Cysela is a resort that we have been to before (6 or 7 times over the last 25 years and it continues to be an excellent resort, well organised and great facilities, with lots to do on campus and in the near vicinity.see
Paul from Slimbridge (03 September 2015)

Great holiday
John from Farnborough (02 September 2015)

Accomadation had relocated to back of park. Accomadation was dirty and dated. Otherwise site was great and had a great holiday.
Rick from Manchester. (31 August 2015)

Had a lovely holiday, site is big and eurocamp placements in furthest corner which did mean a walk to the main facilities but not really a problem unless you have little legs! caravans are crammed in a little which makes parking tight. location not to bad, free bus to beach handy and easy to reach supermarkets and other areas.
Tracy from North London (30 August 2015)

We had a great holiday. have been to this park many times and are happy with it.
Zoe from Manchester (30 August 2015)

Nice park. Shame about eurocamp accommodation being furthest away from everything and also not quite as well maintained as others offered by other companies. Would return but maybe book with a different company to get the best accommodation.
Russell from Dover (30 August 2015)

The caravan was terrible, it is old and needs replacing. Eurocamp moved to another part of the campsite without informing us, the only bonus was a canopy on the decking as it is very exposed there.
Claire from Seaford (25 August 2015)

Cypsela was one of the best parks we've ever stayed in, but the eurocamp accommodation was poor. The mobile home was not very clean, and there were a number of individual problems I brought up with customer services during the holiday. Generally these homes are shabby, faded and of poor quality compared to other properties in the park. They urgently need an upgrade and we won't be booking with eurocamp again until they do!
Thomas (24 August 2015)

The parc has excellent facilities and is kept very clean. Lovely local area with nice places to visit.
Louise from Reading (13 August 2015)

My family and I have been going to cypsela for 20years of which we have enjoyed the site, on this occasion we were greeted by excelent polite couriers steve, janet ,andrew, john, amy always friendly customer focused staff. I have read some of the reviews of people and find it very hard to believe the that they found the couriers unhelpful and lacking in care because this is far from the truth . the accommodation was immaculate and well presented but my gripe is with the positioning of the mobiles which have now been moved to the very bottom of the site. I don`t hold eurocamp rsponsible for this as I understand they have had no choice, but hold cypsela fully responsible for the repositioning of the mobiles. I have the feeling that cypsela want there own mobiles at the top of the site ,and the remaining companies to be shifted to the bottom of the site with less room and facilties, and for me this is unacceptable and that is why this is my last year with cypsela and they can run it how they want.
Martyn from Burton On Trent (13 August 2015)

Good value for money.
Roy from London (13 August 2015)

The site had everything you might need and while we only stayed for 3 nights we all agreed you could easily stay for a full 2 weeks. With 3 kids aged from 4 - 14 the pool was perfect and we spent most of our time there. Pals just up the road was lovely for a few shops and a drink in a cafe. . if you go to the bakery in the morning give yourself plenty of time and don't the kids as very busy..
Iain from London (12 August 2015)

A good holiday generally.
David from London (09 August 2015)

Eurocamp couriers were hard to find and when I had an issue with a late arrival back at the camp, after a trip to barcelona, they were no help at all. The camp is very busy, as a result the pool was always overcrowded and clearly too small for the size of the camp. . the accommodation was eurocamp's usual high standard and we had no issues with this.
Glynnan from Barnham (30 July 2015)

We chose to come back to cypsela with eurocamp since we had been a few years back. The parc itself is lovely and has everything except a decent restaurant. Sadly the location of the eurocamp caravans had moved from just next to the reception to the furthest point away that you could find in the entire camping. This meant we had to walk 1 km one way just to get to the amenities. Hence going back and forth was a bit of a chore, particularly for the young members of the family. On top of that, the caravans were very dirty and worn out. When I complained to the courier showing us the place I was handed some cleaning products to do the cleaning myself. To give you and idea, the cupboards were full of dust and gravel, the floors full of large black "filth" spots that disappeared when I cleaned them. Not sure what sort of cleanliness levels to expect but we have stayed many times with eurocamp but this will probably be the last. More examples of was that there was plenty of litter in the "garden" area right next to the porch including ice cream wrapping, plastic bags etc. It'd particularly disappointing since this is probably the time in many years that we paid over the odds for the caravan with eurocamp due to a late booking. Not great in other words..
Mariell from Stockholm (27 July 2015)

