Gran Canaria - the place for a sun and fun filled family holiday
Thinking about a holiday in the sun this year? Why not have a look at Gran Canaria.
Gran Canaria is well known for its warm climate, and makes a fantastic holiday destination at any time of the year.
We recently had a holiday at the Hotel Orquidea in Bahia Feliz, which turned
out to be a fantastic destination for both of us grown-ups, and our two children.
We booked the holiday with Thomson, was also a really good move, as there reps look after you from the moment
you arrive at the airport, to the moment you depart; you'll also find plenty of
Thomson Thomson Entertainment available;
although you don't have to get involved if it's not really your thing. I'm not really
into laid on entertainment, but our six year-old loved it.
Out and About in Gran Canaria
There's plenty to do in Gran Canaria, should you tire of your hotel surroundings.
How about a trip to Aqualand, in Maspalomas -
the Canary Island's largest water park. It's a great day out for the children.
