Fabulous every think we imagined and more. 24 adults celebrating my daughters and niece 21st birthday . kitchen well equipped, enough bedrooms and bathrooms . had a family meal on friday night in the huge dinning room. Grounds and views spectacular ! stayed in a lot of places but this was by far the best. We will return again and again ! Diane from Liverpool (29 June 2015)
Little brampton house was the prefect size for our annual gathering of friends, lots of space for the kids to run around and enough space for the adults to be in one room or different rooms depending on the activities. The setting is stunning too. We did have a few problems with the electrics but jj was really quick to respond to our cries for help and couldn't do enough for us. Fantastic house in a beautiful setting. Tracy from Caerleon (01 June 2015)
Little brampton lived up to expectations for us celebrating an 80th birthday with 15 of us aged from 14 to 80. we found it spacious for all of us andbeds very comfortable with good showers etc. appreciated the towelling robes provided for the hot tub kitchen extremely. Well equiped with ample glasses, china etc. 3 dishwashers made for easy catering. jj, the. Owner very helpful. would very much like to do another family party there. We had a fantastic stay at little brampton.great accommodation in beautiful location.hope to return. Sarah (16 February 2015)
Little brampton holiday let was the perfect get away for a relaxing time with friends. The owner was always on call to help with anything necessary and was prompt to respond to all queries. . our large party had the freedom to roam the local area with lots of tips from the owner on great spots to walk and explore. . the facilities were great with lots of space and great rooms to stay in. The hot tub was extremely relaxing (a little too much chemicals- which is my only down point on the whole experience). . all in all a fantastic get away and the perfect place for one of the party to even pop the question to his girlfriend! . . a weekend to never forget! Emma from Leicester (15 December 2014)
We booked little brampton for a hen weekend - there were 15 of us staying. Little brampton is an absolutely wonderful place!!! we stayed for a weekend, and were amazed at how well stocked the kitchen was, how gorgeous each and every bedroom and bathroom was, and the views were amazing! the owner came round when we arrived and was so incredibly helpful and friendly, even offering to help picking guests up from the train station etc! we couldn't have asked for more from this place - would definitely recommend it to anyone. Chloe from Manchester (06 October 2014)

Vast place, great friendly owner, everything catered for, would definitely go again!! Maybe Christmas next time!! Mrs C from Bedfordshire (21 June 2012)
This is a great place to stay, the house was brilliant very user friendly, the owner John was very helpful and welcoming. The younger members in our group loved the nooks and crannies to explore and the games room, and the older people loved the hot tub and sauna. This house has everything you need for a totally relaxing break, we can't recommend it enough, everyone wants to go back. The age group of our party of 19, was from 3 to 65 years, and there was enough space for everyone to do what they liked. Mrs G from Crewe (04 October 2011)
The farmhouse was perfect for what we wanted.....catering for a large group of adults and children, staying in comfortable surroundings in a great location. Nicely situated for local towns and walks. Really nice to relax together. The pool table, sauna and hot tub were the highlights for the kids, the huge kitchen, lounge and dining room were perfect for entertaining. Mrs S from King's Lynn (19 July 2011)
Fantastic place for our large group. It should be renamed Hogwarts! Secret stair cases, connecting rooms, creaky floorboards and a massive dining room! MAGIC. We had a party of people from 6 to 80 to celebrate a 50th birthday, and it was absolutely perfect. Lovely towns to visit, great walks from the door into the hills nearby, pool tournaments and much use of the hot tub. We highly recommend this lovely old farmhouse and thank JJ and his staff for an excellent property. Mrs S from King's Lynn (19 July 2011)
Marvellous house for a group. Very well appointed and lots of space for all of us! Really enjoyed the hot tub! Miss S from Reading (15 June 2011)

Location is surperb, the house is lovely and spacious and has everything you could possibly need. The hot tub was great! Would definitely recommend. Mrs B from Cranbrook (08 June 2011)
This is a fantastic property ideally suited to a large group with children of any age (in our case from 2 to 7). The hot tub was a massive hit with kids & adults as was the pool table. The owner (JJ) was a great help and a real character. The house was a maze of rooms which in itself allowed the kids plenty of play options on the one wet day we had. Outside the lawn allowed for football, riding bikes & croquet. The local area has lots to offer (we recommend Stokesay, Ludlow Castle, Ironbridge & Hawkstone Follies) all within an hour's drive. There is a great 5km running circuit from the property for the fitness fanatics and good (hilly) cycling. We may well be back next year. Mr F from Haywards Heath (06 June 2011)

