One of many sites in the annecy region. Pool was very good. Restaurant extremely disappointing with a heavily depleted menu in last week of opening. Menu deteriorated each day. Surprisingly wine list also depleted down to virtually no choice!
Richard from Tunbridge Wells (16 September 2015)

We had a fantastic time (and were really lucky with the weather). the parc is not too big and facilities and activities offered were great. All in all a fab spot for a perfect family holiday.
Gill from Wantage (31 August 2015)

Very friendly camp in beautiful surroundings was.
Tina from Newhaven East Sussex (31 August 2015)

Great location, restaurant on site did fantastic food. Lovely small parc. Easily accessible local villages, markets and very close to the lake. Convenient for the boat to annecy as the road to annecy was ridiculously busy at the time we went (late august). only downside was the camp shop wasn't always open when we needed it.
Daniel from Bournemouth (30 August 2015)

Our courier was excellent and very helpful. We really couldn't have asked for better service from the eurocamp team.
Jayne from Maidstone (30 August 2015)

Overall this was a small but very friendly campsite. The area is beautiful and there is loads to do if you are active (although it can be expensive).
Philip (29 August 2015)

Great campsite only a short walk to the lake. Park had all the facilities we wanted and plenty for children to do, swimming ppools well looked after, modern washnig machines, great play park and football pitch. A couple of nights it was really cold (10oc in august) and having only one heater wasn't great, could have done with more blankets
Nick from Annecy (29 August 2015)

Overall a lovely holiday here.
Anna (23 August 2015)

Really enjoyed our week here. The reps were very friendly and helpful. The boys loved the park/football pitch and the evening entertainment. We liked the fact that it was a small site and the children were safe to run about on their own. The restaurant was good and the small shop had milk and bread which was about all we needed after a big shop at the local carrefour. Lovely views. Very peaceful and relaxing.
Joanne from St Ives Cambs (22 August 2015)

Great location. Euro camp staff relatively helpful. Dirty chalet. Dirty linen. Dirty camp shop. Dirty restaurant. Would not recommend or return..ever.
Neil from Uk (22 August 2015)

The children's playground was very poorly equipped for the size of the park and the pools were a disappointment after reading the description in the brochure. the children's activities were described as kids clubs, but I felt this was a very generous description of a few basic activities, which adults needed to stay. accommodation, staff and location of park were fantastic.
Simone from Conwy (21 August 2015)

Fantastic park, children loved the pools and slides. Nice and quiet with good pitches. Loads to do in the area.
Chris from Tring (20 August 2015)

Good holiday at a pleasant park, lots to do in the local area and enough activities available on site without being too noisy
Nicky from Basingstoke (17 August 2015)

The eurocamp couriers were all fantastic and really helpful. . . the site is nice and quiet, and in a good location - only a 5 minute drive from a really nice beach on the lake, doussard plage. . the mobile home was a bit tired and had a few problems though. the roof leaked in heavy rain (was fixed for us) and the shower was leaking underneath the shower base (stagnant, dirty water would squelch out the sides from time to time). the decking was really old and in desperate need of a proper pressure wash - it was lethally slippery in wet, it was so old and dirty. for the money we paid, I must admit we expected better quality accommodation from eurocamp. other company's mobile homes on the campsite were visually in better condition, and cleaner. . the campsite was small, so didn't have all of the facilities of a larger site, but that was as expected, so no complaints there. it did mean it is quieter at night, which was nice. . the on site restaurant was good too, with friendly staff. . having said that, the swimming pools are still quite small and got very crowded (almost dangerously so) at times. the pool is also unsupervised, which means that unless parents are keeping an eye on their own children, some of the behaviours of some children was bordering on the dangerous and putting others at risk. .
Confirmed Holidaymaker from Wokingham (15 August 2015)

Only a stopover for a few days.
Jane from Paderborn (15 August 2015)

Excellent holiday- we had a great time!
Mark from Stourport On Severn (14 August 2015)

Our tent was located in the perfect spot with a great view across the field. We didn't get to spend too much time on the site as there was so much to do in the local area. The restaurant on site was lovely.
Ian from Chorley (14 August 2015)

Very enjoyable holiday. I had a few problems with website - couldn't download the walking guide and my login had expired on day of holiday, park was well shaded which was vital as so hot and seemed relatively small. We caught the tourist bus up to sambuy one day which left from just outside the site which was excellent. Also swam in lake annecy which was about 15 mins walk.
Customer 18 (10 August 2015)

