We have stayed many times at this and other eurocamp parcs and for the first time we found the accommodation shabby and the couriers unwelcoming.
David (14 September 2015)

Excellent site, couriers and location.
Michael from Lincoln (14 September 2015)

Great parc in fantastic location. probably one of the best sites in europe for stunning scenery!
Dudley from Bedford (13 September 2015)

This park is in a great location with beautiful scenery & lots of walks.
Kenneth from Stocksfield (13 September 2015)

Our family was there. My wife was running the jungfrau marathon. When booking eurocamp beat all downtown hotels in terms of value.
Edward from Phoenix, Az Usa (11 September 2015)

A glorious setting; we had a view of a waterfall from our bedroom window! couriers incredibly helpful and stayed up late to ensure our safe arrival after we got lost on the way to the camp. Facilities excellent, everything you needed at your doorstep. Great location for exploring the area. Definitely would love to return.
A Morgan from Edinburgh (04 September 2015)

Great holiday, fantastic location.
Joanne from Whitfield (30 August 2015)

Beautiful place and very friendly staff.
Customer 8 from Lauterbrunnen (30 August 2015)

Excellant holiday and beautiful location
Shaun from Harpenden (29 August 2015)

This was our first eurocamp holiday and it won't be our last! the site was superb, great location, fantastic views and friendly eurocamp couriers.
Joanna from North Yorkshire (29 August 2015)

This is a very attractive site with stunning views. It lacks a little in terms of outdoor play areas for the children, and, of course, has no pool or access to water unlike manor farm nearby, which has a lake. The campsite shop looks great and has friendly staff, but the prices are very high and we shopped elsewhere. I have to say the courier's 'welcome' was unfriendly bordering on hostile.
Kevin from Nottingham (28 August 2015)

Fabulous site in a stunning area with so much to do and see. we all adored our safari tent and slept very well. campsite clean and welcoming at all times. restaurant lovely. Will definitely return!
Claire from Southampton (24 August 2015)

A great holiday and lauterbrunnen truly is an amazing place. photos do not do it justice.
Amanda from Beverley (23 August 2015)

Wonderful location with so much to see and do locally or a short ride away. Great campsite with very good facilities.
Customer 14 from Buckinghamshire (22 August 2015)

Park was fabulous with great facilities and despite poor weather we were still comfortable and enjoyed our stay. Found the couriers officious and at times rude. On leaving we had been unable to leave the dishes fully dry as the tea towel was wet and were treated as though we had trashed the place. a completely over the top reaction which left a source taste at the end of our stay.
John (20 August 2015)

Holiday rather spoilt by terrible weather. park in lovely situation but small pitches. mobile home smaller than we had hoped, and fold out bed not very good (we felt a double would be better made with table to fill in gap at side of seats. seats with leatherette not very satisfactory - they sloped down towards front so you slid off them. fabric covers would have been better. Well equipped van and it was clean enough. couriers were magnificent - nice to have a mature couple, and they were very kind. mobile home very expensive, but we had to come in august because of school holidays.
Confirmed Holidaymaker from Herefordshire (19 August 2015)

Best view you could ever wish for from the parc.
Sara (18 August 2015)

Park is set in beautiful location . nice place to explore . peter and wendy were so helpful.
Mohammad from London (18 August 2015)

Overall we had a fantastic holiday. The scenery around the parc is breathtaking and the site itself very good. Lots of interesting places to visit nearby.
Joanne from Sunderland (17 August 2015)

Excellent location and excellent friendly couriers who always came along to check that all was going well
Susan from Cardiff (15 August 2015)

Excellent park with an amazing restaurant. discounts offered on various excursions.
Maxine from Warrington (14 August 2015)

Having been on 2 eurocamp holidays previously we were more than happy to book another one for our switzerland holiday. there were a few things that I feel could of been better on this holiday and the eurocamp accommodation was the only thing I had to complain about.
Sarah from Anglesey (12 August 2015)

