Lovely park in a beautiful area, Valerie from Skipton (21 September 2015)
Excellent time. Due to lateness of holiday, facilities on the site were limited as they were 'winding' down to close season. Massive german slant in the area now, which wasn't evident on my last visit 9 years ago! restaurant staff were rude and service wasn't very good at all! couriers were youn people, I assume students. Had basic knowledge of the area but not of things further afield. I asked for a railway timetable, they were unable to offer advice on this. Likewise there were no leaflets extolling the virtues of verona or milan both with in striking distance of the parc. Keith from Wakefield (17 September 2015)
The holiday homes were very close together which meant that there was little privacy and curtains in bedrooms had to be shut at all times lest we should be looked in on from the mobile home a few inches away. . the walk from the holiday home to the lake was around 5 minutes and the only bonus from being this far away from the access to the lake and from the kids entertainment was that we did not have the noise of the disco like the mobile homes that were closer. . pizza shop and inflatables shop on site were fantastic - small supermarket did not have a great selection of food and was expensive. . we will return to lake garda in a couple of years but will probably try out one of the other camps next time. Sarah from Derbyshire (05 September 2015)
Well located parc within walking distance of bardolino and direct access to the lake. The eurocamp caravans were in a good position within the parc, near to a pool and with plenty of light, being at the top of the parc. Some companies vans were very close together, within the trees, with little privacy or light! Nicola from Swansea (29 August 2015)
Overall a nice holiday in a great location on lake garda with just a few disappointing issues with the accommodation. Mark from Buckingham (25 August 2015)
Perfect location for exploring the lake and theme parks. I drove which was great for venturing out and not having to rely on public transport and taxis. Great for families of all ages, with or without children Marsha from Hornchurch, Essex (15 August 2015)
Very clean and well-kitted out accommodation. . great place from which to explore lake garda. The small pool could do with a little repainting and perhaps more sunbeds but overall a really good location, parc and holiday. Hilary (15 August 2015)
Camp very big but not noisy at all . euro camp couriers were happy and very helpful . the main receptionist and the girls in the shop could do with smiling occasionally ! . pools could do with a spruce up . fantastic place to stay for sightseeing . went to venice and verona . even went to the opera. great holiday . Ann from Bookham (12 August 2015)
Fantastic location, we will definitely return. The parc is very big and busy, parts of it are a little dated but all in all, it is in a perfect location. Louise from Yarm (11 August 2015)
This site had a more touristy vibe than other eurocamp sites we stayed at. It is a large and busy site, with a friendly atmosphere, and a stroll away from restaurants and gelato. Brilliantly situated to visit venice for the day, if like my husband you are brave enough to venture onto the autostrada with the italian lorry drivers! Philip (31 July 2015)
We were shocked by the standards of this parc. it was packed, noisy and tired looking. Not at all what was described. quiet periods not enforced. So crowded it feels like people are walking around in your caravan at night, not there own, so disrupted sleep every night. Clare from Maldon (28 July 2015)
Excellent location, helpful staff, huge amount to do in the area Alastair from Aberdeen (23 July 2015)
Really disappointed in this parc. A little disjointed. Children were really disappointed in the pools and 2 small basic slides which even my 5 yr old got bored with!! the majority of staff from cisano (not eurocamp staff) were very unfriendly and quite grumpy. Supermarket were unfriendly. Beds in esprit mobile were really uncomfortable and very poor standard of mattresses provided. Helen from Ireland (09 July 2015)
My husband, 3 children and myself had a fantastic holiday here. Will definitely be back. Siobhan (07 July 2015)
The san vito sight was a nice small size with added benefits from the neighboring cisano site. The cabin was clean and the staff friendly. we enjoyed the lake and surrounding area. Jen from London (01 July 2015)
Had a great time, weather was beautiful as was lake garda. Reps were wonderful too. My little one was ill on the second day of our holiday but luckily there was a doctor on site for a fees hours everyday and a pharmacy in the next town which was a nice 30 min walk away along the lake. Helen (30 June 2015)
The park is cramped, although where we were felt more spacious as we were opposite the open camping section. The top pool was too cold to swim in. On reflection it's expensive for what you get. I think we've been spoilt by our first eurocamp trip to des ormes which was brilliant! Suzanne (28 June 2015)
Wonderful to be able to walk out of the campsite unto the lake path and be surrounded by such beauty.we had great fun playing in the lake .we loved it and would go back. The couriers were great, the caravan was clean and the girls were a great help when my youngest girl was unwell . Heather from Dromore County Down (24 June 2015)
