Great family run part and great restaurant on-site. Stayed on the last two nights of the season so the site was preparing to close down. Great location to access the local tourist spots. Just 20 minutes from leukerbad that has a great thermal baths with slides for the children.
Colin from Medland (21 September 2015)

We were only there three days but found it a great place to get to see plenty up in the mountains. Even got into italy easily for the day at lake maggiore, though it was very very wet over the pass going and returning.
Marie from Stafford (18 September 2015)

Bella tolla is our favourite site in switzerland. . well positioned for day trips within switzerland, as well as to italy and france. Professionally managed. Restaurant menu has improved.
Richard from Tunbridge Wells (16 September 2015)

We had a great time and found the reps tom, shane and sally really helpful they couldn't do enough for you. The location was great plenty to do and good walks nearby which we enjoyed.
David from Grantham (06 September 2015)

This parc really suited our needs for a family holiday with our dog. We were able to take super walks or go further afield in the car. The accommodation was spotlesssly clean and perfect in facilitys for our requirements.
William (05 September 2015)

My favourite swiss site, booked again for next year. The views are breathtaking. fantastic for walks. Eating out is still expensive and the weekly farmers market was not worth a visit. The swimming pool was very shoddy.
Michelle from Margate (31 August 2015)

Unexpectedly incredible experiencee
Jan from Bradford (31 August 2015)

We had a great time here at bella yola - everyone was really helpful and friendly and it was really well organised!
Sarah from Princes Risborough (30 August 2015)

The parc was good we were disappointed with the lack of amenities and felt the pool required updating.
Helen from Oldham (23 August 2015)

Caravan is very old
Chris from Basingstoke (22 August 2015)

Enjoyed one of our best holidays as a family at this parc with its beautiful location and setting. eurocamp couriers were brilliant and couldn't do enough to help us with what we needed, suggestions of places to go etc. . accommodation was good although mobile home did tend to trap the heat so it was a bit like an oven when we got there (not complaining about weather!) park itself was well looked after, clean and friendly - pool was on cold side but still great for our girls. A few things to do on site but car was fairly essential for getting around places!
Frances from Northants (19 August 2015)

Excellent little parc for a short stay. Facilities are limited but location is great.
Steve from Nottingham (13 August 2015)

Excellent clean parc in beautiful surroundings. Only downside is charcoal bbqs not allowed due to fire risk and eurocamp have no gas ones.
Andrea (13 August 2015)

Perfect location for exploring the area.
Sara (10 August 2015)

Wished we had booked longer - beautiful site, spotless mobile home, efficient and helpful couriers
Katharine (07 August 2015)

Lovely well kept site in a gorgeous location. Accommodation was spacious with more storage than other espirits we stayed in.
Philip (31 July 2015)

Beautiful setting for a lovely parc. Good accomm, pool & other activities for the kids.
Lisa from Dunbar (30 July 2015)

Very clean. Lovely location with helpful eurocampteam
Customer 18 from Kent (30 July 2015)

Beautiful views! parc was quite basic. Pool could have been cleaner, however the accommodation was clean and the eurocamp courier shaun was fantastic really knowledgeable about the area and was also available.
Stephen from Rochester, Kent (28 July 2015)

Incredibly expensive campsite
Customer 20 from Norwich (26 July 2015)

Great place, well worth a trip there
Charles from Braco (24 July 2015)

We stayed in two sites. Jungfrau and bella tolla. For picturesque switzerland definitely interlaken, engleberg etc for more mediterranean switzerland bella tolla. Bella tolla's pool an advantage and a great final few days relaxing after the busy start of our trip. Switzerland is pricey for everything from eating out to store buying. The country itself is the most beautiful scenery I have ever seen. Green meadows, snow peaked alps, swiss chalets, grazing cows.. it really is as you imagine it!
Sue from Aberdeen (24 July 2015)

Absolutely excellent all round (again)
John from Belfast (22 July 2015)

A relaxing parc in a quiet park setting. Nice to have a pool to cool off at the end of the day. Couriers were fantastic and made it a great stay. Ideally you need a car to enjoy this location.
Selim (19 July 2015)

