The park facilities, theme park and water park were all fantastic. Our accommodation was up to the usual high standards that we have experienced with many other locations. The reps on site were available but we didn't need to contact or use them. At other sites the reps have always made sure that they have made contact with us at least once during our stay.
Clare from Great Totham, Essex (01 November 2015)

Excellent park. Great pool and facilities. Probably the best holiday park that visited. Lovely nearby village to walk to. Theme park was wonderful. Lots of fun for all ages. Would definitely visit again.
Lauren from West Midlands (01 November 2015)

Claire from Peterborough (01 November 2015)

Everything was amazing!! the couriers especially strph and chloe were helpful!!!
Amy (01 November 2015)

Great holiday, and great parc, just avoid the euro tunnel at all costs 6 hour delay on way home
Andrew from Blackpool (01 November 2015)

Loved the site, loads to do for all ages. The town of wassenaar is five mins walk and it is lovely. We were blessed with lovely weather for the october half term, could even sit out on our decking! I would go again without hesitation.
Ruth from Abbots Langley (01 November 2015)

First impressions of mobile home was a bit tired, space a bit cramped. But for the money it was acceptable, park was great, kept finding new bits of it every day, kids enjoyed it all and are asking when we are going back.
Alan from Basingstoke (01 November 2015)

Duinrell has been our favourite holiday destination for 9 years now. It's our default go to break, the one the children live best - despite holidaying in india, dubai, the states, the far east and even finland at christmas! not just for the children - this year we took a 21 year old with us who had to take time off work such is the draw of the parc!!. great fun, freedom, the most beautiful location and profferjes - who could ask for more?. thank you eurocamp and see you next year!
Jo from Thank You Eurocamp And See You Next Year! (01 November 2015)

The best park we have been on with eurocamp we have used eurocamp 8 times park is brill and clean the supermarket was excellent caravan clean and in excellent condition could not fault it , it's fab you can use the theme park as much as you like we also had days out to ajax stadium tour , madourdam a model village , and went into amsterdam using the metro line all worth doing , we will definitely be visting the park again my two boys are 12 & 14 and they have disabilities and they had so much fun
Leanne from Cambridge (01 November 2015)

The camp was great fun for the kids lots to do. Not enough room in the restaurants not a great deal of choice on the menus. Accomadation shabby and smelly dirty duvets and pillows no grill in the cooker and didn't have any spares. Would go again because of water park and theme park.
Molly (01 November 2015)

Good time had as always - booked for 2016 already
Alison from Shrewsbury (31 October 2015)

Excellent facilities, very good value for money
Tim from Rye (31 October 2015)

We have been visiting this site since 2002. My eldest children (aged 22 and 19) love it so much they both flew out from their different universities so they could join us. Great parc, gorgeous setting, lots to do, and this time, glorious weather. . really enjoyable, relaxing break, perfect for october-a chance to refresh before christmas!
Annie from London (31 October 2015)

10/10 a very enjoyable holiday all round, we can't think of a negative comment to write!
Peter from Portsmouth (31 October 2015)

Thoroughly enjoyable stay helped by excellent weather.
Mark from Wirral (31 October 2015)

Caravan felt a bit old and broken- 2 heaters didn't work, no grill pan and I teapot. Couriers on arrival were quite uncommunicative and didn't make any contact at all for the rest of the stay.
Anneliese from London (31 October 2015)

We spent 7nights in this wonderful location. As a regular eurocamp customer my family have always travelled south in the summer in search of the sun. However we took the advantage of the additional discount for the 2nd holiday in the same year which made this holiday really good value for money. We were very fortunate to get wonderful weather and the location is perfect. There is so much to do on the park itself for both young children and teenagers we actually struggled to fit in any site seeing they we wanted to do. As for the location, the lovely town is only a few minutes walk and all the major site seeing opportunities including various beaches are with 30min to 60 min drive.
Dean from Wombourne (31 October 2015)

