Last minute booking, which I would say was the right price for some of the accommodation and parks we stayed at. Insurance booklet more than helpful this time.
Geoffrey from Blackburn, Lancs. (27 September 2015)

A great part to go site seeing around tuscany. This was our second september at this park, we almost stayed in the same static caravan! a lovely quiet spot, no italian disco around the pool all day here. The pool complex is great, we particularly like the large pool that asks for no inflatables.
Rachel from Milton Keynes (20 September 2015)

John and linda very helpful and came round every day to make sure we ok. . was quiet at the time of year we went but weather still good so this was good for us. . would go back again at the same time of year as site would be very busy in high season.
Kim from Whitley Bay (19 September 2015)

Having been to valle gaia before it was noticed some minor issues that need addressing, lighting around the bbq was non existant so it september you were unable to see after 7.30 and also the boule court light was out so that stopped play. The pool shutting earlier which seems odd considering they shut the following week after we left so whjy not shut it all at once, and no entertainment in the bar this time which there was when we stayed before at the same time of year. Other than that love the site. The eurocamp mobiles need to be better stocked, you are in italy and you don't even get a pot big enough for pasta!!! knives not sharp either awful glass chopping boards that blunt any knife quickly, minor issues that make a good holiday great, our rep was very nice but not particularly helpful when I had a problem with a washing machine, just passed me off to the owner rather than try to help. Other than that a lovely clean well run site.
Carole from Ipswich (19 September 2015)

The park itself was very well organised, clean with excellent staff being very friendly and helpful. This was complimented by the best eurocamp personnel that we have come across on our travels. John and his wife are superb and work tirelessly to ensure all the eurocamp guests are satisfied with their stay. Well done, you're a credit to the company.
Christian from Macclesfield (19 September 2015)

Good park, caravan good, nice family service on site. Mattress needs replacing and noise from caravans next door made it less private (due to close proximity of other caravans).
James from Sheffield (01 September 2015)

This is a lovely park. Friendly and with enough to occupy kids on site and only short distances away.
Confirmed Holidaymaker from Newcastle (29 August 2015)

A really nice campsite. All staff are very friendly and helpful. A great base to explore a lovely part of italy.
Graham from London (26 August 2015)

We loved the campsite, especially the pools and the entertainment (e.g. Disco, table-tennis). our couriers were very friendly and helpful. We only had a week, and would have liked more time to explore the local area. This was our first visit to this site, and we are thinking seriously about going back next year.
Matthew from Cambridge (22 August 2015)

Could of done with a place for older children to go to in the evenings.
Wendy from Oxfordshire (17 August 2015)

We had a good holiday - with hindsight going earlier in the year would perhaps have been better - everywhere was very busy.
Customer 11 from Derby (17 August 2015)

A perfect holiday, the only time we have ever returned back to the same park the following year and I am sure we will return again in the near future.
Karen from Arundel (15 August 2015)

We are a family with 2 children aged 8 and 6. We had a fantastic holiday, the campsite is perfect for children this age. The pools are great and the weather was perfect. It is 90% dutch so my children weren't as confident joining in the entertainment/mini disco as they have been before but it didn't matter much. We visited lots of local villages and found fantastic restaurants as wellness pisa, lucca and volterra.
Angela from Nottingham (09 August 2015)

Very poor rep, who felt like he was a policeman not there to welcome and help us. Only concern he had was about us cleaning and tidying before we left!
William (28 July 2015)

Great site and location, maybe a little quiet for teenagers.
Colin from Newcastle Upon Tyne (27 July 2015)

Fantastic site lovely location, but prices starting to creep up on holiday total cost, not impressed with cleaning deposits for next year, will give it a go, but may book directly with site in the future as it is a substantial saving
Philip from Southampton (24 July 2015)

Campsite more suited to young children.very limited entertainment in bar at night-was live music only once a week.lack of atmosphere and very quiet in bar at night.on hindsight campsite did not suit my teenage kids.would recommend it for couples and young families.on site pizzeria and cafe- bar beside pool had lovely staff and good food .john rep was very helpful as was reception staff
Customer 17 from Cookstown (20 July 2015)

John was always on hand and arrived promptly when called. All questions were answered and he even offered us his satnav. Caravan was clean and comfortable. Camp staff were very helpful, polite and always smiling. A great place for families.
Lorraine from Aberdeen (15 July 2015)