Great campsite but eurocamp was so disappointing. this was our sixth time at cypsela with keycamp / eurocamp. The eurocamp mobiles are now positioned as far from the main gate, shop and pool complex as it is possible to get. the sandaya entertainment provided for kids has deteriorated since 2014. the sports area is not manned during the day ( unlike 2014) so my kids did not use it. the wifi in g block was poor.
John from Belfast (18 July 2015)

Accomodation terrible. Dirty, shabby and very run down. Badly located.
Maura from Belfast (15 July 2015)

Great parc. Very disappointed in our eurocamp pitch. While the mobile itself was good (just not clean) the surrounding area was a danger zone were our 2 young children could not play on due to pipes sticking out of the ground, piles of rubble and generally a health hazard site.
Orla (15 July 2015)

Lovely site, spotlessly clean and very organised. Pretty villages to explore. Bus to beach was useful. Eurocamp pitches were too far from park amenities so all trips to shop, pool, reception had to be carefully considered! quiet corner which is the trade off I guess! very friendly clientele so great atmosphere. I would highly recommend.
Sally from Scotland (14 July 2015)

Reported a broken door lock to rep who came around ro try and fix,,, needed a part and said he would be back the next day .. never appeared again!. having been a keycamp customer for 7 years albeit we havent been for 6/7/ years we were used to the rep popping around to our van to see if we were ok etc .. no vivts this time
Alison (12 July 2015)

Overall we had a lovely time .
Alison from Oxford (12 July 2015)

Cysela resort was great, however, we were disappointed with eurocamp at cysela.
Catherine from Edinburgh (07 July 2015)

I have stayed on the parc several times before with both canvas holidays and keycamp! the accomodation was the worst ever! the classic 2 bed 2 bath plus, what was the plus? caravan was old and wore and was more of a minus! caravan was poorly cleaned and has items missing
Jackie from Omagh (07 July 2015)

Fantastic weather, best ever in pals over 11 summers in a beautiful part of catalunya made the holiday. somewhat marred by a/ poor location of eurocamp pitches, worst on parc with little shade, 10 minute walk to shop. 2/ upsetting experience with courier on arrival .
Stephen from Warrington (02 July 2015)

Generally very good
Derek from Southampton (30 June 2015)

Love everything about cypsela which is why we have continued to return here repeatedly since 1991.
Barbara from Aberdeen (27 June 2015)

A lovely campsite but the eurocamp pitch was poor compared to others so one felt one was the poor relation being with eurocamp.
Peter from Castleside (25 June 2015)

Great holiday cypsela lovely place took our 1 year old grandaughter with us she loved it the park is very secure checking bands and cars upon entry restaurant very good food and value will deff be going back in 2016 couriers were realy helpful thanks john and janet not sure of the other two,s names see you in 2016 paul julie enya
Julie from Port Talbot (10 June 2015)

We have stayed on this park many times, over many years and it is a lovely site. This year when we arrived we found the mobiles had been moved to the very back of the site (they had always been positioned at the front!) the area of the site was very poor compared to the rest of the park. The van was poorly equiped with approx 15 items missing from the inventory! the pitches were small. The vans were not properly maintained and the staff were unhelpful and unprofessional. We had booked a 19 night holiday and stayed for only 2 nights after which we transferred to canvas holidays.
Terence from Yeovil Somerset (08 June 2015)