Brilliant value! kids had great fun. Accommodation could of been cleaner. We expected a bath according to broucher but it was overall a fantastic holiday. X
Philippa from Portsmouth (31 October 2015)

Amazing place, we loved it so much we booked to go back next year it's was fab,
Vikki (30 October 2015)

4th time at this park, 8th time holidaying with eurocamp. . for the first time accommodation & couriers not at their best. Shame. We definitely felt for the first time that eurocamp let everyone know it was end of season & could not be bothered anymore. The worse accommodation we've ever had. Cleanliness was poor. . duinrell is great for families & we were really pleased to see the tiki bad water park is finally having some money spent on it & is looking the best we've seen it.
Victoria (30 October 2015)

Great weather, lots to do
Jeremy from Llandeilo (30 October 2015)

Been here 7 times we love it never have a moan but the mobile home toilet wasnt clean it smelt terrible of urine we just didnt want to use it we cleaned the floor our selves and the cloth was filthy realy yellow really not nice.
Julia from Hertfordshire (30 October 2015)

A great water park and free access to the theme park make this an action packed holiday for the kids
Peter from Dover (30 October 2015)

Great site with good facilities. Kids enjoyed a few of the kids clubs and the theme park was great. Tiki pool was excellent and safety was high priority for staff. Local village only 5-10 min walk which also had a large supermarket.overall a great value holiday.
Karen from Portsmouth (30 October 2015)

Kids love this holiday, we have been coming for the past 6 years and I keep worrying that the boys will get too old for the resort, they loved it more this year than any past visit
Lauren from Canterbury (30 October 2015)

Great location park brilliant. Did see couriers
Simon (30 October 2015)

Park excellent as always. Van not the cleanest on arrival, table not even wiped and missing chairs, radio, grill pan, electric fan heater, fan. Bunk and twin rooms damp.
Anne (30 October 2015)

Fantastic place, great fun and so much to do. Parc and waterpark were brilliant. Ease of access to wassenaar also a bonus. Great weather made it an amazing october half term!
James from Derby (30 October 2015)

Good holiday, nice site, accommodation clean and comfortable as always
Janina from Leeds (28 October 2015)

We had an amazing second trip, the park was clean, the facilities well looked after. I would say however the accommodation is really quite poor, cheap fittings, the oven is of poor quality and is challenging to use, a toaster would be useful as the grill is rubbish. The plastic covered sofa is awful to sit on and the table too high for the hight of the seating. The rep we dealt with was a little dishevelled and would have benefitted from a wash and brush up!
Yvonne from Leeds (28 October 2015)

The accommodation was very dirty which was disappointing. The seating in the caravan was terrible, very uncomfortable and flimsy. Was not suitable for the number of people staying. . as parents of 2 small children (and a lot of the park being aimed at small children) I would have expected it to open earlier than 10am! . . parc/tiki bad and the plaza area are great value for money and would return although accommodation was a let down.
Alyson from Corby (28 October 2015)

Myself and my family were blown away by this holiday. It was absolutely fantastic and brilliant value for money. Will be booking to come again next year
Mark from Kenr (28 October 2015)

Fab break couriers really helpful, facilities perfect will be back
Simon from Maidstone (28 October 2015)

2nd visit just as good as the 1st. Kids (13&11) have a great time, on the go-carts, in the park and the pool. Adults can relax and join in when they want. The pool is a lot of fun but we recommend you go in the evening as late as possible to avoid the crowds.
Julian from Guildford (28 October 2015)

Our teenage daughter and her friend had a fabulous time. whilst my husband and I explored the beautiful surrounding areas.
Emma from Colchester (28 October 2015)

Great park with lots to do for all ages. Our children are aged 5 and 8 and had a great time. Wassenar is only a short walk or cycle away with a good range of shops. We also cycled to leiden and found it a lot easier than taking the car and cycled to the nearby beach with was also fantastic. Def recommend, its a great park!
Antonio from Suffolk (27 October 2015)