Holiday was lovely, lake garda was spectacular unfortunately our accommodation let us down slightly. whilst it had everything we needed it was at far end of one site, overshadowed by trees, no airconditioning and overlooked from all sides as very close to other cabins. this was not the case all over the site. Found parc large and very spread out although amenities were good. couriers were on hand at arrival and very helpful. Jac from Uk (20 June 2015)
The campsite is huge and split into three sections which is not mentioned in the brochure. You might find you are not in the section that contains the bits you are looking for. The description that the campsite has its own beach is a bit misleading. There is a tiny stretch of "sand" which would only accommodate a tiny fraction of the holiday makers. The pool in the section we were I was too small to accommodate everyone and we were there off season. Saying all that it is a very pleasant campsite and the surrounding area is spectacular so if it is just a as you are looking for, then it is a good place to stay. Roderick (19 June 2015)
2nd visit to this parc which was only for 2 nights so can not comment on the parc as we used it as a base to visit bardolino and laize Michaela from Manchester (19 June 2015)
Relaxing holiday in a great location with helpful couriers Simon from Brighton (16 June 2015)
Never again! Customer 23 (12 June 2015)
This is a beautiful part of italy, a great venue for a family holiday. Richard from Malvern (02 June 2015)
Really nice holiday in a fantastic location. Love lake garda! Tony from Rossendale (31 May 2015)
Beautiful scenery, nice location close to bardolino and lazise Stephen from St Helens (23 May 2015)
The weather was kind, which enabled us to take in a lot of what the area has to offer. The site location is ideal for the lake, the ferries and also exploring the mountains, verona and milan. Brian from Stowmarket (20 May 2015)
Customer service at the parc reception was atrocious . the eurocamp couriers were excellent - thank you great value. Mary from Leeds (16 May 2015)
Great place to stay Paul from Cheshunt (16 May 2015)
Good break, as we were just using it as a base. Simone from Inverness (10 May 2015)
Lovely location by the lake and easy access to lazise and bardolino. travelled first week in sept and weather still nice and warm - a little disappointing that the san vito pool closest to our mobile was closed however used the cisano pool instead. fantastic for us and our 2 year old - great evening out in gardaland theme park and plenty of good quality eateries to enjoy - the area is stunning, we would definitely go back! Lee from Chesterfield (12 September 2014)
Excellent holiday but I found a very large (aprox 30cm round) elastic band, between my mattress and sheet.also bin had not been cleaned just another bag put in, as cigarette ends were found when we changed bags none of my party smokes.made us wonder how clean the caravan was. Confirmed Holidaymaker from Dumfries (11 September 2014)
Excellent. everything I needed for a great stay in a fabulous location Damian from Exeter (09 September 2014)
One courier in particular stood out her name was anne very pleasant and helpful. There seemed to be a lot of bickering between two of the others who rarely acknowledged is. We were very disappointed about the touring aspect of the site I can only refer to it as perhaps a travellers diet where people came and went at various yes of day and night disturbing euro camp clients in particularly a5 as near the entrance to the touring pitches. Denise from East Sussex (05 September 2014)
The worst couriers yet, we have been holidaying with your company for years , rude isn't a strong enough word. Thinking of going with a different company next year. Sarah from Bidford (29 August 2014)
We had a great holiday x however I did think the proximity of the holiday homes on this site was to small and the accommodation did look tired and we would've liked to see the linen changed whilst we we're away as 10 days is along time to live with the same towels and bed sheets Paul (27 August 2014)
Had a brilliant time, everything there when you needed it. Melanie from Saltash (26 August 2014)
An active holiday with lots to see and do. Customer 38 from Chippenham (24 August 2014)
Our caravan was next to a very busy road so noisy and not at all relaxing. The facilities on the park were poor. You shouldn't have to pay to use table tennis tables, trampolines etc. The pools were overcrowded and water freezing. Not enough washing machines and driers so had to queue for too long. Shops only took cash which is not helpful when no cashpoint easily accessible . Kate from Milford (23 August 2014)
Great holiday - would definitely recommend Jackie from Sandbach (20 August 2014)
A very enjoyable family holiday David from Brecon (19 August 2014)
We had a wonderful time! lake garda is beautiful. Our family had plenty to do for two weeks and we didn't want to come home. Our accommodation was comfortable. Bardolino is not within walking distance if you want a meal in the evening (we had to get a taxi) and the brochure implies it is. Apart from that it a very memorable holiday. Chris from Hull (15 August 2014)
