Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and everything we needed and more was available on site
Gillian from Bourne (05 September 2015)

Found it difficult to find my caravan took me and children a while so they couldn't go off by themselves but overall fab hols .
Julie (01 September 2015)

The parc was great. Disappointed in the cleanliness of the van when we arrived and the lack of storage space, there isn't any!!. I have a family of 4 and we didnt have enough space to store clothes so not sure how 7 would manage
Peter (31 August 2015)

We had a really wonderful holiday. The couriers, pam and john were lovely and very friendly. The parc was a bit large crowded for us, especially the pool which was packed at times and felt a bit overwhelming for small children. Lovely staff in the bar/ shops etc and overall we had a great time.
Emma from Kent (31 August 2015)

Perfect break for a young family coupled to fantastic couriers.
Andrew from Bristol (30 August 2015)

Good location close to nice sandy beach. Good pool complex, however it does get crowded due to water aerobics taken place in the lazy river & at least one pool every day was closed for 2 hours due to human pollution of the pool. There is a lidl & a carrflour supermarket 2 miles away which is handy as the prices in the on-site shop are too dear !
Martin from Southend On Sea (28 August 2015)

The parc has many pluses, the pool era and restaurants were good. However entertainment was not up to the standard of other sites, it was probably too large to be comfortable in august and the farm was expensive for very little to see. The wine shop was cheap and a bonus for wine lovers. Mosquitos were an issue, my wife had 26 bites in the first week and both os us were jeans and long sleeves to counteract this. Not what you want on a south of france holiday. Valras plage is also a poor resort and does not compare with argeles for instance. The van and couriers were good. Having mature couriers made a change from the usual student types. Pity they are leaving your employment. Need to ask why this is.
John from Bingham (28 August 2015)

This is a huge campsite so very busy. The plus side meant the facilities were really good meaning you didn't need to leave the campsite. Two of the pools were too deep to stand in. Couriers were amazing, the best we've experienced and site staff were helpful. The play ground facilities dint match the sdize of site and were aimed at young children. We flew but concluded we missed our car so would not fly again.
Thomas from Bath (26 August 2015)

Close to airport and a long, beautiful, unspoilt beach. A short ride away from town with plenty of good shops and restaurants. Lots to do and see in area and good facilities on park itself. Very we stocked shop, excellent selection of fresh fruit and vegetables, as we as a daily fresh fish stall.
Lesley from Barry, Wales (23 August 2015)

A fabulous holiday for our family. We chose the parc because of its proximity to historical sites and vineyards, and because of the plentiful activities for our children. Our kids enjoyed the adventure course and pools and the freedom of being able walk and cycle around on their own - which left some time for mum and dad to sample (and buy) the local wine ! would go back tomorrow !
Mark from Leicester (22 August 2015)

Fantastic family holiday. We were so pleased with the service we got. The staff at the pool and around the site were so professional and polite. Excellent .
Bridget from Stanstead Abbotts (07 August 2015)

Great holiday, park very busy but expected that. Pam and john, the couriers, were excellent and very informative.
Melanie (31 July 2015)

A good parc with plenty to do easy access to beach and great night life, safe and secure for kids to wander.
Confirmed Holidaymaker (27 July 2015)

Good family holiday. Pool area very clean
Lynne from Dumfries (15 July 2015)

First time on this type of holiday and we enjoyed it thoroughly. We have 3 children and the pool facilities were excellent. The weather was fantastic too which obviously helped too. It wasn't too busy which we liked. Definitely would like to go on another holiday like this again.
Fionnuala from N.Ireland (14 July 2015)

Had a great holiday in domain de la hole, part fantastic with entertainment every night, walking distance to beach and nearest town valras plage with a large selection of restaurants and shops!had a nice harbour with large market on a weekend.visited many towns in local area and enjoyed all(narbonne, bezier and montpelier) lots of history and plenty to see and do,only one negative was insect bites which plagued us all week, but on the whole a great holiday and will be returning next year!!!
Steve from Bristol (29 June 2015)

Nice site with a lovely pool. Location is a little isolated, no much within walking distance especially with young children.
Darren from Bristol (24 June 2015)

