Lovely site with great pool complex for the children. the restaurant has great views with excellent food and value for money. Lindsey (30 August 2015)
Beautiful camp , with amazing views. Water park a big hit with the kids. Jen and john were fab and so helpful. Mosquitos and bugs so be prepared with repellent. Nearby towns are beautiful with great food and gelato. Wonderful holiday Tara from Leeds (22 August 2015)
A fantastic holiday. We only stayed for one week but wished we had stayed for two. We'll be back again. Thomas (09 August 2015)
Only a stopover for 2 nights. Maxine from Preston (29 July 2015)
Fourth visit to this parc since 2008. For us it is a perfect combination of coast, country and culture. Sonja from Swindon (25 July 2015)
We had a great holiday here . we would visit again but either earlier or later in the year when weather is cooler. Carol from Monmouth (07 July 2015)
Very enjoyable Jonathan (30 June 2015)
The parc is excellent, set in a wooded steep valley with terraced areas for mobile homes/tents, it is clean and wholesome with an excellent swimming pool and west facing restaurant - fantastic sunsets. . our courier jamil was very helpful, our only grumble was that the wifi was non-existent in our location anyway, overall excellent. Eric from Liverpool (26 June 2015)
Our courier was excellent. Very friendly and helpful. nothing was too much trouble. the site is excellent for young couples with little children and ideal for people who want a base to explore from. Restaurant was excellent and staff gave excellent service. Wendy from Portsmouth (18 June 2015)
Had a great holiday! . pianacce in tuscany - great time everything wonderful. Butterfly @lake garda - too many petty rules and no free wifi otherwise good. Manor farm in interlaken - good time but switzerland would be far too expensive for a longer stay!! Carol from Leeds (14 June 2015)
Had a fantastic time and your courier, jamile is a credit to you and couldn't do enough to help us. every suggestion we made he was on it!!. lovely site (very steep hills but we had a good pitch so all good) and the pools were great if a bit cold for my 4 year old. had amazing time though, food great in the restaurant and would definitely go back! Fiona (09 June 2015)
Caravan a bit aged and tatty, parc was good though the kids park was again aged and tatty and just not very nice. Pool was brilliant and park staff really helpful and friendly, pitches are close together but nice and shaded. Courier was great. Helen from Edinburgh (08 June 2015)
Pleasant and well equipped parc which was easy to find about an hour's drive from pisa airport. the parc had a well stocked shop with fresh baked bread and a deli counter and a nice terrace restaurant. We were a little disappointed with how difficult it was to reach the town from the parc: a very steep climb up a poor road. The pool was well looked after and quiet at may half term but being unheated it was also a little bracing to enter! Kirsty (01 June 2015)
Our "classic plus deck" accommodation was clean and neat although fairly small and old fashioned compared to some of the newer (and probably much more expensive accommodation at the park - but for what we paid (£300 for may half term) this was still good value. Park great at this time but not sure how I would feel in peak season with so many more guests around the pool etc. It is a shady site and steep (both of which are stated in the eurocamp brochure), so you don't get to sit on the deck in the evening looking out at the sunset - but again for what we paid I feel it was great value. Kids loved the water splash park and slide which must be new as not mentioned online or in the brochure. Shop great and well stocked. Confirmed Holidaymaker (30 May 2015)
Easily the best holiday we have ever been on, but what really made the holiday was the eurocamp rep jamil he was absolutely amazing he couldn't have done more for us went out of his way on several occasions to make sure we were looked after at 11pm when we arrived drove us to the nearest village to buy us a meal as we had no food, this guy deserves a medal, promotion pay rise.. keep tight a hold of him as he makes your company stand out from every holiday we have ever been on ! top marks jamile we were very sad to say good bye !! Ian from Newcastle (28 May 2015)
It is a real peacefull place. the courier from eurocamp was a very nice guy hè helpt u wit everything. came rond to ask us how we are doing and solved every little problem. the people everywhere on the site where nice. So a very good holliday. Frank from Rotterdam Holland (20 May 2015)
Overall holiday was okay at the camp. Many days were spent away and this was a good base to come back to. Victoria from Nelson (14 September 2014)
A pleasant and relaxing holiday in beautiful surroundings. Annette from Stafford (09 September 2014)
A lovely position and nice accommodation in a good sized park. The cabin we had was ideal with all the basic facilities, though paying for bedding (to hire) isnt a good policy and should be provided free. The cabins could be improved with nicer fittings and a little more space, however we didn't spend huge amounts of time in them. The other big positive was frank the courier, a big asset to the park and someone you should keep in that role as he was well suited to supporting holiday makers, an interesting character and always happy to help. Jonathan (06 September 2014)
Frank was excellent . only directions to park were not right . Sarah (01 September 2014)
Hot and sunny, very relaxing break in lovely place Ruth from Newcatle Upon Tyne (24 August 2014)
