We had a lovely holiday & would probably come again but at a different time of year. The eurocamp couriers were great but we felt everyone else that worked on the parc couldn't wait for us to go so they could close up & go home as it was the end of season. Also portoragness was like a ghost town.
Dean from Cornwall (27 September 2015)

Excellent site, well laid out, close to beach. Great pool and spa complex for adults only, big bonus as in september still lots of german and dutch kids around !!
Mike from Ringwood (26 September 2015)

We have been on this site many times.the site is clean and tidy,it has everything to make a great holiday.
Paul from Wimborne (23 September 2015)

Had a great week (although a week wasn't long enough!)
Robin from Sheffield (22 September 2015)

We were very impressed with the new adult only swimming area which was great and we used all of the time.
Steve from Ipswich (22 September 2015)

Very good parc. We particularly liked the over 18 swimming pool with jacuzzis. we went at the end of season and the facilities outside the parc were limited. We very much enjoyed cycling along the canal du midi. we were a bit unlucky with the weather which affected the beaches as a storm left wood and tree debris. but I gather this is unusual.
Susan from Bridgend (21 September 2015)

Good situation, direct to beach.good camp shop.lovely pool area& bar.quiet site in sept.not much around-but good for peaceful beach holiday.
Michael from Leigh On Sea,Essex (21 September 2015)

Book les sablons direct - camp site great, their reps great. As for euro camp reps - rubbish!!! little interest in children, no activities (despite being told there would be some at start of holiday) and as for the reps who joined near end of season - don't even bother!!! when your 3 kids under 8 say they are rude ! plus only contact was when she asked us on leaving day to; clean our caravan, strip our bed and sort our towels !!!!
Liz from Ross On Wye (21 September 2015)

Would definitely recommend this park, spotless clean pools, delicious fresh food from the bakery every morning. direct beach access is fab and beach is beautiful. accommodation a bit worn and dated but it served its purpose. eurocamp reps non existant though unless you go to find them in the van. maybe this is because we were there in september?? the mini clubs etc had all finished so cant comment on them. not many shops etc to have a walk around outside of the camp. We didnt have a car so had to do our shopping on site and at the small market that was there one day which was quite expensive. there are buses but the times are not great. on the whole a very relaxing enjoyable holiday.
Heather from Xx (20 September 2015)

Not good for various reasons not necessarily to do with the park
Anne from Congleton (19 September 2015)

An enjoyable holiday. lots to do and see in the region.
Graham from Longfield (19 September 2015)

Clean site. Lots of activities. Direct access to the beach a bonus. Places to visit a few miles away.
Arthur from Broadstairs (19 September 2015)

The les sablons parc was fantastic and was extremely suitable for families, all facilites on the parc maintained well and staffed appropriately. Our eurocamp experience however was not so good. The accommodation was not as advertised, basic facilities such as a kettle were not present, there was a broken lounger chair on the decking and the bedrooms had a damp smell. The eurocamp couriers living quarters were next door to our accommodation and they were not a pretty sight!! very messy, and offensive language written in the dirt of one of the tents!! also when I asked for clean bed sheets we were told this would cost us nearly 20 euros, we did not feel this was acceptable and supportive of the fact we were travelling with a young child.
Katie from Ely (18 September 2015)

We had an amazing time. Was hot even though it was mid september, and the pools were great (heated too). all the activities on site were free too which was a bonus.
Owen from Nottingham (18 September 2015)

Holiday spoilt because too many mobiles crammed in to small sites causing excessive noise and lack of privacy
David from Chatham (15 September 2015)

Great location, site excellent well organised and maintained.
Ian from Town (05 September 2015)

Excellent accommodation
Alison from Bristol (30 August 2015)

This was our first euro camp holiday, we booked 3 vista caravans, 11 people in total for a week in august. I read the reviews before booking and though that it was too good to be true, but it lived up to even the best reviews. 7 of our party drove, 700 (ish) miles from calais, a long drive, and they were all very tired on arrival, 4 flew with ryan air to beziers, and had arranged transfers with sun transfers, they were there at beziers and within 15 mins we were at resort checking in. Caravans were clean and spacious. We prebooked bedding, which was all there on our arrival. The kids club was run by an english member of staff, with a dutch lad helping, the kids enjoyed the kids club, and throughly enjoyed the science day. The swimming pools were clean, with lots of sun beds, we always managed to get 2 sun beds next to one another. There is a new 18 + swimming area which was amazing. The gents were quite put out that they did need to wear traditional swimming shorts, however it was good that it was enforced, even with children. The kids loved the beach, the water was crystal clear, the sand was full of broken shells, so made it painful for the kids to walk on, however they loved finding shells along the beach. The beach has no shade, however its not far to carry umbrellas or sun tents. Lots of play areas for the kids over the park, plus tennis courts, boules and lots of places for the kids to cycle. The holiday was so good we have booked again for next year!.
Sally from Kent (30 August 2015)

Overall experience is great. Park felt somewhat crowded but it was almost not noticeable - people had choice between sea and the pool and therefore didnt have to be cramped at the same place. I didnt have the need to "book the sun bed with your towel at 6 am" pool had enough places around, and the sea side obviously wasnt that crowded as it was big and didnt have dedicated sunbeds either - drop where you like:). the only drawback is the sea was cold, but if you are there for the sun - you had enough of that, 28 - 30 celsius constantly. You could bear the cold sea easily. Couldn't recommend more the eurocamps kids club - my 5 years old son loved it to bits, two 2-hours sessions a day was enough to keep him occupied and interested for 11 days, and it tells you something - they had something for all ages, guys were jumping out of the trousers, literally and I think their efforts alone sold this place for us for some years to come
Alexander from Newcastle (29 August 2015)