Attractive site and facilities but poor shop. Excellent couriers.
Richard from Winchester (17 July 2015)

We had a great holiday, very peaceful campsite and the staff were very attentive.
Customer 26 from Sutton Bridge (28 June 2015)

Bella tola is a superb base for us. We love to walk in the high mountains. With a car we have access to numerous valleys and alps with a huge range of types of walking at all levels of ease/difficulty.
John from Sunderland (28 June 2015)

Not visited this area before but may well return. Lots to do and some excellent valleys to explore and walks to do - we enjoy walking and had 2 dogs with us.
Lesley from Granborough, Bucks (27 June 2015)

Great parc, in an amazing part of the world.
Christopher from Glasgow (27 June 2015)

Used this as a base to do a bike tour in late june. . small, very quiet camp. Mobile home was very clean and well equipped. Didn't use the on camp toilets/wash facilities but they looked old and tired and in need of a refurb. . eurocamp were extremely helpful and very friendly. Complimentary small of wine which was very good and very welcome. . restaurant was very good. Food excellent (good portions, served hot, friendly staff). . shop was very small and hardly had anything in it. You had to pre book bread etc the day before (so make sure you have something when you arrive). it only opened between 8am and 10am !. good site as a touring base.
Andrew from Farnham, Surrey (23 June 2015)

We all know switzerland will be expensive, but that said everything was great and efficient.
Christopher from Londin (22 June 2015)

This, the third year we have visited susten, the couriers were not around to meet us. this happened last year as well. just a map to follow to our accommodation. The first year we visited, despite being quite late (10.30 p.m.), our courier (geoff) greeted us and explained the accommodation. this year, we eventually saw a courier the night before we departed for italy. Because we were staying just 3 nights, we were assigned a cabin right on the edge of the site. we felt that we were away from all activity and didn't even have neighbours to chat with and exchange touring experiences. we have decided not to go there again. very disappointing as we do like the site. .
Peter from Gloucestershire (20 June 2015)

Loved it! catered to my 4 children fantastic staff! can't wait to go back next year
Daniel (18 June 2015)

Well worthwhile.
Peter from Poole, Dorset (10 June 2015)

Lovely stay on this site with wonderful mountain views all around, especially those across the valley from the deck. The campsite shop only opened for a couple of hours in the morning but this did not really affect us as there were plenty of shops within a reasonable distance to supply all our needs. Lovely pool next to the restaurant and bar although it seemed a bit pricey to us, although maybe that's just switzerland! .
Alix from West Sussex (05 June 2015)

Excellent location and great value part in switzerland.
Sandra (30 May 2015)

The park is beautifully located. Close to the main route through the valais region but surrounded by mountains. The park was well run and it was a great location for a family holiday. Chalets were clean and the eurocamp reps were always available and super helpful. There were enough facilities on site - pool, shop for basics, table tennis and table football - to keep the kids entertained whilst on site and lots within the region to keep us entertained.
Janine from Kent (30 May 2015)

Enjoyed our time in switzerland although expensive we self catered most of the time and found the local supermarkets reasonable if you bought local produce. We went to jungfrauhoch which was very expensive to go to the summit but well worth the experience.
Andrew from Ellesmere Port (23 May 2015)

The staff were fantastic. They were all ways there to help. Give some great advice . the accommodation was what it says on the tin. Great views of the mountains and was very peaceful. thank you to all the staff in bela tolla.
Joseph from Warrington (16 May 2015)

Had an interesting time in switzerland, but we do find it expensive.
Julia (27 September 2014)

Nice area to explore, helpful to have the free ex -keycamp walking guides (rather than eurocamp charging 5euro for 6 walks leaflet). main criticism was the pool was too cold to enjoy.
David from Wirral (18 September 2014)

We have stayed at this site many times and it remains an excellent venue and well situated for a variety of very interesting day trips.
Richard from Tunbridge Wells (17 September 2014)

The parc was well situated for exploring the locality. We didn't find the parcs facilities very good, in fact I would go as far as to say they were quite limited and poor standard.
Kimberley (15 September 2014)

