Amazing parc with waterslides, a lazy river and plenty of sunbeds. The caravan was lovely, spotless and plenty of equipment and the eurocamp staff couple were fantastic! would highly recommend and as it was our first time we will be going back! thank you for av fantastic break away! Dominy (01 September 2015)
Camp in good location with easy access to amenities/beach. Margaret from Leeds (31 August 2015)
This is a fabulous parc for little ones. The swimming pool is immaculate with superb slides for the kids. Our kids age 20months & 4 took a lot of persuading to come out. We were at this parc in the first week of september and the weather was in the high 20s but it was still great to have all the pools heated to 28 degrees. This made it a pleasure for the children to get in the pools. There is an indoor pool too with jacuzzi. There is a superb spa pool outside too. . facilities wise the restaurant and take away offer great pizzas, whole chickens & pasta. The bar is friendly with live entertainment in season. . . the kids club is for 5 upwards and closes end of august. It's a little dissapointing as it look great. . . the staff on reception were excellent. This is a typically french well managed site and lives upto the 5 star rating. . . the pitches are fairly compact, although we had a spacious pitch with eurocamp with a gas bbq & deck. . . the eurocamp couriers martin & janet were superb, they cod not do enough for us. . there are a lot of private french owners on this parc, but that is what is so nice when going to france. Our 4 year old made great friends with a little french girl, they couldn't understand each other but they played so nicely. . the beach near to site is lovely as is st jean de monts. My sons live merry go rounds. In st jean de monts there is a kids bumper cars and great merry go round. . . st gilles has another great merry go round and is a lovely seaside resort to walk around. . . les sables was a fab day out too. Gorgeous seafront and marina. There are lovely shops, it's a quaint french seaside town. Fully recommend the tourist train. . there is a great hyper u in st hilaire de riez. We tried out la scala pizzeria in st jean des monts - excellent wood fired pizzas. The staff were very welcoming as was the chef. . a fabulous holiday. We had a great time. Daniel (30 August 2015)
Lovely caravan site, very laid back and family orientated. The area is very much geared for tourists so didn't get much of a taste of the 'real france' however we did take a drive to some towns. Lots of things to do with the kids just a short drive away. There wasn't much selection when it came to food, I was slightly disappointed with the food aspect. Overall an enjoyable holiday and the kids loved it :-) Tina from Barnsley (28 August 2015)
Compact park with decent pool area that never got too crowded. Close to local cafes, supermarket and beaches. Fresh bread and a limited selection of groceries on site, pizzas, moule frite etc. Available from site restaurant / bar. Staff and couriers really helpful and friendly. Bar a little small for the evening entertainment program, limited wet wether facilities on site but well located for coast; nantes and surrounding vendee attractions. Ian from Warrington (25 August 2015)
A good place to stay. I would describe it as being very french though. Didn't seem to have a lot of english. Still a great place for a holiday. I just need to learn to speak french. Graham (17 August 2015)
First time on this type of holiday, our teenagers loved it Carole from Burton Upon Trent (15 August 2015)
First holiday with eurocamp so we didnt know what to expect. The accommodation was really very nice, much better than anticipated. Our only concern was the fact the chalets are so close together, meaning that when you have a noisy group it can be a nightmare. We had a younger group arrive a few days into the holiday, they were just having fun, but when you are away with 4 kids you dont really want to listen to them crashing and shouting around until 4am. The park is supposed to enforce a curfew to stop this, however they are way too easy on ensuring this is put into place. My advice to the park owners would firstly try and ensure it is families booking the homes, however I imagine if people are paying they have to take their money, and secondly give one warning for this sort of thing, then ask them to leave. It really isnt fair on everyone else trying to enjoy a quiet holiday. Apart from that, very nice park, great pool, clean facilities and a nice atmosphere, they just need to stop the selfish few ruining what would be a great park with their disregard for others. Gavin from Bedfordshire (15 August 2015)
Great park, great location. Sadly the number of caravans are too many and too close together. The number of guests on site are too many for the pools and pool area. There simply aren't enough sun loungers available. And if they were enough sun loungers for everybody, there wouldn't be enough space for them. The area needs to be bigger or less guests. James from Cleckheaton (14 August 2015)