We really enjoyed our holiday in the alps. the scenery was fantastic and the range of activities to do extensive. the la fontaine site is well kept and small with very good facilities. the pool complex is clean, however the pools are in 2 places which if your children are of a certain age makes life a bit difficult as you can't settle in 1 place. our kids loved the site and the park ensured they met lots of friends. the weather was a little too changeable to justify higher scores....it is the mountains! (everyone says this all the time).
Jennie from Huddersfield (04 August 2015)

Caravans a little crowded. Parc a little too obsessed with noise. Silly rule about swim shorts. Lovely location. Great pool. Helpful staff. Teenagers need more to do in evening. Shop could stock more fresh produce.
Donna from Shoreham By Sea (01 August 2015)

Great campsite perfectly based to see the alps. campsite has lovely views,. . perfect for families as have pools for all ages
Nick (01 August 2015)

Beautiful area. Pitches are very small
Lizguildford (27 July 2015)

This was our third stay at la fontaines and again we had a fantastic time. The annecy area is brilliant with lots to do as a sports fan or a sightseer. Trips to annecy, geneva, chamonix and courmayeur are all very possible. The parc itself is also very well situated. The eurocamp tent sights must have the best outlook of any parc anywhere. Stunning view from dawn until dusk.
Alistair from Biggar (27 July 2015)

Nice, pretty site with shaded areas which was good as it was very hot. mobile home was a bit shabby eg blinds were broken and it was quite scuffed. Also, the initial cleaning of the van before we arrived could have been better. however, very nice swimming pool and the take away and bar area were lovely. courier called steele was very friendly and helpful and he called a few times to check that we were having a nice time and for a chat which was appreciated.
Andrew from Leicester (27 July 2015)

Lovely area. Weather very good during our stay. Eurocamp staff could not have been more pleasant or helpful. . thought that the mobiles were a bit close together but the camp is very good for families although as a party of 4 adults probably not the best camp we have stayed on.
Alan from Wimborne (19 July 2015)

Beautiful area and used the site as a base for cycling and touring the mountains. Site was good, but a bit scruffy and camp site staff to very friendly on occasions. Eurocamp staff were excellent. Main complaint was the cabins were far too hot particularly at night and real uncomfortable for sleeping. They do not have air conditioning on this site.
Kirsty (19 July 2015)

Fabulous area, postcard perfect.
Karen from Castledawson (18 July 2015)

Excellent holiday. Enjoyed by all. Lovely parc and area stunning with lots to do.
Beverley from Edinburgh (17 July 2015)

A very good campsite in a great location.
Mark (12 July 2015)

Busy site in a handy location
Phil from Truro (04 July 2015)

On leaving day I went to the couriers office to get my 10 euros deposit back and we had to wait while the guy went back to get the key for the safe, this was generally the attitude throughout our holiday.no info available to look at other than a map on the wall. This a lovely area to explore and a lack of info from all of your staff is deplorable. Got all info from tourist office.
John from Canvey Island (30 June 2015)

Enjoyed holiday.
Peter (30 June 2015)

Stunning views and our tent was very well positioned with an uninterrupted view of the mountains. Restaurant fabulous- one of our best meals in a three week vacation.
Jacqueline from Kilmarnock (29 June 2015)

We loved the holiday at camping les fontaines, the pools were great as was the restaurant and the setting was amazing. we spent most days working our way around the beaches around lac d'annecy which was just wonderful, and then back for a dip before dinner - we were very happy.
Anna from London (28 June 2015)

Had a lovely time, the kids loved the playground and the waterslides in particular. Beautiful location and easy reach to some fabulous days out. We especially loved annecy which was a fabulous town.
Mark (27 June 2015)

5 nights, extremely hot. Lots to do and see. Will go again
Lesley from Granborough ,Bucks (27 June 2015)

Excellent
Ella from Oxford (25 June 2015)

The site is on an incline. we had a caravan high up the slope so the main room was dark all day long. the camp facilities were good, we ate at the restaurant several times. the pools were also good. the couriers were helpful.
Stephen from Twickenham (24 June 2015)

Lovely site, good swimming pool nice bar
Christopher from Wetheby (24 June 2015)