This was our first time at a eurocamp and whilst the location was lovely, we were disappointed with the site in general. We found that the static homes were far too close together which afforded too little privacy as they directly overlooked each other. In addition the allowing of vehicles on site next to the accommodation added to the cramped environment. Further more it does not lead to hygienic environment when you have refuse bins directly outside your front door. Vehicles should be parked offsite once unloaded and refuse bins should be located in a central area away from laccommodation. Jon (08 August 2014)
Everything you need to have a good holiday is within the camp or just a short distance away. Nicola from Dorset (08 August 2014)
A hidden gem!! great for families and everything you need on site at a good price, the accommodation was clean and a fantastic base to tour garda, defiantly will go back!! Karla from Coventry (06 August 2014)
Our caravan did not get any sun during the day due to several large trees could not sit outside unless in the shade would have liked to sit in the sun as we were on holiday Emma from Port Talbot (04 August 2014)
The cisano camp in italy was generally far too busy and caravans were packed in, for me dangerously close to one another. Basic firs equipment on site looked old and non serviced. If a fire broke out I feel this would easily spread from caravan to caravan. Having a daily pa system which sprang into life at 9am was very annoying and didn't allow for a peaceful restful stay. 10 was a noisy rubbish collection service. Euro camp reps offered no daily visits or even recommendations on where to visit. The pirate beach area was basically mud, the camp in general was dirty and poorly maintained. Customer 47 from Cambridgeshire (29 July 2014)
We had a very enjoyable holiday, there is plenty for all age groups and we liked where we were situated. Mairead from Greenisland (17 July 2014)
Our overall holiday was good but that was not as a result of booking through eurocamp. Our main issue was as a result of the attitude of the young eurocamp couriers on site and their accomodation proximity to our caravan. Initially we thought the courier would be helpful sorting out the issue with the cooker (sparker not working) but this took a week to apparently be reported and dealt with. We had no further communication with the couriers except to ask them (as did other campers) to turn their music down one evening as they were continuing with a party after 12 pm. Other days we had to endure their music blaring during the day and at night - however thankfully on other nights this did stop before the curfew of 11pm which I am guessing applies to all customers. Tamar from Livingston (11 July 2014)
Really enjoyed our family holiday everything we needed. Phillip from Belfast (10 July 2014)
Fab site, brilliant staff, beautiful location - we enjoyed every moment of our holiday Sarah from Stockton On Tees (05 July 2014)
Accomodation/caravan was supposed to have air conditioned and it did not. Pull out bed was broken. Armando (30 June 2014)
Had a very relaxed and enjoyable time here Neil from Northampton (25 June 2014)
We know this site very well been here with another company. Lovely position between lazise and bardolino on the lake side. Jeanette from Kent (22 June 2014)
We returned june 2014, cannot fault the parc at all. We were however slightly disappointed with our accommodation, we booked, supposedly, the better model, the vista 2 bedroomed meant to be more spacious and modern! we stayed in the esprit in france last year, the lower grade model and found this far more spacious. Vista is perfect for 2 of you, but not a family of four ! Helen from Leeds (18 June 2014)
Great holiday but one of our party was in a wheelchair and as we were all pensioners difficult to get around the site needed to use the road to get in to cisano and the lake but despite this we had a very good time and the reps did all that they could to help. Christine from Birmingham (17 June 2014)
A busy site, but great for young children with good facilities. the local area is stunning. Michael from York (16 June 2014)
Lake garda is a lovely area to visit Michaela from Astley (15 June 2014)
Excellent camp site. Very clean and not too noisy. . couriers could have been a bit more knowledgable about the area but we're very helpful and jolly. . the welcome packs were ok but not good vfm. The size of shampoo and washing up liquid was too small. The bedding, towels and beach towels were a god send as was the bbq. . Joanne from West Byfleet (07 June 2014)
Conveniently placed for visiting nearby towns and attractions. Maureen from Manchester (30 May 2014)
From our mobile you had to go through 2 underpasses to get to the beach, much of which was behind a wire fence, so that you could not just pop down to the lake. Rather than 2 sites it is actually 3 and the gate on the side with the pool closed before the pool did, so you always had to go back the long way round. The small pool on our side was virtually derelict, as were the caravans up by the football pitch. Rosemary from Northampton (18 May 2014)
Fran was exceptionally good and welcoming Julie (24 April 2014)
Lake garda is a fantastic place for a holiday with something for everyone Sarah from Lake Garda, Italy (02 September 2013)
A beautiful place with a lovely pace of life. Joanne from East Grinstead (01 September 2013)
Very enjoyable holiday. Deborah from Basingstoke (28 August 2013)
We had a nice time and we are happy we went. We did feel it was a lot to pay for nice but basic accommodation - we understand the 'its august so we can fleece a family' culture but even so it still felt a lot to pay. But otherwise a good holiday Darren (24 August 2013)