Great friendly place!! super service from cheryl at your uk csll centre and v nice people at the actual park- we will be back!! only slight thing was that the pool was v cold although we were there v late in the season- had it been heated to a comfortable level then the whole experienve would have been perfect!
Lisa from Gryon, Switzerland (14 September 2014)

The whole holiday experience was good. lovely site in a good setting. couriers always available when needed.
Linda from Basingstoke (11 September 2014)

Relaxed and quiet, partly as it was the end of season.
Lucy from Suffolk (07 September 2014)

As we arrived over the weekend there was no facilities to purchase bread milk etc as all shops closed including park shop. Very limited stock when it did open for the 2 hrs each day. Lunches when out and about limited to only 4 or 5pm on s monday otherwise everywhere closed. Parc also no food during the day as manager / owner changed times. Accommodation some broken parts inside door handles etc, on arrival was told plenty of gas yet monday afternoon no gas. Some lovely scenery and places to visit but would only consider interlarken side
Robert (06 September 2014)

The beds were very uncomfortable!
Sue from Bath (05 September 2014)

Great holida
Gina from London (01 September 2014)

Wow - we had a great time. the weather was great so that helped. the pool and restaurant on site are excellent and would recommend them. the scenery and surrounding countryside is awesome. switzerland is expensive so be prepared. the couriers were very welcoming and full of top tips for activities and areas to explore.
Graham from Hove (31 August 2014)

Adults in party loved bella tolla, children less keen as little to do.
Clare from London (31 August 2014)

Mobile home very clean. Kids loved the pool. Restaurant food very good.
Helen from Horsham (31 August 2014)

Caravan leaked causing water damage to clothes in a bag. Swimming pool heating didn't work & water was freezing. Nothing for kids to do. No entertainment in evening,
Nick from Leeds (30 August 2014)

Southern alpine range - weather is generally better than the north. Excellent location with a large number of options for touring including zermatt, fiesch, fafleralp. Eurocamp lodges are excellent. Parc has a reasonable restaurant, but a large supermarket is only a short drive away. Wonderful.
Paul from Farnborough (30 August 2014)

Excellent weeks holiday in susten. couriers very knowledgable and helpful. plenty of sites to visit around local area. the mobile home was well equiped and in good position, although it was overlooked on one side (where another mobile home was placed side on). it was appreciated having access to free internet access.
Phillip from East Grinstead (29 August 2014)

We were driving from the uk to italy and stopped off here. It was a picturesque and ideally situated site. We were greeted by the pleasant courier who gave us done useful information for our night's stay. The kids played in the pool and we had a drink at the bar. On the evening we chose to eat at the restaurant - the food was lovely and reasonably priced. Woke up to a gorgeous view the next day - shame we did not have longer here.
Clair from Lincoln (29 August 2014)

Lovely park and holiday. Only negatives (and they are not complaints) are that the pool was freezing and our pitch had no outdoor space when the car was parked.
Jill (27 August 2014)

Bella tolla is a small site with plentiful facilities in a beautiful location. The kids loved the pool and diving board, we loved the views, the surrounding area and the on-site restaurant. There's plenty to do in the vicinity and whilst switzerland can be expensive it was surprising how inexpensive many items were.
David from Skipton (25 August 2014)

We loved this parc. the weather wasn't great but that didn't stop the children spending most of the time jumping of the diving board into the pool. the couriers couldn't have been more helpful. you did need a car as it was a good walk up a steep hill back from the village. there were beautiful walks though right from the parc gate. i'd recommend this small, relaxed parc.
Charlotte from London (24 August 2014)

Excellent position for a holiday. Loads to do. Weather sunny but cool. Pool is disappointingly cold and worn down, unsafe for small children.
Holly (23 August 2014)

It is an excellent site with wonderful views.
Lisa from Hemel Hempstead (22 August 2014)

Bella tola is a lovely site set in a beautiful has a nice restaurant which serve very good food. Shop on site only has limited items and is only open for 2 hours each morning, but saying that they were very helpful on the night we arrived and open the shop for us to get a few supplies. Site very clean and quiet. We would return to this site.
Deborah from Southampton (21 August 2014)

Eurocamp delivered all that was expected.
Norman from Plymouth (20 August 2014)

Great site in beautiful setting
Mark (20 August 2014)