I would highly recommend this parc, really good for all ages. our boys are 11, 9 and 5 and they loved it. the pool is great, but does get very busy, so we tended to go to the beach which is perfect for kids, few waves but not too rough so they're safe and you can go really far out. the onsite entertainment was really good, we don't tend to usually watch it as we prefer to either go out for a meal or bbq at the site but we did watch some nights as it was quite fun. it is a lovely part of france and we had lovely weather, which always helps. the eurocamp bike hire is brilliant so reasonable and we did the free bike tour which was really good, cycling right along the canals. the nearby town had some good restaurants and the market was okay. we will probably return to visit this park in the future.
Lucy from London (28 August 2015)

This was our first eurocamp holiday and it well and truly exceeded expectations. from the parc itself to the location, accommodation and the fantastic couriers. we booked up for next year while we were there!
Matt from Harpenden (28 August 2015)

A very nice park, with lots of facilities (the over 18 swimming pool particularly!), activities for the children and entertainment. In a beautiful spot near the canal du midi. The beach is ok but the sea is freezing which is a shame.
Erika (28 August 2015)

The park had excellent facilities, pool with slides, play parks for kids, beach access, shops and restaurants a short walk away. When kids were at the eurocamp kids club we even tried the adult only pool area and my daughter and I tried the aqua aerobics and lunchtime dance classes. Kids disco in the evening was a hit with kids, if a little late for ours at 9 to 9.30pm. Eurocamp reps were amazing and were so quick with any issues we had, which were few. Brilliant holiday! only shame was the lack of space between caravans we had only just enough space for the car.
Michelle from Cambridgeshire (24 August 2015)

Parc let down by very overcrowded kids pool area and expensive internet access which seemed often to be un available.
Joanne from St Albans (23 August 2015)

Having been to les sablons for countless years its always a nice surprise to see what has improved year on year, this year the adult only pool was without doubt the biggest and most pleseant surprise yet. The parc is lively but come midnight you usual can hear a pin drop, but don't be surprised if you get the odd night time reveller struggling to keep quiet (after all they are on holiday as well and you don't have to be quiet come 8am, nice karma) . evening entertainment needs a revamp as apart from the kids mini disco it can be damaging to your ears and eyes, and no it's not because its loud !! also don't expect english translation and be prepared to be frustrated when you try to speak french and get the evil look from the grumpy old women behind the bar who huffs and puffs and walks off. Beach is clean and walking an extra 100 steps becomes less busy
Andy from London (22 August 2015)

Bit overwhelmed when we arrived at how busy the part was but first time in south of france and with eurocamp. Once we settled into the holiday we really enjoyed ourselves. Kids club was great and my youngest son luke really enjoyed it and was sad to leave the reps at the end of the holiday. Great park, good facilities, bit busy but you have to get your times right for doing stuff like pool and beach etc. Put it this way we have just booked for next year. Only thing we have changed is a bigger mobile home, gone for a 3 bed instead of 2 and will ask to be in the xo location so we get sun on our deck through out the day. We were in the a row and although this was nice and peaceful with a nice size pitch we didn't really get any sun. We were also away from other euro campers so not so easy for our children to make friends when out and about.
Mark (18 August 2015)

Great relaxing family holiday. Lots to do on the campsite to keep everyone happy. Loved being able to walk to the beach - the car barely moved whilst we were there! couriers helpful and sorted out any minor issues we had quickly. My children loved the eurocamp kids club couriers.
Moira from Marlow (17 August 2015)

Couriers indifferent. Not seen at all post arrival until night before going home. Not explanation of kids clubs etc offered. Van pitch was too small for our vehicle. We asked to be moved and this was auctioned smoothly within 24 hours. Park is good, lively. Roan vans are more modern and look to yield better value for money so may go with them next year.
Nicholas from Bromley (17 August 2015)

Excellent camp site with lots to do for the kids and adults, including very good eurocamp staff.
Lex from Bradford (15 August 2015)

Our third visit to this campsite. loved the new additions/alterations to the campsite, in particular the adult only pool. Plenty to do on the campsite and a lovely friendly & safe atmosphere.
Michaela from Worcester (13 August 2015)

I travelled on my own with 4 children and still found the holiday relaxing! the campsite was very well organised with very good staff, especially at the pool where my disabled 7 year old daughter was allowed to use the adult only pool. They have good facilities for people not able bodied and that was /is refreshing to see.
Emma from Hemel Hempstead (12 August 2015)

Les sablons was a perfect family location. The onsite facilities from shops to restaurants to entertainment were fantastic and every staff member polite and happy to assist. The pools and playgrounds were superb, the adult pool is such a fabulous addition to the complex. The children attended the eurocamp fun station club and had a great time with enthusiastic, caring and fun couriers. The proximity of the beach was an added bonus and other restaurants in the area added variety of choice, though the site restaurant was a favourite. The nightly "mini disco" run by the park animation team became a must for us and we are still singing the action songs at home! all in all a fabulous holiday at a super site.
Confirmed Holidaymaker (11 August 2015)

Great time, and thoroughly enjoyed it.
Andrew from Horsham (11 August 2015)

This parc is fantastic. A perfect mix of being next to the beach and great facilities on the parc. The adult pool is also a great addition. My kids loved the parc and will be going back next year.
Ben from Nuneaton (09 August 2015)