The holiday home was tired and dated. It's location in the camp was bad. Directly opposite the boules play area which was used till 2am in the morning on a thursday (not ideal for children). the area around the holiday home was poor - very sandy and was a constantly walked into the home. The area was supposed to have decking but was only built whilst we were there. Internet access was charged for by the parc and was expensive but access was not always possible. The parc wanted to make charges for guests (other family members) of 10 euros per day. We went to their campsite and enjoyed their facilities for free. The camp site is a family parc it was just disappointing where the holiday home was located. John from Stafford (14 August 2015)
Excellent park and entertainment facilities, friendly reps and perfect accommodation. Shame the shop strictly adheres to the spanish hours (closed during afternoon) and the only bins are all the way at the entrance rather than spread out across the vast space. Simon from Crick (11 August 2015)
Excellent family park for a relaxing break away. Pool was brilliant and local beach clean and sandy. Neil from Northampton (08 August 2015)
Very happy with holiday parc and destination was great, very near to beach and various restaurants. Kids loved the pool area and most staff were very friendly. Markb from Telford (08 August 2015)
We had a great holiday at les genets in august. The campsite is very compact and some pitches offer little outside space but the parc more then makes up for that! it has a fantastic pool area that kept all my children (aged 10, 8 & 6) entertained for hours, a bar, shop & takeaway. There is the play park which the kids loved, tennis and football, all kept them busy. Great location with the beach and big supermarket just a short walk away. Plenty of cycling paths too. Victoria from Amberley (08 August 2015)
Just returned from a fantastic holiday at les genet's. Everybody loved the pools and slides. The parc is very well kept and blissfully quiet at night. Will be looking at booking a return soon! Ben from Gloucester (06 August 2015)
We took our grand children.3&7. Both enjoyrd the pools. Going to the beach and days out as well. Very good holiday for all of us. Len from Potters Bar Herts (04 August 2015)
Great parc and accommodation, eurocamp let's itself down by not providing a ramp for wheelchair access, which is poor by any company. Lifting my 9 year old son on and off the decking was a task I could easily have done without if a little bit of effort on their part was done. They told me when I booked it they did not do ramps. John (26 July 2015)
Great area. Fairly noisy park so giving it 7 rather than 8 out of 10. Neil (25 July 2015)
Les genets is a pretty tired site. We had an excellent week before hand in côte d'argent near bordeaux - mike the eurocamp courier there was quietly excellent. We were a little disappointed in les genets though. Stephen (25 July 2015)
Caravan was dirty on arrival, dirt on floor behind bed in main bedroom, main bedroom shower unit yellow on basin and shower wall, dirt in cupboard storing chairs and gas heater,no stopper for second bathroom and toilet seat loose even after courier tried to fix it,two dinning chairs broken, tea pot was filthy and require to be descaled took 2 days.window curtains in urgent need of cleaning. In all the state of caravan not up to the standards required for what euro camp pride themselves in all their advertisements. The same type of condition also applied to may sons caravan next to ours. William from Newtownabbey (18 July 2015)
Excellent parc that we have been to before. The accommodation was first rate, very spacious and clean. The area is wonderful with lots to do and see. Stuart from Witney (09 July 2015)
It was our 6th year at les genet. Like a home from home, we just love it! Lindsay from Johnstone, Renfrewshire (27 June 2015)
Lovely parc, friendly staff, and fantastic facilities for a young family. Mark (13 June 2015)
An enjoyable 10 night stay, unfortunately being very early in the season not many of the local attractions or restaurants were open. Beverley from Melksham (12 June 2015)
Couldn't ask for better, very clean, very helpful people and lovely food. Thank you Nathan from Poole. (31 May 2015)
Our first family holiday and a fantastic experience James from Plymouth (31 May 2015)
Fantastic family holiday all round. We also had lovely weather with lots of warm sunshine. Matt from Derbyshire (30 May 2015)
Have stayed in many campsites in france but found that the pool complex here was the best. May have been because it was very quiet and could get sunbeds at any time but the children had a ball. Loved the bubble pool and slides. Thought the prices in the bar reasonable by french standards and all staff very friendly. Mobile home clean and blankets, pillows etc all brand new. Again perhaps we were the first in the mobile home this season. Couriers were excellent. Friendly but not intrusive. They even knew it was my gran daughters birthday and had hung balloons for her. Nice personal touch. All in all a very enjoyable holiday. Suzanne from Liverpool (30 May 2015)
Great park and lovely pools. Mark (30 May 2015)