Lovely time had by all in switzerland, with sunshine making it even better
Nicola (19 August 2014)

Campsite is centrally located, very clean with excellant facilities and east to find. The euro camp reps were very helpful and enthusiastic, wishing to ensure campers make the most of all the things to do. We did not use the restaurant at the site as it was a bit expensive for us but reviews were generally good. The campsite is in a beautiful location with forest walks direct from the site. All in all we had an amazing time.
Mark from Truro (17 August 2014)

Good holiday in a lovely part of switzerland. Kids enjoyed being able to use the pool each day after a walk or cycle ride.
Judith from Swindon (17 August 2014)

We loved every minute of this, the second part of our holiday ( we'd come from the italian lakes ). the scenery is stunning, the driving is amazing. A beautiful part of the world.
Michael from Leicester (15 August 2014)

We were extremely disappointed with the condition of seating in the van this kept sliding off as there was nothing to hold it in place, there was a musty smell that seemed to get worse so we left the campsite after 36 hours as we couldn't face 14 nights there. We also couldn't believe that the shop was only open 2 hours a day and that the selection was so poor. We have been to euro camps before and this is the first time we have been so disappointed.
Clare from Aylesbury (13 August 2014)

We all had an amazing holiday. The camp was a great place to begin exploring the beautiful switzerland.
Claire (11 August 2014)

Great holiday, clean relaxed site made it easy to rest and wind down
Martin from Ipswich (11 August 2014)

One of the best place in swiss camp site. 5 star recommend
Gwan from Walton On Thames (09 August 2014)

Good campsite/ accomodation and great location.
Customer 73 (03 August 2014)

Our 2 week hol, was very wet and cloudy. It did not detract from the amazing scenery though. The park is a bit run down with not much for the kids to do apart from the pool and table tennis. The play park is small and basic and the kids club is in a ugly dark concrete building. Fantastic location for visiting the mountains.
Clare (31 July 2014)

Fantastic location; great pool; nice atmosphere; helpful and friendly couriers. The only thing that would make me consider not booking is the noise at night. With young children it proved very difficult for them to get to sleep, put bluntly - gangs of children (swiss and dutch mainly) seem to be left to do what they want. Even at 10pm they were running between caravans, shouting, kicking balls against caravans, squirting hose pipes, screaming . parents don't seem to ask them to be respectful and leave them to their own divises. Even in the pool they are left to kick solid footballs at people and they sometimes hit children. I'm all for freedom for kids, but there is no control from the site. This is the only thing that spoilt a great holiday.
Carle from Leicester (27 July 2014)

Had a great 5 days in susten. Plenty to keep us occupied. Weather not so good to start with but got better. Used the pool facilities.
John from Derby (19 July 2014)

Unfortunately our stay at bella tola was ruined by the worst weather we have ever experienced on holiday. The whole area was hit by torrential rain, which was forecast to last for many more days. We therefore got a transfer back to la ravoire. The weather was in no way the fault of eurocamp, or the campsite! the couriers, colette & team, were superb, & they did their best, in the most difficult of situations.
Maureen from Dollar (18 July 2014)

Nice area
Paul (30 June 2014)

4 or 5th visit still finding lots of great drives from bella tola. zinal was brilliant and all the villages, we also took in the dam. another new drive was up to guyerre although the cheese factory was poor. old favourites include zermatt taking in the train up the cornergrat 360 degree vista. three passes (furka, susten & grimsal .what a fabulous ride. lukerbad thermal springs - great. Luxemburg.must spend more time there its a wonderful country. Overall great trip, great sites, great food and grand sights..
John from York (24 June 2014)

Excellently situated site for exploring the alps.
David from Sutton Coldfield (22 June 2014)

The local parc info outlines recycling policy but nothing else. how about facilities and opening times, local supermarkets and reviews, local restaurants and reviews, cable car opening times and dates.
Andrew from Chelmsford (22 June 2014)

Amazing holiday! great .
Natalie from Poole/Dorset (21 June 2014)

Excellent parc and a fabulous location meant we had a great holiday. we used it as a base for which to explore that region of switzerland and did not really use the facilities on site. We would heartily recommend this site and we would consider going there again.
Ed from Derby (21 June 2014)