Lauterbrunnen is an amazing place. If you like mountains and breathtaking scenery, this is as good as it gets. We had an amazing week travelling the trains and cable cars around the surrounding mountains, walking between the different stations. I recommend the regional pass for the bernese oberland railway network. The tickets are expensive, so you will need to factor in this to your budget, but they dont half know how to run a rail network! if you like getting out and about you will easily get your value for money. There is a lot of hype about the jungfrau joch 'top of europe', but in our view it was a bit like going up snowdon on the train, good if you like that kind of thing, but very, very busy and touristy. The rest of the lauterbrunnen valley, and over to the eiger and getting grindewald is far better, and you have half the mountain to yourself. The camp is good, and perfectly located. The end of the camp, where our mobile home was located was a little tired, with a number of ancient / unused caravans, and old tractors etc, but the main camp centre and (slightly expensive) shop were excellent. The eurocamp staff and the campsite staff were both helpful and friendly. If you like the outdoor life, and especially if you love walking, this is a holiday you (and any kids) will never regret.
Colin from Cheshire (10 August 2015)

I should let you know that the manager representing eurocamp could not have been better. He is a credit to your organisation. We were on site for 3 nights, he was extremely helpful in both pratical matters on site and in providing guidance on things to do.
Martin from Bolton (09 August 2015)

Parc overall wasn't well kept, very disappointing. Long wet grass, trees that needed trimming - just all needed some tlc. Brochure lists site as having bar - there is no separate bar, it's part of the restaurant and when busy you can't get a drink unless you have a table reservation. Toilet blocks needed more frequent cleaning. Shower cubicle floors often filthy and drenched (not actually in shower, in area where you change etc). location was fabulous, lovely spot, cool in the valley even when the day had been hot. Safari tent was amazing, we all loved it - just wish it had an en suite ;) lots of middle of night toilet visits with kids, began to drive us mad! area is amazing - so much to see and do. Pool in nearby lauterbrunnen was so pretty and great fun, cheap and quiet too.
Lucy from Stourbridge (09 August 2015)

Fantastic setting , super holiday.
Neil from Ashford (01 August 2015)

Fabulous campsite and location . great shop and restaurant. Needs a pool
Miles from Needs A Pool (31 July 2015)

Unbeatable location in terms of scenery and access to activities and public transport (including cable cars). however, switzerland is very expensive, be prepared that this will add considerably to your holiday spending. The site is run very professionally and the reception staff was extremely helpful and patient despite the fact that it was a very busy time. Some people might find the frequent helicopter flights in the valley annoying though. Overall we had a great time and wished we had more than the six days we booked.
Confirmed Holidaymaker (31 July 2015)

Fantastic holiday in a stunning location
Andrew from Flint (28 July 2015)

We were on a multi stop holiday and had arranged to visit switzerland on swis day august the 1st. Wonderful fire works set off from under the waterfall.
Maxine from Kendal (26 July 2015)

Possibly the most picturesque campsite you can stay on!
Ma from Tavistock (26 July 2015)

Brilliant..peter & his wife were great couriers, took personal care of our needs and very accomodative..i wish we had planned a few more days..going back for sure
Manish from Geneva (23 July 2015)

This is an excellent base to explore the alps. Campsite is pretty, clean and well equipped. Also situated right on the edge of a touristy town so good amenities. The local swimming pool was great on a warm summers day. Very convenient for trains and cable cars up into the mountains.
Nicola from Sheffield (22 July 2015)

Perfect relaxing holiday in a beautiful area. Loved every minute
Mike from Derby (19 July 2015)

An excellent holiday combining sightseeing with walking
Andrew from Cardiff (17 July 2015)

The location and views were beautiful.
Jeffery (12 July 2015)

The parc was very nice and welcoming. The accommodation was adequate for 2-3 people but we were a party of five adults. It was far too small and cramped. No electric kettle or toaster and very few cooking utensils/oven equipment. The park itself was fantastic and the location amazing
Neil from Ringwood, Hampshire (10 July 2015)

Great park in a fantastic location. good shop and restaurant on site with reasonable prices. station and wider range of places to eat were a short walk away. information point on site very good and helpful for booking tickets. Accommodation was comfortable and clean. we saw the couriers (peter and wendy) most days and they were helpful with any queries we had.
Barry from Wiltshire (08 July 2015)

Great campsite with all facilities relaxing but so much to see and do.
Martin from Camberley (06 July 2015)

Very friendly and approachable eurocamp couriers. Site in breathtakingly beautiful surroundings. Caravan was fine - basic. . . park on site good for children. Adult bike hire only was a disappointment- this should be specified in the brochure/ camp promotion. No on site pool is a minus for families with small children, but the one in lauterbrunnen is great- friendly and has a small toddler pool. Lots of good family friendly places to eat in town. . decent shop with essentials but nearby lidl a much cheaper option. . fantastic on site washing facilities- very modern and clean. .
Chris from Fife (04 July 2015)

