Could have been good but unfortunately the pitch location and constant road noise were not acceptable. This was a disappointment. Neil from Wellham (30 August 2015)
Great pool and other facilities spick and span. Got used and then appreciated that you had to pay for sun lounges as means there are always some spare. The servings at the restaurant are on the generous side so they allow you to take them away. Beach and sea were both great. Ian from Stockton-On-Tees (29 August 2015)
The pool was great and the staff very friendly. Rob from Swindon (21 August 2015)
Holiday parc was really great. great pool and fun slides. well designed pool and gardens area keeping kids safe. well controlled by life guards. fun aqua zumba. enjoyed the enforced 2 hour siesta every day. beach was great. sea looked a bit brown but was gorgeously warm. not much around in the area but good supermarket in walking distance. amazing icecream in town - definitely worth the ten minute walk. boat transfer to venice very good vfm. we didn't hire a car but instead used bus service from airport which was really simple to do and cheap. eurocamp courier was friendly enough but not very proactive. ie no-one came and asked us at any point how things were or if we needed anything. or tell us some information that would have been useful. . Pete from Leicester (18 August 2015)
Don't get me wrong , we had a great family holiday but somehow the camp was a bit hi-dehi and the area, whilst great for beach and proximity to venice, didn't feel much like italy Gavin (17 August 2015)
We are returning customers and felt that the site had poorly maintained accommodation which did not meet the minimum 'advertised' requirements, especially when compared to our previous stay. Spent most of our time at the pool to stay out of the caravan as much as possible. . nice beach but guarded at night and locked off at 11pm. Very poor wifi which is costly and only really effective in certain areas. . do not go without mosquito repellent!. we were attacked nightly despite liberal coverage of all types of repellent and spraying by the site on the 4 last days, one of our group had to seek medical advice for the severity of their bites. Please take care if you have children, all but one of our 4 were covered head to toe!. . . . . . . . . . . . . Kieran from Rugby (13 August 2015)
Facilities good, staff very friendly especially in the shop. Foox from take away and in the restaurant very nice. Access to beach and activities was good. Accommodation could do with a revamp and extra clean sheets would be good. The main issue were the amount of mosquitoes- never had so many bites, even my husband had big issues . Mark (13 August 2015)
This is our second year visiting sant angelo village and it didn't disappoint!! we love the parc and the facilities it offers, however, we were disappointed this year in the quality of the eurocamp van. We had 2 lights out 1 which was the crucial outside light and having asked for it to be looked at it didn't get fixed! the van itself looked tired and worn in places with the bedroom door sticking and the sofa worn and grubby!! having made friends with others on the site and seeing their accommodation we will be reviewing our decision to stay with eurocamp and instead will look at other companies on the parc. Kate from Leigh On Sea (10 August 2015)
We had a great holiday, did not meet the eurocamp rep, not happy about having to pay for sunbeds at the pool or that children could not play with toys in the pool..the salvataggio were like the police! everything else was good, love the area so will return but at another camp. Joanna from Heywood (09 August 2015)
Lovely holiday on a great site. Entertainment/ clubs etc limited for under 4s but that aside fantastic. Laura (04 August 2015)
Great site lovely location fab holiday Saskia from Southsea (03 August 2015)
Great location, the campsite is almost exactly half way between jesolo, the manin town and punto sabbiani, ferry port to venice. Direct access to the beach and very clean, very well looked after campsite. Only one negative is the the 1-3 closure of the pool for siesta time and the fact that the pool side sunbed sets can be rented for the week but not all are used all the time therefore preventing others from using them. Darren from Birmingham (01 August 2015)
Had a really good holiday. Would say the on site prices at the restaurant and shop are a bit steep especially to say the nearest restaurant outside is a 15 min walk. Apart from that, the park and facilities were great and the beach section was good too and not overly busy. Lisa from Manchester (30 July 2015)
The camp is a very large busy camp, plenty to do should you choose to at the camp site, lovely having direct beach access, nice to see life guards at the pool not taking any nonsense and keeping a very watchful eye on those in the pool, . our accomondation was situated at the edge of the park which was nice as there was less traffic with a young child and he was able to make friends and play with others. * we were dissapointed with the accomondation in the fact that we backed into the parks recycling plant! and thetford on your holiday you are woken up at 8.00am every morning with them sorting out the recycling which was noisy! * Fiona from Flintshire (28 July 2015)