This was our fourth visit to france with eurocamp and once again we couldn't fault the reps (john and pam) who offered us wine and ice pops for the kids on arrival after a very long drive on a hot day which was most welcoming. We weren't happy with the site of our caravan as the site is massive but we were moved straight away with no problem at all to a pitch we had spotted (we were lucky as it was off season) the site is big and we were glad not to be there in high season as we'd have had a tent right next to us but luckily due to it being off peak it never happened. The site is well managed and pools were spotless with great lifeguards. . the area itself is good for first timers to the south as its a good run from the uk (we stopped off overnight at loire) and has some beautiful towns surrounding it such as montpellier a short drive away. . restaurants on site not that great, the takeout was a total rip off and worst food i've ever had but we didn't have the speciality which was pizza so..even so 4o euros for a few paninis that had hardly any filling..avoid!. . the skywalk place they have on site was fab! my ten and nine year old loved it, it was 8 euros for the afternoon and well worth it, managed very well and a little gem on site. . bakery onsite excellent as was the entertainment. . great weather too for mid june. . on the whole I would recommend just maybe not high season when the pool would be packed and noise at a premium!
Confirmed Holidaymaker (20 June 2015)

Fantastic holiday park for families with young children. The pool, play park, games area , farm & bikes all huge hit with our 2 & 4 year old.
Lisa from Bristol (15 June 2015)

We had a wonderful time. Lovely feel to the site and well looked after by eurocsmp staff.
Melanie from Wookey Hole (08 June 2015)

Great park with excellent couriers - near beach and lovely inland places to visit.
Thelma from Newcastle Upon Tyne (07 June 2015)

The welcome from pam and john our reps was very warm. the accommodation was pristine. The park was lovely and relatively quiet (first week of june). convenient for sight seeing in the wider region but with all amenities. only slight negative for me was pool not opening until 10am as I wanted to do some lane swimming before crowds arrived.
Emma (06 June 2015)

Just spent a week here had a fab holiday our 9 year old daughter loved it never out the pool very clean and well run park our camp host john and pam where brilliant look after us well
Lorraine from Kilwinning (03 June 2015)

The holiday was fantastic. The parc was really well managed, clean and very friendly. We were told in peak seaon there can be up to 5000 so it could be busy in the water park but seriously its a fantastic place. . our unit didnt have aircon, it was late may so not a real problem but in height of summer it may be something to consider. . each night there was a varied amount of entertainment ranging from oktoberfest, live music, mime artist and karaoke. The best thing is, back at your caravan you are not disturbed by the noise and the camp has a strict no loud noise after 11 policy. . .
Michael from Swindon (31 May 2015)

Really great parc in super location, beautiful area of france. We had a lovely holiday in gorgeous weather.
Clare from Skipton (30 May 2015)

Fantastic holiday in every way from start to finish including all the staff especially euro camps pam and john they were fantastic will definantly be returning asap
Adam from Wakefield (23 May 2015)

Lovely relaxed holiday, with excellent weather. brilliant facilities, our children (18 months and 3 years) loved the pools. good facilities and found everyone to be friendly and helpful.
Dawn from Devon (07 September 2014)

We especially would like to thank pam and john for being so helpful friendly and who made our holiday brilliant experience!it was our first time that we tried camping holiday and we will continue to do so for sure.parc was great and had great facillities (especially pools) for toddlers. Beach just a short walk away which was an advantage as well.
Weronika from Swindon (06 September 2014)

Camp does get very busy during august, quite a different pace after the schools went back. Lots to do, and a great stroll to the beach.
Trudi (06 September 2014)

Really enjoyed the holiday. The parc itself was very nice and the entertainment outstanding. The on-site vineyard/wineshop was tremendous and great value for money. If I had any issue at all, and I am being picky here is that some of the static caravans are very close together. We were fortunate to have good neighbours but if any had been boistrous it would have been off putting. The couriers were very courteous and helpful and there was plenty for both adults and children to do to keep themselves occupied. The camp was very family friendly and whilst lively in an evening with kids disco and cabarets, the 11.30pm noise curfew was impeccably observed meaning a good nights sleep was had. The surrounding towns of valras plage, beziers and carcassonne were well worth a visit also. The animation teams worked hard around the parc and the pool activities were fun (to watch)
Ian (05 September 2014)