Great parc with lots to do in a lovely area
Jan from Kent (26 October 2015)

Great parc with lots to do.
Simon (24 October 2015)

Went in october. Amazing value for money we had 3 children age range from 4-15 all loved it. Will definitely be back!
Charles (24 October 2015)

Saying we staying in the new accommodation it was poor and looked like it was 9 yrs old not 7 months old the snack bar closes very early and the main restaurants was poor this was our 3rd stay here and its gone down hill big time also poorly lighting at night .wont be staying here again .
John from Leicestershire (24 October 2015)

Overall a good holiday and plenty of decent activities for the family to do. only downside really was that the radiators in my apartment were dirty. good value for money though
Mark from Leicester (24 October 2015)

Accommodation was basic but great value. the parc was excellent, in particular the pool and the eateries.
Gary from Leicester (24 October 2015)

Fantastic hoping to book for next year
Louise from Derbyshire (24 October 2015)

This isn't the sort of holiday I would go for overly busy wasn't keen on the layout of the caravans the sites shops cafe's etc well over priced. I much prefer your over french sites.
Paul from Bradford (24 October 2015)

A lovely park with so much to do. The kids loved having the theme park and tiki bad on site and were never bored, always something to do. Close location to town centre and lovely beach too.
Lesley from Purley (23 October 2015)

Family fun
Janet from Penperlleni (21 October 2015)

So much to do in 3 days, my daughters loved it. So did i!
Justin (19 October 2015)

The park accommodated both kids and adults. We had two kids with us aged 5&10. They had a ball
Sharon from Falkirk (18 October 2015)

This is my first time in duinrell with eurocamp, I have visited the parc several times but with keycamp, my overall experience was good, but that said, a large group of people staying on next to us was so noisy that the woke me and the kids almost every night, I kindly asked them keep quit after 23.00 but it did'nt help.. this is not at all eurocamps fault, but it did effect my stay in a negative way. but parc was great and staff friendly, but not very good at helping with issues that required a bit of work, we were 6 people but there were only 4 chairs asking for more we were told they didnt have any extras, I just simply dont believe that can be true in a park at that size with that many houses that you dont have 2 extra chairs.. but other then that we enjoyed our stay.
Michael from Hrby Sweden (17 October 2015)

Just returned from our 3rd holiday at duinrell with eurocamp. Our mobile home was spotless and ideally situated within the park. There is so much to do on site and the neighbouring town of wassenaar is so lovely. The eurocamp staff were fantastic as usual. We arrived pretty early in the day but they made getting our accommodation ready a priority and we were settled in in no time. No need to bring your car either. A cheap flight to amsterdam and 20 minutes in a taxi and you're there! this is an ideal holiday for anyone with young kids and you will not find better value than this. every time we come home the first thing we do is book again for next year.
Lynn from Lanarkshire (17 October 2015)

Dunirell camp is just a minutes walk from wassenaar which is a lovely little town with good shops, foodstores & restaurants. The camp is also within easy driving distance of amsterdam, lieden, gouda, delft, etc.
David (16 October 2015)

This park is honestly unbeatable for the cost. We have used this as our october break. We have two kids aged 9 and 7 and we have now come to duinrell for the past three years. If you have young kids, I can assure you that this place will hit the mark for a very fun and cost effective holiday. . we have already looked at next year and we are going again. No brainer.
Jamie (16 October 2015)

Fantastic parc and usual great service from eurocamp.
Lesley (16 October 2015)

Had a good time.a bit cold but it is october !
Linda from Alyth (15 October 2015)

Fantastic family holiday. Caravan basic but clean. Park brilliant, swimming pool very busy at night!
Gillian (12 October 2015)

12 years we have been going here what more can I say and your reps as always fantastic
Michele from Sheffield (04 October 2015)

Good pack lots to do we went when not busy pub very costly shop not to bad on cost swimming good be mind full of letting young kids using the tubs ect is keep eye on them at all times looking to go next year so can't be that bad. But no pub visit next time. 3 pints = 15 euros.
Nigel from Swansea (03 October 2015)

