So don't think the couriers were that keen to be there. not much local knowledge. May have been as end of season. extra charges at health centre not told about for weekends. Park is well kept and a good size. Few more washers would be good in launderette. .
Jill (01 November 2015)

Lovely park and accommodation fine, we couldn't use pools in oct as too cold and pool in spa was a mission to get into. I wish euro camp would of made clear that nothing at all would be on for kids during half term as its end of season, not even a mini disco. My daughter had her 5th birthday while away and was very sad she couldn't have a dance, despite requesting music we were told the park was due to close. Up until now we have loved euro camp but now I will not use again due to not being informed that there would be nothing of an evening for the children
Helen from Worcester (31 October 2015)

This holiday parc is extremley clean & well staffed, all facilities are very well maintained. Our 2 couriers abi & andy were a lovely couple who ensured everything was as we expected, lots of buckets & spades & games ect for our children to borrow. The restaurant served excellent quality food & was very reasonably priced, they do not have a seperate childrens menu but did accomadate half size portions for our 4 year old. The supermarket is well stocked & again reasonably priced. We used suntaxis to & from the airport which was fantastic, excellent vehicles & drivers very helpful with luggage ect. Our only reason for marking the site at a 7 is that the outside pools are freezing literally ! they do have an inside pool with sauna & steam room you can use free (we went in october half term) you do need swim hats for the indoor pool which are expensive at £4 each. There is a good bus link to the nearby town which is £7.50 for 10 jounrneys which you can share amongst the whole family. There is also a daily bus trip to barcelona £32 adult £14 child which includes a hop on hop of ticket around barcelona. The site also run trips but they are dependent on numbers.
Helen from Bristol (31 October 2015)

Wont come out of season again
Lee from Tenterden (31 October 2015)

Great park, great holiday. Whole family enjoyed which is what we were hoping for.
Jason from Swansea (31 October 2015)

We loved this holiday we went out of season so was quiet but that was only to be expected! pools and food lovely. Would go back again. Beach only a 10 minute buss ride away x
Vanessa (31 October 2015)

Comprehensive park enjoyed our stay.
Paul (30 October 2015)

What a lovely break, we arrived at the park late (about 20 to 10) and so we missed the eurocamp couriers, but found everything we needed including a bottle of wine and a welcome note from them saying they would drop in tomorrow to check all was ok. the courier arrived the next day and was so helpful, told us nice places and beaches to visit and also told us all about the pools and other facilities onsite - including any charges and where swimming caps were needed. we went to a lovely local market in vilanova I la geltru on the saturday and spent a lot of time in the pools on site, whilst the indoor pool was lovely and warm you did need a swimming cap - which they sold at the gift shop for 4 euros. the outdoor pools looked lovely but were freezing! they could do with being heated even though they are outdoor. we tried the jumping pillow, which the kids loved, and the mini golf, which was great fun. we didn't eat onsite but did stop for a lovely coffee in the restaurant, but don't be expecting a lot from the wifi - you get an hour with your drink/food but it was quite poor. the accommodation was fine, we have stayed in a unit like this before and it is ok but a bit clunky, my partner put a bit of cardboard under the foot on the fridge to stop it making a very loud noise, and the microwave is very high up, which is not great for dealing with hot food. the supermarket onsite is pricey but suffices for items forgotten at the main supermarkets in town (we went to hypersimply which was a good size). over all a great holiday.
Sarah from Charfield (30 October 2015)

Camp is a bit hilly, pools are far too cold, even the indoor.
James from Liverpool (30 October 2015)

We were a family group in four different homes. eight adults and five children, two of which are disabled. the couriers were extremely helpful and the camp has excellent facilities, except for the launderette which is small and always busy.
Josephine from Bodmin (28 October 2015)

Although it was the end of the season the parc was still fairly busy and with limited facilities available, such as the shop opening times and the pools were far too cold to go into, the indoor pool would have been great except for the huge queues to get into it, the parc was also noisy first thing in a morning as our accommodation backed onto a wood yard where the workers were using chainsaws from before dawn along with local dogs that barked 24/7, overall it was a nice break though I wouldn't like the parc in high season as it is too big and would probably hold thousands of holidaymakers
Sue from Beverley (28 October 2015)

Great place for a short break.
David from Liverpool (26 October 2015)

We had a lovely holiday and were able to explore lots of the picturesque spanish towns. the eurocamp reps were really helpful and gave us useful tips for visiting different places. the parc was very nice but it was a shame it wasn't really warm enough for the pool.
Customer 13 from Leicester (24 October 2015)

Great site, excellent for families. facilities very good. Restaurant reasonable and accommodating for food allergies. euro camp couriers very efficient and helpful. great bus service to barcelona and other nearby towns.
Sara from Perth (22 October 2015)

Booked with eurocamp because we wanted to combine sightseeing in barcelona with swimming/tennis cycling etc at a self-catering facility. Unfortunately the pools were too cold to go in , the bike hire place was never open and there were no tennis balls available from eurocamp or the shops on site, which was a shame as the courts looked lovely. Our caravan was surrounded by german teenagers (hoffmans) who socialised until 3.30am despite our rep assuring us he'd told them there was a midnight curfew.
Jennifer from Edinburgh (17 October 2015)

We asked them if possible to be situated next to our travelling friends and we were right next to each other. Very much appreciated.
Graham from Edinburgh (13 October 2015)

We enjoyed our time at the park but the weather was awful. Also we found the cats around the park a big nuisance. The restaurant was good and shop had a good range
Andrea from Near Bath (04 October 2015)

