We enjoyed our week at la serignan plage, we arrived late on the saturday night having phoned beforehand. the yelloh rep was kind and sent us on our way and our fellow eurocampers, who were due to leavc the next day, were helpful in showing us where the lights were etc. after that we were the only inhabitants of the safari tents for that week. but we met some lovely people including your reps, especially one from scotland, dundee I think. so thank you all once again. Julia from Beaworthy (30 September 2014)
Perc has excellent facilities & fantastic restaurant & beautiful beach Diane from Ashford (28 September 2014)
Overall due to the facilities, location and weather probably the best family holiday we have had. Barry from Queenstown,Nz (27 September 2014)
The eurocamp staff were so amazing, after a difficult transfer they really made sure we were looked after and that our holiday had good memories. Also the faculties were fantastic, todfler pool was hours of fun and the beach just minutes away. Confirmed Holidaymaker (26 September 2014)
A superb first experience of eurocamp - we'll definitely be coming back! Andrew from Plymouth (24 September 2014)
We went at a quiet time in september after the uk schools had returned. There was an inevitable feel of winding-down at the end of the season, even though most facilities were still available and there were a lot of continental families with smaller children there. The weather was surprisingly good, despite the threats on the meteo, although the strong wind did whip up the sea and keep the serignan trees busy. Chris from Kingsbridge (23 September 2014)
Excellent park for toddlers. Helpfully staff. Brilliant water park and pools and beach is right on the park. My toddler loved going to the bakery to get bread everyday. Would recommend this holiday - it was actually easy with a toddler and a baby! recommend car hire from the airport though as the park though pretty self contained is quite far out. Anna from Oxford (22 September 2014)
We had a fantastic break, the parc served as a good hub for us to travel to various places. Joanne from Edinburgh (21 September 2014)
We had such an amazing time and will be booking again for next year!! wonderful parc in such a great location, amazing facilities and excellent eurocamp couriers. we found them attentive and very helpful. would definitely recommend this parc! Emma from Lancashire (19 September 2014)
Great camp nice couriersbut not come up with infoe as promised nice accommodation great to be back with you George from Wallingford (19 September 2014)
Great couriers who were hard working, helpful and genuinely keen to make our stay enjoyable. In our opinion this site is by far and away the best we have stayed at. We will book it again. The hydrotherapy centre is a jewel. On site bakery, direct access to the beach and many activities make it fabulous! Geoffrey from Bath (19 September 2014)
Great holiday park for young kids and families . if you haven't got a car a taxi ride via reception to the local supermarket is well worth it(10 euro return ish) as the shops are pretty pricy (4 shush kebabs = 13 euros). Alex from Bristol (17 September 2014)
What a fantastic parc, with great facilities, very large but doesn't feel it, lovely couriers to help with everything and who went above and beyond to help us! only problem with the entire holiday was local travel, the site was advertised as "leave your car at home" and considering a bus no longer comes to the camp this was not really accurate advice as we then had to pay for expensive taxis to get around. Besides that though a fantastic holiday overall, thanks eurocamp 9.5/10! Ben (16 September 2014)
We had a good holiday and enjoyed ourselves. the parc is well equipped and close to the beach. Jim from Hertford (14 September 2014)
This is a great parc with plenty to do for all age groups. Margaret from Edinburgh (12 September 2014)
Brilliant again! David from Sidcup (12 September 2014)
Camp site is wonderful, though caravan's are looking old and some of fixtures and fittings had seen better days. Michael (10 September 2014)
Staff were excellent accommodation was great, the parc in general was great , nice layout great shops pool excellent for families , a good base for exploring the area. Darren from Birmingham Uk (06 September 2014)
Lovely park, great facilities, gorgeous beach, friendly staff and entertainment team, heated outdoor pool, fantastic water splash area. Stuart (01 September 2014)
Love love this campsite! going back again next year. Eurocamp staff and wonderful and helpful! x Helen from London (31 August 2014)
Great holiday will be booking again! Philip from Hove (31 August 2014)
Had a great time, Camessa from London (31 August 2014)
Really great place, swimming pools and beach just lovely. The evening entertainment was something special too ! Miriam from Manchester (30 August 2014)
Really disappointed with accommodation. Trees give nice shade but this was like the black hole and it was depressing to return to each late afternoon! also accommodation very "tired". shower leaked water into bedroom wardrobe (was sorted by maintenance staff). nail heads protruding on decking (courier ripped timber out a section of timber to resolve). a craft building backed onto our accommodation and we felt like we were on a building site each night, most certainly not sticking and pasting, more like grinding and welding! the parasol on our decking was filthy, had years of bugs etc which had fallen from trees; we had to remove and chuck aside. Interior not very clean. Gas ran out first night. John from Rochester (30 August 2014)