Fabulous time and thanks to kim and all the couriers at les genets who ned my stay perfect! Colette from Twickenham (02 September 2014)
Overall, we had a great holiday, spending time mooching round the local towns and the beach, returning each evening to use the pool. . as others have said, and indeed the eurocamp website, the pitches at les genets are very small, far smaller than any other site we've been to with euro(key)camp. You do feel a little packed in. We were also surprised to be sharing our pitch with loads of small lizards (they didn't come into the accommodation, though). . the on-site shop is woeful, I appreciate we were there at the end of the season, but even so I would really expect better stock levels than that. There is a (poor) u-express down near the beach, and the nearest decent size hypermarkets are only 15 minutes drive away (hyper-u in st hillaire and leclerc in challans), so I guess you don't really need the on-site shop too much. . the take-away is also pretty poor - they cook everything to order, so on one occasion, it took us 25 minutes to get 3 portions of chips, although it was usually closer to 10 minutes. But the point of a take-away is "fast" food, and this just wasn't fast. Interesting to see mussels on the menu there, though. . we didn't go in the bar or restaurant, so can't comment. . there is a varied programme of daily and evening entertainments. My sons and I went into the table tennis tournament, which was won by pierre, les genets' rep. I thought it was for the guests' entertainment, not his. . . whilst the rest of the parc is in need of a little attention, the pool complex is stunning. If you want to sit and relax, you have both indoor and outdoor jacuzzis, whilst if you want some thrills, the chute and slides are very good, and the lazy river flows at quite a pace, too fast for me to walk against. And finally, we've found a parc in france that knows how to heat the outdoor pools properly!!! lovely and warm, definite thumbs up on this point. Our only complaint, though, is that the flooring is quite stoney, and hurts your feet - I think they need to consider resurfacing with something more appropriate for people with bare feet! . . some of the other reviews complain about noise - this isn't something that really bothered us although we were well away from the bar area. We were right next to the main road, but again didn't experience any noise that was different to that which you would expect at home. . the area around the parc, les mouettes, I have to say looks very run down. We only looked at the beach there when the weather was bad, but it looked like it would be great in good weather. The restaurants there don't look very enticing at all. But I would definitely recommend travelling up to the main part of st jean de monts. The town itself is a typical sleepy french town, and the beach there, whilst a little commercialised, is magnificent. Beautiful sand, stretching as far as you can see in both directions, clean, well maintained, and the atlantic is actually quite warm too. And it's free to park all day - you don't get that at bournemouth, that's for sure. . there are a few other towns in the area that are worth exploring, we went to noirmoutier and st gilles, as well as spending a day in la rochelle, it was well worth the effort to get down there. . overall, we had a lovely relaxing holiday, and the vendee is a lovely area. Would we go back to this parc? maybe, maybe not. Scott from Portsmouth (31 August 2014)
Great camp in a superb location 10min walk from beach. Supermarket also on the same road before the beach. Good little restaurant on site with a handy takeaway and a small shop.pool complex is also very good, looked after and clean.kids all loved the slide and river run whereas I loved the jacuzzi power jets. Camp reps were very helpful and provided a mobile number so you can get in touch easily.would certainly revisit and recommend ! Simon from Wirral (31 August 2014)
Great place to visit with the kids. The pool was fantastic and kept everyone entertained. The parc itself was a good size and facilities on site were adequate. Charlotte from Ealing (31 August 2014)
Brilliant relaxing holiday weather was good lots of rain at night but at least was at night. Was not too hot to enjoy walking around surrounding town and villages. Ian from Grantham Lincolnshire (30 August 2014)
Brilliant holiday with our children & grandchildren. Robert from Middlewich (29 August 2014)
Spent 5 days here and it was great. The pool complex is superb and the parc has everything you need. Beautiful, sandy beaches are just a mile or so away and the beautiful resort of st jean-de-monts about 2 miles. A great parc in a superb location. Only downers were the weather which was variable - but enough sun to get a tan - and the evening entertainment which was very french! Martin from Bedford (27 August 2014)