Brilliant holiday. Brilliant park. Super lovely, helpful couriers..thanks to john, andrew, jan & steve. They made our stay a very welcome one
Claire (06 June 2015)

Fantastic site, but eurocamp not providing usual quality. Caravans becoming old and not well maintained. now resited 15 minute walk away from the pool and other facilities, much more crammed in, can feel very overlooked.
E V from Manchester (04 June 2015)

Fantastic holiday, had a really lovely time and was great value for money. The site was exceptional and five star quality. Toilets and shower blocks were spotless and the decor and smell of flowers was beautiful. The pool was the cleanest I have ever seen, with life guards working 9 til 9 each day. All staff were polite and helpful. From the shop staff to the security staff. Our couriers went above and beyond to ensure we had a great holiday and were always happy to say hello 100 times a day to our 2 and 4 year old boys!!! this i'm sure was very tedious at times but they never made me feel it was too much trouble to speak to them. I am back on the internet tonight whilst writing this review to book again for next year, can't wait to see you all again and thank you so much for giving us such a happy and memorable holiday.
Adam from West Midlands, England (31 May 2015)

Best holiday we have ever had!
Tim from Ely, Cambs (30 May 2015)

Although we went out of high season there was enough to do for the week. We always felt safe and children were able to run about quite happily.
Pauline from Manchester (30 May 2015)

Loved it
Gordon (14 September 2014)

Had a fantastic few days. :-)
Christopher from Staffordshire (10 September 2014)

Have stayed at cypsela many times usually during last week of aug. Into sept. But would not book with eurcamp again due to being kept awake by people talking on their decking into the early hours on many occasions which we found extremely stressful. Our courier did respond positively but it was a losing battle!. we had to park our car in the car park due to resin dropping from the trees but mainly to avoid constantly reversing down the avenue(no space to turn) where young children were playing unsupervised - an accident waiting to happen!. the resin was difficult to remove from clothing. . we think that cypsela is very much child orientated and not suitable for couples.
Jonathan from Frinton On Sea (08 September 2014)

Really good break. First time with eurocamp and we'll definitely be back. fantastic value.
Louise from Darlington (06 September 2014)

Holiday was great, accommodation was a little small.
Chris from Hessen, Germany (05 September 2014)

A great holiday park in a excellent location between pals and the beach. the pool area and the park itself are spotless and the eurocamp reps and park staff were really friendly and efficient. only drawback is that the caravans are very close together and seem to overlook each other more than we have found at other sites we have visited. overall though would highly recommend this holiday.
Susan from Preston (04 September 2014)

Good parc with lots of facilities, excellent pools supermarket and couriers were helpful. however very noisy at night and our caravan had no view except staff accommodation.
Helen from Emsworth (31 August 2014)

We had a lovely holiday overall - the site was nice although a lot of families we're holidaying together which made it less friendly than other sites we've been on. The area is beautiful.. our favourite beach was llafranc.. not to be missed! we also loved peratallada. We went to both aqua diver and waterworld water parks and had a fab time.. on site, the pool was great however we were disappointed with the animation. Apart from the mini disco (primarily aimed at under 7s) and cypsy club there was very little in the way of family friendly events.. there seemed to be a lot of live bands that didn't come on until after 9.30 in the evening which is a bit late for little ones. Our 8 year old boy was disappointed with the organised football as well (not very organised at all it turns out!) having said that, the play parks were excellent, there were lots of table tennis tables and the pool was fab. we probably wouldn't go back to that parc although we would go back to the area. The drive down through france was long (we stayed at alicourts in the loire both ways) but quite easy.. we'd do the drive again.
Kate (31 August 2014)

I love this parc but this year the bar area was really noisy tip late in the evening (11.30 - 12.30). the cabin we were in was really close and it kept our children awake which was not ideal. We chose this campsite as it is a quiet one for young families - it seems to be trying to attract a different type of customer which is a shame. For this reason only we won't be going back.
Victoria from Sheffield (31 August 2014)

