The noracceli camp site was in a great location. however, the holiday was at the back end of the season and everything was being contracted to accommodate the reduced numbers using the park. our original booking was changed to put us nearer the centre. also all but one of the excursions had stopped. at times the park seemed a bit deserted. having said that the restaurant was fantastic and the supermarket was still open and well stocked.
John from Wilsden West Yorkshire (03 October 2015)

Nice parc with stunning views over the mountains, a pleasant restaurant and good swimming pool facilities. Although parking wasn't an issue (we visited during low season) it wasn't possible to park immediately outside our caravan and this might be a problem when the site is busy. We chose a vista caravan as we thought this would be a bit more comfortable than a classic, but in fact the bedrooms were very cramped and there was very limited storage space. The classic would have been better. Although the nearest town (figline valdarno) was billed on the eurocamp website as only 2km from the parc, it wasn't really possible to walk in due to the nature of the roads (plus it seemed like much further than 2 km) and the town itself was not particularly picturesque or attractive. Parc was handy for vistiring many of the attractions of tuscany, however.
David from Milton Keynes (30 September 2015)

Heated pool was very useful in the chilly weather! would have been useful for the toddler clubs to be open a bit later in the season for us.
Anna from Reading (29 September 2015)

The holiday was very nice, but we were disappointed in the condition of the mobile home.
Kim from Axbridge (28 September 2015)

Went to this park with eurocamp in late september. The park is lovely and at this time of year a little less busy which is great. It is in a great location to get to lots of tourist places such as florence, sienna and pisa, and most of the local towns have fantastic markets to shop for local food and goods. The scenery is stunning and the whole place had a very relaxed feel.
Tom from Exeter (25 September 2015)

The campsite was very clean and we enjoyed swimming every day and also the great on-site restaurant. We visited at the end of the season and the heated pool was switched on during day two of our trip, we were glad of this as it was too cold for our toddler to enjoy the pool before this. It's well located and we enjoyed day trips to florence on the train and driving to the surrounding villages.
Jenna (25 September 2015)

We had a fabulous holiday, but we were lucky with our pitch. Although the parc is fantastic, it does have a lot of rubbish pitches and I think sitting outside a caravan overlooking a carpark or similar wouldn't have had the same holiday feel. . the restaurants on site are amazing. Excellent food, and the staff can't do enough to help. Made eating out with young children a pleasure. . . not really something eurocamps can control, but worth considering if you're thinking about this site - we got eaten alive by mosquitoes. Within a few days we'd realised that we needed long trousers, mosquito spray, and those coils that you burn, from 4pm onwards. We only got a couple of bites a day after that. . . there is so much to do in the parc, we've been on several eurocamp holidays and its easily the best parc to date in terms of facilities.
Daniel from Winchester (22 September 2015)

Huge site, but in september relatively quiet. Good pools, excellent restaurant. Relaxing, enjoyable holiday. Well placed for visiting tuscany's lovely towns, villages and markets.
Kathy from Bristol (22 September 2015)

We had a fantastic stay at this park. It was in a great location to visit the region. We visited after the summer period so the park was a lot quieter which was nice. The park is in a pretty setting with everything you need on site. Kids loved the pool area and gelato. Supermarket stocked all we needed and for reasonable price. The cabin we stayed in was quite small and appeared bigger on the website when we were booking.
Kevin from Wangaratta (22 September 2015)

Overall the campsite was lovely, although you do need to be fit to stay here. The views were great, the food in the restaurants was delicious and excellent value for money. . the eurocamp accommodation was really not good. It was clean but very aged. We did complain but there was nothing else available.
David from Caterham (21 September 2015)

The parc was perfect for young children. Lots to do and entertain them. The restaurants on site were excellent and reasonably priced. . I would highly recommend this particular parc as well as eurocamp. In fact we came back and booked our next holiday with them we were so impressed!
Rachel from Haslemere (16 September 2015)

Lovely first experience of euro camp! will definitely use again. Thank you.
Laura from Stratford Upon Avon (15 September 2015)

Wonderful weather and not too crowded in september after 3 days of driving and experiencing appalling italian drivers it was an oasis of calm and relaxation I would recommend taking coach excursions to cities as excellent value and avoid suicidal italian motorists.a car is necessary too as nearest supermarket is about 5miles away I cannot praise site enough and helpful staff.
Martin from Swansea (15 September 2015)

Very happy overall with the holiday. My only axe to grind is the wifi access on site, and the limited free time, measured by megabites which is something I wouldn't know how to measure or how to reduce, and not wishing to pay 5 euros a day for the additional use. This alone did not ruin what was lovely holiday in a lovely location.
Jerry from Norwich (15 September 2015)