Great location and friendly campers, excellent clean shower/toilet blocks. Lots of interesting forest bugs, animals and invertebrates. Pool had plenty of room till the day we left when it became very busy and everyone fighting for shade umbrellas for which there is only about 6. More shade needed. Restuarant great value day time, amazing coffee just €1. Lovely fruit and veg at end of road. On camp shop pricey but local supermarkets and stalls near by. Reception staff at pianacce were amazingly helpful, much more so than eurocamp guy who moaned whenever we saw him or just wasn't around! we wld go again but not in high season and we'd book direct with the site and stay in a happy tent or similar. . the eurocamp accom was a basic tent at pianacce, it's adequate but not 100%. the mattresses smelt of wee! and it got very dirty everywhere due to no plastic floor outside the tent. All other companies had an outside floor area except eurocamp. Not much space between tents, only 3 of us but we were cramped. . my son is 11, he loved the site and the pool and friendly people but the (once) organised football activity got quite aggressive with older players being able and allowed to dominate. One small boy really hurt himself when an older boy sent him flying in a tackle.. it's meant to be a holiday football kick around,,,, a bit sad really as that was the only entertainment for his age. . this is an ideal base for exploring the local area and siena pisa livorno (early market is a must,). florence but loads of great local places too and we travelled and found a quintessential italian beach. Take a tour travel book. We couldn't fault the price and I guess you get what you pay for. . noise from young kids animation is a bit annoying but the kids seemed to have fun. We were in a quiet location but it was very much heard. Lovely runs, walks and bike rides. . . . . . Abbegayle from South East (22 July 2014)
Great site for hot weather, plenty of shade. Great to be able to walk to local village. David from Redruth (28 June 2014)
Excellent site, lovely area, lots to do and see. Nancy (25 June 2014)
Had a holiday here 2 years ago and had a fabulous time so decided to go back this year and try to see more of the area and was not disappointed, the parc was as nice as we had remembered, the restaurant was excellent and extremely good value and the staff there and at the campshop were very friendly and the reception staff were also excellent, we planned to go to florence on the train and one of the receptionist helped us enormously, sorting out train times and how to get tickets from the local station, it made for a very special day. Jill from Beverley (21 June 2014)
Second time on this park - brilliant place, location & accommodation in a classic unit. Peter from Southampton (17 June 2014)
Great place for families. Def need a car for this camp. The local traditional villages are beautiful. Would highly recommend hiring a bike. Very friendly camp. Joanne (14 June 2014)
We had an excellent time, really relaxing. I think we chose a good time to be their, as it was quiet - any later in the year and I would imagine the park could get quite busy. The location is a bit remote and I think a car would be essential to get around and visit the lovelly villages towns and beaches. There is a shuttle bus available later in the season. We are planning to return. Mark from Puriton (04 June 2014)
The courier was new and didn't give us any information on places we could visit (unlike other sites we had stayed on). the italians on the main reception were not very friendly either! camp served its purpose for where we wanted to visit, but the others we used on the holiday were much better. Joanne from Wakefield (31 May 2014)
Very enjoyable, blessed with lovely weather. Eurocamp as usual came up to expectations. Peter from Skipton (23 May 2014)
We had a perfect vacation and will come again! Frank from Rotterdam Netherlands (26 April 2014)
The site, the rep and the accommodation were great however the night-time children's entertainment was over the top. This however was out of eurocamp's control as the entertainment was provided by the site. I feel that finishing @ 10.30 + 11pm for small children was ridiculous, inconsiderate and it was noisy. They performance started with a quite watching a film and ended with a loud show even if it was the other way around it would have been improvement. That was my only complaint on an otherwise great holiday. Also the accommodation was very clean. . Cat from Chippenham (08 September 2013)
This was a nice parc but unfortunately not suitable for our teenage boys, it was more suitable for a lot younger kids.there was really not a lot to do there at all but it was a delightful spot and the accommodation was very good. Helen from Waterlooville (03 September 2013)
Parc ok. exceptionally poor pitch. Andrew from Gerrards Cross (31 August 2013)
A lovely site with great staff everywhere from reception to the restaurant and the superb childrens entertainers. it was a great holiday. Geoff from Merstham (24 August 2013)
The tent was clean and comfortable and ampel space for 4, we would have liked a little more sunshine on our pitch but thats just us! shower block was clean and always had hot water. We spent a lot of time visiting , about an hour drive from most things so well situated. Great for familys with small kids but not for 10 years upwards which was our case, we would pick somewhere for them next time with more adult animation. Joanna (24 August 2013)
Excellent holiday. very special campsite, but one negative is that our pitch was noisy at night due to 'baby disco' until 11pm. would be a good idea to let people know about noise levels at that pitch when booking. Rachel from Newcastle Upon Tyne (24 August 2013)
Great holiday. site had plenty of shade in the august heat. Julie from Llanferres (20 August 2013)
