scroll the internet to find things to do and to find directions we had to drive about 10 mins up the road. Other than that it was great and the hot tub so relaxing.
Susan from Runcorn (18 September 2017)

Excellent in all ways. The 4 of us had a great time and location is superb
David from Sandwich Kent (15 September 2017)

Very nice site, clean and tidy appearance.
Ruth from South Bren (15 September 2017)

Great week.
Barry (09 September 2017)

A perfctly secluded, jenerously proportioned lodge. Hot tub is a bonus. Would be nice to have towels provided.
Matthew from Pontypridd (01 September 2017)

Absolutely amazing me my sister and nephews loved every second. Nothing negative at all
Parminder from Birmingham (28 August 2017)

Been here 5 years running. Always clean and well looked after. Hot tub is amazing. Surrounding area has loads of great places to visit. Ludlow and leominster 10 minutes away. Plenty of good pubs around with nice food.
Pamela from Sunderland (26 August 2017)

Amazing lodge, beautiful surroundings, hot-tub was fantastic and totally secluded.
Tina from London (26 August 2017)

A small cluster of wooden lodges in a gorgeous setting. The lodges have everything you need for a self catering holiday. The hot tub was a bonus too, with the temperature fully controllable so we could turn the temperature down so the kids could enjoy it too. Most family days out were best part of a hours drive each way from the lodge. There was no mobile reception, mobile data or wi-fi in the lodge which was a bonus for quality family time. Only thing is that you need to research your days out before you leave home. Would definitely visit again.
David from Tiverton, Devon (19 August 2017)

Nice place to stay, cabin was very nice but there was no mobile signal or wifi. . this is a deal breaker for me as I need a connection.
Mark from Peterborough (24 June 2017)

Great facilities. Every one enjoyed the hot tub. Beautiful part of the country.
Simon from Poole (03 June 2017)

We absolutely loved our stay at aymestrey lodges. The setting, the lodge and the surrounding area can not be faulted. It was a lovely relaxing break made extra special by the hot tub which was especially enjoyed by our 4 year old!
Rebecca from Middlesbrough (20 May 2017)

Beautiful quiet place. Great views. Lodges very clean and tidy. . didn't see any staff but knew where they were if needed. Be aware no wifi. Highly recommend bateman arms pub for lunch or dinner!! . really enjoyed our stay
Jenny from Northampton (15 May 2017)

Gorgeous surroundings and grounds and lodge. washer/dryer didnt work and it took some time to work out the cooker due to strange markings on the knobs. Nice and clean and the complimentary eggs were amazing. Not much around to visit or pubs to choose from.
Amanda from Stratford Upon Avon (01 May 2017)

This is the third time we have been to aymestrey lodges and we had yet another beautiful, relaxing and quite weekend away with friends. we have booked again for next year!
Confirmed Holidaymaker (01 May 2017)

Absolutely loved it. The kids enjoyed themselves also. Will definately be booking again. Staff were lovely too.
Latoya (24 April 2017)

Lodge suited all our needs especially the hot tub (children loved it). the weather was good and this enabled us to visit a number of attractions. We were a little disappointed that there was no wi-fi as we usually visit the websites of attractions to confirm opening times & directions etc. I think the lack of wi-fi should be highlighted more as many people use it nowadays.
Russell from Farnham (14 April 2017)

Excellent stay, well kept lodge, hot tub and gardens, convenient for touring. Have been back several times, always good!
Frank from Kent (10 April 2017)

We have been going here for the past nine years and it's a great place to just chill highly recommend this place
Lyn from Burntwood (17 March 2017)

Very nice and quiet , only small but everything you need for a romantic weekend , . the cabins are very well equipped and no silly rules about what time you can go in the hot tub etc etc , will return soon
Mark from Burton On Trent (13 March 2017)

Had a fab weekend away in march 2017! such a beautiful and relaxing place to stay, could not fault anything about the lodge or surroundings. Staff were so helpful and kind. Definitely recommend, already planning our next stay.
Alice from Tamworth (06 March 2017)

Nice lodge. Site clean and tidy.. just a bit too close to busy road.
David from Cannock (06 March 2017)

Had a lovely long break away lovely and clean big hot tub even my daughter loved it will be looking to book again very soon
Matthew from Manchester (24 February 2017)

Amazing lodges, home from home environment-except there is limited phone signal and no internet, which is great in one way but as life is in the fast road these days, the internet is needed
Teresa from Forest Of Dean (17 February 2017)