Great site - especially nice garden surrounded pool. Immaculately maintained. Comprehensive services, although as you would expect fairly expensive. Large parc but had nice compact village feel. Direct access to perfect gently sloping beach also a great feature. Would definitely return. Andy (29 August 2014)
Superb site. Fantastic facilities. Steven from Northampton (27 August 2014)
Great parc - always kept clean and full of wonderful flowers and shrubs. We never had a problem finding sunbeds around the pool whatever time we arrived. The pool was warm and the life guards attentive but not spoil sports so ball games etc allowed. The first aider was patient and kind to my 7 year old with a nose bleed following a fall on a slide. All the food /groceries you need are available on site, although better prices are available from carrefour 10 mins drive away. . the beach is long and sandy shelving gently into warm (ish) sea with little tide movement so you can sit right at the water's edge all day. Lots of weekly activities offered on site from teaching to skim board to a mobile climbing wall. Kids club available but few english children attend - very much a french club. Loxal activities (up to half hour druve away) inclyde canoeing, go ape style tree top aasault courses and aqualand (not tacky as I suspected from the leaflet, but actually well maintained and clean - discount tickets on sale at the campsite). lots to do and lots of hot sunshine. Get an air conditioned mobile home. Kirsten (26 August 2014)
Lovely site with good facilities,we all really enjoyed it Christine from Northampton (25 August 2014)
Our 4th year with keycamp/eurocamp and we enjoyed it as much as others. this was our main resort stopping off in two different loire sites before and after. we stayed 8 nights in one of the new aspects (more later) serignan plage has excellent facilities it is a superb site and would definitely travel back. however felt the aspects here were overpriced and overrated - pitch size is too close and crowded and most of the equipment was missing! couriers did sort this but felt they certainly were not value for money! Pauline from Gillingham (23 August 2014)
Great buzzing atmosphere with plenty quiet spaces as well. Great beach and the baneo was very tranquil Mark from South Tyneside (23 August 2014)
Had an amazing time at serignan plage. The swimming pools and spa were amazing and it was situated just a few minutes walk to the beach..ideal!! Tony from Cheltenham (22 August 2014)
The camp is well suited to families with young children. It has a variety of play areas for children and the pool area is excellent for them . the long sandy beach provides a pleasant change of scene and they enjoyed the evening entertainment . the staff at the parc were polite and helpful .the accommodation was somewhat worn and had some faults that should have been mended before new clients arrived. Also the caravans were more closely packed together than in some eurocamp sites I have used. Jennifer from Bristol (20 August 2014)
Overall good, felt rested, good weather. Amanda from Newbury (17 August 2014)
This parc is great for the whole family. We especially enjoyed. Visits to the authentic and excellent onsite boulangerie, butchers and fishmongers. the freshly baked baguettes, croissants and pastries in the morning and duck, beef, chicken and fish kebabs in the evenings not to mention the paëlla were all fantastic. You truly felt you were in france as all the entertainment was in french- brilliant! pools and beach were brilliant and we enjoyed hiring bikes and playing tennis. The hot weather with a seaside breeze was an added bonus. We would love to return. Customer 34 from N Wales (17 August 2014)
Good park, lots of facilities. Eurocamp accommodation not well located within park, being crowded, with poor aspect, and rather dated. Julian (16 August 2014)
Worth travelling south for the better weather, what goes with that is a bigger much busier site. Martin from Cambridge (15 August 2014)
At le serignan plage the mobile homes are so close to each other and we felt very crowded. Beach lovely and pool nice.lots of facilities - just far too many mobile homes and people. We had some nice days out visiting the surrounding area. Also stayed at eurocamp outside paris (vieux croix) and much more space around us and outside for the children to play. Confirmed Holidaymaker (14 August 2014)
Lots of fun. Confirmed Holidaymaker from Sevenoaks (13 August 2014)
This is an amazing parc, very clean and despite being big you don't get the feeling of it being too busy. It is excellently located with the beach and pool giving options. On parc bike hire is good for exploring the area too Louise (13 August 2014)
Excellent parc for our first family holiday with our young baby. Brilliant facilities such as, indoor play area, baby baths and equipment hire. Would definately go back but would choose different accommodation. Fiona from Luton (11 August 2014)
Fantastic place for a pool and beach holiday with kids of all ages. John from London (10 August 2014)
One of the best holidays we have ever had. Richard from Gaydon (10 August 2014)
Really good, although evening entertainment not what we had hoped for with little english. Kids clubs not as good as the eurocamp clubs, our oldest 2 only went once & didn't enjoy it, as again very little english spoken. The caravans are very packed in, with not a lot of space, but luckily we had nice neighbours. However the pool & water park is fantastic & all the shops are great onsite, also has a lovely beach. Natalie from Northampton (08 August 2014)
