Reg from Maidstone Kent (21 September 2015)

Had a very nice holiday, but some changes to the park made enjoyment of holiday not as good as previous years
Graham from Bristol (11 September 2015)

Nice weather nice pool kids entertainment good. The lake is beautiful but not for swimming or for play
Andrew (05 September 2015)

Great camp, great location.
Martin from Hereford (05 September 2015)

The holiday was fantastic from start to finished. Really impressed with the overall cleanliness and state of the home and parc
Chris from Crawley (04 September 2015)

Cabins somewhat outdated but very practical. Floor tiles on main swimming pool very slippery. Better on the smaller pool
Jessica (01 September 2015)

Excellent location for the beautiful lake. fantastic weather, a good family park. easy access to surrounding towns around the lake. good accommodation, good size pitch, well stocked store on site, gardaland just up the road all a family could want.
Deborah from Ipswich (31 August 2015)

Smaller camp but lots going on. Walk to the lake could be spruced up.
Ian from Stockton-On-Tees (29 August 2015)

Really enjoyed it there wish it could have been longer. All staff were very helpful and the parc was clean and tidy. Would definitely go back there.
Rachel from Lake Garda (29 August 2015)

Great time on lake garda very clean and pretty lots to see and do
Simon from Mansfield (28 August 2015)

A fabulous week at camping del garda. Ideal location for exploring area, good restaurant on site and excellent park staff..all very helpful and friendly.
Eleanor from Merseyside (24 August 2015)

We went on holiday for 10 days with our 3 boys aged 8,6 and 4. We enjoyed the pools and water slides and we felt the animation team were very friendly and attentive. However the overall experience was quite poor due to the lack of children's activities and very disappointing accommodation.
Leonie from Truro (23 August 2015)

Our overall impression was very satisfactory. This was an enjoyable family holiday. Site facilities were good and location is excellent. Area is very attractive, weather was very pleasant most of the time and both site staff and local people were friendly and hospitable.
Nick from Manchester (21 August 2015)

Had a fantastic holiday here! lake garda is stunning.
Julie from Newport South Wales (19 August 2015)

Good holiday euro camp reps sam , marcel, jane and tobias all very helpful and friendly.
A.M from Harlow (18 August 2015)

Location is good and overall the parc is pretty good, but nowhere as good as bella italia and would recommend you book there as a first choice if possible.
Michael from York (17 August 2015)

Excellent couriers. Helpful and pleasant. Felt so sorry for them living in tents in that heat. Old and damaged accommodation. Very uncomfortable beds. Electricity kept going off in the heat. Ait con switched off every 2 hours so we had to get up in the night as it was 30 degrees. Noise from neighbouring site was too loud and disturbed day and night.
Andrea (13 August 2015)

On the whole we had a fantastic holiday. The setting by lake garda was beautiful with easy access to the local supermarket, town and train station on foot (we didn't take a car). we thought the town was lovely and enjoyed day trips to verona and venice (a must). the site was well maintained with decent size plots. However, the negatives were that the site had been divided in two with barriers erected so there was no easy direct access to the lake and the other campsite held very noisy discos to gone midnight everynight. It was by far the noisiest site we have ever visited. The other drawback was that although the van was airconditioned the unit was in the lounge and so the bedrooms remained very hot. In temps in the high 30s this made sleeping difficult.
Katy from Cambridge (11 August 2015)

The parc is well-designed, with all facilities on site.
Mike from Newbury (11 August 2015)

Fabulous holiday. Parc is well situated for a "no car" holiday. We were only 10 mins walk to the station and 25 mins into perscheria (boat and bus). the couriers were great, couldn't be more helpful. So much to do in the area, highly recommend a trip to verona and venice by train and lazire and sirmione by boat.
Dawn from Kontzle (08 August 2015)

Fantastic park and great location.
Joanna from Leeds (07 August 2015)

Brilliant holiday I would recommend it to any family.
Casey from Essex (05 August 2015)

Wonderful holiday but dreadful rep.
Allen from Westerham (03 August 2015)

Basic caravan but great extras like the bbq, shade and air conditioning!
Karl from Belfast (30 July 2015)

Very easy to book and easy to get to site with arranged private taxi excellent although walk to lake a bit far for my 4 yr old.worth getting taxis to the village as very reasonable and the reception arranged this for us.very nice clean chalet and definitely worth hiring both towels and linen.overall a lovely holiday.
Toni from Haverfordwest (30 July 2015)

First time in italy - highly recommended!
Phillipa from Wakefield (29 July 2015)

Lovely spot to take 2 teenage boys. Plenty to do, easy to reach by trains which are cheap and clean and run to milan verona and venice so we were able to explore easily. friendly people with beautiful old town a short walk from the campsite. will go back to this area again.
Sarah from Edinburgh (24 July 2015)

