We had a fantastic family holiday. The caravan was dirty and the crockery was discusting. The courier was ignorant and didnt even acknowledge you once the introduction was done. I have seen a big dip in the customer service since keycamp changed to eurocamp. The caravans are now looking old and tired and need maintenance Customer 1 from Portsmouth (13 September 2015)
Only spoilt by some rain but that is not in anybodies control Patricia (07 September 2015)
Loved this camp so much planning next years Sarah from Herne Bay (05 September 2015)
It was great. Would love somewhere to have an english breakfast though :). would recommend Joanne from London (01 September 2015)
The parc was lovely, but our holiday was completely let down by the eurocamp accommodation and the lack of eurocamp courier representation onsite. Adam (30 August 2015)
Big issue with the smell of sewage in the area around our van which greatly impacted the enjoyment of our holiday. this issue did not impact the rest of the park and was specific to the area where the eurocamp vans were. Wilson (23 August 2015)
We all had a brilliant time. It was an excellent campsite with great facilities and lots to do for everyone. We swam, snorkelled, went on a boat trip, ate great food, drank lots of lovely different spanish wines an absolute perfect holiday x Fiona from Leeds (23 August 2015)
Great family campsite , a little tired in places but all the same lovely Stuart from Walton On The Hill (23 August 2015)
Peaceful camp by the sea with wonderful shdy trees. set up for self catering and own transport. public transport links not bad, but information not well presented. narrow beach very busy on sunny days, though possible to walk south to less-crowded sections. Geoffrey from Penrith (22 August 2015)
I know we came at a busy time but the pool was far too crowded. I would only recommend it for families to come with other families with small children. for our english speaking teenagers found it difficult as more teens were french speaking. this is obviously not a criticism of the camp but good to know. I think for the money, I would prefer to stay in a resort where I could get a good nights sleep. We left early to go to a hotel in valencia. Kristin from London, Uk (22 August 2015)
Nice campsite. Lots for the family to do. Bars and restaurants reasonably priced Andrew (17 August 2015)
Great holiday Steven from Uxbridge (17 August 2015)
Lovely site immaculately maintained with beautiful palm trees - great pool and immediate access to the beach. Pam from Wokingham (13 August 2015)
Very disappointed. The caravan was small and dirty. We only had contact with reps when we went to them. On check out rep came to us at 9.55 and said you do realise check out is at 10! with an attitude. Not how was your holiday safe trip etc. For the cost of the holiday it definitely wasn't value for money. And we won't be using eurocamp again Paul from Chatham Kent (07 August 2015)
A very busy parc in high season, lots going on, but don't expect peace and quiet, not least due to the noise from the road and railway line that cuts through the parc. . the parc has everything onsite you could possibly need. Supermarket, cinema, a very active kids club (run by amazing leaders including a drop-off centre for the under 5yrs), a number of restaurants, pubs, shows, take-aways and numerous play parks - however this is a large parc and everything is maxed out. . . for example if you are not queued up by 10.30am and choose to participate in the morning trolley dash to bag your sunbeds - forget getting a sunbed during the day. Or for that matter enjoying any quiet relaxing time poolside as you share the space with the other 1650 people by the pool (100 of which will join in the morning aqua zumba at 11am when music is pumped at full pelt through the sound system) or expect to be able to enjoy the jacuzzi for more than the allocated 4mins before being kicked out by one of the 'guards' before being required to queue up again. . the beach is the same, packed to full capacity, and you'll need to be prepared to dodge the flying balls (sadly I didn't manage to on one occasion and was knocked flat by a rugby ball). . having said all of that the eurocamp area on the site is nicely laid out and has plenty of space...it's just a shame that the main road runs past and therefore you have to content with road noise. . so, in summary my two young boys (aged 9yrs and 5yrs) had a great time joining in and 2 weeks on parc still wasn't enough time to take part in everything on offer - just a same that in peak season a parc at full capacity - means no chance of chilling out or finding anywhere to escape the frenetic pace. Nicola from Consett (07 August 2015)
A great park for activities and fun, particularly good if you have children in the early teens. Direct beach access and lots going on. Customer 16 from Crewe (06 August 2015)
A good parc, very large lots to do. the pool got overly busy with not enough sun beds for the amount of guests. beach was brilliant, shop well stocked and reasonable. a very high dutch population, hardly any english people there, eurocamp has a very small area of the camp right at the back. restaurant food was ok but very salty. the restaurant just off camp was brilliant. our caravan very tired, shower broken for the duration of our two week stay. Tania from London (31 July 2015)
