This is a great location for golf which is what I used it for with two friends. Much better value than staying in st andrews. Would also suit a couple seeking a quite rural retreat in. Tranquil setting John from Birmingham (23 May 2015)
A beautiful well maintained cottage containing everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable holiday. Set on a private estate it is quiet and peaceful with a small wall garden at the back where you can sit and enjoy the sunshine throughout the day. walks through the estate lead to fabulous views. Just a 5 minute drive will take you into st andrews and the lovely villages beyond. The cottage is spacious and spotlessly clean and would recommend to those looking for a relaxing holiday with all the home comforts you could want. Tina from Sutton Coldfield (28 March 2015)
Lovely cottage. Very clean and well equipped. Steve from Newsham N Yorks (28 February 2015)
The perfect cottage to relax & unwind in . great location & within easy reach of the coast . we would most definetly stay again . Hazel (18 October 2014)
Lovely place owners very helpful - made to feel at home thoroughly recommend staying here Karen (23 August 2014)
The cottage is secluded and private yet amenities are surprisingly close by - cupar for shops and the attractions of st andrews and the other east neuk coastal villages. The cottage itself is superbly equipped, very spacious and is truly a home from home. The flower-filled frontage and sunny, private rear garden with its barbecue and bird-feeders are further significant advantages. Chris from Debenham, Suffolk (02 August 2014)
A lovely cottage in a great location. The bottle of wine left for our arrival was a great touch. Highly recommended. Janice from Hornsea (31 May 2014)
This was a beautiful cottage to stay in. The interior furnishings and décor were of the highest quality with a lived in loved feeling. The personal touches and greeting from ian and carol made us feel very welcome in their home. This was by far the best of any of the places we stayed during a 2 month vacation in the uk. We would highly recommend this property to anyone Ngaire from New Zealand (16 May 2014)
We chose garden cottage because we have stayed there before,it is near to where our son lives and the garden is fully enclosed so it is safe for our dog. . it is a bit off the beaten track so a car is necessary but that suits us as it is nice and quiet. Jean from Manchester (03 May 2014)
A beautiful Property ideal for visiting National Trust Sites in the area, Seaside towns & villages. A very quiet location but close enough to get around. St Andrews is a interesting City. Mr H from Harrogate (09 June 2012)
We would recommend the Garden Cottage most highly. The standard set would be very hard to beat, and the location is ideal for St Andrews and the costal fishing villages. We will most certainly return at a future date. Mr F from Glasgow (04 April 2011)

Loved the cottage, what a fantastic shower! A real home from home. Mr S from Glasgow (21 July 2010)
We have just returned from a lovely week spent at the garden cottage. The cottage is situated on a quiet private road with an open outlook and the gentle clip clop of horse drawn carriages from the stables nearby. It's very well appointed and a real home from home. The rooms are spacious, nicely decorated and the back garden is totally enclosed and safe for the dog. We enjoyed sunny afternoons and evenings in the garden and made full use of the BBQ. The location is ideal for exploring the East Neuk of Fife, St Andrews and the surrounding area. Excellent forrest walks and sandy beaches close by. We would definitely recommend it and intend to return at a future date. Mrs M from Glasgow (05 July 2010)
This our third year using Hoseasons, and each year it has been excellent. The Garden Cottage was a superb base for us, it was so peaceful. Everything we wanted to see was a short drive away. Cupar is the small town close by with everything you may need. For a quiet relaxing holiday I would recommend the cottage and this area. Miss M from Wick (01 July 2006)