We have been coming to this area for years and thoroughly enjoyed the holiday. Cypsela is a fantastic camp site, great facilities and absolutely immaculate.
Maxine (30 August 2014)

A relaxing holiday with excellent facilities, very helpful couriers. We have done this trip many times before over many years as the family grew up, this was a nostalgia visit really and there have been some improvements and some features have not changed.
Brian from Farnham (30 August 2014)

Cypsella is a nice resort, well laid out with some good amenities. a little bit too shaded for our own liking (the park is on the edge of a wood) and make sure your bring your mosquito repellent too, but overall I would recommend. the pool area is great with lots to do for the kids (ours were 9 and 16 years old) and play park is great as well. lots are different areas to sunbathe around the pool and lots of beds, we only had to go without beds for one afternoon. . the entertainment was good, lots of different music styles and always in one of two locations so it never gets too repetitive. . the restaurants were nice if a little pricey compared to some sites we've been to, but the on site supermarket is large with plenty of stock and reasonably priced, also an excellent bakery, but expect queues in the morning but there are always plenty of staff on so you're never too long waiting. make sure you take advantage of the freshly squeezed orange juice which is done on the spot and is delicious. . no problem with noise at night apart from a couple of noisy neighbours for one or two nights but too be honest you should expect that. . the weather can be a bit changeable due to our proximity to the mountains so be prepared for some cloud early in the day and the possibility of a little rain. . the accommodation continues to show its age and we had several problems with the van including a leaking toilet cistern, pipework coming off under the sink and a leaking shower tray, however the staff were excellent and resolved our issues as soon as we advised them of it. come on eurocamp its time to refresh your van stock!!!!. . the surrounding area is really nice, nice beaches although with rough sand but lots of little hidden coves and beaches to be found when you take a walk along the sea wall (although one is an nudist beach which the kids thought was hilarious!!!) the surrounding villages are very picturesque and girona is definitely worth a visit and only half an hour away in the car. . overall well worth a visit!!!
Steve from Lincoln (30 August 2014)

A great holiday overall, we liked the parc and the surrounding area. We enjoyed visiting the local towns and beaches and using the facilities on the parc.
Helen from Bicester (28 August 2014)

Lovely park been before caravans arranged for privacy lots of shade lovely restaurant and pool open long hours and suitable for proper swimming in early morning caravans old and need replacing had real problem with ants couriers available but did not pop round with information as on some other sites we've been on
Janet from Prestatyn (23 August 2014)

The site was very well run and maintained with quite a bit to keep the kids entertained. Pool area however was rather small, with sun beds being taken up/reserved with towels every day (sometimes in groups of 6 or more even though there were signs saying not to do this. Nobody on the site staff seemed to enforce the rule).
Helen from Bristol (18 August 2014)

The mobile homes were much cleaner and better maintained than previous years. The eurocamp staff were present, helpful and actually cared. In previous years we have been lucky to see a rep. The resort seemed to have improved the overall cleanliness again as it used to be. The shop is well stocked, well priced and bakery excellent. The new sports area is excellent however we could never get on the football pitch as older kids were always using it. Wished security walked round a bit more as our neighbours had us up a couple of nights at 2.30am. (they were adults not teenagers).
Sam from Portsmouth (18 August 2014)

Beware - the description of this park is completely misleading. the reality is absolutely not as advertised. advert says "put the rest of the world on the back burner" - suggesting a quiet park - but the noise from the on-site entertainment was offensively loud at night and ruined our sleep, disturbed our children's sleep and consequently ruined our holiday. it is advertised as "little eurocamper friendly" but specific safety equipment was not available when requested. the site is also wholly unsuitable for very young children given the excessive night-time noise.
Rachel from Liverpool (13 August 2014)

Really lovely park and facilities - a great family holiday destination
Michael from Teddington (13 August 2014)