A small parc, but well laid out and beautifully landscaped. All communal areas were kept spotlessly clean and the reception staff were helpful and knowledgeable about the local area. swimming pools are excellent and the parc has a relaxed and friendly feel. the onsite shop is well-stocked and offers a friendly and welcoming service. we will definitely return to this parc.
Teresa from Norwich (09 July 2015)

We throughly enjoyed this holiday
Barry from County Down (29 June 2015)

A lovely campsite that we have visited many times. Plenty of shade, excellent swimming pool and good pizzeria.
Bernadette (26 June 2015)

Superb campsite with lovely facilities. The pool was fantastic for our two girls - 4 and 1 years old. Brilliant baby pool which was very safe. Lovely pizzeria on site and the playground was brand new with loads of fantastic play equipment. A small campsite which was lovely and peaceful.
Lily (22 June 2015)

Lovely park, we really like eurocamp and couriers were very good. Only criticism is that the mobile homes were too close together so the plot was not as spacious as other providers. Otherwise very pleased.
Sallyanne (20 June 2015)

We stayed at two sites, sarteano and cecina. Italy is a beautiful country. Pisa is an awful airport. The rental car 'bus system' beggars belief ! overall the sartano site ( our third time) offered more both in terms of facilities and places to visit than cecina (our first visit). we will return to italy.
Duncan from Cheltenham (19 June 2015)

We always enjoy our eurocamp holidays and will be back for more .
Alan from Bradford (03 June 2015)

Weather very mixed.
Thelma from Stratford Upon Avon (02 June 2015)

Fantastic holiday lovely parc quiet during may half term, lovely weather and great friendly people.
Kay from Birmingham (31 May 2015)

The reps john and linda are absolutely fantastic, no wonder people go bak there every year, they couldnt do enough for everyone, thank you to both of them , we will certainly be back next year!
Stephen from Essex (31 May 2015)

Disappointing overall due to a problem with a foul smell in the mobile home which although was advised on the day of arrival was not rectified. Eurocamp's offer of a 15% off my next holiday was scant compensation.
Stephen from Kuala Lumpur (30 May 2015)

A very pleasant site with helpful staff and excellent pizzas
Judy from High Wycombe (22 May 2015)

Excellent holiday only spoilt by weather on first day!
Melvyn (13 May 2015)

Holiday at valle gaia was excellent and offers fantastic value for money. Eurocamp reps john & linda were great.
Lindsay from Darfield, Uk (09 May 2015)

This park suited us so well as we like it to be quiet which is one of the reasons we holiday in low season.
Clive from Belper (06 May 2015)

Great except a car is needed.
Rae from Cairns, Australia (02 May 2015)

Quiet site at the time we stayed, plenty of sites to see in the area
Carol from Hereford (27 September 2014)

It was always a risk to book into the last week that the park was open ( 3rd week of sept)so the atmosphere was quiet with a 10-20% occupancy. Surrounding towns and villages still vibrant with all the main attractions full with tourists.
Vedra from Woodbridge, Suffolk (24 September 2014)

Perfect for visiting so many places in tuscany. Lovely and quiet at the end of the season. We really enjoyed the food at pizzagaia and preferred it to the robin hood restaurant on site. We liked it so much we came home and the next day booked it again for next year..same time of year!
Rachel from Milton Keynes (21 September 2014)

Good location for tuscany site seeing
David from Derbyshire (20 September 2014)

Excellent all round value. Site facilities first class, with very good standards of catering, friendliness and wide ranging information.
John from Leek Staffordshire (17 September 2014)

The campsite was great, quiet which we like, with good pools and restaurants. There is so much to see and do in the area and good beaches just a short drive away.we had a lovely relaxed holiday.
Linda from Tiverton (10 September 2014)

What a dump!! holiday home grotty and dirty. Spent 2hours trying to clean it.blankets provided smelt and has hairs all over them.the dirt on floors ,particularly corners shocking. The toilet smelt like unkempt public not think reps, fault totally. I saw no evidence of cleaning provisions to clean, when they overhauled properties if they used mops etc in the holiday home or brushes they would just be redistributing the debris and dirt from these.people will clean if given tools. We had holiday lets close on all sides so we had to keep curtains drawn in lounge. We were provided with outdoor furniture covered in sap and fly droppings. Chairs need scrubbing and cobwebs outside and tree debris on unit outside clearly not been removed since beginning of season.realise quickly accumulates but quick swish with long handled broom once,a week would take 30sec! I have never written about holiday before, not proffessional complainer .just so shocked feel want to write it down. Tents would have been much cleaner I suspect. Reps were pleasant . so sorry to sound so awful. But that site needs,a review from your team and think if you compared it with similar companies you would agree. Many thanks for opportunity to write. Sorry so negative but so terribly dissapointed in holiday when you gave such great reputation. We motorhome and camp and know how clean facilities are kept by many proud campsite owners.
Caroline from Coventry (01 September 2014)

