I will never return to this place...absolutely awful :(
Lesley from Rutland (28 September 2015)

Park was great.. eurocamp not so good
Karen from Sussex (17 September 2015)

We had a lovely holiday however the classic mobile homes are very dated and scruffy. Couriers and park were fantastic.
Tara from Wales (16 September 2015)

Excellent park, great activities for adults and kids. Great choice of restaurants, all food and drinks lovely and reasonably priced. The onsite supermarket sold all you need and the deli, bakery and refillable wine stand were fab! choice of onsite shops was good. Location of park being right on beach was excellent. Park is huge but still felt spacious and quite peaceful. Our 1 year old had a fab time with the onsite play park which was excellent for kids. The pools were great and huge. There was an evening animation show each night which was good. . . the caravan was basic and did not have a hairdryer in it. The towels we were were provided with were very small and again basic. . you can visit venice for the day from the site, the bus comes directly into the site reception then takes you to punto sabioni where you catch the freey, a definite worthwhile visit. All,in all very impressed with the site and location of it.
Sharon from Whitley Bay (13 September 2015)

Excellent parc. Great staff and location.
Jonathan from Manchester (10 September 2015)

A good holiday. Weather was perfect. Nice pool and beach and plenty of camp entertainment.
Ian from Lincoln (03 September 2015)

We did france, germany, switzerland and italy on a summer tour with our 3 teenagers and italy was by far the most favoured destination. Such friendly people, lovely places, and fantastic weather. Will be visiting italy again for sure and may even go back to this particular park - which is something we very rarely do!
Graham from Hull (30 August 2015)

We had the best time at pra delle torri.. the children loved the pools, the beach is close by too and the entertainment was very good. We spent a week there but could have been longer without getting bored! we travelled from marco polo airport by bus.. it was really easy, didn't miss having a car at all. We went on a trip to venice organised by the parc which was great and really well organised.
Lisa from Surrey (29 August 2015)

Tightly packed homes in road
Kerry from East Grinstead (29 August 2015)

Loved it. My only gripe is the chalet was a bit old and scruffy but we loved the parc itself
Jon (29 August 2015)

We had an amazing holiday overall, the campsite is excellent. . we can't rate it a 10 because the caravans are just too close together. Our caravans decking was virtually adjacent to our neighbours, and they had to walk through our plot to access the back of theirs. We did ask to move initially, but after having a good look around we realised many plots also lack privacy. . the caravan had no smoke alarm, but when we text the reps this was quickly rectified. The outside light didn't work, this was also dealt with promptly, however whoever repaired it must have broken the previous bulb or cover as there was broken glass on the floor afterwards which I walked on, luckily in shoes. . we found the campsite friendly and extremely well looked after. The beach being on the doorstep is just brilliant. We would definitely go back and have already recommended it to friends.
Karen from Hyde (28 August 2015)

A great little holiday. Super camp.
Neil from York (25 August 2015)

It took a lot longer to get to each site than expected which was very disappointing. The size of towels and lack of bath mat was again disappointing. Not being able to exchange our towels for clean ones during our trip was a surprise and the couriers didn't really know the answer.
Denise (23 August 2015)

Fantastic parc & location excellent facilities would highly recommend only concern was mosquito bites come prepared but excellent pharmacy on site.
Darren from Bridgwater (21 August 2015)

Great holiday with fantastic pools and access to beach, supermarket on camp and restaurants and gifts shops were handy, great entertainment with excellent entertainment team and euro camps couriers were very helpful, friendly and responded to things quickly.
Donna from London (19 August 2015)

Really loved the park. There was so much to do with everything from football skills to pottery painting and plenty of facilities. Pool complex great and queues weren't too bad considering it was peak season. Park really clean and we'll kept with good range of places to eat and drink. Kids especially loved luna park. Caorle also a great place to shop eat and wander.
Jane from Bridgwater (17 August 2015)

Lovely big parc, loads of facilities and things to do especially for our 16 year old daughter and her friend. very friendly staff including the euro camp reps there was plenty of them, not that we needed to call on them apart from once when our caravan had no electric but a text and literally 5 minutes later when one of the reps biked round the problem was sorted. the air conditioning was a bonus as it was very very hot when we were there I don't think I would of coped without it. . . the sporting bar and restaurant was our favorite place to eat as was their pool, the lady life guard was extremely friendly, the restaurants food was second to none as was the service they made you feel very special everytime you ate there, the staff were so friendly and always happy, what we found was a really useful service was that all the restaurants on site offered takeaway service something that we did a couple of times. . . we didn't think the prices in the supermarket were too bad lots of variety and fresh produce every day, however we did use the bigger supermarket on the next roundabout up the road for further variety you can bike there too as its not too far. . . the beach was very nice, safe shallow water ideal for those with young children, it can get very very busy and as people take everything bar the kitchen sink to the beach with them space is a premium, there was loads of looky looky men too, but everytime we were approached we just waved them on and they didn't hassle you once they knew you didn't want to buy anything. . . the whole parc was extremely well kept considering our accommodation was within a wooded area to the rear of the parc it was kept very clean and tidy it was lovely and quiet at night too. we did have a small problem with the mosquitoes but they love me and my husband despite the protection we used and citronella candles we had but my daughters friend didn't get bit at all so the parc can't be blamed for that. . . the security on the parc was good using the card to get out and back in, we felt completely safe too as its basically a family parc, we would strongly recommend having a car, we drove to italy however if we had of flown in we would of done car hire, unless you plan on staying on the parc for the entirety of your holiday you will need a car to explore the stunning surrounding area. . . caorle the next town along is definitely worth a visit it's beautiful there is a huge car park called zona mercato, and its free to park there in the evening I think it was after 7pm. . . we had a wonderful holiday and would recommend it because I can't really fault anything. . thankyou pra delli torri and eurocamp for our wonderful 2015 holiday in the italian sun.
Theresa from Stowmarket (15 August 2015)