Lovely site, plenty to do for kids and reasonable prices in the shop and bar. couriers were very helpful and I was really pleased with the whole eurocamp experience and would use this company again, I would recommend cypsela as a holiday for families with older children.
Lindsey from Wimborne, Dorset (13 August 2014)

Great resort, pool and bowling bar are brilliant for birth kids and parents. Loved playing table tennis with my son as well. Free bus to the beach was a great option and the on site supermarket and bakery were well stocked and v reasonably priced. Caravans were a tightly packed in, would book the sites own caravans next time.
Sean from Leicester (07 August 2014)

Great for families with children, lots of parcs and entertaintment for the kids as well as adults.
Helena from Merseyside (07 August 2014)

Classic caravan was very dirty when we arrived.
Vanessa (05 August 2014)

I was so disappointed everything was over run I just wanted to come home, only plus thing was it was clean
Donna from Hemel Hempstead (03 August 2014)

I thought the parc was great and the creature comforts in the van good (fridge, tv, dishwasher, ipod dock) but the van itself was well worn and bathrooms it was really grim, even dirty
Eugene from Belfast (31 July 2014)

I have stayed on better campsites with more activities and facilities.
Grant from Belfast (28 July 2014)

I have been going to cypsela since I was a child myself and now i'm taking my own kids. Its a fantastic resort and my kids loved it just as much as I did when I was a boy. It feels safe, clean, fun and the overall experience was very positive. I would recommend the resort and the pals area to anyone looking for a family holiday with a bit of class.
Paul from Belfast (25 July 2014)

Great holiday was had by all. The caravans are great but ours had patches on the floor were the lino had torn, although this didn't affect our time there.
Patricia from Belfast (23 July 2014)

Well maintained, clean friendly camp site with lovely swimming pool & excellent on site supermarket. Great bar areas. Such a friendly site - we were always acknowledged by the staff whether it was the cleaners as they moved around the site, the security men or the bar staff. Everyone had a smile on their face.
Stephen from Maidstone (23 July 2014)

Great holiday, lovely location & fabulous site
Fiona from Downpatrick (20 July 2014)

Great holiday parc ideal for small children . everything you need on site.
Jessica from Cambridge (19 July 2014)

This is the 3rd year at camping cypsela. Our teenage daughter has met the same friends each year, who were back on the site again this year, she enjoyed her time again this year. We enjoy the relaxed camping style holiday. This year we had a relaxing time and made new friends.
Barbara from Saintfield (18 July 2014)

Holiday blighted by poor weather, not eurocamp's fault and dreadful reps - definitely eurocamp' fault. At montroig not one rep ever introduced themselves. Had 2 ask 3 times for a cafetiere. No local knowledge whatsoever. Left an item of clothing behind at montroig, again not their fault, however contacted them 3 times and each time they promised to check but still heard nothing. Just awful and 100% disinterested.
Marina from Belfast (16 July 2014)

The campsite is very well maintained with fantastic facilities , the pool is very large with plenty of seating . the on site staff were friendly and the shop was well stocked and now over priced as on other sites with a very good bakery.
Alison from Oxford (15 July 2014)

Holiday was nice overall but noisy teenagers drinking and singing outside accommodation till the early hours was very annoying. After complaining to the camp and couriers twice we gave up. Shame it is our only complaint and would make us think twice about this parc again as it was advertised as quiet!!!!
Grahame from Kent (12 July 2014)

Have been going to cypsela for 8 years now as the kids love it. They have friends who go during the same period as ourselves each year so they have a great time and we can relax. The site is spotless and staff are all very helpful and friendly.
John from Warrenpoint (10 July 2014)

Campsite was disappointing. Animation team was not as enthusiastic as other campsites. Kids /cypsy club was mainly arts&crafts & few boys were interested as no games/interaction. Generally not enough activities even for adults -aquagym should be every day not once a week. Our outside light did not function the entire holiday.
Claire (09 July 2014)

Very enjoyable and relaxing holiday on a very nice parc.
Neil from Cork (08 July 2014)

