We made the best of our holiday by going to venice when possible. We did initially have 3 warm and sunny days but unfortunately the next day it rained on and off all day. On our last day it rained first thing but did brighten up. the day we left the weather improved again.
Tony from Maidstone (25 September 2015)

Excellent location, facilities etc brilliant.
Gail from Gloucester (23 September 2015)

Very well laid out site, only problem with eurocamp is that we were pushed to the extreme edge making a nearly kilometre walk each way to the restaurants, so with a disability I had to drive there and back, booking the accent was the shade offered by the beautiful awnings, which were not fitted very let down,
Bruce from Leeds (19 September 2015)

Fantastic holiday in a wonderful part of the world.
Jon from Cardiff (15 September 2015)

The reps were a bit useless. Didn't know much and forgot to book our buggy to get out the parc even though I went to see them about it, but aside from that, the place is absolutely perfect for a family holiday. Can't fault it at all.
Yasmin (10 September 2015)

This is an amazing site. Excellent pools and beach. The food in the on site restaurants was very good and reasonably priced. A bit disappointed that the pools closed between 1 and 3pm.
Andrew from Cornwall (10 September 2015)

An excellent holiday. the only minor comment I would make is that the clothes driers supplied are totally inadequate for the size of the chalet. when we asked for another one, the one we received was old and rusty.
David (05 September 2015)

Excellent parc for children and adults alike. fantastic pool area and beach was lovely. Great facilities.
Nadine from Colchester (05 September 2015)

We are a family of 5 children aged 9,13 & 16. This is definitely the best parc we have ever stayed on, it's our third eurocamps holiday first time in italy & have stayed in 3 different types of accomodation all of which have been very good. the beach was fantastic very clean, water was very safe as its shallow and warm, pools were busy but well staffed and lots of fun for all ages, parc facilities were superb it is a big parc but don't be put off as very easy to walk everywhere we hired bikes for a couple is days there where very reasonably priced. aimee our courier was extremely helpful nothing was too much trouble for her and the other eurocamps staff. If we could have one request that would be to have some extra pillows . would not hesitate to go back & since returning friends of ours have booked for next year.
Nicola from Trowbridge (02 September 2015)

The campsite was large and had lots of facilities, good access to the beach and a great base for visiting venice. The site did not give you all the information for getting to venice though as there were cheaper ferries at the ferry port.
Michelle from Bristol (31 August 2015)

Great parc with lots of facilities and easy access to the beach; the water park is the best we've been to. Staff were helpful, all parc facilities were spotless and constantly cleaned and the restaurants were generally excellent. The on-site shop is well stocked and fhere is plenty to do in terms of activities. The only downside is being at the end of the lido di jesolo peninsula road - fantastic for easy access to venice from the punta sabbioni ferry but we had massive traffic queues to get back to the motorway. Would definitely recommend this parc though.
Customer 11 from Manchester (30 August 2015)

Travelling with 3 children (13,11,7) had a great holiday and will definitely return. The facilities on the site are excellent and really show the advantages of a large site. The pool area was spotless, very busy but as sun beds are chargeable you can get one. The beach was magnificent, would advise taking a sun umbrella. Camp site toilets etc were of a very high standard and plentiful. . . the siesta is strictly enforced with pools closing and no driving. If you arrive back at the campsite around 3 pm be prepared to queue to get back in the site. . . facilities on the site eg playground, crazy golf also close during siesta time. The site has a good supermarket, a camping shop and other boutiques. Also has a fresh fish van and evening fried fish van. Some nights there were external craft markets. The camp site shows were the usual type but there were also big beach shows and beach discos. There are also lots of bars serving food dotted around the site and entrances to the beach. Many evenings they had small bands/ singers performing, low key but really enjoyable. Also on site dr and vet! the staff employed by the site were very pleasant and friendly. . the eurocamp vans are in a very shady area and there wasn't enough sun to sit out in at the caravan. We had several evenings of heavy showers and it was a shame we could not sit outside due to the sun umbrella not big enough to shelter from rain. The seating area of the caravan was very uncomfortable and would not make a good bed if needed. A number of other providers have caravans with a fixed sun canopy which would have been better, enabling you to stay outside during stormy evenings. . as there is no eurocamp kids club, we saw no benefit of being with eurocamp over booking direct with the site. There was little information in the couriers van and no information in the caravan. But there were lots of buckets and spades etc. The location of the eurocamp vans is at the far end of the site but a quick walk to the centre and beach entrance so not a problem. . . the site has mainly german guests, which made it difficult for our children to make friends around the caravan area, which has never been an issue at other campsite we have visited. . we hired a car at venice airport and although we didn't use it much we were glad to have it, making the journey to and from airport easy and options to shop at cheaper off site supermarkets. . . there are a lot of mosquitos so be prepared to be bitten. . in summary, this camp site is fantastic, sometimes bigger is better!
Claire from Newcastle (28 August 2015)

Couriers were not at all helpful. did not give us very good information on trips and the parks information desk were even worse. booked for the waterpark and told where and when the bus was but did not mention that the bus did not run on the day we had just bought tickets for! park itself was truley amazing.
Lynn from Leicestershire (26 August 2015)

Our third time. Lovely site everything you need. Brilliant
Peter from Manchester (25 August 2015)

Thoroughly enjoyed the holiday.
Nigel from Warwick (24 August 2015)

Expensive for what you get, eurocamp staff are good but the park staff were incredibly rude. Eurocamp area is way over the far side of the park so not very convenient.
Clive from London (23 August 2015)