Lovely campsite, well equipped. Something for everyone. Very family oreintated. Campsite staff freindly and helpful. Recommend the venice excursion. Easy to get to and from via public transport. Lovely restaurants on the site. Caorle worth a visit in the evening where shops and restaurants open 4.30pm to 11pm.
Jon from Manchester (15 August 2015)

Huge site with lots to do for children of all ages. Our 4 year old loved the pools, pirate ship and waterslides. The mini amusement park was a big hit in the evening (although strong mosquito repellant is necessary). direct access to a safe sandy beach. Good quality restaurants on site whatever you are looking for. We had casual meals in the sporting bar and a more refined meal in the restaurant under the hotel for my birthday. The food in the hotel restaurant was excellent and I don't think we would have eaten any better if we had headed into caorle. We barbecued most evenings. There is a supermarket on site but for larger shops we headed to aliper which is nearby. We also got some nice fish from the fish market/shop on the outskirts of caorle which we barbecued. Loads going on but not too noisy once back at the accommodation. Stock up on mosquito repellant, after bite and citronella candles for the evening. If you are going in the summer months try to get air con - it was between 33 and 37 degrees all week and the air con was a welcome respite during the campsite siesta time between 13h00 and 15h00 (swimming still open but animation, sports, shops etc. Are closed). we quickly got into a siesta pattern and stayed up a bit later at night. Fantastic holiday.
Zoe from Derby (12 August 2015)

Eurocamp staff whist booking our holiday where fantastic, sorting all our flights from 2 different airports and arranging transfers from the airport. . the eurocamp staff on site where not so good. They didn't know any of the questions we asked them, and didn't appear to have time to find out.
Sarah (10 August 2015)

This is the best campsite we've ever been to. Whilst it's huge and there are thousands of people staying there, it didn't feel crowded and the facilities are fantastic, especially the pools which my kids (7, 13, 14) absolutely loved. Definitely under consideration for next year.
Ruth from Halifax (10 August 2015)

Would highly recommend the park just don't think the caravan was great value for money. It is very basic and for the money I was expecting more.
Tina from Watford (10 August 2015)

Great holiday, lots to do, lovely restaurants and good pools
Aisha from London (09 August 2015)

Holiday park was amazing - swimming pools were awesome for children, only issue was the swimming pool opening times 10-7 - having two young children we were often ready for the day by 8am so going the pool then would have been good.
Jay from Chester (08 August 2015)

Great parc - with everything you could need on site. massive pool area with slides, pirate ship, swimming lanes etc though you do have to pay for your loungers which was a bit of a shock. on the plus side you can reserve them for a week (about €40) - then you get your lounger every day without the usual early morning race to get your towel down. there's a beach, about 5 restaurants, a supermarket, shops, a fun fare etc etc. loads to do and we didn't leave the parc other than a day trip to venice and to go to the big supermarket nearby. the eurocamp cabin was fine - though lacking in equipment - no coffee maker, no oven tray, no oven glove, no cheese grater. aircon broke down on the penultimate day - but we were moved to a new cabin (which had all the equipment I have listed as missing above!!). great place to stay - kids loved it.. one work of caution - mossquitos!!! the place is crawling and we got bitten to bits. bring lots of repellant. and put it on before you leave marco polo airport.
Cormac (08 August 2015)

Our second year at this parc and it's fabulous . so much to do and on the doorstop if venice. the couriers were invisible however. having stayed in many other parts across europe where the couriers pop round to check you are settling in, learn about what you are interested in and advise you what is available on the site, tip etc etc. here at pra' dele torri , we only saw them on the eve of our departure to tell us what time to leave by. very disappointed, but the parcmote than made up for it.
Louisa from Bromley (07 August 2015)

Great place for kids. There were a num ber of items missing from the itinery in the chalet. The restaurant choice could have been bigger - more healthy food
Matthew from London (07 August 2015)

Recommended for families with small children
Tracey from Surrey (06 August 2015)

Whilst huge, the site was well kept, safe, clean & friendly. Awesome water park & direct access to the beach, shops, restaurants, fantastic activities and children's entertainment. A really well run site, with a laid back, relaxed atmosphere, giving opportunities for exertion if desired.
Sarah from Staffordshire (06 August 2015)