Best part of our european vacation was camping at the eurocamp. peter and wendy were the best camp directors and made our stay so wonderful! hats off to you for great employees, affordable accommodations and beautiful surroundings!
Rebecca from Folsom (03 July 2015)

Whilst this is a large park, and there were several coachloads of people staying on site, it really is a peaceful location with no noise after 10pm. beautiful park for exploring and sporting activities.
Mark from Staffordshire (30 June 2015)

Beautiful location but tight quarters.
Lawrence from Los Angeles (29 June 2015)

Caravan old and smelled of damp. Kitchen area and fridge not very clean. Couriers unhappy when we voiced our opinions.
Caroline from Swansea (29 June 2015)

Favourite park and location. Amazing scenery and so much to do and see.
Lesley from Granborough ,Bucks (27 June 2015)

When booking I believed I had booked a safari tent or a caravan, was disappointed when I saw what we were actually staying in. The actual location was fantastic with brilliant scenery, facilities were very good and everyone was very friendly
Paul from Yorkshire (27 June 2015)

The weather was not kind but the scenery was excellent and will be returning to the parc next year slightly later in the season. The parc location was very good.
Mary from Newcastle Upon Tyne (26 June 2015)

A fantastic location for exploring the area.
Peter from Wokingham (25 June 2015)

Fantastic location - the parc is set in the lauterbrunnen valley with numerous waterfalls all around. It is a site hard to beat in our eyes! brilliant restaurant on site - all staff in the parc very friendly and accommodating. We stayed in a safari tent which is in an elevated area of the site - absolutely wonderful views. Loads of walks and hikes either straight from the site or a short cable car away. Definitely recommend!
Rebecca (25 June 2015)

We had a brilliant holiday. The swiss alps are stunning.
Confirmed Holidaymaker (25 June 2015)

Stunning location, amazing scenery, friendly campsite with clean facilities
Rebecca from Leicestershire (24 June 2015)

A beautiful area with lots to do. The parc is well placed and we'll run with good all round facilities for a comfortable and enjoyable holiday.
John from Coalville (23 June 2015)

What can you say about lauterbrunnen - simply stunning. one of the best parc's I have ever visited and it keeps me coming back again and again
Brian from Chester (23 June 2015)

Very enjoyable
Customer 54 from Hungerford (22 June 2015)

Think some of your units are getting towards the need for replacement. Ours no 17 was in a great place but was in poor condition in places.
Peter from Northumberland (21 June 2015)

We stayed in 6 sites in total, and the caravan at this site was the oldest and had a smell to it.
Maggie (20 June 2015)

Brilliant holiday. Kids loved it. Only issue with the sie was no baby swings in the playground. . really clean facilities, and the baby bath room was lovely.
Nicola (13 June 2015)

Very nice and clean site. Did not have much to do with the couriers. Fantastic location. Safari tent good value for the cost and extremely comfortable
Michele from Headley Down (13 June 2015)

The hosts, peter and wendy, were brilliant. Friendly, helpful, checked in with us to make sure everything was running smoothly.
Michael (01 June 2015)

I love this camp, the tent was so good it has all the equipment so we dont have to carry any thing except the food, inside the camp site they have showers, toilets, bar every thing was so clean. Euro camp reception people was so helpful even I turup at 21:40, 20mins walk from the city center. We will not feel it as we will walk towards the water fall, I stayed for a night, I will plan for longer holidays. In the morning when you wake up you will see possibley the best natural veiw of mountain and waterfall I have ever seen
Abdul from Leicester, United Kingdom (30 May 2015)

A lovely park with helpful couriers
Judy from High Wycombe (22 May 2015)

Enjoyable holiday, some wonderful walks
Zena from Emsworth (20 May 2015)

. brilliant location for mountain scenery and walking
Confirmed Holidaymaker (19 May 2015)

A brilliant holiday which took in the herbolzheim(germany) and birkelt (luxembourg) as well as lauterbrunnen(switzerland). the lauterbrunnen site is in a wonderful location. There is a plethora of spectacular sights to visit by hopping on a local train and the views are magnificent. Great for walking mountain pathways. . in the black forest there are also plenty of attractions, clean and pleasant surroundings and a wonderful, well maintained campsite. The birkelt site in luxembourg was also very good, with well designed pitches, plenty of things to do on site as well as interesting places within driving distance. The reps at herbolzheim and birkelt were excellent.
Anne from Oldham (18 May 2015)