Basic sweet little park, eurocamp staff very helpful!
Chris from St Leonards (21 June 2014)

Really nice holiday park in a nice location.
Michael from Wistaston (23 September 2013)

Our fist visit to switzerland and it was excellent, spectacular scenery and literally on the door step. Nothing we wanted to see was too far away although maps can be deceptive due to some very twisty roads.
Alan from Nottingham (21 September 2013)

We had a lovely holiday the area was beautiful, the campsite in a great location & the weather was good too.
Judith from York (21 September 2013)

We travelled here from the french rivieria, the drive was beautiful! upon our arrival in sustan we drove up a steep hill (around 2km's) to get to this parc and immediately felt cut off. We were told of another way in but the hill is on the opposite side of town in sustan and just as steep! this was not mentioned in the brochure or online ( just saying nearest town is 2km away) sustan itself has a co-op, bar and petrol garage, the nearest town with 'life' is luek, around 1.5 km's from sustan and uphill! so a car is a must! leuk is a lovely old village and worth a visit, but nothing is within walking distance of this parc, only a couple of woodland walks. Our rep met us promptly and made us welcome, showed us to our van and explained how to work everything. We ordered linen, but had to ask for bath mats and rep wasnt aware they were provided (as per booking) she gave us some clean towels that had been left from previous guests to use for our stay. We chatted to her about feeling cut off and she gave us some info on what to do around the area, which made us feel better! our caravan was clean, comfortable and well equipped. . there was free internet but this was restricted to the bar/reception areas, we tried other areas just outside of this and lost connection. We feel internet is a must on this type of parc, as travel is the only way of getting around, we needed internet to search areas, and postcodes for our satnav for exploring, and had to park up next to reception to get connection. We would much rather of paid a fee for internet to browse at our leisure. . the first member of staff we met on the parc was a gent on reception that exchanged our money for us, he was a lovely courtious man. But thats as far as it went! we used the shop to order bread on most days, no chatting required lol! we decided to have a drink and meal on our last night here and on arrival in the bar there was one other couple sitting having a drink and five staff sitting around chatting on another table, we ordered our drink but felt uncomfortable, as if we shouldnt have been there, so we drank up and left and cooked back at our caravan. Switzerland is stunning! the areas around sustan are all beautiful and very picturesque, so glad we came! the highlight was spending the day exploring the alps at fiesch getting cablecars to the summit and standing next to a glacier! the views the whole day were awesome, something we will remember! and pubs with views on route just fab! also taking a ski lift up for the views,! the whole day fee was 80 euros (around £55,) well worth it! . also the dixsence dam, just huge! the biggest gravity dam in the world, not to much cost either! spent an afternoon at leukabad natural thermal baths, so relaxing. The locals in switzerland are quite mixed, french swiss and german spoken, but all just as friendly, would definately return to switzerland, so much more to see just not to stay here!. the pool at the parc was lovely, set amongst the wonderful views, the best part of the parc!
Clive (17 September 2013)

Bella tolla has attractive views and is well located in the generally sunnier part of switzerland close to interesting historical sites and towns in the valley and mountains nearby and well placed for day trips including to italy and france. . the proximity to the goppenstein/kandersteg car train ( a short but highly effective and inexpensive way of crossing to the central/northern parts of switzerland and saving considerable time and fuel cost) is an important feature of this site's location.
Richard from Tunbridge Wells (15 September 2013)

Visits to the surrounding area and attractions are enough to keep anyone occupied. A trip to grimentz and lac de moiry is recommended, though the small cafe at the top of the lake is not always open, the one at the bottom is. If you get tired of going to the top of mountains, go under one, the largest underground lake in europe, lac souterrain, is at st leonard. If you wish to go further afield, the gorges du trient at vernayas are worth a visit. Admittedly small but low cost so if you go this far take the drive up to les gorges du dailley, at the top of the same system and walk through and climb the winding wooden steps by the waterfall. Its a hike. Leuk has some good restaurants. Sion enough shops for anyone. Montana for more shopping. Then there's zermatt and the train up the gornorgrat
Peter from Plymouth (09 September 2013)