For us this parc was just too big. It was very clean and had great facilities but we prefer a smaller parc. We knew just before we arrived that we had to pay for the sun loungers ar the pool, but thought that 10 euros a day for two was ridiculous !! . . our pitch was very close to ither caravans and unfortunately after around 7 pm we had no sun at all on our deck. We were lucky when it was warm all day, it wasnt cold, but it would have vern nice to enjoy the sun on the deck in the evening. . the eurocamp couriers were pretty non existent, they didnt come to see us once, and there are no clubs or football clubs run by eurocamp on the park. . I feel a bit gulty as the parc was very nice, if you like big parcs, but I personally didnt like the set up for the evening entertainment, being theatre style. . . the pool looks anazing in the photos but it was a bit too shallow for my 14 and 10 year olds and the slides were poor.
Karen from Caernarfon (04 August 2015)

Great parc & location . all the staff , people & shops were very friendly & helpful . I would & already have recommended this parc to family & friends & I have already rebooked for next year .
Customer 31 from Bromsgrove (03 August 2015)

A great camp, with excellent facilities. it's very large though, so take or hire bikes to get about to make life easier and check the location of your accommodation! we'll definitely be visiting again next year.
Teresa from Chelmsford (31 July 2015)

Great relaxing holiday on two lovely parcs.
Sarah from Bolton (27 July 2015)

Great site - kids love it!
Gareth from Belfast (23 July 2015)

Magnificent parc that kept the kids entertained every minute of every day! will be hard to find a better one.
Samuel from Leicester (23 July 2015)

The park is exellent, for children under 8 I would highly recommend. . we hired bikes for a week, which was fun. The trip to venice I felt was well worth it. There is a aliper supermarket, if you need more choice than the camp one, its about 2km away, hence the bikes. Would warn anyone do not go in the non air conditioning, we stayed with eurocamp the first week, they are not sjtuated well at all fir noise, near a nightclub and the jet wash that people use at all hours in the morning. The pools were great, but we spent most of the time in the sea. The food was good in the beach restaraunt. We got the atv bus from marco polo, turn right go to 3 bus stop and catch the bus to caorle, very easy, for 3 people and 4 luggage, it cost about 23 purchase your tickets and luggage tickets inside the airport, when you board the bus you have to validate them in a yellow machine near the driver. .
Julie from Manchester (14 July 2015)

The mobile home was very old, dirty (looked like nobody cleaned it since last summer) and inside it smelled very bad.
Anna (11 July 2015)

Great holiday destination, just don't expect anything more from eurocamp than keeping the caravan clean for the next visitors after you.
Alan from Hobro (10 July 2015)

Lovely clean well maintained parc with lots to do for children and parents. Nothing much on offer for teenagers in the evenings . power cuts first few nights spolied things slightly. Great selection of pools.
Alex from Eyemouth (10 July 2015)

We had a great holiday, pools are fantastic - great for kids and adults, perfect location, luna park is brilliant in the evening our 4 year old loved it - especially canyon river which was fun to watch. plenty to eat - good quality food and great service. Perfect relaxing holiday, thumbs up from the whole family!
Charlotte from Northampton (07 July 2015)

Holiday in the first week of july, was surprised at how busy it was so early in the season, but big park so didn't feel too crowded, apart from the pool area which we didn't really use after the first day. great access to the beach - we went to the northern end where it was quieter and loved the gently shelving beach and safe swimming. as we flew to marco polo and got the bus to the site, we didn't have a car - we hired bikes which made a big difference to getting around - again they were busy, so make sure you're there at 10am when they open. was very hot so we didn't go off site, other than to cycle up to the big supermarket which was a lot cheaper, and a cycle into porta santa margherita, where you could have caught the small ferry over to caorle, but again, the day was too hot for us to carry on. On site food wasn't cheap, but there was everything we wanted and we were paying for convenience. mosquitoes were an issue for me, though not for everyone in the party and would take a stronger repellant next time.
Kate from Edinburgh (07 July 2015)

Parc very clean and great for families
Marlena from Berwick Upon Tweed (04 July 2015)

The parc is wonderful. Great facilities; spotlessly clean; fantastic atmosphere.
Customer 43 from Glasgow (02 July 2015)

We have been to this site on 3 previous occasions and it's always been fantastic. This time we had 2 young children with us and they had a wonderful time. I wouldn't like to go in peak season, but slightly out of season is perfect. the mobile home had everything that we needed, although it was somewhat basic. only one negative - beware of the mosquitos!
Lesley from Chinnor (02 July 2015)

Excellent site, only let down was the restaurants on site
Olivia from Thurbon (01 July 2015)

Brilliant parc. We plan to come again! the water park is excellent and beach lovely. slight shame that the wifi so patchy and would have preferred a pitch that at least got a bit of sun but it suited my shade seeking family perfectly.
Raymond (27 June 2015)

Park is wonderful, the setting is fine, the mobile home could have been cleaner!
Andrea from Budapest (23 June 2015)

After much research for our european trip eurocamp seemed to be a perfect fit. we were traveling between germany, austria, slovenia and italy and looked forward to staying at pra delle torre. this is not a place to just stay a couple of days. pros: parc facitilites (beach, pool, mini golf, etc), family atmosphere. cons: wifi not free like anticipated, no wifi in cabins at all, eurocamp staff not knowledgeable (although very pleasant), not clear at booking that you bring your own toilet paper, dish soap, no flexibility on needing extra linens, cabins very close to each other
Christopher from Indiana, Usa (16 June 2015)