Overall, a well run parc. clean and well maintained. the facilities were of good quality and both the eurocamp and parc personnel were friendly and very helpful. However, we had 3 teenagers in our party and I would say that most of the activities were aimed at younger children.
Gerard from Dromore, Co Tyrone (22 July 2015)

Been to this camp seven times before, the silly family that own it have decided to shoot the goose that laid the golden egg and split the parc in two, however they haven't managed to spoil the amenity of the parc, the outstanding irritation is the lack of access to the marina, but the new car park entrance compensates somewhat, think they might have done better shooting one another in the board room than splitting the parc
John from Wigan (22 July 2015)

Site was ok but very well located by the lake, night time entertainment very poor though
Joe from Tyrone (22 July 2015)

Great holiday! excellent location for exploring the lake towns and for visiting verona and venice.
Lorraine from Glasgow/ Kirkintilloch (21 July 2015)

Area is spectacular but the parc is quite a walk from the lake pity there is no access through the neighbouring site (you can see the lake from the park but the diverted lake footpath is not a pleasant walk and the cctv gates make it feel like an open prison) the site is very lively but it is the only campsite i've been where you can't get sun beds by the pool unless you go early to reserve your spot! pitches are good but having no car access is a pain when unpacking and packing.
Suzanne from Wigan (18 July 2015)

Really enjoyable holiday - park and staff were amazing - our kids had a wonderful time :)
Scott from Lanark (14 July 2015)

We were delighted with the friendliness of the del garda village staff and the animation team. We loved the location of the campsite so voles to town and train station which allowed us to travel around a fair bit.
Joan from Edinburgh (14 July 2015)

Confirmed Holidaymaker (10 July 2015)

One of the reasons we chose this site was it had direct access to the lake. Just before our holiday the parc was split in two, and the half didn't have the lake access. We were told it was only 300 yards walk but that was to the path that led to the lake. 600 yards to the lake, a further 1/2 mile to a swimming spot where you had to hire sun loungers (and the point where the other 1/2 had direct lake access. So won't be back. Top tip - go to gardaland late, leaving at 11 and you miss the queues. . and the pizzeria on the site was good.
Andrew from Lauder (08 July 2015)

Fantastic weather, excellent resort, we thoroughly enjoyed the stay.
Nicholas from Bristol (01 July 2015)

Arrived at camping del garda the accommodation was very dated and nothing as described in the brochure or on the web site , the caravan had not been cleaned properly , the toilet smelt and we had to put a lot of bleach in it to get rid of the smell , the fly screens had green mould on them , and the fan was filthy , we spoke to the team leader who said he had been pulled from another site to sort the mess on this site out , his words
Paul from Wootton Bassett (25 June 2015)

You cannot fail to fall in love with lake garda. The campsite is well placed and convenient. The cycling routes were an added bonus. Fantastic. Would love to go back at some point.
Customer 39 from Edinburgh (24 June 2015)

. . I booked this site back in january mainly due to the fact that it was advertised as being a short walk to the nearest town peschiera. When we arrived we were told that a fence had been erected through he middle of the site in feb which then added an extra 15 mins walk to the town depending where you were on the campsite and prevented direct beach access which was originally advertised and was now a 15 min walk. I was not informed of this change prior to my holiday and if I would have been informed I would most certainly have changed my booking to another site closer to the town. . I now see on the web site that it has been changed to show a 2km walk now to the town which was most defiantly not showing when I booked in jan otherwise I would not have booked the site. I went with a group of 6 in our 50s and a 2km walk in 30 odd degrees (which is what it was in june) can be quite an ordeal. . I have had a number of holidays with eurocamp before and never had any issues but I do feel let down that I was not informed of the changes to the site prior to departure. Having said all of the above, the site was very clean and well maintained and the reps sam and marc very helpful.
John from Mansfield (11 June 2015)

Great parc clean and well kept restaurant pizzas excellent, the pool well kept clean and great for cooling down in the hot weather . great having bbq in accommodation really clean when we arrived. Staff were excellent friendly and knowledgeable . good value for money. Great location
Anna from Trowbridge (09 June 2015)

Lake garda is a superb location for a vacation. Euro camp is adequate and my only real gripe is the distance you have to walk to get to the lake. There are large steel gates blocking a driveway that would take no longer than 2 minutes to walk to get onto the lake but because they're blocked they make you exit the park by a corner gate on the other side of the complex where you have to walk all the way around to achieve the same location. Why? this takes 15-20 minutes depending on how fast you walk.
Tony from Nottingham (09 June 2015)

We had a great time with great weather!
Adam from Leeds (05 June 2015)

We had a fantastic week at camping del garda. It's s perfect location to explore the lake, and cities like verona and venice are easily accessible. Peschiera del garda is s lovely little town with a lot of really good restaurants, shops and gelaterias. Wish we could have stayed longer!
Sarah from Altrincham (31 May 2015)