Great holiday especially the on-site aqua parc which had everything an 11 year old could want. The aspect certainly is the best eurocamp accommodation we've ever stayed in but it does cost considerably more. The communication from the some of the eurocamp staff could have been a lot better but zoe was excellent, even coming and fixing our toilet seat as the maintenance site guy wouldn't be back until the following day. She also sorted out wifi after having no response from the other couriers. Would recommend this camp site but be aware it is very large and you may need to hire a bike!
Jg from Bishop'S Stortford (18 August 2015)

A great park,very well run.
Jenna from Benfleet (17 August 2015)

Fantastic holiday fantastic site. The only downside is that all the tour operator sites are in the part of the site furthest from everything and you have to go through an underpass to get to everything. But can't praise the campsite itself enough. Will definitely return next year but book directly with the campsite as to get a far superior pitch
Michael from Hockley (14 August 2015)

We have just returned from a lovely holiday here. The parc is extremely well maintained, with good facilities. The pool area is quite crowded but there are always plenty of available sunbeds. The restaurants offer good food and reasonable prices and the staff were always very pleasant. . the beach was just a 5 minute walk from the eurocamp placements. It is very clean with beach bars dotted across it. Venice is of course a great destination for a day out. Tickets were available from the campsite and all the staff were again very helpful. . other reviewers have complained about the distance of the eurocamp placements from the centre of the site, although we found it only took 10 mins with a 6 year old in tow. . a great site.
Confirmed Holidaymaker (14 August 2015)

Amazing park and fantastic weather. Facilities, especially the pools were fantastic. Second visit, hope it's not the last!
Tracey from Dorset (12 August 2015)

Fabulous park. Great facilities for all ages. Huge park though so quite a long walk to shops, pools etc. Great value for money. Lovely beach.
Eve from Ebbw Vale (11 August 2015)

A very large parc - think centre parks - really busy and you need to hire bikes to get around ideally. Great location for exploring venice and super family friendly beach. Everything available on site and reasonably priced, quiet at night. Have to pay for beach / pool chairs and umbrellas - shame this wasn't included in the price. Lovely and clean.
Emma from Oxford (11 August 2015)

Whilst marina di venecia is a tremendous campsite, with superb facilities and a beautiful sandy beach, eurocamps accommodation is tired and in need of much improvement. Our van leaked, there had been big storms and the can wasn't up to the job of weathering them. Also, the gluten free menu on marina di venecia is reheated frozen food, very disappointing when venice itself is able to offer so much better gluten free cuisine.
Confirmed Holidaymaker (09 August 2015)

A few problems with aspect. . most expensive accommodation, expected 100% quality. Rattan furniture and decking covered in bird pooh, couriers unable to give us decent brush or cleaning fluid. eventually gave me a sanitiser spray and I spent a good hour cleaning ... dishwasher didn't clean, no salt or rinse aid and didn't finish cycle. It stated that couriers check dishwasher every monday but they didn't bother. . on a positive note, great space. However disappointed ! . .
Nicolette (08 August 2015)

Great parc - very clean and strict on noise. lots to do. restaurants very reasonably priced.
Julia (06 August 2015)

Fantastic parc, the best we've ever been to, in a beautiful area with great weather - what more do you need? you have to visit marina de venezia at least once to experience the brilliant pool complex, amazing beach, gorgeous gelato and the best mini-golf in europe! venice, murano and aqualandia are also well worth a visit to top off your break.
James from Macclesfield (05 August 2015)

Great park, pools absolutely fabulous, suit all ages. Site very clean, restaurants great and not expensive. Good supermarket on site and some other retail outlets. The park is also very close to the beach which was also great, with good beach bars.
Kevin from Oxford (04 August 2015)

Excellent resort, excellent facilities, immaculate toilets and showers. Great beach, great pools and good value on site shop
Adrian from London (04 August 2015)

Park very good for familys with small children in school hols pool complex was manic you couldnt use them. Plenty to do but not for teenagers. Food good .caravan was poor. Staff very young unprofessional .
Anita from Beds (03 August 2015)

Fab hols, lovely people. . would def go back..
Katie (03 August 2015)

Campsite was excellent with clean facilities and marina de venezia staff very helpful & efficient.
Sarah from Exeter (03 August 2015)

The park was amazing. Best park we've stayed at so far. The caravan was disappointing though. The air con wasn't working on arrival and we had to chase continually for couriers to get engineer out to get it fixed which wasted first two days of our hols.
Julie from Bristol (03 August 2015)

Superb park has everything,
Julian from Devon (31 July 2015)

Dirty smelly caravan. Would not recommend to others. Distinct lack of care and cleanliness applied before arrival
Darren from Nottingham (31 July 2015)

Thoroughly enjoyed the water parc and beach. Quite a lot of walking and costs of bikes made them prohibitive to hire. A shop and restaurant serving gluten free food would be beneficial at eurocamp side of parc. Dan at tirimisu restaurant was lovely. Service was friendly and helpful. Food was super. My son felt food was "better than any tv master chef could cook". please more gluten free choice. As a vegetarian and gf I only had choice of 2 dishes !!!
Wendy (30 July 2015)

Holidaying last 2 weeks in july, the humidity necessitated use of air conditioning to sleep comfortably, although during evening showers on 2 nights this made things more bearable. With venice just 30 min by vaporetto and lovely sandy beach, our holiday was great. Only negative was the sea temperature..much too warm for my liking as it was not very refreshing. However the parc pool with the massive bucket which tips over definitely provided much needed relief. Tips: carry lots of cold water when playing sports and a towel to wipe off the sweat.
Gordana (27 July 2015)