Overall an enjoyable holiday with plenty to do in the area.
Michael from Preston (24 June 2015)

Fab holiday with my partner and son. Couriers first class. Steele couldnt have been more helpful , good team leader.
Alison from Hull (23 June 2015)

Great camp, good facilities and friendly staff. only issue was we are there early-mid june and the children s swimming pool did not open until the 2nd week of our stay and the kids park was a bit run down. (they did seem to be making improvements to it during our stay).
Graham from Falkirk (20 June 2015)

Really enjoyed a 10 night stay in a good camp site, located ideally for visiting the major attractions in the area. Stunning area to visit with beautiful scenery.
Michael from Seaview, Isle Of Wight (19 June 2015)

We had a wonderful holiday..we were lucky with the weather. The park was great..no loud clubs, no amusements arcades, peace and quiet, family friendly, and two pools plus slides for the kids. The area was outstanding beauty. We hired bikes and cycled on the flat, to the beautiful town of annecy, on a safe cycle track around lake annecy..amazing!. umm, the difficult bits..they only had blankets on the beds, and we were sometimes cold at night. Eurocamp need to invest in duvets. this is a really difficult place to go to with a family if you are on public transport. It is possible, as we did it. We were very lucky and met a fantastic dutch eurocamp courier who even took us shopping. Thank you so much for all your help, you were amazing. we also met others who gave us lifts to places. We were incredibly lucky, but without that help, I think we would have been a bit stuck. We couldn't even get hold of a taxi company. Transport to annecy is easy, and there is a bus that arrives about a good half hour walk from the camp, but that is it. There is no path on that walk, so tricky with little kids. It would be wonderful if there was something about this put up on the site information, as some people don't drive, and want to go to these beautiful places. Apart from that it was a wonderful holiday. Much thanks. .
Theresa from Luile Near Annecy...Les Fontaines (19 June 2015)

The only comment I will make, the van we were in (top tier) there was not enough room between the two to park our large car, it was left under the window.
Margaret from Shefford (18 June 2015)

A wonderful holiday enjoying fabulous scenery: a mixture of lakes, mountains, meadows & villages: something for all tastes. Lake annecy never failed to delight with it's amazing turquoise colour.
Roger from Southwell, Notts (17 June 2015)

Would have given 10 in holiday overall but, eurocamp had failed to inform couriers we were booked in. This also happened at our later stay at la côte de nacre, st aubin-sur-mer. On each occasion the couriers had to resolve the problem locally but, the process only added to our anxiety. Eurocamp let us down in this respect.
Shaun from Hull (17 June 2015)

This was my 6th stay at this site & I must admit I had second thoughts about returning. The site is in the most beautiful setting & small enough to be quite intimate & friendly . however , previous visits have been marred by the haphazard running of the bar/ restaurant/ reception/ shop < all opening/ closing when they felt like it - eg suddenly being told at 7pm that the bar / restaurant is closing because the owners & family were going out for a meal !!!!. immediately on arrival , we were informed by the couriers that the site was under new ownership . this was illustrated by the fact that reception was open & we could order bread for the next day < something we had never been able to do before as reception was only open for a couple of hours each morning>. . in addition , the bar was open from lunchtime & the restaurant every night . not only open but much better run as well . this made a considerable difference to us, and as such, a much more enjoyable stay . . now that the site is much better organised in terms of its facilities , I would be more than happy to return again & again.
Stephen (11 June 2015)

A very nice site with excellent facilities. Lovely views all around.
Sarah from Lancashire (10 June 2015)

Annecy is a lovely part of france; the site is very good and the couriers very helpful. We had a meal at the restaurant on site and I would recommend it.
Pat from Wiltshire (02 June 2015)

We have used eurocamp many times in the past, and this holiday was not a disappointment. Camping les fontaines is a lovely little site, and one of the best we have ever stayed on.
Janet from Ripon (31 May 2015)

Small site but has all the amenities needed. lovely stay.
Teresa (31 May 2015)

Nice location.early in season so shop not well stocked.good to relax, biggest issue was pool was far too cold.children went in but got cold as did any other child that used it even with good ambient temps.we had planned to join them ,but too cold for us to go in and a cold jacuzzi!!
Gary from Clevedon (30 May 2015)

