Due to the timing of our holiday (october) there was very little to do as the season was coming to an end. On saying that the staff on site were very helpful and did their best to entertain us. I would like to re visit during the summer months to get the full effect.
Ian (31 October 2015)

It was great that the parc was so close to the lake. Spectacular views. As we went at the end of the season the parc was very quiet.
Alison (31 October 2015)

We visited in late october and were able to get a good deal. The reception staff spoke excellent english and were very helpful. The public transport was very hit and miss in terms of buses and boat trips so ideally would need a car. We found the areas very reasobay priced meals out, bus fares and ice creams were cheaper than english prices. Stunning views, local town was a good size.
Niaomi from Gloucester (28 October 2015)

Great site location not much on for kids even though it was half term
Lisa (27 October 2015)

It was a gorgeous location (peschiera, italy) which we would have never been able to afford otherwise. Loved having a "separate" mobile home so that our crying kids wouldn't bother the neighbors!
Nathan from Albertville (23 October 2015)

We had a great holiday everything went smoothly.
Sharon from Southampton (12 October 2015)

I would of given 10 for accommodation had the floor been swept under the bed
Daniel from Leek Saffordshire (04 October 2015)

Return visitor to this site. Perfect location for the lake. Lovely area to visit.
Linda from Scotland (30 September 2015)

Great location, nice clean parc.
Jonathan (30 September 2015)

Lovely parc right on the edge of lake garda. The plots are a bit small and the parking very cramped but we had visited before and expected this. A good range of facilities in the site (sitting outside at la terazza restaurant overlooking the lake is particularly good) and the pools are very attractive and welcome. It's also a very pleasant walk alongside the lake into peschiera where there are a large range of attractive and good value bars and restaurants.
David (30 September 2015)

Bella italia is a nice park in a great location. We had a great time but there were a few problems with the park.
Ben from Warwick (27 September 2015)

We were a little disappointed with the park, the playgrounds were small, the pool wasn't heated and a lot of the extra activities were only open after 6pm (bouncy castle, trampoline etc). the position on the lake was nice and peschira had a nice square if you wanted to go out for an early evening meal.
Customer 12 (27 September 2015)

Ho0liday completely spoilt by raw sewage spilling into garden area from drain cover. Sewage waqter coming back through bathroom sink when toilet flushed. This was a serious health hazard and was not fixed for five days after reporting the issue. Co-incidentally we were not offered alternative accomodation for five days and then we were split from our family. .
Stephen from Weston Super Mare (27 September 2015)

We had a very good holiday in bella italia, the only downfall is aimed at euro camp, we did not receive any info on how to get their, I know we could get this online, but not everyone is computer literate,we used to get a book with info on the site, and how to get their, (we have used eurocamp for a long time now) so please ero camp, go back to sending us the info book, other then this, perfect.
Valerie from Essex (27 September 2015)

Worst euro amp holiday we have had, which with a brand new baby and expecting the usual high standards was very disappointing
Claire from Oxford (26 September 2015)

Parc was very busy but seemed to absorb everyone, it was well organised and run very well
Barbara from Cardiff (24 September 2015)

Nice park but the accommodation was filthy.
Graham (23 September 2015)

Just come back from another great holiday at bella italia . we just love going to this campsite and the lovely walk along the lake to peschiera in the evenings. Also the lovely view from th pizzeria across the lake.
Jenny from Southend (21 September 2015)

It seems since eurocamp took over from keycamp standards have dropped. The vans need updating a touch of paint would help. The doors are all marked the shower room floor is very discoulered due to age. The couriers were hardly seen, the floor under the beds was full of dust and not been cleaned. Having been here several times in the past I hope that the standards are reviewed and not allowed to slip further back .the bella italia site itself is still very good.
Stanley from Derby (20 September 2015)

Great holiday venue for families, near to the station to get trains to italy's beautiful cities.
Mary from Malmesbury (19 September 2015)

Excellent
David from Swansea (18 September 2015)