Weather was not so good so reflects in rating, small walls were a problem two of our party fell on them and scraped my car getting into parking area beside cabin, entry and exits could be better,. we enjoyed our stay and would go again.
Terence from Hayling Island (04 October 2015)

This is a well kept park, unfortunately we did not know that it was on such extreme hills. As my husband uses a wheelchair ( manual) and I have respitory problems we found this a real struggle. All facilities are at the top of the hill, including the restaurant, swimming pool and shops, because of this we struggled constantly. The eurocamp staff were fantastic though and did try to help us. For these reasons i'm afraid I could not recommend it though and wonder if perhaps your brochure could describe better the layout of the parcs for people who may be in a similar position to ourselves.
Hugh from Uphall (01 October 2015)

Third time to this resort - excellent
Andrew from Ilkley (27 September 2015)

Generally good overall, poor internet and the weather was not great this year
Joe from Brighton (26 September 2015)

Great location , well laid out parc, lots of space, clean, 2 pool complexes,
Mike from Ringwood (26 September 2015)

Lovely park, brilliant weather and couriers were very helpful
William (25 September 2015)

Arrived early and having checked in at the main reception was directed to the eurocamp office, abi and andy were actually out working but having phoned them they arrived back to greet us within 10 minutes found both to be perfect ambassadors for eurocamp, happy friendly, efficient and extremely helpful, we were shown to our accommodation which was ideally located on the park near to the main complex. Loved the park, very nice bar and restaurant, well stocked decent size shop and beautiful pools, getting to nearby vilanova and barcelona was easy, due to the regular bus service which ran regularly from the park gates. All in all had a fabulous relaxing holiday in a gorgeous part of the world and eurocamps were great, already booked with them for next year,in italy to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary next may
Amanda from Greenfield (25 September 2015)

Had a fantastic holiday!. amazing parc with great facilities and plenty for our 3 year old to do. A pick of towns round and about the site souch that we only got to vilanova. . hire car drive from airport to site is so easy and stressfree. . booked up again the day we got home.
John from Preston (20 September 2015)

All was good apart from the restaurant. The food there was very poor. Good food can be just as cheap to serve as bad.
Teri from Vilanova (19 September 2015)

This parc is ideal for a cheaper way of experiencing barcelona!
Holly from Sheffield (14 September 2015)

We used the parc for a 2 night stop over. Really convenient from the main roads from southern spain to france. Excellent position and a direct bus link for a day trip to barcelona. The parc itself is really well equipped and a lovely place to relax.
Joanna from Emsworth (06 September 2015)

A great holiday destination.
Sarah from Kent (04 September 2015)

We chose this site because it was a "car free" holiday. We went with 4 kids and flew to barcelona el prat airport. From there we got the train to vilanova which was very easy & cost approx 30 euros. We got a taxi from vilanova to the campsite which was 14euros. The site was good for the kids although there is only one restuarant on site and we all ended up with upset stomachs for 4 days after eating there. The supermarket on site was expensive, costing approx 40 euros to feed us al for one nights tea. It was also expensive to go into vilanova at night as the buses didn't run very late. Bus into vilanova was 9 euros and mini bus back 14. Vilanova itself has a wonderful market on a saturday but it is a traditional spanish resort where the number of english speaking people is limited and that made eating out difficult. The reps in site were very helpful however they did give us the wrong information about the water park which ended up costing us 120euros!
Laura (04 September 2015)

This was a lovely parc, a bus ride away from the nearest village (beach and railway) and another bus straight into barcelona or sitges. The restaurant is fab and so reasonable that we only bothered to cook once! my only criticism was that eurocamp could have advised us how to get from the airport better. After two flights we got the airport bus to the railway, then got the train to vilanova from where we got the local bus to the campsite - which was fine but not without moans from tired children lugging their bags! when we got there we found there was an air conditioned bus that went from outside the campsite to the airport terminal! needless to say, we went home this way - so learn from our mistake and travel the easier way, but otherwise, enjoy!
Louise from Egham (02 September 2015)

The parc itself is very clean. however the swimming pools were not overly clean in a couple of our days. the restaurant and bar are very good. the supermarket in site is excellent and there are lots of activities for children. however, the nearest town is a bus ride away which is misleading in the information provided. the couriers were helpful. we had missing cutlery in our caravan and had to ask for more. the caravan was od a good standard, but we have stayed in caravans with lifestyle of the same standard that were much better value for money.
Kerry from Herne Bay (26 August 2015)

Vilanova is a lovely site, the staff are great and everything is well maintained. The only downside is the kids club, we have 4 young kids but the club is only geared up for french and is not what you would expect. It is more like a drop in centre and you have to stay there with your children. The entertainment was a little light but overall it was a great holiday and I would recommend to others if the kids are a little older.
Simon from Hereford (24 August 2015)

I don't like the new shades on the decking as unable to retract
Lee from Colchester (24 August 2015)

One of the best parks we have visited. Lively, friendly and clean. Abi and andy were 2 of the most helpful and. Friendly reps we have ever encountered
Claire from Basingstoke (22 August 2015)

This was our first visit to a eurocamp site and I was pleasantly surprised at the scale of the operation, the cleanliness and your couriers were first class.
Ian from Rustington W.Sussex (22 August 2015)