Ideal for large family gatherings of all ages. Mr M from Hythe (26 May 2011)
We stayed at two different locations owned by the same person. The first week at The Old Sawmill, Little Brampton, for just my husband and I, and the second week at Little Brampton Farmhouse where we had a family get-together of 10 people. Everyone thought the accommodation and locations superb, as was the catering service and general helpfulness of the owner and his staff. The gorgeous weather enhanced the whole holiday. Mr T from Macclesfield (03 May 2011)
All good sized rooms in this characterful cosy property and well looked after. Great views from the well kept grounds Mr D from Cardiff (05 April 2011)
A great venue for a large group - theres more than enough space to cater for different generations. Mrs F from Birmingham (08 March 2011)
This property is so well equipped for any number of guests. JJ is an excellent help with everything you need. We had a mix of ages ranging from 17 to 60 and everyone had something to do. If you want a venue for a large group of people this is the place to go. The sauna and hot tub really make it that little bit special. Great that you can take pets as well. Well done. Mrs R from Holywell (09 February 2011)
This place is fantastic, it's the warmest most relaxed country house you could imagine. It is so well equipped you only need bring the food. There are more glasses in the cupboards than the average pub. Plus loads of crockery and cooking pots to suit anything you want to cook up in the fantastic kitchen. What with the double oven, gas hob, two microwaves, two fridge freezers and Aga you are spoilt for choice. Rooms are lovely and comfortable, fresh bedding, towels and even robes. There are some en-suite bathrooms and excellent shared bathrooms amongst the other rooms. The games room is great, added to that the huge new TV with Sky+ HD and simple to use free wifi give you the full range of entertainment. The grounds and hot tub are brilliant too even in winter. We held a 15 strong family 70th birthday celebration here and it was perfect. The owner is continually making improvements and welcomes feedback. This place is great value for money for any large sensible group and there's lots to do in the local area such as walks, country pubs (the nearest being 10 minutes walk away) and small interesting places like Ludlow. The winter prices for a Monday to Friday break are that reasonable it would even make sense for smaller groups to indulge in this property, we are simply looking for an excuse for the next event to return... Miss C from Hornchurch (22 November 2010)
Lovely, massive, welcoming property, 16 of us stayed for a Hen Weekend. Kitchen well equipped - never had so many glasses and 2 dishwashers! Hot tub - amazing, JJ extremely helpful and generous with cakes, chocolates and champagne. Bathrooms and relaxing showers galore. Would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone. Miss H from Northampton (28 September 2010)
The best equipped holiday home we have ever been to. The games room, especially the table tennis was a great hit. Number one though was the hot tub. The house and location are wonderful and the view - a paradise for painters! Mrs W from Morecambe (15 September 2010)
Excellent property for a large group. Very helpful owner. Dr S from Leeds (21 August 2010)

Very spacious and in a superb location. You can spend the whole day in hot tub and games room. Mr S from High Wycombe (14 April 2010)
This was the most perfect house for our weekend celebration. The location and house were amazing and we are already planning our next weekend stay there. The hot tub was a bonus and the log burner made it so cosy. Miss D from Cardiff (23 March 2010)
A great place for a large group holiday. Mrs P from Stockport (21 February 2010)
An absolutely fantastic house and location! We stayed here for a long weekend in early December for my sisters hen do, and the house had everything we could possibly need and more. It was surprisingly spacious, (even with 20+ women staying)! JJ made us feel so welcome with some home cooked mince pies on arrival, and was really helpful throughout our stay. Everyone loved the warm fire in the living room, and the hot tub was a hit! The house was also an excellent setting for a murder mystery party! Miss T from London (14 January 2010)
This is an excellent house. The facilities are great and the owner is extremely helpful. Mrs B from Blackburn (31 December 2009)
Fabulous location for a large group get together, everything you need and more, the catering company facility offered is exceptional value. Lovely rooms throughout. Great, will definitely return. Mr O from Newcastle (15 December 2009)
This was our 'Christmas' in August for the whole family - 16 of us from 3 years to 87 years. The house was excellent with plenty of room for everyone but the kitchen was the hub of the house with preparing, chatting and eating round the wonderful big table. The children loved the games room, football table and the grounds outside for riding bikes. The grownups loved the comfortable surroundings and the beautiful view - everyone loved the hot tub (children in the daytime and grownups at night looking at the stars). There are loads of places to visit and explore nearby if you want to go out. Tescos delivered everything to the house and so as we arrived the van arrived!! We would certainly come again! Mrs L from Nottingham (28 September 2009)