Couriers were great - camp office fab - fab idea to have books, mags, buckets etc. For loan too -thank you. Accommodation clean and all we required. Park was clean, tidy and kept well - any maintenance issues were seen to swiftly - excellent. Carolyne from Cardiff (30 July 2015)
This was our second time at this park. We had a great experience previously with keycamp, but this was not repeated with eurocamp. Rosemary from Belfast (25 July 2015)
Had a good holiday here but the caravan was unbelievable dirty when we arrived, as for air conditioning stopping every 2 hours bit ridiculous , in 40 degrees heat bit much to have to wake in middle of night to turn on air on. Reps didn't even know what time pool opened. As my husband said any other reps would have even said hello ours didn't even know who we were.shop was ok but michelangelo shop in at miami platya was half the price . beach is absolutely crazy , have to go through load of stones and rocks before you get to water. The fact eurocamp caravans are next to main road and train track bit much. Edel from Ireland (24 July 2015)
The campsite was very clean, an army of cleaners and ground staff keep the place tidy and very attractive. The facilities are excellent, the pools were lovely and the warmest I have swam in, weather was very hot but the design of the pool areas ensured you could move in and out of the sun when you wished. The night time temperatures not going much below 26 and so the air conditioning in the eurocamp mobile home was certainly appreciated. There is a good selection of places to eat all of which were nicely positioned either by the pool or on the terrace, food was good and very reasonably priced. Evening entertainment was available every night with a variety to choose from, having older teenage sons with us they were please to discover the disco/club which only really started around midnight and finished early morning. The location of the club was far enough away from the camping area that it did not cause any disturbance. Karin (18 July 2015)
Parc was very well kept with lovely trees and shrubs. lots for children to do. Biggest spoiler was the distance walked to reach beach in the extreme heat, especially carrying all gear a family needs for beach. Confirmed Holidaymaker (15 July 2015)
Our courier andy went out of his way to help us , excellent service.the site was the best we ever stayed at . the big disappointment was the mobile , at best it was very tired and showing its age,i imagine it was at old key camp mobile ? this would make me contemplate going to the camp site direct next year and being able to rent their accommodation .one service we did appreciate was the linen hire service , a very good idea . overall a great holiday. Robert from Bedford (11 July 2015)
The campsite was totally over-run with mosquitoes, which spoiled the experience for our family - even the children were heavily bitten, despite the various sprays and creams. One family member even had to pay to visit the medic and received an antibiotic injection due to the severe reaction to numerous bites. Carolyn from Glasgow (10 July 2015)
We had a really great holiday here - beautiful, shady site and spotlessly clean. Helen from Glasgow (01 July 2015)
The parc was fantastic for our group and we would definately go back. . . the children were really pleased with all of the play areas and the pool was ideal for everyone - shallow areas for those still learning and a good stretch of deeper water for 'proper' swimming, plus a jacuzzi and small water play area. There were plenty of loungers and the staff were attentive and friendly. Everything was well located and really can't fault it. . . the restaurant, bar and cafe were all really nice and were good value, plus the onsite supermarket was surprisingly well stocked. The site's reception staff were also fantastic and it was impressive watching them flit between four languages without skipping a beat. . . the site has its own stretch of beach so you can be in the water five minutes after leaving the chalet and you're a 20e taxi ride from cambrils for a day out and more transport links. . the setting of the chalet itself was nice, with lots of well-tended greenery and enough space to relax - the outside decking area was handy and it was brilliant having air conditioning. . . the only disappointment was the quality of the accommodation itself - lots of things were tired, missing or broken which caused a few issues and, although the reps were informed, not much was fixed. The cleanliness could do with improvement, too. Kayleigh from Lincs (09 June 2015)
Please thank andy and his team they made us feel welcome, any request and question was quickly replied to. Please pass on our thanks. Mark Mark from Tyne And Wear (07 June 2015)
The site was lovely and clean, caravan location ideal, nice and quiet and safe for the children to play out the front of the caravans. the staff were helpful and andy recommended a few towns to go and visit. The supermarket is well stocked and not over priced. Would definately go back again. Mark from Sleaford (06 June 2015)
We were away for 6 weeks again and enjoyed the holiday. Sheena from Edinburgh (02 June 2015)