Loved this camping village huge site with fab facilities. Free wifi 50 mb per day, lovely ice cream shop on site, top and bottom area with train to. Transport you regularly. Liked the location of the eurocamp caravans . great hol will go back!
Paul from St Helens (13 September 2015)

We loved the holiday park, the fascilities were very good but, we were disappointed with the accomodation. we can accept basic but it was very dirty and also smelly. I cleaned the floors, kitchen and shower room thoroughly but the smell from the shower room was awful. plus all the plants and bushes surrounding our decking had overgrown, you could just about see a fire extinguisher that was hidden in the undergrowth. the facilities on parc were great, though unfortunately the pools were so so cold that they were pretty empty, we didnt get in at all. some children were taken in by the parents only to get out again screaming. I was under the impression that one of these would be heated. also, the childrens facilities, I thought 3 euro for 5 minutes on a trampoline was harsh. by all means time the children, but 3 euro! if we'd have had 2/3 children, that would be very expensive. it's no wonder they were empty and the man serving was bored stiff. I would try a eurocamp again but not sure i'd recommend this one.
Claire from Salisbury (13 September 2015)

We love tuscany and the park is great value - we have stayed 5 times as it is ideal location for the annual greve wine festival. Starting to get a little fed up of the lower cost mid september bringing in "lower value" people that create noise, mess and have no value for others space/property.
Angela from Tintern (13 September 2015)

Very little interaction with couriers , but one girl in particular not helpful or friendly especially when we asked about our broken patio furniture , no one approached us to ask if all ok until, about 4 days after we moved in . . we were also disappointed with the ' compensatory ' welcome pack after our holiday in sardinia was messed up,and we didn't get the full change of linen as promised when we negotiated our compensation . another point I need to make is that we never had a chance to review bella sardinia on our return in june - I definitely wouldn't recommend that site or the courier
Gwyn from Wakefield (12 September 2015)

For the money we paid, the holiday was great. We wouldn't recommend it to our friends as most of them have small children with pushchairs and the hilliness of the site is too severe.
Susan from Naples (10 September 2015)

Fourth or fifth visit to this site , and it was again very good indeed.
Stephen from Doncaster (09 September 2015)

The pictures of the park did not do it justice. The facilities and services were so much better and there were far more shops, bars and restaurants than I expected all of a high quality. I would definitely recommend. The location is fantastic for exploring all of tuscany.
Jeremy from West Sussex (09 September 2015)

A good holiday with good park facilities
David from Redhill (08 September 2015)

Lovely park with so much to do on your doorstep. Great swimming pools and restaurants and campsite information were very helpful on site. Eurocamp couriers were not very hands on but did not takeaway from a great holiday.
Matt from Stoke-On-Trent (06 September 2015)

This has to be the worst eurocamp placement in europe indeed it is the worst placement we have ever stayed in and we have 35 years or experience of european campsites. The caravans are so close together that it is simply like a ghetto it was an awful experience. Car parking is on the road and too tight and yes our black mpv which now has zebra stripes is proof of it.
Colleen from England (06 September 2015)

The parc was fine it was just too busy the site is huge and there were lots of guests staying but then lots of people came for day trips so it felt very chaotic especially at weekend.
Rachel from Manchester (06 September 2015)

Fantastic break away with the children. The aspect was a home from home and we've already booked again.
Alison from Hull (05 September 2015)

Fantastic holiday. Friendly site with good facilities which our toddler loved.
Jonathan from Leeds (05 September 2015)

We had a brilliant holiday, the actual parks staff are really super helpful and the facilities are excellent. We managed to go on one of the many daytrips offered from the site to florence for a really reasonable price and a had a superb day there. We did'nt have transport ours gettting to the site by rail and use of the shuttle bus that can be booked. Excellent!!
Dena from Brighton (04 September 2015)

Absolutely fantastic holiday. first time using eurocamp so we were slightly apprehensive as we would normally rent a private villa. these reservations turned out to be completely redundant once we arrived at the park. set in quiet tuscan hills with beautiful views (if you can't manage steep hills this is not the place for you!), with he accommodation dotted around in a mixture of wooded areas and higher up on the hillside. the accommodation could have been slightly cleaner but we had no problems whatsoever, it fitted our needs perfectly. the deck out front was lovely. we did suffer quite badly with mosquitoes, however the park has plenty of citronella candles and repellent for sale along with a decent pharmacy for antihistamine. . we felt incredibly safe with our 2 children, the pools were great, particularly the newer upper village with lazy river if you have kids. The restaurants were all brilliant along with the bar, take away and gelato parlour. plenty for the children to do to allow for a relaxing time for parents. . all in all a fantastic place - we will be returning.
Kirsteen from Canterbury (03 September 2015)