The couriers were superb. Absolutely faultless and incredibly welcoming. . the park was fine and the overall impression was ok; however, we felt that the water-park aspect was oversold in the brochure and that the facilities were not commensurate with the size of the park. . . the accommodation was fine - albeit dated and basic. It was very clean on arrival.
Gareth from London (05 September 2014)

Amazing family holiday. Well set out camp with very friendly staff. For our young ones great choice of beach or pool and cakes plate only a short trip away. Lots of choice w. While still very relaxing for mum and
David (04 September 2014)

This holiday was excellent from the moment we arrived. The couriers met us and we're very helpful and friendly. They showed us to are caravan and explained everything to us. The accommodation was very clean and had all we needed. The holiday went really well no problems weather hot and our couriers were there when you needed them but not in our faces. We booked to go back next year on our fourth day of holiday. Say no more thank you
Rachel from Grantham (02 September 2014)

The real win here is close proximity to the beach. also a good swimming pool area, shop and wine cellar on campus were very convenient. But the overall efforts made by the park for e.g. Childrens entertainment were poor, evening events hard to see unless you got there very early. And it was very crowded.
Andy from Manchester (31 August 2014)

We couldn't have aske for anymore help it information from our couriers, pam& john. Thank you xx
Kim from Buckinghamshire (31 August 2014)

Pitch size was far to small, compared to other sites we have visited. Pam and john where the best couriers we have every had and the mobile home was spotless
Wendy from London (30 August 2014)

Huge very very cramped park. Caravans all so close to each other there was no privacy at all. Woken every morning by the 3 small children sleeping 2foot from our heads in their tent right behind our caravan. Site clean but full of some rather scary looking individuals! very butlins like entertainment offered. Sea was a 20 minute walk not quite direct access. Beach packed, great if you like strangers practically on your beach towel. Local town was horrible full of bingo, arcades fast food and no really good restaurants. I would never go back to this resort or recommend it to anyone.
Confirmed Holidaymaker (29 August 2014)

The holiday was superb and we are planning to go back next year
Peter from Worcester (28 August 2014)

After a very long tiring drive we were greeted by pam and john who were great. They made us feel very welcome and were very informative about the area, where to eat, where to shop etc. The mobile home was immaculate. Everything worked, was clean and matched and to top it off we had everything we needed, nothing worse than 4 of you going on holiday only to find you only have enough cutlery for 3 people!. the site was lovely and clean, and had everything we needed. There were lots of activities for everyone to do throughout the day although we never took part in any. The restaurant was reasonable and staff helpful. The beach was great, clean, safe and only 10 mins walk away. The main town was lovely but a little bit far to walk however there was a train that ran from the camp to the town all day, every day. Having 2 older children wifi was a must. The connectivity was brilliant. Our mobile home was at the back of the park but we still got wifi constantly without many disconnections. The cost per hour or day is quite expensive but if you buy 7 days its much more reasonable. We thoroughly enjoyed our first driving and camping holiday in france and will be going again next year. We did look at trying another camp in the area but decided this camp had far too many positives not to return.
Michael from Northamptonshire (28 August 2014)

Super holiday. The pools were a little small for the size of the camp, but the life guards tried their best to make sure the beds were shared out the best they could. Pam and john were very welcoming and knowledgeable. Beziers is a nice town with a great shopping centre. good local facilities and a lovely beach too.
Kevin from Grimsby (20 August 2014)

Interesting region, good site.
Raymond from Westcliff-On-Sea (18 August 2014)

Parc is a great family parc, we flew into montpellier and then arranged a private transfer which was fine. But we was very isolated at the parc without a car, so I would recommend driving or hiring a car. Entertainment good, bakery superb and then fishmonger who brings and sells fresh fish each night was amazing, a bit expensive but still superb.
Rachel from Birmingham (13 August 2014)