We have just returned from an eleven night stay at vilanova park. Overall we found the park to be everything we expect from a eurocamp holiday. The park was clean and well maintained, there was lots of staff working to ensure cleanliness. The pools were a little overcrowded which you would expect in high season, you were able to enjoy the water but don't expect to be able to swim lengths. We went to both restaurants on site, the food at the buffet restaurant was reflected in the price. You get what you pay for. Whilst the food in the other restaurant was ok the service was poor, the waiting staff appeared to be constantly busy and often forgot to bring items of your order out and had to be reminded. On the two occasions we ate there we had problems with our bills, this was rectified eventually. The onsite entertainment was very good, it catered for all. It did get busy, however we never had a problem in getting a table. Our children enjoyed the freedom and safety of the site and were able to wander round with new friends. There are parks and sports areas to keep them busy. Everything seemed to shut down at midnight, we did not experience any noise after this.
Shannon from Raunds (19 August 2015)

Parc was very good. Accomodation very well equipped but very small. Too small for 5 people didn't get any information from eurocamp couriers at start or during but did approach them to change lightbulb and done very quickly. To be honest for the price I expected more from couriers and larger accommodation.
Emma (13 August 2015)

Lovely well maintained site with good facilities. Great for small children with shallow play pools and play areas.
Damian from Birmingham (13 August 2015)

Overall we had a very good holiday at vilanova park in the second week of august.the park is a good size being neither too large to get swamped or too small to be bored. Centred around the lower pool were the main facilities ie. A restaurant, buffet, supermarket, shop, takeaway. These were all of a good standard although the staff did not come across as overly friendly. The upper pool from where you get a great panoramic view down to vilanova town and the sea has a bar/snack bar. In either pool if you were there by 11am you had no problem fimding a lounger. The location of the park meant it was easy enough to get into barcelona for sightseeing (45mins). bus from park was €5.10 each way. Trips to port aventura and aqualeon waterpark were organised direct from the park although these are only on specific days (port aventura only on a thursday). a local bus to/from the town could be picked up outside. The beach at vilanova was really good and well worth a visit. Our only slight negatives were the park use some ajoining land to host a german youth holiday company's entertainment evening. This meant that between 9pm-11.30pm live music and crowd noise was a bit disturbing. The air conditioning was rather ineffective and also the way the eurocamp cabins were situated in two smallish zones we felt a bit isolated sandwiched between groups of french holidaymakers. In summary aside from these drawbacks the quailty overall was excellent and we had a great time.
James from Crawley (13 August 2015)

Great holiday we all enjoyed it. Ages 11, 18, 21, 52 and 54. Great day trips to barcelona. Couriers sorted any issues very quickly.
John (10 August 2015)

We were very disappointed with the cleanliness of the mobile home. The shower room smelled of urine throughout despite my husband and myself cleaning it several times. The floor was dirty with ingrained dirt around the edges. The couch was needing repaired and many of the floor edges were rusty. The park was very noisy with balls being bounced early morning and music playing into the early hours. There was no privacy as the mobile homes were situated so close to each other. We had to keep the curtains closed so that the family next to us could not look in. No response from eurocamp with regards to complaint. We paid full price and it was not value for money! very disappointed as we have used eurocamp before and it had previously been a positive experience.
Paula from Edinburgh (06 August 2015)

Pool needs to have a few slides. Parc is in a very isolated area. Entertainment doesn't start till 10 at night. No euro camp kids clubs.
Richard from Essex (06 August 2015)

Was ever prices is so high but the acomodicion so low. Never going back again
Iriuscka from Londom (05 August 2015)

I would have liked more initial information from eurocamp rep on our arrival as it felt quite like being dropped off and never to see them again only we had an issue. The rep happily let my 12 year old wheel her suitcase round and whilst he did offer a trolley, he could have pushed it as a good will gesture. He wasn`t au fait with the tickets for portaventura and was directing me to the internet to print out etc. I don`t want to do this whilst on holiday and in the end wasn`t needed. Campsite lovely but site staff were not nice to deal with (apart from a very few, which would put me off going back to mainland spain). when we were leaving we had left all our luggage in eurocamp office. On arrival we were brought round there with our luggage. On departure we had to lug it through the campsite and whilst I suppose we could have asked for a return lift, I don`t think we should have to given that the rep was there. As we`d complianed earlier we didn`t want to leave on a bad note but it did put me off eurocamp slightly as I don`t like the feeling that our money is taken and then it doesn`t matter after that.
Fiona from N Ireland (05 August 2015)

The park is very big and busy, the pool was dangerous due to number of footballs being slammed around. Yapping dogs all day and night behind our accommodation, as we were on the edge of the site. Cats everywhere too who dirtied our gravel area. Mattresses were frankly disgusting and need to be replaced. Linda the rep was lovely and very helpful. Pretty park, but not much else to do in the town as it's pretty down at heel. Great service by train into barcelona, but thieves everywhere watching people. A good holiday overall, but not restful!
Nicola from Cardiff (04 August 2015)

Vilanova park served as an excellent base for visiting a number of places within driving distance (such as port aventura, barcelona and sitges). we were welcomed by the eurocamp rep on arrival at the park and promptly shown to our accommodation without any fuss. The rep was quick and helpful in responding to a query we had about the local area during our stay. We opted to remain within the park on one of the days of our holiday, during which our children had a great time in the main pool. The other days were spent visiting other places.
Kevin from Hemel Hempstead (03 August 2015)

Poor from start to finish - we left after 3 days. Villanova park is huge and not as sold. Chalet wasnt clean, hob and fridge didn't work. A/c although it was there cuts out after 2 hours due to excessive penny pinching
Tim from London (03 August 2015)

Marie (01 August 2015)