All in all a lovely holiday experience , where we had plenty of flexibility to do or not do activities. .
Cheryl from Hythe, Kent (03 September 2015)

The site is fantastic. great pools, slides, supermarket, ice cream!, restaurants and views but the mobiles homes are on incredibly small sites and you are jammed in on the sun beds 3 deep at times.
Claire from Surbiton (02 September 2015)

Beautiful setting. Fantastic weather, great entertainment. The euro amp people were very friendly as were the entertainment team - the niece no people. Our 3 bed mobile home was a very tight squeeze.. 1 adult / 3 kids. The air con was a bit rubbish and no tv was a on the one hand a godsend but on the other needed to keep them calm in the morning and when we got in from entertainment. The food restaurants are all a bit 'samey' but still good quality. The market which sold fresh food for breakfast and amenities was well stocked but the meat very fatty so we are out for lunch and dinner daily. Good value everywhere though, no extortionate prices for drinks. Wifi costs I think €12 for 3 days which is great value but get a deal with your provider if possible. There's so much to do here and the setting truly beautiful. Enjoy!
Louise from Orpington, Kent (01 September 2015)

Parc is in a good site except too many steps from car park area to accommodation.
Iswaralingam from Mitcham, Surrey (31 August 2015)

Loved the facilities, everything was there didn't need to leave at all. The only issue we faced was the parking was ridiculous people had no respect for any other person when trying to park their cars. Need to have no parking signs.
Raffaele from Perth Western Australia (31 August 2015)

Excellent park with amazing facilities in an incredible location.
Jan from Bradford (31 August 2015)

Fantastic location. Very busy parc (peak season). very small pitch, felt very overlooked and claustrophobic. . fantastic pools, top pool very busy with young children and families - not ideal for relaxing. Bottom pool good for relaxing - also where animation activities are zumba idrobike etc. Selection of bar, restaurants and takeaway. Well stocked supermarket although expensive (lidl 10 min drive away in figline valdarno). gym, spa and hairdresser onsite. Mosquito repellant essential
Sylvia from Abetystwyth (30 August 2015)

Great holiday thank you
Debbie from Chippenham (30 August 2015)

Absolutely fabulous place to go. The site is on a hillside and although it did not affect our holiday it is worth knowing before you get there. Couriers have access to golf buggies to help transporting luggage if you are not driving yourself. There is a mini train on site to take you around but this can get a bit manic and very busy at peak times. We were at the bottom of the site and had a walk uphill and stairs to the main square. I wouldn't like to have done it with a pushchair on a regular basis. . tours on site were organised well and can be highly recommended. Pools were excellent for families as was catering and shopping facilities.
Jane from Manchester (30 August 2015)

Absolutely lovely park, so clean and quiet.
Lizi from Nottingham (30 August 2015)

Our caravan was dated, shabby and poorly maintained. Ripped lino, rocky steps and decking, creaky beds, leaky shower and mosquito screens did not lock. Towels provided in "packs" are pathetic. Not once did any eurocamp rep come to check on us until the last day so they could find out when we were leaving! welcome look warm, showed us the van then ran, probably in a rush to get
Kevin from Derry (29 August 2015)

Excellent campsite with great facilities. We arrived late and found it hard to find in the dark. It's a bit remote but has everything there if you like to stay onsite
Aaron from Ballymena (29 August 2015)

The campsite is in a lovely location high up in the tuscan hills. it is a lovely location for relaxing, having fun and sight-seeing.
Timothy from York (29 August 2015)

This campsite has such excellent facilities especially for young children, we loved the pool complexes, the land train, the wine festival and the gelato!
Charlotte (28 August 2015)

Good holiday overall.
Johanna from Leeds (28 August 2015)

Enjoyed everything about it but the on site food/drink prices were a little high and if you left it too late there were a lack of sun loungers, especially at the top pool.
Matt from Sheffield (26 August 2015)

In view of the fact that it took us 55 minutes to get from the reception to the lodge, in the dark, without proper directions, nor signposting, having tried many different areas, no I would not recommend this parl to anybody. we were not greeted by a eurocamp representative, nor shown the location. the rep the next day said 'i am not surprised that you could not find the lodge, I would not have been able to'. would you recommend this service to your friends, no, I thought not.
Helen from Chelmsford (24 August 2015)

Fab holiday, excellent family friendly campsite
Paulina from Tunbridge Wells (24 August 2015)