Brilliant pool complex with fun kids pool, shallower pool for learning to swim and big pool where lane swimming is possible, then two more pools at another part of the site. Great on-site pizza restaurant and also the much recommended robin hood restaurant. Onsite shop has a good range of foods including deli counter. Park well shaded but quite hilly so kids tend not to cycle around the park.
Martin from Weybridge (01 September 2014)

A great location for touring tuscan countryside and towns. The caravans were well equipped, nicely sited in the shade and had good privacy. The parc was well kept, clean and had all the necessary amenities.
Michael from Milton Keynes (31 August 2014)

An excellent area for tourist facilities, whether they be historical sites and monuments or the beach. The parc was perfectly placed for transport. It was excellently maintained with 2 restaurants and the staff were both friendly and helpful. All in all first class
Douglas from Chester (30 August 2014)

A great break, with plenty of places to visit nearby. On 'stay at home' days, the pools were a favourite with the children.
Stephen from Bristol (30 August 2014)

First time at eurocamp and we loved it. Already looking at which eurocamp to visit in 2015. Fab!
James from Uk Nottm (29 August 2014)

The parc itself is immaculate and very well run. Plenty of pools and activities to choose from. if you are camping there are an abundance of toilet/shower/washing facilities which are spotlessly clean. can highly recommend the pizzeria restaurant and take-away. the eurocamp couriers were extremely helpful and friendly. the only downside was the lodge we stayed in which was from eurocamp. it was very small and basic even for a top of the range lodge. it definately wasn't value for money. if we stayed at the parc again we would book direct with the parc either a tent pitch or an apartment.
Confirmed Holidaymaker (23 August 2014)

The parc and facilities were very good. very clean toilets and showers and plenty of hot water. lovely swimming pools, bars, well stocked shop with deli and wine cellar. pizzeria on sight also excellent and good value for money.
Deborah from Hull (22 August 2014)

Great week. Lovely site and lot's to see and do around. The weather was great - hot but not unbearably so. Couriers great but the eurocamp accommodation was disappointing.. old and very tired. Boiler couldn't cope with shower.. and the doors were falling off that! 3 single beds for kids to share didn't really work.. they are not toddlers and the third bed was very small.. narrower by a foot than the other 2 singles.. didn't see this anywhere in the brochure!
Simon from Malmesbury (16 August 2014)

Fantastic in all aspects - we had a great time.
Kirstin from South Sheilds (16 August 2014)

Best campsite we have ever been too in italy, so good we have booked again for next year already.
Karen from Arundel (16 August 2014)

Was a lovely location with lots of places to visit - pools were great and shop very well stocked. . not for the frail though as quite hilly
Christine from Aylesbury (10 August 2014)

Lovely park, well maintained, high quality facilities and friendly staff.
Helen from Surrey (09 August 2014)

A very nice park surrounded by beautiful trees and lovely rolling tuscan hills. Very good food at the take away pizzeria and lots of choice of pizzas, pasta dishes and starters at reasonable prices. The pools were great and no sun bed reservations with towels allowed which is good.the robin hood restaurant up the hill was excellent with great views too,as was the neighbouring bar. We visited the local hill towns casale marritima and montescudio as well as the beach at vada, and pisa, siena and volterra.
Alison from Swanley (08 August 2014)

Great parc in beautiful location. Particularly liked the walking routes given in the parc literature. Would definitely come back again.
Fiona from Aberdeen (05 August 2014)

Not a place for a beach holiday, lots of private slightly crummy beaches, but the sites pools in particular the quite pool at the top of the site are great. Lots to do in land, great restaurants not expensive at all, super markets have fantastic produce and again much cheaper than the uk. Train is the best way to get to florence at only 22 euros return from cecina. All round a brilliant holiday. Special mention to the eurocaml reps really friendly and very helpful with their local knowledge.
Mike (05 August 2014)

