Parc in great location and days spent sightseeing were fantastic but overall experience ruined by complete lack of opportunity to enjoy outdoor living around the caravan
Robert from Linlithgow (26 September 2015)

Overall holiday was really good. . the couriers this year are excellent. . bedroom in mobile is rather cramped with very little cupboard space which is why i've marked it down also rather nosey neighbours on either side especially late at night & early in the mornings. . it’s our 3rd stay at butterfly although the previous two visits where short stays on-route to & from croatia; the location is great for a stopover if your holiday involves onward travel plans. . it’s also a pleasant campsite for a longer holiday we stayed 10 days on this occasion, only complaint is that the wi-fi isn't very good it keeps dropping out also not able to access it at your accommodation even though there are supposed to be hotspots which is frustrating. . will definitely return.
Paul from Abergavenny (25 September 2015)

This was our 2nd year staying at butterfly and will be back, it is such a great site right by lake garda and a short walk into peschiera.
Gail from Northern Ireland (23 September 2015)

Customer 4 from Pevensey (22 September 2015)

On a couple of evenings we had very noisy residents , mainly school parties(from germany). both trevor and katya were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble in giving advice and supplying a screwdriver for me to change a rear brake lightbulb. Would recommend the parc and would return.
Eric from Oakhill, Somerset (18 September 2015)

The area the park is in is beautiful and the facilities are good so as a base to explore it's fine. We enjoyed our holiday but having stayed with eurocamp many years ago I was disappointed with the size and comfort of the caravan and the close proximity of the other caravans, having said that I think that's reflected in the price.
Sarah from Peschiera Del Garda (15 September 2015)

Our chalet was at the end of a row which was dark because of excessive tree cover. . we were right next to a compost heap - this meant that we were bitten to death by insects. There was also a general work and storage area used by the site in the same area. . immediately opposite us ((about a car width away) was the high wall of a hotel - very scruffy indeed. . . it was very disappointing to note that the location of your chalets was second rate compared with your competitors.
Timothy from Altrincham (14 September 2015)

The park was small but in a good situation and good amenities. this site was very shaded by trees which we can understand because of hot weather, but iit would have been good to have had a choice of hiw shaded as we never had any direct sun on the deck at any time, therefore the loungers were not necessary, also the homes were very close to eachother. We booked the vista thinking if was a higher standard than the classic but was very disappointed with the furnishings and size.
Carol from Gosport (08 September 2015)

A lovely, small site, situated in walking distance to the pretty town, and the lake, so could walk along easily. . first eurocamp holiday with a toddler, and though we really liked the site, the baby pool was quite small. Lovely when quiet but in the late afternoon it was busy with children of all ages. Fair enough, but it was too boisterous for a toddler to play, and the bigger sites (and more pools) generally allowed much more space for everyone.
Naomi (30 August 2015)

Had a fabulous time . liked the parc, although there was not a lot of space around pitches , it felt clean and safe. The shop was reasonabley priced, as was the restaurant . the location also makes it a great place for exploring the lake and surrounding area.
Catherine from Saltburn (30 August 2015)

Small camp but beautiful part of the world
Deborah from Hampton (26 August 2015)

Mobile home a little small for 2 adults and 2 teenager children. the mobiles are very close to each other, but we were aware of that before booked. old table left on its side behind rear window of mobile was disapointing to see. camp couriers were excellent. Had faulty microwave that was replaced within 24 hrs. They were friendly and very helpful. . .
Confirmed Holidaymaker (21 August 2015)

We enjoyed our stay at this parc very much. it was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The evening entertainment was varied and the food was reasonably priced. Proximity to local attractions and transport networks was excellent.
Jackie from Bracknell (19 August 2015)

Nice small friendly park , couriers very helpful and friendly . leave you to get on with your holiday . good accommodation . nice friendly site !
Michael from Welwyn Garden City (18 August 2015)

Advertised as a small site 200 pitches, which is what it would accomodate , but in reality it is much more densly packed. Our unit should not have had any accomodation behind it but there were a load of cheap units packed in which were very close and very noisy , meaning 11 nights of no sleep. Also as we were english we were treated as second classs, the italian " lifeguard" moved us on from specialy reserved sunloungers by the pool and as a consequence we had our money 60 euros stolen as we couldnt see it. Nothing was done about this.
Jonathan from Southampton (12 August 2015)

