The park was ok .the vans where very close together was told if we want some privacy to close the curtain in the eating area, to open window in bath room was so close to the van behind you could almost touch the person sat on the decking. Would not use this site again ,the vans could have been better set out if they were off set. Deborah (19 September 2015)
Mobile homes squeezed tightly together resulting in a lack of privacy. Miriam (18 September 2015)
Lovely beach and swimming pools and the restaurant on site was good. The staff at the site were very helpful when we needed advice on days out and information about transport. The site was kept very clean and tidy and there was plenty for our daughter to do with several play parks, crazy golf and an amazing ice cream shop on site. . . the only issues we had was the noise from 8.30pm to 11pm, there was an event on every single evening we were there. This is great for families with older children but not so much for us with our 3 year old who needs to be in bed earlier as the noise was very loud. Every evening when it started we had to go inside our caravan, close all the windows and switch the air con on but it was still very loud and our caravan wasn't that close to it either!. . the pitches seemed to be very small and it felt like the caravans were a bit 'crammed on'. we were practically on top of our neighbours, this hasn't been the case on previous eurocamp holidays. . overall we had a good holiday and enjoyed our time there but I don't think we'd go back a second time. Joanne from Peterborough (10 September 2015)
Great parc with excellent facilities, kids loved the beach and pedalos. My two eldest 12 and 18 hired bikes to get out and about to explore neighbouring towns. Good pizza takeaway and delicious icecream. Overall a good holiday, the only downfall, prepare to be eaten alive by mozzies, you need to put on repellent 24/7. Also between 1 and 3pm is siesta time, almost everything shuts down, I didnt mind it but trying to keep my 2 and 3 year olds quiet was almost impossible. Already booked again for next year with eurocamp but to southern france. Lisa from Manchester (04 September 2015)
A lovely spot with easy ferry ride from venice. Staff were very helpful and friendly and were very patient with our limited italian. Andrew from Rufford (03 September 2015)
Park has great facilities, pools are excellent, shop, bar restaurant and entertainment all good. Only downsides are the mosquitos and the small pitches. The mosquitos are everywhere and ravenous, to the extent that you need to put the spray on in the car when you arrive before you get out on arrival. We kept ourselves constantly covered in spray and so only a few bites, but we still did get a few. The herbal citronella ones seemed to work better than deet, but it may be we got bitten on the first evening as we had been out for 20 mins or so doing registration etc before we remembered the spray. . . the caravans and tents are really very close together compared to other sites there is only just room for your car to be parked by the caravan and no more and there is about 3 feet between you and the people in the next door caravan in every direction when you are inside. . . this is outweighed, however, by the excellence in all other aspects. We had a lovely time, and so did the two children with us (ages 6 and 7). our daughter was so sad to leave the kids pool with the slides. . . Janine (31 August 2015)
Great site though primarily used by people bringing their own tents/caravans. A little more crowded than other sites but this didn't bother us. Beach and pools are really nice, eurocamp couriers were brilliant. . mosquitos are an issue but we were prepared with spray and plug-ins and got away almost scot free (others at the site didn't). the enforced quiet times were a little strange at first but worked really well. Great holiday definitely recommend. Harriet from Walton On Thames (29 August 2015)
Fantastic, clean site with great facilities. We visited the site with our 2 children (7&5) and we all had a fabulous time. the site was very clean, the pool was fantastic (great slides kept the children happy) and the beach is right on your doorstep. The supermarket and restaurant on site were brilliant and the staff in the restaurant (especially luigi) were very friendly and encouraging when my daughters tried their italian out on them. There's also a great restaurant across the road from the park which is lovely. . the accommodation was a little tired which is the only reason that I have not given 10/10, but it was clean and functional. . venice is within easy reach and the public transport is very reliable and easy to use. . overall, an excellent site and location and we will definitely be back! Sarah from Northampton (28 August 2015)
Hard to review this park as the accommodation was the worst eurocamp accommodation we have stayed in to date, caravan although clean was very tired and did not have blackout blinds. Pitch was incredibly small, so small we could hardly park the car! and all of the pitches on the site were very crampt, if there was a space, it was a pitch, even if it is right next to the pitch and putt!. however, the flip side was that the park facilities were excellent. Beach and pool complex had lifeguards and were very well maintained, kids loved the slide, though one for the adults would have been nice. Restaurant and evening entertainment were brilliant and the kids loved the parks. . so in a way the lack of space around the caravan was made up for by the excellent park facilities. Heather from Nottingham (22 August 2015)