The parc was described as beside the beach. A couple of weeks prior to departure we were advised the parc was now only one and and there was no access to the other. Our caravan was 608 which meant it took 20 minutes to get to the lake which is not acceptable. The main pool dos not open until the day we were leaving. The other pool was always full so we spent the whole time off the park sightseeing. We even decided to go away off site for 2 days as we were so disappointed with the accommodation. We also had a power cut to top it all and you had one rep racing around the camp for 2 hours when there was no lighting and it was dark. We want to go to another camp next year but we are so put off. We were unable to move camps it was such a let down and we spent an extra 500 euros because of the state of the camp and not what and why we choose it in the first place.
Catherine from Richmond (30 May 2015)

A great park, perfect with no car as long as able to walk 1km easily. Close to public transport, close to lake garda and to local town. A perfect base
Sue from Hereford (29 May 2015)

Good facilities, good shop and restaurant. Great accommodation, especially the price we paid. It was a little noisy as there groups of teenagers on the site on school trips and the teachers happily let them run riot in and out of each other's cabin
Hague from Saddleworth (23 May 2015)

Loved the area.good transport links.on site restaurant ideal if you don't want to cook and reasonably priced.ideal if you want to visit venice, verona and highly recommend simione by ferry.loved italy.
Simon from Pontypridd (20 May 2015)

Great parc, in may it was quiet, clean and tidy. Great for children as cars are very limited. Only downside was that the campsite was previously one large one and now it's 2 seperate, camping del garda now doesn't have such easy access to the lake as you have to walk around the edge of the other campsite which sits between camping del garda and the lake, just takes more of a 5-10 minute walk.
Clare from Hampshire (18 May 2015)

Good value holiday
Karl from Aargau (17 May 2015)

Such a bargain as we purchased during sale time! lovely well-kept park with clean facilities, friendly staff and clientele and superb location in an area we'd never visited before. Really lucked out with the weather and found local food etc fabulously cheap! really great experience.
Lisa from Switzerland (17 May 2015)

Very well located for visiting sirmione and bardolino and with a famila supermarket within walking distance the location is perfect. The site is clean and lots of things to do for the kids. Only issue for me was the wifis a bit hit and miss, only really get a signal near the restauant and even then it doesnt always connect. Apart from that would recommend it if you want to visit lake garda
Judita (08 May 2015)

Great location if you want to save money and not hire a car. Short train ride to peschiera from verona and then you can hire bikes, or use the ferries to visit different towns on the lake. Venice is also within easy travelling distance, about 1.5 hrs on the train and definitely worth a visit. The parc itself was fairly quiet when we visited in early may. Our 3 yr old loved the toddler pool. The covered decking on the mobile home provided a greater sense of space. We would recommend the bike hire shop in town - the first one that you come to if you turn right out the main gate of the parc, then left at the roundabout, just around the corner from the bank. The guy was really helpful, even delivered the bikes to the parc for us, and was only 120 euros for the week, for 2 bikes and a trailer. One of the other advantages of the parc is the large supermarket, off site, but v close and up a small hill. There is a restaurant behind it that has great views of the lake! we are thinking of returning next year as such a good location for exploring. And loads more we haven't done yet like gardaland (theme park) and water park, both close by.
Fiona from Peschiera (07 May 2015)

We had a brilliant holiday at camping del garda. The camp site is in a fantastic location, just a 20 minute taxi journey from verona airport and a 10/15 minute walk to peschiera station which is on the milan-venice train line. The bus stop is also here which is useful for getting to different parts of lake garda. Peschiera itself is just a 15 minute walk and you can get onto the promenade of lake garda within 5 minutes. . the camp site itself was great and we didn't find it too big. There is a small play area for little ones and two pool areas (although one hadn't opened for the season yet). there is also an onsite shop which stocks fresh bread as well as a basic selection of fruit and veg, milk, yoghurts and general store cupboard ingredients and a 'bazaar' which had holiday type goods. We had pizza from the restaurant on the night we arrived but it was just ok and pretty pricey so we didn't bother again. There is a large supermarket (la famila) about a 10 minute walk from the camp site or just a few minutes' drive. . would definitely recommend this camp site to people wanting to explore the lake garda area and even go a bit further and do days in milan and venice (we took the 1.5 hour train to venice one day) and it's a great site for those without a car as we did so even with an 18 month old!
Hannah from Manchester (06 May 2015)

All the family aged from 5 to 64 enjoyed the camp and the accomodation.
Fatos from Nottingham (03 May 2015)

Cheap price as end of season, only problems were heater broke in bedroom on arrival, shower over flowed and blankets were not clean had white stains on! so I would not use , a tv and dvd player would be nice ideally! happy with the low price I paid in low season but would stop in hotels in high season, wifi was a problem in wifi hot spots hardly connected. Beautiful location but several noisy neighbours shouting at all hours of the night
Carl (21 September 2014)

Excellent parc, staff and location.
Clare (15 September 2014)