It was an an excellent holiday !
Parin (15 May 2015)

Great campsite in a great setting. Possibly the best couriers we have had on any holiday.
Stephen from London (15 May 2015)

2nd year running coming to this parc and already looking to book a 3rd! the most spectacular location i've seen with tons to do all in the area. Brilliant couriers, nothing was too much trouble for them. . truly amazing place.
Steven from Hull (09 May 2015)

Excellent location, facilities and couriers.
David from Wirral (18 September 2014)

A very enjoyable holiday in a truly outstanding area and great views from our pitch on the terrace. It was a calm and relaxing place to be after a day out walking in the surrounding area. The campsite reception, shop and restaurant were all very helpful and welcoming and the band festival they hosted was a real treat.
John from Harrogate (10 September 2014)

Stunning campsite, the safari tent made the holiday
Julie (07 September 2014)

An amazingly beautiful camp site with an exceptionally good restaurant!
Greg from London (06 September 2014)

Another brilliant holiday at eurocamp - for the first time utilising one of the static tents rather than bringing our own. the scenery in and around the lauterbrunnen valley is stunning and makes for a very relaxing holiday. there is nevertheless plenty to do with access to the mountain tops via the trains, cable cars and gondolas - the 6 day jungfraupass is not cheap but without it you would really miss out.
Colin from Kent (02 September 2014)

Everything perfect except for the fact eurocamp have removed their traditional coffee filters and jugs. However we managed to improvise with some cunning diy skills (we have photos). but please bring back the old filters and jugs!
Greg from London (31 August 2014)

Camping jungfrau has an exceptional location at the foot of the jungfrau range of mountains. A 15minute walk to lauterbrunnen station provides easy access to the region. The campsite is spotless, and has a first class restaurant. Wooden decking panels are readily available and are recommended to provide a non-muddy entrance to the tents during periods of rain. Eurocamp tents are specious and well equipped. Our eurocamp reps (ian and ruth) were extremely helpful and the tent was spotless when we arrived. Be warned that switzerland is expensive to eat out! mountain train and cable car passes are recommended!
Paul from Farnborough (30 August 2014)

Fabulous campsite. Facilities are superb - clean, well serviced and plentiful. Family batgrooms were an extra special addition. Camp site shop is a tad expensive but open all day and very friendly staff. On site restaurant waa excellent and very popular so best to book in advance. Couriers were second to none - extremely knowledgable about the area - they certainly contributed to us having such a great holiday. would definitely go back and recommend to others.
Kate from Tavistock (29 August 2014)

Amazing holiday in lauterbrunnen. ruth & ian were simply fantastic courriers and couldn't have been more helpful. the children loved it and were so sad to leave and it hadn't changed since I was last there as a teen. just brilliant.
Kate from Wincanton (29 August 2014)

We had a great time with eurocamp. it's the first time we've booked with eurocamp and we've already booked again for next year!!!
Kay from Stockton On Tees (27 August 2014)

Camping jungfrau is set in the most stunning scenery we have seen for a eurocamp site. The staubach waterfall is an ever present sight and, clouds permitting, you can see the snow capped peak of the breithorn from the parc. . there are so many places to see, you can easily spend a week travelling about on the super efficient railway system. The cheapest way to get around is to purchase a jungfrau bahnenpass. This give you 6 days of pretty much unlimited travel on the rail, boat, bus and cable-car systems in the region. It also gets you a 50% reduction on the jungfraujoch which is well worth a visit. Snowball fights and sledging were not something we imagined we would be doing on an august holiday but we couldn't resist it while we were there. The eurocamp couriers were lovely and went out of their way to make sure we had a great stay. The parc was quiet and peaceful in the day and at night.
Scott from Swindon (26 August 2014)

Everything was perfect for the holiday. Parc was very clean and tidy and had excellent facilities. Tent was very clean and fully equipped with everything we needed. Couriers were very friendly and helpful. Good value for money.
Lorraine from Needham Market (25 August 2014)

Fantastic location for a campsite. Excellently run by all involved. . this was our first eurocamp experience (we usually stay in unusual accommodation - railway carriages, lighthouses, shepherds huts, tipees, normal camping etc. But would definitely book a eurocamp again - ideally in a safari tent. Thankyou for your efforts.
Georgina from Gloucester (22 August 2014)