Excellent and would recommend to others with one major caveat - be wary of noise! we travelled with our two young twins (3 and half years old) and found the noise at nightime unacceptable. parc rules stated quiet time after 11pm which was frequently ignored - security staff seemed unable or unwilling to do anything about it. it seemed to be a specific group, many of whom knew each other and I think had been to cypsela for the past few years. the younger group were actually not bad (quite good signing voices!) as they tended to pack up around midnight. however, the older crew frequently hosted drinks on the decking - seemed to move around night by night to various accommodation. as you can imagine, if you are anyway nearby the noise is so loud it's as if they are in the room with you. a few nights with past 2am finishes were not part of our holiday plans.
Paul from Aberdeen (08 July 2014)

Great park, beautiful part of spain. Couriers were great, although vans are a little tired. Overall, I would highly recommend this park to all familes considering a eurocamp holiday.
Martin from Belfast (28 June 2014)

Highly recommend this park
Wayne from Bates (28 June 2014)

Seventh time at this resort and the last I am sorry to say. We have just returned from a 12 night stay with no sleep before 2am the noise is a nightmare. All the mobile homes are to close to each other, we had air con equipment from the other mobile home all around us the noise was annoying, you could not stay at your mobile home in the day. It's over run with kids running around screaming and shouting, playing football till the early hours, the security tried to stop them but could not do anything they just tell them to go away. . if you have a family stay well clear, the site has got to big for its facilities, the pool was chaos and extremely noisy. Also the entertainment is very loud you have no chance of sleeping before 12.00 with this booming out, then you have the kids and people returning from the entertainment for the next hour or so, I have never commented on here before I just feel so angry it was such a wonderful site and now has been ruined. . this used to be a very nice quiet, respectful site.
Carol from Bristol (28 June 2014)

A great parc with excellent facilities but sadly the noise at night was not good with a three year old. The mobile home was limited when we needed to use the pull out bed, we did not expect such a lack of space to even visit the bathroom.
Maureen from Bolton (18 June 2014)

Great campsite been here three times now. Although work was being done to improve the site this did not spoil our holiday experience. The improvements already made ie the bowling alley and the slides at the swimming pool really added to our enjoyment at this site.
Sarah from Wigan (16 June 2014)

Thought about trying eurocamp for years and finally got around to it at 69 yrs old. My wife and I thorougly enjoyed our holiday and will be be trying another site on the costa brava next year.
Harry from Rotherham (14 June 2014)

A great parc very friendly staff, would recommend.
Claire from Wigan (11 June 2014)

Need a car as not a lot around the site
Wendy from Sudbury (06 September 2013)

We loved cypsela which was a well-run and clean park with a lovely relaxed atmosphere. We were especially impressed by the very good and reasonably priced supermarket and excellent bakery. A couple of things were a little disappointing - we were sent no free gifts and there was no welcome bottle of wine! we didn't see a eurocamp courier the whole time although we did see the keycamp ones. I know the companies are linked but we were still a little surprised and this wasn't explained. We can't help thinking couriers should be more proactive at dropping by to ask how your holiday is going. Overall though another excellent eurocamp holiday.
Mark from Loughton (30 August 2013)

Restaurant on site was expensive and not value for money. Our accommodation was behind the supermarket so could here staff late at night and their music would be woken early hours with deliverys and staff shouting
Sean from Ringwood (23 August 2013)

This is a really well-run parc, which felt safe and secure at all times. We were really impressed by the organisation of the parc - helpful reception, very clean and tidy, and excellent levels of security, meaning we felt comfortable letting our children wander round the site without adult supervision. The setting is perfect, with helpful extras such as shuttle bus service to the beach. The on site eurocamp and keycamp couriers were friendly and approachable, more so than we have experienced at other campsites in the past. We will be back!
Luisa from Bristol (19 August 2013)

We all had a relaxing holiday at eurocamp. lots of nearby places and beaches to visit.
Josephine from Wiltshire (18 August 2013)