Our third holiday camping in italy. The park was a good size but it never felt too full. The kids loved the pools and the beach was very clean.
Howard from Manchester (10 June 2015)

Excellent parc with lots to do for all three children, aged 1-5. Facilities clean and well maintained. Good choice of restaurants and prices reasonable. Campsite excursion to venice and the islands was fantastic, every wednesday for €35. Under 6s free.
Michelle (06 June 2015)

Was ok
Michal (06 June 2015)

The camp had everything, clean, well thought out and great for kids. The caravan was in good condition other than the shower which was mouldy and I ended up cleaning myself. I saw the couriers twice, the first impression was not great, as they were busy and had a disagreement over who had the most to do and who would show us to the van. The pack I ordered wasn't in the van so they brought my linen later. I cannot fault the value for monly and would recommend the parc and eurocamp.
Leah from Bolton (04 June 2015)

Great holiday, would recommend, but accommodation needs updating.
Colin from Colchester (02 June 2015)

Great park lots to do close to the beach, we loved the bike hire scheme which helped us get around the park. Evening entertainment for the kids was ok the same thing every night! staff was helpful only down side it was very expensive
Natasha from Waltham Abbey (31 May 2015)

The parc was clean and the couries were helpful when needed. Shame about the weather it was like a monsoon the day we arrived, but brightened up half way through the week. The pool complex was greart when we got to use it. The positioning of my accomodation this time has put me off wanting to return, no privacy at all.
Mandy from Derby (27 May 2015)

Excellent parc with good facilities. Blue bar and sports bar reasonable.on site store offers a good range of food but don't be afraid of getting out locally to the various shops as they are better value. If you want pizza go to brian- you won't be disappointed.
Andrea from Manchester (17 May 2015)

Absolutely perfect park for youngsters. My 3 year old daughter had everything she could want with a stunning beach, amazing splash park and activity area. And for me, to keep her occupied and enjoying every second was well worth it. The weather was beautiful and the staff at eurocamp were more than helpful!. I have already recommended it to family members and I am already considering my return.
Laura from Southend On Sea (15 May 2015)

I was disappointed that we had to pay for sun beds at the pool. This is the third time we have been with eurocamps (3 different sites) and this is the first time we have had to pay. It is not like you have much choice to sit any where else at the pool!
Sarah (07 September 2014)

Excellent park, kids will love it
Paul (23 August 2014)

Great site, good location, tired euro camp accommodation, gas bbq that are given with other sites would be a plus, too.
Jon from Leeds (23 August 2014)

This is the second eurocamp we have been on as a family and we found this parc to be great for our kids. the pool complex is fantastic, but did not like having to pay for sun loungers! the kids funfair and crazy golf was a big success with our boys. Hiring bikes for the boys was the best decision we made as the parc is so big it enabled them to have fun racing around instead of the chore of walking. However we found the parc to be too big thus it lost the cosy friendly feel that our other eurocamp holiday had. The eurocamp staff did not appear to know much about the parc and never kept you informed of events happening on site. As the week went on, the entertainment in the evenings got louder and louder, especially from the neighbouring campsite which went on to almost midnight.
Sarah from Southampton (18 August 2014)

Excellent site, lots to do for all the family. Great pools and beach and fabulous staff. Went on the organised excursion to venice which I would definately recommend.
Denise from Surrey (16 August 2014)

The parc was way too big for us personally and it took ten mins to and from the pool and beach, shops etc. It was very clean and the pool area was immaculate however. With small kids who want to to and fro back to the caravan it's not easy. I would choose a much smaller site next time. The reps were very friendly, my only complaint was they left us without water for a night even though we reported it in the evening they didn't come out til the next morning when I went down again (another big walk to get to reps base each time). so we were unable to wash, boil kettle, flush toilet for nearly 12 hours. Not great. They were apologetic however when they realised their mistake and a bottle of wine as an apology helped. The area itself doesn't seem to attract many english so the kids had problems making friends as we were surrounded by other nationalities whereas we had been to lake garda site beforehand where they had lots of english friends all around them. Not sure if this is down to careful planning by the reps or just chance but it makes for an easier holiday if the kids have friends to play with. Supermarket on site mega expensive and newsagents on site doesn't stock any english kids magazines or puzzle books etc so buy them at the airport on way to keep them occupied.
Jenny from Wirral (16 August 2014)

Brilliant parc which is really great for the kids. Massively spaced out so you feel it's not over crowded. Food and amenities are really good.
Vicky from London (16 August 2014)

All I would say is that if you book in a caravan co for the classic plus because there is no difference between that and the next grade up thee spirit. Fantastic holiday, kids had a great time, plenty to do . would go back another year .
Julie from Lincoln (15 August 2014)

A fabulous park with loads of facilities for us and our children, aged 6, 4 & 1. The kids loved the pools and being able to pop over to the beach for a swim was great! the only downside was having to pay and pre-book the sun beds, but at least we knew which beds we had each day without the usual fight for them!
Sarah from Leeds (15 August 2014)