Great facilities and location
Karen from London (24 August 2015)

The caravan was not clean and very dated. The bathroom had mould round the seals, there was dust, dirt and even sticking plasters left from previous guests. There was a bad smell and we were worried the boiler was faulty - someone gave it a cursory check over 24 hours after we mentioned it. The parc was noisy until late and very very busy. No one from eurocamp explained the recycling system and there was no bin at all in the caravan.
Helen from London (23 August 2015)

So much to do for everyone. The swimming pools and water slides are wonderful. The food in the restaurants are superb and you can buy anything at the on-site markets.
Marlize (22 August 2015)

I have mixed feelings about norcenni girasole club. The positives - site has lots of good facilities, great views of tuscany, nice restaurants and helpful staff. The negatives - the site is very steep. We were at the bottom of the hill and with 2 young children and a pushchair it was hard work. Also, the pools were ridiculously busy and it ruined it for us. Apart from not getting a sun lounger, the pools were heaving and there were very long queues for the lagoon pool. It just made it hard work. We were also fed up with hearing the nightclub music every night, which went on until 3am. The fact that people didn't queue for the shuttle train was a pain, all made more difficult by the fact that we had a pushchair and nowhere to put it. We had to lie it across people's laps, when all they need is a simple rack on the back. . I would say that the site is ok for older children, but it is made too difficult with young children.
Clare from Reading (22 August 2015)

We have been to this camp before. The accommodation was very dated and not particularly clean. The children's entertainment on site was very poor compared to the 2011 team who were outstanding. The campsite is fantastic however and the restaurants on site an extremely high standard.
Tamara from London (22 August 2015)

Great parc - very big but well managed and staff were all very friendly.
Fiona from Whitley Bay (20 August 2015)

Great site but disappointed by lack of eurocamp customer care. Accommodation not cleaned thoroughly. No toilet roll. Request for 2 replacement light bulbs not followed up and a very slow draining bathroom sink which should have been noticed prior to our stay.
Antony from Weymouth (20 August 2015)

Fab time ..would recommend
Catherine (18 August 2015)

Great site. Hilly but views make it worthwhile. Pools and restaurants both the best on any site we've been to. Supermarket expensive. good evening entertainment.
Nick from Fleet (18 August 2015)

Parc noisy late at night. . other than initial meet and greet had no further contact with reps during course of holiday. . beds very uncomfortable and size of accommodation.
Helen from Rotherham (18 August 2015)

We had an exceollent holiday in italy. .
Nichola from Wokingham (17 August 2015)

Great parc, good fun. very busy in summer, plenty of energy. hills will be a challenge for anyone with mobility issues.
Michael (15 August 2015)

3rd time at this resort, lovely relaxed atmosphere, a very enjoyable holiday. The new accommodation, (aspect) are great, stylish and well worth the extra money to have the linen package all in and fitted when you arrive. Not to mention dishwasher & tv/ dvd player.
Antonella from London (15 August 2015)

The parc was very large and had excellent facilities. It was well placed for families who want to relax in the pools and also have days out visiting the beautiful cities and towns within tuscany. . the site was very busy and our pitch didn't have views and was rather small and cramped. Overall however, we had a great holiday and would recommend it to others.
Lisa from Kingswinford (15 August 2015)

Kashif (15 August 2015)

Great camp with lots to do. In the evening it has feel of a small village with several nice bars. Only tried one of the restaurants at night which was distinctly average. Too many people for the number of restaurants.
Philip (12 August 2015)

Camp site is located close to the beautiful chianti classico region. It is also within easy reach of pisa, sienna and florance. The site has something for everyone - fantastic entertainment team , great restaurants and well equipped supermarket. the only negative for this site is that it is located on a quite steap hillside. This provides wonderful views but is not ideal for people that may have health issues or are less physically mobile. I would definitely return to this site and would strongly recommend it to friends and family.
Paul from Rochester (11 August 2015)

We absolutely loved this holiday. Something for everyone, fabulous views, great pools, lots going on, lovely weather, delicious food and some good days off parc. We started the holiday with a couple of days in venice, then took a train to the site. All good. We loved being car-free, and we loved the hot weather.
Confirmed Holidaymaker (09 August 2015)

Excellent park, the best one ever. Very reasonable prices in bars restaurants and shops. Something for everyone with friendly park staff. The down side that our inner tent was never proply fixed despite 4 different complaints to 3 different couriers with no resolve. That is eurocamp staff however and no reflection on site
Michele from Newport (09 August 2015)

