We really had a wonderful stay at pigsty cottage. A truly 'get away from it all' experience. We would fully recommend a stay here. The owners went out of their way to make us welcome and made sure we were comfortable. There are breath-taking views from the cottage and some beautiful walks too. Although in a very quiet spot, oswestry and welshpool are nearby as well as some pretty villages with friendly pubs. Steve from Rowley Regis, West Midlands. (17 April 2015)
All perfect! Richard from Suffolk (03 April 2015)
Cottage traditional & cosy. Hosts fantastic. If you want a cosy getaway out of the way this is the place for you. This is the type of place I imagined beatrix potter owning. Really nice & would stay again. James from Stockport (23 November 2014)

Could honestly not fault this lovely little, hideaway cottage - the pictures don't do it justice and the views are spectacular! well equipped and beautifully furnished, perfectly sized for our party of 2 adults and 1 almost adult teenager! great location for a get away from it all break, fabulous if you like walking. The owners were very friendly and welcoming hosts. Wouldn't hesitate to go back, we loved it! Dawn from Lancashire (12 October 2014)

A lovely property in a wonderful location. The owners were extremely friendly and helpful. The views from the cottage were outstanding. There were lots of scenic walks in the immediate vicinity and the owners directed us to places of interest in the area. An extremely relaxing, comfortable holiday. We thoroughly recommend this cottage. Mrs J from Harrogate (09 May 2011)
The welcome and helpful attitude from the owners of the cottage was first rate. Stunning location. Excellent for walkers, but it's worth noting that it would be rather challenging for those of limited mobility Mr R from Leicester (09 October 2010)
Friendly and welcoming owners. Beautiful cottage, lovely location. Mr C from Swansea (02 June 2010)
If you're looking for a quiet, beautiful location with great accommodation then look no further. The cottage was small but perfect for me, my husband and our little puppy Chester who loved all the walks. The scenery was fantastic - just step outside the front door. Nothing was too much trouble for the owners who were very friendly, as were all the locals. I would recommend this cottage to anyone looking for some peace and quiet. Mrs D from Nuneaton (17 May 2010)