Wonderful holiday, great location. Mini disco played music that was a bit too mature for a four yr old
Lauran from Esslingen, Germany (15 September 2014)

We stayed for six nights at camping del garda. Overall we were very happy with our holiday.
Karen from York (15 September 2014)

This parc is in an absolutely fantastic place and we loved being able to walk out of the park into the town. So good not having to rely on a car all of the time which is often the case with many of these parcs, not to mention the fact that the route which was along the lake was beautiful. If you head in the other direction the lake is like a beach with sunbathing, boat hire swimming etc. . the downside is that it is obviously a popular place and we found the parc crowded and pretty noisy though it was september. Our caravan was far too close to the neighbouring van and you cannot parc next to the caravan so cars are parked along the roads through the parc cutting them down to one lane only. Add in the cyclists and pedestrians etc and it was absolute chaos. We used the car park for the car in the end it was a lot less stressful. Overall we had a truly excellent holiday but it was a lot more to do with the location of the parc than the actual parc itself. . as you would expect with eurocamp the caravan itself was fine and the couriers as friendly and helpful as ever.
Diane from Gunn (12 September 2014)

Never disappointed with our annual trips to the lakes. This parc was nice but not as good as last years at bella italia where we hope to return to next year.
Sinead from Worthing (12 September 2014)

Was a very enjoyable holiday for a family of four, twin boys of the age 14 enjoyed it.
Lynda from Devon (01 September 2014)

Ace but courier not helpful. Guide to camp not in english in caravan. When complained said it was standard practice for it to be in non english only and to speak to them if we had any questions. trouble was you could never ever find them in the resort
Lisa from Rugby (29 August 2014)

The parc is fine. Basic shop that has most of what you need, three good sized pools with slides. The camp entertainment team are prominent and active throughout the day - though the evening entertainment for the children doesn't start till 8.45pm so was a little late for our children. Very quiet camp, though it is within walking distances of a small town and very big supermarket. It was ideal for our first experience of a camp holiday with our children. If you are going to eat on the camp, only really bother with the pizza restaurant.
Chris from Leeds (29 August 2014)

Accomodation nice and clean-no cafeteire though as stated in inventory.had to buy a coffee machine in camp shop.entertainment on some nights made the camp very noisy.on the whole though camp well situated for trips into peschiera ,verona and beyond.beautiful location by the lake.main advantage of the situation of this parc is that you dont need a car to get out and about.
Jane from Suffolk (28 August 2014)

Overall an excellent holiday, the park is fantastic, great facilities, the pools are clean and well managed, and not over crowded, however you do need to be there when they open otherwise you wont get a sunbed!!. a very clean campsite, both restaurants served good food, personally we preferred the one nearer the lake, jonny one of the waiters was excellent. The shop on the campsite was great for your all the basics and more and not expensive. Great to be so near the lake, we had a great day cycling round, verona also a great day out, its only 20 mins on the train and one stop!! movieland and caneva world excellent fun and great value, we upgraded to the two day pass whilst there as we were having so much fun it was only 3 euros more per person, would higkly recommend the 2 day pass and buying it from the bike shop on the campsite first. . I only have 2 niggles - when it rained the area outside our mobile home and 4 other mobile homes became extremely boggy and very muddy which meant the children couldn't play outside - but im gathering its unusual to have rain in august!! the only other niggle I have was not be allowing in the mobile home till 3pm - especially as you ask for our arrival time - I was very disappointed I our mobile home wouldn't be ready till 3, I would have though the whole point of asking people when they would arrive is so you could organise which mobile homes need to be got ready first thereby ensuring a smooth start to the holiday. . but overall we loved it we were travelling 2 adults and 2 children (4 and 7) I would highly recommend this campsite and the area and eurocamp.
Vikki from Buckden (25 August 2014)

Really great holiday, good parc, great caravan location
Peter from Tadley (24 August 2014)

Great site, fantastic views of the lake and access to the area. The only area we would have liked better clarification on was the water sports and local area activities in the brochure. We had 6 days at camping del garda and sadly a fantastic thunder storm and wet weather stopped us exploring the golf, horse-riding and water sports but there was little detail in our pack on locations, prices and availability.
Amanda from Cambridge, Uk (21 August 2014)

Lovely site, lots for the children to do. staff were extremely friendly and professional. we were there for ten days and it went far too quickly.
Christine from West Midlands (17 August 2014)

This was a very beautiful area of italy. The town offered lots of shops and eateries. There was an abundance of activiites to do and the weather was fantasic.
Jamie from Basingstoke (16 August 2014)

We have been using key camps, no euro-camps and this year we decided to go somewhere different. The camp-site layout is not private enough, you have to share everyone else's kids too much when eating as you face them. They need a bigger pool, as it becomes so crowded with just three pools and too many people. . I was disappointed with the camp-site compared to the french camp-sites, perhaps it was one campsite to many this year for us as a family. Om a plus the entertainment was great.
Chris from Milton Keynes (16 August 2014)