We have visited les sablons several times before, but not for 8 years. The new adult only pool is a wonderful addition. The parc has very good shower and toilet facilities that were always clean - almost never any queues for the shower at busy times. . access to the beach is direct and enjoyed! . the children's club was good and enjoyed by our youngest. And the entertainment was at best excellent and at worse adequate - I consider this to be very good. The only negative comment was that during a fireworks display we had debris reigned on us and one large piece landed on me and burned and bruised my chest (thankfully not an eye or one of the children). we were a way back from where the animation team sent the crowd, but we're assured by them that it would be safe and that any pieces landing would be paper and would not cause harm.
Deborah from Margate, Kent (08 August 2015)

Terrific holiday. Our 3rd year at les sablons and it didn't disappoint. The addition of the adults only pool is fantastic and the parc is as clean and well maintained as ever. Obviously busy in high season but we always found space at the pool and bar. Children loved the fun station which is one of the main reasons for returning to les sablons - why aren't they more widely available? fun station couriers were excellent and the children met many other friends through it. Weather terrific and beer was cold - what else is there to say!
Ian from Somerset (07 August 2015)

Love it! been 4 times already. Great location, sea one side, canal the other and great pools
Andrew from Cheltenham (04 August 2015)

Great holiday overall
Carolyn from Sale, Manchester (04 August 2015)

We all liked it so much we have already booked for next year
Adrian from Coventry (01 August 2015)

Came here 3 times up to 2007 and not been since, was worried after seeing modifications that it might not be as good.however we had a fantastic holiday site has more facilities and food available and shops are excellent. Have already booked for next yyear, ideal for kids mine are 14 and 9 they loved it. Graham
Graham from Wolverhampton (01 August 2015)

Les sablons is a large site but had a nice feel to it with everything you need on site. the pitches are quite small and very sandy - I was craving some green grass but with the large decking of the avant, this didn't really end up being a problem. it's a long drive to get there but worth it when you do.
Lydia from London (31 July 2015)

All really enjoyed the location.
Nicola from London (31 July 2015)

The holiday itself was fantastic and the weather was superb. The pool was ok, but we felt that it was either aimed at families with small children or adults. There was nothing really to keep the older children/teens engrossed
Zak from Birmingham (31 July 2015)

Excellent park and facilities especially the swimming pools that were wonderful. Loved the lane swimming and also the adult pool. Kids loved the kids pool. Caravan nice and staff very helpful. Lovely holiday all round.
Laura from Plymouth (31 July 2015)

Great
Jesse from Corby (30 July 2015)

One of the best parc's that we have stayed at over our many years camping. beautiful location, very well run, and the staff are welcoming and attentive. the resources/evening entertainment/pools are of high quality. for example my daughter loved the 'glowing ice cubes and hair slides' on the non alcoholic cocktails and my son enjoyed the archery on site. Impressive.
Diane from London (30 July 2015)

Had a brilliant holiday. 3rd time at les sablons and would recommend this site.
Michelle from Ireland (28 July 2015)

Excellent holiday, brilliant parc with something to do at all times. Eurocamp holiday and children's reps fantastic. Adult pool lovely for when the children are at kids clubs. Good location right by the beach, we used the beach at the end of town rather than out of the parc as pedal is located there. Good choice of restaurants in town all reasonably priced. Highly recommend, already rebooked for next year.
Deborah from Ripon (27 July 2015)

Excellent weather and children enjoyed the facilities including the kids club. The close proximity of the water park, beach and the restaurant was a key factor. Very easy to get to from beziers airport
Christina from Cupar,Fife, Scotland (26 July 2015)

This was our first holiday with eurocamp. The fact we booked to go back again next year four days after we got home says it all, a fantastic family holiday.
Michael from Finstown. (17 July 2015)

Another great holiday with eurocamp at les sablons. The improvements to the parc are excellent - well-thought out and finished to a high standard. The only real variable here is the weather and this year it was on form. Looking forward to returning next year all being well.
Paul from Belfast (30 June 2015)

New avant very poorly designed and totally unsuitable for a 3 bed unit given size of minute bathroom with no additional toilet and pokey galley style kitchen. Dishwasher broken and out of action for most of stay. . . mountain lodge had no comfortable internal seating area but thankfully the weather meant we never had to use it.
Joan from Cheltenham (30 June 2015)

A well placed holiday venue with excellent facilities.
Christine from Taamworth (29 June 2015)

Big site but not intrusive. loads going on. good shops.
Carole from Cottingley (28 June 2015)

We needed a quite location to unwind from a traumatic last eight months. The weather was perfect, spending the mornings on the beach and afternoons by the pool, followed closely by a drink in the bar.
Neil from Portsmouth (27 June 2015)

We found the parc busy but not too busy, lively, but not noisy. Our children would have loved it when they were younger. Convenient for the beach, village and the canal du midi. Eurocamp couriers were brilliant, and very helpful when we had a problem with our car. No problems with our accommodation. Enjoyed the 18+ swimming pool - as good as a spa one! good value for money at this time of year.
Judith from Glossop, Derbyshire (25 June 2015)

Really good site and facilities. Compared to previous couriers this year all were pleasant and nothing was to much trouble
Keith from Sleaford Lincolnshire (25 June 2015)

Overall we found our stay at les sablons to be very good. the park and the accommodation were spotless and the facilities on site were very good. the shop was excellant and sold the msot fantastic olives and local wines which could be bought using your own bottles. . the lodges are quite close together but very weel mainatained so this didn't cause us any stress. . the park is well situated on a beautiful beach and close to some excellant restaurants, we would particulalry recommend the buddha bar. . really the only problem we had was a late night rave at a nearby park which went on until 4.00 a.m. Which obviosuly you could not fault the park for. .
Gary from Llangwm (21 June 2015)

If it wasn't for the small pitches with no space to park our car close by this was nigh on perfect and the best eurocamp we have stayed in in the past 2 years! the cabins were good, the spar had a great selection of wine, the beach was a short walk away but the couriers made it for our 4 year old!
Wayne from London (20 June 2015)