Perfect to get away from it all. . . no internet, poor phone reception makes it excellent to focus on the family and spend time together. . . would definately stay there again.
Dean from Bristol (13 February 2017)

9th time on the trott never disappoints
Paul from Feltham (13 February 2017)

This was our 3rd time in aymesyty elm and shall be goin again nxt yr
Jo from Oldbury (06 February 2017)

Very much in need of wifi on the site, there is very limited telephone signal in the village and without wifi either it means it can be very difficult for those staying in the lodges to organise activities and arrival/ departure with their holidaying group.
Richelle from Henstridge (30 January 2017)

Simply fantastic. would stay here again the lodge had everything we needed
Jack from London (23 January 2017)

Well worth the 170mile drive down from yorkshire. Really enjoyed it, so much so, we booked again as soon as we got back for the same time next year. Very private/secluded lodge. Think this could be an "annual" trip now for us!!!
Sean from Castleford (16 January 2017)

Brilliant location, hot tub was amazing. Everything was included even dishwasher tablets. . couldn't fault anything, would definitely stay again. . we have 3 young children and they had the time of their lives, running around the log cabins
April from Leeds (07 January 2017)

Beautiful lodge , clean and spacious, well equipped. Nice big hot tub . great that it is on the veranda , we have had to walk through muddy grass in other lodges . we stayed for 3 nights in between christmas and new year , could have happily stayed longer . only saw staff on our arrival , but had no need to see them again .
Emma from Leeds (30 December 2016)

Excellent
Michelle from Shropshire (30 December 2016)

Absolutely fantastic xmas break ( 4 nights ). handy local pub, good walks,. only downside,!!! people allowing dogs to foul on the walks and also o the footpaths,. holiday lodge and facilities are great, we knew we had no wifi or phone signal but walk about 50 yards ant phone ok, . will definitely be re booking.
Brian from Cheltenham (27 December 2016)

Did not have a relaxing time, due to a broken boiler, no heating, tried to be fixed twice, once at 10 o'clock at night, just turned up, second time at 6 o'clock, could not relax, people in and out of lodge for hours, really disappointed !!!!
Janice from Anglesey (30 September 2016)

This was a really lovely secluded site and well maintained. the lodge and hot tub were clean and cosy. . we had a very relaxing week and would certainly consider visiting again.
Richard from Stowmarket (24 September 2016)

Location was fantastic,
Kim (19 September 2016)

Fantastic! loved it would go back again. Nice and relaxing break with my fiancé
Paul from Northamptonshire (19 September 2016)

Absolutely lovely four nigh break in september. The lodges were spotlessly clean with all the equipment you could ever need. The hot tub was an added bonus!! it was lovely to have no phone signal all week as it made it a really relaxing break in beautiful surroundings. There was no road noise from the lodge which means night time was lovely and peaceful. The owners are lovely and pleasant and the fresh eggs in th fridge were and added surprise and were delicious.
Thomas from Stoke On Trent (16 September 2016)

Lovely break. Great location, we had days out at west midland safari park and the ironbridge gorge both were 30-40 mins drive, croft castle was also a great day out. Hot tub was fab! would stay again.
Jenny (02 September 2016)

We had a lovely relaxing 4 nights. A walm welcome to a spotlessly clean real log cabin. We enjoyed the secluded feel of maple and the fact that we had no phone signal made us switch off completely. enjoyed a day at croft castle, 5 mins away, exploring the house and gardens and another day walking the many trails from the car park. Also enjoyed visiting hay, the cider trail and the local farm shops and cheese maker. Wish we had booked a week now
Amy from Bolton (12 August 2016)

We had a wonderful week here. The lodges are very well equipped, the surroundings are perfect. The kids loved the hot tub.
Darren (06 August 2016)

A smaller lodge than we have been used to but clean and tidy on arrival. Beautiful gardens although the pond could be a worry with small children. Fabulous for couples who like walking but not enough do so for families with children. Miles from shops and things to do. Found a playback about 15 miles away. Pubs not open for lunch, only evening meals and nearest pricey and didn't cater for children.
Claire from Blackwood (29 July 2016)

Very peaceful and relaxing. Amazing setting out in the countryside. Hot tub was fantastic. All booked again for next year. Recommend to anyone if your after a quiet break away.
Nikki from Birmingham (02 July 2016)

Lovely lodge, it was very well equipped. Parking a little tight if you have a larger car. Enjoyed the hot tub. Perfect for a relaxing break. All in all we had a great time and it was a good base for exploring the surrounding area.
Mandy from Glasgow (24 June 2016)

Great location and fab holiday. Would consider booking again in future.
David (17 June 2016)

This holiday was definitely one to remember.perfect mini break in every way. Outstanding lodge 5*. I would 200% recommend this beautiful location.