Our holiday was excellent. great location.
Claire from Reading (15 August 2013)

Excellent facilities and camp staff at reception and security were exceptional.
Geraint (13 August 2013)

The parc was well organised and very clean. exceptional standards in the toilet blocks and very helpful reception staff.
Susan from Andover (12 August 2013)

Brilliant, as ever.
Susan from Newark (12 August 2013)

Great holiday. Accommodation was a little tired, but adequate. Couriers were very helpful. Kids had a brill time. The camp is well set up for families. We would definately recommend cypsela and would probably go back with keycamp.
Lesley Jane from Farnham (12 August 2013)

The accommodation is really looking tired now & feels a bit pricey for what it is.
Caroline from Blackburn (10 August 2013)

Very enjoyable with plenty to do on/off campsite both sport, activity and culture.
Andrew from Newcastle (10 August 2013)

A lovely but very busy campsite. The campsite was immaculate and all the staff very friendly. Cypsela is in a beautiful part of spain with some amazing villages and towns nearby to explore. Eating out was incredibly expensive compared to other areas of spain we have visited however the campsite shop did offer value for money. . the villa nova accomodation was a bit tired and not a patch on campsite's own accomodation. Would look into booking with them in future. We naively booked without air-con in august, a killer!!! the heat was very oppressive some days and the caravan was like an oven! the keycamp staff seemed very efficient and friendly and did provide us with extra fans although they had little effect. They were quick to respond when our gas ran out and lent the children beach toys and inflatables for the pool. the caravan was mainly clean but the floor was covered in grit and sticky sap from the tall trees. On request keycamp did provide us with some cleaning product and with a bit of elbow grease I managed to get a floor I could live with but it would have been nice not to have scrubbed and cleaned on my holiday! the position of the keycamp caravans was good in one sense (near the pool, shop and reception) but some nights the noise from the cypsela bar and bowling was so bad nobody could sleep until after midnight. Not ideal if you are traveling with young children. . the pool was lovely and the diving board and tabogan slide were very popular. The lifeguards were friendly and did a good job of controlling the more boisterous holiday makers. The only downside is that the whole pool area was nowhere near big enough for the volume of people using it. We only managed to get loungers on the first day when we were up very early. The rest of the holiday we had to make do with a patch of grass although towards the end even that was difficult to find. The site would benefit from one or two more pool areas. It would be nice to have something for the younger visitors to enjoy too. Overall a lovely site in a fabulous area, would need some improvements and an extra pool area before we returned though. Pretty happy with key camp but would book a higher standard of accomodation next time.
Kelly from Morecambe (07 August 2013)

The holiday was good but the caravan was a bit tired and needs refreshing but the couriers were excellent. The weather was great but note of caution when parking the car leave it in the main car park and not under the trees. The tree sap caused havoc with the car and i'm left with a large bill to put right the paint work
Lee from Chapel-En-Le-Frith (03 August 2013)

The parc is excellent the accommodation was dirty and a bit dilapidated we never saw the courier only on our arrival
Matthew from Nottingham (02 August 2013)

All in all had a great time
Chris from Wallbach Germany (02 August 2013)

Nice parc, lots for kids to do. good shop, very convenient. accommodation too close together, little space to park between. far too much time to check in, it's quicker at the airport!!
Sheila from Tourbes, France (01 August 2013)

We had a great holiday in this lovely area of catalonia. Everywhere we went we found the local people very friendly and the quality of food in restaurants etc was in m,y opinion exceptionally high regardless of menu. The parc was ideally suited to explore the area although a car is essential.
Tim from N Ireland (31 Jul 2013)