We had a fantastic time and the facilities were a1. The only thing was the caravan was not up to my standards. the toilet had a terrible permanent drain smell. Also, the outside grass and decking wasn't clean. It is a shame the beds went made up on our arrival. Apart from the caravan, the parc was outstanding. this was our second holiday to duinrell.
Joanne from Manchester (02 October 2015)

Definitely value for money. Fun or peaceful relaxation, you can have both staying at duinrell.
James from Portsmouth (30 September 2015)

The park and accommodation exceeded our expectations however we were very disappointed with the eurocamp staffs helpfulness and knowledge. On one occasion, we complained about the temperature of the water in the purpose built baby wash facilities (it was stone cold) and the girl just said 'dont you have hot water in your caravan' and 'would you like a baby bath' to which we explained that our daughter was to big for a baby bath. She didn't quite believe us so she went and got one to check and then agreed and then she said that the water isn't really anything to do with them and we would have to speak to the park. . on another occasion, we had learnt that there was an event called tina day 2015 on over last weekend and in 2013 the same event attracted 24000 people. We were a little concerns (and annoyed that we were not pre-warned so we approached a girl in the eurocamp reception and incredibly, she didn't have a clue about it. After that point, we only used the site reception as they were a lot more useful ad friendly.
Lucy from Newton Abbot (30 September 2015)

We had a great week. 10 out of 10 :)
Jennie from Hastings (27 September 2015)

Brilliant but we would like to have known it was tina weekend when booking as we weren't allowed in the tiki bad on sunday
Matthew (27 September 2015)

Good holiday, unfortunately weather bad.
Geoffrey from Yorkshire (25 September 2015)

A very interesting site with great children's attractions. close to a charming town with interesting shops etc. but, suspect it may be very crowded at peak times.
Anthony from Waterlooville, Hants (23 September 2015)

We return here every year at least once. Great fun for the whole family.
Bridget from Amsterdam (21 September 2015)

At durinel, where do I start? it was the worst holiday we have had and yes we have been their before 7years ago and thought we would take the kids their what a mistake
Trevor from St.Helens (21 September 2015)

Very good site, excellent location - would benefit from additional information being supplied about transport links for those arriving from schipol. Local taxis were unreliable - late - so harrassing trip and airport check in on return journey. Only a minor complaint as overall holiday was excellent
Patricia (21 September 2015)

Very good holiday on a site new to us.
James from Thornton Cleveleys (20 September 2015)

Hello. As we are an older couple. The park did not suit as. It is more for familys the mobile home is nothing like you see in the catalogue. We left after 3 days.
Charlie from Clacton On Sea (20 September 2015)

Good location, parc facilities are quite good. unfortunately the accommodation lets the holiday down significantly. our caravan was dirty, dust and sweet wrappers behind couch, under beds, we had to get medical help for our child who suffers with asthma. blankets were dirty and stained, sheets were stained and smelly.
Stella (19 September 2015)

The park appeared a little tired but offered great entertainment for young children. Pool superb. It was our first visit picked from internet because we wanted to be near amsterdam. Chose 3 bed accomn for 4 of us assuming we would have a bit extra space - not. Accommodation very poor, shabby and so so small. No tv and wifi not good and expensive at 8 euro per day. No kettle, no toaster and could not walk between beds. Will go again, probably, but max 2 person in 2 bed accommodation. 3 bed accommodation same footprint as 2 bed so no room to swing a cat.
Susan (19 September 2015)

Very nice accommodation and rides
Terry (18 September 2015)

We've just spent our 4th year here and have enjoyed it as much as the 1st time
John from Oswestry (18 September 2015)

Last minute proved to be a bargain - only there for three days (unfortunately) but, even despite the rain, kids had a fantastic few days. Couldn't wish for me on a half term getaway!!
Christian from Nottingham (31 October 2014)