If you want to go to sleep before midnight do not go to this parc!!!!. the website and the eurocamp operator on the booking line said there was a mini disco for little ones- there wasn't! it was cancelled every time it was supposed to be on ( once a week ). if you want a nightclub atmosphere in the evenings then this is the parc for you. By far the worst one we've stayed on in relation to catering for younger children. Mine our 7 and 4 and nothing was suitable for them in the evenings. . the pitches are well mixed with static, touring and tents all together. This was fine, however they are rammed in with very little room between them. Don't expect even a small area around your accomadation for your kids to play. . going back to the evening noise.. we were probably one of the farthest away from the bar area and the constant boom, boom of the music and dj jazzy jeff 'whooping' every 10 seconds was still unbearable.i don't know how families closer to it coped! even the couriers were unable to sleep at night as their tents were right next to it!. much, much better sites than this one!! (nice pool complex though!) Simon from Swindon (23 August 2014)
We traveled as a family with 2 16 year olds and 1 11 year old , the park had excellent facilities especially the pools the kids spent hours in there, the takeaway pizzas are gorgeous. The restaurant was ok but the 2 times we ate in there non of the food came out together which meant chips were coming out 20 minutes after the pizzas. The walk into the little town was lovely with a supermarket bakery and bars restaurants a little crepe van and some days a market. Gemma (22 August 2014)
We were very disappointed with the site. It was far to cramped. There was no outside space for our children to play safely. The facilities were poor. The shop was poorly stocked and it was difficult to get a sun bed by the pool. There were no organised activities for our children. We were very disappointed and will not be returning. Angela from Berkhamsted (21 August 2014)
When we arrived at the caravan we were extremely upset. It was not clean. The mattresses were extremely worn and the material very bobbly. On one mattress it had two rips down the side. The laminate floor had rips and a fold where it was fitted badly. The toilet seat had holes in. The furniture was peeling in many areas. The list could go on. We asked to be moved but we were told there was no where to put us. . the parc itself was very crammed in with not much space between them. The restaurant was not good and very uninviting. The best part was the outside water parcs. The slides and pools were really good but just too crammed sometimes. . . overall we would not recommend this parc. It should not be marked as a 5 star ! Richard from Macclesfield (19 August 2014)
Parc was overcrowded - tents close to and in between caravans. 2 bed caravan was not very nice - living area cramped with uncomfortable seating area. Area lovely - lots to do, beach nice. Unfortunately had bad weather. Mainly disappointed in cramped campsite and pool being near main road. Stephanie from Keston (17 August 2014)
We loved the accomodation but our location was adjoining the main road and very noisy. Not relaxing at all, Anna from Lymm (16 August 2014)
First and hopefully last time at eurocamp, could not have been closer to the other caravans of we tried, noise inside same as outside, no insulation. If wanted a sun lounger needed to que for the pool to open to put towels on, well that's what everyone else did. Pool has a sharp edge where daughter sliced her do, blood everywhere. Never tried entertainment as did not look appealing, definetly go if you like pizzas and burgers and nothing to indicate you are in france. Barry (16 August 2014)
Les genets is a very good family parc. The hub of the site is the excellent pool and bar complex, where there is a variety of evening entertainments. The camp is located under the pine trees that are a feature of the area, however, this mean that the is very little grass if any around the vans and sand will get into the accommodation as a result if a deck is not included. Mark from Bagshot (16 August 2014)
Enjoyed the parc very much. Pool area is spotless and offers lots of fun. Supervision by sun marina excellent along with the reception staff at les genets. Visited all the towns around which were lovely. Eurocamp staff were informative without being intrusive and always saw them cycling around the parc checking everything all okay. Are in the little restaurant which I have to say was not brilliant, but enjoyed the bar atmosphere. Claire from Verwood (16 August 2014)
We did have a lovely holiday but wouldn't return to les genets. The location is good as you are only a short walk from the beach. . however the parc itself is a bit of a let down. The pool and surrounding area are just too small for the amount of people that they have tried to squeeze into the parc. We tried the pool out a couple of times and you just could not move at all. The slides were good as there wasn't much of a queue and the lazy river was good if you didn't mind getting kicked and shoved. . . the actual pitches were a let down too. We were lucky to be in a little dead end rather than the main stretch so we did have a bit of privacy. However, there wasn't a proper area to park the car as the pitches were so close together. The caravan next to us didn't have decking so their table and chairs were right next to each our caravan. . . we stayed at another eurocamp parc after this one and the experience was totally different. we had a nice amount of space between the pitches to make the stay enjoyable. I feel that it is just a case of greed to squeeze in as many people as possible without thinking of the enjoyment of the holiday makers. Amy from Doncaster (16 August 2014)