We thoroughly enjoyed les sablons, in fact we have already booked for next year with a few more members of our family.the site was fantastic for toddlers, also we enjoyed the adult only pool not a kid in sight ha ha.it was nice to have a little time to ourselves in the jacuzi,s +hot tubs.the site was nice + flat which was good for me as I have a few mobility problems.the couriers were brilliant nothing was too much trouble for them.all in all I would recommend this site to anyone.
Anne from Liverpool (16 June 2015)

Les sablons was a great resort. With 3 pools there was enough space for everyone. The beach was 10 mins walk from our caravan which was great for us. We had a good meal at the restaurant on site on our first night. Large bar area that allowed enough space so that you didn't all get in each others way.
Shane from Milton Keynes (14 June 2015)

My family and I had a fantastic stay at les sablons in june. the parc was perfect for our family which includes an 8 month baby and 2 year old toddler. the swimming pools were great fun for adults and kids, and direct access to the beach meant we were never short of things to do. special mention should also be made of the kids club staff, with diana and lotte making sure our toddler had a fantastic holiday and helped him join in with activities. looking forward to returning next year.
James from Woodbridge, Suffolk (10 June 2015)

My family had the best time ever. My daughter loved the kids club and the atmosphere and people were fab and parc itself was beautifully situated and absolutely thoroughly enjoyed. The weather was amazing which helped a great deal. Though the food prices were a little steep, it was well worth it especially the restaurant. Loved the mini discos, the people running it were amazing with the kids. Would definately return. Wish it could be next week
Derek (10 June 2015)

Great site with excellent pool facilities and all the other facilities you need for an enjoyable family holiday. Great access to beach. . beautiful weather. . unfortunately a few problems with the accommodation and lack of sun shade in particular put a damper on our review of the accommodation and am not sure how many of the toddler paradise elements were actually present. . excellent couriers.
Katie from Exmouth (10 June 2015)

Great holiday. Mobile home good but consistently had hot water problems which we reported multiple times. Team leader looked at on day 3 which temporarily fixed problem but soon worsened again. We were unable to use en suite shower which was not great for getting ready in evenings. . learn to bike bide was great, really great service. Learn to swim sessions were less great, lacked organisation and structure. Kids club overall great. . . mobile home inventory incomplete and had to ask for various items. Coffee percolator very poor. Hired sheets too small kept coming off. Baby sheets far too small. Made linen hire poor option. Emplacement too small to fit family size car on. . . great part and great to see so much entertainment in low season
Chris from Weymouth (10 June 2015)

Excellent facilities, mobile home good but with a young child the layout would be better if the bedrooms are nearer together.
Mel from Stockport (09 June 2015)

We went with our 4 year old and 1 year old and were very disappointed by the facilities available. The swimming pool was fine, but the kids clubs, both the fun station and mini fun station were extremely disappointing. The mini station was advertised as suitable from 6 months, but the inside of the marquee was filthy with sand and dirt, certainly not suitable for a crawling child, not nearly enough shaded areas, and generally grubby. The outside play areas didn't have any nice grass to play on, just dirt and scrubby dry grass. There was another kids club on site for use by other holiday companies (not eurocamp), which looked lovely and far more suitable - proper shaded area, clean and plenty of space. There were 3 play parks on site, one looked like it hadn't been maintained for years and I wouldn't let my kids go in, whilst the other one was better, but again just grubby. The third looked nicer but again, no shading so the equipment was too hot to play on. Our caravan was right next to the staff area and tennis courts, so constantly noisy, and the air conditioning wasn't working for the first 3 days. Overall, extremely disappointed and would definitely not recommend this holiday.
Alyson (07 June 2015)

Fabulous holiday. Was greeted by couriers on arrival to camp and walked to caravan by them where they showed us around it and told us about the site. Considering their office hours said they shut at 19.00 they were always there and even gave us their mobile number to contact them on 24/7. Clean, efficient park. Beautiful pools. My 7 year old daughter loved the kids club and went for 5 days out of the 6 that we were there.
Trevor from Wolverhampton (07 June 2015)

Another great holiday at les sablons.
Tabitha from Liverpool (06 June 2015)

Great pools and lovely beach, lots to do for children, everything close by, very relaxing!!!
Confirmed Holidaymaker (06 June 2015)

A very relaxing break.
Caroline from Haslemere (05 June 2015)

Brilliant holiday in a completely charming park. mini fun station is fabulous for our toddler, the food options and shop are great and the entertainment in the evening is enough for our little one but not disruptive once we've gone home for the night.
Catherine (04 June 2015)

This was our first holiday with eurocamp and it was excellent. The site wasn't too big and it was easy to get to all of the amenities within five minutes walk. We also hired bikes which were great to get around on. The small town was directly outside of the campsite gates and had a few small shops and places to eat. The onsite shop was well stocked and the pool facilities were excellent, especially for my five year old son. He also loved the kids club and went almost daily. Whenever we needed any advice the campsite couriers were easy to find or we would leave them a message and they got straight back to us. I would definitely recommend this park and we will be visiting again.
Jessica (03 June 2015)

Had a great time here. The kids station with mickey and her team were brilliant. .
Daniel from Romford (01 June 2015)

Location and park facilities just great.
|Gillian from Kenilworth (30 May 2015)

Booked this break and didn't know what to expect. when we arrived, was extremely impressed with the setting and location. accomodation was basic and it was out of season, but it didn't cloud our judgement. what a fantastic holiday. cycled for four days and the canal du midi was safe enough for children. the pool and watersides were ideal for our children aged 6 and 8. used the onsite supermarket and patisserie every day, however, next time we will hire a car. looking into going to the area next year for our annual family holiday.
Kevin from Llanelli, Wales (28 September 2014)