This was our first trip to this parc and it was excellent. It's described as being a high quality parc and it is exactly that with excellent facilities.
Stuart from Derby (27 July 2015)

A great site and location with beach, easy access to venice ferries and great facilities onsite
Bruce (26 July 2015)

We had a great time. I was very impressed by the staff and locals, at how friendly and helpful they all were. We bought things from the market that came to camp and because we didn't think to haggle (not even sure if we were meant to) they reduced price for us! great resort. Everything you need. Venice for a day, aqualandia for a day. The only thing, which can't be changed, is the slightly soily sandy beach but the pools on the resort are great. Also with the £ to euro being strong eating out for 5 was really cheap and the food was really good.
Marie from Durham (26 July 2015)

Really good as you can go into venice and back for the beach for teatime.
Matthew (25 July 2015)

Marina once again neverfails to be fab - 3rd time!!!
Charlotte from Belfast (18 July 2015)

Parc is amazing- you will never be bored as there are so many activities going on!
Melanie from Hillsborough (18 July 2015)

Huge campsite, but so much to do, the kids loved it being on the beach was a major bonus. campsite was clean and very organised, was a bit worried about the 1pm siesta but it kept the kids out the sun for a couple of hours. the eurocamp caravans are definitely in need of an up date though.
Judith from Ednburgh (17 July 2015)

Will recommend to friends without hesitation
West from Eastbourne (12 July 2015)

Fantastic parc and great value for money. We had a great holiday and we love eurocamp. Thank you
Dawn (11 July 2015)

A very busy park, which wouldn't be my bag. but the pools were great, and it had loads of good facilities, bike rental was good, location was brilliant.
Alistair from Peebles (11 July 2015)

Fabulous holiday. Our accommodation was great although the toilet outflow was broken when we arrived and the single bed was narrow and uncomfortable. However it was lovely and clean and the staff were great. The camp was wonderful and we all had a brilliant holiday. Would highly recommend - thank you eurocamp!
Diana from Lincolnshire (11 July 2015)

Campsite superb, accommodation adequate although position of caravan in poor location compared to other operators
Alan from Merthyr Tydfil (26 June 2015)

Great holiday, great weather, great locations, great parc, awful eurocamp couriers and experience - where they there? did they care? who knows?
Philip from Reading (25 June 2015)

Excellent facilities on site. A large parc, ok at this time of year, imagine it would be overpowering at the height of the season.
John from Halesowen (20 June 2015)

Our air conditioning leaked the whole time so I was a pain as the incessant dripping kept us awake and soaked a whole towel every day/night despite keeping all windows and doors closed. We had to leave our towels behind in the end because we couldn't dry them in time. couldn't fault holiday park though.
Gemma from Bristol (15 June 2015)

We had an excellent holiday at marina de venezia. the park is huge, and it was quite busy even though it was early june, but it did not feel crowded because of the size. the pool complex was fantastic for the kids with slides, wave pool and splash zone. there was so much to do in the park for children including climbing wall, bumper boats, mini cars, trampolines, inflatables and pony rides. we visited venice using the water buses from punta sabbioni. this is expensive for a family of 4 but well worth the cost to visit venice. The beach is lovely, but too hot for us during the day - we went early evening when it was quiet and cooler. the restaurants served wonderful food, excellent takeaways and ice cream. there was even a fresh fish van every morning, and we had marlin, fresh tuna and salmon which were very reasonably priced. the staff on parc are busy doing aerobic/aqua-aerobic classes throughout the day, and provided evening entertainment at 9.30pm each evening. you can get wine on tap from the supermarket, which sells fabulous bread, but the supermarket across from park is excellent and decently priced. there were reviews that criticised the wrist bands and barriers and the enforced siesta - don't let that put you off, we saw the bands and barriers as great security, and it was so hot at midday that we were happy to have lunch and and laze for a bit each afternoon. our mobile home was really nice and spacious. the eurocamp mobiles are a distance from the "centro" but we didn't mind the walk, and they were shaded by trees and were in a lovely setting. We had excellent meals at lido di jeselo, there was huge choice, and all seemed to sell good food at competitive prices. be aware if you need to book a taxi however, that there is only one in a 1.5k radius, so don't leave it til the morning of your departure as you might be out of luck!!
Lynne from Livingston (14 June 2015)

This was a lovely park. it was a little too large for us but the kids (5, 7 and 9) loved the facilities, especially the pool and the climbing wall. it was very well-kept and the park complex was fantastic. food was good too. was lovely to be so near venice. we got three day passes for 40 euros each and swam in the mornings then went off on the waterbus in the afternoons. we came back twice in the dark and the children fell asleep on the boat. lots of walking and a lovely 80 euro gondola ride. on the down side - we had a leaky sink which was reported early on but was never fixed so had a semi-permanent puddle on the shower room floor. it was a little annoying that there were so many german families there, I don't have anything against them but it didn't seem so italian. overall, though, better than finding yourself amongst lots of english people - at least it felt different to being at home. all in all a lovely holiday. We drove there and back so not very relaxing but lots of fun and lots and lots to see and do.
Caroline from Hindhead (01 June 2015)