Overall a good holiday, park is well located for florence and chianti regions. Good shops and restaurants on site, not overpriced. Eurocamp staff impersonal. Very very busy in august, pool areas heaving. Lots of dutch and very few brits, in our experience, so difficult for kids and us to make friends.
Customer 67 from Watford (08 August 2015)

Fantastic holiday in norcenni girasole.. fabulous site, facilities and location. Very hilly site so better for older families. Our one disappointment was that the mobile had not been well cleaned upon our arrival and considering the money we paid (for peak season) I expected much better.
Fiona from Our One Disappointment Was That The Mobile Had Not (08 August 2015)

Park was great! accommodation tiny, dirty, old mattresses and towels and couriers invisible at best! things have got decidedly worse since I was a courier over twenty years ago and since we last used eurocamp seven years ago! unhappy.
Emma (07 August 2015)

It was a wonderful holiday on a brilliant need a cat to get there, but then the view and the surroundings are stunning. you can get everything you want and need on the site, seveal nice restaurants, well equipped supermarket, brilliant children's entertainment. eurocamp staff were very friendly and helpful. . the only thing we didn't like was the fact that people were allowed to smoke in the pool area.
Carsten (07 August 2015)

This is the 3rd time we have been to this park and enjoyed every minute of it. jamie, the eurocamp team leader, was very helpful when we were checking in and with any queries we had.
Philip from Fife (01 August 2015)

Lovely setting , in the hills overlooking tuscan countryside. Nice, although large campsite, but some good evening entertainment, and lovely pool complexes. Train ran between both ends of the campsite to enable you to get to facilities ( pools, restaurants etc) at both ends. Shop was very adequate. Train runs from figline valdarno to florence, but you do need to check times/ frequency. Nice quiet mobile home location on terrace emplacement.
Natalie from Ipswich (30 July 2015)

A fantastic campsite. Huge but great facilities, excellent pools (a bit cleaner and the campsite would be a 10!), toilet blocks very clean and modern. Good restaurant and the best choice and value for money campsite shop we've ever seen. Our pitch was close to the main road so a bit noise by the site wasn't noisy at all past 11.30. Would definitely go back and would recommend to others.
Caroline from Sussex (28 July 2015)

The campsite was lovely. They seemed to have thought of everything down to air for blowing up inflatables. The next step would be a queuing system for the little train. There were a few sharp elbows and we ended up joy getting on once even though we had been waiting longest. The area is abundant in places to visit and the sure itself is a haven offering something for everyone. We went on the park trip to rome and the park courier and the tour guide were brilliant. All park staff were really helpful.
Customer 74 from Stockport (28 July 2015)

Norcenni girasole club is an excellent base to explore florence and the surrounding area. we enjoyed our week there and would go back again.
Mark Hilson from Bathgate (25 July 2015)

A very good holiday, sadly lessened by a medical problem with my back that resulted in a trip to the local hospital in the nearest town.
David from Bristol (11 October 2014)

We had a great time; the weather was fine, the facilities that were still open (we did stay at the very end of the season) were the usual high standard. Only slightly negative comments - the supermarket is horrendously expensive and the advice we were given about parking in florence was a little erroneous.
Stuart from Doncaster (06 October 2014)

This holiday was just wonderful. Despite the lateness in season the mobile home was in good order and very clean, the couriers and site staff were friendly and helpful. The campsite was so well maintained and in a lovely setting; there was obviously a real sense of pride by the owners. We definately recommend the restuarant for setting, staff, quality and value for money. This was our first trip to tuscany and having visited sienna and st gimigiano by car and florence by train, all were easily reachable and totally worth the visit. Weather was better than we expected , with one day of rain, the rest beautiful sunshine. We will definately be back to this campsite to explore more of the area as a week was only a taster, but possibly slightly earlier in september as disappointed to have missed some of the festivities, particularly the opera singer.
Orlanda (04 October 2014)

Absolutely loved the park so quiet and peaceful would definately stay there again
Maurice from Southend (29 September 2014)

Lovely camp although off the beaten track half way up a was huge with great facilities. Trips organised through the site reception to florence and pisa were well organised and value for money.
Toni from Burnley (27 September 2014)

Parc was very good but found eurocamp to be poor on this occasion plus the accommodation was very disappointing
Sharon from Warmington (27 September 2014)

Loved the feel of this site and thought the facilities were very good. Site staff were friendly and it felt like it was well staffed. The addition of the part train was a huge benefit and we used this multiple times with our son.
Confirmed Holidaymaker from High Wycombe (26 September 2014)