Ok but would not return to cisano. Beautiful area though. Susan from Portsmouth (20 August 2013)
Parc overrun by germans. English not catered for. Poor service in bar/restaurant. Accommodation too small and dirty on arrival. Leaves on decking not swept, outdoor lighting very dirty, sink blocked, slow response by couriers, repeated requests ignored. Rude security staff on camp. Overcrowded dirty swimming pools. Amanda from Saffron Walden (20 August 2013)
The camp had good facilities but we were quite far away from the main pool area. Security at night was poor by the lake and stage area - we saw several people who had no bands on and looked "dodgy" which then put us off going down there at night with our children. Site was in good location and the accommodation was good. My only recommendation would be that eurocamp offer a cleaning service which we would definitely pay extra for. We would definitely use eurocamp again but would try a different site. Alison from Leigh (18 August 2013)
Our family has holidayed with eurocamp for more than 20 years now, this was the best one that we can remember. the location and quality of the site is superb. lake garda is a wonderful location for a family holiday, there is so much to do. the location of the site next to the lake with private beach and lovely swimming make this an unbeatable choice. . of particular note is the food at the site - the on-site supermarket is very good and the take away, restaurant and bar were all excellent. we have stayed in campsites in the past where if you're not up at the crack of dawn all the bread has gone and the queues for the takeaway would be half an hour - here the service is excellent, the queues short and the bread and bakery kept up with demand amazingly well. . eurocamp made the flight bookings and car hire hire bookings for us - all went very smoothly. The customer service at the booking stage was brilliant, nothing was too much trouble (including for us changing the holiday dates because easyjet changed their flight times on our original dates). David from Basingstoke (17 August 2013)
We had a very good holiday. The caravan was excellent, very clean and modern and in the 40' heat the air con was a god send. . the large decking area was great. On arrival the park was slightly disappointing, the caravans very very close together and it seemed as if they had tried to get as many on as they could. It was a very large site with a lot of cars and a lot of the facilities were quite a walk. We did get used to the site but I don't think we would return. The location was good in terms of walking to very pretty towns. The pools very good and the fact that it opened at ten meant we didnt have to rush to get a lounger and we always managed to get one. The beach was disappointing with a large high fence all around it. The euro camp reps were useless and seemed mute when asked a question, they had absolutly no hints about anything and were generally completely unhelpful. The key camp reps were much more friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our holiday and would euro camp again but at a smaller site. Sarah from Southport (14 August 2013)
Good holiday with lovely weather most of the time. Louise from Weybridge (14 August 2013)
Very enjoyable, with access to all the amenities you need. Alex from Kent (11 August 2013)
There wasn't a permanent key camp courier, it was shared with the eurocamp courier. Good activities for the children, especially younger ones but not that many for the over 11's. The parc was very clean as was the pool although you had to be up early to get a sun lounger!. the parc shop was good although held little variety and not much meat. Samantha from Watford (11 August 2013)
Good holiday. Don't know why pool had to close on a day when it rained a bit. (was closed all day). thought bouncy castle area was overpriced. 2 euros would have been better or possibility of family or multiple entry discount. Kay from London (10 August 2013)
Lake garda is beautiful , the site was in a very good position between bardolino and lasize - which are stunning. Carol from Herts (08 August 2013)
We were on the san vito side but mainly spent time at cisano site. luckily we were near the entrance and only 10mins walk to pools, restaurant and lakeside. overall we had a fantastic time, the sites were clean, looked after and had great facilities catering for all ages. Daniella from Bolton-Le-Sands (07 August 2013)
Thoroghly enjoyable Simon from Birmingham (04 August 2013)
We had a nice spot with shade. Mobile home was very clean and comfortable. Staff were very helpful. A very good base to explore the area and we had a lovely time. . only negative is the lack of chairs and sunbeds as the pools were very busy. Hilary from Basingstoke (03 August 2013)
The mobile homes were squashed in and we also felt that the vista was more basic than a supernova 39 we stayed in 13 years ago. Tr facilities on the site were great and lake garda in stunning, however, the accommodation let the holiday down. Katherine from Huddersfield (31 Jul 2013)
Park has excellent shop, two good restaurants (also offering take away service) and good swimming pools (especially for kids). right on the lake with a private section of shoreline perfect for swimming. the park was kept very clean, a team of guys were sweeping leaves non-stop. Stephen from Aberdare (30 Jul 2013)