Enjoyed the holiday. The park is enormous and it took us a while to find our feet, but by the end the 8 and 10 yr olds could get to the really well stocked pick and mix shop. Two swimming pools , but both got really busy and full of sweat and suncream by the end of the day. Villanovan is a lovely town with its own ramblas and a beautiful beach.
Peter (31 July 2015)

Holiday was pleasant enough.
Anthea from Edinburgh (30 July 2015)

The pool was very crowed with children on summer camp
Francis (28 July 2015)

Park was very nice. Well kept, great pools and all reasonably priced. Plenty to keep 4 children occupied. Only drawback was that the wifi was mostly very bad and kept dropping out. Only decent place is in the bar. This would make me reconsider going back - you don't realise how much you rely on it these days! if that's not you then nothing to worry about. If it is, think about choosing somewhere else. Villa nova (about 12 euro in taxi each way) is not much to see so if you are going - here best to stay in park unless going to barcelona or salou. We booked suntransfers to and from the airport - cost was about £130 return in 2015 for 7 seater. All went very smoothly and saved us messing around on trains or buses. We stayed 12 days. Restaurant and buffet all very good but you will look for more choice towards the end of the holiday. Nighttime entertainment is mediocre at best. Supermarket is reasonably priced and has everything you will need including cheap alcohol. All said good place and everything you will need for a very relaxing holiday.
John (28 July 2015)

Rep didn't want to know, gave wrong info re portaventura vouchers, left without letting people know, moblie far to small and air conditioning system totally inadequate, need air con in all rooms.
Frank (27 July 2015)

Vilanova park excellent location for getting to barcelona by train and enjoying the lovely beaches, shops and cafes nearby. Great facilities at the parc- swimming pools, sports, restaurant, takeaway and supermarket.
Helen from Glasgow (23 July 2015)

If we had been tied every day to the eurocamp site at vilanova (well, eurocamp along with another 10 or so tour operators), this would have ranked as our worst holiday every. It was saved by the fact we hired a car and could escape from the camp (to head to the beach, water parcs, out for evening meals, markets etc). as it was, we tolerated the parc to allow ourslves the enjoyment of the spanish coasts.
Brian from Glasgow (20 July 2015)

First class park, evening entertainment and restaurant area. Easy access to barcelona. Swimming pools very simple.
Samantha (19 July 2015)

Excellent camp clean tidy excellent facilities. Well equipped supermarket and gift shop . caravan comfortable fully stocked so grateful for air con. Entertainment to suit everyone. Buses at gate. Superb
Ann from Ayr (10 July 2015)

This was our first eurocamp holiday and we loved it. The campsite was great and the kids had more freedom as it is very safe. The entertainment team were good. We loved having bbqs and our own little home.
Pauline (07 July 2015)

Loved it
Gerard from Armagh (07 July 2015)

It would be good if you could replace blue towels a couple of times a week in the cost of linen hire
Sylvia (01 July 2015)

The parc was large but well laid out which made it feel smaller!. . very disappointed in the campsite restaurant. We ate there three times off the carte and the food was poor. Mussels cold in middle of dish and steak very tough with salad very basic which would have expected in basic menu but not on the carte. Such a shame.
Sue from Derbyshire (30 June 2015)

Great parc for young family
Customer 63 (29 June 2015)

The parc and facilities were great, however the evening entertainment was terrible. We only stayed for a long weekend and 2 days out of 3 the entertainment was not on and we had to listen to a dj play the same 5 songs all night.
Helen from Oliva (28 June 2015)

Superb parc with excellent friendly efficient couriers.
Peter from Castleside (25 June 2015)

Couldn't fault this park , but would recommend hiring a car because although the bus service was excellent , the trains where terrible . pick pocket hot spot . trains from portaventura theme park terrifying , kids knocked out of the way , people being pushed back of train and pick pockets attacking . worst holiday experience ever, we where travelling with 7 children and the train journey back to villanova ruined what should have been a lovely day . not enough trains in the evening , no-one cares about the pick pockets no one was patrolling the trains . someone is gonna get seriously hurt . so all in all can't fault the park , not much to do in villanova itself , bus to barcelona was great and we had a great day at the aquarium (v expensive) kids had loads to do on the camp , they would have been happy staying in the park the whole week with their friends , but I like to see the sights .
Carol from Belfast (24 June 2015)

Great holiday, children especially loved the entertainment of an evening
Andrew (19 June 2015)

A great place, with a wonderful med beach available down the road in vilanova. I'd happily go back.
John (18 June 2015)

Perfect holiday for famielies
Justyna from Gateshead (16 June 2015)

We loved vilanova the park itself is beautiful and really well equipped for a family with 2 young children. Great distance from plenty if beautiful beaches and we loved to be so near fantastic towns such as vilanova, sitges and barcelona. Perfect distance from airport and would highly recommend! I would say this is not a resort for those who struggle to walk or in a wheelchair as acess around the park even with a buggy was at times difficult due to gravel and very steep hills at points.
Simon from Whitley Bay (15 June 2015)

Great site, amenities were fantastic, reps were brilliant
Andrew (12 June 2015)

A really well located parc. facilities within the parc were of a good quality given it was at the start of the season. A nice clean safe environment for the kids to enjoy their holiday. Would recommend this park and euro camp to others!
George from Glasgow (09 June 2015)

Brilliant site, lots to do especially with kids even though we didn't go during peak season. Eurocamp staff on site (abby and andy) were very helpful. No issues at all, would definitely return. Booking with eurocamp for the first time we didn't no what to expect but we were very pleasantly surprised and would definitely use them again. The accommodation was amazing and we had no problems.
Mariam from Manchester (06 June 2015)