We arrived 11.30pm to find the essentials pack, welcome pack, and bedding that we had ordered and paid for had not been supplied. It took till 12.30am to get sorted as the girl arrived with the packs but no bedding so had to go and get laundry pack then return again.
William from Kendal Cumbria (23 September 2014)

We have been coming to this parc for many years and have always enjoyed it we fell in love with it the first time and it has never failed to please.
Tony from London (22 September 2014)

This parc is over crowded with pitches packed to closely together, there is no privacy. The parking facilities are cramped with not enough spaces for all the vehicles. The accommodation was very tired and had a smell that can only be described as stale body odour coupled with cigarette smoke
Victoria (22 September 2014)

The camp had everything you could wish for , it was very clean the food at the restaurants and the prices at the bars were all very reasonable . the views from the sight are amazing . we found the sight to be a great base to visit all the main sights .
Leonard from Gosport (21 September 2014)

A great holiday, very relaxing and hassle free. The park had everything we needed and the staff were all very smiley and happy.
Matthew from Wimbledon, London (21 September 2014)

Great park, couriers not very efficient and the mobile home was dreadful. Sockets and lights that didn't work, mattress should have been condemned and really past its sell by date. Disappointing
Eileen from East Boldon (20 September 2014)

Girl who showed us our home was lovely - but didn't see anyone else after that not even the day before we left which has happened when we have previously been on holiday with you!
Frances from Tiverton (19 September 2014)

We were at figline for just 3 days for a wedding but were very well looked after.
Robert from Kent. Uk (18 September 2014)

Nice parc resteraunts excellentlytw
Alan (15 September 2014)

Pisa, siena and florence worth seeing. very relaxing. but weather was a bit misty as site is in the mountains (and it was september). the food at il vechio was great. all staff on site were friendly and helpful. would be fantastic venue for cyclists (but you would need to be fit for those hills!)
Emma (14 September 2014)

I have visited this parcel on 4 occasions now. . . the restaurant is still only fair, lasagne cold in the centre, steak not cooked to order. . . the mobile home was less than clean. Grease on the heater in lounge, greese on cupboard doors. Probably due to the young couriers not being fastidious with their cleaning abilities. . . I was slightly annoyed that on booking in I had to wait 40 minutes after booking in before being taken to accommodation.
Keith (14 September 2014)

A large park with a large range of facilities, . unfortunately some were being would down due to season. . we were in a quiet area, . nice and peaceful , but outside of wifi range , and a trek to get to facilities.
Charles from Oxford (12 September 2014)

We enjoyed our holiday
Colin from Stewarton (10 September 2014)

A great parc with plenty of facilitiies and pools. Meals reasonably priced and good quality. All clean and well presented. Would stay again. Only criticism would be the evening entertainment is deafening and runs to about 11.30pm. We were quite a way from the centre but for a parc with a lot of children I was surprised the music was so loud for so long.
Customer 96 from Exeter (07 September 2014)

I loved this parc. Very family friendly. It exceeded all of our expectations
Catherine (06 September 2014)

The parc was excellent, as were all the facilities. My only complaint is that there is no pharmacy on site. With that many people and all the children that are there, there should be a facility where you are able to get even basic medicines, cough medicines, children's paracetamol and ear drops etc. I was very shocked this was not the case and it costs 30€ to get a taxi to and from the town, which is expensive and inconvenient. Really need to get something sorted out.
Emma from Flackwell Heath (03 September 2014)

Excellent, the parc and facilities are great. the location of the accomodation was fantastic. a++++
Cathy from Barry, Vale Of Glamorgan (02 September 2014)

Beautiful location, great for families. The day trips were fantastic and enabled us to see much more of italy.
Wanda from Beccles (01 September 2014)

Good holiday.only thing not happy about was paying double for drinks just to sit outside the bar.
Richard (30 August 2014)

Fabulous holiday.3rd year running. Great staff, friendly and great with the kids! lovely, clean and very good value for money. On site shop, bar, restaurants, pools and parks great for the whole family.
Catherine (30 August 2014)

Superb site and facilities and access to major cities by train useful
Rachel from Teddington (29 August 2014)

Positives: great facilities at the parc, not too busy in the height of summer, parc within an hour of several good places to visit and in the heart of beautiful tuscany, the campsite deer!. negatives: large and steep parc - certainly wouldn't recommend a buggy, some pitches are away from the facilities and don't have much space around them
Richard from London (28 August 2014)

Great parc, great weather and beautiful scenery.
David from Ruislip (28 August 2014)

Loved every part of our holiday - even nearly missing the coach back to the camp from rome!!!
Mark from Torquay (27 August 2014)

First time at this park. We loved it, great location and something for everyone. Hoping to do another week next year.
Tracy (27 August 2014)