Only real complaint is that we had no air conditioning and due to heat it was difficult to sleep, perhaps all accommodation should be fitted with it. Our rep was great, friendly and helpful
Anne from Bristol (12 August 2015)

Great little park. Spotless facilities and caravan along with a great location
Emma from Doncaster (12 August 2015)

Had a really great time. Lake garda is lovely and so are the surrounding areas.
Matthew from Newcastle-Under-Lyme (11 August 2015)

The couriers were very friendly and helpful during our stay, the accommodation was very clean and had all the equipment we needed.
Confirmed Holidaymaker (25 July 2015)

This was our second eurocamp holiday and we deliberately chose a smaller site than our previous one. One of the best things about camping butterfly is its location - it is right on the edge of the lake, with bars and restaurants all around it. It is also a 10-15 minute walk into the nearest town. The pool is quite small and we preferred to swim in the lake (if you walk for about 10 minutes along the lake you come across a lovely beach with shade where you can hire pedalos and there is bar for snacks and drinks). we were in the top level of accommodation and it was clean, the air conditioning a god send in the heat, but it was very small especially the bedrooms. The restaurant was really reasonable for food and drink although the service was a bit slow at times. We preferred to eat off the site. The reps were fine but we found the ladies at the site reception the most helpful. Top places to visit are: gardaland - do it by night (lot cooler and less busy) milan by train (we went on the fast train going in error and had to pay a surcharge but it was bliss in comparison to the return train. Our flight times were changed and as a result we had to check out at 10 but weren't going to the airport until 6. There is no secure place for luggage. We left it at the eurocamp office and it was fine but bear this in mind.
Heidi from The Pool Is Quite Small And We Preferred To Swim I (20 July 2015)

Brilliant holiday again at butterfly.
Allan from Inverness (18 July 2015)

Excellent service throughout the holiday in all 3 camps we stayed at. The accomodation at camping butterfly was adequate but lacked space in the bedrooms. One side of the double bed was against a wall which made getting in and out awkward. The other bedroom had two bunk beds plus a smaller bed which again made getting in and out difficult. no chest of drawers in either bedroom and no safe in the master bedroom, which was a surprise. the chalets were extremely close together and it felt more like a street than a campsite. The position of the site was superb, on the edge of the lake and an easy stroll into the town. It is this that would have me recommend it but the actual site could be improved with a bit more space between the chalets. Not a fault of eurocamp who I have nothing but praise for. Their couriers were superb the whole time.
Jayne from Weston Super Mare (17 July 2015)

This was our 2nd time staying at butterfly. great location. would definitely stay again.
Mike (16 July 2015)

The caravans were clean and well maintained and the campsite was was in a convenient location for enjoying the lake and surrounding area without a car. Public transport, both buses, trains and boats, was superb for sightseeing without a car - and no parking worries or charges!!! weather was superb . overall an excellent holiday
Kat from Scotalnd (08 July 2015)

Small parc but everything you need.
Dorothy from Co Durham (05 July 2015)

Delightful campsite with good facilities and excellent location
Paul from Abergavenny (26 June 2015)

Camp site clean and staff helpful but the chalets were very close together with little room to sit outside. I don't like having my car parked directly outside my accommodation. Location of camp-site good but found area very busy.
Catherine from Chorley (24 June 2015)

A well positioned site in a beautiful area with easy access to most parts of lake garda and its surrounding area. a super holiday all round. . . .
Pauleen from Richmond North Yorks (24 June 2015)

Excellent holiday, many places to visit.
Keith from Cowbridge (22 June 2015)

Butterfly has a high density aspect so if you like your own space this is not the place for you, we did enjoy our visit due to having really nice neighbours. You are required to wear a swimming hat in the pool which is a nonsense and could have something to do with the 2.50 euro charge for a bit of plastic probably worth all of 20p!!
Eric from Liverpool (20 June 2015)