My family enjoyed their stay and we look forward to rebooking for more hols in the future. Really felt like we were at our second home. Well equipped kitchen, we were able to cook hot meals and save up left overs in the clean fridge. Although the only issues was with the boiler, couldn't get enough warm water from the shower. Overall it was a fantastic experience and all my kids look forward for more hols with eurocamp. Olorunisola (27 May 2015)
Absolutely loved the holiday and what a wonderful courier, already booked to go back next month Lauren from Surrey (06 May 2015)
I have been using eurosites and eurocamp since 1990 and never had a problem that could not be fixed or overcome,. Frederick from Hemel Hempstead Hertfordshire (20 September 2014)
Overall a large site with great beach and pools. Take mosquito repellant though. Paula from Guildford (20 September 2014)
Great holiday, lovely park and helpful friendly couriers. Andy from Reading (02 September 2014)
Excellent location clean and tidy camp bbq paradise will definitely go again Ian from Manchester England (02 September 2014)
I enjoyed the parcs main facilities but felt the accommodation was not very clean and the caravans were far too closely placed together giving no privacy Ian (01 September 2014)
Please don't order taxi from euro camp , they r very expensive , it's only 55 euros to get to the campsite and lots of cabs , we ordered a taxi from them and it didn't show up , the cost was £140 return . lots to do on site , but wouldn't use euro camp again , i'll booked with the site it's self xx Confirmed Holidaymaker (31 August 2014)
You really need a cafetiere or a coffee machine in the caravans. Coffee and croissants are essential to our holiday. Duvets would be lovely too. Tim (30 August 2014)
I have been on various keycamp (oops, eurocamp ;-) !) holidays before. they are generally good value for families with young children. this was of a similar standard. lots of amenities on site. beach very close. good supermarket (although we also went to nearby town to access a lidl). everything was clean. only thing lacking at this particular resort was some waterslides into swimming pool and frustrating ban on use of inflatables in pool. Wifi worked in caravan but kept cutting off every 20 minutes, so constantly having to log back on. Richard from Fareham (26 August 2014)
After 6 times in a row we consider this campsite as our second home. Beautifull scenery, frendly and helpfull couriers. Marc from Zwijndrecht (The Netherlands) (20 August 2014)
The pool area had inadequate space surrounding it. Also as a family resort the volume of young 18 year olds seemed to ruin the family atmosphere. Steve from Widnes (16 August 2014)
Great facilities, great variety of entertainment. Lovely to have direct beach access. Good supermarket, value for money food venues on site. Maybe too few english guests and english speaking staff Saffron from Worthing (15 August 2014)
Great holiday. Parc very busy and very much geared towards teenagers! Customer 43 from Bath (09 August 2014)
Our holiday was fantastic not only because of the beautiful parcel, it's facilities and friendly staff, but mostly because of the outstanding service that we received from the eurocamp courier team. Andy and the team went out of their way to ensure that all our needs were met. This included finding a reliable mechanic to fix our vehicle, recommending and booking a table at a lovely restaurant, to recommending entertainment and giving directions. We were checked in every day to ensure that everything was ok. I can honestly say that the service we received from andy and the team was better than some of the 5 and 6 star hotels that I have stayed in around the world! we cannot thank them enough. Well done! Caroline from Leeds (09 August 2014)
Really nice camp well located as regards to being close to sea & some nice little beach bars for food only draw back if you haven't got a car not loads of restraunts to chose from very well kept & friendly staff & very secure Jon from Loughton (08 August 2014)
This is our second consecutive holiday at this parc which something we have never done before. We found it just as enjoyable as last year. We have 6 children aged between 9 & 21 who love the location and facilities, they have already begged us to return next year! Paul from Oldham (06 August 2014)
Excellent holiday. Lovely site and friendly eurocamp reps Anne from Hay Wards Heath (04 August 2014)
We found a car imperative for our holiday.the beach by the parc was very busy and the entry very stony into the water ;we burst 3 lilo beds in a week !! having a car meant we could drive to better sandy beaches. The pool complex did not open until 11am in the morning ,which was far too late.it meant the children hanging around waiting for it to open.as the holiday went on it did re-open at 10.30 but in my view a 9 am or 9.30 open time would be much better.the parc was very clean but the bars and restaurants could do with a lick of paint..looked a bit run down.i wish there had of been a fun station at this parc as my children refused to go with the parcs animation team.which was so huge with all ages attending.not as good as the english speaking fun stations Ian from Surrey (03 August 2014)