This was the perfect venue for a hen weekend. We all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and the owner was fantastic - made us all feel very welcome and was full of useful information. The house was great for all of the activities we did over the weekend - formal dinner, karaoke, salsa lessons on the lawn, champagne in the hot tub, walking etc. Something for everyone and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this venue for any large group of family/friends wanting to get away from it all. Thank you! Mrs S from Cheadle (08 September 2009)
For anyone that likes nature and walks it is a perfect location Mrs M from Loughton (01 August 2009)
We had a great week at Little Brampton. This house is brilliant and when we arrived there it was pristine clean. We got a tesco delivery to the house, so when we arrived it was a case of having a cold beer and admiring the amazing view from the front of the house. The house has everything you want, and has plenty of space for a large group. Mr F from Haywards Heath (20 June 2009)
We had a fantastic time at Little Brampton. The house was amazing, it was everything the website had indicated and more. Well equipped, clean and tidy and nearly all rooms were en-suite and nicely decorated. The scenery was amazing and it was nicely tucked away but not too far away if you felt like a stretch into the village. We visited Ludlow Castle, Ludlow village and shops and we drove to IronBridge (only a short drive away). Castle Arms is a small town just 10 minutes away, it had a local supermarket and every take away possible, most of which we tried and they were all fantastic - great food.We had a tesco delivery of food and drink that arrived shortly after us. The highlight of the holdiday was the hot tub, the kids loved it and once they were in bed the adults loved it. We would recommend this holiday to any family, we are looking to rebook next year! Miss R from Portsmouth (17 June 2009)
We had a perfect weekend in Shropshire. Lovely accommodation with plentiful facilities for 18 people (ages 3-60+). Great local information from JJ, and delicious cakes too! Mr D from Verwood (06 June 2009)
The perfect venue for a big group of people, everything has been really thought about i.e. 2 dishwashers, 2 cookers, 2 toasters, 2 kettles and a water heater with continous hot water and 2 fridge freezers. Lots of crockery, cutlery and glasses even when the dishwasher is full up. All bedrooms are decorated nicely, and all bathrooms done to a high spec. The games room was popular with children as well as hot tub, and the adults loved the hot tub in the evening under the stars!Set in middle of lovely countryside with lots of walks. Mr D from Verwood (05 June 2009)
The property was excellent for meeting up with friends and was in the main child friendly. We would all definitely stay at this property again. Mr K from Bury (02 March 2009)
Fantastic house for large party get togethers. Ms T from Swanage (17 November 2008)
Excellent kitchen facilities and equipment. There was no need to take my own pots and pans on this holiday as there was ample equipment to cater for large parties. Look forward to going again! Mrs G from Leicester (24 October 2008)
This is THE perfect place for a family gathering - even if the weather isn't good! Great for all ages and a games room for teenagers and the hot tub was fun. A catered meal too. Good value and to a high standard. Mrs L from Altringcham (08 September 2008)
This accommodation was of an excellent standard and there was nothing the owners hadn't thought of to make the stay as easy as possible. The kitchen had everything you could want and there was plenty to do for everyone, you could have a holiday there and not need to leave the property. Mrs B from Brighton (20 June 2008)
A great place for family gatherings and in a beautiful area. Mrs G from Skelmersdale (16 May 2008)
Very good value for money and the owner was very helpful. Mrs L from Selby (29 October 2007)
Everything that we needed was there from the hot tub outside to the amazing steam showers inside. The whole house was magical and it was like staying in our own stately home! There was table tennis, snooker and numerous other games. We went as a family of 18 all coming from different locations throughout the country and the ages ranged from 13 to 73 and everyone agreed that the accommodation made the holiday. All of us will certainly recommend this holiday to friends and will certainly go back - thank you so much! Mr S from Portsmouth (16 July 2007)
The farmhouse is absolutely fantastic. A homely living room, the kitchen is huge and perfect for large breakfast parties. The hot tub is just the icing on the cake and the location is perfect! Mr H from Colwyn Bay (27 November 2006)
This is an ideal place for large families, particularly for younger children. Plenty of on site games and activities and the owners were pleasant, helpful and couldn't have been more obliging. Mr C from Ravenshead (17 June 2006)