We had a great holiday! the facilities at the park were amazing. My son said 10/10 for the parc, he loved kids club and the pool and theme park. I gave 8/10 as more choice of different foods in the restaurant would have been good. The disabled access was really good and everyone was very helpful and friendly. We definitely want to come back!
Melanie from Stevenage (31 October 2014)

Great parc fantastic for kids, this was a self catering holiday but we thought there would be more places to eat out so a little disapointing for places to eat.
Mark from Redhill (31 October 2014)

We really enjoyed our holiday. Having the theme park on site and included in the price was fantastic. We still had to pay for the water park also on site although this was cheaper if staying on the park. The changing rooms were busy and could have been cleaner but the water park great fun though as it was open at night meaning some of the slides were in the dark with lights in them. The theme park was great with a good variety of things to do. We went at the end of the season so found the park was only open 10 till 4pm and eurocamp did not inform us that the theme park closes on 30th october so we had 3 very disappointed children when we went on the last day of our holiday and found it shut. The parking we found a problem as we were allocated a parking place on the road near to our mobile home but this was occupied by a car from another holiday company for our entire stay despite complaining many times to the reps. we went to amsterdam one day using the park and ride. We got a map from the main reception, but took us 3 attempts to find one which you could park at with a roof box on! we ended up parking at schloterdijk station. We visited anne franks house which we all found interesting. The hour long queue to get in wasn't too bad as there was free wifi in the queue. We were very impressed with the ferry journey. We took the harwich to hook ferry as the others were full. Being used to ferries to france, we found the stena cabins on the overnight crossing luxurious, with a large bottom bunk and lovely shower cubicle and even a tv! the kids especially liked the teen area of the ship with play-stations. We really enjoyed this holiday as it enabled us to have a fun time together as a family. We would be happy to go again!.
Keith from Manchester (31 October 2014)

Perfect for young families. The kids loved the theme park and the open space to play football and to ride their scooters! !. accommodation was basic but served the purpose. Would definitely recommend and would return ourselves.
Joanne from Kent (31 October 2014)

Our overall experience was very good, the kids loved it - especially riding around on the hired go karts. Our accommodation was nice and clean and had everything we needed. The complex is well set out and everything was in easy walking distance. There were two issues that could be improved on - 1st is the wifi, as myself and my husband run our own company we needed to be available on the phone and through email etc. We paid for each of us to have wifi and this was very poor, we could only pick it up in certain areas - our caravan was not one of them! 2nd issue was the food choice - we had paid for the all inclusive food option for 2 adults and 2 children. The children's menu was a hot dog without a bun & chips with a fruit juice, they had no other options available - this needs to be re-organised as not all children want to eat a hot dog & chips every night on holiday! the other options available for adults were ok, the food they did offer was very nice and all freshly cooked in front of you. Again they could have offered a wider variety but it was nice.
Joanna from Kent (31 October 2014)

Best holiday day for family's kids loved it
Confirmed Holidaymaker (31 October 2014)

We went end of the year when all the colours are changing so very beautiful, the park is exelent and the bike rides also. Second time we've been with the kids and they want to go again.
Robert from Whitby (31 October 2014)

This was our 2nd trip to duinrell and it was fantastic. Loads to do for adults and children alike. we took our bikes this year and enjoyed cycling along the bike trail to the beach for ice creams.
Germaine from Lymm (31 October 2014)

Great holiday, everything was excellent. Will be back!!!
Clive from Sevenoaks (29 October 2014)

I have four grown boys who always want to come back here every year to the point we booked for next year immediatly after returning home love the park
Richard from New Malden (28 October 2014)

We all had a wonderful time. Accommodation was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Children had a great time in the park and water park. A really relaxing break for all the family.
Ciaran from Grays (28 October 2014)

The park was cramped and had no allocated car park space - there was no free wi-fi as advertised even if you bought drinks at the bar.the water park has too many restrictions to enjoy and the night time lighting is inadequate - overall a poor experience.
Susan (27 October 2014)