Fantastic camp. very well organised with excellent facilities and good value for money. immaculate condition all around park. safari tent was great fun. my only complaint is that we had a large group behind our safari tent who were calling in tents and they were doer noisy and day and after 11pm. I think they should have a separate area for these type of campers or just not allow massive groups. Lovely location though and everything else was a positive.
Bethany from Llanfyllin (31 May 2015)

Amazing site with fantastic activities and facilities. Couriers extremely helpful and very friendly, really helped us settle in
Anthony from St Albans (31 May 2015)

Very large park that is well run and has lots of facilities. The pitch we were allocated was about as far from the main facilities as you could get meaning a 10-15 minute walk. The pitches were very close together with hardly enough room to park a small car. The caravan was tired. The population of the camp was 90% german speaking which made it very difficult for our daughter to strike up friendships. We will not revisit this park.
Leslie from Buckingham (31 May 2015)

Fantastic parc that we can't recommend highly enough. The mix of pools, proximity to fab beach and general facilities and ambience were all very good...and all so close to venice! we will be going back next year.
Nicholas (30 May 2015)

Not helped by the accommodation
Dianne from Durham (29 May 2015)

Park facilities were great, as was service and general experience.
Claire from Coventry (17 April 2015)

French camp better for us than italy but both good value
Simon (17 April 2015)

We loved the parc and the facilities. The pools were amazing and it was a lovely kid friendly beach for our little ones. I was a little disappointed at the location we were given on this large camp. We were in the furthest corner of the camp away from everything and with little legs walking all over the camp, they got very tired. If we had taken our bikes, maybe it wouldn't have been such a problem. But for us, this was a challenge with 3 tired kids. The camp is lovely and the accommodation adequate for what we needed. Great location for exploring venice, which we loved. I'd definitely book again, but remember to bring bikes and book during a warmer season to enjoy the pool and beach better. Thanks eurocamp!
Tracy from Norwich (11 April 2015)

Paul from Glasgow (11 April 2015)

Close proximity to venice, site resources were very good.
Ian from Cheshire (07 April 2015)

Was end of season but bars and restaurants ran out of beers and some wines, mobile home was very cramped and not unduly clean shower blocked with hair, table on deck with parasol broken.
Customer 65 (30 September 2014)

Top holiday one of the best, your staff are amazing helpfuland accurate
Phyllis from Huntingdon Cambs (23 September 2014)

A great short break but we lmost got back to st marks square before we realised they had not given us passports back..thank goodness we realised before we got back to the airport at treviso. Cost us extra time and £15 euros for a taxi unnecessarily and it could have been avoided if they had done checkout properly. So please check they give you the passport back or you could end up missing your flight if time is short!!
Angie from Kettering (21 September 2014)

Great park, accommodation, location and couriers, just look out for the mozzies!!
Ian from Edinburgh (20 September 2014)

Fantastic holladay fantastic staff 10 out 10 for them made us feel very welcome will come again
Jeff from Hull (20 September 2014)

Holiday was perfect!
Gergely (20 September 2014)

Had a fantastic holiday so much so we have booked to go back next september!!!
Leanne from Wickford (15 September 2014)

Very enjoyable, the pool and beach at the park were excellent and made it a great place to stay.
Edward from London (15 September 2014)

We had an excellent holiday there. It's great for everyone but excellent if you have kids, they have everything you and they could possibly want. The parc is in walking distance of the ferries to venice if you reasonably fit. The beach is beautiful, the pools are great. There are lots of restaurants and bars and we didn't have a bad meal in any of them. They observe siesta very strictly, just make sure you are ready to be told when to go for lunch and not to drive the car in the parc.
Michael from Ruislip (11 September 2014)

Very nice prison of war camp after the guards (the staff) confiscated our passports and you could not get them back until you left and face a fine if you did not give everything back to them . had to have your arm band and pass on you all the time which was reminiscent of having a number tattooed on your forearm. But on the positive side a nice clean camp. We'll run but too strict for british.t
Jenny from Leigh -On-Sea (08 September 2014)

The camp was almost exclusively one nationality in terms of visitors (no english other than us) so it was diffucult to make friends as not surprisingly, people didn't want to converse in a second language when they've come to relax. i'd gone away as a single parent and I was the only one on the entire park. very lonely. the park staff were miserable and did the bare minimum to keep you happy. the food in the park store was mainly german more than italian and the eurocamp reps didn't seem that interested in being helpful. the van floor was filthy when we got there. fabulous location for visiting venice but expensive, not much to do for teenagers either.
C. from Lancashire, Uk (04 September 2014)

The parc had good facilities and was very well maintained but everything cost extra which we think should have been included. For example you had to pay to use a lounger around the pool and wi fi cost 2 euro per half hour. The cabin was really small for a family and would suggest that rather than leaving a complimentary bottle of wine a pack of essentials such as washing up liquid, t towel, soap & loo roll would have been more useful
Alan from Southwell (01 September 2014)

The parc is the best we have visited. well kept secure beach with a large pool complex, ideal for all ages. We visited with our 8 year old grandson and 14 year old granddaughter together with her friend. All of them said it was the best holiday ever and didn't want to go home when it was over.
Margaret from Carshalton, Surrey (01 September 2014)

Overall a great holiday, we only left the parc once as there is so much to do on site.
Lisa from Hertfordhire (31 August 2014)

This parc is excellent with all the facilities, shops etc that you could possibly need. Other than getting to/from the airport (although shuttles are provided), great location for trips to venice and islands.
Beverly from Newcastle (31 August 2014)

Excellent holiday reps very helpful my second visit says it all
James (30 August 2014)