Would recommend this highly for family's great pool . restaurants and facilities and can get around out of park without your own car entertainment great we all loved it
Christine (18 September 2015)

Both the adults and children in our party really enjoyed our holiday at bella italia and the kids have already asked us when we can go again! all the staff were very friendly and helpful which added to our experience.
Claire from Isle Of Man (17 September 2015)

Worst caravan I have ever stayed in. Reported a light not working rep came twice but didn't fix it but in other aspects the rep were good as they moved us near our friends after the first night. As a group we had 4 caravans and in all of them there were items missing and cleaning problems.
Martin from Swansea (17 September 2015)

Very nice holiday great location
Kevin (17 September 2015)

Having travelled with eurocamp for over 24 years, we can honestly say that this was the worst and most depressing holiday, due to the standard of accommodation, cleaning and overall age of equipment, than we have ever previously experienced.
Confirmed Holidaymaker from Derbyshire (13 September 2015)

Bella italia is a lively site, it is difficult to have any quiet time during your stay. You can hear the evening entertainment even if you do not want to. The pitch for the mobile home is small with no privacy from your neighbours. The accommodation was older and more worn than expected. there was loads going on to keep our 6 and 8 year old occupied for the fortnight. We never saw our couriers for the duration of our stay. plenty of fast food places on site and a well stocked supermarket. Greengrocers there too. restaurant on site for full meals but we weren't impressed with the service the twice we went. Pool complex was great for the kids, more difficult to swim for an adult as the deep swimming pool was small and always full. We situated for easy access driving to surrounding villages / towns.
Anne from Washington (12 September 2015)

High quality as usual, my family and I have been coming here on and off for 15 years and each year we are satisfied by the quality of our holiday experience.
Lee from Swansea (08 September 2015)

Wonderful trip to a tremendous park which is perfect for families with young and older children. . would return in a heartbeat.
Vanessa from York (07 September 2015)

The park was wonderful, lots to do both on it and nearby.
Sandra from York (05 September 2015)

Sex stains on the mattress protector. Saliva stains on pillows. Cuts to bathroom door. Dirty urine poo stained toilet brush in toilet from previous people. No rep telling us about park facilities for our teenagers or for us too. Left in the dark with any information about this holiday. When we arrived at camp in evening we were left to find our mobile in the dark, took us an hour and 30 minutes to locate. Wasted our time and energy as already worn out from 2 he flight delays with airline.
Michelle from Derby (05 September 2015)

Superb time again with eurocamps. This parc is ideally situated right on the lake and in easy walking distance of the town. Top holiday!
Keiron from Sible Hedingham (05 September 2015)

Love lake garda and bella italia is a great park. this was our 7th time at the park with eurocamp and it has very disappointed us. Definitely want to go back.
Amanda from Chandlers Ford (05 September 2015)

Bella italia is directly onto the lake. Lots to do. Park is now looking a little tired. Euro amp couriers were excellent - extremely helpful. Life guards very attentative.
Patricia from Essex (03 September 2015)

Second time to this site and it did not disappoint. we are a family of two children ages 9 and 12. they enjoy the pool complex and lake in equal measure, finding plenty of fun in the water. we travelled with two sets of parents and they shared the 3 bed 2 bath espirt which we would have preferred however there were no left so we had the 3 bed 1 bath version which is suffice as the weather was so good we spend most of our time on the decking area. they only disappointment is despite booking nearly 12 months in advance and asking for bookings to be linked we were not in the same row, needless to say that meant carrying chairs, food and bbq between the two to get together. it is poor of eurcomap not to offer this as a guarantee and will put me off booking with them to another provider who can guarantee this. . this site is great for getting around with no car, bus stop just outside the camp, train station about 1.5 miles in the town and the water ferries about 1 mile in town. the town is a lovely stroll along the lake edge with bars and restaurants along the way. the town has plenty of places to eat, either cafe, bar or restaurants. we had four days out; gardaland, bardolino, simione and verona - all brilliant and different days. we fly in an out via venice as flights were cheaper and also spent 2 days after lake garda in venice so had a thorough italian experience
Kerry from Wolverhampton (03 September 2015)