We have had the best holiday ever! the area is so beautiful you spend all day saying wow! there is so much to do from high adrenaline sports to relaxing in a beautiful location and everything in between. We were there for a week but will definitely go back and next time for a fortnight. The parc itself is lovely and well maintained, the pool is spotless, the restaurant food is delicious and good value for money for the area. The eurocamp staff were friendly and helpful and also very knowledgeable about the area. If they weren't sure about something locally then they found out for you. I would definitely recommend. There were only a couple of little points stopping 10s all round: - there are 2 pillows per person provided but the linen pack only comes with 1 pillow case each. Also there are no duvets as apparently its not cold enough. At the end of may most nights dropped to about 5 degrees which is cold. We only had a sheet and a thin fleece blanket each and there were at least 3 nights where I hardly slept as it was far too cold. This seems to be scrimping far too much by eurocamp. Be prepared for this!
Customer 54 from The Parc Itself Is Lovely And Well Maintained, The (30 May 2015)

Fantastic time in a stunning location. Lots to see and do, the 40k cycle path around the lake made it an effortless way to take in the views. Annecy itself had a perfect blend of old and new, a fabulous place to wonder round. Overall a great experience in a beautiful place, the kids loved it that much, it was worth the 860 miles drive each way from preston.
Mark from Preston (29 May 2015)

A well established holiday park, with some lovely views.couriers as always very helpful.i was however a little disappointed with the lack of access to the"lac". if you have a water based craft, fine! if you want to sit on hard decking, one must travel into annecy park your car and sit beside hundreds of others. This holiday area is advertized as a great place for activities. It is, walking, cycling, water sports, but if you just want to sit and relax by a breathtakingly beautiful lake,no! not easy.
Amanda (25 May 2015)

We arrived and were greated by a nice man called steele. He was helpful but our caravan was very damp, full of dust cobwebs and smelt very strongly. In addition we were told that the parc was in the middle of a national holiday which we had not been informed about earlier meaning the shop, bar and resteraunt was closed out whole stay. This meant we spent a fortune in gazole traveling to shops and places to eat. Eurocamp are a waste of money... we feel like it ruined our holiday!!!!!
Daniel from Newcastle (20 May 2015)

Very enjoyable/wonderful area and weather excellent
Gj from Seaham, County Durham (11 September 2014)

Beautiful surroundings the reason being why we keep returning and so much to do with 3 teenagers. We stayed in the classic mobile home which was the perfect size although it only had one toilet which was really very smelly , we purchased air freshers and toilet cleaner but couldn't get rid of the smell of stale urine. A new mattress is really needed on the double bed ,my husband and I spent most nights cosily rolling into the middle because of the dip !!!.
Nicholas from Bideford (01 September 2014)

Good location. fantastic views. Plenty to watch on the lake. Very good for cycling with wide tarmac road for bikes very near to site.
Lynda from Alfreton (31 August 2014)

Lovely park, lovely relaxing atmosphere. Lake annecy really beautiful setting.
Jo from West Sussex (31 August 2014)

Camp is very squashed so you can see straight into next doors caravan. Also the brochure says doussard it is a short walk away but it is a 40min walk without children, very misleading.
Ceredig from Middlesex (30 August 2014)

The parc is friendly and relaxed but placements are close together.
Sue from Newbury (30 August 2014)

Overall is was good, but a few things went wrong, the tent was not clean as we had come to expect from other holidays, twice we lost power to the tent, and two of the beds were broken when we arrived. . . we usually get a static caravan, and probably will again in the future. . local camp staff were a bit rude.
Brent from Chepstow (29 August 2014)

When I arrived at fonteines I thought it looked pretty cramped and crowded. but our pitch was on the edge with stunning views of the mountains. It can be noisy with children and music to about 9:30 pm but after that it is quiet. I found the 'heated' pool a little cold for our toddlers but older kids seemed to splash around for hours. There is an alarming giant inflated 'pillow' that the kids bounced around on for ages. The playground has a few bits of equipment old but in good condition. The campsite staff are very friendly and helpful. The restaurant is basic but friendly and they took my son's peanut allergy seriously.
Tom from Oxford (29 August 2014)

Great parc, with wonderful activities. Overall a great experience in a beautiful location.
Cameron (29 August 2014)

Overall, we had a very enjoyable holiday and the region lived up to all our expectations. There were plenty of activities in the area to keep children and adults occupied.
Richard from Bristol (28 August 2014)