A great place to visit on a budget . a fantastic setting , peaceful and very relaxing. Pool was far to busy but the lake was fine . entertainment was ok for the kids but not for adults . the two restaurant were good but a bit pricy on some items . accommodation was basic and a lot smaller than it looked on the photos but overall ok. I would return here again. Iain from Dunfermline (13 Jul 2013)
Good location, parc not so good. Confirmed Holidaymaker (10 Jul 2013)
There were plenty of ways to relax, sightsee and have fun in lake garda. We enjoyed exploring the area, spending time on the beaches and relaxing by the pool. Paul (09 Jul 2013)
Good location. Pool not suitable for my daughter. Neil from Welford (07 Jul 2013)
We had a great time, at san vito/cisano and we would definitely return.the campsite was great for a family with a 4 and 7 year old-very safe and child friendly. The surrounding area was beautiful, authentic italian- great if you like outdoor activities and/or culture focused excursions.we want to go back to explore the area further. The pools were good, especially for young children. Our 7 year old loved the slides. there is a lovely, though small sandy beach at the lake. The lake is beautiful and we would have taken the children swimming in it, but one of them isn't confident enough in the water. There are lovely walks or cycle runs i.e.to italian villages either side of cisano, or further afield. Gardaland was a hit with the children. Our accommodation was comfortable and pleasant-i'm glad we had ac. We enjoyed sitting out on the decking whilst the children played in front of us in the shade of the trees.there are also good parks for the children, including a sandpit/pirate boat, and exercise park by the lake side. There is a nice cafe/restaurant here also, with lovely views of the lake.the campsite has a shop which sells lovely fresh bread.it's a bit expensive , but there is a lidls in nearby bardolinos-you can walk there and catch the bus back. The bus service is regular. The eurocamp couriers were great-welcoming, helpful, and good with the children. My 7 year old loved the happy disco!. overall, the holiday was good value for money. The score would have been excellent but the pool with the slides. Got very crowded on hotter days-the parc needs another pool with slides, to accommodate everyone. Also, some of the mobile homes did look a bit close together, though we didn't find this a problem. In sum all of us had a great time. Veronica from Glasgow (03 Jul 2013)
Parc was generally basic although very clean and tidy, not as good for smaller kids as there were no mini stations, kids clubs were basic although my kids enjoyed the disco it was only on from 8-845 and only played kids songs which were french/german etc none were in english. Shops on site were expensive and ice-cream and drinks at the pool were also expensive. Also car drivers tended to drive to fast on site so I couldn't relax and let my youngest (18 months) play at the front of the caravan as we were right beside the road. Overall though the key camp couriers were very friendly and we had an enjoyable time at the lake and in the pools. Plenty to do nearby also such as gardaland and cinema world. Beautiful part of the world just watch out for the cyclists! Pamela from Uk (03 Jul 2013)
Nice camp although emplacements quite tight. Lovely area (but we knew that) Stevan from Nottingham (30 Jun 2013)
The park was ok but when we arrived very tired. We waited over 20minutes at main reception to then be told to go to another one to then wait again and then to be told to then go to eurocamp tent so we felt very annoyed by this time. accomodation was great but entertainment was pretty poor. Louise from Glasgow (28 Jun 2013)
We where a large family going to a wedding in bardolino , so we booked 5 vans , it was ideal for us , would defo back . David from Merseyside (26 Jun 2013)
Very much enjoyed our holiday, people were very very friendly and helpful. Amenities plentiful and stunning location. Would definitely go again. Kay from Stornoway (24 Jun 2013)
San vito/cisano is a great campsite. The main pool is a bit busy but the smaller one which is closer to the eurocamp caravans is a bit quieter. Lots of facilities on the site including shop, a nice restaraunt and (of course) a table tennis table. Perhaps the best thing about the site is its location, just down the road are bardolino, cisano and (a little bit further) is pescheria. Bardolino in particular is worth a visit. The caravan had everything you would want in it to enjoy your holiday! Christopher from Preston (19 Jun 2013)
Very helpful and friendly couriers but took me by surprise when one was keycamp. They explained it all to me though. Ec from Farnsfield (18 Jun 2013)
The new layout at camping cisano san vito transforms the parc for the better! Andrew from Emsworth (14 Jun 2013)
Caravans very close together.no privacy at all.caravans very small.parc very tired.beautiful location on the lake but would not return. Samantha from Coggeshall (26 May 2013)
We know the park. You take the good, lake access for walking, location for verona /venice /milan/ dolomites/ good shopping locally with the less good. Crowded, noisy inadequate parking on some pitches and increasingly expensive on park (and locally for meals and shopping) Douglas from Bolton (25 May 2013)