Nice park with the added bonus of a local bus to town which stops outside the camp
Eileen (31 May 2015)

Overall we felt this could have been a fantastic holiday had we come earlier in the year but felt that we were undervalued as guests due to visiting near the end of the season.
Rebecca from Birmingham (31 October 2014)

The couriers were not helpful at all - we had to find out everything for ourselves. they did not visit us in our caravan until the last evening only to ask when we would be leaving. very disappointing as we have always found the eurocamp couriers to be more than helpful on all our other holidays.
Cathy (31 October 2014)

The toilet did not have basin so it was very unhygienic for us. I liked the surrounding environment. The eurocamp staff was not much helpful. The vilanova reception staff was miserable. They seems to be fed up with customer and was not friendly with children.
Aysha from South East (31 October 2014)

Site was tidy, accommodation was clean and pleasant. Swimming pool area is very pleasant, sports area for the kids was good and restaurant was nice and good value for money. Only suggestion would be to maybe have another gate by the end of the sports area closest to the swimming pool end.
Ben from Matgate (31 October 2014)

Great but too many flies in october
Customer 79 from Whitstable (26 October 2014)

Would have been a 10 all round but dogs barking all night ensuring no one slept isn't at the makings of a relaxing break holiday I would have been much more rested if we'd just stayed at home.
Lisa from Leicester (25 October 2014)

Excellent holidayy
Shirley from Whitstablr (25 October 2014)

Camp couriers were very helpful. Caravan was modern and very clean. Facilities on site were great and clean.
Jennifer from Dunfermline (21 October 2014)

Great site, very impressed on how the parc is run and maintained. We went out of season but with 26c in mid october. Best supermarket on-site i've ever seen after many holidays of this type with eurocamp and others. Fresh bread and not half empty shelves that i've seen in other parcs when out of peak season. Would highly recommend the site and aiming to book again next year. Pete, one of the eurocamp couriers was very helpful and nice to chat with. He has been a courier for years and much better than some of the young couriers we had in the past at other sites. Villanova beach by the lighthouse was recommended to us and was great until the local authorities removed the shower facilities at the beach when we went back at the end of the week. Which was a shame as it was busy and a lovely sandy beach. Kids really enjoyed it and used the football pitch a lot with other nationalities. pools was great, a little cold for us but we got used to it. The outdoor pool was free but it was a shame that you had to pay . to enter the indoor pool at weekends. The part should make that free for eurocamp guests. . overall a great 8 nights away!.
Colin from Geneva, Switzerland (20 October 2014)

Wonderfull holiday, we are already planning on going back nxt year. Loved it. The kids loved it too. Clean, safe, pleasant surroundings, pleanty to do.
Samantha from Wrexham (19 October 2014)

A nice campsite
Alan from Newport (18 October 2014)

Fantastic site even in mid october facilities were superb especially the restaurant.
Lorraine from Stirling (18 October 2014)

A brilliant place to stay. Lovely parc, nice cabins, great location for seeing barcelona.
Victoria (14 October 2014)

This holiday was rubbish, there was no entertainment what so ever,we were told once the spanish kids go back to school the entertainment stops.if you are only providing entertainment for the spanish perhaps you should just sell your holidays to them.the park is miles from anywhere and the nearest town is rubbish.the staff at the park treat you like an inconvenience.the on site shop was closed when we arrived so it ment getting a taxi to town just to get some essentials, the shop was then open for four hours a was unbelievable[in a bad way]the meals all came from the take away even if you were eating in the restaurant and paying top prices, also this was of a very poor quality.i would advise anyone never visit this park it was a total waste of money and not worth a penny of it.
Darrell from Cwmbran (26 September 2014)

Customer 89 (26 September 2014)

Excellent value and great facilities
Katherine (26 September 2014)

Beautifully maintained site. good restaurant and great swimming pools. wifi virtually non-existent even after paying for connection. very convenient bus to barcelona.
Brenda from Sale (23 September 2014)

This park is a well run clean park, the staff are helpful and friendly. The couriers were less helpful and less friendly. Visiting the eurocamp hut was made to feel like an inquisition rather than a pleasure, every move was monitored. It felt more like a prison camp than a holiday. That said we had a nice stay in spite of them. Although they were not overtly unpleasant there was an atmosphere that made us feel like 2nd class people rather than valued guests. I have stayed at many eurocamp sites over the years and this group were the worst I have encountered.
Richard from Malvern (22 September 2014)

One of the best kept parcs we've been to. Our 4th time at this parc and as always had great time.
Stewart from Derby (22 September 2014)

Our holiday was great . we went to load of different beaches and visited tarragona, montserrat and etc. this was possible because we had our own car. castlellet was a lovely place to visit and should be advertised . we had great meals out and about and everyone was lovely
Lynne from Rickmansworth (21 September 2014)

Beautiful park very clean ,security is fantastic ,couriers very helpful extreamly nice people restaurant bars pools play areas were all brilliant and very clean public transport to site was very god woild definatly recommend this site
Tina from Birmingham (19 September 2014)

Great holiday lovely parc reps nice caravan neded new sofa and table other wise well worth the money flight to barcelona easyjet fab as usual camp easy to get to train then local bus beach beautiful defo recommend
Susan (19 September 2014)