Holiday was good. Last year the key camp reps were a bit more engaged with the guests. It is always nice if they come by occassionally and ask how things are going. Reason for scoring parc down is because of the quality of the food in the restaurant. A chef who under-cooks porc burgers should go back to school. They could do so much more with the restaurant if they lower the prices and make the restaurant a bit more spanish. Also bar service was very slow, although the staff was kind. Furthermore, the it is a camp site where a lot of people come for many years in a row. It makes it a bit more difficult to blend in if you would wish to do so (if you're not part of the regulars..). all in all a good, clean and pleasant camp site.
Eugene from Tonbridge (28 Jul 2013)

I enjoyed the first week, finding the eurocamp set up by relaxing. However, the parc was much more busy the second week which made the pool area loud and quite stressful. The fact the caravans are so close together meant that a couple of noisy neighbours who liked to sit out drinking and laughing until the early hours, combined with another neighbour who was an extremely early riser, led to a distinct lack of sleep.
Judy from Wilmslow (25 Jul 2013)

Fantastic holiday, parc is very well equipped and fantastic for small children. We will be going back again next year.
Jessica from Saffron Walden (23 Jul 2013)

We had stayed at camping cypesal last year when we enjoyed both the area the site is in and the campsite. We particulary enjoy the casual and relaxing atmosphere that a campsite offers.
Barbara from Saintfield (19 Jul 2013)

Really lovely site with friendly staff. great supermarket and fantastic pool. children loved the slides, the diving board and the bowling alley. we loved the location.
Marina from Belfast (18 Jul 2013)

Very disappointed with our mobile home as it was old and very tight for space and for storage. Also the 'decking' was at ground level and was very small. I do not find this standard of accommodation acceptable. We have been camping for 10 years now and this was the worst mobile home we have stayed in. The beds are too small for teenagers and this mobile would not accommodate 7 people. I would not recommend eurocamp to anyone for this reason alone.
Maura from Dublin (15 Jul 2013)

New bowling bar is a great addition to cypsela and the bar staff are excellent.
Fiona from Buchlyvie (14 Jul 2013)

We had an excellent holiday thoroughly enjoyed by both children and parents
Alison from Newtownabbey (13 Jul 2013)

Great time was had by all. Holidayed with 18, 15 and 14 year old and joined part way through with 20 year old. Met old friends as this was our 6th year on the site and also made new ones.weather fantastic and campsite emmaculate as ever. Very relaxed holiday with something to do for everyone. So good we have already booked for next year.
John from N.Ireland (13 Jul 2013)

Great parc. Have been there 3 times. Friendly and secure. Only criticism would be beds could be comfier.
John from Rotherham (11 Jul 2013)

This is our 4th visit to cypsella and 2nd with eurocamp. I felt the mobile was quite old and not very clean. We had very little contact with the reps. Happy with cypsella but felt they must have big cut backs with staff it was very difficult to get any proper service at either bar. Even getting a coffee during the day was difficult. Would be happy to return again.
Irene from Dunboyne (08 Jul 2013)

A welcome early summer break. Lovely relaxed atmosphere and relatively uncrowded.
Stephen from Warrington (29 Jun 2013)

Loved it all
Philip (25 Jun 2013)

The overall holiday was good but for us as over sixties the holiday was spoilt by being surrounded by very young children and this is why only an average score has been given
David from Birmingham (23 Jun 2013)

Keycamp deliver exactly as promised in terms of accommodation you have no control on the camp facilities, if these are not as promised they cannot be rectified.
Ray from Abergele - Conwy (21 Jun 2013)

Admin staff at keycamp was wonderful the camp was very clean the reps was rubbish and no entertainment also the camp is very strict
Gary (10 Jun 2013)

Peter and I had a really relaxing stay. your staff were really friendly and helpful from the word go and our mobile home was nice and comfy and well equipped. I was chuffed to even find british plug sockets in there as we always get caught out. our bags had loads of adaptors just in case, we should never have worried.
Peter from Newton Abbot (09 Jun 2013)

Site really nice, well laid out but pool absolutely freezing my son was unable to get in and it had been all he was looking forward to for months - if they added heating to the pool the site would be complete.
