Loved elba. . site quite loud and lively till late but not really mentioned prior. Emma from Skipton (24 August 2015)
Elba is a beautiful island with stunning views as you drive around island; lots of lovely coastal resorts with superb seafood restaurants (very reasonably priced) and wonderfully clear sea, perfect for snorkelling. However, we were slightly unsure about the campsite. Yes, there are some lovely views but none of them were visible from our safari tent pitch, which was down the end of a row with a main road below and several noisy families above. We hated being in the pitch, which felt very hemmed in and suffered from a lot of people and road noise, apart from a few brief hours each night. The hike from the tent to anywhere on the site was gruelling in the heat of summer. On the other hand, we liked the bar and the restaurant and the on-site shop was excellent. The pool area is very pretty and the children loved the slides and the heated pool. However, there was full-on entertainment day and evening and it was all a bit much for us. Very much a lively camp for holidaying italians, we found everyone reasonably friendly but the children would have liked more english-speaking children to play with (at the time of our visit, there was just one other english family on the site). we might return but only in a mobile (quieter and with better views), which sadly eurocamp don’t do on this site. Great time great location - getting around without a car not so straightforward. Peter from Bridlington (12 August 2015)
Beautiful island, friendly campsite, everything very clean, vey helpful rep from eurocamp. A pretty good holiday at this site was had by all our family! Monica from Kent, Uk (08 August 2015)
Great parc, excellent entertainment, especially emanuelle. All the animators were brilliant with the children. The 10 euro cost for canoeing, tennis & archery was excellent value & our son loved it. Only complaint was it was too hot & the tent was boiling in the day time! Amanda from London (01 August 2015)
Our courier collette was excellent. We have come across her before in corsica and she was very good there as well. Tim from Tunbridge Wells (28 July 2015)
Beautiful scenery at this hill top site makes for a picturesque setting but be prepared to stretch some muscles on the steep walks around the parc! Maria from Worcestershire (29 August 2014)

Our family holiday, 2 grandparents, 2 parents and 2 children aged 3 and 7, to rosselba le palme was wonderful despite some unsettled weather. The park is fantastic for small children, a lovely play area with all the usual swings, slides, play house, plus an amazing go-kart track for aspiring f1 drivers! there is a large selection of all types of trikes, karts, scooters in a variety of sizes, all this watched over by three of the most fabulous children centred couriers that you could ever hope to meet. Every evening these same couriers also run the "baby dance", half an hour of sheer enjoyment for all would-be dancers. The couriers' enthusiasm is infectious and even some of the grandparents were to be seen trying out some of the moves! next door to the play area is a children's water park, shallow water and small play equipment in a contained area that is sheltered from the wind with large bean bag mats for weary parents (and grandparents!) the large pool enclosure is fun for everyone, plenty of loungers, with a separate slide area, a small snack bar and distant views of the sea. The camp shop is small but full of everything you could want on your holiday, including beach gear, antipasto and the all important vino! for eating out we went to bagnaia to eat, where there are several good child friendly restaurants with fabulous views of sunset over the bay, in particular we recommend le palme. We stayed in the two safari tents which were superb, high up on the hillside with lovely views of tree clad hills, a very private space for two families travelling together. The campsite is very hilly (good for the calf muscles!), part of a botanical garden and full of wonderful subtropical plants. We went in late may 2013 and managed to escape the worst of the weather front that hit mainland europe that week, worth the extra boat journey to arrive in this beautiful holiday island.