The parc is perfectly located not very far from the city center. It has got a lovely private beach, very nice swimming pool and provides every day and evening entertainment for all holidaymakers from children to adults. It is a very convenient connection between the parc and venice so you do not really need a car to go to this stunning city or to do a shopping in a local supermarkets which are just around the corner. This is the ideal parc for families. Joanna from Leighton Buzzard (27 July 2015)
Best campsite i've stayed on - and i've stayed on many. Excellent facilities, great location. Quiet at night. Lots for kids to do if that's your thing. Easy travelling distance to jesolo or venice. Paul (21 July 2015)
We travelled as a party of 11 (3 generations) and had 2 adjacent tents. Everyone had a wonderful time from the youngest to the oldest. The site is big but laid out so no one is far from the facilities and the flower beds make it a pleasure walking round. The local shop was well supplied and a larger supermarket is only a short walk away. Alan from Aberdeen (18 July 2015)
Excellent holiday, service prior to going was great, medical priority meant that we got a pitch to meet my disability needs. Toilet block with disabled loo was close by. Restaurant on site had lots of choice. And was good value. Lots to do nearby. Our 5th year on this site- we recommend it to everyone. Dawn from Southampton (12 July 2015)
Excellent campsite and facilities - eurocamp couriers were friendly helpful and there to assist if / when required. Rodney from Ireland (07 July 2015)
We had an excellent time, the park was great. Both children absolutely loved it. We found everything we needed for our perfect holiday. Catherine from Leeds (30 June 2015)
Great base to discover the biennale, just hop on the autobus and vaporreto and you are in the centre on venice, a short walk to the arsenale and giardini. The isles of burano and murano are just magical and should not missed. Just a short drive to the historical cities vincenza, padova and the opera at verona. The patrolled beach is right next to the site, there are bars on the beach with full facilities on the site for a self catering holiday or eat out. William from Wolverhampton (15 June 2015)
Lovely holiday, only downside was tents located close to a noisy road, but that aside it was fantastic. Anthony from Seeheim-Jugenheim (14 June 2015)
This holiday was perfect for us with our 3.5 year old. The park was very well kept and organised, the food and drink available on site was great, the accommodation had everything we needed ( the air-con was well used!) and we would definitely come back again Holly from Warrington (11 June 2015)
Well run campsite with good facilities. Excellent restaurant with take away service. Pool complex has lots of features- slides for younger children, tube slides for older kids over 120cm, great pool bar. Facilities close from 1-3pm but rose garden remains open- has 3 small pools for younger kids. Beach is lovely- recommend buying a parasol and avoiding the sunbed charges (about 50 euros for the week). . eurocamp accommodation was well situated and well equipped. Would recommend air conditioning! campsite sprays for mosquitoes 3 times a week but take repellent. . nearest supermarket is about half a mile on the road to punta but campsite shops are well equipped and not too expensive. . day trips to venice- if you drive to get the ferry would recommend parking on one of the covered lots at 5 euros per day. The official car park is not shaded and you need plenty of change to pay. Cheapest ferry over was marco polo (4.50 each way) which was hourly and had plenty of seating. Sue from Norwich (11 June 2015)
Excellent family holiday, lovely clean site and caravan. friendly staff and amenities very good. where our caravan was situated, the grass needed cutting! but overall wouldnt hesitate to return next year. Amanda from Northampton (30 May 2015)
Fantastic holiday apart from mosquitoes. Euro camp staff are wonderful especially charlotte . looking to book again next year Karen from Watford (30 May 2015)
Can't fault it! Kath from Gloucester (26 May 2015)
A beautiful park with lovely pool and direct beach access. Weather disappointing - warm but cloudy. Anthony from Wimbledon (05 September 2014)
Lovely holiday camp, accommodation small but very clean and well presented. Lots to do on camp and lovely beach. Camp restricted every day between 1pm and 3pm no cars allowed to come and go and swimming pool is shut and all playgrounds for children shut. Other than these restrictions I would recommend this campsite. Marie from Bexleyheath (30 August 2014)
As a family of 6 including 4 adults and 2 children we have just returned from an 11 night stay at this park. We had a fantastic holiday with plenty to do for all the different age groups. The weather was fantastic and both eurocamp and the staff at sant angelo village did everything possible to make our holiday a happy and relaxed one. Whilst the parc was full and busy there was a calm and chilled atmosphere. Nicola (14 August 2014)
Very nice clean site, with great pool, eating area etc. Simon from Pwllheli. (14 August 2014)
We had an excellent holiday at sant angelo, the parc is great with fantastic facilities and a lot going on to keep the kids entertained. there is so much to see and do in the local area too - we'll definitely be returning to the area. Helen from Derby (12 August 2014)
Pitch location was extremely noisy from other campsites and nearby funfair. caravans really close together and never saw the reps! beach was fantastic. in 13 years of this type of holiday it was the most disappointing, looks like france again next year. Keith from London (04 August 2014)