Nice setting, lovely walk into the town. Very busy pools.
Diane from Cambridge (02 September 2015)

Excellent park with good facilities. Good location and good value for money. . only negatives is poor choice of food at pool bars, slightly frustrating service and huge demand over sun loungers due to people reserving seats for too long! would be nice to have a system monitoring pool activity.
Teresa from Haverhill (02 September 2015)

Lovely part of italy and the camp has everything you need on it, exceptionally clean and well maintained and all amenities suitable for all ages. Highly reccomend
Pamela from Peschira (02 September 2015)

Great location on the lake, on-site restaurants were great quality, lots of on-site facilities. Accommodation is fab but pitches are too close together and parc was too big.
Jennifer from Cambridge (01 September 2015)

Overall it was a nice holilday and the kids enjoyed it, and the weather was very kind to us. the location is perfect and there is lots to do in the area. The site has a lot of facilities and there is much to keep the kids entertained.
Victoria from Berkhamsted (01 September 2015)

It is a large park with lots to do, the pools were good with plenty of sun loungers, the park supermarket was competitively priced with everything you could need. Kept very clean and tidy dispite being booked to full capacity when we stayed. Have booked to go again next year.
Michelle from Margate (31 August 2015)

A very good holiday, loads to do on the site and in the local area, the lake was lovely
Adam from Warlingham (31 August 2015)

Accomodation damp and mouldy, very dirty and stained bedding etc. fridge not working and shower broke. staff were good and facilities on the camp itself excellent
Claire from Manchester (31 August 2015)

Great location, and good restaurant and shops!
Jenni from Jersey (31 August 2015)

We went to bella italia as a family of five for the last two weeks of august. arriving was easy and we were quickly shown to our accommodation which was of a higher quality than at the other sites we has visited earlier in the summer. My usual complaint with eurocamp mobiles is that the bed mattresses cause me back ache for the duration and this was the same again. We did not have much to do with the eurocamp staff, but I see that as a positive as it means we had no problems. The site is the biggest that we have ever visited and it was a fifteen minute walk for us to get to the shop from our accommodation. Its more like a large village than a campsite with bars, entertainment etc. I would recommend bikes here to get around. The site was very busy, especially the swimming pools and we were unable to get sun loungers before 5pm every time we visited. Lake garda was beautiful and very safe for swimming in many locations. the beaches are all rocky and so so I would recommend beach shoes to protect little feet. The accommodation cost was high although the bike hire costs were reasonable and we did not spend too much when we were away. there is a well stocked lidl and simply foods a five minute drive from the site so groceries can be bought at a reasonable price. we took the local train into verona which cost us 40 euro's including the bikes and it was a 40 minute journey. we had a fantastic time and we would go back and recommend the site providing that you don't mind noise and busyness.
Emma from Stratford Upon Avon (31 August 2015)

Setting was nice, parc is huge making a but overwhelming. entertainment good.
Gillian from Kenilworth (31 August 2015)

Great park, great location and lots for children to do nearby.
Steve from Manchester (31 August 2015)

In general a good holiday with a well located site.
Selena from Altrincham (31 August 2015)

Just home from a fab holiday :d we stayed in a bungalow with our three children and they had a brilliant time. Excellent facilities, very clean and helpful staff. Kids clubs were excellent and campsite was in a good position beside the lake and within walking distance to the main town with small children. Loved our holiday!
Confirmed Holidaymaker (30 August 2015)

The holiday was excellent. We did prefer the smaller sites but overall very happy.
Marcus from Rochdale (30 August 2015)

Lovely park, very busy but well equipped
Claire from Wokingham (29 August 2015)