Aymestry lodge was a wonderful surprise, private, secluded, beautiful setting and scenery. fantastic facilities in fully equipped and extremely comfortable proper log lodge. We absolutely would recommend it and will definitely return.

Stayed here 5 times in total. Excellent each time. Have stayed in both oak and beech and cant fault them.
Claire from West Midlands (02 May 2016)

We had a lovely weekend and are already planning another visit. Beautiful surroundings and very comfortable accommodation. Tiny tiny drawback that there is no sky tv when we wanted to watch a particular programme. Other than that perfect and we even got some fresh eggs from the owners' chickens!
Gabrielle from Staffordshire (25 April 2016)

Fab base for exploring the surrounding area. Lovely quiet setting

Beautiful lodge in a quiet location, was spotlessly clean would definitely visit again, hot tub was fantastic thank you !!!
Milly from Gloucester (14 March 2016)

Absolutely loved this place! the lodge is so quaint and very well looked after. Hot tub is fantastic and beautiful views. Only slight niggle is that there is no wifi/signal and that even the most local shops are pretty far away (not walkable ). but the owners can't really help with any of those issues, it was just a little inconvenience. Overall, fantastic!
Abi from Northampton (14 March 2016)

We loved the area and the cabin was very well equipped and very clean. A lovely home from home. The local pubs, food, people, villages and countryside were fantastic, just the break we needed before spring arrived.
Mark from Gainsborough (11 March 2016)

Great place to stay. Owner/manager simply took us up to the lodge, gave us a quick 5 min tour, offered advice on the hot tub and we never saw him again! perfect retreat for a peaceful, relaxing break.
Curt from Stourbridge (07 March 2016)

Great log cabin fantastic hot tub loved every second

Shannon from Leeds (22 February 2016)

We have been going to these lodges for years now, the owners, the lodges and hot tubs are second to none. Love it here
Teresa from Mitcheldean (19 February 2016)

Felt very welcomed and thought the free range eggs from the rare breed hens was a nice touch. Lovely peaceful site and having the riverside inn close by was a bonus. Will definitely stay again.
Helen from Worcestershire (15 February 2016)

Fantastic location set in a very picturesque part of the country, lodges are set in beautiful gardens with everything you need to enjoy your stay,
Lynn from Nottingham (25 January 2016)

We love aymestrey lodges! having stayed there before, they are clean, tidy and we'll equipped for a relaxing weekend break. The hot tubs are the icing on the cake. Make sure you take some bubbly to sip as you chill!
Martin from Leicestershire (25 January 2016)

Would recommend these lodges to any one needing to chill out
Linda (15 January 2016)

Well equipped lodge situated in great location.
Richard from Tipton (11 January 2016)

Beautiful place to stay. Loved star gazing in the hot tub.
Julie (11 January 2016)

Staff was great & would highly recommend thankyou
David (03 January 2016)

We had a great christmas stay. . lovely setting in the oak right at the top. . private and quiet. . parking for 2 cars. The owners lets us into the lodge a little earlier so we could empty our car and then go food shopping which we appreciated. The village of kingsland not far away has a lovely little play area for young children. There is 2 pubs that serve food too.
Leslie from Nuneaton (30 December 2015)

Was lovely and comfortable and snug. But was hard too find as it's very dark though the lanes and signs for it wasn't very clear to see where they was.
Lee from Newport Gwent (21 December 2015)

Very clean, everything we needed in the lodge was there! great service, could be useful to swap the cds in place for people to use with dvds!
Jessica from Shropshire (21 December 2015)

Lovely lodges, our 2nd visit. will definitely go again
John from Coventry (14 December 2015)

Very tight access to car parking area - not good if you have a large car! otherwise, nice quiet park
Jan from Rhyl (30 November 2015)

Great mini break at aymestrey lodges. Lovely owners. Will definitely be coming back!
Hannah from Swindon (30 November 2015)

This is our fourth year staying at aymestrey lodge we come with friends every year for a long weekend to just chill out no wifi or phone signal just pure peace wouldnt change a thing and have booked again for november 2016 cant wait.
Alison from South Wales (09 November 2015)