Great location near so many interesting places and beaches. Friendly campsite with good facilities although pool area a little bit cramped.
Rachel from London (03 August 2014)

Nice location, lovely park with good facilities. the best thing was the eurocamp couriers, they were simply outstanding and couldn't do enough for us. Would visit again and highly recommend.
Sarah from Leeds (31 July 2014)

John and pam our couriers for eurocamp were outstanding. they made my family feel so welcome, they were helpful and considerate. without john and pam the camp just wouldn't be the same, they are a true reflection on what couriers should be. thank you so much for making our holiday, we all love you!
Shane from Valras Plage, Domain La Yole, France (31 July 2014)

Great holiday, kind and thoughtful couriers with excellent facilities. Would go again
Confirmed Holidaymaker (23 July 2014)

Great break - fantastic parc with great facilities and friendly staff. only complaint was the quality of the beds, which could have been more comfortable. Pam & john, the two eurocamp couriers were fantastic!
Peter from Linlithgowe (23 July 2014)

Fabulous holiday in a lovely area. Weather great, facilities great particularly the evening entertainment.
Lorraine from Glasgow (23 July 2014)

Overall park was ok, but areas could be improved such as playpark for kids expanded / modernised, crazy golf was poor, and the rocket launch bungee didn't appear to be open. the pool area was clean, one small pool was closed for our entire stay, the pool didn't hold the olds interest as it has in the past; the slides were poor and sore (the joints on the three lane one were level so bumpy and sore), the wavy one was very slow, lazy river was ok but wasn't the cleanest area, other pools seemed cleaner. the paths to/from main area were busy with cars and a walkway would be a great asset to the park. the free craft classes were great however and my son and I attended two or three staff there were wonderful. The shops on site were well stocked, clean, staff were pleasant and bakery was fab. we were fortunate that our situation was on a double wide road so our pitch felt spaces, when walking about the other roads felt very busy and folk on top of each other. the accommodation was fine, clean on arrival and adequate for the stay however the dirt/sand around the van being trailed in daily drove us mad .. a doormat would help! this is a minor issue and a personal gripe; overall good parc and holiday.
Gail from Crawford (21 July 2014)

We had a great holiday in july 2014. Met a lot of friendly and interesting people, weather was great most of the time, the location was beautiful, the coastline is simply stunning, and there was lots to do for our kids.
Richard from Lochgelly (16 July 2014)

First ever time we have been on a holiday with eurocamp, had an amazing time. Defo do another! pam and john our reps were so helpful
Vickie from Caithness North Scotland (16 July 2014)

Loved this park and the whole area, beautiful beach and very clean and family friendly
Lindsey from Kilsyth (16 July 2014)

We always enjoy our holidays with eurocamp absolutely brilliant, everything you need is no problem to them, the mobile home we stayed in was perfect, looking to go to italy next year with eurocamp. Cos we know there will be no problems xxx. not to forget the eurocamp reps this year pam and john they are so dedicated to there jobs, and so friendly and helpfull, I feel we have made two new friends for life ....
Dee from Grays Essex (15 July 2014)

Excellent
Geoff (04 July 2014)

Great facilities on site although it is very large. the pool complex was good but the parc was not that busy - I would worry how crazy it might be in high season. our little one liked the farm and the restaurant by the farm is very nice. we loved the wine on tap! the main gripe we had is that the accommodation was not on a very big plot and most of the eurocamp plots seem to be next to a double road - so the aspect was pretty poor. we went to the site at vias plage before this one and that was considerably greener and more attractive with plants, flowers etc
Karl (30 June 2014)

Excellent
Kathleen from Wigan (29 June 2014)

Great site, facilities excellent. Pool great for young children. Bakery and on-site wine shop both highly recommended. Only slight downside is that there is no direct beach access but only a short walk away. Wifi also pricey and unreliable.
Amy from Newcastle (29 June 2014)

Goldfish bowl pitch; avoid 7064 at all costs. Otherwise an excellent holiday helped by the very efficient couriers.
John from Sutton Coldfield (29 June 2014)

We stayed on two sites and on both occasions found both the accommodation and couriers to be excellent.nothing was too much trouble.
Barry from Bexhill On Sea (28 June 2014)