Lovely site. Nicola from Greater London (02 August 2014)
Great facilities at this pard, but the town it is in is not that nice and loud music played every night until 11-12pm. ear plugs are a must if you want to go to bed ever! Erica from Worthing (29 July 2014)
Ideal destination for families with children. Brian from Ipswich (28 September 2013)
The park was lovely and welcome warm fromthe courier. . the mobile home was roomy but had ants which the courier came to sort out. The toilet bowl was orange under the water line which was easily cleaned with some washing up liquid and the toilet brush which was next to the toilet I dont think this had been done for a while. . we did not get the 2 packs of beach towels we'd ordered so the courier brought us 1 other bath towel. Rachel from West Midlands (28 September 2013)
Just what was expected. Weather was good. Glenn from Leek (28 September 2013)
A superb park with plenty of facilities for the children. The beach is great, the pool and water fun area is brilliant, the shops are well stocked and offer good choices, the safari tent we stayed in was spacious and comfortable, the park felt completely safe and relaxing. . we had had a poor experience with ryanair at the start of our journey but were glad to get to the campsite. We were waiting in the eurocamp office for a great deal of time before someone else arrived. It seemed reliant on you having a mobile phone to contact a courier. As a first impression I was not impressed. The tent was far from this office so when we had issues with not enough equipment for self catering (knife, sieve etc) and no sign of the 'essentials pack' I had paid for it was a hike to the office to then write it on a pad. To be fair, a knife and sieve was provided promptly but no sign of an essentials pack and no apology for the lack of it. The courier tom, was indifferent to our situation telling us that they had run out and that was that. Despite this the 2 weeks we had there were great. Martin from Northwich (28 September 2013)
Wonderful scope for activities, both inside and off-parc, exploring and relaxing. our holiday was rather overshadowed because, though mostly sunny, it was chilly because of the mountain winds, and we had a terrifying lightning strike. but we made up for it on our travels, and the wine and good food made excellent accompaniment. this is the second time we have been to serignan plage and we would probably recommend june/july as the best time for for this parc as the weather would be more settled. but the location more than makes up for it. Roger from Northop (26 September 2013)
Absolutely brilliant holiday!!!! Amanda (25 September 2013)
Parc was great - location ideal with the beach on your doorstep, choice of restaurants on site also good, shame about the quality of mobile home and cleaning standards. Gillian (22 September 2013)
Although we were a group of 3 adults we went out of season but still found the campsite to be good. we used the accommodation mainly to be able to travel around to see carcassonne and also the millau bridge, narbonne and montpelier etc. Mary from Wetherby (21 September 2013)
Amazing holiday in a great area Patricia from Coalville (21 September 2013)
Overall quite good, however several little things not quite right Kim from Paignton (19 September 2013)
Fab loved every moment, everything on camp that you could possibly want, the beach was wonderful and the pools great too. Richard from Plymouth (18 September 2013)
A fantastic experience. Our first eurocamp holiday as a family, but certainly not our last! Melanie from Nottingham (17 September 2013)
A busy but very well run site Julian from Loughborough (15 September 2013)
Parc was excellent, great restaurants, swimming pools, spa, entertainment - however the eurocamp accomodation and pitches were awful. We put in a complaint at the time, moved to a lesser caravan and will be sending in a letter of complaint. Suzanne (15 September 2013)
Great holiday, very relaxing David from Sidcup (12 September 2013)
A beautiful parc, kids pool is amazing, however not much around the local area unless you drive and everything on the parc closes between 1.30 & 4.30. Overall we had a super holiday at serignan plage. Kelly from West Midlands (11 September 2013)
A brilliant park with loads to do, the new splash park makes the swimming area fantastic! Joanne (08 September 2013)
Our third visit, which again didn't fail to impress.facilities, location and atmosphere make it unique in offering as much for couples as the large number of families. Chris from Kingsbridge (08 September 2013)
We know the site it,s fantastic location makes it. Our caravan was fine but not overly clean. The courier met us day 1 but did not pay us a visit at any other time that week . Paul from Our Caravan Was Fine But Not Overly Clean. (07 September 2013)
We (husband & 2 children 5 & 7) loved serignan plage campsite. Going back nxt year. Highly recommend. Helen from London (03 September 2013)
Excellent park. however we had to move mobile home as the pitch was far too small (avoid home no 579). couriers cery helpful throughout & would holiday at park again. I would however be more careful as to what accommodation we choose. had a 3 bed, which is very tight for 4 adults & 2 children. Ashley from Epping (31 August 2013)