Excellent site for young families! . loads of pools, shame you have to pay for sun loungers but at least it stops the bun fights! you do need to pre-book them at the beach hut so best to do that on the first day. Even at full capacity the site wasnt crowded and you could always get a table in restaurants and bars. Food was ok, lovely pizzas and not too expensive. On-site supermarket was overpriced on everything except the refill wine but stocked ok for bbq's etc. Entertainment for the children was very good and the kids loved the pirate club which you can leave them over about age 4 between 9.30-11.30 and there is also an afternoon session but our children just choose the morning. Watch out there are loads of mosquito's about day and night, take the tropical strength spray and thats about all that worked! . great site all in all and a great holiday.
Louise from Leeds (15 August 2014)

Lovely holiday. Beautiful site, which was immaculate. It's massive. Bicycle hire would have been useful but at 200 euros for 5 of us for a week we decided not to! well placed with direct beach access and easy to reach from marco polo airport - we did the whole thing on public transport, which was fine. Beautiful pools although best for younger children - some were very shallow. We used all the sports courts, mini-golf etc which was well run and not overpriced. Easy to get to venice by bus and ferry from punta sabbioni - you buy the bus tickets on site in advance. Our children enjoyed the day at aqualandia too in nearby caorle - again, very easy on the local bus service. Very good takeaways - excellent pizzas and chips! we used the onsite supermarket (de spar) a lot - more expensive than other supermarket but not too bad. "blue moon" icecreams on site were amazing and not expensive (2.20 euros for a double)! helpful staff everywhere, including eurocamp reps who quickly sorted out requests. Disappointed with accommodation though - very old and basic. Ours was a classic and these are very close together. The more expensive ones are better situated. . not many brits here at all (mostly german and dutch) but that was fine by us!
Katie from Wallingford (11 August 2014)

Great pools and facilities for small children. You had to pay for sun loungers but this meant there were always some available. The siesta time is strictly adhered to - great when you have a toddler who needs to nap.
Philip from Bedfordshire (07 August 2014)

The worst eurocamp camp we've been to, sadly.
Ian (07 August 2014)

Excellent site, and the rules are well respected. Large though so walking nis required, but very well appointed.
Andrew from Cambridge (04 August 2014)

The parc facilities were great however we were disappointed in the eurocamp accommodation and also the lack of customer service from the eurocamp representatives.
Jacqueline (01 August 2014)

After a 17 hour drive from the uk the parc was everything we thought it would be. We were the minority and very few english people there. The parc didn't accommodate for bad weather so we had to cut our holiday short as the rain was so bad the accommodation was a great base but not suitable for staying in hours on end
Kelda (31 July 2014)

This parc is absolutely huge and one that we don't normally go to. However, it did not feel packed at all and was very spacious. A very well kept, beautiful parc and I would recommend it to anyone. There is something for families with children of all ages. A most enjoyable relaxing site. Lots to do or chill if thats what you want to do. Staff on site also very friendly and make you feel welcome. Highly recommend.
Customer 74 from Bexleyheath (30 July 2014)

This is a great park if you like very large sites. It is ideal for families and loads of activities and entertainment for children. There is a good selection of eateries but they all basically serve the same food so would have liked a bit of variety. You have to pay for the sunloungers by the pool which was a bit of a shock and loads of mosquitoes so go prepared! the cycle hire was great and very cheap and there is a handy cycle path to take you to the local town about 5km away. Overall great holiday!
Sharon from Calne (29 July 2014)

The parc itself is excellent with plenty of choices of restaurants and things to do. We were unlucky with the weather but it didn't spoil the overall holiday. We did find that there were very few english speaking people whilst we were there which made it very difficult for our 12 year old son to make friends.
Clare from Bradford (27 July 2014)

Info in euro camp literature not accurate re local events. Accomodation really poor. Euro camp accomodation dirty and in serious need of upgrade. Very disappointing. Couriers not well informed re local area and facilities.
Grainne (25 July 2014)

An excellent site, located right on the beach. The main pools can get busy and you have to pay for sun loungers. However, there is plenty of shaded parts of the grass near the pool for base camp as well. The water activities were very good and the kids' football club was well organised. There were also a small amusement park, karate classes, competitions and lots of table tennis tables on site. The eurocamp reps were very pleasant but knew little about the area. The only small disappointment was that our archery was called off two days in a row which meant that we couldn't do it at the end of our holiday.
Dave from Ballymena (23 July 2014)

Excellent holiday - excellent top rate site in a fabulous area. close proximity to amenities and marco polo airport only 40 minutes drive from the site.
Mark from Glasgow (23 July 2014)

Campsite was lovely facilities were good. we had asked for accommodation to be beside family we had booked with when we booked in aug 2013 and this did not happen which was disappointing. Onsite supermarket very expensive!!!!!!!.
Shireen (17 July 2014)

Great parc but site was in total shade!
Gareth from Belfat (15 July 2014)

Had a great holiday 2nd visit pity about the weather but that can't be helped would definately recommend as lots 2 do and very safe area made a few recommendations to eurocamp regarding lighting at mobile steps and internal smell from a previous resident other than that mozzies still managed to find us a tasty bunch so bring repellant and bite cream
Joan from Craigavon (14 July 2014)

Very good holiday. Not enough places to get food on site. Accommodation very cramped.
Chris from Edinburgh (11 July 2014)

Very poor accommodation . worst I have stayed in
Paul (10 July 2014)

