Great holiday camp, everything you need in on the parc. Jonathan from Bridport (30 September 2015)
Great resort the accomadation was to small for my family we would come back to the resort but would go with another company just because of the size of the caravan Tina from London (24 September 2015)
Fantastic holiday at this parc and area. Sarah from London (31 August 2015)
This park was the worst I have stayed in due to the close proximity(cramming in) of the villas. There was no space at all to have sun loungers outside(good job as none were provided). too many people, racing to sun beds in the vain hope of getting one and so busy all round. Bridget from Reading (30 August 2015)
Great campsite. Excellent facilities, great staff, great food. Very well run and very clean. Great family atmosphere and very safe for kids to play. Rachel from Redcar (29 August 2015)
Lovely site, great couriers who were very helpful. Carol (28 August 2015)
We enjoyed our holiday but found union lido huge and quite impersonal, with the eurocamp cabins located right on the edge and a long way from some of the parc's main areas. The facilities however we're great overall, even if several require further payment. Check in and check out experience left a lot to be desired.we found the union lido staff extremely rude. We spent 6 nights at union lido but prior to that we had 4 nights at weekend in lake garda. We had a much better experience at weekend, which is smaller and very friendly and was much more suited to our needs as a family. The cabin at weekend was also much cleaner than the one at union lido and the couriers very friendly, checking if we needed anything and with a lot of knowledge. Kelly from Birmingham (26 August 2015)
I have never been to a campsite like this - amazing. Rachel from High Wycombe (23 August 2015)
A lovely holiday for the kid, plenty on site and the eurocamp reps were brilliant. however, this is a much bigger camp, with lots of other operators, as well as a hotel. The checkout process, as they keep your passports, was absolutely farcical, and caused unnecessary delays. Christiaan from Eye (13 August 2015)
Good all round parc Customer 10 from Colchester (09 August 2015)
The whole holiday was fantastic, the italian public service transport to and from the airport, the camp site, the various pool facilities, the beach, the mobile homes, the couriers, the bars, restaurants and shops. The only 'bugbear', if you'll pardon the pun, were the very active and bold mosquitoes. Do not think of going out or even sitting on your decking without having bug sprayed or you will seriously regret it! Alison from Stevenage (06 August 2015)
Good clean van, andrew & becky helpful and friendly. Big site with locally available bike hie. Wellness centre great. Super bars and restaurants. Pool floor surface in rapids pool old, peeling and nasty. All other pools fine. Dennis (31 July 2015)
Great location and facilities on site were brilliant. shops and supermarkets reasonable and good quality restaurants. on negative it is impossible to get a sunbed unless you are prepared to queue before opening. not enough sunbed and chairs round pool, space for them but not provided. Kerry from Stratford Upon Avon (31 July 2015)
A really excellent parc in terms of facilities, cleanliness and location Christine from Bristol (27 July 2015)
Excellent site for all the family- we have 3 teenagers and they had a great time. Would def return. Thomas from Belfast (22 July 2015)
This place is fab and facilities are second to none. I was however disappointed with the fact that it wasn't actually a euro camp site. Euro camp only had about 20 caravans on this massive site! as I said the site itself is fabulous with the best swimming pool facilities. My two children age 9 and 13 loved it. Plenty of restaurants, shops and supermarkets on site and all reasonably priced. Highly recommended and would certainly visit again. Suzanne from Lichfield (18 July 2015)
Very good holiday. Union lido is a brilliant camp site. Would and do recommend this site to everyone. Everything is perfect. Chris from Edinburgh (17 July 2015)
We love italy and the area! Dorte from Herning (11 July 2015)
Badly bites by mosquito s.. Darina (05 July 2015)
Very good time Jeffrey from Alresford (04 July 2015)
A very clean and tidy site William from Swindon (28 June 2015)
An outstanding 5* parc. Peter from Wokingham (25 June 2015)
Amazing holiday at union lido, perfect for families with something for everyone. It is a huge park so lots of walking but we hired a pull along truck for the kids or got the free land train. Eurocamp accommodation was basic but clean with everything you need. The park is like a small town with everything you need on site, we only went off site once to visit venice. It is beautifully clean, staff very friendly and helpful. Pools were amazing however not many sun beds at aqua mere pool. Marino club fabulous for a few child free hours of relaxation. We plan to go back next year for longer! Gemma from New Milton (15 June 2015)