See below for all the comments Alison from Nottingham (14 August 2014)
Our first eurocamp experience and not going to be our last. A great time had by all. Mark from Northampton (13 August 2014)
Quite cramped, not much space between caravans. Fantastic pool area but limited on things to do if bad weather. Very expensive to eat out and even at supermarket. Sue from Swindon (13 August 2014)
Everything needed in the mobile home-ideal for self-catering ( big plus for english electric sockets as well as continental). nice swimmig pools, kids loved them. We were looking for peacefull surroundings and we got it as well as plenty option for entertainment. Katarzyna from Chester (11 August 2014)
Great holiday park fantastic pool complex great location clean and tidy. Stephen from Chichester (09 August 2014)
A good holiday Lynne from Lichfield (07 August 2014)
Good family holiday Kevin from Plymouth (05 August 2014)
Lovely holiday. we all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves Stephen from Penzance (03 August 2014)
The parc was to small for the amount of people on it,the pool was far to small and sun beds were all taken by ten o'clock. the couriers we not at the station at 3 o'clock as stated and we had to wait 20 minutes before they arrived. the caravan area was very small and within 2 metre,s of the next van,you could hear everything. Paul from Southampton (02 August 2014)
The location of st genets was fabulous and we are already looking to book next year's break in the same area. the couriers were very helpful when needed. Lisa from Cardiff (01 August 2014)
We're a family of 3 with 16 year old son. It was a good holiday although we enjoyed the previous week in the pyrenees more (eurocamp site but it was a different sort of holiday). paddling a canoe on the route du sel was relaxing, recommend a visit to moulin a vent de raire near sallertaine (guided by the miller) and ile de noirmoutier (beaches just south of l'herbaudiere are lovely for rock pooling, swimming and fine sand). an enjoyable 2.5 hours were spent on the high ropes in the feeling forest with an excellent lunch on site. We visited a few beaches, we liked: st hilaire de riez (rock pools, clean sand), sion sur l'ocean (little sheltered sandy beaches) and st gilles-croix-de-vie (wide expanse of clean sand). we preferred those beaches to the beach of les mouettes (closet to les genets). . from the website we knew it was a large and lively park and that there were other campsites in the area. We did not however, realise how close the other sites were (cheek by jowl). the site itself was not especially noisy, we were 300m from the pool area but noise (music and loudspeaker-style commentaries ) from adjacent parks particularly the water park kept going well-past midnight. . . if you do walk down to les mouettes beach (past campsites) watch out for cyclists who are allowed to cycle on the path. Beverly from Near Great Missenden (31 July 2014)
We had another lovely eurocamp holiday and the whole family had a whale of a time!! Russ from Essex (31 July 2014)
Excellent holiday, helpful staff and brilliant facilities! David from Devon (29 July 2014)
The holiday was great, the communication from eurocamp and the reps on the site was excellent even when we were delayed in arriving. The accomodation was well maintained and clean and the parc was excellent with plenty of amenities and close to the sea, restaurants and supermarket. A really enjoyable week for everyone in the family. Andrew from Brant Broughton (18 July 2014)
Good parc - great pool complex. All enjoyed our break there! Peter from Dundee (14 July 2014)
Lovely part of france but a bit of a trek to beach. Camp and accommodation clean and well maintained but request for quiet behavior after 11 am not policed. the camp site bar and restaurant were invariably full of children late at night making it impossible to find any where to sit. Gregor from Eastbourne (09 July 2014)
Couriers were excellent, friendly, available, competent, accommodation cleaned to a very high standard. One of the best teams we have come across . Anthony from Rye (30 June 2014)
6th year with keycamp/eurocamp & at les genet. Fantastic accommodation, perfect pitch & excellent value for money. reps were professional, friendly and reliable . . . campsite is very clean & well maintained with excellent facilities for adults & kids alike. Love love love the pool area! Lindsay from Renfrewshire (28 June 2014)