At peak times its a totally different experience to off peak. We really enjoyed our first week and then that fell into off peak. Work began on the park, excavations started in the road near our tent then at the swimming pool. Virtually all the entertainment stopped and the park pretty much shut down. I was very annoyed at this and the price i'd payed.
Customer 97 from Harrogate (16 September 2014)

Very helpful staff. Room could have been a bit cleaner, shower and sofa could do with replacing but overall good value for money. Great pool and facilities.
Daniel (12 September 2014)

Having gone on eurocamp holidays in the past we found people with family values like ours. The policy of eurocamp to give cheap holidays to tabloid readers altered the ambience of the site. We will never use eurocamp again. The behaviour and language is some of those guests was offensive inappropriate email
Pauline from Mexborough, South York'S (11 September 2014)

Great parc but could do with better opening hours at the shop as there is little else around to get provisions. Saw couriers only twice but were friendly enough although I had to search for the eurocamp reception ( & it was closed) parc was fantastic, clean, well laid out but could do with some more evening activities perhaps. Overall tho i'd certainly return to this parc anf wouldn't hesitate to recommend
Shaun (10 September 2014)

Lovely park, all very clean, good pools and facilities. Shame about the restaurant as unless you have a car or are willing to take a bus you're a bit stuck on the campsite. Surrounding towns are worth a visit though.
Joanne from Crowthorne (06 September 2014)

Boiler going out at night no hot water due to low gas bottles not checked by euro camp staff haveing to wait till morning to office was open to have this sorted. . very poor cooker no handle for grill very dangerours to use and this was the top of the range caravan. . very poor entertainment on site. . very unhappy with standard of top of the range caravan was expecting a lot better value for money . . will think twice about using eurocamp again. . .
Peter (05 September 2014)

We had a lovely holiday and would come again. Very pleased
Jenny from Exeter Devon (05 September 2014)

We had a fabulous holiday at vilanova park,
Nicola from Brighton (04 September 2014)

Overall good in terms of the cost.
Bryn from Oldham (03 September 2014)

Very busy park but really well kept and great facilities. Close to some great beaches, vilanova and sitges and convenient for travelling into barcelona. An excellent holiday which involved a good mix of relaxing and sightseeing. I loved the fact that the region was typically spanish and not commercialised at all.
Louise from Plymouth (03 September 2014)

Compared to a hotel, our stay was very expensive!!!
Roberta from Gzira, Malta (03 September 2014)

The holiday was fab. We arrived very late at night which I would definitely not recommend. Try arrive during the day to get a proper greet and info about the park etc. The park is beautiful. Very clean and well maintained. The pool is fab and we found ourselves at the second bar terrace which was a little more relaxed. The accommodation was pristine. Could not be faulted. The couriers are very helpful. Do not book taxis from airport or with eurocamp. Phone the park direct or wait till you have booked and the couriers contact you then book with them. Airport taxi for 5 was 94euros to the park but the couriers booked one for return to the airport for 5 of us for 75euros. Bargain given that you have to go via a toll road for 13euros (included in price). the kids entertainment was good if a little dated. It is park run not eurocamp run but is nice. The guests are mainly spanish english french and german most staff speak all of these languages!. eurocamp couriers at the eurocamp reception have kids toys and games to borrow and helpful advice on leaving camp on public transport if not driving. A bit out in the sticks but a t10 bus ticket can be bought for 7.50 euros and that gets you 10 journeys. You can click it 5 times out and 5 times on return. Good value to the local beach which is beautiful and not touristy. . overall fantastic place to holiday. One downfall is the decking around the pool particularly under the poolside showers definitely needs rubber matting. Too many accidents witnessed in the week and a notice that floors are slippery is not sufficient. . fab place!! :-d.
Nicholas from Bingley (01 September 2014)

Lots of activities to do and facilities were good, but we were near the football courts so fairly noisy till quite late at night. Euro reps were helpful and the accomodation had all it needed its just that the beds rooms are a little cramped. (classic plus).
Sharon from Suffolk (31 August 2014)

Great park, lovely food in the restaurant at a reasonable price. we ate there on three occasions with our four children. excellent supermarket! we didn't feel the need to shop elsewhere throughout our stay. lovely mobile home provided by the vista range. great bus service on the monbus to barcelona too - hassle free for us to travel as a family. we managed extremely well without a car, and public transport is convenient, easy to work out, and very reasonable. however the service on the local bus to villanova is a major let-down taking 30 minutes to travel the 3km noted in the brochure! this needs to be addressed. the only other issues to be noted were that the evening entertainment set-up left a lot to be desired. it was just rows of people sitting as if they were in an open air concert, no tables, no ambience and no atmosphere. the sound level was extreme too, as it was for the keep fit class at 11am every morning. come on! no need for this - we're not deaf and suppose to be on holiday having a relaxing time! also the mix of smokers and non-smokers in the open air restaurant needs to be addressed, as we were continuously surronded with smokers. an easy task if it was just given a little thought. However, a good park which ensured a great holiday for us as a family.
Confirmed Holidaymaker (31 August 2014)

Great spot, very accessible public transport wise. Good entertainment. Every night. Highly recommended the only thing was the wifi the worst i've ever encounter, poor connection, not straight forward but apart from that great holiday .
Vie from Donegal, Ireland (29 August 2014)

Lovely site, nice pool areas, well stocked and good size supermarket. Football / basketball courts were supposed to offer organised activities - bit hit or miss.excellent travel links to barcelona at very reasonable prices.
Marc from Swansea (28 August 2014)

Our holiday was fantastic we have been to villanova parc 3 times now, it is a lovely environment, clean and immaculately kept. . the eurocamp reps were fantastic we had a few problems not with the park or the site and they were so helpful
Leigh from West Moleseysurrey (27 August 2014)