Great holiday, lovely parc, caravans in tree-lined lanes, eurocamp caravans mixed in with privately owned ones so a good mix of people. pools great, water warm, variety of sizes/depths for different ages, lovely playgrounds that my 2 year old loved, staff, both eurocamp and general parc staff, very helpful and friendly, shop adequate though we were here end of season so starting to run out of a few things. Caravan was nice, quite small, but only 3 of us in it, might be a bit cramped for more, not spotless either, bit grubby in places, again, was this because it was end of season, dont know, could have done with a few more cleaning items, like a decent broom to keep on top of the constant sand and leaves blowing in. hired bikes, very cheap, and good quality bikes, hardly any traffic so not too scarey to ride on roads, but canal is a stones throw away, lovely to ride along. beach at the end of the road, felt very safe, quite calm sea, a couple of shops along the front, but if you want a decent supermarket or a bit of shopping its quite far, we took a taxi one day to carrefour, 20 euros each way, probably would have worked out cheaper to hire a car by the time we paid for taxi to and from airport too. Overall, I woulod reccomend this parc and we will possibly go back again unless we decide on a different eurocamp parc, but overall eurocamp are great. Oh yes, beware of the mozzies that come out at dusk!! we didnt realise and didnt take repellant etc, they do sell in the local shop but would have been alot cheaper to bring our own, also as we were there end of sept, dusk at 6.30pm so came out sooner than they would ealier in the year.
Kate from Birmingham (28 September 2014)

Excellent park beautiful surroundings perfect for children we had a fab time definitely be back
Rachel (27 September 2014)

Overall we liked the site, but not impressed with eurocamp if I was to stay here again I would book direct.
Cassandra from Bristol (26 September 2014)

We visited in the last week of the season and a lot of the local restaurants were closed, even though it is advertised as a park suitable to go to without a car it would have been much better with one. The accommodation was dated and my biggest grumble was that we couldn't fit the travel cot in any of the bedrooms, whats the point of offering them if you know that the baby wont be able to sleep in it, unless you put it in the dining area. The bedroom with the bunks is really only suitable for children as the beds were so small my mother felt extremely claustrophobic sleeping in there. The facilities on the park were mixed the playgrounds were tired and looked like they could do with updating but the pool area was brilliant, loads of sunbeds a mixture of shaded areas and sunny to sit and the pools were clean.
Caroline (25 September 2014)

Relaxing holiday. Great swimming pool area. some very dusty avenues. Otherwise o.k.
Annette from Liverpool (23 September 2014)

Absolutely excellent holiday
Darren from Milton Keynes (23 September 2014)

Due to discomfort of accommodation, poor weather and unhappiness in the family, it became preferable to spend extra money to come home early.
Jason from Stockport (22 September 2014)

Good : well maintained, clean parc. Friendly. Right next to beach. Great faciilities- pool, slides, food, shop next door (although bit expensive). child friendly. Archery was fun and free. Bad : well maintained comes at a price - noisy gardeners vehicles, lots of strimming and buzzing while trying to relax. . cabin was clean but toilet smelt like a public urinal but this was sorted and re-cleaned by our eurocamp host asap. overall, I would return here as it was a lovely holiday. Tips: . 1: nice restaurant called le provencal just outside of the site. . 2: carrefour supermarket about 10-15 mins drive away (better value for a shop). 3: if you forget your budgie smugglers you can buy some on site for . 15 euros (or drive to the decathalon on way to beziers (15mins) and buy some for 4 euros.
Roots from Cornwall (21 September 2014)

Not a place I would ever go back to.
Nigel from Bennett (20 September 2014)

Lovely break
Claire from Northwich (19 September 2014)

Great park, easy access from the airport! and lovely surrounding area! and great value for money! close to beach! hire the bikes a must!
David from Tenby, Wales (19 September 2014)

Perfect weather and great holiday the classic plus caravan old style are in need of updating don't like the layout inside.
Richard from Plymouth (17 September 2014)

Good location. misleading about the canal du midi, the brochure implies it is nearer the campsite than it actually is. Caravans very close together with no open space.
Marian from Thorner (15 September 2014)

The parc itself was nice. The children's parks need tidying and updating and there need to be more on site especially when this is advertised as a parc were driving is not needed. Bakery was lovely as was the restaurants. The huge let down was the rundown dirty accommodation and the staff who didn't help.
Kathryn (15 September 2014)

Very disappointed with eurocamp accommodation on this site. First caravan smelt strongly of cigarette smoke on courier opening doors furniture very very stained and smelly ( all mattresses) floor sticky dirty marks to door handles and all door frames no mattress or pillow protectors very stained!!!! refused to stay in this caravan. Shown second caravan . some improvement tho no shower head shower door covered in soap grease obviously not cleaned. Smelt better tho we did buy floor cleaner and washed both mop and bucket before we washed the floor and very stained sticky furniture which took me 45 min to scrub ckean, we then did not see a courier until the night before we left. The team leader did not check if we were happy. Once caravan cleaned appropriately we were ok. Have stayed with key camp for over 10 years and having just left an immaculate caravan eurocamp in the vendee to the above I will need reassurance that we will not be faced with the caravans we left in portiragnes plage.
Anita from Chester (14 September 2014)

Great parc, lots to keep our toddler amused & he loved the pools - we were there everyday! accommodation was fine, well equipped but could have been cleaner for our arrival. Also a little dated in comparison to the french/german side of the parc. Eurocamp couriers on the whole were good & very responsive to any issues raised. Overall, had a great time & wouldn't hesitate to go back to this parc.
Tracey from Carluke, South Lanarkshire (14 September 2014)