The facilities at this camp are very good - especially if you have young children. however, be aware that the bar, restaurant, shops and entertainments all close down for the afternoon! if you arrive at 3pm you will not be able to buy a drink or get any food until everything opens again. with this level of customer service and the frequency of the transport strikes the french don't deserve any visitors.
James from Rotherham (26 June 2014)

We really enjoyed this short break and found the site had everything that we could want. the couriers pam and john high to be highly recommended with their professional and friendly approach. we found the homes a little close together but that is the case on most sites nowadays. really can't fault the place and would certainly return.
Kathleen (20 June 2014)

Fantastic holiday! we were a mixed group from 2 year old to grandparents and we all had a great time. we found everything we needed on site and more. Pam and john deserve more than a10 score and went out of their way to be helpful. the cart was much appreciated for transporting little legs and buckets and spades.
Chris from Leicester (16 June 2014)

Very relaxing, everything to hand on the parc. mid-june so a lot quieter than in july/august.
Lindsey from Bristol (16 June 2014)

The couriers were exceptionally good in there duties and very friendly and efficient, the problem was booking in on site was not a good experience,we arrived at site and went to the site reception only to be told that the site reception was not the eurocamp entrance.a man outside stated that the eurocamp reception was in a group of tents inside the parc and that I would have to park the car and walk into the parc to the area of the tent reception area,he said I could park my car over there and pointed in the direction of the tents(i was unable to park my car in the carpark adjacent to the site reception office due to the barriers being down)and said that was the entrance to the park for eurocamp and other companies,i drove my car thro a small gap in the reservation between what I had been told was the 2 entrances into the camp to be met by an idiot blowing a whistle and violently gesticulating that I was doing something wrong,. this is not the way to be greeted and I was very angry that I was being spoken to like this person was acting, after parking the car on the side of the road I made my way on foot to the area of the eurocamp office where I explained what had happened, pam and john were upset that I had been treated so badly and apologised on behalf of your company that this had happened, while I was booking in the man who had told me where the office was came over and said the person with the whistle was having a bad day,. after driving 700 miles to reach the site I did not find in very amusing to be met by a person having a bad day. The whole episode was wrong when entering the site, the site reception office should take responsibility of contacting the eurocamp reps not saying that there reception is nothing to do with the booking in of your guests, surely a communication system between the site reception and your reception office can be initiated to make the initial entry to a holiday a more pleasant experience
Peter from Sleaford U/K (16 June 2014)

Great holiday, lovely couriers, on the whole good entertainment. went just out of season, weather brilliant but not too busy or quiet. Ideal first family holiday. Can't wait to go again when my little girl is a little older.
Jennifer from Manchester (12 June 2014)

Fantastic resort and location. Lovely beach within walking distance.
Jane from Hertfordshire (10 June 2014)

Our family had a great holiday at la yole.
Roderick from Scotland (04 June 2014)

A fantastic park with great facilities, friendly and helpful staff. Plenty for the young ones to do and you're only a stones throw from the beach.
Ben from Northampton (03 June 2014)

We had a lovey stay at domaine de la yole. Parc was clean. Had enough to do.
Moira from Weston Super Mare (31 May 2014)

We had a really great holiday - super parc and fantastic mobile.the pools and beaches were brilliant. The weather was great and we wish we were still there!!
Petrina from Shropshire (31 May 2014)

Parc was very clean & well kept,. pam & john keycamp reps excellent very pleasant people a credit to the company !!. accommodation needs more seating in lounge !!. all in all cant wait to go back!!
Paul from Walsall (08 September 2013)

Our first holiday abroad as a family ... a14 yr old, 12 yr old & 2 yr old. All of us had an amazing holiday. No squabbling or tantrums just lots of sunshine and loads of fun. The children went on a downer as we neared departure... straight home to book same park for 2014.. may consider 3 wks with car hire as area needs to be explored.
Sandra from Devon (08 September 2013)

Very good overall I will use it again and very helpful key camp staff.
Rafik (06 September 2013)