Relaxing holiday in clean and safe campsite with plenty of activities and entertainment. Easy to reach from the airport using public transport. .
Catherine from Wirral (22 August 2014)

The caravan, although smaller than expected was well equipped. the facilities were always clean and all staff helpful. The location, vilanova, had good transport links to other places. we had a lovely holiday.
Peter (21 August 2014)

Everything positive about the holiday except the site was noisy after midnight with lots of groups of young people partying into the small hours, not picked up on by campsite security. despite this we had a fantastic holiday.
Emma from York (21 August 2014)

Parc is clean & spacious. Pools are good with life guards in attendance. Football & basketball taken over by older children, wouldn't recommend for younger children. Extra activities payable, eg, crazy golf, jumping pillow. Restaurants basic, mini-disco good but too late & evening entertainment poor.
Anita from Locks Heath (20 August 2014)

Excellent holiday - would definitely recommend & return
Tom from Cotswolds (28 July 2014)

We had a lovely 2 night stay here. Great location near to disneyland and paris.
Sarah (28 July 2014)

Not a lot to do for family. pools etc great but think we were spoiled a bit last year with delphin verde park. shop hours a big let down also.
Bernadette from Glasgow (07 July 2014)

I was really looking forward to this holiday but came home very disappointed. the only saving grace was that we had lovely weather otherwise my two sons would have been bored stiff. It seemed that everything that was advertised for the pace was either closed or non existent. My eldest son could not even join in the kids club as the leader could not speak english.
Joanne (03 November 2013)

Had a really nice time at vilanova park in the october half term. We needed the air conditioning at the begining of the week and the heating at the end of the week! great to have reps on site in the off season who were friendly and helpful. The park has a very good supermarket and the indoor heated pool was a hit with the kids. Great days out at the local beach, boogie boarding. Barcelona great on the open top bus and a visit to port adventura theme park was. A hit too. I need a holiday to recover!!!
Katie from Hemel Hempstead (02 November 2013)

The parc is great - very clean and great pools, gym and spa. .
Katie (01 November 2013)

Dogs nosy. Lack of communication from reps. Heating failed. No tv - was told when booked there was. Caravan far from reception - long walks. Lack of menu in restraurant. Wrong advertised opening times for shop.
Sarah from Workington Cumbria (01 November 2013)

Great resort, lots to do, and very family friendly. good transport links too.
Philip from Gravesend (31 October 2013)

Great park with superb facilities
Julie from Rayleigh (29 October 2013)

We went as a family of 4 at the end of october and the weather was great and the park not too busy, imagine it would be in mid summer. all facilities were great and kids were very happy, happy kids = happy parents!
Colin from Sandiway (26 October 2013)

Beautiful park with lots of palm trees, very good on site restaurant and supermarket. Easy access to barcelona on the bus. Sitges makes a lovely day out, and you can drive up into the penedes vineyards in the hills behind the park. Very relaxing off season and we had beautiful warm sunny weather all week.
Melanie from Leicester (26 October 2013)

First time in spain. Had a fantastic time, despite ba losing our luggage for 2 days. The couriers were fantastic, lent us a buggy, donated us some nappies for our toddler and provided us with tea and coffee. Weather was great, site had loads to do for all ages ( we have 5 kids from 16 to 1 year old) transport links were good to nearby towns, barcelona and the airport and couriers had great local knowledge, which was really helpful. Came home and immediately booked again for next year.
Customer 129 from Haddington (26 October 2013)

The caravan was a health hazard, and ours was backing onto a thoroughfare and the basket/football courts so noisy, but the park itself was lovely with excellent facilities and immaculately kept. great location for exploring the area.
Deborah from Somerset (23 October 2013)

Easily managed by public transport once we'd worked out the route !we flew into barcelona and from the airport took the train to le prat where we changed for villanova. At villanova we caught the bus from the train station that said 'camping' on the front so we new we couldn't go wrong with that. We got by with very limited spanish we had a great time in fabulous weather. The campsite is pretty and campsite staff helpful and friendly. Pools are a little uninspiring but lovely to cool down in. Restaurant served fabulous paella and sangria as well as take away pizzas and tapas. We left our luggage at reception on the last day and enjoyed the park until it was time for us to get our flight home. Classic mobile was a little dated and my son bumped his head on the door frames as they are designed for smaller people. We found the opening times of the eurocamp reception very limited and not very convenient but got by with main is amazing and we would definitely go back
Mel from East Sussex (23 October 2013)

Had a very good holiday great weather only one wet night visited a lot of places within a 50 mile radius beaches good would come again
Joseph from Birmingham (19 October 2013)

Fantastic parc and great staff. the cats however were a downside. a television in the loft accomodation would be nice.
Gillian from Cumbernauld (19 October 2013)

Brilliant holiday in october and park was lovely and quiet. huge park though that may be too busy in high season. would definitely return. excellent value for money.
Heather from Inverness (12 October 2013)

This is the worst holiday I have ever had. I am disabled and use stick to walk well they put put us in caravan as far from anything so had lot of up hill to walk to get anywhere. The couriers are so ignorant its unbelievable. And as for eurocamp reception staff, I asked for some transport from my caravan on day of leaving with my cases and that I walk with stick was told they dont provide this service so would not help. The resturant staff and waiting staff are so miserable. Then there is the cleaning most people would leave there caravans clean but we had to pay 50 euros deposit and was given a cleaning bucket full of stuff and had to clean caravan to be able to get deposit back, I dont do my own cleaning coz of my disability so why did I have to do theres. They are just lazy. Never going back there it ruined my holiday completely
Maggie from Northampton (11 October 2013)