It would be difficult to better lauterbrunnen as a holiday destination ; stunning scenery, excellent public transport (albeit rather expensive), such a variety of different activities to suit all the family, so many beautiful walks.
Nicholas from Kettering (21 August 2014)

An excellent campsite in a fantastic location with lots to do in the local area.
Susan from Chester (21 August 2014)

We had a great time and will certainly be back. Ian and ruth gave us some really useful tips about what to see and do. The accommodation was spotless. A awesome family holiday. Just too short! thanks
Clare from Mayfield, East Sussex (20 August 2014)

Very helpful couriers . excellent park in beautiful surroundings. Idea base to go off and explore.
Georgina from Bristol (20 August 2014)

Excellent holiday and stunning location!
Matt from Norwich (20 August 2014)

Stunning location in the valley and well appointed tents - would happily go again for more cycling and walking around this picturesque area.
Mark from Luxembourg (17 August 2014)

Fantastic holiday in beautiful location. Would go back.
Judith from Swindon (17 August 2014)

We have all read how lovely switzerland is, but I was not prepared for this fantastic place, it is awesome, beautiful, breathtaking.
Jonathan from Leeds (16 August 2014)

Excellent facilities. Quiet and friendly site in a lovely location.
Anthony from Bromley (15 August 2014)

Stunning scenery
Rosemary from Ware (15 August 2014)

Fabulous site in the beautiful swiss alps. so much to do and see. the only downside was the mud around the park after a summer of rain, but this didn't dampen the experience. all park staff were helpful and friendly and most welcoming. well done eurocamp - another hit with the family!
Lisa from Northampton (14 August 2014)

Excellent site for day trips - couriers very good and helpful. mobile home a little cold at nights - needed more blankets
Karen from Basingstoke (14 August 2014)

Excellent reps. brilliant restaurant with exceptional food at reasonable prices for switzerland.
Maxine (13 August 2014)

An enjoyable stay somewhere different to the usual beach type resort we go for. a very pretty location with lots to do nearby. probably more suited to families with older children who can walk a fair distance or ride a bike.
Sonia (11 August 2014)

We had a fantastic 5 nights at camping jungfrau, lauterbrunnen. The site was very well equipped and in a stunning location. our eurocamp couriers were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. We did some fantastic daytrips; trummelbach falls, schilthorn, murren, gimmelwald, wengen, boat trip across lake brienz and a trip to the ballenberg musuem. Great facilities on site. we would definitely visit again.
Susie from Freeman (11 August 2014)

Campsite is in a fantastic location with so much to do. no need to use the car while there. Not enough time.
Sephie from Dewsbury (10 August 2014)

Excellent holiday especially for kids - huge amounts to do in the local area. The site is picture perfect and the facilities amazing. Well located with respect to the local village and transport.
Paul from Calne (09 August 2014)

Very good site
Michelle from Portsmouth (09 August 2014)

Excellent holiday
Stewart from Farnborough (09 August 2014)

Fantastic site. Idyllic, stunning setting with backdrop of mountains and waterfalls. Quite small site, with lovely friendly atmosphere. Caravan in need of updating. Ian and ruth, the eurocamp couriers, were incredibly helpful, professional and friendly. Their knowledge about the area and where to go/things to do made things very easy for us.
Confirmed Holidaymaker from Sale (08 August 2014)

The safari tents were fabulous and the hosts, ian and ruth were very friendly and so helpful. An excellent parc with great facilities. Weather was not as good as usual though, and when we wanted to re-locate for a few days eurocamp couldn't have been more helpful. Washing facilities superb and central location perfect.
Vicki from Clitheroe (07 August 2014)

Fab position of site, amazing scenery
Rachel from Derby (06 August 2014)

Beautiful location, everything very clean. Nice shower rooms.
Peter from Winchester (06 August 2014)

An excellent location in a beautiful area. definitely worth taking a cable car up to get a full view of the mountains. recommend going to mürren and then allmendhubel with primary school age children, as there is an excellent playground at the restaurant, and a fantastic "kids trail" walk back down to mürren, which has a couple of play areas along the way.
James (04 August 2014)

Lovely well run campsite , in beautiful surroundings.
Customer 105 from Glasgow (31 July 2014)

Overall good, despite poor weather
David from Uttoxeter (30 July 2014)