Lovely site brilliant pool area which we used everyday , ideal for all ages clean and plenty of sunbeds helped by the hot weather mobiles getting a bit tired looking, but adequate and comfortable handy having the 2 showers in the 2 bed model and decking area gas bbq great as had charcoal last year and hardly used them as took too long lots of things within easy drive beaches lovely and clean handy u express for essentials and super and hyper u and a lidil within 10 minutes drive definately try the icecreams, in st gilles and st jean de monts recomend pu du fou never seen anything like it very long day so take plenty of drinks hats and suncream and comfy shoes also canoing on the saltmarsh fun for all the family young lad tried very hard to speak in english explaining the village history, reps very helpfull and always willing to help with any problems always had time for a chat and advice overall a brillant holiday thinking of going back again next year Lynda from Fair Oak (27 June 2014)
The couriers were friendly and although we didnt need their help through the holiday, on the first day we were missing a pair of scissors and they very quickly went and got us a pair. :) Amanda from Birmingham (27 June 2014)
We had a superb time, the site was well looked after, the accommodation was clean and well looked after, the only thing that wasn't that great was the blankets they supply for the beddingvery minor to be honest the courierkim was polite and helpful, everything was easy and very straight forward. The surrounding area is just lovely and clean, as a family the holiday was superb value for money and will be using eurocamp again as the holiday is very relaxed as opposed to airports etc... didn't want the holiday to end and we're looking forward to nexts years holiday already. Ryan from Plymouth (19 June 2014)
Enjoyed the holiday but have had better accommodation in better parcs previously, so would not use this one again. Peter from Chandlers Ford (31 May 2014)
Wanted a lazy week on beach and by the pool and this park was spot on a great pool that my granson of 20 months would have stayed in all day if given half a chance. Stephen from Sudbury (31 May 2014)
I know it was the end of season but the camp seemed very tired in parts they seemed to be focusing on private sites. Our caravan looked very tired not up to the standard of years gone by we arrived at the site the currier met us gave us a map of where it was said she would follow us down if she had I would have asked if she'd another caravan but she didn't we never saw her again . the showere didn't work but we did manage to get that sorted next day by another currier. Patricia from Norfolk (22 October 2013)
Great park and service, no real problems nice family site, very helpful. Simon from Lincoln (07 September 2013)
We didn't enjoy our holiday so much at les genets because the pitches were so much smaller than expected compared to the ones we have stayed at before eg saumour, chambord, le bouge. but the weather was faboulous! Susan from Les Genet - St Jean De Monts (07 September 2013)
Fantastic small site, tucked away from the larger parcs up the road. close to facilities for all ages, our kids enjoyed the facilities on site as well as access to the local fair, quad biking, water parc and feeling forest - something for everyone. site staff were excellent and friendly and I found the prices for the cafe and take away were comparable to those available locally. shop not stocked too well but mini super u up the road countered that. have already booked for next year. if I had younger children, say under 10, I would have revisted les ecureills site at les mouettes which is perhaps a quieter site for younger families. Jenny from Great Torrington (05 September 2013)
Brilliant place, relaxing, friendly and clean Michael from Barry (03 September 2013)
Nice park with great pool. Claire from Rugby (31 August 2013)
Excellent. only criticism is not enough rubbish bins and no kids club for the english kids but apart from that I would go there again. Pam from London (31 August 2013)
Intimate site with improved pool facilities. close to amenities, trees provide character. Neil from Bromley (30 August 2013)
Small pitches, very noisy, crowded pool and simply hapless reps Neil from Wadebridge (28 August 2013)
The parc seemed very crowded on pitch size than previous parcs we have visited. The accomodation was ok, there was clearly dust and dirt down the sides of the fridge, bit of the sitting room floor had chipped off, both single pull down beds were dusty. Our pitch was situated on the boundary fence and we were constantly woken in the night by shouting and loud music. Our boiler broke on day 1 and although fixed by day 2 we had to use the shower block - not what you expect with a 2 bathroom caravan! our en suite shower tray filled with water when showering to the point you had to turn the water off and wait, my husband unblocked this outside the van rather than call the courier. The couriers, julie ann and rob, were fantastic! Customer 79 from Exmouth (27 August 2013)
I have s lots problems it was disaster I would not recommend nobody Huseyin (25 August 2013)
Thoroughly enjoyed! weather was perfect.did not venture to club in evenings at seemed to be in french and even though not too bad for adults, children did not like that they felt left out Teri from Poole (24 August 2013)