Excellent location to tour lake garda, couriers friendly and helpful, couple of problems with lock on door to mobile, but fixed between us. Dog-friendly site, be warned there are lots.
Michael from Halesowen (20 June 2015)

Nice park - enjoyed ourselves. very relaxing and quiet.
Bob from Gloucestershire (08 June 2015)

First two days rain so nothing to do on site and accommodation felt very small. Sun came out and parc came to life. Great for small kids but teenagers are not catered for. Could have done with the couriers knowing about the local transport especially as no tourist information near by. 2 days it took to find things out when we could have been out and about. Having no car and little ones we needed help with which bus stop to head for or use the boats etc. Eurocamp reception full of buckets and spades, games etc to borrow. . courier did not tell us this. . the lake side is pebbles and no sandy beach near by as details says. Important if your kids like building sandcastles etc.
Ruth (01 June 2015)

Good location. Nice lakeside walk down into the town, and short walk from the park to the lake. On site restaurant good. Recycling policy and very restricted hours of the recycling centre makes like a bit difficult. Reception staff were excellent.
Phil (31 May 2015)

We had a fab weeks holiday here
Michelle from Sittingbourne, Kent (30 May 2015)

Very well kept site in a good location very close to the lake and an interesting town from which you could catch ferries to all parts of the lake. weather excellent for part of holiday but also had torrential rain which is probably to be expected in a lakes and mountains type of location in may.
Mary from Whitley Bay (28 May 2015)

The bedrooms are very small. The double mattress is thin.
Paul from Arkley (23 May 2015)

The accommodation is very small and difficult to move around in the bedroom especially.
Customer 38 from London (21 May 2015)

We had a wonderful time in italy. the parc and mobile home were very good. . the only fault we could pick was there could have been a shower mat for when you got out the shower as the floor got quite slippy after showering.
Michael (17 May 2015)

Great holiday despite very up and down weather. We were able to enjoy the local facilities and get to further afield attractions.
Stephen from Reading (01 May 2015)

The holiday was ruined when a coach load of german schoolchildren arrived after 10.30pm & were very noisy & badly behaved & the teachers were not any better.
Margaret from Louth (27 September 2014)

We had a great holiday with wonderful weather.
Michael from Derby (26 September 2014)

A well maintained and clean parc in a great location
Michael from Horncastle (18 September 2014)

Great weather and very relaxing
Linda from Preston (16 September 2014)

Great site, right by the lake and a few minutes walk into the lovely town!
Katy from Les Gets (16 September 2014)

We enjoyed our holiday , the parc realy nice ,the van we had was nothing like what I had or thought id choosen, bland and basic couriers we only saw once the day before we left, value for money I dont think so
Elaine (15 September 2014)

Overall a lovely holiday, mobile was a bit smaller than in other camping sites. A plus for the air conditioning. Right by the lake.
Margaret from Iklin Malta (12 September 2014)

We had a successful, enjoyable holiday. There's lots to do in a beautiful destination. Initially shocked by how close together the vans were.
Rachel from Horsham (04 September 2014)

A pleasant stay near lake garda. a lovely site. reps were particularly helpful.
Sarah from Southampton (03 September 2014)

Our first experience of euro camp. Lovely park, pool area everything nice an close. We stayed in a vista which was well equipped clean an tidy. . only 15 mins walk to centre along by the lake, lots of restaurants etc close by. Pescheria is a lovely town well worth visiting others towns around the lake particularly malcesnie which is just beautiful.
Samantha (03 September 2014)

The location of the campsite was good, being more or less at the lake side. However, the site itself was not good. Muddy, pot holed roads and icy cold pool were 2 of the least enjoyable bits. The site was small but very crowded, with dark plots with no outlook.
Customer 51 from Cheltenham (28 August 2014)

Butterfly is very close to lake garda and the walk into the town isn't too far. it has very basic facilities and we used it as a base to travel around the local towns and villages. if you wanted to use the swimming pool you needed to purchase as swimming cap and the restaurant/bar facility is fairly small. the onsite shop was well stocked and has everything you may need. the grass around the accommodation suffers badly under rainy conditions and it had obviously been raining a lot before we arrived as we had to negotiate a lot of mud in order to get in. we also had to park the car in this mud making it difficult to get out again. the accommodation was suitable and had all you needed to get by. we didn't bother to eat onsite or use the bbq preferring rather to eat a restaurants in the villages around the lake. We used the accommodation just as a base to sleep and have breakfast before going out to explore.
Reuben from Northampton (27 August 2014)