Recommended - all as described, plenty of great places to go in the area
Paul (07 September 2013)

Had a great time here. We think this was because tony and carol, the reps, were so friendly, helpful and informative. They suggested places to go etc.
Cath from Isle Of Wight (04 September 2013)

Everthing made a perfect holiday from the parc, location, facilities and accommodation to the couriers. Although only a 2 bed, the accommation was sufficient for 2 adults and 3 children with fantastic views of the surrounding mountains. The location was perfect to visit most of the valais (not all as we ran out of time!), with a day trip to italy sandwiched in between. The couriers were fantastic, recommending places to visit based on what we wanted to see, rather than just sending us to the main attractions. We would definately visit again and are already planning a similar holiday next year! thanks eurocamp.
Jez from Solihull, West Midlands (31 August 2013)

Amazing country, so much to see and experience and jeff our courier was brilliant. He was very knowledgable and couldn't of been more helpful in helping us plan our time there. site was small and was. Quiet as it was at the end of the season and pool was a bit too cold but it's location was perfect. we would definitely return.
Jane from Watford (31 August 2013)

Fantastic location, great parc, children loved the swimming pool, restaurant was good and jeff the courier was fantastic
Jayne from Worthing (31 August 2013)

Lovely small site in a beautiful setting. Shop is only open for 2 hours each morning and children's club is a very loose arrangement. Reps very friendly.
Clare from Pershore (31 August 2013)

Overall we had an excellent time we will be booking another eurocamp holiday very soon which to me says it all as to how much we enjoyed it. Thank you.
Victoria from Newcastle Under Lyme (31 August 2013)

A nice little site with a lovely swimming pool. Wish the shop sold more everyday items as it meant going into the town to shop, a bit too far to walk with shopping as it is a steep upward climb on the return journey. otherwise a good holiday in a lovely part of switzerland. it is easy to drive to and easy to get around and see all of the major mountains, spa's and towns. watch out with your change when shopping in the touristy areas, we were constantly overcharge or short changed.
Sandra from Sutton Coldfield (29 August 2013)

Jeff at keycamp was great. Super friendly and very knowledgeable on region.
Lisa from Uk (28 August 2013)

We had a great time ,
Matawitage from Enfield, Uk. (26 August 2013)

Swimming pool great especially in the early morning. . oue site was the best.
Patricia from Leigh Lancs (26 August 2013)

Amazing - jeff was an absolute star and made our holiday!
Jane (25 August 2013)

We had a great weekend at bella tola. the mobile home was very clean, plenty of hot water, etc. carol and tony were terrific hosts, sharing good ideas about where to go and what to see. zermatt is about 40 mins away and was the perfect day trip. we took advanage of the free bike rental and enjoyed great views around the park. the on-site store was perfect for a morning pastry or to buy a forgotten supply, and the restaurant (with live music) was convenient for a casual dinner or poolside lunch. people have commented that it's expensive - - switzerland is very expensive, but the bella tola is not expensive relative to similar accommodations in the area. and it's considerably more affordable than a hotel room around zermatt.
Sarah from Minneapolis Mn Usa (18 August 2013)

Only a short stay but stunning part of the world. although very expensive
Steven from Hornchurch (16 August 2013)

Great break, relaxing in great scenery. Good trips out, not too far all bar one, with good train links if required.
Stephen from Stotfold, Nr Hitchin (16 August 2013)

A spectacular location and quiet park, however a little tired in some areas. a good base from which to travel out each day. On site shop & restaurant were very disappointing.
Helen from Abergavenny (16 August 2013)

First time to switzerland and the short break was good, need to spend more time to appricate country.
Paul (12 August 2013)

Emplacements tight. Restaurant pricey, but open late. Shop only really good for bread/croissants. Pool open late
Sue from Suffolk (03 August 2013)

Excellent, second time round - great area to explore, very family orientated
John from Bangor (23 Jul 2013)

Unfortunately this parc was just not for us. The mobile homes, tents and caravans are crammed in to every single possible space so there is absolutely no privacy. On the plus side, geoff was very helpful and welcoming - despite our very late arrival. Also, thank heavens for the diving board, the children spent hours perfecting dives, jumps and bombs! the staff in the site restaurant were on the whole pretty unfriendly - what their moods will be like at the end of the season goodness knows! we found by chance a fantastic restaurant, casa villa, in the nearby (lovely) town of leuc and had a great trip to zurmatt, going up to the top of the gornagrat - spectacular views.
Philip from Exeter (22 Jul 2013)

Very clean accommodation. Couriers very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. First contact for booking by phone very good. Good advice worked well, especially for returning hire car to geneva airport. Good location for outdoor activities and easy access to trains for zermatt etc. Website information good this year. Enjoyed meals at the restaurant.