Couriers very he!lpful kept in touch by text on arrival and met us at gates. Forgot our essentials pack on first night but otherwise superb! keycamp should be aware that there are few taxis at beziers airport and we feel we should have been advised to hire a car as the site is some way from tourist attractions and there are no organised trips. but overall would definitely recommend!!
Rosemary from St Neots (03 September 2013)

Fantastic holiday, france is a beautiful place
Emma from South Wales (01 September 2013)

An excellent park for families; with plenty to occupy the children, and close to the beach.
Sheila from Ash Vale (31 August 2013)

Park to big and over crowded unable to get to have a swim no room. Couriers pam & john were exerlent very friedly and helpful. Camp shood be quiet after 10.30 no chance. Near our mobile home their was load talking until 2.30 -3.0clock in morning no security to tell them to be quiet. So overall not to happy
Ken (25 August 2013)

We had the most fantastic holiday with keycamp at valras page. We didn't want to go home and we can't wait to go back.
Kerry (20 August 2013)

We generally had a good time at the park but there were a few things that could have been better:.
Jo from Hayle (20 August 2013)

Great holiday
Ben from Brighton (17 August 2013)

A busy and lively parc that was good for the teenage children
Steve from Rayleigh (16 August 2013)

Fantastic, everything went great. Couriers were absolutely brilliant. Very helpfull and knew the area well. I'd change my value for money rating if you gave me a free holiday there next year
Gary from Nottingham (14 August 2013)

Our whole family really enjoyed our holiday and we would recommend going. Hiring bikes is great fun and the beach is fantastic.
Spencer from Bristol (14 August 2013)

Fabulous holiday. Strongly recommend the parc, and the hospitality of the couriers, john and pam.
Andrew from New Milton (13 August 2013)

Facilities are second to none. loads for the kids to do. night entertainment was very poor compared to last year.
Matt from Sheffield (12 August 2013)

The area where the holidays trailers/homes were location was not well kept and run down. The key camp locations were in a bad formation so with we were right beside our neighbours trailer and it was difficult to get any privacy. Also there was no way to meet other key campers.
Linda from Ascot (11 August 2013)

We chose park for proximity to beach, kids club and amenities. :-) . disappointed that kids club on parc targets dutch and french children predominantly and that staff in swim pool care more about swim attire than safety. . caravans could be improved by having a safe installed in them. would have been nice if couriers organised an "informal drinks meet up" at campsite bar on one eve per week - it was hard to meet other families due to lay out of caravans. a list of local market days and campsite entertainment could be more useful in the caravan than up at keycamp reception. equipment in caravan perfect - maybe a bread basket would be handy for the future!
Rachel (10 August 2013)

Overall a lovely family holiday. Nearby beaches fantastic.
Barbara from Tooting,London (04 August 2013)

Great facilities especially the night time entertainment. Air con would be beneficial in the caravans. The couriers were very nice.
Sally from Huddersfield (24 Jul 2013)

We stayed at the campsite for two weeks. Although we hired a car, we didn't use it as there was so much in the park to keep our noys entertained. Laundry facilities were great and the winery sold lovely wines at exceptionally reasonable prices. There is a lidl in valras plage and it was by far the cheapest place to food shop. Within the site itself, bar prices were expensive - €8 for a cocktail for example. Pam and john, the keycamp reps couldn't have been more helpful. A great holiday was had by one and all. This was the first time we had tried this type of holiday and much preferred it to your usual package deal.
Barbara from Paisley (17 Jul 2013)

Fantastic holiday was had by all. brilliant facilities on site ranging from the shops to entertainment for children and swimming pools. would definately recommend this site and would go back.
Teresa from Cambridge (14 Jul 2013)

Have been to la yole before so happy with park but disappointed with how the keycamp accommodation has deteriorated. They are now one of the poorest on the park as all the other companies have new facilities.
Customer 92 from Cv37 7Dh (06 Jul 2013)

We really enjoyed the relaxed friendly atmosphere at domaine yole
Thomas (01 Jul 2013)

