This is a great site, brilliant location and good courier with a good knowledge of the area. One of the best holidays we have had, so peaceful and quiet Clare from Durham (04 July 2015)
Lake bolsena is lovely, very friendly and relaxed. everything felt safe and secure whilst on park. the park is a gentle stroll away, along the lakeside path, to the village. on the park the pool facility is wonderful Mark from Staffordshire (30 June 2015)
Our best ever holiday, we loved the camp and lake bolsena Tim from Uppermill (10 June 2015)
Our family (2 girls 4 & 6) loved this holiday. Brilliant safari tent with amazing view on lovely lake. The tent was great fun, very comfortable and very well equipped. Swam in the lake and the lovely pool. Enjoyed bbq on the tent deck and sundowners over the lake - fabulous. Only negative was there was some music at night from the entertainment. Bolsena lovely little hilltop town walkable along lake. will try and go back! Dan (23 August 2014)
The parc is in a beautiful location, really well maintained. Clean, tidy, friendly staff, all helpful and polite. Brilliant pool complex, shop, self-service restaurant. And all on the lakeside. Marc from Bristol (19 August 2014)
We are a family staying in late july for 7 nights. This was a superb parc with a beautiful lakeside setting and big pitches. The facilities were clean and new. The staff were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to make sure we had a lovely stay. But there was very loud music for 4 out of 7 nights so we were unable to sleep. The fourth night was a party off the parc which continued until 5.30am. the other three night the music was on the parc and finished at midnight with a lot of people wandering among the tents and making noise for the rest of the night. I would also consider a hiring a car as the bus from orvieto to bolsena is only twice a day and there is only one taxi in bolsena which is not always available. Claire from Cambridge Uk (24 July 2014)
This parc is in a beautiful location and bolsena is a lovely place to explore. We loved swimming in the lake and the pool. Our kids (5 and 8) had a great time. The campsite restaurant is good value and the food is lovely and fresh. Only slight complaint is that it can be a long walk to the toilet block. William (23 July 2014)
The area was interesting with lots to see. bolsena was a lovely town and the lake good for swimming. the campsite was disappointing for a number of reasons. Nancy (25 June 2014)
Beautiful tranquil lake a stonesthrow from the campsite. 20 minute walk alongside the lake brings you into the quaint villiage of bolsena. lovely places to eat and great tuesday market. more for a quiet gettaway, but what a fantastic energy!!. transport not necessary as lovely, walk, a bus goes in and out of town, but only one taxi! most people had transport, but for we flew, trained and bused it! the people were helpful when asking for directions. one mistake we make was to look up the nearest train station from rome. montefiscione. there are no taxi's from there, which was the last stop to the campsite. We was lucky, a local priest helped us get back to the town to catch a bus, but you needed your travelator to speak italian. Our eurocamp rep kindly gave us a lift back to a more direct route station back to rome which was called something like ovalitre. So back to rome for sightseeing for the rest of the day!. enjoy this beautiful tranquil place. Customer 9 from Heathrow (20 June 2014)
Beautiful location and sunset shame the pool wasn't open!! dick and sue were amazing, so friendly and willing to help they went above and beyond expectations, always on hand to help and gave us some great tips on the area. Thanks for a great holiday. Jane from Nottingham (05 June 2014)
In general the park was very nicely kept and clean with a superb pool. the lakeside setting was beautiful and the lake was also great for swimming and windsurfing. bolsena town was a pleasant lake-side walk away but a torch is essential if returning after dark. in general a peaceful site with a little noise from entertainment but not excessive and not late. nearby orvieto made a lovely day trip. Sarah from London (11 August 2013)
Really good parc. Nice that you have the categories authentic and peaceful as we have tried the lively ones and action parcs before. That made us think the camping was not for us. But these authentic and peacefuls camps are really our taste. Helle from Aarhus (07 Jul 2013)
The location of the site is excellent, right on the lake with a lovely town nearby via a lakeside track. however, the administration of the site was disappointing with only one toilet block, payment for showers (which lasted only 2-3 minutes for 50cents) and generally the site seemed more concerned with its rules and image than ensuring happy customers.