What a lovely place to stay! five of us went for a long week end to catch up. The inside was very well equipped, clean and nicely presented and the beds were comfy. The hot tub was a lovely addition, and was priced the same as other lodges elsewhere that didn't have one so great value for money too. The staff are very friendly and the cabins look beautiful in their surroundings. There is no phone signal or wifi so not a place to go if you can't disconnect, but it has sky tv at no extra cost. We all had a great weekend, thank you!
Samantha (09 November 2015)

We enjoyed a great break in a lovely setting. The lodge was fantastic, spotless and well equipped, would recomend highly and visit again.
Adrian from Exminster, Exeter (30 October 2015)

Very nice lodge and we had a very nice time
Anita from Dorking (30 October 2015)

Super location, if you want relaxation and no phone or wifi signal. road noise was a slight problem with this location. lodge itself was fantastic, just remember to pack towels, tea-towels, washing powder, dishwasher tablets and cleaning products. Hot tub great, although not under cover.
Mandy from Hockley Heath (23 October 2015)

Excellent, went for wife's 50th birthday, all enjoyed the cabin, looking forward to book for next year.
Susan from Tredegar (19 October 2015)

An amazing place in an absolutely idyllic location. So peaceful and a fantastic get away to just veg out and totally unwind! we will definitely be returning and recommending to family and friends. The riverside pub just down the road is an absolute must!
Barbara from Tamworth (19 October 2015)

A very nice and chilled out week made up with the hot tub.
Ray from Redditch (16 October 2015)

Absolutely amazing log cabins, immaculately clean, super well equipped and very cosy, well worth the money, hotub is amazing, staff very friendly couldn't do enough to help, lovely little pub/restraint in walking distance, cant wait to go again
Danielle from Staffordshire (12 October 2015)

Perfect secluded location. Great value for money .
Karyn from Maidstone (09 October 2015)

Already booked to go back next september, this will be our 6th year running, we love it there.
Pamela from Caerwys, N.Wales (09 October 2015)

Excellent quality lodge . great location , friendly owners. . hot tub worked perfectly , very clean and well equipped lodge ,ample parking. Clean and tidy park itself with nice ambience . our hot tub in the elm was very secluded . plenty of hot water in lodge itself and well equipped . fresh eggs on initial welcome is a nice touch . will definitely stay here again.
Andy from Scunthorpe (05 October 2015)

Had a fantastic time , will definitely book again
Neil from Southampton (05 October 2015)

Absolutely loved this lodge . we would definitely visit again
Karen from Staffordshire (28 September 2015)

Excellent site which was central and convenient for all the activities we wanted to do while in hereford. some people mentioned about being on a busy road, yes there is a road but nothing that caused any problems and it was nice to be fairly central to two local pubs if you don't want to cook and the town of leomister for food shopping if you do. ideal location for us and would recommend to other who want to get out and about. Excellent horse riding and bike hire fairly local.
Yvonne from Southampton (18 September 2015)

Beautiful lodge that was fully equipped for our needs. . we had the perfect complete escape that we were looking for. . our 6year old son especially loved the hot tub and playing fetch with the resident dog! . nothing was too much trouble and they couldn't have been more helpful. We will definitely be visiting again!
Stevie from Weymouth, Dorset (28 August 2015)

Superb setting and so relaxing, quality of the lodges is superb... a fantastic destination.
Mark from Biggleswade (22 August 2015)

Amazing! clean and well equipped. Very quiet location! amazing hot tub!
Helen from Southport (15 August 2015)

The lodge was well equiped, but it could have been cleaner. I don't think it had been given a spring clean in a long time and many of the dishes had smears on them. it was really well equiped, but sadly no towels and no dishclothes, which you had to hire. even a dishcloth! the main problem we had was that it was not a park at all but basically someones back garden in a residential area, close to the road which you could hear during the night. it was a bit depressing. The lodges we tightly packed together and we had terrible trouble with the parking as we had to reverse out if our neighbours were also parked there. . there were winter tog quilts on the bed and we were roasted at night, or too cold without them. if surroundings are important then don't stay here.
Robert (01 August 2015)

Fabulous stay at aymsestry lodges. It was very restful and comfortable equipped with everything we needed. There were lots of interesting places locally to see and some good restaurants.
Michael from Maidstone (01 August 2015)

This was our first stay in a log cabin but it will not be our last. We were very impressed with the facilities in the cabin, hot tub and the location in the tranquil village of aymestrey. The lodges are set apart thus giving you privacy. The only complaint that we had with our lodge was the access for the car, particularly when reversing out.
D. from Cardiff (20 July 2015)