Great campsite, breathtaking views, lots to do, second visit. If you get good weather it is like paradise but it can rain and if it does it is like monsoon and it is horrible. Stayed for 2 weeks last year, only 4 days were a washout.
Tobias from Tring (29 July 2014)

Best holiday ever..amazing
Lucyanne from Leicestershire (27 July 2014)

Amazing place, area and site has everything
Sue from Whitley Bay (26 July 2014)

This was our third time with eurocamp at camping jungfrau in lauterbrunnen and our first as ' mature' campers ' we just love this area and whilst we have experienced better weather, we accept that weather is ' in the lap of the gods' so came prepared. The tent was pristinely clean and we were warmly welcomed with facilities clearly explained. The tent was warm and comfortable and all basic amenities were provided for us. Our couriers were there when needed without being obtrusive - just the right balance. The walking opportunities were fantastic and we took the couriers advice to walk the ' mountain view' trail from murren and the ' eiger trail' via wengen/ kleine scheidegg . great stay on our way to the italian lakes.
Gill from Chelmsford (25 July 2014)

A happy holiday in an outstanding location.
Brian from Coleford (21 July 2014)

Lovely location in lauterbrunnen, local shops in walking distance, railway station and plenty of other activities.
Helen from Cambridge (28 June 2014)

A good short stay on a beautiful, well equipped site
Judith from York (21 September 2013)

Amazing holiday, beautiful parc and area, cleanest and most well-kept caravan I have holidayed in. The only reason I didn't give couriers full marks is because we didn't get chance to catch them (or them us) in our 3 night stay but that was because there is so much to do there, we were out most of the day and on our arrival day they were also away.
Beryl (19 September 2013)

A wonderful holiday, beautiful scenery.
Susan from Bingley (16 September 2013)

All very good, been to the camp a number of times
Elizabeth from Bude (15 September 2013)

Had a lovely holiday in switzerland.
James from Matlock (15 September 2013)

Very, very disappointed with the quality of the caravan. It was sub-standard & not as described in the brochure.
Neil from Cornwall (11 September 2013)

Beautiful location, first class facilities, luxury camping!
Mark from Salisbury (08 September 2013)

Great! top marks from myself, husband and our 2 year old. We already knew the area but it never fails to surpise; the area itself is pretty epic.
Anna from Alicante, Spain (08 September 2013)

Beautiful location combined with good weather, good accommodation and nice people made the perfect holiday for us.
Susan from Leeds (07 September 2013)

Best site that I have ever been to in terms of location.
Andrew from Hayling Island (07 September 2013)

From first meeting the couriers, I was made to feel like an outsider just cos I had my dog with me. It was all booked for my dog but got grilled on her behaviour as other dogs have left a bit of hair after they left etc. But when we got into our mobile home I found previous signs of a very hairy man who had obviously shed his summer coat. The site and location are great, just cleanliness and courier attitude needs improvement. I've stayed with eurocamp before and been to lauterbrunnen before, hence why I tried the two together. Not what I expected from eurocamp
Tom from Hampshire (05 September 2013)

Lauterbrunnen very nice place when the weather is good. Easy to get into the mountains via train/cable car.
Jeremy from Coventry (02 September 2013)

A lovely holiday in a beautiful part of switzerland. plenty to see and do for all ages; cable car and train rides up into the mountains, relaxing boat trips on lakes thun and brienz, mini golf, swimming, pedaloes, zip wires (first flyer). everything efficient, clean and convenient. plentiful cafe's, restaurants, play parks and toilets wherever you go. the main thing for me is the beauty of the surroundings and the peace and tranquility. the only negative things are a) the cost of food (and most other things too) is staggering, whether eating in or out and b) some (but by no means all) of the swiss locals can be quite unfriendly, unhelpful and unwelcoming, especially people in shops, bakeries etc. they seem quite intolerant of younger children; my 9 year old was told off by complete strangers for minor things such as touching the glass screen in a bakery, touching things in shops. this is something that I have noticed on previous visits also, although this time people did seem slightly friendlier. when my four children were much younger on our last visit, I would say about 50% of the locals were downright rude and unwelcoming, whereas this time, now my children are older, things were not so bad. so you have to look past this and look to the mountains and the scenery all around you, and just ignore the minority of swiss locals who don't seem to want the tourists there.
Deborah from Brighton (02 September 2013)

Lauterbrunnen is the most magnificent location and the campsite has every facility you need. Although the jungfrau pass is expensive (250 frank each for 6 days) it is really well worth it to see the mountains above the valley and get in some magnificent walking.
Olivia from London (31 August 2013)

