A beautiful cottage, very comfortably furnished, apart from wifi everything is there you need. Well thought out decor with a friendly owner. I would definitely recommend and would revisit if down this way again. Bob from Haverhill Suffolk (13 September 2018)
Very quiet and relaxing Anthony from Norwich (30 August 2018)
We had a lovely holiday at the treacle den. Thank you, natalie, for your hospitality. We felt at home but then in another country. We had everything we needed, there was nothing that came into our minds oh I miss this or that. Only a soft bed but that was all. We adored the couch. Confirmed Guest (23 July 2018)
Overall we had a thoroughly enjoyable stay, a bigger bed, and an all in one bathroom would have made it perfect. Peter from Leighton Buzzard (12 May 2018)
One of the best holiday accommodations we have ever had. extremely comfortable. a fraction off the beaten track but it was well worth the journey. the bed was more comfortable than ours at home. near access to the romney, hythe & dymchurch railway was our main reason for choosing the area. but to be quite honest I chose 'treacle den' because of its name. very grateful to natalie .. but we didn't actually need to bother her all week, everything was most satisfactory. Clive & sally Sally from Sutton Surrey (14 April 2018)
A loverly place in a quiet location. The picture's do not do it justice. We had a very comfortable holiday and if we go back to the area will re - book Confirmed Guest from We Had A Very Comfortable Holiday And If We Go Bac (31 March 2018)
We enjoyed our stay at treacle den, however for us the bed was adequate in size but the mattress was too soft. We appreciate that this is a personal choice but was an issue for us. . . also, it would have been nice to have had a wi-fi connection during our stay. . natalie was very welcoming on our arrival. Tim from Ferndown Bournemouth (19 March 2018)

One of the comfiest, best equipped cottages we have ever stayed in. We would certainly recommend it and return again ourselves if visiting the area. Penny from York (23 May 2015)
Only compliant lack of views from any of the windows if seated,. as all windows a tad too high ! but that can't be helped, but that's. U.s. Being a bit picky. otherwise no complaints. Colin from Romsey (16 May 2015)