Campsite security staff and pool rules etc need more customer focus as very unfriendly , great eurocamp pitches and couriers. Beach needs beds and advice re steep drop would have helped Greg from Redditch (03 August 2014)
Excellent location. great beach, excellent fruit and veg shop across the road. Good places to visit - highly recommend parc sama. Clare from Windsor (31 July 2014)
The location of the mobile home was excellent, beach got a little crowded at times, facilities on site were all excellent, just restaurant new refurbishment, tied old furniture uncomfortable seating, food good Steve from London (29 July 2014)
Good camp with good facilities, especially for children. Great, clean beach accessible directly from the site. You need a car if you want to explore the local area as the public transport service is limited. Train to barcelona from cabrils takes about 90 minutes, but our train both there and back ran 30 minutes late. Overall a great resort and we would go back. Harry from Mansfield (23 July 2014)
Excellent entertainment for small children at the parc and also good options for evening entertainment for everyone. Restaurants very good quality and good value for money. Only slight downside is limited space around the pool to sit down even on the grass. That aside, the pools themselves were great for kids and adults alike. Helen (19 July 2014)
La torre del sol campsite is a very homely site which has something for anyone. it is very clean and has a very good annimation programme which caters for small children to adults. different bands play at the beach bar which are excellent. I could not fault anything on this site and would have no hesitation in recommending it to family and friends, Cl from Newtownabbey, N. Ireland (17 July 2014)
This is my 3rd holiday with eurocamp and by far the best parc. It was spotlessly clean vast and very easy to get around. Next to a great beach. Unfortunately the accommodation, although given a surface clean , the sofa bed that we used was filthy, obviously hadn't been dusted, hoovered or cleaned. As we used it it was covered in fluff dust, the last time it was used there were belongings of others within it - comb, old socks, rubbish papers etc. . staff, not very informative, pleasant an polite but not forthcoming with information such as local bus times and train times, despite asking two people re the above I am still waiting for them to get back to me.i ended up getting the information from the main reception as we were flying back from barcelona. Denice from Edinburgh (10 July 2014)
Overall, we enjoyed our holiday. unfortunately, our first impression was zero when we saw the state of our mobile home. it was filthy. Chloe from Belfast (30 June 2014)
A super holiday Lynne from Lichfield (28 June 2014)
The holiday was amazing. The private beach is beautiful, the water is so clear you can see your feet! the eurocamp couriers made us all feel so at home, they went out of their way to spend time with us and make sure we were happy. The campsite it lovely, great bar and supermarket. A beautiful area of spain, barcelona and tarragonna within easy reach. All round great trip! Megan from Darlingon (24 June 2014)
Great holiday!! the parc is lovely and we liked the cars being away from the pitches as it promoted sociability. The pools were perfect for our 6 month old and 2 year old sons. Restaurants on site were good value for money and provided good food although service was better at the pizzeria by the pool. Andy and the other couriers were helpful and friendly and often passed by the caravan and stopped. Lucy from Glasgow (23 June 2014)
Accommodation was extremely compact, I know it's a caravan but I did expect more after staying in previous eurocamp sites. We had power cuts & no water for 24 hours. Eurocamp reps informed us that the site regularly turn the water off!!! when this first happened, the emergency number for the reps went straight to voicemail. The facilities on the park were good but unfortunately the accommodation let it down considerably and I wouldn't recommend or return for this fact. Kathy (21 June 2014)
While the caravan was nice it was not as clean as I would have expected. . overall our experience was great and we would definitely go again however we would request a more spacious area surrounding our caravan as we were in one of the more cramped areas. No 27 to be exact. Adam from Thornhill Stirling (20 June 2014)
Great location. Super facilities such as jacuzzi's both ope air and indoor. . on site facilities excellent. On site supermarket is very economical and well stocked. . nearest town is 5 minutes with all the usual facilitates. Kevin from On Site Facilities Excellent. On Site Supermarket (08 June 2014)
We got a last minute deal and were so pleased with the park. Everything is so well maintained and the effort put into the surroundings really shows. Shame there wasn't more evening entertainment, one evening was booked but then appeared to be cancelled, however we were there just off peak so maybe there is more in peak? . . we will definitely be back for more at this park, looks like they were about to open a fantastic little water play area for the toddlers. . thanks for a great trip :) Shane from Rochester, Kent (07 June 2014)
