This is a fabulous place to stay, gorgeous views and very clean and comfortable cottage! can't recommend highly enough. Debra from Northants (26 September 2014)
It is impossible to put into words just how incredible the location of misty isles cottage is. As we descended the narrow windy road to the coastline and got our first sight of the tiny village of ellenabeich, we were emotionally moved, and the grins of delight never left our faces for the entire week. . . the cottage is immaculate and well fitted out. It is of course small, being an original quarry worker's house, but everything you need, and more, has been fitted in, and lying in the hot tub looking out to sea after a long hike was just pure bliss. . . it was truly a wrench to leave at the end of our holiday, and it left us filled with thoughts of buying a property there if we ever could. Martin from West Yorkshire (12 September 2014)
Perfect setting etc Alan from Wigton (15 August 2014)
We love misty isle cottage and wish it was ours for keeps. Perhaps beginning to show a few signs of wear and tear. E E M from Notts (18 July 2014)

This cottage has the wow factor as soon as you walk through the door! Julie from Swindon (27 June 2014)
The most amazing holiday cottage I have stayed in. Defiantly 5 star Donna-Marie from Knutsford (06 June 2014)
Misty isles is a lovely wee hideaway loved the hot tub, really clean and a great sun trap, only critique is the bed not the most comfy we've slept in, replace the wee summer seat that would be good, and we could not cook anything on the hob (we only had breakfasts ) as the smoke detector would go off bit of a laugh that though, would go back there though, pub next door does really good food Elizabeth (09 May 2014)
The location of this cottage was amazing you couldn't ask for more. The only issue we had was that the cd player is broken and there was a fine later of dust over several of the surfaces. Also the electricity was very expensive and more expensive than just covering costs Richard from Bromley (02 May 2014)
A beautiful place with a beautiful view and good facilities. would definately go back. Danielle (25 April 2014)
We thoroghly enjoyed our stay. The weather was great, scenery was spectacular, the villagers were very friendly and helped with any ferry transport info. We needed. Only downside was lack of parking space in the street and that's me just being picky. Would stay again. Liz from Dundee (30 August 2013)
A lovely little cottage with a dream view that you have to be dragged away from. Great walks on seil & plenty to explore, fantastic spot for wildlife too. Cottage is impeccably presented & very well equipped with all you could want, including kitchen equipment. A little bit of a shame that for the price electricity is not included. Rachel (23 August 2013)
Lovely cottage in superb location with friendly locals Carolyn from Lowestoft (16 August 2013)
Superb views and not too far from main town of Oban. Locals are incredibly welcoming and the food from the pub next door is fantastic. Miss R from Worcester (19 July 2011)
This cottage is a must for anyone wanting to get away from it all, Nick and Simone are so attentive to detail and any requirements you may need, the view is so spectacular, the view changes twice a day with the sea in and out. The hot tub was excellent, the pub next door was brill, Steve the landlord very helpful, food was very good. Don't let the pub being next door put you off, no noise, only the smell of the meals being cooked, yumm. Great cottage, very comfy, we didn't want to come home, we are now looking to live up there. Mr M from Northallerton (27 June 2011)

A stunning location, clean, well equipped accommodation what more could you ask for. Mrs H from Huddersfield (25 April 2011)
We stayed for 4 nights in april 2011, location is perfect, this little cottage has everything you need and with a beatiful views, plenty walkings to do, our favorites walks are Easdale island, you can go to the 360 degree view point, wonderful views, will take you about 2 hours, and then Luing island, you will need to drive to Cuan (or walk for about 1 hour from the cottage) and take the ferry and walk to Cullipool (maybe about 1 hour from the ferry) where you can see closer the lighthouse, the one you can see from the cottage, after all day walking the hot tub is just perfect. We are recommending this place to our friends. Ms H from Bridge Of Weir (17 April 2011)