We have just come back from the most fabulous trip with our two boys aged 4 and 6! we flew into marco polo airport got off the plane and straight into a cab (sooo easy with kids and cases) we should have booked the taxi when we were in england though as we were slightly over charged at 116 euros but it is what it is. We got to the park in about 40 mins thanked the driver and booked in pretty quick they drove us round to where the euro camp holiday homes were and then we were greeted by the lovely rep rebecca who went through where everything was and what to do etc! the mobile homes were clean and tidy with everything that we needed there! we dumped our stuff and went for a little explore..the camp is huge and I mean huge there is just so much to do for kids and grownups! the staff were friendly and fab with our boys.. there are 8 swimming pools that do get so busy but to be honest we are beach people, we used to get our little spot at the beach and watch the kids play in the sea and sand all day it was great! it is such a clean park they even have people polishing the tops of bins, it is ran so well and organised brilliantly from start to finish. The restaurants are fab again the staff are lovely and the food is very well priced! we had a few bbqs while we were there which was lush and I must say that the drink was very reasonably priced.. the beaches are immaculate and have lots of life guards on duty working really hard to keep the beaches safe and looking after everyone on it, not just in the water but also on land. It’s a blue flagged beach, if you don't know what it means look it up as it’s awesome to have!! people moaning about the passport issue is ridiculous it’s not that bigger deal but speak to the euro camp rep and she will help you with anything you need to know..if you go you must go to venice for the day, a short bus ride to punto sabbioni (book tickets on the park at the information desk) which takes you to the water taxi and then on to venice just beautiful…in venice they do charge you to sit outside about 6 euros an adult and also if there is live music you are charged extra for that to but it’s worth every penny though!! at the end of our holiday we got a taxi back to marco polo airport for ease and we had a lovely driver (booked directly with the campsite) and we were charged 95 euros this time. I would advise taking a warmer selection of clothing if going early in the season as we had 2 days of rain at the beginning. Don’t hesitate, just go! I can assure you that you will not be disappointed! Tara from Reading (01 June 2015)
The best parc we have stayed on. very high quality and the whole family enjoyed it. Clare (30 May 2015)
A super holiday. Great value and excellent site. Plenty for the children to do. We flew to treviso and prebooked a taxi transfer which worked very well late at night. Confirmed Holidaymaker (30 May 2015)
The parc was fabulous good choice of restaurants and places to eat, two great waterparks. supermarket had good selection of food and fresh vegetables and fruit available. the only thing letting the holiday down was the caravan, it was very tired and dated and no availability to upgrade. Daniel from Manchester (29 May 2015)
Fabulous resort with great facilities for all, will definitely return. April (29 May 2015)
The accommodation needs upgrading as we have ripped floor, fridge and freezer broke down, ac was broken and noisy got fixed half way though out holiday. Mosquito net broken in kids room and no blackout blinds which stated in the broacher in any of the bed rooms. . the parc was great loads to do and not to expenses. Please be aware you need to pay to use the soft play area, indoor pool and mini golf which where expenses and adults are not allowed in the bouncy castles so not good for your kids. . I would say this park is great for 2/3 years and up not much to do with my 1 year old. Hannah from Swansea (22 May 2015)
Went with three of my daughters as a birthday treat for my eldest. We had a wonderful time at a lovely location. Velma from Shrewsbury (15 May 2015)
Had a great time, accommodation was fantastic, clean tidy and great value for money! would recommend to all my family and friends! thanks for giving us a fab holiday and we will be back same time next year! Keith from Billingham (08 May 2015)
Brilliant parc, great restaurants, can't praise it highly enough! Kevin from Runcorn (16 September 2014)
Fantastic facilities and excellent couriers. The only reason the overall holiday only gets a 9 is because the union lido staff were rude at the end. The eurocamp couriers informed us we could walk up to main reception and get a golf style trolley to collect our cases and small children, imagine my surprise when the union lido staff replied, "we don't have to do what eurocamp say, they don't know our schedule and we are too busy". not a great end to an otherwise great holiday. Kevin from Tunbridge Wells (31 August 2014)