Beautiful campsite, in a lovely area with lots to see and do. Very peaceful at night too. We visited pisa, volterra, massa maritima and castiglione, as well as spending lots of time on the beach. Our favourite place of the holiday was baratti bay- a beautiful natural golden bay. Our accommodation (vista 3 bed 2 bath) was superb and spotless on arrival. Couriers wendy and john were the best we have ever met in our many years of keycamp/eurocamp holidays. Food from the takeaway was very good. We also had one lovely meal at the robin hood restaurant and ate at the pizzeria one evening- also very good. A lovely site and a great base for visiting the surrounding area.
Melanie from Broughton Astley (29 July 2014)

Valle gaia is a small and fairly quiet parc but surprisingly it closes for 2 hours for all car traffic between 1pm to 3pm so if you come back from a morning out and have shopping you have to park just outside the main gates and walk - never had that with the dozens of parks we have stayed at before with you and seems a bit out of date. Basically the security gate man goes for lunch for 2 hours. The local beaches aren't up to much either so not a great seaside location for those with families wanting to use a nice fact all the local places seemed rather quiet and not geared up for tourism.
Richard from Bedfordshire (28 July 2014)

The valle gaia park is probably the best park we have stayed on with eurocamp/keycamp. It is a relatively small site, but with plenty of facilities. . the site is clean, and well maintained (an example of this was whilst we were there there was a huge rainstorm which washed away part of the road our caravan was on. within 3 hours of the storm ending, the road was repaired by the site staff). . the site couriers were also fantastic, ensuring everyone was ok after the storm and generally looking after their guests, and knowledgable about the area. . the site owners and staff were very friendly and helpful. . location of the site was great, being less than an hours drive from pisa, lucca and somewhere you have to visit if you stay there volterra. . would love to go back one day.
Ian from Rowlands Gill (28 July 2014)

Would book this park again great for all the family.
Gavin from Edinburgh (24 July 2014)

Lovely parc with plenty of facilities to occupy everyone.
Helen from Cambridge (28 June 2014)

Quiet site, perfect base for sightseeing, train station nearby (short drive). lovely pools, very clean site. Would return to this site and maybe soak up more of the sun now that weve visited the main sights of the area. The robin hood restaurant (the name put us off) we used on our last night and wished we'd tried it earlier in the week, absolutely beautiful family run restaurant which doesnt belong to site and despite the name is authentic italian cuisine and service.
Victor from Wirral (24 June 2014)

Beautiful park very well kept with everything you need for a great holiday and a great holiday we had.
Stuart from Leeds (24 June 2014)

We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday here and didn't want to leave.
Vivien from Newport (21 June 2014)

A really excellent family run park especially suitable for couples of all ages and families with small children. Will be back.
Bernadette from Leeds (17 June 2014)

Brilliant holiday and lovely park. perfect with young children and lovely couriers in john and wendy. could't have asked for more!.
Lisa (16 June 2014)

Our seventh time at valle gaia - speaks for itself!
Paul from York (13 June 2014)

Nice enough parc but have stayed in better, security not very good and a bit run down in areas.
Michelle from York (07 June 2014)

The camp was good and it was a great time of year to go. . only moan would be that the tennis facilities were not very good. one court is disappearing and the other is not well maintained. . we enjoyed the local walks.
Jon from Northamptonshire, Uk (31 May 2014)

Nice park. Pleasant layout not to big. Excellent resturant onsite. Helpful staff. Childrens area could do with an update.great for sightseeing in wonderful tuscany.
Tony (10 May 2014)

We stay in caravan 165, their was a water leak in the kitchen and a gas leak outside, toke 4 day,s for repair. Wendy is a perfect women. .
Robin from Bergen Op Zoom (08 May 2014)

Fantastic holiday experience. .
Jacqui from Isle Of Man (26 April 2014)

This is a lovely parc in beautiful countryside. The reception staff were very friendly and the restaurants on site both served excellent food that was good value. The only downside was that because it was right at the start of the season, (we arrived on the fist day that parc opened in april), not all facilities were available, ie 2 out of the 4 pools were not open, and looked as if they hadn't been touched for some time !
Customer 73 from High Wycombe (22 April 2014)

Tuscany was beautiful and everything we thought it would be. . the parc was well set out but we left 2 days early due to mice and checked into a hotel.
Dean from Brighton Uk (24 September 2013)

Site was beautifully maintained, the staff were friendly and helpful. The couriers went out of their way to ensure everything was perfect
Robert from Widnes (23 September 2013)