Excellent stay at serignan plage, however the overnight stay at parc de fierbois was very disappointing. The extras that we ordered were not in the accomodation at parc de fierbois, half of the menu items at the restaurant were unavailingly and there was no milk or bread in the shop, so it was difficult to pull dinner together after an 8 hour drive. I would not stay at that park again. . the main holiday at serignan plage was amazing. We all enjoyed the facilities, the accomodation (safari tent) was brilliant, and the pitch was in the perfect location; close to beach, showers, playground and shops. . Alison from Kidderminster (31 August 2013)
We had a great holiday, the beach is lovely, the pool and water play area were a great hit itch both the children and us and the on site bakery was the icing on the cake. Fantastic holiday. Adrian from Walton On Thames (31 August 2013)
Great campsite, love the safari tents, wonderful holiday. Sarah from Bolton (31 August 2013)
We had a fantastic holiday. the only downside was that the layout of the mobile homes meant that our daughter aged 8 found it difficult to make friends. however the location, sunny weather and availability of wildlife (rabbits and horses) went down very well with us all. Ian from Ely, Cambs (24 August 2013)
Lovely family holiday. Claire from Brentwood (24 August 2013)
This is a good park with excellent facilities. my main problem with it is the lack of bars and restaurants within walking distance. however, if you are happy to stay on site or drive, you are fairly sure to have a good time. the lack of english people is a drawback for families with teenagers, you do get some, but the majority are from different climes. Zoe from Bristol (23 August 2013)
The overall holiday was very good, but it was let down by the age and quality of the accomodation, which was tired and not everything worked as it should (the shower regularly flooded). the parc would benefit from a better pool for the older children and adults however it is very good for younger children and the rest of the facilities are excellent with brilliant access to a lovely clean beach and shallow sea. Chris from Fareham (22 August 2013)
A great holiday on one of the most beautiful campsites we've ever visited. Roz from Birmingham (20 August 2013)
Great park-facilities were brilliant - very clean and tidy - lots to do Clare from Kings Lynn (19 August 2013)
I'm afraid the accommodation was distinctly lacking. Old and tired there was nothing comfortable about it at all. The price paid in august was therefore more difficult to swallow. The facilities on the parc are good but that it because the parc is a little remote and so you do need more on site. Prices on site however are very expensive. Accommodation has really put me off doing this type of holiday again. Nothing like the lovely pictures shown in the 2014 brochure I received in the post yesterday. Frances from Fareham, Hampshire (19 August 2013)
The parc is huge but well managed.. there's a pride in its appearance and the facilities are top rate. Debbie from Leighton Buzzard (18 August 2013)
We like the parc and the feel of the place, but as i've said in previous years, I think the accomodation is expensive for what you are actually getting.. especially as all the vans we have stayed in over the years are looking tired and old. Oh and the beds are terrible. you need to invest in better mattresses. Sheena from Chester (18 August 2013)
Dispite 8 phone calls before our holiday no "holiday pack" was recieved although 4 letters saying it was on its way ! Stephen from Bedfordshire (18 August 2013)
A great campsite, fabulous location, top quality facilities. Jane from London (18 August 2013)
A clean and professionally run site in a nice location Daniel from Newmarket (18 August 2013)
Terrific park with lots of great facilities. Eurocamp couriers were superb - very responsive, polite and helpful. Eurocamp accomodation looked and felt a little tired/old, particularly compared to some others on the site. Slightly disappointed that there was no kids club running this year - we had not been told about this prior to arriving at the site. Jane from Surbiton (18 August 2013)
Beautiful parc, plenty of shade, fantastic pool, beach and facilities Lynne from Chepstow (17 August 2013)
A great parc but the eurocamp accommodation was very tired and shabby compared to other accommodation that was available. Has def made me think about looking at other companies for next year whilst before eurocamp was my go to option because of great customer service etc Claire (15 August 2013)
We had a fantastic time at serignan plague, the beach was extremely clean as was the park. . the shop was quite expensive but we found an aldi 5 minutes away. The entertainment was brilliant. . extremely good value for money, will go back again. Clare from Paderborn (12 August 2013)
Great campsite with pool and beach, great amenities and plenty to do nearby Confirmed Holidaymaker (11 August 2013)
A fantastic parc with lots to offer our young boys. A clean and inviting pool with ample space on cool grass for sun loungers and a very short stroll to the beach. The sea was warm and very shallow. The mobile homes were set in grass and trees, which made for a beautiful and shady parc (although watch out for mosis) and the on site shops made self catering a breeze. Kirsten from Bristol (11 August 2013)
Fantastic parc - lots to do and see for all ages! Jane from Kent (08 August 2013)
The holiday was very relaxing and laid back, lovely park with plenty to do for the children. Emma from Morecambe (06 August 2013)
Wonderful holiday - enjoyed our 'safari tent' - a little more storage for clothes would have been ideal rather than living out the suitcases. Overall the site had everything to offer, beach, great pool, safe for the children. Quite noisy late at night though, however we got used to it! Marie from Stourbridge (04 August 2013)