We have taken holidays in this area for many years, but this was our first time at marina di venezia. . . what I love about eurocamp is the flexibility to choose your arrival and departure days, rather than having to be saturday-saturday. arriving on a tuesday and leaving thursday evening the next week meant we avoided the nightmare of queues at the airport and on the one main road to the campsite. . the new aspect accommodation was very good, (a bit like being in an ikea showroom - in a good way) and thank goodness for the dishwasher! the fridge size is great for a family (we were six), and it is a bonus to have a hobb/oven/bbq and toast and kettle (hooray!) it was clean when we arrived and the beds were made. . on the downside, the wi-fi solution provided for free did not work within the accommodation, or anywhere on site, which is quite key if you have three teens in tow like we did. the lock to our bathroom was also broken before we arrived and this was not attended to during our stay. . . the pool complex was fantastic, in my opinion better than those at union lido and ca' pasquali where we've stayed previously. . the food places and supermarkets were on par with what we've found at other camp sites. the queue for bread in the morning was massive, but moved quite quickly. . the issue for me was the sheer size of the campsite. to get between the front gate and centro (the main shopping)/pools and the eurocamp accommodation you have to go under a subway (car and pedestrian) and I just didn't like the feel of that. . . the aspects and other eurocamp accommodation I saw was well located for easy access to the beach which is great, but there are definitely parts of that site where you'd be far from both the centro and the beach. . also, apart from the centro area which was well tended, the campsite didn't have the same attractiveness. it didn't feel as well kept, or have as many hedges/plants as the other sites. . for us, this area is a no brainer in terms of a good value for money beach/pool/sun holiday. however, we would not choose stay at marina di venezia again, not because it is bad, but because we've preferred alternative campsites more.
Catherine from Twickenham (29 August 2014)

The park was fantastic, pools were great with plenty to occupy all ages. beach was lovely and accessed direct from the park. We also hired bikes on site. Plenty to do in the evening and nice restaurants. . only 10 minutes from the ferry to venice. Only negative about the site was that the whole place shut down during the siesta period (1-3pm) every day, you weren't even able to go off or on site in the car during this time. The caravan was relatively new, clean and tidy but was very small. The second bedroom had 2 single beds (one being a bunk bed) but was too small for my children aged 12 and 10. Ended up making the sofa bed up in the lounge area instead. Kitchen area was adequate with oven and fridge freezer. . we were unlucky with the weather as we had thunder 2 nights, cloudy for 2 days and rain for 1 day!
Mair from Anglesey (28 August 2014)

Overall, nice - lively and clean park with plenty happening
Robert (28 August 2014)

The park is well stocked with shops fruit market, supermarket, which helped if you don't have transport as everything you need is there. The only thing I would say that's needed more attention, is this year the mosquito's were about and we had more than our fair share of bite's. So stock up on mosquito spray. But dont let that spoil an amazing holiday:)
Wende from Oxfordshire (26 August 2014)

Excellent access to venice & surrounding islands. Park is very large. Little space between tents but tent a good size & clean, plus comfortable beds.
Sally from Fleet (26 August 2014)

An excellent parc in a wonderful location for visiting venice
Sarah from Wimbledon (25 August 2014)

The holiday experience was fantastic - a lovely parc - large but it didn't feel too busy to us. We always got a sun lounger at the pool and the walks across the campsite were really not bad at all. We managed to get from mobile home to pool or beach in just over 10 minutes (with 6 and 8 yr old in tow).
Natalie from Bangor (25 August 2014)

Great holiday location. The afternoon siesta really does interrupt the whole day and the parc restricts access to the pool and facilities. In spain the siesta isn't as disruptive as the spainish eat later and stay out later in the evening. In italy it isn't so and the area becomes like a ghost town by 10pm. It's as though your only getting half a day per day. Other than this massive issue it was a great holiday location.
Ismail from Orpington (24 August 2014)

Great campsite, perfect for a good rest. lovely surroundings, well maintained, clean site with easy access to the beach.
Cathrine from Manchester (21 August 2014)

It is unfortunate that some of the accommodation (ours and the mobile home opposite) to mention two, were used even though they were overdue to be replaced which was apparently happening at the end of this season. The problems included badly leaking air conditioning, plug socket that came out completely broken chair and airer and a broken bed! although after nearly a week these were replaced/ repaired as loyal returning guests we shouldn't have been given the sub standard accommodation, or anyone else for that matter!!
Thea from Saltash Cornwall (21 August 2014)

Overall a great holiday in a busy but very clean, friendly parc. Only downsides were pool and supermarket closing at 1pm till 3pm, as holiday makers want to make the most of their day but can't use the facilities when needed.
Customer 91 from Stockport (20 August 2014)

Great facilities, poor accommodation in damp and mosquito infested corner of park. Shower and bathroom sink would not drain which added to damp atmosphere, and despite two requests (and one attempt) were not fixed whilst we were there. Booking through eurocamp was massively more expensive than booking direct with the campsite, through whom far nicer accommodation was available far more cheaply. Staff friendly, but far better info available through the info office on site.
Kate from Oxford (20 August 2014)

A fabulous parc and so easy to get to venice. It is a very large parc so hiring bikes made it much more fun to get around. The site was immaculate and the close proximity of the beach meant the pool never seemed overcrowded. The charge for sunbeds worked well as whatever time of day you got to the pool you could always get a bed. It is our 6th time with eurocamp and this is the first time I would consider returning to the same site.
Customer 93 (19 August 2014)