We had a lovely holiday and realy enjoyed our stay at the parc and particularly liked the location of our van at the bottom of the site - the children enjoyed the pool facilities - we loved the local holiday and thought the parc was good value for money but inevitably did find things generally in switzerland expensive for us (but we know that before we came and the parc, scenario and so many great things to do and with freat bikes to hire free (!) all compensated for the things thta were a bit more expensive - thanks to all

Lovely parc, really feel like you're out in the mountains. The eurocamp reps were brilliant, couldn't have asked for better people to help us.

Brian from York (11 Jun 2013)

We had a fantastic placement, tucked away in a quiet corner, with no neighbours, just right for us.the site itself looked very dated, very crowded, the less able may find it a bit steep to walk to some of the facilities.our courier jeff, was fantastic, nothing to much trouble, told us about lots of attractions, one of which saved us a 4 hr journey on our return home.
Amanda from Oxford (09 Jun 2013)

We had a lovely holiday - well looked after. thanks very much.
Peter from Barnstaple (07 Jun 2013)

Bella tola is beautifully situated, with an excellent restaurant and bar on site. it is a small and quiet park, with well-spaced caravans.
Sophie from Wallingford, Oxon (01 Jun 2013)

We loved switzerland, jeff our courier was brilliant and kept us well informed about local events. Our accommodation was spotless and we had a complimentary bottle of wine waiting for us on our arrival - nice touch. only down side was the fact we stayed from monday to friday and the site literally closed down on tuesday and wednesday. No restaurant, no bar and no take away(no take away for the length of our stay actually). the shop was open on a morning for a couple of hours and that was it! when we booked the holiday it stated that pool was heated (not while we were there!) and that the restaurant, bar and take away would be open. this was a disappointment as the weather was mixed and we had to sit outside by the pool in order to access the internet when required as there was little else to do on site. Feel there was a litlle bit of mis- representation from your brochure description and what facilities were actually available to us. this is the first time this has happened to us with keycamp as we have holidayed regularly with you before and your brochure descriptions have been very accurate. do not think we would have booked a midweek break had we known facilities were closed for 50% of the duration of our holiday! so sorry keycamp, feel a bit let down this time.
Sheila from Pocklington (31 May 2013)

Excellent site - easy to find and in a beautiful part of switzerland. accommodation very clean and well equipped.
Sara-Jane from Cambridge (27 May 2013)

We stayed at bella tola 26 years ago and the campsite has grown considerably since then; we do prefer sites that are less cramped. although we have been eurocamping since 1983, we have never stayed in a mobile home before. the horizon 2 bed was ok but we did find the doble bedroom very cramped; there was very little space either side of the bed. It was, however, very well equipped. Bella tola is a very good centre for visiting that part of switzerland and there is certainly plenty to do. our highlight was visiting zermatt and travelling on the gornergrat railway with fantastic views of the matterhorn. The couriers were efficient. it was the beginning of the season and their local knowledge was patchy, but they were only just beginning to explore the area themselves. As always, eurocamp is excellent value for money
Christine from France (27 May 2013)

Switzerland is an amazing place, absolutely outstanding scenery, so much to do and visit, a truly magical country. We visited piz gloria, the revolving restaurant from james bond and had breakfast at 10,000ft, not cheap but worth every penny. . bella tola is a nice little parc, expensive restaurant but good food. However, the pool was not heated and too cold for us in early may, not even sure if it was open, apparently was. Childrens play area was disappointing as swings weren't attached and look overgrown and uninteresting. . good mobile home, clean, pretty basic but everything you need. . the courier jeff was fantastic, helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.