Great place. Great holiday.
Mark from Whitley Bay (13 August 2014)

Great holiday park especially for families with up to 10 year olds. Good onsite restaurants. Near to beach.
Customer 73 from Southampton (10 August 2014)

Lovely setting and good location near lake and town. plagued by mosquitoes throughout which were not deterred by citronella candles.
Gillian from Reading (10 August 2014)

The camp seems in need of updating in places. evening entertainment started late at 9:30pm and was very noisy.
David from Aberdeen (09 August 2014)

A great holiday in a beautiful location with loads to do in the local area. The parc itself was a bit limited but pleasant enough. Fantastic cycling using the local cycle paths around the lake and inland. Great local eco-friendly water park, cavour, and great to be able to walk into town from the campsite to eat or just get icecreams.
Erika from London (09 August 2014)

When you're invited to give a review/feedback for one of reevoo's client companies, they start by asking if you'd recommend the camp to anyone else. We’ve said, no, to that question, but I want to make it very clear that we had a great holiday; it’s just that we know that there are other eurocamps that are so much better. . . . . the camp itself is really well located; right on a shale beach with a small patch of man-made sandy beach just behind and a small strip of grass. All with sun-loungers and parasols at cost. Swimming in lake garda is wonderful – refreshing unsalty water that's a bit cold when you get in, but you soon get used to it. Pedolos are available to hire. . the site is a bit packed-in, with a mix of static caravans, tents and caravans and a few chalets. During our stay, the guests were predominantly dutch. The town of peschiera del garda is an easy walk and is beautiful – well worth a walk. Verona is 30 minutes drive away and venice 2 hours about. . all the literature says that the camp is vehicle-free. This is not so. There are cars parked and being driven everywhere. There is a large car-park with covered bays, but a good three-quarters of the vehicles there don’t use it. . facilities are adequate with a small market-shop which isn’t too over-priced and two small restaurants which look very similar, both serving the standard fayre of pizza and pasta. Not too costly. There’s also a small ice-cream stand service excellent italian ice-cream. If there is a separate bar, then we never found it. . camping del garda has a small gym with the usual treadmill, etc, but no air conditioning. There are several pools scattered across the parc. Our kids love pools, but there was just no persuading them to wear one of the rather strange swim-caps that are said to be compulsory (somebody please explain that to me!). the lake itself proved more attractive. . there’s a children’s club which we didn’t use and the same set of animators perform in some of the evening shows. What we saw of the entertainment was good, but not outstanding. There are some evenings when there isn’t a show – sometimes there’s a disco, but one night was what looked like a presentation by the italian red cross!. . the static caravan itself was a let-down. We are a family of two adults, a 17 year old and two younger children of 12 and 13. We had an espirit 2 bed static which was sold as suitable for up to 6 people – no way! we were cramped and falling on top of each other. . . the fittings were worn and shabby, and the mobile itself was not clean when we arrived. The cleaning equipment provided for guests is very basic, but we set to work. The standard of cleanliness was the biggest disappointment, as other people’s food bits and grime just isn’t acceptable. We saw that the cleaning was done by eurocamp reps; we noticed the young lady do another unit opposite us in less than 30 minutes. Not good enough. . the only time we interacted with the reps was on arrival to be shown to our mobile, when she spotted a potential problem with the fridge, and said that she’d be back to check, but wasn’t. We also asked another about the timings of the evening shows, but she didn’t know and didn’t seem too interested in finding out. After that encounter, i’m afraid they were invisible to us. . so: good camp, great location, ok facilities and poor accommodation and rep-support. Eurocamp have better than this.
Andy from Selby (08 August 2014)

Generally a good holiday, pleased with mobile home and park.
Louise from Weybridge (06 August 2014)

Very busy park. Good, very clean pool with lifeguards. Reception very helpful as well as couriers. Easy walk into peschiera where there are lots of good places to eat. Good shop on camp, but very restricted opening times. Excellent supermarket 5 minutes drive away. Excellent location for visiting verona, venice and ötzi the iceman in bolzano aswell as all the lovely towns around the lake.
Christine from Isle Of Man (04 August 2014)

Great location, park fairly good (especially onsite restaurant). limited bar facilities at evening entertainment. Pools good, though closed if raining! lovely to be able to stroll from parc onto lake & into peschiera. Eurocamp service minimal, almost no parc-specific information. Accommodation more basic than we have had previously with different couriers. Not many eurocamp staff, as a result a very limited service. Would go to parc again, just not with eurocamp.
James from Belfast (31 July 2014)

