A warm and friendly greet from owners Cheryl and Mike. A bottle of wine and flowers awaited us on arrival plus, tea, coffee, bread, biscuits and milk! Cottage was very spacious. The kids loved the dogs, horses and the games room, plus the adults enjoyed the bar which we were invited to every night. The beach was a 5 minute stroll away down a quiet country lane. Plenty to do in the surrounding area. Would highly recommend this for a family holiday. Mrs H from Epsom (10 August 2012)
A beautiful, comfortable, homely cottage in a lovely setting. The owners made us feel very welcome and nothing was too much trouble when we needed it.The cottage is ideally situated to explore both the local area (with Gronant Dunes, a nature reserve and a lovely sandy beach literally five minutes away on foot), and the entire North Wales coast. The large enclosed garden was perfect for our four young children to play in from first thing in the morning, and they adored the friendly dogs and the horses, to whom they bid a tearful goodbye at the end of an all-too-brief stay. Superb home-from-home accommodation that provided the perfect backdrop to our family holiday. Miss G from Bolton (19 August 2011)
A really lovely cottage, with loads of character. The owners were very friendly and the location was brilliant - down a really quiet lane about 5 mins walk from an amazing sandy beach. The enclosed garden, the nearby beach and the use of the Presthaven Sands facilities made it perfect for our 19 month old son. Mrs K from Stone (11 September 2010)
A lovely cottage tastefully refurbished and furnished with lots of thoughtful touches such as a cupboard of childrens games. Great location within walking distance of a fabulous beach and park facilities such as swimming pool. A short drive to the activities and entertainment at Rhyl and Prestatyn and a little further to all the attractions of Snowdonia and North Wales. Two weeks was not enough to do it all!! Mrs E from London (18 August 2010)
I would recommend this cottage. The owners are very nice people and there cottage is very nice with loads of character. We felt very comfortable here. Plenty of places to visit from Rhyl to Snowdonia also great walking and ideal for pets. I really would recommend Inglenook cottage we will definitely return. Mr P from Widnes (14 August 2010)
Lovely cottage in a quiet location. The owners are very friendly and very welcoming. The resorts of Rhyl and Towyn are just 10 minuetes drive away and there are places like snowdonia, slate mines and electric mountain around a hour away. There is plenty to do within north wales. If you fancy a night in then you have everything you need from tv and cd player etc. The cottage has great character and you will feel right at home. Mr P from Widnes (13 August 2010)
Excellent cottage in a great location. Close to sea and sand dunes. The kids loved running through the dunes. Had good use out of the passes for presthaven. An excellent time had by all. Highly recommended. Mr S from Newtown (24 July 2010)
Lovely cottage, perfect location for families and couples. We had full use of Presthaven Sands facilities with the privacy of the cottage. Owner (Cheryl) was there to meet us on arrival and made us very welcome. Mr F from Stockport (24 May 2010)

A very enjoyable break. Everyone very friendly and approachable, the cottage has everything for your needs and is very nicely situated - so close to the beach so ideal for people and dogs alike! A day trip to Snowdonia proved very memorable, the scenery is stunning and there are plenty of attractions to visit. Mrs W from Milton Keynes (18 April 2010)
A gem of a cottage, near to a beautiful beach with sand dunes for the kids to explore and all the facilities of the nearby caravan site available (including the swimming pool, a big plus with the kids). The surrounding area was beautiful with easy access to the mountains and other beach resorts. I would recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a quiet retreat in Wales, the cottage was charming, full of character and very well equipped. Mrs M from Cottingham (11 April 2010)
A great holiday and a wonderful family - very helpful and lots of places to visit. I would recommend it to anyone as the peace and quiet was a breath of fresh air. Mr O from Congleton (29 March 2010)
We have already recommended this to friends and a friend who was staying at Point of Ayr came round to see us whilst we were there. The main reasons we would recommend it it the safety for children, the cleanliness and the excellent welcome from he owner. Mrs W from Dukinfield (03 August 2009)
A quiet location, yet just 10 minutes from a sandy beach, this cottage is good for families, including babies and dogs. Mr P from Stockport (13 June 2008)
Owners were lovely, very friendly and helpful. The cottage had lots of 'homey' touches and it had a lovely garden with plenty of room for the kids to play and there was a nearby beach. Would recommend Inglenook Cottage. Miss W from Preston (11 August 2006)
Our cottage was the perfect staging area to explore the North of Wales. It was cozy, comfortable, and within walking distance of the seaside. Just perfect! Mr B from Brandon (16 June 2006)