Excellent parc, clean and friendly
Lindsey (27 August 2014)

Great camp with lots to do,restaurants were very good and well priced, the trips to various cities were fantastic also. The pools were fantastic , on the down side was the on site food market was pricey, take a trip out to shop for food, also our accomadation was spoiled by to many trees that spoiled a fantastic view and although provided shade a bit a sun would have been nice.
Emma from Banbury (27 August 2014)

Great park with good facilities and a entertainment team that grows on you. Found all the staff friendly and always willing to help. Great base to explore italy and the kids (aged 7 and 4) would give it a definite 10 out of 10.
Matthew from Sheffield (26 August 2014)

Excellent park
Nicola (24 August 2014)

Excellent overall. Disappointing but universal issue with big price hike during school holidays.
David from Gloucester (23 August 2014)

The parc is set in amazing scenery with great facilities. Lots to keep everyone happy. Beware the steep hills. You'll be fitter by the time you leave!!
Suzanne from Beckenham (23 August 2014)

Excellent park with lots of facilities and in a beautiful part of tuscany
Helen (22 August 2014)

The parc was superb, and whilst the accomodation was basic it was perfectly suited to an outdoor family holiday. . the qualityof eating and drinking on the site was first rate and reasonably priced.
John from London (22 August 2014)

Location, food, prices and activities all excellent. Our three children want to go back. So there is no higher praise we can give
Michael from Kettering (22 August 2014)

Fantastic site - the kids chose it for the pool and they weren't disappointed. Great restaurants on site and a lovely gelateria.
Sian from High Wycombe (18 August 2014)

Excellent lively parc with some great trips out available to florence, siena and pisa
David from Lincoln (17 August 2014)

The site, the shops and resturants were great and even though they have a monopoly on the site the prices were fine , overall it is well organised and provided you are aware that in mid august you will be sharing the pools with 5000 other campers its a great place for a family holiday. There are organised trips to use or its very easy to get the shuttle bus into the nearby town and visit places like florence using the train.the location is brilliant and the local town figline valdarno is well worth seeing. All the eurocamp staff and maintenence team were fantastic we cant praise them enough,. one day our ten year old daughter twistered her ankle and it swelled up a little but we had booked a meal in one of the resturants.the eurocamp guys came around in their golf type buggies they use and took her up to the resturant area to save her walking. . we upgraded to a vista unit after reading previous reviews but had megga problems with the toiet overflowing into the living area and wetting our stuff. There was a definate problem with the plumbing. But we could live with this as the comunial toilets and showers were very close and these were very clean , modern and usualy available. The eurocamp staff did what they could but in the end the site maintenance staff came and flushed out the sewers underneath our unit. unfortunatley they did it whilst we were eating, out on our decking, on our last night. Not excactly what we wanted on our final evening and it didnt excactly leave an overall good impression on us. Thus the low scores above. . but dont let this put you off. Overall the site is very good, secure and a well run fun place for a family holiday.
Stephen from Sheffield (16 August 2014)

We've been to the parc several times and stayed in various accommodation so obviously love the parc as we keep coming back! caravan had faults when we arrived (bits broken and several bits missing) which had been identified on the clean up by someone but not fixed/replaced before we arrived. after the first day we didn't see hide nor hair of couriers for the rest of the holiday - not one head round the door - even on the day we left. not what you expect to be honest!
Nicholas from Maidstone (20 July 2014)

Diffcult to comment as last week of parc being open, very few facilities available.only 1 eatery open,no bars, cafes etc,no trading shops,no tours and only food shop open very poorly stocked. I feel when booking, although it made no difference to our plans we should have beem made aware of lack of most facilities
Jennifer (14 October 2013)

The courier on arrival was really not interested, and once we found our accommodation, there was no linen and the toilet didn't work. She reluctantly came back but insisted on seeing my accommodation voucher to prove we had linen. That night torrential rain and caravan leaked. We saw another rep and he moved us to another cabin which was great.
Andy from Norwich (07 October 2013)

Great parc great country side but I say you need a car
Stephen from Canterbury (29 September 2013)

Ideal site for touring the chianti region
Robert from Glasgow (29 September 2013)

Great holiday, very relaxing a fabulous parc.
Alec from Todmorden (25 September 2013)

One of the best we had with any operators
William from Baraize France (23 September 2013)

Although the unit we had fairly old (c299) compared with others it was still very comfortable. Site was stunning. We used the parc coach to florence which worked very well.
Leslie from London (21 September 2013)