We went to peschiera del garda (our first time in italy) with our 4 year old daughter and 7 year old son and had an absolutely awesome family holiday. The park is right on the shore of lake garda and was exceptionally well maintained and clean. The pools were very good and we spent a lot of time in them having fun. I loved the daily aquagym led by an excellent campsite rep and the discos in the evening were good entertainment for the kids. The only comment I would have is that the information on the kids club was not well shared (we stumbled across the kids club door with the programme up a few days before departure) and I think they need to be careful with splitting age groups on the programme as my 7 year old went along to a football tournament and was playing alongside teenagers and grown men who we're taking the game very seriously, tackles and all! it also would have been helpful to have known you needed to wear swimming hats in all pools in advance as the kids have theirs for swimming lessons, not that €1 from the supermarket was expensive. . overall a fantastic family holiday where the kids and grown up made friends and had a wonderful time! we will be back again next year!
Georgina from Ipswich (30 July 2014)

Our first time to lake great. Campsite very good except the fact that there was one dryer for whole camp.awful.couriers pleasant and hekpful enough but reception staff not very helpful. disappointin no vag drop on last day when u have to vacate mobile at ten and late flight at one would help at all.
Jane (30 July 2014)

Beautiful location and great campsite. eurocamp couriers were very helpful, especially tess and denn.
Confirmed Holidaymaker (29 July 2014)

We had a great holiday because the location is wonderful but the caravan needed to be retired. It was past its used by date!! however there was lots to do round lake garda so enjoyed ourselves.
Patricia from Aberdeen (29 July 2014)

Accomodation could have been presented better and cleaner. Blankets should be changed between customers.the decking was excellent and the parc itself whilst not as good as belle italia still provided a lot of amenities and easy access to peschieria.
Tracey from Londonderry (27 July 2014)

Of all the eurocamp sites we have been to this is the worst. It is more like a camp site where a pool has been added as an after thought. The pools are too small to cater for the park and the organised activities for the kids are minimal and very poor. There are much better parks such as altomincio locally.
Elliot from Tring (26 July 2014)

Marred by the ingress of water through the windows during a heavy thunderstorm, which caused flooding in the accomadation particularly galling since we stayed in the exact same unit in 2010 and were flooded out no less than three times, to do nothing in four years to rectify the problem, represents commercial cynisism at a level which is hard to believe, we were told by one of the euro camp couriers the problem had been rectified, but this was a falsehood, this definetly made the holiday seem less sound value
John from Wigan Lancs (25 July 2014)

Eurocamp team leader on this site was the worst staff employee I have ever come across. absolutely terrible!
Melissa (24 July 2014)

This is a great campsite. It has an excellent location and you can walk to peschiera. There is direct access to the lakeside and boat hire. The swimming pools are lovely but remember to bring a swimming cap or buy one on site. We took a day trip to venice by car and this was a very successful trip.
Lesley from Edinburgh (21 July 2014)

Wonderful park, very secure and great for kids, the garden restaurant was very good, and I don't praise food outlets that often. only bug is the silly rule about wearing hats in the pool - I don't see the reasoning behind this?
Liz from Dymchurch (19 July 2014)

Larger parc but less entertainment at night, no coffee bars or bars to sit in. 2 resteraunts only where you felt obliged to eat rather than order just a drink. Weather was terrible and not much for kids to do when it was raining. Was told we had to move caravan halfway through holiday to allow another family into our caravan, reps very poor customer service compared to other companies
Judith from Berwickshire (15 July 2014)

First time on a eurocamp holiday & we all had a great time. our holiday was the right mix of sightseeing & relaxing by the pool & lake. The campsite was v good & no one wanted to come home.
Lucy from Carrickfergus (15 July 2014)

Arrived late at night 23:00, every thing in place to start our holiday. Met reps the following morning, excellent people. Holidays are what you make them, and in camping del garda there is a lot of scope to have a great holiday.
Sean from Pechera Del Garda (14 July 2014)

Great break, ideal for family time together.
Clare from North Wales (12 July 2014)

We have been to this parc many times in the past and are always drawn back because of the location in a beautiful part of italy. This year's holiday was made memorable by the best team of couriers we have ever had on a eurocamp holiday, especially denis and patricia, who were always very friendly and helpful with local advice. They were so good we thought that they must have been team leaders and were surprised to find they were not. We had a great three weeks on site but never did see the eurocamp team leader.
David from Cardiff (12 July 2014)

Amazing place to stay. had everything that we needed and just a short walk to peschiera which is lovely
Alan from Hamilton (11 July 2014)

Great facilities and a very good kids club which the children enjoyed. Very safe and mostly pedestrian which was a blessing. Food on-site was very good and compared well with the resort apart from the price of slush puppies at 3 euro which is too high. Accommodation was clean and well supplied but had no air-con.
John from Newry (10 July 2014)

Grt site, walk into town just a little far in the sunshine with a 3 and 5 yr old but good location to see other places round the lake
Rosslynn from Glasgow (02 July 2014)