If you love the fresh air, the sea and the whole french camping thing - how can you not enjoy this holiday. great campsite in a lovely location, close to a sandy beach. the campsite sell their own vineyard's wine, have a lovely bakery and shops. good supermarkets are close by. everything you could want from a camping holiday.
Mandy from Coulsdon (29 Jun 2013)

One of our best keycamp holidays.
Trevor from Northampton (29 Jun 2013)

Just returned from 14 days at this parc, we had an amazing time. Our children aging 7, 4 & 2 did not want to come home. You have all the facilities you could wish for on site and with the beach only a 5-10 minute walk there is no need to hire a car, unless of course you want to go sightseeing, we would never have able to get our 3 out of the pool complex for us to do any of that. The children's club was great, the bakery to die for and the whole site is exceptionally clean. Being our first time on a caravan holiday I was very unsure what to expect, but I need not have worried, and can say that this will be our holidays for years to come. Our keycamp couriers pam and john were exceptional, didn't see them everyday but they would pop by to see if everything was ok, were available on the telephone should we need them, and they had cleaned our caravan to a 5 star standard, very friendly yet utterly professional. Our thanks go out to all the staff on the parc and also pam and john, for making our stay so enjoyable and stress free. Will definateley be booking again with keycamp for 2014. Many thanks tracey

A lovely parc, perfect for families with kids. A bit tricky doing the pool experience with a baby with no buggy allowed in the pools complex, but otherwise an amazing holiday was had by us all. The accommodation was perfect, close to the centre of the parc with its shops & playground. Local supermarkets only a few minutes up the road (we recommend lidl at serignan). the only downside was a noisy group of brits (not from keycamp) having a loud, drunken party one night, but the dutch holidaymakers soon put them straight. . the camp wine shop is a definite perk, cheap refills of decent quality wine saves paying the full price for wine in the bar, and is definitely the perfect accompaniment to the bbq's in the evening. . the couriers were lovely, stopping regularly to make sure all was well and solving any problems straight away (our smoke alarm was going off every 10 minutes and it was replaced while we were shopping). very approachable and helpful.

Our first keycamp experience, and first overseas family holiday with our 1 and 4 year old children. We were very impressed with the parc; excellent faciities (just perfect for kids), nicely landcsaped, clean, close to the beach. We were particularly taken by the atmosphere and camaraderie around the camp with other like-mided families from countries all over europe. A real campus, community feel, children and adults mixing and making friends, just lovely. We would certainly come again and recommend to others
Richard from London (15 Jun 2013)

Super in all respects except staff of campsite. Lifeguards rude and aggressive .

Nice parc with great bakery and wine shop. Pool area is nice but in june the water was pretty freezing - could do with one of the pools being heated. There are some excessive rules about men and boys only being allowed to wear old fashioned swimming trunks. Heard from others that in august the parc is extremely busy and there is no room to sit down by the pool.
Katie from Stockport (09 Jun 2013)

Fantastic park. Perfect for families. Weather was awful but holiday was still enjoyable. Really disappointed that our 2 bed mobile was dated when the family we travelled with had a modern 3 bed mobile. I would have thought that all mobiles would have been updated by now. Very uncomfortable and cramped.
Mr Loizou from Sidcup (02 Jun 2013)

The parc's facilities are excellent for families. The only downsides were that the pools were too cold, and there weren't enough umbrella's for shade. Also the adventure parc is closed for 2013. I can imagine that it is very busy during high summer. The caravan was not suitable for a toddler, as there were 2 sharp edged metal steps up to it. The deck was not enclosed, so children could not be contained unless the caravan doors were closed. The toilet blocked and flooded. The electricity fused several times a day, and cut out at night leaving us with no heating. I strongly recommend azimut adveture parc in portiragnes as an activity for ages 4 up.

Overall experience with keycamp was good, only real let down was the weather which is beyond anyone's control and quite a walk to the centre of town with a 3 year old in tow, pleasant enough if you walk along the beach but quite a trek back through the streets. couriers pam and john were great, very friendly and helpful. felt quite bad as didn't leave some sort of tip but was unsure what the procedure is. downside of the parc being the opening hours of the campsite shop but perhaps this was because we were there at the start of the season.