For the previous 2 years with have booked with key camp which I understand is now part of eurocamp so really this is the 3rd year in a row with you. For this I would have expected a caravan in a better position. We were on the last row in a van that looked to be one of the oldest on the site and was not very clean inside or out. The couriers were not seen from the day that we checked in until the evening before we left. All in all not a great experience and one which will make me thing twice about booking with eurocamp again
Julie (08 July 2014)

Great parc but eurocamp accommodation in need of spruce up.
Diane from Brough (07 July 2014)

A great place for a family holiday ! lots to do - everything u could possibly need !
Fiona from Caraole (07 July 2014)

Absolutely loved this holiday. The camp has everything you need. Even the restaurants were top quality. The beach was immaculate and the whole atmosphere was extremely family friendly.
Darren from Belfast (06 July 2014)

Great site, lots to do.
Marita from Belfast (04 July 2014)

Good holiday, we flew to venice and got public transport to the parc which was quite easy. Parc was good, very big though so quite a lot of walking, lots for young kids to do (3 & 5) with the play park, water park and beach.
Adam from Stevenage (29 June 2014)

I liked the rest together with eurocamp. I did not find free internet access on the reception and we had a lot of troubles to have access to the internet. Simple thing for 21th centure, but there are a so much troubles with it. Would be nice to have free internet access throughout the all eurocamp area. . one more flow is absence of organuzation for sport event. We could not play to football together with another eurocamp citizens. There is great football and volleyball fields, but there is no players most of time, because of such organization, however. .
Alexander from Gomel, Belarus (28 June 2014)

We had a great time at pra delle torri. We have stayed at 3 of the parks in the area and this park is one of the best. We are a family of five with 3 kids aged 13, 9 and 7. Everyone had a great time in the pools, on the beach and enjoying the entertainment. The golf course was an added bonus!
Andrew (28 June 2014)

Our first holiday to this park, 2 small children age 1 and 3,. have done this type holiday before so knew the deal, this park really was very good, everything you need and more,. loads for the kids, beach good and pools very good. We hired the bikes for the whole holiday and was good for getting off the park for a bit, there is a cycle path in both directions and within 10 mins either way you can be at a little beach resort and get to the large supermarket, where you can get everything you need. Accommodation is what it is, everything you need although I would say that the 2 bed acc is in the noisest location, next to the maintenance depo, car wash, road and the evening and disco music can be heard. The lay out is much more on top of each other than the 3 bed acc so you don't get your own outside garden area, its all communal, and when you get noisy neighbours as we had having a bbq each night until late its not the best !!. mosquito nets on the windows are much needed, no other companies had these and with no air con the fact you could leave the windows open during the day is a must, lots of mozzies and we took lots of spray, plug ins, and nets to sleep under and still got a few bites, did see some people covered in bites so defo go prepared!!. the prices I thought were very reasonable, having read other reviews saying it was expensive I was surprised, on site prices in cream 1.10, large latte 1.80, wine by the 1/2 litre 4.50,. pizza 8 to 10, compared to france I thought it was good?!. no one from eurocamp came to see us in the 12 days we were there, but didn't have any problems,. go to venice for the day, even with 2 kids and 2 prams it was well worth the visit, will defo be going back there for a holiday. Caorle on the bus was 3 euro and bus stop is next to the reception, worth a visit. All in all a lovely time was had by all and would recommend x .
Joanne from Mosquito Nets On The Windows Are Much Needed, No O (27 June 2014)

The park is fantastic in terms of the excellent pool and beach facilities and great restaurants. However sadly noise (from the camp & street) and lack of privacy (in our eurocamp street) means that we would not return to this park.
Faith from Carterton (25 June 2014)

Great holiday wirth eurocamp!!!
Marlene (23 June 2014)

The parc was very well laid out and had everything a family with teenagers would want. I would let people know the opening times of the supper market as it closes at 12.30 and opens at 4.30 . a lot of people got annoyed when they arrived up and it was closed
Liam from Wicklow Ireland (23 June 2014)

I value union lido parc higher, but this one was also ok. The problem I had was that pictures of mobile homes on the web are different from those you really get.
Zdenek from Prague (21 June 2014)

The parc and couriers all excellent, the caravan was very good but now wish i'd mentioned at time the mattresses were not fantastic and I actually had a spring sticking out of my single bed, I have been left with several scratches on my right leg, but overall a fantastic site.
Beverley from Wolverhampton (17 June 2014)

It was great, excelent, fantastic. I would go back at any time with eurocamp.
Bela from Debrecen/Hungary (14 June 2014)

Excellent campsite..only thing letting it down where the germans on holiday. .never met such a horrible bunch of people. not the campsites fault of course . accommodation was fine although could have really done with a bathroom mat and 40 euros to borrow some bedsheets is a bit of a rip off..needed two fans as well as it got boiling overnight. Saying this I would definitely recommend eurocamp as it was far cheaper than anywhere else on site so what do you expect.
Styn from Watford (14 June 2014)

Had a great holiday amazing park plenty of on site facilities great pool complex short walk to beach. Had great weather so spent lots of time outside nice decking and barbecue facilities no complaints at all eurocamp couriers friendly and courteous at all times
Lorraine from Burntwood (10 June 2014)