This was our second visit and would receommend for all families. Lots to do. We went to venice one day and aqualandia another.
Peter from Manchester (19 August 2014)

Really great and relaxing - great facilities at the site, helpful couriers and a great location
Sian from High Wycombe (18 August 2014)

Had a nice time but not impressed with accommodation and unfriendly parc staff.
Kevin from Reading (18 August 2014)

Good parc, clean and well designed. Siesta closures were a bit annoying but manageable. Our cabin was great, quiet, everything worked well. Eurocamp staff helpful. Fantastic location for visiting venice and also escaping from venice!
Customer 97 from Reading (17 August 2014)

Location was good and had everything we needed on the park for the children
Neil from Milton Keynes (16 August 2014)

An excellent holiday on a very good site.
John (16 August 2014)

This is a fantastic holiday parc, just a few things let it down. Where our 'bungalow was situated we had no shade from the sun with just the one parasol for protection, which was no protection at all. When I asked for another one we were told they had no more. Also our flight wasn't until 21.10 we ordered the taxi to pick us up at 18.00 then on the last day after I enquired about storing our luggage we were told we had to get off site by 12 which meant we had no where to go for hours, I can not understand why we are not told this at booking stage so we know not to book a late flight?? I was told if we stayed on the parc we would be charged another days costs which would have been another £80+. I was so angry about this which really put a downer on a nice holiday
Sheila from Surrey (16 August 2014)

Overall parc and facilities are excellent and the place is spotlessly clean. . the beach is great and the night time bars along it are a great way to enjoy the evenings. Bear in mind the 1230-1530 siesta when planning your day. Easy to get into venice via the water taxi from punta abbioni, but take the public water taxi if you wish to come back later than 630pm. Access in and out of the camp on changeover days can be horrendous.
Colin (16 August 2014)

Pool very busy unable to sit and relax. Didn't realise water slides and pool shut for siesta which didn't make for very happy kids !!
Nicolas from Burton In Trent (16 August 2014)

Really brilliant site. We are going again next year. Eurocamp reps were excellent (especially amy). accommodation disappointing considering esprit is marketed as mid - range, it was much smaller than anticipated and was very basic. We are going to upgrade next year
Neil from Solihull (15 August 2014)

Should be notified prior to booking that you have to be off the whole site by 12pm as we had a 9pm flight!! also would be good to notify people the opening hours of the pool (ie closed from 1-3pm). the info in the welcome pack was incorrect, it said pool opening hours were 10-1 & 3-6pm but after a few days we realised it was actually open 9-1 & 3-7pm! we asked the reps (two of them) if inflatables were allowed in the pool & they weren't sure??? but said yes they thought so. After carrying an inflated lilo to the pool we discovered we couldn't enter with it & had to walk back again!
Sarah from Kent (15 August 2014)

Lovely parc. Very clean and you can do as much or as little as you like. We stayed with eurocamp in an aspect which was seconds from the beach but about a 7 minute walk from the centre/ pools. We didn't hire bikes as we enjoyed walking and it's not too far to get around on foot. Yes, most things close from 1 til 3pm, but with two small children we found this pleasant as we could go for lunch or to the beach. Would recommend this parc and accommodation highly.
Amanda from Berkshire (14 August 2014)

This parc has everything you could want. Good shops, restaurants and facilities. Beautiful beach on your door step and many excellent and varied swimming pools too. Resort is a short boat journey away from venice itself, which is well worth a visit. Only down side is the amount of mosquitos we had to deal with during our stay in august. The parc does its best to control these, but they are real problem, especially in the evening. Stay away from the beach after 7pm. We made the error of trying to eat at the local café on the beach at around 8pm and all 9 of us got really badly bitten.
Alan from Swindon (13 August 2014)

We had a lovely holiday, but unfortunately my mother passed away during our stay. The eurocamp team were fantastic and helped to arrange and book a flight for myself to return to the uk, whilst my wife and children remained on holiday. They continued to support the family, letting us use their mobile phone number so that I could continue to contact my wife. We would love to return to marina de veniza and will definitely be using eurocamp again.
Darren from Southend, Essex (11 August 2014)

Parc too big, staff not that friendly(not eurocamp but staff of parc) the file in caravans gave not information at all on the parc just general stuff about the caravan!there should be more info on parc about restaurants opening times of pools entertainment etc but there was nothing
Kim from West Horsley (10 August 2014)

During our holiday we stayed in three different euro camps near rome, ferenze and venice. all parks were great in their own way but the park near venice was the best. The enforced siesta was strange to start with but made the camp very relaxed and tranquil. Its location near venice and the beach was fantastic. the staff were friendly, the park was beautifully landscaped and spotless.
Mike from Blackwood (31 July 2014)

Short break to access venice easily. The parc was really nice, very clean but due to being late september winding down, so not all of the facilities where open understandably. However what was open was really good.
Customer 110 from Leicester (29 September 2013)

We chose this site as it was the nearest to venice, a wonderful city steeped in art and history which we wanted to visited. . . we not only enjoyed the usual tourist sites but we were fortunate to be able to experience the biennial art festival which was taking place around the city.
Mary from Gravesend (27 September 2013)

A great holiday. Lots to do and see. Great location.
Paul (26 September 2013)

Fantastic parc and would highly recommend to others considering a trip to italy. Only element that was slightly disappointing was that quite a few of the facilities were either closing early or were closed as the parc was shutting for the season at the end of our stay, thought all would be open until after the parc officially closed on the 30th september. Otherwise was a fantastic holiday.
Michael from Bodedern, Isle Of Anglesey (26 September 2013)