Very enjoyable and wpuld go back - amazing views. It would have bben helpful to have further infirmation on places to eat sround the park and that the couriers also had this information.
Heledd from Llandrillo Yn Rhos (28 August 2014)

The holiday was really nice, we all enjoyed it.
Peter from Oxford (27 August 2014)

Great site for the children, gave mum & dad chance to chill out.
Chris from Sandgate (26 August 2014)

Campsite is small and quiet. The pools are disappointing as the information in the brochure is misleading. there are only 2 slides, not the 5 indicated in the brochure. The pools are small, amd not really a water park. . the gas on the caravan ran out 4 times including the first morning. 4 cold showers not enjoyable.
Customer 71 (26 August 2014)

Lovely park, in a stunning location. We had fabulous views from our caravan. Couriers brilliant, especially joe. Caravan was a bit disappointing as although we had a new model it was smaller than the older version we have stayed in before. As a family of six we all couldn't sit in comfort on the bad days. Went paragliding..brilliant experience. Annecy is beautiful. Be warned if you travel to geneva you have to pay motorway tax in switzerland..£ 40 euros! . will defiantly love to return.
Catherine from Wolverhampton (24 August 2014)

Annecy and the lake are lovely, the cycle route to annecy is flat and good for all ages enabling you to hop-on/hop off the route when you want. We hired bikes from the campsite. the site is well placed for the lake and the free beach area near dussard (5euro parking all day), but quite compact, each mobile has a tight space to the side or in front to park. Tent pitches looked small and again tight for parking.
Confirmed Holidaymaker from Surrey (23 August 2014)

Camping les fontaines is set in a beautiful location with great access to lots of interesting places to visit. Some of the views from the park are stunning. You have to time your swimming carefully in august when the sun goes behind the mountains as the temperature can drop quite quickly! a great family-friendly park.
Mark from Thatcham (19 August 2014)

This campsite is very small and very steep. Each pitch, particularly those at the top of the site (esprit homes) is very small with almost no parking or outside space. The two pool areas are seperate so for families with children you have to chose one area or move between the two which is not good. The number of loungers around the pool is limited and if you sit poolside you will get splashed and have to put up with lots of noise from children. The best area to sit is on top of the bar on the roof terrace. The restaurant is expensive (to be expected) but the food is good and the service is fast. The area has a lot to do and we recommend the caves at seythenex, the boat trip from doussard to annecy, the cycle way along the lake to anncey and paragliding from cap forclaz. We would strongly suggest that this is not a site for staying in as there is not an awful lot on site to do and it is very small. However it is a great base for getting out and about and exploring the area and the fantastic scenery. We would also point out that the area is very lush and green for a reason, that is it rains a lot! do not expect lots of sunshine as you may be disappointed. Also this site is on the west side of the lake with a steep escarpment behind it. This means that even on sunny days the sun goes down behind the escarpment by about 1630hrs leaving the whole site in shade.
Liam from Milton Keynes (18 August 2014)

Great parc and lucky with fab weather. easy to find and wonderful views.
Amanda from Newbury (17 August 2014)

Fine for a quick stop over or if you love outdoor water activities but the parc itself is small and limited.
Vicky from London (16 August 2014)

Location was good. Parc was good as well. What let it down was that we were only given one blanket each it was very cold at night. We needed to use the lounge sofa so we could not use the heater.we were really cold. I think duvets should be provided as well in case the temperatures fall in aug, as it did last week. We also did not get all our bedding packs. We were two packs short.
Heather from Watford (15 August 2014)

This was our first experience of eurocamp and we had a great time. The site and area was well placed. My boys of 18 and 12 were able to walk, cycle and swim to their hearts content. The bar and food at les fontaines was excellent but the shop could be a little more stocked although the fresh bread and croissants every morning was fab. The caravan was comfortable but a coffee pot would have been a welcome addition
Sarah from Bedford (14 August 2014)

Beautiful area with loads of sporting activities nearby. The campsite was a good base, great pools but parking was awkward and muddy at times. Chalet was well equipped but lacked natural light and included a noisy, nocturnal, unidentified rodent which scratched periodically. The couriers were conspicuous by their absence. This campsite has some limitations but they would not stop us using it again. We had a great holiday.
William from Truro (14 August 2014)