Holiday home was basic but very clean and had everything that we needed - camp was a good size and the pools were very clean. Also, well situated and able to visit several nice towns and cities easily.
Rob from Oxford (21 September 2013)

Fabulous time at this campsite. The pools were spotless and very beautiful. The restaurants were superb and we were pleased to see so many local italians eating there. Countryside magnificent especially the drive through greve to siena and san gimignano. Loved the modern coop in figline. The excursions made it possible to go there without a car although we did have one for part of our holiday. The site was well kept but maintenance was very low key. Would definatley return.
Michael (20 September 2013)

Good value for money, but the parc was not the sort we enjoy.
David from Hatfield (19 September 2013)

I was disappointed in the mobile home; it seemed very cramped for a three bedroom ( for two people) and not as good a layout as those we have previously stayed in with you.
Enid from Purley (19 September 2013)

No bin inside caravan , after conversation with courier nothing was sorted. There were also some issues with fridge which were left.
Pawel from Newcastle (18 September 2013)

Not a suitable site for people of our age (late 60's)
Customer 133 from Workington (17 September 2013)

A very pleasant week and temperature was perfect, mid 70s, for us for sightseeing the tuscany region.
Customer 134 from Cambridge (17 September 2013)

Had a fantastic time! the team was exceptionally friendly and helpful! the parc is gorgeous and the restaurant excellent, even accommodates to gluten-free diet, as does the pizza take-away and products at the market! can't wait to come back!!! info point team went out of their way to provide info for trips in the area.
Zehavi from Jerusalem, Israel (17 September 2013)

This is a very good site, although the walk from the bottom of the site to the pools and beyond can be testing. Good facilities, good restaurants, bars, pools, shop, great views etc..everything really! hard to fault! and a bruce springsteen wall in the restaurant.
Michael from Birmingham (17 September 2013)

I have been going to norcenni's now for many years and they have been improving it constantly since then the parc, the facilities and the restaurant are all first class and if you were so minded you wouldn't have to leave the site, though being in tuscany you would miss a lot.
Pauline from Sleaford (16 September 2013)

This was our 4th holiday at figlini - we like the campsite and we like italy
Janet from Barnet (15 September 2013)

This was our 4th time at norcenni club and we had fantastic weather which always helps. It suits us as we love the greve wine festival and the site is perfect for this and wine tasting in general in the region.
Angela from Tintern (14 September 2013)

Great location for visiting the sights of tuscany, with excellent facilities
Christian from London (09 September 2013)

Very poor standards by eurocamp and by the parc
David from Bridgnorth (07 September 2013)

A place where parents can relax whilst the kids have fun (and the parents can too) its in a beautiful valley setting and if your placement is on the slopes you're not too overlooked which totally dispells the fact that your in a camp. Not too noisy at night either unless your close to the center.
Confirmed Holidaymaker (07 September 2013)

My second holiday at figline valerno. Still one of the best campsites I have stayed in in europe! did not take a car but did not stop us from getting to rome, florence or pisa. Great transport links from here and the guided tours are well worth doing. Caravan was adequate but a real hike to the facilities. Had power cut first day but this was sorted quickly by the couriers. Also found the couriers really knowledgeable about the area. One word fantastic :).
Diana from Reigate, Surrey (04 September 2013)

The holiday exceeded our expectations. the 2 bed vista we had was immaculate but the bedrooms are way too small. site was awesome, helpful staff and couriers. Pool complex meant there was something for everyone.
James from Buckingham (04 September 2013)

Everything very comfortable. Great fun for kids, the house was in a very quite spot. Good enough restaurants.
Luca from Pavia (Italy) (02 September 2013)

Great couriers who couldnt do enought to help us. The two bys paul and ? both english, were really fabulous and couldnt have been more helpful.
Louise from Boughton Norfolk (02 September 2013)

Beautiful area, close to public transport, pisa and florence easily accessible by train but campsite also offer coach service which is very reasonably priced and available with and without guided tour. Minibus service to local train station. On-site tourist info office very helpful and tours excellent. Lagoon pool area great for families and always possible to find sun loungers available. Second pool area with decent size pool for swimming. Very hilly - less suitable for cycling and for those with limited mobility (although there is a train which runs around the campsite). good choice of restaurants on site and further a la carte restaurant short drive away. On- site supermarket well stocked but very expensive.
Confirmed Holidaymaker (31 August 2013)

Great campsite, loads to do and within easy access to florence, siena and pisa.great weather, let down by the rudeness of the eurocamp couriers.
Cathy (31 August 2013)

,enjoyable, lovely weather, some issues - see below.
Gwilym from Llanfair (30 August 2013)

Excellent, didn't want to come home!