The park itself lets the score down! it's very small and feels very cramped, with not much to do. The location by the lake is ok, but the bathing part of the lake next to this park is not great. Bella italia park beats it hands down!
Rachael from Sevenoaks, Kent (25 August 2014)

Average at best - spoilt by some issues at the park - mud bath outside the caravan and very noisy neighbours in the early hours ( park staff). we would not return and probably will not use eurocamp again. It was our first time with you as you were recommended by friends. We were all disappointed with the overall experience.
Stephen from Swadlincote (25 August 2014)

A beautiful campsite, quiet with two pools, a short walk from the main lake and from the town centre which has lovely shops and restaurants. Easy access to the historic town of verona.
Stuart from Nottingham (18 August 2014)

Having been to a park twice in sirmione and twice to the adjacent parc in pischeria and many parcs around france we do feel confident in our expectations from a caravan parc!! the reception and security staff were faultless!! the restuarant was exellent!! however, the regime for waste management was poor and the attendant who managed the waste had an attitude that clearly indicated tgat he hated the job!!!! he snatched bottles out of your hands etc and spoke to you like dirt!!! if I was not on holiday please believe me that he would have been addressed immediately!!!!!!! moving onto your service, initially all your written upfront info is supportive however the night before I leave I received a text from what appeared to be your courier that asked our anticipated arrival time I responded 12 noon ish! on arrival we found out that 3pm was the earliest your couriers would book us in even though reception team called them!! next! I reported to your courier mid holiday that a door latch had broken in the shower room so we couldn't close it! she never bothered to offer to even look only to say the maintenance guy doesn't come till next ?? I offered to fit myself but again no attempt to resolve!! again felt that somebody didn't like the job they were doing! all in all pischeria did not let us down but a combination of incidents did and will affect our future holiday selection fornext year!!!!
Paul from St Helens (18 August 2014)

A great family break, right on lake garda. Pac had good facilities with good accomdation
Rob from Chelmsford (12 August 2014)

A very nice parc on the shores of lake garda. other guests are mostly dutch & german. It was a great location for exploring lake garda. Lots to do in the area.
Nicki from Amersham (12 August 2014)

The location is beautiful, but the park activities are too limited for the number of people using it.
Nader (07 August 2014)

The location of the parc was great and I can't fault the cleanliness of the pool, but it was far too crammed in.
Cheryl from Didcot (07 August 2014)

Lovely holiday. Perfect break, peschiera and lake garda - always beautiful. Really lovely quiet holiday.
Lisa from Liverpool (05 August 2014)

Great parc for families. Our children 7 & 10 loved the pool, the table tennis and some of the activities. Lakeside accessible immediately outside the parc. An easy 15-20 minute walk into the town centre with plenty of shops cafes and restaurants plus the jetty for boat trips around the lake. 10 min walk to the station with trains to venice, verona and other towns.
Sarah (05 August 2014)

Poor management at this park, with noisy and rude maintenance staff who used bad language in front of children, (albeit in italian). we did not realise that eurocamp only had a few sites on a larger park and as such they were unable to help. Flooding was not rectified and a quagmire resulted which was a breeding ground for insects.
Nicholas (04 August 2014)

Cramped site had to reverse 100m backwards to get out from our van. . vans crammed together some rain turned into a quagmire. Too many people on the site for the pool. Crammed in to the pool with no space to sit. Pretty awful holiday. Will never go back. Avoid
John from Derby (02 August 2014)

Booking staff were exceptionally helpful. Just a shame the park wasn't as expected.
Ben from Farnham (31 July 2014)

Lovely area, nice camp site, friendly, & helpful staff, good access to places of interest, & super markets etc. Friendy, & efficient couriers nicki & phil, our 2nd time on this parc.
Phil from Warsash Southampton (25 July 2014)