Good time had by all..did get a bit busy round the pool, where people 'reserved' beds and no one saw them until the afternoon, but this did not stop the enjoyment of our holiday. Caravan was the biggest cleanest one we have ever stayed in and the outside garden furniture/bbq was excellent Alan from Hertfordshire (23 August 2013)
Excellent service, friendly and polite staff. Keycamps route planner was spot on, park was clean and the staff were friendly. Michael from Bracknell (21 August 2013)
The keycamp home was ina terrible location with cars and people passing every minute of every day between 7am-11am, the home was shabby and had broken facilities, wardrobes, there was no decking despite expecting one so the outside was on uneven sand, tenst next door were within 6 inces of the home so it was noisy..overall more than dissapointed. Great holiday, the kids had a ball in the pool complex. David from Manchester (15 August 2013)
We had a fantastic holiday. The whole family enjoyed it. Beverley from Barnet (13 August 2013)
This was my third holiday to france with keycamp, campsite chosen was a poor pitch no privacy at all being looked over from every angle, having two children aged 8 & 11 we had a bad experience a couple of days into our holiday, around the parc / football area there was a lot of tension between the french & british children, ending up in a sand / stone fight one evening with a couple of boys being hit by stones, also a couple of days later while sitting by the pool looking up towards the games / arcade area we witnessed a boy being beaten against the perpex window and then having his head hit against the pool table, altered the staff which was a young girl.(this took place between a french & british boy. The site was over run by the french and you did not feel safe letting your children go to far away from you, unlike previous holidays. R.A. from Porthcawl (12 August 2013)
Overall we enjoyed the holiday the parc was very well kept and the swimming pool's, bar/restaurant where great, the only set back was noise levels, in the parc booklet it stated that noise was to be kept to a minimum between 23:30 and 07:00 but in fact it was quite the opposite most nights we were kept awake until the early hours by shouting and people laughing and sometimes even music, one night we even where awoken by kids running past and screaming at 3:10am which lasted about 20 mins. This is a shame as we did like the location the people food beach etc and would return just not in a tent or caravan. Daniel from Whitstable (10 August 2013)
Fantastic park and reception staff, great location, fourth time we have visited the area and won't be the last. Paul from Nottingham (06 August 2013)
Parc appeared very french and has grown beyond the facilities available. Pool complex not large enough to accommodate patrons. No keycamp kids club. Christopher from Cardiff (04 August 2013)
Caravan shabby and not worth the money we paid but the park was fab. The location of the van was good Shaun from Wigan (01 August 2013)
Good campsite: lovely pool, site close to beach, supermarkets, shops etc. lovely area. relaxing for parents, whilst providing a good range of local places to visit or attractions to see. great beaches - lovely frontage at st jean de monts. Jackie from Bagshot (31 Jul 2013)
Parc is the best we have ever stayed in William (18 Jul 2013)
This was our first time on this type of holiday..we really enjoyed it, hope to do it again next year. Brian from Holywood, County Down. (13 Jul 2013)
Although the parc overall was adequate, the shop was very poorly stocked one of the worst we have seen, and the pitches were far too small again one of the worst I have experienced. Dianne from London (11 Jul 2013)

Good relaxing holiday, nice parc, nice hosts and the couriers were good, weather in first week not good but thats not down to keycamp, however I asked the couriers to pray for sunshine and we got it Anthony from Burnley (01 Jul 2013)
The keycamp couriers were excellent especilly beth who looked after me and my wife when I was taken ill,she showed great concern for my wellbeing.during the visit I had my 80th birthday and yuor staff gave me birthday card and a present. I would recomend the park to people but I would tell them to insist that they mobile home was less than 5 years old. The home we had was spotless and well equiped but it was old and tired. I say this with longing knoledge being a retired caravan dealer. Donald from Wrexham (27 Jun 2013)
All very good. Mobile prep. 10/10 -thank you wayne and team. Customer 102 from Exning (22 Jun 2013)
Had a wonderful holiday at les genets with an age range of 4-65 years old. Wayne and the other couriers were very helpful and accommodating. They went out of their way to answer questions. The park was great especially the swimming pool. As we went out of season the bar and shop were hardly open which was a shame as we would of used these more if they had been available, however, the park was a short walk from les mouettes, which had a lovely bakery. Great place for bikes as pently of cycle routes. Would go back and recommend to others. Sarah from Southampton (12 Jun 2013)