This is a lovely campsite with lots to do. it is a large site so a bit of walking but also surprisingly quiet in the caravan area considering the number of people. Pool complexes are fabulous and many an hour spent there! the jump park at the top of the site is great for kids at €5 per child and they can play from 17.30-10.30 if they want. we opted to use public transport to get from marco polo to save the taxi fare. We were a little reticent but have to say it was a breeze and very good value. Think it cost us €15 for two adults two children and bags and journey was 1 and half hours. as you arrive in arrivals turn left and there is a public transport desk where you buy your tickets. Then go out the exit, turn right and walk down to your stop, which is clearly marked. nice comfy coach for first part of the journey. You get off at the bus station and next bus stop clearly marked. more of a public transport bus for this part and about 25 mins journey. bus stops outside the camp. Would definitely recommend this option rather than the high cost of a taxi. Just leave plenty of time if you are leaving the camp on a saturday morning as traffic gridlocked outside the camp from about 10.00! our children (7 and 4) loved the little train running around the camp. firework show well worth staying up for. Awesome. be aware the shops on site shut from 12-4 daily. Bike hire is available locally but limited cycling opportunities which was disappointing as we like to cycle. Leisure centre is a 10-15 min walk from the site. Horse riding is a lesson in western style for novices but you can hack out if you can ride. Very easy to get to punta sabbioni for trips to venice and other islands.bus stop right outside the camp and takes about 15-20 mins. Burano is beautiful. Worth getting a day pass to island hop. The beach access on site is great with lots to do and plenty of space and a little van serves drinks and ice creams which is helpful. if you want to pop on the bus to cavallino the beaches there are lovely, very calm and you can paddle out a long way as it is very shallow, perfect for little children. A trip to aqualandia will set you back a bit. Expensive day out!! big rides require 3 or 4 people in a boat. childrens pool not heated so rather chilly (i am a wimp mind!) so you have to keep moving. Again, lots to do but not cheap and as the park has lots of water fun I would say this is a nice-to-do if you fancy a day off site. last thing to say is how clean the site was. Maintenance people out all the time keeping everywhere spotless. caravans set out in a grid layout so looks like little tree lined avenues which was nice. food lovely and lots of restaurants to choose from. Takeaway pizzas good value. Ice creams good value at 1€ for childrens ice cream but can pay more for many yummy options! Claire from Buckingham (30 August 2014)
An overall great holiday experience. Union lido is a wonderful holiday park which is very well run with excellent facilities. Its by far the best holiday park we've stayed on anywhere. Maria from Geneva (23 August 2014)
We had a good holiday but needed to hunt out information Paul from Bishop'S Stortford (22 August 2014)
Very enjoyable stay. Kids loved the pools and warm sea, overall a very relaxing break. Keith from Cambridge (20 August 2014)
Can't fault this camp site. The w10 spa was a big bonus! only left the site to go to venice! everything was good value. Andrew from Essex (20 August 2014)
This parc is amazing. The beach is lovely and the slides around the pools kept our three children amused for hours! the staff are all friendly and there is lots to do around the general area if you fancy seeing a bit of italy. Rachel from Northern Ireland (18 August 2014)
Fantastic, affordable but plentiful. Kevin (15 August 2014)
Fabulous resort and, with 3 children, a perfect family holiday. The accommodation was basic but adequate for our needs. It was also very clean on our arrival. We were aware of the couriers who were extremely friendly, in particular sophie who was there to greet us. Sarah from Newcastle Upon Tyne (14 August 2014)
This is our second year in a row to union lido - we love it! the camp is probably one of the best places in europe for families as it always feels safe. . we'll definitely return to union lido again. Samantha from London (14 August 2014)
Excellent parc - one of the best. Eurocamp has a terrible position on the parc right beside a busy road Confirmed Holidaymaker (09 August 2014)
Union lido is the best camp i've been to, lots for the kids, amazing clean layout. Take a mosquito spray though, I didn't find it too bad but some people looked quite bitten!!. the eurocamp couriers were really nice and friendly, and all in all was really good, I just felt the accommodation was a little tired and a little cramped in the bedrooms and shower but I am being quite fussy. We have already booked to go back to union lido next year and we've only been back a week! Michael from Middlewich (04 August 2014)