Really enjoyed our holiday, could not fault the parc or the holiday home. Lots of things to do for the children, our three year old son absolutely loved it. Range of swimming pools, lots of entertainment in the park, access to the private beach. Only one hour trip to venice. We went at the beginning of june and the weather was perfect for holiday.
Egilera from Milton Keynes (04 June 2014)

Lovely park so much to do.
Keith from Stirling (25 May 2014)

Really lovely clean site. we mainly went to play golf, one of the nices courses I have played on with great weather and lovely views. staff helpful and friendly.
Steve from Llanbedr (19 September 2013)

Superb location and camp really good facilities and restraints on site.
Stephen from Manchester (03 September 2013)

Fantastic holiday in a fantastic location and the parc was everything we could have wished for. Downside was the location of the eurocamp accommodation - right next to the parc disco which went on until 1.30 am (even though quiet time rules for the parc are 11.30pm - 7.30am) and main service road for all deliveries which started at 6am each day.
Adele (31 August 2013)

We enjoyed our 13 day holiday at pra delle torri immensely and the site was very well run, clean and organised. The pool complex is in a different league and the children loved it.
Beth from Blackpool (29 August 2013)

A well run and well equipped site. Excellent facilities and well placed to visit venice and other cities. Good access to public transport. Excellent golf course.
Noel from Lytham St Annes (28 August 2013)

A great family park and great holiday. recommended.
Gordon from Leamington Spa (24 August 2013)

Great park. accomodation was situated directly in front of the car wash area. we were woken every morning at the break of dawn with people washing their cars. this facility should not open until at least 9am. I was worried initially about the noise form the nightclub keeping us awake at night but this in fact was minimal compared to the racket coming from the car wash from about 6am onwards!!
Linda from Epsom Surrey (19 August 2013)

We had a great holiday and would recommend the park to families of all ages.
Kevin from Swansea (18 August 2013)

Lovely parc that I would go back to, went with a young family so very much parc based. The food and other necessities were expensive on the parc. The parc is very clean, but no soap in the toilets was a let down. The swimming area is fantastic and the beach is lovely with a nice gentle gradient into the sea - perfect with smaller children. My main criticism other than the soap is that from the accommodation to the main area there were no pedestrian areas - some people drive far too quickly with toddlers next to them. . travel - there is a direct bus (goes to caorle) to the campsite - keycamp did not seem to be aware of this but it saves a fortune in taxi fares- family of 4 about £15/20.
Philippa (16 August 2013)

A good, well managed site with plenty of facilities.
John from Solihull (15 August 2013)

Good park lots to do for all the family. Liked quiet time between 1-3pm nice that majority observed it. Beach lets the park down slightly as not that large and got very busy but good shallow sea for kids. Note have to pay for sun beds which is a pain if want to change areas of the pool complex to be able to watch the kids in the pool rather than stay at same bed all day.
Claire from Bedfordshire (13 August 2013)

The parc was good, however having been on many eurocamp holidays the eurocamp service at this parc was none existant and really not up to scratch to what one expects from eurocamp.
Miriam from East Bergholt (12 August 2013)

The parks immediate location on the beach is amazing. It is big and busy great for older kids. Pools are fantastic
Kimberley from Yarm (11 August 2013)

Nice park. Accommodation needs to be improved. No customer service from couriers.
Elly from St Albans (11 August 2013)

A lovely parc. clean friendly well set out and great service throughout.
Dean (10 August 2013)

Our holiday was one of real highs and lows. . our biggest problem was the fact that there was no air-conditioning in our mobile. It made sleeping next to impossible which had a knock on effect for the whole two weeks and have in fact left us very tierd after what is quite an expensive holiday. . I really liked the campsite would consider visiting it again but my wife would be reluctant to consider the mobile option again after the lack of sleep. . the only negative of the site was the service in the hotel restaurant was very poor and disorganised and there were 4 or 5 power outages on the site that lead to us loosing our food on 2 seperate occasions.
Alan from Wicklow (09 August 2013)

First impressions count so I was disappointed to open the door and find a bottle of french red wine. As well as that there was no grill pan and a lack of oven proof dishes for cooking in. I was not overly happy with the way the caravan was positioned side on to the others as when we were in the bathroom the people were just outside the window on their decking. We also experienced a lot of power cuts on this holiday which may be just an isolated local problem but it was every night for the first 5 nights.
Alistair from Belfast (06 August 2013)

We all really enjoyed our holiday. Unfortunatly we had no air con, which much needed as it was 38 every day. I thought I had booked it but looking at my holiday details I saw that I didn't. . the parc was brilliant. Thanks
Ruth from High Wycombe (06 August 2013)

Brilliant holiday, great camp. Lots to do for the kids and also the restaurants we ate at the food and service was excellent.
Alistair from Egham (02 August 2013)

All ok apart from the power off nearly every evening.
Chris from London (31 Jul 2013)

Good seaside holiday with a day trip to venice
Rod (29 Jul 2013)

Perfect place for a family vacation, with no faults at all.
Mark from London (26 Jul 2013)

Great park with all you could ask for.
Carol from South Wales (26 Jul 2013)

Very relaxing holiday, lots to do on site. Weather was fantastic!
Andrew from Larne (25 Jul 2013)