The park was very clean and well-positioned. it was the best one we have stayed on as it had stunning scenery and was fully-equipped, however, we found the camp courier very rude and unacceptable.
Paul from Milton Keynes (30 August 2013)

Excellant site visited many times

We had a great holiday and the parc was very well run. The onsite staff were incredibly helpful. My only issue is how close the pitches were together, we were expected to parc our car right in front of our tent leaving little space to sit out as we often had enormous mobile homes all round us. Other than that it was great and the couriers were the best we have had - really really helpful. Area is great for walking we had a lovely break.
Gina from London (18 August 2013)

Beautiful location. Stunning park
Ingrid from London (18 August 2013)

Beautiful location, fabulous mountains. Good transport links. Variable weather. Lots of people. Very expensive.
Kat (17 August 2013)

Unique location. Good facilities. Helpful couriers. Mobile unit becoming a little tired but clean nonetheless. . . can't wait to return,.
Customer 133 (15 August 2013)

Lovely area setting and campsite. Couriers really helpful and nice to deal with.
Darren from Brighton (13 August 2013)

We had a lovely holiday - the area surrounding camping jungfrau is spectacular with amazing mountains and beautiful green valleys. Lots to do within walking distance of camp such as visiting trummelbach waterfalls, walking to nearby cable car and hiking to nearby 'car free' villages of wengen and murren. Fantastic spot for appreciating the amazing natural environment.
Suzanne from Norwich (11 August 2013)

Beautiful location. Plenty to do in lauterbrunnen and surrounding area. Facilities clean and site well-maintained. Couriers very helpful and accessible.
Morag from Wetherby (11 August 2013)

Andrew and helen , our couriers, were fantastic. During our stay we had a thunderstorm that lasted for over three hours.we had torrential rain and hailstones. They both spend that time going round all the accomodation to make sure everyone was okay. . the campsite was excellent. The showers and washing up facilities were first class. We booked an excursion via the reception staff which gave us 40% off the normal price. We had planned to always go on this excursion and knew how much it would cost us, so this was an added bonus. They were extremely helpful.
Julie from Ross-On-Wye (09 August 2013)

We loved the location of the park and all showers/toilets etc were very clean. Good play area for kids. We felt the accommodation was a bit too expensive for tent accommodation.
Kathleen from Cambridge (02 August 2013)

We had a wonderful time with my two grand daughters 1&4 years old, we returned to the site after nearly 25 years and it is the one of the best site I have visited. The couriers were excellent and they meet our expectation. Thank you euro camp
Suman from Hemel Hempstead Uk (30 Jul 2013)

Beautiful location and good campsite. Pitch was very small and did miss not having a pool on site but location did compensate.
Tracey from Somerset (27 Jul 2013)

This is the sixth time on this parc it is beautiful looking up at the high snow covered mountains and is idealy situated to explore lots of places
Dennis from Comber (20 Jul 2013)

Superb site, with all that you needed,,,shop was more than adequate. Easy access to all towns and attractions
Martin from Camberley (08 Jul 2013)

Beautiful location - wished we'd stayed longer. kids wished for a pool onsite but we knew there wasn't one when we booked. very very helpful staff , both the campsite staff and eurocamp couriers.
Gillian from Edinburgh (06 Jul 2013)

We stayed in the new safari tent and it was wonderful. Only point to make is the single beds need a middle wooden strut as my 22 year old son keep falling though the bed as it was not strong enough to hold his weight.
Deborah from Caterham (05 Jul 2013)

Excellent site which we have visited on many occasions.
Ruth from Macclesfield, Cheshire (30 Jun 2013)

Stunning situation in the most beautiful countryside. Nothing.
David from Wiltshire (29 Jun 2013)

Only there for four days but could have stopped a week or two.
Paul from South Shields (29 Jun 2013)

Absolutely excellent park, courier and accommodation. Location second to none, beautiful
Eloise from Carlisle (23 Jun 2013)

We had an exceelent holiday, of which the two weeks in lauterbrunnen were the central part. We have been to the campsite twice before and felt that the parc itself was getting a little tired and needs some work.
Susan from Bristol (20 Jun 2013)

Excellent place to stay - safari tents were clean, spacious and well equipped. parc was very clean and well maintained.
Anthony from Billericay (19 Jun 2013)