Le sablons is just an all round brilliant site. We flew and didn't hire a car but that was no problem as there was plenty to do to fill the two weeks. The animators and entertainments available on site were excellent and the pools were perfect. Only comment on the site would be that it can get a little noisy at night from the stage. Not loud enough to wake the kids however (one age 3 years and one 4 months) but if you have light sleepers it might be a consideration. We were less impressed with the eurocamp couriers. Pretty invisible during our visit but it was nearing the end of the season so suspect they had customer-fatigue!. would recommend site.. but if we go again we will go with another company I suspect.
Paul from Cardiff (14 September 2014)

Our visit was very let down this time, please note we have travelled with you many times and have never felt the need to complain. On arrival, we were joined by courier josh. Lovely courier indead. Our accommadation was a tent. On arrival, to which we felt the need to take photos, was very dirty indead. Cooker was dirty, rubbish behind the kitchen area, somebodys underpants in the bedroom area. Two very dirty, unwashed mugs. The gas was not turned on for us either. We kept the checking slip to who cleaned and prepared the tent, which was suzanna. Other than that, we felt was the best we've visited so far. Josh the courier was very professional, very polite, a very lovely man. The best courier we've come across to be honest. We can send you the photos as proof if you would like. My only complaint was that due to this the beginning of my holiday was spent buying cleaning products and cleaning before we unpacked. This as not put us off, we are intending on returning in may 2015. I would however be grateful if suzanne can be aware that, just because its end of season, every accommadation should be cleaned for each visitor. My daughter used to work for you, therefore I know and understand how standards can laspe due to end of season. Thanking you for your time, see eurocamp in may
Gayle from Derby (12 September 2014)

Lovely family holiday
Abi from Northamptonshire (05 September 2014)

Great campsite, kids club on site was better than the eurocamp kids club. So much to do for adults and kids, will definately be returning.
Katie from Sandbach (05 September 2014)

Great parc with pools and slides to keep children happy. Lovely clean showers and toilets. Restaurant food was average and priced slightly high. Parc staff were very helpful and friendly.
Karen from Malvern (03 September 2014)

A great holiday park next to a fabulous beach and within easy reach of the local airport
Selena from Budenberg (01 September 2014)

Too cramped..dirty mobile home definitely not 'new for 2014'
Gavin from Redditch (01 September 2014)

Best holiday we have had in years
Victoria from Sudbury (01 September 2014)

Great holiday. All you need for the kids is just a few minutes away, pools, slides, sea, play ground etc.
Gareth from Bath (31 August 2014)

We had a fantastic holiday at la sablons, would den finely recommend it to a friend
Lynsey from Petrockstowe, Okehampton (31 August 2014)

A lovely campsite set out really well, stayed in a tent which was set out really nicely with astro turf, to the side and front with borders at the front and a gravel drive. A great lively campsite with something for everyone and really good restaurants nearby. Walk straight onto beach from campsite which was great. Only downside was spacing of sunbeds around the pool area as quite tight however they are revamping the pool area for next yr which looks really great however this is not mentioned in the new brochure, would definitely go back but all tents sold out for next yr already!
Samantha from London (30 August 2014)

The park was very clean, and offered good night time activities. The kids club was also great
Darren from Hillingdon (30 August 2014)

An excellent site for families of all ages. Our second visit and have already booked again for next year
Claire from Chatham (30 August 2014)

Another great family holiday with eurocamp.
Martin from Clevedon (27 August 2014)

We had a lovely holiday, the staff were very good, the campsite was very clean. At where we were was very peaceful at night. Our mobile home was clean and tidy apart from the bbq but that was replaced immediately. Any other items missing were replaced. The base courier was very good and my son had alot of fun, but I still beleive that 1 base courier is not enough for the amount of children taking part. Our only problem was our pitch was in the shade most of the day.
Lorraine from Romford (27 August 2014)

Fine in most respects as before, but had issues with late-night fireworks and extortionate wi-fi charges - that was definitely a big irritation!. yours, peter
Peter from Harlow, Essex (26 August 2014)

Excellent
Vanessa from Essex (25 August 2014)

Great parc and the fun station was very much enjoyed by our children. The accommodation was beautiful. . the bar was not great, prices were extortionate and there was little atmosphere. The restaurant was pricey and the food was not good. The spar shop was a massive rip off. If you didn't have a car, the spar shop was your only real option apart from the market on wednesday and friday. Our children did not enjoy the mini disco as the music was really quite babyish.
Marianne from London (24 August 2014)

We absolutely loved it!! we had a great time and it was clean and gardens were beautiful. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Definitely will go back.
Costandina from Portiragnes-Plage (23 August 2014)

Great parc for families. Loads to do for the kids, great slides and pools. Good daytime and evening entertainement (although a lot of the evening entertainement was in french due to most of the holiday makers being french when we were there.) my kids did not use the kids club, but from what we saw of it they looked really good.the only criticism I would have is the noise at night. We were in a classic tent, the open air entertainement goes on till midnight (2 am one night) which we could hear at the tent and then you have the noise of the people making their way back to their accomodation who do not even try to be quite. (thats not really the parcs fault though.) overall we had a great time at the parc and would recommend it.
Katherine from Wigan (23 August 2014)

Our courier team were fantastic. The accommodation was clean , spacious & well laid out. I overheard a visiting eurocamp manager suggest that a couple of montage issues had been experienced though, having worked on that elsewhere myself, I thought the team had done a sterling job. The on-site leader, heather & her team went the extra mile for us in printing e-tickets we had bought for barcelona fc & stade toulousain rugby. The cleaning girls were friendly & they appeared to be enjoying their work - happy staff make customer friendly staff. The campsite was excellent & although busy, it never felt crowded. We've used eurocamp a couple of times & would recommend them for great family holidays.
Nigel from Hertford (23 August 2014)