Stunning place loads to do. Campsite was lovely great pools for the kids. tents were brilliant with stunning view.
Rob from Fareham (14 August 2014)

Fantastic area, huge amount to see and do.
Iain from Seascale (11 August 2014)

Beautiful location, friendly campsite , dreadful weather spoiled the overall comfort and experience.
Kim from Swansea (09 August 2014)

. an enjoyable holiday in lovely part of france. . as a family of 5 with children aged 16.14 and 10 it suited our requirements for all.
Rachel from London (09 August 2014)

Lovely campsite in a fantastic area. We had very mixed weather during our stay but had a fabulous time all the same. Our tent pitch was extremely private and had spectacular views.
Julia from Leeds (09 August 2014)

Really friendly relaxing park. Grest restaurant at swimming pool. Good shop no queues.
Georgina from Rickmansworth (09 August 2014)

Nice park well landscaped let down slightly by lack of local restaurants/shops
Chris from Croydon (05 August 2014)

A lovely, quiet, smaller parc in a fantastic area with lots to do close by. Great for sports, outdoors and families.
Ian from Manchester (02 August 2014)

Enjoyable holiday but we had a lot of rain which took the edge of it this year.
Jonthan from Sheffield (02 August 2014)

Great holiday, accommodation better than expected comfortable and clean. Site full but didn't feel too busy. Lots to do around the lake sailing, walking paddle boarding etc.
Customer 90 from Bishops Waltham (02 August 2014)

Nice site, espirit home was much bigger than the one at lac de chalain. loads to do and see. parc was a bit further from the lac than we first thought, so used the car more than we wanted to do.
Beth from Sutton Coldfield (31 July 2014)

We were placed in a poor site, very muddy and not at all private. The site had a deck which we never sat on as it looked immediately at our neighbour abour 15 feet away. The site was very muddy and getting the car in was a nightmare. Basically the site should not have had a deck so then the car could be parked. Most of the sites in the parc looked great but we were there 10 days and booked early so feel we could have been treated better.
Alwyn (31 July 2014)

Great holiday. Lovely location. Great park facilities. kids loved the pool and bouncing pillow. Accomodation great apart from the oven which had to be left open apparently! hence no oven cooked food. Places to eat close by very expensive! weather a bit unpredictable.
Jo (30 July 2014)

Site was good but the toilet blocks let them down a bit. choice of menu limited but very good. pool was always clean.
Edward from Malvern (27 July 2014)

We just loved this parc! it's proximity to the most beautiful lake annecy is the best thing but the parc is small and has a very relaxed friendly feel. We loved sitting in the bar while the kids could play table tennis a few yards away, so we were all happy! will definitely be back!
Ryan (26 July 2014)

This is a really lovely site, unfortunately the bedrooms in the 3 bed caravan are miniscule, there is no bin and the mattress in the double room is about 100 years old. We ordered linen but only got 1 pillow case each (there are two pillows on each bed), we also ordered towels but there were no hand towels, we ordered a cleaning pack so we did not have to buy washing up liquid and take t-towels etc but the washing up liquid was a tiny bottle and there was only 1 t-towel. This is just stingy eurocamp and we did actually pay extra to have all of this - not good! there is payable wifi but it is expensive and you have to sit under the router in the bar so you cannot use it in the caravan.
Dean from Bristol (26 July 2014)

Whilst the parc was nice, the facilities weren't as expected. The camp shop was very poor as was the bar. There was no life guard at the pool at any time of day. However, we had a fantastic pitch with views over a beautiful meadow and the couriers were helpful and available. Our tent was beautifully clean on arrival.
Stephanie from Londond (25 July 2014)

An excellent stay at camping les fountaines. Lovely area, staff were very helpful, shame it rained on the last day!
Chris from Bath (25 July 2014)

We arrived at park and shown our accommodation which was fine initially but the walls on the second bedroom were saturated with damp so we we we had to move to a lesser modern accommodation, we are now considering other options for our next holiday.
Martin from Peterborough (25 July 2014)

Good overall but in need of a few little fixes. Location is beautiful, ideal for keen and family cyclists.
Jeremy (25 July 2014)

Weather made outside of tent continually muddy. limited interaction with couriers but interaction experienced was good. Campsite offered excellent facilities in a small friendly setting
Michael (24 July 2014)