Had a really great time at butterfly, well placed site and mainly friendly
Amanda from Andover (25 July 2014)

Lovely holiday enjoyed by all. Butterfly is a small camp but centrally located for use of public transport and ferries. Caravans are quite close together but I guess that is as a result of being the closest camp to town.
Elizabeth (24 July 2014)

The two camp couriers phil + mikkie were especially helpful and friendly. Every day they stopped by to checl everything was okay, they were very helpful when we arrived, please pass on our appreciation to them :-). they couldn't do enough to help, and were really nice people too. Thanks
Christopher from Leicester (22 July 2014)

Felt crammed in! could see in several other caravans.
Martin from Leicester (21 July 2014)

The camp was lovely , friendly staff and nice friendly place. Only down side was main pool too deep for our 8 and 6 year old boys and small pool too shallow .
Mike from Inverness (14 July 2014)

A compact well organised site, friendly and helpful reception staff with a good pool area and safe for children. Very good value and we'll run restaurant and bar with nice menu options. Because it is a compact site, the mobile homes are quite close together, although there wasn't a lot of noise when we were there in early july. The walk into peschiera does take between 15-20 minutes and you would need a car if you wanted to make supermarket trips.
Marie (11 July 2014)

Lovely park, good prices in park shop and restaurant. lovely location in peschiera town with train station 10 minutes away with trains to milan, verona and venice. small pitches, mature trees.
Eileen from Livingston (10 July 2014)

Very well maintained park and facilities. Easy access to town and amenities.
Robert from Irvine (09 July 2014)

Previously used mobile homes in france when our children were small - so this was a return to earlier experiences but this time in italy. Loved the location and bus/train service was excellent. Very well run site with staff constantly maintaining the grounds. Good restaurant - if not "haute cuisine" it will satisfy any hungry "camper" - delightful staff and overlooking a well managed pool. Can only recommend the site - we plan to return next year!
Charles from Teddington (05 July 2014)

Small but friendly enjoyable holiday
Paul from Liverpool (29 June 2014)

We were there for just a few days, prior to our daughter's wedding in brescia, so a bit of wind down time for us. it was just what we needed.
Susan from Coventry (29 June 2014)

We had a wonderful holiday with our 21 month old daughter. The site was well equipped to keep her entertained and peschiera del garda was a perfect launch pad for many activities.
Katherine from Hook (28 June 2014)

We are a family of four (2 children under 4) and we had a great holiday. the campsite was safe, clean with lots of activities for the children. the on site facilities and food were excellent (especially the take away pizza's) and the eurocamp reps were brilliant and very friendly. the local town was beautiful with plenty of shops and resturants and lake garda is stunning and we will be back.
Joanne from York (27 June 2014)

We had a great few days, would recommend this site, there was plenty to do & see, especially simione & the cable car up to monte baldo. peschiera is very nice & not too touristy.
Joan from Leeds (26 June 2014)

The overall holiday score is heightened due to the fact that we had quite good stays at the sites other than butterfly on lake garda. The other scores all relate to a very poor experience at butterfly
Stephen from Tavistock (26 June 2014)

A wonderful parc right next to the lake. Plenty to do nearby or day trips to do.
Dennis from Dorchester Dorset (24 June 2014)

Great holiday. Visited lots of lovely place around the lake and went to padua on the train to see the botanic gardens and the scrovegni chapel with the giotto paintings.
Vivienne from Sale Cheshire (23 June 2014)

Second time at this campsite, and enjoyed it just as much as last time. Good location, good facilities though the restricted hours of the swimming pool being open were a little irksome. . free wifi would have been nice, as it is at other campsites. Plus as there was only a small room where it was available, even after paying for it, this became dreadfully hot and obviously inconvenient.
Trevor from Leigh (16 June 2014)

Our holiday was great! we have enjoyed every moment.thanks for eurocamp! :-)
Bela from Debrecen/Hungary (16 June 2014)

Lovely campsite, very conveniently located for the town, lake and station so no need to hire a car. (we took taxi transfers from the airport.) the swimming pools were still open despite it having said on the website that they would be closed - we were blessed with excellent weather for late september. Not much activity happening on the campsite as it was the last week eurocamp were running, but we weren't after much and enjoyed the peace and quiet.
Rebecca from York (29 September 2013)