Just returned from a weeks holiday at garden paradiso eurocamp .on our arrival we were greeted by the eurocamp couriers even though it was late evening ,,because we were delayed due to our baggage being delayed in transit. They kindly offered towels and bed linen, so we could get showered and some sleep. They even donated some milk and tea for a drink. The mobile home was comfortable and clean. The park it self is of a fare size with good quality toilet and shower block dotted around. To stock on essentials in the on site store did prove to be a little expensive compared off site supermarkets. There is wonderful clean beach just few minutes walk. there is a on site restaurant which is not overly expensive and good food. There are late evening entertainment which be a bit loud and annoying if your a light sleeper even when your furthest away. Be prepared for mosquitoes. . Kenny from Derby (17 August 2015)
This was our 2nd time to garden paradiso and we were not disappointed! our overall experience was very good. Kate from Salisbury (14 August 2015)
The holiday was great with a fantastic location and lovely people. Emma from Southampton (11 August 2015)
A great place for family with kids of all ages. Plenty to do. You won't get board. Rachel (10 August 2015)
Really convenient for visiting venice and everything you need on site, with no car necessary. Lovely restaurant opposite. Mosquitos really troublesome though. Very good beach and pool, restaurant and supermarket. Nicola from Salisbury (09 August 2015)
A fantastic holiday for a young family! Customer 15 from Sandbach (28 July 2015)
Really enjoyed our holiday in garden paradiso. Excellent campsite in a great location for exploring the area. It has a 1st class pool complex, 1st class beach & 1st class entertainment on site. my kids didn't use the kids clubs on site but they seemed to be v well organised with a large variety of activities. Only drawbacks were pitches on site were very small so very little privacy between you & your neighbour. Also if you don't manage to get a sun lounger around the pool there is very little space to lay out your towels. Mosquitoes were a problem for me (rest of the family were fine) so if you tend to be a target for the mozzies bring lots of heavy duty repellent. some of our fellow campers were on a return trip to this campsite & I can definitely see why. This family highly recommends the garden paradiso campsite Lucy from Carrickfergus (14 July 2015)
Garden paradiso is a compact site which offers excellent parc run entertainment. Quiet time is adhered to between 1 and 3 pm and again between 11pm and 7 am. beach is also excellent although overrun with sales men. . easy access to surrounding towns and venice. Patricia (11 July 2015)
We had a great holiday and will definitely return to lake garda. The site and homes in venice camp site were a bit tired. Confirmed Holidaymaker from Dunblane (10 July 2015)
Brilliant holiday, we all loved it. Would consider this type of holiday in the future. Susan from Milngavie (06 July 2015)
Beautifully clean campsite. The caravan was the cleanest we have ever had.sites very close together but the cleanliness of the site and good facilities made up for it.might be a bit annoying in high season though.direct access to lovely beach beautiful swimming pool.easy access to venice we loved it. Heather (24 June 2015)
An excellent base for venice and if the sight seeing proves to much then you can chill out at the resort. Mary (06 June 2015)
The caravan was very tired, the seat cushions in the van were very seated and worn, clean but not very comfortable. Disappointed that the patio furniture was not cleaned before our arrival. We had to clean it before we could use it. A ten minute job would have made all the difference. David from Norwich (29 May 2015)
Great campsite. Not too big so everything easy to get to. Heated pools a bonus, especially in may, and beach lovely. We ate at the campsite restaurant every night as it was so handy and also great value and high quality. The restaurant staff were also excellent. Overall a great holiday. Jane from Edinburgh (27 May 2015)
The park facilities and the park staff were fantastic. we stayed in late may and it was not very crowded and plenty things to do for kids. Elena from Leeds (26 May 2015)
Nice to be contacted by couriers before we arrived. well run campsite. Beach location just brilliant and lovely restaurant over looking sea Helen from Tatsfield Kent (21 September 2014)
Superb site with great facilities. Excellent animation team. Superb beach. Easy access to venice. The pitches are small and the eurocamp caravans are well worn out. . Russell from Haywards Heath (31 August 2014)
It was really great - everything surpassed expectations, with the possible exception of the weather on a couple of days, but there's not much you can do about that! Alan from Epsom (19 August 2014)
First time to the adriatic, lovely for sightseeing venice and surrounding islands. Reasonable cycle hire on site alowed us to explore local vacinity. Plenty to do on the beach with watersports and inflatable play area on the sea.(over10's) . running on the beach and over to jesolo lido with plenty of routes to get lost on to add a few miles (go before 8am as it gets very hot). eating out in the park vacinity was cheaper than uk for 4, 2 adults 2 teenagers. Onsite shop provides all you need but ali supermarket 20min walk has more local products and local greengrocers very good. Pizza on the camp fantastic. The beach was well used but plenty of space and the pools on site were never too busy with the beach being so close. Amanda from Milton Keynes (10 August 2014)