From the get go we enjoyed this site. We were met by courier who jumped on bike and escorted us to our tent. Tent was more than big enough for the five of us and having astroturf on the pitch was great. Facilities on site were really good, choice of shower/toilet blocks, with hot showers and running water. Cold water taps at regular intervals on each row. Lots of people around so good atmosphere and felt safe. Barrier and wristband access to the site. Kids able to go off with new friends and play together without worrying about them. Market outside site on wednesday and friday ams was great, lots of choice from perfume to olives at good prices. Onsite pool was good, with a choice of pools for all abilities. Bike hire is available at reasonable prices, which we took up for the kids and they loved the freedom. Bakery was really convenient. There is direct access to the beach from the site and the beach was lovely, never too busy and nice and sandy. Will be going back.
Chris from Mansfield (23 August 2014)

Hated this parc, unfriendly, rowdy, not suitable for younger children due to the teenagers etc. it was also very expensive!! the town wasn't very nice either. the only good part was the beach.
Customer 115 (23 August 2014)

Kids reps 10/10 brilliant - other reps very poor not happy . kids had a brilliant time great parc . have booked three wks nxt year already but with dutch company as we were very very disappointed with eurocamp and we will not book with yourselfs again .
Michael (21 August 2014)

Les seblons is a fantastic holiday parc for families, they do so much with the children as well as adults. excellent +++++++
Sue from Selby (18 August 2014)

Fantastic parc for the entertainment provided . .
Sarah from London (16 August 2014)

Busy parc with plenty going on. kids enjoyed the kids club (6&8). pools very busy all the time. very lively, busy and noisy but did go very quiet just after 11pm. wouldn't recommend for young children. accommodation very tired, really needs updated. everything, beds, floors, doors creaked, impossible to get up at night without waking everyone. that said I think we had one of the oldest homes, there were newer ones which looked much better than ours.
Angela from Cambridge (08 August 2014)

Overall we had a very enjoyable holiday, more like glamping with the artificial grass and gravel driveways. Campsite location is excellent for the beach and town. Entertainment on site was as good every evening. Would recommend this site to others especially families with teenagers.
Charlie from Bangor, Co.Down (29 July 2014)

We enjoyed our holiday, our first in a mobile home. the unit we where allocated did not receive much sun on its decking, this was very disapointing. the accomodation itself was adequate but not comfortable, especially the beds. we felt that the unit was past its best and becoming faded. despite these things we did have an enjoyable holiday.
Gary from Ballinger (28 September 2013)

As the last week of the holiday season it was very quiet and peaceful. my only reservations would be that some services were unavailable and the supermarket was running on empty. this was my first keycamp experience and it won't be the last. a great holiday!
Valerie from South Australia (28 September 2013)

Felt that staff never considered our needs when allocating a chalet, it was merely for their own convenience. As we had a small dog, we are unable to access most parc facilities, therefore we needed a nicely located chalet where we could sit outside and read in the sunshine with our dog. We were in an area that was at the rear of the parc, isolated from any other visitors, under mature tall trees which kept out all sunlight. This did not make sitting outside on the decking an attractive proposition. Very lonely, dark location where it appeared that all the other homes were privately owned and not in use whilst we were there. However, rather than move on and seek acccomodation en route to paris, we did arrange with keycamp to stay an extra night. So it was acceptable for that purpose.
Maureen from Dover (28 September 2013)

We liked the fact that the campsite was very quiet as it was the last few weeks of the season. the heated pools were excellent and the site was clean and well maintained. the eurocamp reps and les sablons staff were friendly and helpful.
Carol from Merseyside (27 September 2013)

The third keycamp we have stayed at and the best.
Pam from Waltham Abbey (26 September 2013)

Great location, great weather, good facilities. Rep joel and the others were all very helpful. The help given by reservations staff also very good. Only negative is cabins in rows and close together but this is a common theme in lots of parks.
Janet from Bicester (26 September 2013)

Stayed at sablons for two weeks mid september. We had a three bedroom keycamp van, booked for two adults and a boisterous toddler! . . the vans are close together, but as we were there right at the end of season this wasn't really a problem for us. The van itself was nice, clean and comfortable. The decking was good, and we had a gate to keep our son safe. Our only complaint was that our van was surrounded by exceedingly tall trees and we didn't get any sunshine at all on the deck! that was from 8am - 7pm!!! I can see in the height of the summer this might be nice for shade!. . we hired bikes from keycamp. Great bikes, €15pp a week! well worth it! went along the canal du midi with them and a baby seat on the bag! lovely cycle!. . the site itself is good for toddlers, the kids pool was absolutely brilliant! our little boy loved it. Shaped with parent seats around the edge so they can totter around safely in front of you! we had unlimited access to the big slides, and our son went down on my husbands knee, no issues. On this note, worth saying they do enforce speedos! . . beach was great, huge, clean, clear water. Endless shells! again great for a toddler to wander about collecting them!. . site itself has a mini disco each night. We went once, can see that it's good fun for slightly older children. Although we did turn up one night and it had been cancelled without warning, lots of sad children turned away by grumpy bar staff! there's a bakery, newsagent, takeaway, restaurant. Bakery was great! spar was no more expensive than the hyper-u and carrfore down he road!. . the town itself has a few icecream shops and takeaways. We cycled around quite a bit, it's fairly basic and not as nice as some of the other costal towns. . . staff were all nice. Keycamp/eurocamp reps were also nice and helpful! there's a very chilled out attitude at the site which works if you go with that frame of mine yourself!. . take mosquito spray, they do still lurk around this time of year. We all got bitten! . . really enjoyed the stay and would recommend out of season!!!.
Elizabeth from Leicester (24 September 2013)