It was beautiful parc, only real problem is lack of entertainment in the evenings due to it being out of season, found that the pools shut to early and nothing to keep kids entertained except small arcade which they got fed up with.
Brenda (07 October 2013)

Vilanova parc is beautifully clean, well kept and quite forested. the pools are really fab, particularly the heated indoor one which is the standard of a 4 star hotel. The supermarket on site is great value with a good variety of all the essentials you could need. however, the park is a long 2 miles from v na g and it is not walkable with a buggy. v na g is not a nice town and the next time I think we will look for something more central to a town or village that is pleasant to walk around during the day and evening.
Henrietta (06 October 2013)

The brochure and customer service information was misleading with regard to access. This is not a site that should be considered as accessible to barcelona. It is a minimum 90 min commute. The brochure says you don't need a car. Absolutely wrong. The public transport access to this site is a nightmare and the information provided was massively misleading. Do not visit this parc without a car ever
Rick from Worthing (05 October 2013)

Not much to do in the town but enjoyed the area big problem was the fly's although the site was spotless so was not there fault . reps were excellent and helpful bus to barcelona was good value for money but bit of a rush to do the tour bus as well get the afternoon bus back to site or wait one half hours for next one . overall enjoyed our stay we had a car this is a must
Anthony (04 October 2013)

Great park. Good restaurant and facilities. Good bus straight into barcelona.
Lindsey from Weymouth (28 September 2013)

We booked keycamp as we use it regularly but sadly we didn't enjoy this holiday at all!! well our honeymoon!!! it's sad but we thought that the park wasn't anywhere near the standard of the other keycamp we have stayed at which we love. The accommodation wasn't as clean actually we were bitten quite badly by fleas as we have since been told. To be quite honest I /we have been brought family on keycamp and recommended them to friends and family but don't feel we will be able to after this experience. It's really sad as we love our keycamp holidays but are doubtful if we will be rebooking again unles to our trusted site! after being really excited to have our honeymoon there we left very disappointed.
Stephen from Ipswich (28 September 2013)

Parc in 0ctober very quiet and my children loved the swimming pools and various play areas. Upon arrival we had to "pay" 50 euro deposit in cash(money we had hoped to use) to the eurocamp courier in case of damage, then on the penultimate day they delivered a cleaning kit for us to clean the unit prior to departure in order for us to collect our deposit. Felt rather strange as I have never encountered this before and didn't anticipate spending last evening scrubbing! does this mean all cleaning is performed by previous client? would recommend a hire car as the prices outside the camp are significantly cheaper.
Jamie from Smailholm (27 September 2013)

Had a great stay at vilanova camping, the park is amazing and beautiful, the children loved the golf and the swimming pools were fab, always clean, always beds available and for me this week always sunny :-)))
Rachael from Kent (25 September 2013)

We had a wonderful time here! the park was lovely and very well clean! the wellness centre is excellent and was well used! all the camp staff were very pleasant and our couriers carole and terry were lovely . this was our first stay at a spanish park in over 25 years of holidaying like this as we normally go to france but we really enjoyed it, so much so we have already booked to go back to spain next year but we are trying a different park which will hopefully be as nice as this one!
Gillian from Edinburgh (25 September 2013)

We had a lovely time at the parc!!! I have been doing eurocamps for the last 3 years and this parc truly deserves the premier status!!. nice pools, easy transport access to barcelona and the vilanova town, beach is within easy reach. . I will definitely recommend to my friends. . janice & peter. Sept 2013
Janice from Basildon (07 September 2013)

A very picturesque parc in a lovely setting, which was always spotless. The parc staff were all very polite and helpful as were our couriers. Two great pools and our pitch had a lovely view down to vilanova. Easy access to vilanova, sitges and barcelona by car. All-in-all a great week away.
Matthew from Reading (07 September 2013)

Couriers very good, park lovely, entertainment average and insects ate us alive...
Lesley from Dundee (07 September 2013)

The accommodation was clean and as described. The couriers were absolutely lovely, so helpful and friendly - just what you want. The town wasn't as close to the park as expected, but the park was so good that it didn't matter. The pools were excellent - clean and safety was upheld. The restaurant was also excellent, the service occasionally slow, but a wide selection of food catering for all tastes. The bus into villanova was regular and good value for money and apart from one angry driver, offers a good service. The bus service to barcelona is a brilliant enhancement to the park, however the price was not clear and was not made clear that the price was for a single ticket not a return. It would be nice for the bus service to the waterpark to run into september, but this does not pose a problem for those who drive there. On the morning we woke up to the water off, the couriers were at our door moments after we woke to explain and apologise. The beach was beautiful. It would be a nice addition for the restaurant to serve cocktails. A shame the buffet closed at the end of august. Brilliant entertainment every night, a shame it finished at 11-11.30 as it was so good, but understandable on a park with children. On the whole, an excellent park, fantastic holiday that made a base for both relaxing days and days exploring barcelona. Many thanks to the couriers for their manner and to eugene from the restaurant for his service every night! a park to recommend.
Amber from Atherstone (06 September 2013)

Great holiday would recommend this parc and eurocamp.
Jennet (04 September 2013)

Fantastic park in good location for barcelona/ sitges. We didn't hire a car which would have made the first few days easier (shopping etc) but public transport was good and the camp shop surprisingly good value.