Accomodation is a dated and needs revamp. Unfortunately we had lots of little bugs too. Milena from Zurich (03 August 2014)
An excellent holiday ideal for us with two young children. Delivered on everything we had hoped for. Would highly recommend to friends. Kate from Leigh On Sea (28 July 2014)
Had a great time. Was spoiled initially due to flight cancellation and then much heavy rain throughout our cut short week but other than that it was great. Fiona from Bedford (28 July 2014)
Site okay - overly regimented regarding pool closure 1-3pm. With slides closing 30 mins before hand. Helen from Altrincham (27 July 2014)
Excellent holiday, great locations. Love the flexibility to holiday in snowy mountains one day and at the beach the next. Sue from Whitley Bay (26 July 2014)
Fab holiday, really enjoyed it, only downside was the mosquitoes. Robert from Newport (25 July 2014)
Excellent camp site. Pools were great and life guards did a great job. Site facilities werealso good with the beach easy to access. . local off site supermarket was only about a 15 minute walk, with thebtown of cavellino about a 20 minute walk. . bust stop outside the camp site is served by buses every half hour, either taking you to lido de jeslo or the port, where it is easy to catch a ferry to venice -boats leave every half an hour. . the only downside is the mosquitos sobtake plenty of spray, although the onsite supermarket does sell spray and citronella candles. . overall we had a great holiday. Kids and adults enjoyed it. We might go back next year!. I would recommend this site with or without a car. Angela from Magor (25 July 2014)
Overall a nice camping parc Tom from Vejen, Denmark (20 July 2014)
This was our third year at this park, we are a family of four with 2 kids age 8 & 6. The children always have a lovely holiday here and have made some really good friends. we went to the beach and pool everyday. the parc is well kept and clean, the staff are all friendly and helpful. The beach bar sells fantastic ice cream at a really good price Fraser from Edinburgh (19 July 2014)
Excellent - Rod from Ireland (03 July 2014)
Excellent place Susan from Sheffield (28 June 2014)
Our overall experience of the holiday was great, we stayed in a eurocamp tent for 12 nights, as a family of four including our sons aged two and four. Our sons loved it!. . the tent was clean and tidy and adequately stocked with everything we could hope to need, we arrived on the park after the eurocamp open hours but a quick text to the couriers and they came to meet us to make sure we were ok. . . the beach is lovely, very clean and close and lifeguard towers, my son cut his foot quite badly on a shell and the lifeguards were very quick to attend to him clean and bandage him - very reassuring. The many many "lookey lookey" men are the only downside. . . swimming pool is also lovely, the whole area is very clean and whilst having to pay for sunbeds is a little unusual it means you don't have to get up at 5am to try and reserve a bed. . . the local area is also great especially if you have a car, lots to see and do and we kept entertained for our entire holiday. . the toilet and shower blocks are absolutely faultless, you would think a cleaner worked in their 24/7. A bonus is the "children's shower area" where they have cubicles with lower height showers and large sink/baths with shower attachments. . the park carries out a mosquito treatment three times a week whereby it sprays over the accommodation and trees a treatment - I have never heard of this being done before and was very impressed, we only picked up a couple of bits over two weeks so it must help!. . the park is very large and in places including the eurocamp tent section is very cramped, our pitch was so small that we had no space to park our car and our friends that we travelled with had the same issue, consequently it was like playing musical cars which isn't exactly ideal when there are lots of small children about. . . one of the things I had most looked forward to was letting our little boys loose at the kinder disco.. there was no chance of this, it was just too crowded literally you would have to push through about ten rows of standing parents before you could hope to try and see your children amongst the hundreds bundled together, maybe not too bad if your children are older but not good for little children. It is a very strange set up that the main stage where most of the entertainment takes place has no seating its just a stage in front of an open plaza, so on another occasion we took our sons to watch a clown show and again because of all the parents desperately trying to keep their eyes on their children its is impossible to see anything so we gave up with the entertainment after that. . . it may depend on your location on the park but the eurocamp tent location is right next to the main road, if you are not a very heavy sleeper be prepared to be kept awake late into the night by revving motorbikes and a pack of non stop barking dogs, and then be awoken at 6am by rubbish bin collections - my favourite being the ones the empty the glass recycling containers the noise is horrendous. Samantha from Rainham, Kent (23 June 2014)
The accommodation at this park was the worst by far that we have stayed in.the decked area was very old and filthy dirty the staff asked us to put this in our review because they have been trying to change things but to no avail.the outside area was very poor not cared foe at all. Confirmed Holidaymaker (12 June 2014)