Had a great time ,luvly parc & great position to visit venice.
Kevin from Caerphilly (24 September 2013)

Great holiday but eurocamp need to be more up front about the closed period at the park and how expensive the facilities are. The reps were next to useless. They either couldn't give basic information or were recovering from their hang overs. They didn't even introduce themselves; or visit to check if everything was ok.
Julia from Manchester (19 September 2013)

We used the camp as a perfect base for visiting venice. A pleasant ride across the lagoon. The camp itself is very large and quite cramped. I wouldn't like to spend all day there. That said, the water park and access to a sandy beach were excellent.
Alison from Leek (18 September 2013)

Great place for holiday we go to same camping
Krzysztof from Newcastle (17 September 2013)

Your couriers are rude even after been spoken to and greeted more than once there was never a reply or acknowledgement from them had I know that the parc shut down every day from 1 to 3 I would not have booked it I do not like being restricted on my holidays even down to being unable to leave the park if we wanted to by driving this is my holiday and I paid for it not for their rest time.whilst the home was very nice the space in the living area has seriously compromised the bedrooms to such an extent that it was difficult to even have standing room to dress the mattress was like sleeping on bricks that wasn't a mattress by any description very disappointed in you eurocamp
Marie from Stockport (14 September 2013)

Fantastic park with loads of facilities, we would definatley come back to this park again.
Rebecca from Australia (14 September 2013)

We are a family of 6 with teens children, this is the perfect place and would thoroughly recommend it.the food is great, spotlessly clean, facilities are excellent and location is ideal. . the pool area. Again this is excellent with 1 olympic sized pool with 3 cordoned off lanes for serious swimmers, a zorbing area, scuba diving ,aquaerobics . there is also a wave pool which goes off every hour on the hour, 3 large slides, and 2 kids pools for the little ones. The whole area shuts down from 1-3pm every day and we found that its easy to go to the beach or grab some lunch during this time so it wasnt that much of an inconvenience. A day trip to venice is an obvious must, is easy from punta sabbioni - 30 minutes on a boat.
Customer 120 from Crowborough (14 September 2013)

The parc is clean and tidy and next to an excellent beach. The pools are very good. Our thoughts though were that it was too big for us as there was quite a walk to the pools and the entertainment in the evening was quite was a touch on the pricey side to eat and drink next to the evening entertainment and indeed we were moved on for sitting down at a table for 8 when there was only (?!) 5 in our party. Had a go at the crazy golf but were quite surprised when we all had to pay even though my youngest is 5. We felt as though the site was trying to make as much money as they could and was unnecessarily expensive. Not overly impressed with the complete shut down between 1-3pm (son was told to stop bouncing his ball by security, as an example). no free wifi. All in all we had a good time but would say that a previous eurocamp experience in spain was far better and a little more welcoming to the english. Ultimately would we come to this parc again? no.
Ryan from Chessington (06 September 2013)

The parc was fantastic. the cleanest toilet/shower blocks I have ever seen at a eurocamp site. the pool complex was amazing, and the sandy beach 100m from our tent was beautiful, fantastic sand for digging and lovely clear, warm sea.
Jackie from Birmingham (03 September 2013)

The park was well maintained , the pools were good and the beach was really clean. The onsite restaurants were quite expensive and the service let them down as the food came at different times, the adults food came first followed by the childrens 20 min later , not good . overall I had a really good time.
Eric from Preston (03 September 2013)

Excellent park, nice a/c caravan but you need a bike to get around as the park is very large. eurocamp couriers however were pretty hopeless as far as help and information was concerned.
Julie from Plymouth (03 September 2013)

Wonderful holiday, would certainly recommend and visit the same site again myself
Alex from Bracknell (03 September 2013)

We had a wonderful time and would go to the same resort/site again in the future.
Samantha from Southend On Sea (01 September 2013)

We paid a lot more with eurocamp than most of the other guests. We paid almost double so not happy about that?. also the stff at the camp were very miserable and not friendly at all. Made the holiday not so enjoyable
Kelly (01 September 2013)

2 bed horizon a little small, hardly enough room to walk around the bed. Overall the park was immaculate, with great facilities. Convenient location and the adjacent beach was wonderful.
Deborah from Seaford... (31 August 2013)

Couriers gave incorrect info on several occasions. In august we found this unbelievable, in particular the swimming pool opening times.
Alisob (29 August 2013)

Very well run extremely large site, you really could not ask for more.
Ruth from London (28 August 2013)

Everything we expected.
Gregory from Truro (27 August 2013)

The most fantastic site we have ever been to! the facilities are fantastic, gorgeous beach and amazing pool complex. Lots of good shops and places to eat and everywhere so clean and well looked after. We didn't leave the campsite all week except for a trip to venice. Site is huge but children loved riding their bikes around it. Entertainment great too.
Louise from Nantwich (26 August 2013)

Very large site, may be a bit too large
Richard from Tamworth (26 August 2013)

Excellent parc and facilities.
Guy from London (24 August 2013)

This is an immaculate and spectacularly large site with any facility you could ask for. It is very well managed and really cannot be faulted. .
Joanne from Conwy (24 August 2013)

