We enjoyed 10 days of good weather enjoying the beautiful countryside, beaches and wonderful local food and wine. A great site to take advantage of all this part of tuscany has to offer. Judith (20 September 2015)
Lovely park, not very fair that we couldn't park our cars outside our chalets when other people not with eurocamp could. This is down to the park owners. also the courier needs a new bike that actually has pedals, I felt really sorry for him. Lisa from Matlock (04 September 2015)
This was our 2nd time at this site and we enjoyed returning. The restaurant is great and the site isn't too over crowded. . . I must say my only issue is the adults smoking by the pool and at the restaurant. The site should stamp out people smoking near to those who don't and near to children. Even by the pool the used cigarettes are just thrown on the grass. It is disgusting. . please sort this out Richard from Whitehead (15 August 2015)
Fabulous site. Handy shuttle bus service to beach. Site staff very pleasant and helpful. Good shop on site David (16 July 2015)
A lovely campsite, immaculately clean. Great swimming pool and restaurant. Customer 5 from Suffolk (07 June 2015)
The park was really good especially for young children as we have teenagers there wasnt entertainment on a evening for adults or them.the park was well run and beautifully kept and fantastic staff.our eurocamp rep richard was excellant at his job and he was the best rep we have ever had on a holiday,he was a credit to eurocamp. The accomadation was way to small for a family of five, comparing it to keycamps caravan last year in france which was the same for a family of five it was alot smaller, we couldnt even walk round our bed or to be honest there wasnt enough cooking space.i wouldnt stop in that particular model again unless it was the same as keycamps last year and that was really the only thing that I found fault with. Lisa from Wolverhampton (02 September 2014)
Great courier - richard. Really friendly. Libby from Tewkesbury (21 August 2014)
We had a great time, the park is very good and suitable for all ages. there is lots to explore in tuscany. well recommended. Julie from Manchester (17 August 2014)
Overall a really good holiday, plenty of places to visit and a lovely freindly campsite with a grat restaurant and pool. Amanda from Hove (17 August 2014)
Their are now child friendly beaches with in a1 hour drive, you can't sit around the pool and watch your children as their is a wall and hedge in around the outside so you have to be in with them all the time. It gets very over crowded in the afternoons. The parc restaurant is excellent quality and value for money but if you are not fluent in dutch or italian then the childrens clubs are useless as nobody speaks english. You need to have car as tuscany is beautiful but all the villages and towns worth visiting are a car journey away. The local town cecine is a 3 story concrete jungle although it does have at least 2 good supermarkets. Philip (15 August 2014)
Thoroughly enjoyed the holiday, staff on site were lovely, especially the shop guy. We chose an italian camp site to use our training in the language and found the site was mainly setup for the dutch, which we felt very left out for not being able to speak or understand the dutch language. As confirmed by our rep the site was 90% populated by them. Richard from Letchworth (06 August 2014)
This is a lovely park. The restaurant is excellent, our rep was great (richard), brilliant crazy golf course, and the accommodation was fine. The pool was good (but cold!) and overall we had a great stay. The park is close to the coast. We went to baratti beach which was lovely, and had a great day there. Richard also recommended vada beach, but we didn't manage to fit that in. Close to lots of lovely little towns where we went to in the evening to eat. My only criticism was that the park is over 90% dutch so it felt like we were actually in the netherlands! on other parks we have stayed at there seems to be more of a mix of nationalities, and I would personally have liked more british families there, if only for the reason that the language barrier makes it harder for our children to make friends. Elly from Ulverston, Cumbria (03 August 2014)
Just come back from 2 fantastic weeks at la capanne in italy with our 2 children. Great, campsite, great weather, great holiday Kate from Hitchin (26 July 2014)
Richard, eurocamp manager spent most of his time on enjoying sunshine and drinks. He did not show interest in eurocamp costumers. Our tent was stincky for the whole period of our holiday ( 4 nights). richard did not manage the issue I a proper way. We found his attitude towards holidaymakers very poor, with a low costumer service. Wojtek from London (28 June 2014)
At the beginning of june, this was a very quiet park. Excellent restaurant and good swimming pool. The shop was very limited and we had to go into cecina t,o buy anything other than milk nd bread Valerie from Wirral (24 June 2014)
Disappointed in the condition of park, toilets, showers and paths and roads. There was no entertainment at night and we could not park near our tent. Wouldnt stay here again. Diane (23 June 2014)
We had a wonderful holiday. We have two sons who are aged 4 & 6 and this site was perfect for us. Bryony from Worcester (04 June 2014)
Return visit. Excellent facilities for our two teenagers. Courier was wonderful, very helpful. Gail from London (30 May 2014)
Tha parc and accommodation here are fantastic. Only shame is that there's not much in the surrounding area- unless your driving! Emma (20 May 2014)
Good holiday overall' but misled by brochure that cecina was just 3km away, when it was at least 7km. This made life difficult without a car, no local bus information was available and it wasnt until towards end of holiday we found out about bolgheri station which we could have used easily to travel elsewhere Bridget from Salisbury (13 September 2013)
We had a great 10 days at this campsite. we didn't have a car which was a bit limiting. Judith from Leeds (24 August 2013)
It's a great park in a great part of the world but at over £100 per day I will look for something cheaper next time. Charles from Bridgwater (24 August 2013)
We have just enjoyed a wonderful holiday exploring a little of this beautiful part of tuscany. Sue from Malvern (18 August 2013)
We had a really lovely holiday, our first family holiday with a baby and a toddler. tuscany provided a great mixture of chillin out on the beach, exploring and action. Alexandra (03 Jul 2013)