Had a great time even though he weather wasn't great. eurocamp staff were really helpful, really recommend hiring bikes, great way to get out and about even with young kids( they have bike tags and baby seats too) pool area is gorgeous and very spacious unfortunately the large pools arent/werent heated and as the weather wasn't that warm we weren't able to use these as much as we liked. we stayed in classic caravan which was basic but had everything that we needed and we were comfortable. You are able to borrow outdoor toys and games from eurocamp which was very helpful as we flew there so hadn't packed buckets and spades etc. lovely beach, recommend a twenty minute or so walk down towards miami platya to 'friends' bar gorgeous beach restaurant and bar. Had a meal in sites pizzeria which was ok, not much english spoken and they wouldn't do smaller portions for children although they did have a children's menu but depends what you want. everywhere was clean and tidy and well tended. our holiday was end of may and to be honest it felt a little out of season with a few things not open fully etc so that might be something to consider, didn't really bother us but it might effect others. really great place, sure we'll be returning but slightly later in year! Lauren from Manchester (31 May 2014)
Very nice parc however we went early season and most things were shut Charlotte from Bristol (27 May 2014)
Lovely park, great facilities will definitely return Sinead from Manchester (24 May 2014)
Excellent park beautiful and very clean, good facilities and friendly knowledgeable staff. Highly recommended, for a relaxing holiday in beautiful surroundings. Susan from Framlingham (23 May 2014)
Hmm, a difficult one! having stayed at montroig next door last october we find it difficult to choose which is actually the best!.. our final decision is as follows..caravans set out much nicer at torre del sol, pool areas much better , especially for little kids, jacuzzi fabulous, and they have sunbeds. The all you can eat buffet on wednesday nights in the restraunt is 5 and not to be missed. On the down side , shop scratty and expensive, bar at entrance kike a transport cafe( but friendly!) and the other bar plays "pit bull" on a loop full blast from early evening!, and the wifi is €2 an hour!!. montroig wins hands down on social areas, bar and wifi, our decision was, if we came again we would stay at torre, hire a car and go next door in an evening lol!.. ( hope this helps!) April from Selby (15 May 2014)
This was our last stop before spain we should have stayed 2 nights but left after 1 the currier was a bit young and made us feel as if we were an inconvenience we didn't realise we had to park away from the pitch and as we had a car full of things we were taking to spain were a little worried but all was fine the weather was not good so that spoils the holiday when camping .the pool area looked good as did the rest of the camp the supermarket on site was good Patricia from Norfolk (22 October 2013)
The couriers were excellent but there was virtually no entertainment on the park. Irene from Durham (22 September 2013)
We have been going on this type of holiday since 2003 and this was by far the best campsite holiday we have had. Don from Watford (28 August 2013)
Overall very good . Graham from Buckingham (26 August 2013)
Excellant parc Eamon from Co Down, Ireland (21 August 2013)
We had a great holiday - 2 adults, 3 teenagers. Only reason we have given '9' for overall - a good bus service but the last bus was quite early so couldn't go out in an evening unless we got a taxi back which meant all coming back together - teens like to stay out later! Mary from Leeds (11 August 2013)
No local staff could speak english. the whole camp was geared for the dutch & french only. Tracey from Sheerness, Kent (10 August 2013)
We had a great time. Really enjoyed the campsite, particularly impressed with the evening entertainment. Lovely setting - loved the shade. Kevin from London (31 Jul 2013)
We had an excellent holiday at la torre del sol. our villa was in a brilliant spot, great for the children to run around and play with each other. the parc itself was the largest we have visited. we spent a lot of time at the swimming pools and particularly liked the shade over the children's pool. the parc was very well maintained and staff could not do enough for you. only criticism (small) was that the swimming pool was only open between 10.30am and 7.30pm. with young children we would have gone swimming earlier. Andrew from Milton Keynes (30 Jul 2013)
Nice site but glad the van was located where it was. Sea poor condition not nice Paul from Chepstow (27 Jul 2013)
Just returned from a wonderful holiday, great parc for a family. Very clean and friendly. The keycamp reps were brilliant. Gillian from Wirral (26 Jul 2013)
Very nice camp with lots of activity and couriers were very friendly and helpful. Patricia from Armagh (21 Jul 2013)