The camp is well set out with accommodation on terraces. There is a small shop on the site and two larger supermarkets further away. The restaurant and takeaway is very good and reasonably priced. One of the downsides is the pool area, there is not much space around the two pool areas so if you get there late you will be forced to sit on wet concrete. Cleo from Wallington (18 August 2013)
My daughter an I were on holiday with my 18 month old grandson and the facilities on the parc enabled us all to have a lovely holiday. He loved the smaller pool and playing round the tent and we found the poolside and cafe bar experience was enjoyable. Overall a lovely holiday. Valerie from Derbyshire, Uk (16 August 2013)
The parc is in a wonderful location and is staffed by friendly polite people. The problem we found was about the noise and the pool . . . the entertainments go on until 11 o'clock at night almost every night. This is ridiculous. Do under 10s really want to go to bed at 11pm? we have a 10 year old and he was desperate to sleep from 10 but couldn't do so because of the noise - and there were much younger children looking like zombies that we saw. . secondly, the pool is very busy - so busy you have to queue up at 9.50am so you can guarantee a lounger. If you get there at 10.30, forget it, you won't have anywhere comfortable to lie down. . that said, the restaurant was very very good and the campsite shop was also excellent. . our suggestions would be, to (a) end the entertainments at 10pm - surely that is late enough for the kids?? and (b) open the swimming pool at 8.30 for an hour's actual swimming - it is so busy during the day, you have no chance of doing any lengths - essentially our suggestion is a "quiet time" so people who want to do half an hour's relaxed swimming in the morning can do so. Ben (14 August 2013)
Quite poor really, too far out to drive for pretty villages. Campsite full of dutch and germans. this would be fine if there was enough space and sun beds at the campsite pool. However there was not. they would put their towels on the beds and go out for the day leaving no sunbeds and space for anyone else. Simon from Cheltenham, Glos (11 August 2013)
We very much enjoyed the campsite at castagneto carducci. it was a good size, small enough to have a friendly feel but large enough to have plenty of facilities. the restaurant was excellent and reasonably priced. my children used the pool a lot and everything was fairly near to hand (except the football pitch). the terraced style of the pitches whilst attractive did make walking about difficult for my (older) husband. the free courtesy bus to the beach was an excellent attraction. Ruth from Montrose, Uk (30 Jul 2013)
Overall, very good parc however, during the height of the holiday season, the pool gets too busy - you spend too much time avoiding balls and people. Claire from Edinburgh (29 Jul 2013)
Beautiful location Janine from Bristol (29 Jul 2013)
Lovely location and entertainment for children was excellent. Only saw the courier once at the start. Fiona from York (28 Jul 2013)
Overall our holiday experience was relaxing and enjoyable, however my children (10, 11 & 15) did complained that there wasn't enough to do to keep them occupied. Karen from Cardiff (26 Jul 2013)
The camp site is ideally located to visit pisa etc and is also very easy to visit rome by train. the staff are very friendly and the couriers help to make it feel like a family. negative sides are problems with parking, poor wifi and lack of activities or control of teenagers during the evening who congregate in groups causing damage. Allan from Ancaster (26 Jul 2013)
The park was absolutely beautiful however it is quite steep and is not suitable for anyone with walking difficulties and parents of young children in prams. Clare (24 Jul 2013)
Please see below Julia from Bath (20 Jul 2013)
We had a great holiday overall, and the accomodation and parcs were spotless and exactly as advertised. collette at I pini was very helpful, but we were quite disappointed with derek at el bahira, admittedly we were quite early, the reception buzzed him and as he turned up he basically told us off. I could understand what he was trying to say, but still the manner it came forward in wasn´t how I would like to be treated on a happy and carefree holiday. Because that´s what I paid for. Susanne from Wellington (08 Jul 2013)
A brief stopover at the end of our holiday in a friendly and relaxing site. Mailyn from Nottingham (28 Jun 2013)
We absolutely loved it and can't wait to go back!! Helen (24 Jun 2013)
The campsite is lovely, excellent pools and restaurant and close enough to the sea to enjoy days at the beach. It is close to beautiful local towns, such as castagnetto carducci, and day trips to places such a san gimignano (a must) are within reach. Lovely holiday and weather - an ice cream each day will ensure you never want to leave! Debbie from Peterborough (20 Jun 2013)
The site of the camp was excellent. The mini market was reasonably priced. The animators who worked with the children were the best we have ever experienced. They were brilliant, hard working, dedicated and made the holiday for the children so much better. John from Edinburgh (18 Jun 2013)
Fantastic holiday, staff are brilliant, kids enterainer is fantastic. Site is ideally located for beaches and sightseeing Paul from Walsall (07 Jun 2013)
Isolated site not within walking distance of any shops or bars. Set within a forest with very little daylight breaking through. Found no use for sun loungers because there is very little chance for the sun to break through for the density of the forest. George from Pontefract (26 May 2013)