The eurocamp experience was as good as ever and fully came up to expectations.
Margaret from Cardiff (24 July 2014)

We had a great stay and would love to return. the whole experience was one of a peaceful, tranquil place and wonderful scenery in the surrounding area.
Peter from Plymouth (08 September 2013)

We had a great holiday at les fontaines, great location and a decent park; the facilities were very good and although there were one or two gripes there was nothing overall that I would say gave us a problem. Would certainly come back to this area / park again. We came at the back end of the season so it was nice and quiet and as I understand a few earlier the park / area was very busy so that would affect my decision again.
Greg from Birmingham (07 September 2013)

Couriers were excellent and very helpful and attentive. We requested a bulb and they attended very quickly
Roger from Carphilly (07 September 2013)

Nice park with great swimming complexes (shame they're separate). bar area too small, nowhere for families to congregate in evenings if not using restaurant. Wifi limited to small bar area and far too expensive given pathetic range.
Kevin from Poole (30 August 2013)

We had a great time at camping les fountaines. the mountain scenery is stunning with plenty to do in the area, especially if you like the great outdoors. a great family destination for an action packed holiday!
Annie from Keighley (28 August 2013)

Everything as expected
Sue from Maidstone (26 August 2013)

A lovely peaceful park set in an outstanding location, everyone was incredibly friendly, our courier was excellent. We had loads of fun with plenty to do. The drive was a bit long so would stop over night next time. With out a doubt the best euro camp site that we have experienced.
Rhian from Hampshire (26 August 2013)

We loved this parc and had a fantastic holiday. The couriers were so helpful and always available should we need them. A fantastic family holiday in a beautiful region of france.
Abby from West Yorkshire (25 August 2013)

Wonerful area, lovely friendly parc, wonderful pools and slides
Sue from Buxton (25 August 2013)

Lovely camp, lovely setting, great main pool. Fabulous eurocamp staff.
Katy from Brighton (25 August 2013)

Overall a really great holiday. Booking and travel arrangements were made really simple by the booking team, good recommendations and great choice of sites, except berny-riviere which was grim (but we only stayed a night on the way home)! international and camping les fontaines were, however, fantastic. Real mix of nationalities, good local site management and plenty to do on the sites and local areas. Once again, would recommend eurocamp.
Richard from Birmingham (25 August 2013)

Good overnight stay with a lovely large private pitch
Confirmed Holidaymaker (25 August 2013)

Superb holiday at both chalain and annecy. We had amazing pitch at annecy and helpful couriers when needed. Main issue now is deciding on next years plans..
Robert from Norfolk (20 August 2013)

An 8-night stopover on the way to italy was excellent - an easy overnight drive from calais in a beautiful part of the alps close to annecy. lots of cycling to do and the clear waters of lake annecy were lovely for swimming.
Ann from Spalding (20 August 2013)

Just great the couriers were courteous, helpful and pleasant. couldn't have done more for us.
Eileen from Whitley Bay (20 August 2013)

Great holiday, super site with stunning views, excellent weather too!
Nigel from Carlisle (19 August 2013)

The location of the eurocamp site was fine. Not actually in annecy but at the other end of the lake near dussard. Still anywhere around lake annecy is a bonus. . on arrival at our accommodation we discovered that the fridge freezer was not working and there was a book and a sock under the bed! the rep was very helpful and sorted things out. The pools are good and we couldn't get our kids off the slides!. we avoided the restaurant as we found both food and beer very expensive. All in all we would book there again due to the facilities and location.
Si from Chester (18 August 2013)

Dirty old van. Floor was disgusting. no cleaning products provided. the campsite was good but eurocamp weak.
Joanna from Bristol (17 August 2013)

Annecy and surrounding area is packed with things to do. small, safe, friendly parc with great swimming pools and good play area for kids. good entertainment programme but repeated each week if staying longer.
Theresa from Aberdeen (17 August 2013)

This is a fantastic site, the water chutes, main pool and park were loved by the children. Small-ish and quiet but with breathtaking scenery. Fabulous!
Helen from Cambridge (17 August 2013)

Good campsite in good location
David from Redhill (15 August 2013)

This is second year we have been to this campsite. love it! small and friendly. A big thankyou to the eurocamp couriers. the caravan was very clean upon arrival and, they were very helpful and friendly. The onsite restaurant is really good. Lovely food, good service and not too expensive.
Jane from Burgess Hill (15 August 2013)