Very clean park with excellent facilities, pools and beach in a good location. Staff are very friendly and helpful, Customer 47 from Manchester (03 June 2014)
Eurocamp offer excellent customer service. I booked a park and was concerned it maybe too busy for us. A man from eurocamp called and advised from his own knowledge that we would be happier in a different park. So we agreed. He was right. the park at saint angello village was lovely. Staff from both park and eurocamp couldn't be faulted. the only issue is it was hard to get to on busses from trevisso airport. Rebecca (30 May 2014)
Lovely helpful friendly staff, nice clean beach and sea. Just the shops on site are expensive so use cavallino supermarket about 800 metre turning left when going out of camp site. Good bus service. Nice heated pools. Michelle from Rye (25 May 2014)
Arrived on the first day of the park opening. The parck was very clean and tidy but we where a bit disapponted that not all the facilities where up and running, especially for the kids. We looked at other euro camp parc and ruled them out as they stated on the website that certain items where not open till a specific date. We chose st angelo because it said the childrens areas where open. In hind sight we should have been a bit more aware coming at the very start and certainly wouldnt do it again. Mosqitoes also spoiled it a bit. Over all we probably will use eurocamp again as the couriers where first class and helped out where ever they could Martin from Aberdeen (23 May 2014)
The park was ok but the facility's ware a joke Pedro from Bournemouth (16 September 2013)
Brilliant holiday, fantastic park - only disappointment was that we went late in the season and things like the evening entertainment and swimming pool closed mid way through our holiday. Also, we found the siesta time very inconvenient - the pool closing during siesta time was of particular annoyance. That was our only issues though. Daren from Gloucester (15 September 2013)
A great parc with lots going on. Not as big as some of the others which was great. In a great location where you can easily walk to the supermarket, bars, restaurants etc. Gillian from Bristol (29 August 2013)
Although a good holiday and all was as expected the disappointment is probably more of a cultural thing. closing the pool for 2 hours every day was not great for the childern. you could argue you have the beach but that is not always suitable for all. also having to pay for sunbeds is something on a campsite I have never come accross before. Julie (17 August 2013)
Lovely site with really good facilities, the mobile home was too hot and the mosquitoes were everywhere. Didn't really see the reps that much. John from London (12 August 2013)
We all had a fabulous time and loved the site. We'll be back! Sam from Swindon (07 August 2013)
First time at a eurocamp park, would recommend to others and book with you again. Kevin from London (31 Jul 2013)
Great holiday, lovely pool beach. Aqualandia excellent. Great location. Emma from Milton Keynes (26 Jul 2013)
The holiday parc itself is very good, with a lovely waterpark and clean facilities..but the location of eurocamp tents and mobile homes is probably in the worse location of the camp- alongside a parimeter fence of a major road. In addition to the traffic noise, opposite the road is a nightclub and fairground. Do not expect to sleep well if you lcaote yourself in a eurocamp accomodation. Michael (20 Jul 2013)
Sant angelo is a fabulous place probably the best park we have ever been to. The eurocamp couriers were absolutely fantastic. The eurocamp caravans were not so good tho'. they were old and a bit tatty. But we still had a fabulous holiday. Thank you eurocamp ! Vivien from Dudley (14 Jul 2013)
Very enjoyable holiday. Andrea from Basel, Switzerland (13 Jul 2013)
The most impressive thing about this parc is the toilet and shower facilities. they were immaculate. constant cleaners from 7am to 7pm. a little disappointed in the pool complex, its actually quite small. perfect for young children, our 6 year old was quite delighted, but our 9 & 10 year old were a bit bored of it after a few days. They were so strict around the pool, if I heard that whistle being blown once I heard it a thousand times. no jumping in, no fooling around with balls, no play fighting - a bit strict for children having fun. The restaurant food was definitely in the category of fast food, and definitely not fine dining, and quite expensive. it was 60 euros each night for our family of five for one course. The childrens tennis club was okay, but there was no organisation, kids got bored of it the second time they went. they really enjoyed the football club. the atmosphere in the camp was quite good, but I have been in more friendly camps in other parts of italy. all in all a nice break. Fiona from Muir Of Ord (08 Jul 2013)
Lovely pretty parc great facilities to keep our toddler entertained. rose garden lovely to relax. Anne (24 Jun 2013)
Very impressed with facilities and cleanliness of the parc, they even go round in the evenings spraying the mosquitoes!. swimming pools absolutely lovely though a shame they closed them because of the rain on one day.kids very disappointed and the fact that we had paid to use these facilities left me feeling cross. Beach was fantastic with lovely fine sand and plenty of oppurtunity for a game of volley ball!. would definately recommend. Nicholas from Stowmarket (01 Jun 2013)