Had great holiday as usual, the couriers were very helpful - the only problem was the mosquitos were out all day & we were eaten alive!
Margaret from Louth (22 September 2013)

Really nice parcel with excellent pool and close to the centre of peschiera. Caravan was spotlessly clean.
Jacqui from Daventry (18 September 2013)

Good trip with eurocamp
Trevor from Taunton (15 September 2013)

John (15 September 2013)

The actual accommodation was fine but camp was far too cramp. we had a view of the scrapyard next door on side, the boundary being about a foot away and there was similar spacing between the chalet behind and alongside. it was so cramped you couldn't turn your car around.
John from Market Rasen (14 September 2013)

Shows what con be achieved! ( see my review on norcenni girasole)
David from Bridgnorth (07 September 2013)

Beautiful location, great hard working staff in restuarant, as states small parc so evening entertainment minimal and not suitable for teenagers. Would definately return to area but possibly upgrade accomadation and on a larger parc to cater for teenage children.
Emma from Bexhill (03 September 2013)

Bitterly is a lovely place to stay and the area is a good place from which to experience lake garda.
Clare from Fleet (30 August 2013)

Would not stay here again sorry folks just not up to standard
Confirmed Holidaymaker (29 August 2013)

A small campsite. Well kept but locals not that friendly on site! reps again never in tent when needed. But always responded when messages left. Not to sure about recycling!!!
Jane from Rotherham (25 August 2013)

We could only vook in at 16:00 and had to be out at 10:00 the next morning is ridiculous, especially for the amount it costs fpr one night massivly overpriced. we stayed in hotel which was alot nicer for half the price of what we paid for this place. The showerwas atrocious. and on the booking form the address wasnt very clear it just said lake garda . it took us over 2 hpursto find it afterribging numerous times for the street eventually had to as someone in a small town to jelp. The holiday camp we stayed in, in frejus was a much nicer place.
Brian from Bielefeld (14 August 2013)

Excellent location. Five minute walk or less to lakeside beach. Twenty minute walk to pescheira town centre, ten minute drive to theme parks and plenty of pretty lakeside towns to visit by car, not far away either. The eurocamp booklet sent, was spot on with its top five places to visit. Swimming pool and restaurant were also really nice. Reception staff were friendly and very helpful. An all round lovely holiday for parents and kids of ages eleven and thirteen.
Iain from Rainham Kent (12 August 2013)

Had a fantastic stay in august 2013. butterfly was great, peschiera was beautiful and lake garda is truly stunning with loads to do. No complaints and we will definitely return!
Zona from Clanfield (09 August 2013)

If the parc had not been so good as it was the overall rating would have been about four or five.
David (02 August 2013)

Lovely park right next to the lake. Excellent staff in the restaurant, food really nice. Park clean. Only thing missing is a cash point.
James from Lausanne, Switzerland (02 August 2013)

Great place for holiday but part itself v small and lots of petty rules re wifi, rubbish, hats in polls etc. Loved the area and couriers good, but would stay at a different parc if we returned
Anna from Manchester (31 Jul 2013)

Great parc with good facilities
Nina (18 Jul 2013)

Lake garda is a beautiful place therefore if we stayed in a shed we would still have a good holiday, the park was a good all round family park, bit loud at night but not annoyingly so. The accommodation was clean, basic, and functional. The courier (nikki) met us on time and was friendly, although lacking a bit of knowledge about the van. We never met the other courier (phil?) overall eurocamp is great value and offers us as a family of six the chance to holiday at an affordable price in great locations.
Polly from Northampton (08 Jul 2013)

Great parc, very friendly staff and couriers were very helpful! thanks.
Keren (02 Jul 2013)

Organisation very good as usual all documentation on time and easily understood.
Sue from Sheffield (30 Jun 2013)

Great holiday, great location though would recommend hiring a car if wanted to explore off the beaten track. Shame the swim pool was too deep for my youngest to stand, baby pool was too small for swimming2
Clare from Lowestoft (29 Jun 2013)