Enjoyed going to holland as we went into amsterdam
Ruth from Preston (27 October 2014)

We had a fantastic time
Gary from Suffolk (25 October 2014)

We had a fantastic time. There was something for everyone in the family.
Nicola from Canterbury (25 October 2014)

Great holiday only problem - rain
Regina from Bexleyheath (25 October 2014)

Great time at duinrell as usual. Decided to go for quilt and bedding package this time but wouldn't do it again - quilts were smelly and whilst bedding and towels were clean they were stained.
Elaine from Inverness (25 October 2014)

We had an amazing 6 nights in duinrell. The park is beautifully clean and tidy, and with the theme park on site, there is so much to do. Wassenaar town is lovely with a good selection of restaurants and shops, and the larger town of leiden is only 10 minutes away, another beautiful place to visit. We would thoroughly recommend this location to anyone.
Lesley from Purley (24 October 2014)

Brilliant park and holiday for families with younger children. Cannot get better value for money.
Wayne from Livingston (24 October 2014)

Every thing was great if you enjoy theme parks. the accommodation was great no complaints.
Catriona from West Lothian (24 October 2014)

Great park for younger kids older kids get a bit board. Gteat loacation for the areas in the netherlands this was our second stay here and will be booking for 2015 oct half term .
John from Newton Burgoland (24 October 2014)

Highly recommend. Our 3rd time and will go back again.the park is for all ages not just teenages.
Melanie from Addlestone (23 October 2014)

There were some chairs and blankets missing but that was no problem. We enjoyed our stay anyway!
Marco from Culemborg (21 October 2014)

Fantastic holiday in a brilliant location :)
Anne-Marie from Glasgow (19 October 2014)

Our second time at this camp and another brilliant holiday enjoyed by all the family. The camp is spotless and there's so much to do here. Can't wait to book up for next year!
Lynn from Glasgow (18 October 2014)

Lovely family friendly holiday camp. we have been three times :-)
Susan from Glasgow (17 October 2014)

Very well located park for exploring both amsterdam and den haag very good park facilities only room for improvement is that the accommodation did smell a little musty on arrival we put this down to being late in the year and damp however the general cleanliness of the accommodation was very good, apart from the very dirty kettle, which I can only assume if quite hard to clean. Overall a very good holiday late in the year, will always come back and book again with eurocamp. Great european holidays this was my second eurocamp trip just this year!
Thomas (17 October 2014)

Very good , for family .
Christos (07 October 2014)

It was wonderful
Faisal from Dubai (07 October 2014)

Very good staff accomadation and a nice clean place
Andrew from Holywell (06 October 2014)

Fantastic and booked again for next year whilst there!!
Mark from Bristol (06 October 2014)

As a married couple (no children)this base was chosen for close proximity to places we wanted to visit, amsterdam 30 mins ish, den haag and the hague 15 mins ish, leiden really close, the beach really close, in fact a number of these could be done by bicycle. This is a busy family park which we knew in advance, it did not spoil the holiday at all but you need to expect it being fairly busy all year round, I can only imagine how busy it must be during school holidays? lovely site though and perfect base for exploring. The local town is a 5 min walk and is beautiful for an evening stroll, nice shopping, and meal/beer/coffee out.
Andrew from Launceston (04 October 2014)

Since this camp has changed to all eurocamp the accommodation was not comfortable. The sofa provided was very uncomfortable the beds were also uncomfortable. This will be our last trip to duinrell with eurocamp.
Robert (04 October 2014)

We have been on many eurocamp parks and from security on the gate to the cleaner in the cafe this was the best by far.a small walk into a beautiful town and nearby some fantastic beaches.the take away is well priced and the on site shop is reasonable.
Anthony from Wigan (04 October 2014)

Had a fantastic time, we will be back....
Paul from Dorchester (02 October 2014)

Great value, lots to see and do for the kids, they loved every minute would go back in a minute,
Tracey from Glasgow (30 September 2014)