Very good for families, especially young children. plenty of facilities, large clean safe beach, many restaurants to choose from. a well run site. Alison from Bicester (03 August 2014)
Lovely holiday, although caravans so close together that you had no privacy. Stephen from Billericay (02 August 2014)
A good holiday despite the bad weather. It must be remembered that this us a beach based holiday. We have been coming here for many years and the weather has never been as bad. Bad weather is rare but a note to tigers ..bring things with you to entertain the kids just in case Julie from Hull (31 July 2014)
We had a lovely holiday! Nicholas from Henlow (27 July 2014)
Amazing parc, beautiful clean and well kept, flowers everywhere. Nothing lacking! beach & pools fab. The only downside for us was that it was a bit too big!! Ryan from Shoreham By Sea (26 July 2014)
The reps harrison & cat were first class. some of our baggage was delayed by 48 hours and eurocamp were extremely helpful. the site is very large and hiring bikes is a great way to get about. however, the campsite has very strict rules about cycling in only certain areas which makes shopping difficult. it is easier to shop off-site. the tennis and golf are not actually on site but across the road from the exit of the campsite. the tennis is very good and costs around 10 euros for a non-clay court. the golf par 3 course was good with the longest hole 170 metres. the greens are not the best but the driving range and chipping area proved popular with our two teenage boys. although large the campsite has lots on offer and the attractions never seem to be too busy. we would recommend this campsite. Lorna from Aberdeen (25 July 2014)
Park is great, the options that eurocamp gives there are rather basic (we would have liked a bigger 3 bed bungalow for instance). Customer 51 from Windsor (20 July 2014)
The parc was great in general but it was very obvious that it was important til squeeze in as many mobile homes as possible - we were not satisfied with the quality of the space that our mobile home was placed in. Dorte from Dk-Herning (12 July 2014)
Very good location and on site facilities. On site shopping good prices. Very clean. Good public transport links, no need for a hire car at union lido. Great connections to venice. Very good swimming pools on site and top attractions nearby off site eg water parks (aqualandia). David from Belfast (09 July 2014)
Union lido is an excellent well run park. Loads to do for kids and adults and no real need to leave the park if staying for a week or less. would recommend it to any family and will definitely return. Jennifer from Belfast (30 June 2014)
Very good site Jeffrey from Alresford (28 June 2014)
Great holiday as always camp was first class Bill from Swindon (27 June 2014)
A beautiful parc in a wonderful location with all the facilities that you could want in one place. It is a wonderful parc for families with children of all ages and clearly very popular with holiday makers from all over europe. Timothy from Harrogate (24 June 2014)
Very good site, air conditioning is a great addition. Mobile home was immaculate. Couriers very friendly and helpful. Very good transport links to local amenities. Site caters for everything, you don't really have to leave the site, adults or kids Melvyn from Wolverhampton (22 June 2014)
Let down by your accomodation Confirmed Holidaymaker (08 June 2014)
This is an extremely large parc, which would normally put us off, but it was beautiful, clean and with everything you could possibly want. Colin from Ashford, Kent (20 May 2014)
The area outside of our accommodation was terrible. time has come for grass seeds to be sown. it was quite noticeable that the eurocamp site was the most unkempt on the site. Customer 61 from Kingston Upon Hull (04 May 2014)
It was great. A nice parc very clean, thes staff very helpfull. Roland from Houten (04 May 2014)
Arrived midnight, no keys, no eurocamp person could be found. Only took 1 hour to find them for them to say they did not know exactly which cabin I was staying in. Great start, good job the site was amazing or you would be in real trouble. James from Frankfurt (26 April 2014)
The park is fabulous for young children and excellent value. A great location. Nicola from Sherborne, Dorset (14 September 2013)
This is by far the best eurocamp we have stayed at. The pool facilities are fantastic. Our favourite pool had aqua aerobics in the morning, a lazy river for the children, a flume and a bar overlooking it. . whilst having a selection of pools the site is right on the beach where we hired a pedalo with a slide - great fun. The park has numerous restaurants we only tried one but very good. Two well stocked supermarkets. They have a fruit and veg shop that sell about 10 flavours of slushies which was a big hit with my kids. Another big hit with my kids was a large area full of bouncy castles 5 euros for the evening. If you get fed up with the camp you can do a trip to venice for the day by boat which is amazing and the perfect way to see venice. 5* parc would definitely recommend. Emma from Lower Dicker, East Sussex (26 August 2013)