Excellent park and location
Juliet from Beckenham, Kent (24 Jun 2013)

We used butterfly as a base for sightseeing. For that purpose it is ideally situated. We had a great holiday.main problem with the site is that mobiles are very close together. Having said that, the site for the 2 weeks was very quiet
Keith from Cowbridge, South Wales (24 Jun 2013)

The above scores , other than the 'overall holiday ' category relate to my stay at lake garda. The parc & accommodation scores would have been much higher < probably 9 > but for the fact that the units were so close together. Our lounge window was only 1metre from another lounge window as they faced directly on to each other . as a result , both paries felt the need to keep the curtains closed at all times. On all ors it was perhaps the best parc I have stayed on in terms of the fantastic bar/restaurant on site & its location so close to the lake. Also it being avery short walk into the beatiful & charming old town area town of peschiera. . as you will know however I also spent 5 nights at annecy & had two overnight stops at other parcs. The scores & comments do not relate to these. On this point , I must report that the couriers at annecy < under the leadership of a young man called joe > were second to none & by far the most helpful, friendly , efficient & hardworking couriers I have come across.

Very good site
Keith from Stirling (17 Jun 2013)

Good value for money although cabins are very close together, park could be slightly more colourful. But don't get caught out on your last day with the rubbish/recycling time changes as the actual park employees were very unhelpful.
Karen from Camberley (15 Jun 2013)

All very nice. Only shortfalls are that this really isn't a site for those without a car (at least not if you have small children) and, whilst pleasant, we felt the couriers were disappointingly lacking in local information. Also the food at the restaurant was ok but not wonderful
Niraj from Woking (10 Jun 2013)

The parc is quite small but was ideal for our needs as the location is perfect, being a short walk from the station & resort. The bar/diner was excellent and the food first class and excellent value for money. We flew to milan/linate and took a train from milan central to peschiera then had a short walk to the parc.we arrived as advised at 20.00 but the eurocamp reps did not meet us and left the accommodation details at reception. We did not have any contact with the reps until the day before we were due to leave!!!!! - not that we needed anything in particular but we found this very unusual for europcamp, particularly when we had not been greeted upon arrival. On a plus note the site staff were very friendly and we had a fabulous time on the lake. This is our second visit to the lake and we will be back very soon.

The campsite is peaceful and quiet with everything that you need for a relaxing holiday. The site shop was more expensive than local supermarkets. However, the on site restaurant was very competitively priced.the site is well located, right on the lakeside. The town centre is a 10 to 15 minute nice walk away. The train station and buses are 10 minute walk away. By train you can easily get to milan, verona brescia. There are free buses to the theme/water parks from the station. We did not bring a car and would recommend this park for a car free holiday as it is easy to get to a variety of different attractions/towns. The accommodation was lovely and clean and had everything we needed. The reps contacted me by text the day before we arrived which I found very reassuring. I was very impressed as we arrived at 10.30am and the accommodation was ready for us which I would not have expected. The reps were excellent and very helpful. Their office was stocked with a supply of games and books which could be borrowed. This is my 1st eurocamp holiday (and the 1st time I have stayed on a mobile home site abroad) - it was excellent and exceeded my expectations. I would definitely book through eurocamp again.
Pe from Worthing (01 Jun 2013)

Very enjoyable and the only faults were not of eurocamp's making.
Dennis from Wakefield (31 May 2013)

Lovely park in such a fab location. The weather was mixed but we could easily walk to the train station and boat trips.
Hannah from Haslemere (26 May 2013)

The parc was waterlogged and the mud three inches deep when we arrived - I put the pair of shoes I was wearing when unpacking the car in the bin whilst there! nowhere else to unload as the caravans were so close together. They had experienced a prolonged period of rain - though seven of our nine days there were fine.
Richard from Waterlooville (24 May 2013)

Lovely campsite. Very quiet. Good facilities. Very handy for railway station.
Customer 119 from Edinburgh (16 May 2013)

The staff on the site were very friendly and helpful. The site was very good only comment against was having to park on the grass which had turned to mud due to the heavy rain. Food in the restaurant very good this site is ideally situated for getting about on public transport.