We booked to 2 mobile homes as we were taking grandchildren (and their parents) but despite requests for them to be together at the time of booking last year and whilst on site before grandchildren arrived (they arrived 1 day later) this is did not happen meaning grandchildren could not walk on their own between the two mobile homes. Furthermore my daughter's pitch was atrocious - it was clear that eurocamp had squeezed 3 mobiles onto an area that would only sensibly fit two. We have taken photos and written directly to eurocamp. If we (the grandparents) had been offered that pitch we would have walked out and asked for a refund!. to cap it all, the part of the site (including pitches immediately behind my daughter's mobile) were invaded by german school children on a school trip. We do not go to a campsite to be kept awake by very noisy teenagers - none of this was revealed in the eurocamp brochure/website. . we have been regular eurocamp customers over many years, starting when our own children were young i.e. 1980's/1990s but this experience has put me off booking with them ever again - "once bitten twice shy"
Chris from Cambridge (01 July 2014)

Camping del garda is a fantastic park for a family holiday. There are plenty of activities for children aged between 0-12years. The location allows for easy travel to all the towns on the lake using the lake ferry from pescheira. Gradaland and sea life parks are well worth a visit and are 10 minutes away from the camp by car.
Darrin from Ireland (01 July 2014)

Great location and very nice park and surroundings.
Rebecca from Ngatea (13 September 2013)

Really lovely park, didn't really see the couriers, I think we have been spoilt in the past with really great eurocamp couriers, our pull out bed was broken, we found out while trying to sleep on it the first night, full marks to key camp it was fully replaced within 2 hours of me complaining about it,. the camp itself was lovely not to overcrowded, I feel you have to choose, if you go for a very busy camp there are more people so more activities, but slightly less to do on a quieter camp, we have 5 children, the youngest being 4 who enjoyed the disco each night and the slides on the pool, then 3 young teenage boys who enjoyed the 2 pools, jumping off the pier into the lake, pedlos and football at 9pm each evening, my teenage daughter enjoyed the free wifi on her ipad and came travellng with us to nearby towns and markets, peschiera itself (5-10mins walk) is stunning and has a market every monday and lovely shops and restaurants, our favourite was osteria on the high st with a lovely lasagne for 6 euros!, I would recommend this park, try not to get a caravan too near the animation team stage it could be quite noisy, we had one on the outskirts which suited us perfectly.
Dianne from Altrincham (03 September 2013)

A lovely week at lake garda, enjoyed by all the family, kids aged 3, 6, and 8 lovely the pools and water slides, and the mini baby discos each evening, we wish we had stayed for 2 weeks and not just one, thank you
Helen from Glos (31 August 2013)

Great holiday, location of campsite, loved being able to walk out of campsite and be directly on the lake front
Deborah from Ipswich (31 August 2013)

Great park with decent facilities, particular the restaurant and lakeside beach.
James from Nottingham (25 August 2013)

We had a fantastic holiday at camping del garda, so much so that we have already book to return next year. very family friendly and great animation team for the children. parc facilities were excellent and very clean. we stay in villa grand delux which was very spacious, great storage and spoitless. it was also very well equiped.
Customer 106 from Glenavy (20 August 2013)

Great location , handy for the lake and getting to other parts of lake garda.
Confirmed Holidaymaker (17 August 2013)

Excellent place to visit. Would recommend.
Andrew from Dudley (16 August 2013)

We stayed with keycamp last year in france and were extremely impressed with the courier service we received last year. We didn't meet a keycamp courier throughout our whole stay this year a eurocamp courier met us at reception and showed us to our accommodation. The only thing we received from the keycamp courier was a note on our last night to remind us to strip the beds, clean the floors and leave the key on the table. I'm very disappointed in this service as our service was so good last year and while booking the holiday found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. The reason we booked through keycamp was because of this and understood that the courier service was a large part of the overall package. I will not be recommending keycamp to my friends and as a company director feel the service was very much below our expectations of a keycamp holiday.
Kerry (10 August 2013)

A great location by the lake. Our children loved the pools and the camp staff were great with them.
Ian from Newcastle (03 August 2013)

Pleasant site, close to the local town and gardaland, spoiled a little by silly rules on swimming caps in the pool. teenagers would not comply so pool was out of bounds. we wouldn't go back for that reason.
Anthea from Edinburgh (28 Jul 2013)

The distance from the caravan to amenities was a long way with 2 young children and no car. The supermarket on camp. Was very expensive and took advantage of people unable to go elsewhere (no car). the camp catered mainly for dutch and german families, disappointing that my children found it so hard to meet friends due to the language barrier. the caravan was clean but I had an issue with a broken toilet and sink, all in the space of a few days.
Sandy from Brighton (25 Jul 2013)