My holiday was great when we got there we had a few items missing in the kitchen but when told the couriers they were brought round to us . only fault with the accommodation was not much room in the seating area for four adults and cupboard space in the kitchen not very good.
Janet from Immingham (29 September 2014)

Too many dogs fouling if you have a dog they should be kept in accomation not for you to follow behing then far too many students still making noise at midnight
Michael (27 September 2014)

The accommodation was dated and not well maintained, parts of the park were shut off for 4 days whilst they got ready for a private event
Nicola from Rotherham (27 September 2014)

I highly recommend this park , it's had bikes for hire, go karts for kids. Plenty to do . very cheap on site shop an take away. The theme park is free and come an go as u please . the only problem was I am in wheelchair n the entrance to rides were not brilliant for the ride I couldn't get to them. The pool my kids had so much fun.going back in may
Lisa from Newport (23 September 2014)

Fantastic park with all the facilities you could wish for with caring, professional staff.
Martin from Winchester, England (20 September 2014)

Wow what an amazing family holiday!!. can't recommend this holiday parc enough. Loads of things to do that kept my 2 year old entertained at all times. The husband was equality entertained with the pool, amazing slides and flumes much better than the centre parcs holiday we had earlier in the year. The accomodation was just what we needed enough space for us all, only thing i'd say was the internet wasn't great considering you had to pay for it. The local beach was spectacular and we've been to some pretty nice beaches across the world!!!. the little town that was a stroll away was lovely and one of the cleanest places i've been to. So yes we will be returning year after year hopefully!
Annmarie from Colchester (19 September 2014)

Parc was really good but paths were very unevan as a wheelchair user was difficult to get around please could you pave up to accomodation was very muddy after rain
David from Ashford (03 September 2014)

Great family holiday, going back next year again.
Deirdre from Londonderry (07 July 2014)

4th time we've been now and it never fails to entertain the whole family.
Stephen from Barnsley (03 November 2013)

This was the 7th trip I have made to duinrell with my family. I would recommend this park without reservation to any eurocamp customer.
Jonathan from Chelmsford (03 November 2013)

Enjoyed for second time would return
Suzanne from Maidstone (03 November 2013)

When we arrived, we were shown the outside of the accommodation, but soon learnt that the pre-ordered linen pack was not available. a few days in the fridge/freezer stopped working and the very helpful lady came straight around and explained that the switch on the opposite wall turns the fridge off and that we should have been shown that on arrival. all very well and good, but as a result we had spoiled food. when the boiler went out and bulb on separate occasions, the couriers were quick to respond. but it was only when michael 'visited' us that we found out about the facilities, etc which was only a day or so before we were leaving.
Darren from Northampton (02 November 2013)

Nice park, good entertainment and facilities
Jennifer from Sheffield (02 November 2013)

Had a great time, and 2nd time here, but shower pressure very poor (almost unusable really) but overall very good. Should really include pool facilities in price though, or make it clearer up front that you have to pay to use them.
Mark from Rochester (02 November 2013)

Fantastic park for families, theme park fun, accommodation great. The accommodation is in lovely sectioned woodland areas so you never felt the largeness of the site.
Sharon from Burnley (02 November 2013)

Good base. For visiting the hague, leiden and amsterdam. Theme park great for primary age children but teenagers only have waterpark.
Sharon from St Albans (02 November 2013)

This was our fourth visit here and hopefully not the last. it's such a great place for families of all ages to relax and have fun.
Confirmed Holidaymaker (01 November 2013)

This was our 5th time at duinrell. Such a brilliant place, really helpful staff.
Matilda from Essex (01 November 2013)

A wonderful site with great facilities
George from Manchester (01 November 2013)

Loyal eurocamp travellers for the last 7 years, unfortunately no up to their usual standard this time. a memorable holiday but for all the wrong reasons.
Julie from Hertfordshire (01 November 2013)