Great location for a beach and sightseeing holiday. Everything you need is available on the campsite. Rachael from Bury St Edmunds (08 August 2014)
Very good camp but mosquitos can become unbearable! Confirmed Holidaymaker from Belfast (04 August 2014)
Excellent parc and area. fantastic eurocamp couriers (fiona & colin) who could not have been more helpful. will definitely be back! Marjory from Linlithgow (01 August 2014)
Overall, we had a fantastic holiday at this parc. The location is great - really close to the beach and really easy to get to by reasonably priced buses. The facilities are really good with a great gym, large swimming pool ( with lots of sun beds available), really good crazy golf course and lots of table tennis tables available. There is a big supermarket within 15 mins walk with reasonable priced groceries but also a really good supermarket on the site. There is a really lovely rooftop bar too and some really good restaurants within easy walking distance of the site. Euro camp staff were really friendly and informative. They also had a good range of equipment available for things like table tennis etc. Only a few negatives in our experience - avoid the pizza restaurant on site (food poor in comparison and service terrible compared to other local restaurants), lots of mosquitoes and some of the reception site were rude and unhelpful. Overall, though, we had a great time. I would go back in future. Debra from Northumberland (30 July 2014)
Colin and fiona couriers could not have been more attentive and helpful. Parc was excellent as were parc emmployees. Weather was stormy at times but would not deter us coming back. Aleta from Maidstone (25 July 2014)
Fantastic couriers who ensured van was very clean an were also very knowledgable and helpful. Angela from Mont Sur Rolle (18 July 2014)
Beautiful setting with access to a lovely beach!. 3 fantastic swimming pools two of them heated and I mean heated very warm which was lovely!. plenty of sunbeds and a fantastic pizza restaurant with very helpful staff around the beach. Joanne from Manchester (08 June 2014)
A lovely family friendly holiday parc with good, clean facilities. The children were happy with the pools and ice cream shop! the beach is beautiful and wasn't crowded when we were there (may half term). the parc was also nicely busy, but not overcrowded. Jane from Norfolk (30 May 2014)
We all had a lovely holiday . the directions to park were awful and not clear though . more information about what was available in area would have been nice . warnings about mosquitos would have been helpful . Customer 37 from Bristol (28 May 2014)
Garden paradiso is well set out and has excellent facilities. The eurocamp couriers colin and fiona were friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. The accommodation was basic but very clean. The chalets are a bit close together but this did not spoil the holiday. Overall an excellent break. Gordon from Edinburgh (28 May 2014)
We had a great time, the people were realy nice and friendly and also the campers from different parts of europe. Tiziano (26 May 2014)
Far from recommending keycamp’s facilities at garden paradiso at cavallino my wife and I would positively discourage anyone from holidaying in the accommodation on offer there. This relates to the ultra close proximity of 20 out of the 22 keycamp mobiles on this site. The knock-on effect being inevitably neighbour/occupant issues, including inappropriate noise and loud, ongoing conversation, the adverse effect of continual heavy smoking by adjacent occupants inevitably outdoors and entering our particular accommodation through windows and air vents as well as being evident when being outdoors ourselves... and other general privacy issues. . for instance when eating-out on the decking we were seated no more than 4 feet distant from the adjacent mobile’s bathroom/toilet window. There is a misrepresentative online website photograph of the keycamp mobile locations at this site. Only the two larger emplacements of the 22, close to the circulatory road, are shown in that photograph and are totally misleading compared to the rest of the pitches available here. There is also misrepresented brochure information. The pitches could in no way be considered as ‘medium’ size as stated; they could only be described as restrictively small. For instance, with a larger car in place on the available ground both the mobile and decking steps are inevitably impeded... and there is no available room left to put out sun loungers or even larger lounge chairs in this situation. Half of the mobiles have inappropriate decking arrangements that will impact on customers with any mobility issues. Only half of the mobiles have decking that can be accessed directly from the accommodation. The rest are accessed via three high steps down then three high steps up onto the decking. That’s a return trip of 12 steps carrying kitchen items, food and plates... that sounds just like a typical staircase! who deserves that on their holidays when they don't have it at home?. those customers who are located in the latter mobiles are disadvantaged by comparison to the direct access facilities but no mention of this is made anywhere and there is no cost adjustment for this disadvantage in half the units. It’s the luck of the draw for 50% of keycamp customers. inevitably half the occupants have a slightly better experience than the other half do...if you can call it that when everyone is living cheek-by-jowl in a ghetto-in-the-sun listening to people in their toilets and engulfed in tobacco smoke while you are trying to have your breakfast!. this was a flawed holiday experience if ever we had one!. Edward from Middlesbrough (23 September 2013)