Hi. This is are 4th year travelling with keycamp/ eurocamp. . I can honestely say it was one of the most boring holidays I have ever been on. We all couldn't wait to get home. . the campsite and accommodation were great but i'm afraid it was all downhill after that. . the entertainment was terrible. The entertainment for the kids during the day was even worse! it was all very childish and the level of english speaking reps looking after the children were none existent. . . my kids hated it. They walked away on the first day there and no-one even noticed them missing. . so after spending 2 weeks with 3 kids hanging around after us we were ready for home. . also there are not enough swimming pools on site for such a large camp site. There was no space to swim anywhere! we always packed up and went of site to a local swimming pool we shared with the locals. . other than that, glad to be home, it was an endurance test to say the least. . .
Gary from Belfast (24 Jul 2013)

Fab campsite in a fantastic location<we are very fussy people, and seriously cannot fault this site in anyway
Jp from Magherafelt Co Derry N Ireland (16 Jul 2013)

Great location, near the airport, ferry, bus route, train station. plenty to do around & about, we went to guardaland, waterpark, movieland - would recommend them all. Campsite overall is great, we didn't go to the entertainment at night as sitting on long benches is far too uncomfortable, would be better if they put table & chairs out. Also not too far to walk into pescheria where you can get ferry, train & buses. Another bonus for me was mosquitos were not bad at all (compared to the venetian coast where we got very badly bitten)
Susan from South Queensferry (15 Jul 2013)

Great location, lovely park (more for the younger kids than teenagers) although mine were happy because of the peir on the lake & being able to dive there.
Julie from Glasgow (14 Jul 2013)

Great, relaxing holiday, best in years
Gary from Lurgan (13 Jul 2013)

We had holidayed at this park last year and had a wonderful holiday. The park is still very good but the animation team which were outstanding last year was a bit disappointing this year. We have 3 boys who love sport and the football coaching was very lacklustre and disorganised. We felt it was more geared to young children with our 12 year finding little to do other than swimming. the restaurant plaza on site was hugely improved this year. Great staff and fantastic food. the 3 bed eclipse van we hired was really great. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable.
Susy from Glasgow (13 Jul 2013)

Beautifully located park, right beside the lake which is stunning. we were lucky with our mobile home pitch, we had more space than most. the walk into preschiera takes about 25 mins. there is an on site supermarket which is just ok at best. if you like pizza and pasta you will be fine. I won't want another pizza for a long time... the wi fi in the plaza is poor. entertainment is so bad it's funny, not to be missed. this was our first experience of a campsite and we found it absolutely grand.
Naomi from Carrickfergus, Northern Ireland (09 Jul 2013)

Been to campsite before and we love the location.
Andrew from Glasgow (05 Jul 2013)

We had a fantastic holiday and loved the area.
Dean from Belfast, Northern Ireland (30 Jun 2013)

We had a fantastic holiday. There were a few little things that would have made the holiday better, but overall we had a great time.
Stephanie from Southampton (29 Jun 2013)

Very enjoyable holiday. the camp site is well located on the lake and gave easy access for visiting various places either by car, boat or train.
Jean from Chislehurst Kent (13 Jun 2013)

Beautiful place, really enjoyed our holiday to lake garda, peschiera del garda beautiful, definitely recommend hiring a speedboat on lake garda, cooking your own food with local produce is fantastic. Sirmione well worth visit, great restaurants, gardaland great - no queues for rides because we went midweek in early june a real bonus.
Mark from Liverpool (05 Jun 2013)

This camp is in a fantastic location;short transfer from verona airport, close to verona itself, within a 15 minute stroll into the lovely town, the back gates open up directly onto the lake, 5 minutes drive to gardaland (worth a visit), 2 minutes drive to 2 supermarkets, 2 minutes drive to the railway station and hospital. The camp is big enouigh to provide everything but friendly enough to not feel lost. Terrific all round!
Steve from Worthing,West Sussex (02 Jun 2013)

Fantastic park - very clean and extremely friendly staff who made you feel very much welcome. right by the lake and not far from the town centre. plenty to do on site with extremely good facilities. would happily return again and would recommend.
Sara-Jane from Cambridge (21 May 2013)

Great family holiday!lookin at coming next year
Marvin (19 May 2013)

We returned to this campsite after several years. we love the location, great to walk into peschiera without having to take the car. . but some noise at night due to school trips staying on the campsite, but otherwise fantastic.
Susan from Wetherby (17 May 2013)

What a wonderful escape for a long weekend and at a great price. just wish we could get a plan of the site and pick mobile homes when we book.
Julie from Switzerland (13 May 2013)

We usually go to bella italia we decided to try a different parc. this parc was very dissapointing, the restaurants & waiting staff were nowhere near as efficient and the menus' were very limited. the on site supermarket was also very expensive. this is our 9th or 10th holiday through eurocamp but I would now think twice about re-booking. we took our family & grandchildren with us, it was their 1st time, sadly not the best.
Hugh from Uphall (11 May 2013)

I had a lovely holiday.
Denise from Glasgow (10 May 2013)

Great all round. Apart from we could not get in to the caravan until gone 4 and no courier was there. It does not state this in the paperwork, neither does it say you have to be gone by 10am!. other than that absolutely fab!