We love this parc and have been there 3 times. Because it's such a big site, it has amazing facilities and is always well maintained. There is a choice of reasonably priced restaurants and a well stocked supermarket and fresh produce stall. I would definitely recommend renting some bikes, or taking your own, so get around the site and explore the local area.
Victoria from Telford (24 August 2013)

We enjoyed our stay at our first eurocamp site. The caravan was clean and the air con worked well, shame it wasn't in the bedrooms. The caravan wasn't as good as our friends even though we booked the same one and paid the same price. . the site was immaculately clean and this was partly because they ran it slightly like tyrants and it was not the friendly service we expected, apart from the bar and restaurant staff who were lovely. . . the pool shuts btwn 1 and 3 pm which was a shame and slightly strange. The pools were fab and with four young teenagers we never saw them as the pools kept them entertined. You pay for the sun loungers the benefit of this was not having to get up in the middle of the night to join masses putting their towels down. . . the beach was nice and just off the site, a lot better than we thought it would be. . the food and drink was great and not too expensive. . . we can't really comment on euro camp staff as we never saw them, the welcome pack turned up several hours after us so not so welcoming, I wouldnt bother with it to be honest. . . take insect repellant as all 8 of us were bitten some worse than others. .
Alison (24 August 2013)

Large campsite, great pool complex, very well maintained and clean, beach lovely. Venice ferry nearby, jessolo at 30 minutes, but to go anywhere else would take about 2 hours. When the weather was bad, a bit stuck for what todo.
Martina from Buckingham (23 August 2013)

Excellent holiday park within easy reach to visit venice. The beach is also excellent and the evening entertainment is good. The water park is excellent it is a bit of a pain when it closes down for a few hours each day, but then we went to the beach during these hours. The park is huge and the caravans are sited quite a distance from the main activities so I would recommend you hire bikes while staying. It is probably the best park we have stayed on to date, and we have been to quite a few all over france, but this park was in a different league to even the largest ones we had stayed on in france. Nothing much in the surrounding area but you really dont need to leave the park for anything, we had a great time here . I have an 8 year old a 10 year old and a 15 year old and they all loved it here.
Ian from Rhondda (23 August 2013)

Fantastic location. Brilliant holiday village for the whole family. Beaches, pools, entertainment, venice at your doorstep. What's not to like ? more or less guaranteed great weather. Loved it.
Customer 140 from Guildford (22 August 2013)

We had really enjoyable week at marina di venezia. The park is large but really well run. The pools complex is fantastic catering for all ages. The on-camp amenities are all of a high standard and the ability to hire bikes was extremely useful and worthwhile. With a great beach and easy access to the sites of venice we couldn't have asked for much more.
James from Crawley (22 August 2013)

?great time
Conchubhar (18 August 2013)

First and probably last holiday with eurocamp. Thought we would try it as an alternative to villa and pool.
Toby from London (18 August 2013)

Excellent, it certainly ticked all of our boxes. would definitely recommend this park to friends.
Customer 144 from London (17 August 2013)

The outside door was very dirty/mouldy and not a good first impression! also the shower was mouldy! bleach would easily solve this problem! small things but make a big difference.
Jane from Cheshire (17 August 2013)

A great site with fantastic facilities, the walk to the centre at times can be too much. you also need to book early for spaces on the activities as they get very booked up
Paul from Farnham (16 August 2013)

Overall the holiday was very enjoyable, god facilities, great food on offer both in part and out and about. Would recommend people to stay there as great for families especially those with young children
Mark from Leeds, West Yorkshire (16 August 2013)

This is a good parc with a lovely sandy beach and an amazing swimming pool complex. The parc is very large and having bikes is a distinct advantage - otherwise a trip to the (well stocked) shop or swimming pool can be 15 minutes there and 15 minutes back. The parc in general, including the swimming pool, can get very busy, although the beach never feels crowded. Overall the facilities are of a high quality, although one of the restaurants (by the pool) is distinctly so-so. There is easy access to venice and the islands via the bus and boat (you can buy tickets on the site) which makes for wonderful days out.
David from London (14 August 2013)

We chose to have a 5 night stay at this parc to end our 22 night tour in italy as down time for the children to have some pool, beach time and fun activities. The static caravan was ok but nothing special and we felt for the amount of money being charged you shouldn't be charged extra for bedding and towels. A free mini welcome pack including things like small refillable bottle of washing up liquid, dishcloth/sponge, bar of soap for shower, salt, pepper, small container of coffee and tea and milk and a bottle of water should be standard. When you compare what the 3 & 4 star hotels give as standard and all included for the price in addition to breakfast we didn't think the parc was not particularly good value for money - in fact we thought it rather expensive. The parc itself was well run and maintained and clean but personally we felt there were just too many pitches / people for us and all packed in like sardines in a tin - it was too busy! we didn't think it lived up to a 4 star camping experience. 4 star camping for us would mean less people for a start and more space. With so many people this meant there were too many people in the pools and too many people on the beach for our liking. In addition, although lots of activities were advertised on-line, in fact when there the parc could offer no activities for our 8 old son during our stay (i think just archery on the monday). seemed weird there was less on offer over the weekend as well! the parc should consider putting together a special pass / ticket which entitles things like 1 free go on the trampoline, 1 free go on the crazy golf etc during a 5 day plus stay. However, we did think there was some pretty good entertainment put on by the camp like stage shows and bands at various bars etc !
Caroline from Exeter (13 August 2013)

This parc is fun and lively and is full of amenities, but absolutely enormous!. I recommend anybody who wishes to stay here budgeting for bike hire for their whole holiday just to get around the campsite!