The park has a good pool complex and the beach is beautiful and well looked after. Only down side is caravan piches are quite small. Site and keycamp staff were very friendly.superb gelateria. Gerard from Wirral (17 September 2013)
Well located site with three pools, attached beach, and nearby public transport to venice and elsewhere. Lyndon from Sandhurst (03 September 2013)
For families with younger children and who get up early and go to bedearly this site is ideal. Our children are 14 and 17 and although 14 yr old enjoyed it not enough going on at night for older son or ourselves. Caravans were close together. Siesta was strict and couldnt understand the need for it and they shut early. You lose track of time then realise you cant drive off site during siesta. Reps very helpful. Beach great and sea warm. Venice superb. Staff . friendly. Pool area excellent. Just lacked any atmosphere in the evening at bars. This suits some and not others. Alexandra (16 August 2013)
Very enjoyable holiday. Parc was fantastic. Excellent ameneties. Eirlys from Amlwch (13 August 2013)
A great family holiday park but a little isolated. Clean and safe. Very helpfull and friendly staff. Excellent pools and beach. handy for parking and ferry to venice. Brendan from Southampton (11 August 2013)
Loved this site.facilities for kids and the staff were amazing. Really clean site just the vans are so close together it's a bit cramped and lacks any privacy such as hedges etc.. David from Southsea (11 August 2013)
This holiday was excellent. It was just the right option for us and our small children. Garden paradiso cavallino was comfortable, relaxing, well-organised, and with every necessary amenity in easy reach. The location, within walking distance of a lovely sandy beach, was perfect, and the kids club was outstanding. Sunta from Manchester (06 August 2013)
The parc facilities were excellent and the reps gave a great service and were always available by phone if not in person for help and advice. The accomodation was clean and gave everything needed but could do with a bit of updating at some stage in the future. An excellent value for money holiday. Melanie from Oakley, Hampshire (25 Jul 2013)
The keycamp reps colin & fiona couldn't be more helpful, very friendly & approachable. Customer 49 from Kilmarnock (23 Jul 2013)
Excellent park and facilities suited all age groups, plenty to do, so close to sea and local amenities. Only critisim is that there was no bike hire for children. Andrew from Omagh, N Ireland (19 Jul 2013)
Great parc for families with young children. Kids could not get bored!! the parc is situated on a beautiful sandy beach with lots of water based activities. The spar shop on site is reasonably priced and always well stocked, opening times are limited though. The keycamp mobiles are very closely spaced together which means not too much privacy. The parc is pretty, medium sized and has a beautiful restaurants and ice cream parlours. The night entertainment is based on cheesy west end musicals although it is very well professional. Quiet times have to be adhered to although this is not a bad thing due to the extreme heat. This is not a holiday for parents with young children to visit venice or the islands although there is plenty to entertain the kids in nearby lido. All in all a fairly enjoyable holiday destination, although I would prefer lake garda! Gavin from Newry Co. Down (18 Jul 2013)
It was the best holiday we have had in years! our children loved the park which was safe and secure. The beach is absolutely beautiful and the pool area is fantastic! we are thinking of booking the same park again next year! Eileen from Glasgow (05 Jul 2013)
This was an excellent holiday. The parc was first class and could not be faulted. The area has so much to offer it has all the ingrediants for a great holiday. All I would say is that it would not suit teenagers at this time of year (june) as night life is very limited. We left our teenagers at home so we had a great time ! Steve from Edinburgh (26 Jun 2013)
Excellent site;superb couriers;accomodation basic,in disrepair and emplacement extremely small---could not ever put car on it. Parc staff helpful and friendly. Area lovely. Handily placed for excellent boat trips to venice and other islands. Brian from Belfast (24 Jun 2013)
Very good parc with excellent couriers, colin & fiona, who were very professional. Robert from Sheffield (15 Jun 2013)
Great site, and very friendly couriers. Campsite staff also very good, plenty things to do on and off site, loved the inflatable assault course in the sea, and the great value food! Jenni from Edinburgh (12 Jun 2013)
Great location and parc Yan from Harpenden (04 Jun 2013)
A very clean parc with really good facilities. The keycamp couriers were informative with no hard sell, giving us the freedom to get on with our holiday without interruptions. I would recommend this holiday for people with a young family - the website doesn't really do it justice. The swimming pools are excellent, all things available in the shops and the restaurant is excellent too. A lovely relaxing holiday. Loved it! Confirmed Holidaymaker (02 Jun 2013)
Great pool & very clean campsite Jason from Stoke On Trent (01 Jun 2013)
We had a good time in the park, friendly and very obliging couriers. Accomodation is small and basic but a good value for money. Anne from Winterthur Switzerland (04 May 2013)