Great holiday, good value kids love it. . great service from eurocamp reps. . can't fault it
Debbie from Maidstone (01 November 2013)

This is the 7th year that we have been coming to duinrell, and it has never failed to dissapoint us as they have so much going on for all the children which is suitable for the various ages. since we have been coming many of our friends have also decided to join following our recommendations, but please dont tell evryone as we will never get booked in again!!
Royston from Andover (01 November 2013)

Great location and a lovely park. We didn't expect the woodland setting. The town and surrounding area is great. The rides appeal to all ages. Would like better cleaning of the accommodation before we arrived.
Jeanette from Sheffield (31 October 2013)

Excellent as always, fantastic service from on site staff.
Charlotte from Bury (31 October 2013)

Fantastic park...reckon this was 5th visit..this time 6 teens in tow..lovely to cycle in holland and feel safe..went to beach and leiden. swimming pool amazing.biggest indoor pool complex in europe.great hot bread rolls from shop.
Liz from Ashtead (31 October 2013)

Parc very good for the children. Accommodation was very basic and the pool could benefit from being up-dating. all enjoyed our holiday.
Debra from Great Yarmouth (31 October 2013)

Despite the very bad weather we had a great time.
Donald from Maidstone (30 October 2013)

Great theme park - ideal for young children.
Ian from Paris (29 October 2013)

2nd time of going and the parc was just as good, food was great and the staff are very good however we were expecting the pool complex to be included in the price and it wasn't, so each time we went we had to pay 3.5 euro's each for 2.5hrs, quite a bit when there's 4 of you. But all in its a great place to go. Kids will love it but get to the pool early as the queues soon form for the chutes.
Andrew from Cambridge (29 October 2013)

A great short family break. Great facility's and clean modern accommodation.
Ciaran from Grays (29 October 2013)

Excellent area and value for money.
David from Leics (28 October 2013)

Excellent parc. Much busier than previous visits, longer queues for rides and pool.
Lisa from Northwich (27 October 2013)

We went to duinrell in half term 2013. We were nervous about the weather and indeed going to holland rather than a mainstream country for a short break. We had a fantastic time. The park was sensational, the accommodation was the best 2 bed we have ever had in 8 visits to eurocamp or similar. The town of wassenaar was very pleasant, and it was fairly straight forward to get into amsterdam without a car. Excellent and I really would recommend this park to anybody with children (we have 5 children).
Ian from Uoton, Wirral (27 October 2013)

Our 3 rd visit to duinrell . love the peace and fun at the parc and surrounding area. . we stayed in a 3 bed 2 bath . the shower in the double ensuite was fine but the one for the twin room was rubbish .reported but not sorted on 3 occasions . not easy to shower 6 people in one shower daily . we also ran out of water one day and told it would be sorted next day ??? we insisted on today as cannot use toilets or shower without water . .
Caroline from Macclesfield (26 October 2013)

We were a little disappointed that some of the rides were not working but we had a great holiday overall the parc the staff and the weather was as we wanted it. I was also annoyed that on arrival the security men made us park our vehicle in a car park far away from reception and we were expected to then walk all the way back in the pouring rain, where as last year we were allowed to park outside the reception. By the time we arrived at our accomodation we were cold and very very wet.
Paul (26 October 2013)

I wasnt sure what to expect, it was so cheap. But when we arrived, there was free parking, we could check in early and eventhough we only had 1 night on the park, we were able to use all the thenepark facilities for 2 days. Even got heavily reduced tickets to the great swimmingpool. Fab value for money, excellent customer service. Definitely worthwhile
Hilly from London (26 October 2013)

We travelled with our children and my mother and the great on site facilities combined with the charming town of wassenaar made a perfect holiday.
Carleen (26 October 2013)

Quite possibly the best holiday! this is our fourth visit to duinrell and we honestly love it. The parc is excellent and has something for every age.the accommodation is faultless and the staff are really laid back. The site is situated close to so many attractions and a short stroll takes you to the beach. See you again next year!