My family and I went to la torre del sol for 7 nights in july 2013. It really was a fantastic holiday. The park is outstanding and offers a huge amount for kids and adults. The beach being only a 5 minute walk away was a bonus! the cleanliness of the park was first class also and was always being attended to by the park staff. . . our keycamp experience made the trip even better though. From the first moment we arrived it was brilliant. Our courier, andrew (andy - sorry cant remember his surname) was a credit to your company. His attitude was superb the whole time and is a man who clearly loves his job. We never had to wait for anything to be replenished or fixed (only a lightbulb needed replaced!) as he was so efficient. Also natalie was equally superb in her service. If there is a way that these two, especially andy can be recognised then please do! . . a tremendous holiday that we will remember. We will return next year for 2 weeks this time!. . thanks Stephen from Cupar, Fife (18 Jul 2013)
Very good family holiday on a good campsite. Caroline from Belfast (14 Jul 2013)
Great location but more activities needed for teenagers Tracy from Redditch (28 Jun 2013)
Fantastic family holiday Dawn from Javea, Spain (27 Jun 2013)
Couriers were fantastic Kathryn from Alicante Spain (26 Jun 2013)
Andy and natalie were expectional couriers, we could not ask for a better service. We really had a great holiday and would definitly come again. The accommodation was spotless and the campsite was just the same. Richard from Amsterdam (22 Jun 2013)
A fantastic visit to a beautiful part of the world. we spent 3 nights in barcelona first then moved onto the keycamp site for the rest of the week. particularly like the flexibility of arrival/departure dates, which meant we could do this. Richard from Bedford (22 Jun 2013)
We had a great week of sunshine, the location of the parc to the beach was brilliant. . pool and leisure facilities were very good, everything was in a very good walkable distance esp when with a 4 and 6 year old! Nin from Sheffield (19 Jun 2013)
Fantastic site, nicely laid out with everything you would every want for a relaxing holiday. Philip from Maidstone (17 Jun 2013)
The park was okay but the falcility was very limited for the time of year when we booked we was told all falcilities would be available but when arrived we was told they will not be available till july when it was apparently high seasons also we found the parks prices for drinks and meal was very expensive now knowing this I will always ask in future or go at the beginning of july . all in all the park was clean the couriers was brilliant I would go again but later on in the year as we went beginning of june Peter from Nottingham Long Eaton (16 Jun 2013)
Fantastic holiday, lovely park, great pool and friendly couriers. Nicola from Uttoxeter (11 Jun 2013)
We had a fab holiday with our 2 year old toddler. the park was large, spotless and had plenty of things to amuse our daughter including the pool, the swing park, the beach, the baby/toddler bathing/toilet area, the aviary etc etc. I would definitely recommend Rachel from Glasgow (11 Jun 2013)
Had such a good time 3 years ago that we came back again, brilliant time as expected of this parc. The reps were great, even remembered us from 3 years ago. This year we took advantage of the bike hire, ryan the rep took us on a couple of guided tours and after that it was great to cycle to the local town and having ice-cream by the sea. The site is great and so well organised, always something to do for all ages. It is reassuring when you have young children to know that security is so comprehensive on the site. The locality is great and the people of catalonia are so friendly Craig from Stoke (08 Jun 2013)
Had a great time good park all you need on site and plenty for kids to do Elaine from Borehamwood (07 Jun 2013)
We had a fantastic holiday Caroline from Basingstoke (01 Jun 2013)
Brilliant resort, very well-kept facilities, grounds and great couriers Rebecca (27 May 2013)
We stayed 3 nights here in may and appreciated the quiet life of this camp, and the excellent location beside a wonderful beach. the keycamp mobiles were fantastic and in a very good location Customer 97 from Manchester (25 May 2013)
Had really good time the only let down was nothing early evening entertainment for small kids waiting till ten oclock wsa too late for them Shirl from Lincoln (22 May 2013)
This a great holiday park. Accommodation was good and spotlessly clean (this is down to the hard work of the holiday couriers) the couriers, andy, natalie and ryan were 1st class, hard working and very welcoming, an asset to the company, they worked tirelessly to make a holiday perfect, so much so we will return in september if accommodation is available. We hired bikes and took a tour with 15 other holiday makers led by ryan along with two other couriers from the neighbouring camp we had a ball the tours are tailored to abilities and a lot of research carried out by ryan was very informative enabling us to decided if they were suitable for our fitness. The only negative part of the holiday was the accommodation your staff were expected to live in, tents, the eyesore did not fit with the excellent company image, I would not be happy leaving my possession in a tent, no running water and no bathroom facilities, for such hardworking delightful people this is a great shame. Overall this was a great holiday made special by your couriers well done to them, Susan from Colchester Essex (18 May 2013)