The parc was in a nice location convenient for shops in cecina with picturesque walks overlooking the mountains and sea. We only had a couple of gripes the main pool complex was closed on sat 14th of september. When we still had a week of our holiday left. Apparently this decision was made on cost as there were not enough independent campers on site but we counted around 200 pitches in use and the weather was still warm. this made the remainder of the holiday feel anti-climatic as it was clear that the site was winding down and we were asked if we wanted our gazebo packed away. . we would also suggest that pillow and mattress protectors are used and that the blankets provided are laundered as ours was stained and had not been washed all season.
Robert from Cambridge (20 September 2013)

Very good small site. Very peaceful. Good value eating facilties.
Confirmed Holidaymaker from Bromley (16 September 2013)

Lovely park with super facilities, our couriers were helpful and we had a thoroughly enjoyable week.
Andrew (31 August 2013)

Beautifully kept park with excellent facilities. Good pools with a mix of swimming and fun pools. Couriers were excellent, very friendly and welcoming.
Caroline from Chesterfield (31 August 2013)

Really great loved the parc and all the help offered by courier
Henry from Norwich (31 August 2013)

Excellent time.
Allan from Conwy (25 August 2013)

All great except for a mystery smell in the mobile home. john our courier did his upmost to resolve it unfortunately without success.
Ruth from London (24 August 2013)

Well managed site, very clean and pitches nicely laid out,
Rachel from Bedford (22 August 2013)

Valle gaia is set in a beautiful location close to tuscan villages and within easy reach of a large town. Set in woodlands and olive groves it is peaceful with an excellent range of facilities, including a well stocked shop, restaurants and well kept swimming pools. The park is best for those with young families as there is little to occupy older children and the play park facilities are a little dated. That said we had an excellent stay with excellent couriers and the location is perfect for a relaxing base to explore the delights of tuscany.
Simon (21 August 2013)

Beautiful site, very safe with families. Good base to explore tuscany.
Kirsty from Oxted (16 August 2013)

Could not be better.
Stephen from Chelmsford (05 August 2013)

Small friendly parc. Family orientated set in a lovely pine forest which provided cover from the sun. bar, shop and pizzeria good value and did not rip you off run by really friendly staff. very relaxing authentic italy loved it.
Brenda from London (02 August 2013)

Perfect location. Would be happy to go back.
Bryan from Glasgow (30 Jul 2013)

Fantastic parc and couriers. The swimming pool was fantastic, you could always get a sun bed. We used the shop on the camp site, it was great to be able to order fresh bread for the next day. The pizza restaurant on the site was very good, great food and nice outside tables to sit at. Our couriers john and linda were very good and helpful, our caravan is the best we have stayed in.
La from Cecina (21 Jul 2013)

We loved the whole experience. Fantastic location, lovely pool area, good size pitches and great couriers.
Nikki from Wincanton, Somerset (20 Jul 2013)

Excellent holdiay thank you. Your keycamp couriers were v attentive and pleasant.
Dean from Orpington (29 Jun 2013)

Lovely parc with 2 excellent restaurants. Very well placed for visiting historic and cultural sites
Yvonne (23 Jun 2013)

Lovely, quiet park, with great kids pool & lovely pizzeria with play area.
Charlotte from Hove, East Sussex (21 Jun 2013)

Nice quiet site with a good restaurant and pizzaria.
Customer 94 from Banbury (17 Jun 2013)

Best site and courier ever
Cs (17 Jun 2013)

Great site. Very clean and well set up accommodation. The keycamp couriers were excellent.
Michael from Berkhamsted (16 Jun 2013)

This is the 5th time we have stopped at this parc. The accommodation was very clean & couriers always there if any help was needed & very friendly. The 2 brothers that run the restaurants/bars do a fantastic job & very friendly
Steven from Milnthorpe (30 May 2013)

Weather was awful
Brian (28 May 2013)

A lovely little campsite and the couriers were really great! it was very clean and tidy with helpful and friendly staff in the bar and café. You do need a car to get around as its not near to anywhere, and it was very quiet when we stayed there in may. Beautiful countryside is on your doorstep, but not overly impressed with the nearby beaches - but it was very windy during our stay!
Jo from Tonbridge (26 May 2013)

This is an excellent park for a nice, quiet, relaxing and peaceful holiday. This camp is mainly suitable for adults.
Christine from Hyde, Cheshire (25 May 2013)

Great site, couriers first class as last year.
Susan-Margaret from York (22 May 2013)

Lots to see in surrounding area, good restaurants and well kept campsite with friendly staff.
James from Wakefield (18 May 2013)

We all loved the camp site and area and more or less had the site to ourselves - not sure what it would be like in the height of the season but april was wonderful!.