Excellent site with lost to do. Huge so not for the faint hearted Sarah (25 August 2013)
Overall all we loved the holiday. We had three campsites and all had something to offer. The weather in switzerland wasn't great but the children enjoyed anyway. Italy was great, the beach was perfect and the site had great facilities. Germany was lovely and hot and had a nice cosy feel to it. Julie from Essex (19 August 2013)
Excellent park - lots of activities. Euro camp reps very very good, best eurocamp rep we have had in our 3 years with eurocamp. Alison from Sevenoaks (17 August 2013)
Absolutely loved it, have already recommended it to likeminded families. Umberto from London (11 August 2013)
I'm glad that aqua laguna is now sandy not gritty and we also appreciate that the shop stays open all day. Karen from Cambridge (09 August 2013)
Fantastic time was had by all the family. brilliant parc with first class facilities and despite being large and very busy, did not feel that we were crowded or waiting too long for food and in shops, etc. very easy to get around the local area without adding the expense of car hire to the equation. Chris from Birmingham (03 August 2013)
Air conditioning was essential - but a bit noisy - not so much our unit bit accommodation unit behind us - not much sound proofing. Calum from Inverness (29 Jul 2013)
Union lido is a huge park, more like a small town really with a good selection of restaurants, bars and shops. It has direct access to an enormous sandy beach with safe, shallow waters suitable for children. Amanda (22 Jul 2013)
This is an excellent parc - high standard of accommodation, great facilities, close to the beach and friendly eurocamp couriers. Customer 74 (06 Jul 2013)
Site was excellent for the ages of my children. bit expensive though. Plenty to keep children occupied with both at the pools and the surrounding site. I did not like the evening entertainment for children as it was mainly in german or italian Alison from Strabane (04 Jul 2013)
Union lido is a great camp with high standard facilities. There is plenty to keep kids occupied. . we stayed 17 nights and my 2yr old had a great time. There were several play parks & then an inflatable play park which is very good value. . . it rained a couple of times and then it does limit the things you can do. . we were very happy with the value for money. Michael from Swindon (29 Jun 2013)
Great site for younger children 10 and under. The staff were all friendly and polite. Spoilt for choice of places to eat and all the places had great menus and tasted great. Downside is that there is nothing to do out of the resort. Andrew (27 Jun 2013)
The parc was fantastic, extremely clean and had all the amenities on site. brilliant pool areas, lovely beach, good choice of restaurants and shops etc.. the courier gave us lots of local information and advised us on how to visit venice which was great. We would definitely go back to this parc the children loved it. Clare from Stockport (22 Jun 2013)
A great parc and a great location for exploring venice, murano burano or further afield, whether you have a car or not. Parc is best suited to young families though as a couple we found places where we enjoyed too. Holiday was let down by a tired and poorly placed caravan and really bad holiday couriers. Michelle from Anglesey (21 Jun 2013)
Fantastic parc. Eurocamp need to up their game a little. A lot of the other operators are making their accomdation more attractive. Bolero in particular Steven (13 Jun 2013)
Very clean and tidy. Lots to do in the day but lacked at night entertainment. Katie from Hyde (05 Jun 2013)
Parc has eveything you would ever need on a holiday. The pools were really cold though, especially for the children which was disappointing Marcus (04 Jun 2013)
Great venue, great facilities. Lots to do in and around site. Lots of very pleasant staff at resort. Only disappointment was most of the site is off limits to bikes which was something we were looking forward to. Still hired bikes from a local private shop but not used as much on site. Ignore trip advisor remarks about any difficulties with passports easy arrangemnts made for return when leaving. Great pools, good shops, markets ,fresh seafood. Despite poor weather 2 adults two children 10 and 7 had wonderful time. David from York (03 Jun 2013)
We have used this parc four or five times over the last ten years and have alway enjoyed it. this time, however, it was a let down half the faciliteies weren't open, loads and loads of building work going on, lorries and diggers up and down all day, ( a bit like being parked in the middle of the m6) and scooters and bikes everywhere, there was an announcement half way through our time there regarding use of bikes after that things did improve a little, but not with scooters. Also the cabin did not appear to be the same as the one advertised, the shower was much smaller and had no shelves. Doreen from Derby (23 May 2013)