An excellent holiday in a beautiful location.
Imogen from Solihull (14 August 2013)

Great holiday!
Louise from Melton Mowbray (14 August 2013)

The whole thing was good. I know it sound silly but for me, the toilet is well clean but no soap provided. No soaps at the toilet block then go round the park, shop, restaurant etc. There is a toilet blocks with no soaps and have seen people go to the food shop which is opposite the toilet block which is off putting but apart from that the campsite is nice small and quiet. Fab swimming pool. Food at the restaurant is fantastic nice. Would go back again, but like trying out new places.
Confirmed Holidaymaker (11 August 2013)

Loved it, awsome location and soooo much to do. only downside we didn't have long enough stay!!
Daniel from Stroud (10 August 2013)

Quiet site but with plenty to do in the area. Owners arranged activities each day and most evenings. Our pitch had a fantastic view. Joe, the courier, was the best courier we have had. He knew the area very well and could answer our numorous questions and made great recommendations for walks.
Margaret from Tavistock (10 August 2013)

Location fantastic - quite small camp but adequate.
Steve (08 August 2013)

Good location
David from Sevenoaks (07 August 2013)

We had a great holiday, on and off the campsite.
Tracey from Rickmansworth (06 August 2013)

A lovely site and lots going on in the area
Sharon from Edinburgh (03 August 2013)

We all enjoyed a great family holiday which enabled us to relax and concentrate on the things we wanted to do.
Hal from Usk (03 August 2013)

Great location
Fiona from Amersham (03 August 2013)

Great weather and plenty to do.
Customer 136 (03 August 2013)

Excellent holiday. Campsite was really nice and clean. Annecy and the lake stunning as ever. Couriers really friendly and kind even when I drove over our tent! cannot fault the holiday.
Daniel from Sandhurst (01 August 2013)

We had a lovely holiday and enjoyed our stay at the park. It was a beautiful part of france. The pools were good and kept my 3 boys entertained and busy, though it is better to get out and about locally as well to make the holiday truly memorable.
Steve from Leicester (01 August 2013)

This lovely family-friendly campsite offers a great base from which to explore the stunning lake annecy region.
Anna from Nottingham (30 Jul 2013)

4th time at this site, didn't like having dogs on site. Bbq was stolen on second night courier did sort .apparently bar staff had told families using site vans to help themselves to other bbq's if not in use. Lovely location.would be really interested to know if new 3 bed vans will be put in place for next year if so we would book as the 2 bed is just a little to small for 5 of us.
Nicholas (30 Jul 2013)

Les fontaines is a well-equipped and family friendly campsite with lots of on-site facilities and activities as well as evening entertainment for the family (not too late and not too noisy). it has easy access to one of the most picturesque cycle tracks anywhere as well as great views of the massifs. The drive however is long and arduous.
Brian from Wilmslow (29 Jul 2013)

The alps were fantastic and we will return at some stage.
Mark from Braintree (29 Jul 2013)

A lovely park in a great setting, the staff were excellent in maintaining all the facilities to a high standard, a great base for exploring this wonderful area. It was a littel disappointing that the two pools were separated by ~ 70 meters making it awkward moving between the two, that said the camping pitches were nicely positioned with trees offering a degree of shade in the afternoon. We throughly enjoyed our stay here, and we would definitely consider returning to this park.
David from Gresford (27 Jul 2013)

Had a wonderful relaxing time. Amazing scenery, fantastic weather and excellent campsite, very tidy with clean well kept facilities. Helpful couriers and staff , and good activities available for children. Cant wait to go back!
David from Market Harborough (27 Jul 2013)

Brilliant! we have now been on 9 eurocamp holidays and until this year had never returned to a site we had previously visited. This was not because we were at all unhappy with any of the previous sites but rather because we were keen to see other parts of france. The les fontaines site last year blew us away however and we felt drawn back this year. The tent pitches eurocamp have at les fontaines were the pick of any we have previously stayed at with stunning views and the camp has great facilities. The annecy area is also quite beautiful and the tour was also passing through which was an additional bonus. Finally, the weather was excellent.
Alistair from Biggar (22 Jul 2013)

Great family holiday
Christopher from Edinburgh (14 Jul 2013)