Caravan was a little tired with decor and bathroom was mouldy and needed a good bleach. Shared facilities and pool spotless. Friendly staff even at the end of the season.
Jo from Woking (23 September 2013)

Weather was good and site was quiet.end of season. Pool area was excellent and beach access very handy. Been to this site before. Would hate it in season. Mobiles areas are like army camps. Too close to each other. Area very dusty & sandy. Was not happy with lack of cleanliness of mobile and apparent lack of interest of couriers in general. (i suppose it's been a long season). weather, pool area and beach saved the day. Good base too for trips to beziers, carcasson, cap d'agde and other nice places.
Michael (22 September 2013)

We had a lovely holiday, booked late and got an excellent deal. The parc was good with brilliant facilities although the pitches are a little small. Plenty to do in the area, though a little restricted in off-season and without a car.
Lizzie (22 September 2013)

Excellent campsite out of season
Craig from Reading (21 September 2013)

Good camp, great accommodation, excellent couriers. Needed car. Too expensive in bar and restaurant.
Sheila from Reading (20 September 2013)

We thought that on site spar was quite expensive and the restaurant was very expensive i.e 14€ for a burger!we had been to costa dorrada the week previous and thought the camp facilities and the surrounding area were great value!
Anthony from Lanarkshire (19 September 2013)

We went to les sablons with al fresco last year and had a wonderful time so went back, but with keycamp as I got a discount through work. this time the weather wasn't as great and our caravan was no where near the standard of al fresco so it wasn't as great as last year, we spent more as we had to go on more days out due to the weather
Zoe from Reading (18 September 2013)

Overall good. Site well located and lots to do. Couriers all extremely helpful and cheerful. Mobile homes are rather cramped . there were only 2 of us in a 2 bed mobile home so it was ok but I think 4 adults and up to 3 children would really struggle in a very limited space.
Marion from Cheddington (14 September 2013)

The parc was lovely overall, right on the beach and near the canal du midi.the opening hours of the shops on site was quite limited and we were unaware that the only public transport (bus) from the parc ceased running the week before we arrived and this information was out of date in the eurocamp tent (the timetable on display was for 2012). we were not provided with the linens and essentials we had paid for on check in but we returned to the couriers and this was biked round to us that evening. Overall, an enjoyable holiday.
Carly (13 September 2013)

We really enjoyed our holiday the parc was well set out very clean and set in lovely surroundings. The entertainment throughout the day from keep fit activities and kids clubs to entertainment at night time was brilliant.
Tracey (06 September 2013)

Brill time, children loved it! daughter had one week at the kids club and really enjoyed it lots of fun activities shame it was only a week!. pools were fantastic, clean and tidy and the children also enjoyed the slides as did mummy & daddy!!!. campsite was also clean and tidy, friendly and play areas clean too. Couriers were not always familiar with things to do or places to go outside the camp, one even said she'd never been out of it!! would definately recommend, so much so we're booking for another fun park just down the road next year!
Peter from Aylesbury, Bucks (06 September 2013)

Lovely park great location
Patricia from Milton Keynes (04 September 2013)

Excellent parc, clean, well run. No noise at night, definitely would recommend
Alison from Sevenoaks,Kent (01 September 2013)

The plot was not large enough enough to accommodate my car and also my youngest daughter was looking forward to mac's fun station but unfortunately on arrival we learn't it was fun station for all. She was in with a lot younger children and consequently only attended the one session which was really disappointing as we were not aware of the change from our original booking.
Aw from Eastleigh (31 August 2013)

Fantastic holiday. Have booked for next year on returning from this year.
Iain from Derby (31 August 2013)

We had a lovely holiday - the new style tents were fab. The parc is great but there is a lot of dog mess. The staff around the park are friendly and helpful. The eurocamp couriers were better last year, it was good to see faye but she worked for the park. The children went to kids club a couple of times and enjoyed themselves. Not sure the mix of ages worked as well as having leos and macs - the staff did their best though. The couriers didn't come round to us to introduce themselves, we recognised a couple from last year and that was nice to see a friendly face, robin. Claudia who looked after the base kids was fab, base was excellent for our eldest child who loved it and went quite a lot meeting up with friends from the previous year.
Kerry from Chipping Campden (31 August 2013)

Excellant park. handy for beach and shops, plenty of entertainment; and the first park ever with plenty of sunloungers!
Cathy from Northallerton (30 August 2013)

Very good park for families even though busy no problem with using facilities.pool crowded but very well supervised
Michael from Woking (30 August 2013)

Happy with the campsite facilities and the eurocamp staff, however, we felt that the park supermarket was expensive as well as the park bar and restaurant.
Nikki from Richmond, North Yorkshire (30 August 2013)

Campsite is fantastic. Couriers were very good especially fun station couriers. However very disappointed with mobile home, and position in site.
Victoria from London (29 August 2013)

Wonderful parc walking distance from the most fab beach. The activities on site were the best and most varied in all the parcs i've visited. The evening entertainment included not only french but other languages through songs and performances, which made this my favourite parc so far.
Lynne from Sandhurst (29 August 2013)

This is our 4th year at les sablons - already booked for next year, its a great place for any age!
Vanessa from Horndon On The Hill (26 August 2013)

Great parc with outstanding facilities. Loved bike hire and the access to beach and bike paths. As we did not have a car due to proximity to beziers airport, it would have been helpful if the reps were more aware of how to get to the hypermarket on the bus which they were not. Fun station reps were excellent, however.