Very disappointed to discover we had to pay to reserve a sunlounger. i've never had to do this at previous camps. whilst's it's actually a good idea (no fighting for a sace) it should be mentionned when booking. this added another almost eur 100 to the costs of the holidays, which I hadn't budgeted for.
Sue from Buochs (23 Jul 2013)

Superb camp with lots to do and a huge pool complex to entertain the kids while bring right next to the beach. we had a couple of issues with the electrics failing in our mobile. But in both instances the eurocamp staff got this fixed within a couple of hours. Several restaurants on the park and although the food was pretty good, ask of the menus seemed to be almost identical. Service in the restaurants can also be a but hut and miss. Overall a very good holiday with lots to do in and around the park.
Ian from Glasgow (22 Jul 2013)

Lovely, relaxed holiday
Carole from Farnham (20 Jul 2013)

Great parc, however let down by poor keycamp staff on site.
James from Carrickfergus (18 Jul 2013)

We really enjoyed our 2nd visit to this campsite, we had previously stayed here with canvas.i was a little disappointed with the pitch of our mobile though, access was down a rough gravel track in which our 3 children had numerous falls off their bikes due to the state of this access road. We will most likely return to this site in the future but I may be inclined to stay with canvas as their pitch was much more central and alot more pleasant looking in terms of access roads and paths etc. We didnt see much of our couriers during our stay but on one night there was a really bad thunderstorm, alot of damage was caused throughout the site. The couriers called in on us to make sure everything was ok which was very reassuring. I had requested a gas bbq before my visit and this was granted, however when I asked about this during my stay I was told none were permitted on this site!
Paul from Armagh(N,Ireland) (16 Jul 2013)

Really enjoyed our first keycamp holiday site great everything near at hand however on site shops and supermarket expensive
Joan from Craigavon (15 Jul 2013)

Second visit to park and enjoyed it more than last time as familiar with setting and facilities. Just enough places to eat out on the parc with a supermarket on site, all be it a bit expensive it has all you need.
David from Larkhall (15 Jul 2013)

Wary of booking such a large site but it was magnificent. Parkland setting makes it feel like a smaller more intimate site. On site facilities are first class. Location by the beach also ensures that the pools do not get overcrowded. A car is essential if you wish to explore the surrounding area.
Customer 135 (13 Jul 2013)

Bike hire on site, plenty of stuff happening at night. Lots if loud children in the mornings, restaurants not great quality, beds and pillows terrible.
Paul from Belfast (11 Jul 2013)

The park is excellent. Facilities are very good; from a well stocked supermarket, to a pharmacy, bank and shops. Staff are friendly and helpful. The pool complex is good, as is the direct access to the beach. Plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from to. A good range of activities are available. My kids enjoyed the football and swimming most. Whilst the evening entertainment was a bit disappointing and the accommodation could have done with modernisation (and air conditioning) the overall experience was great.
Michael from Glasgow (11 Jul 2013)

There were no eurocamp clubs which we were informed of but not until after we had booked and paid for our flights. Although our caravan was fine, where we were placed in the park was miles away from other english speaking holidaymakers which meant there was less of an opportunity for my daughter to make a 'holiday friend' which was important to her. With the lack of eurocamp kids clubs that was compounded. The park itself was great but would have been nice to have been in the original part of the park and not the 'golf resort'. . . we also did not have a stereo with an ipod docking station which was promised in the brochure. Apparently they have been stolen by other holidaymakers but seems unfair that we should be punished for other people's wrongdoing. We asked the eurocamp reps several times if it would be possible to even access a radio without a docking station. Three told us they would see what they could do, none of them got back to us so we gave up asking.
Karen from South Queensferry (10 Jul 2013)

Very very good!
Martina from Italia (06 Jul 2013)

Holiday was fantastic, parc very well maintained
Kevin from Letterkenny Ireland (21 Jun 2013)

Fantastic holiday in pra del torri. the camp was easy to find, very clean and perfect for a 4 year old. the beach was clean and child friendly as was the fishing village caorle.
Anderina from Edinburgh (08 Jun 2013)

The parc was fantastic, especially the pools which were nice and shallow perfect for little children but with enough depth around the slides. the food at the restaurant was really good. the bikes were fun too. and it was great to be able to get to the beach so easily.
Richard from Cambridge (04 Jun 2013)

Generally okay but nothing special and I would not want to go back to the same park.
Neil from Derby (03 Jun 2013)

Spoilt by the weather, will not go at that time of year again.
Kenneth from Gloucester (02 Jun 2013)

A good holiday.accomodation was fine. Lots to do on the site. With hind sight would have hired a car as to far out
Susan from Stockport (01 Jun 2013)

Awful representation from keycamp. No help when required. Caravan was smelly, pitch size small, not maintained in the area.
Customer 146 (28 May 2013)

Large site plenty to do for families onsite. Great area for cycling as plenty of cycle paths and very flat. Only downside is you really do need a car if you want to see any of the surrounding villages and countryside as public transport links not good and everything is quite a distance away. But all in all a lovely clean well kept site, would recommend.
Paula from Llanbedr (27 May 2013)

Had a fantastic holiday only criticism is not all pool facilities were open when we arrived but staff were amazing and very polite .
Donna from Leicester (24 May 2013)