Overall the holiday was lovely. The parc is well situated and has lots of amenities. While it was well maintained, I thought some aspects looked tired i.e. Dated and in need modernising. The kids facilities/stage area in particular were not that appealing. The mobile. Home was well equipped and comfortable but I felt claustrophobic as there were too many homes almost on top of each other. Underneath they were scruffy and need tidying up. Basically attention to detail by staff is needed to bring the scores up in my opinion.
Lynsey (29 August 2015)

We had a really great time at bella italia ad would definitely go back, there is loads to do and we didn't get round to everything. The pool complex is fantastic and my kids loved it, although no hope on getting a sun lounger!! we also loved swimming in the lake too. All the restaurants were nice and good value for money. The supermarket queue in the morning is a bit painful but well stocked. The evening entertainment was enjoyed by the kids but more seating is required.
Jessica from Surrey (29 August 2015)

Good park and nice area, although pitches are much more crowded and less private than say the french eurocamp parks. Camp is lively with lots of on-site facilities, things to do and in august was very busy. Biggest issue with the site are the pool areas which frankly are a bit to small for the size of park, not to mention the fact that you cannot get a sunbed after 9.15am (although to be fair, the pool attendants to clear the bed hogging towels around 10.). overall we really enjoyed it and would go again.
Nigel from Leatherhead (29 August 2015)

Spolit by overcrowding. Long queues on check in. No space available in overcrowding swimming pools. Site to big and not coping with the number of people. Will not go again in july august but will return again to enable me to enjoy the site and area. Without the crowds.
Paul from Basingstoke (29 August 2015)

The parc is very well situated and planned - however, for a 13 year old with a single parent it was difficult for him to make friends. diego's bar (sports bar on site) and gardaland probably made the holiday.
Karen from Durham (29 August 2015)

Bella italia is a fantastic parc in a great location, the onsite shops are pertty good, although the greengrocers is very expensive, the restaurants and bars are great as are the pools.
Ben from Liverpool (29 August 2015)

We had a lovely holiday. Great location alongside a beautiful lake. the camp is a bit on the big side so it never felt safe enough to let our ten year old stray too far from view..on site facilities great from shop and restaurants great series of pools though they were quite crowded and it was difficult to get a sun bed if you weren't there early enough. .caters more to the younger age group..
Rebecca from Wirral (29 August 2015)

Park very busy and accommodation too squeezed in, not enough space
Customer 59 (28 August 2015)

Trudie and adrian were absolute stars, always on hand for information and support. The caravans were clean and in good condition, and the eurocamp team were very welcoming and helpful. The site pools were disappointing as too shallow to swim. The entertainment lacked professionalism and investment, and there were no activities arranged to help teenagers meet up. The lake is beautiful and walk into pechieria was nice, as was the town.
Jackie from Cheshire (28 August 2015)

Nice park, very large, lovely location and lots to do for children but the holiday homes are parked too close together, which means there is no privacy, very limited space to park cars and potentially dangerous in an emergency. the holiday home wasn't as nice as i'd hoped and really should be called a caravan as that's what it is. it was an avant which was new for this year and photographed in the brochure and online as having lots of space around it, which it didn't so was very misleading. although it was clean and modern, the master bedroom was certainly not larger than other caravans as advertised and the beds very very basic and uncomfortable. also, when ordering the bedding and towels I really think we should bew provided with enough pillow cases for the number of pillows in the caravan. a hand towel for the bathroom and a t-towel should really be included as well, particularly for the more expensice vans. the eurocamp staff were nice, but perhaps not as friendly as they could be and their local knowledge could be better, they also tried to persuade my children to join in the halloween treasure hunt the next day...my children are 15 and 11!!! and why were they doing a halloween theme at the end of august??
Emma from Woodbridge (28 August 2015)

Caravan was basic and dirty. Had to have it recleaned. Not enough space to give details. Couriers im sure where nice but we never seen them. Other than to show us to van, noone spoke to us, even at check out we didnt see a soul. Parc facilities were ok but never a bed by pool and people walked over you. Paid extra for a good location of van and music from entertainment was awful.
Esther from Lisburn (26 August 2015)

Our 2nd visit to this parc and again, we loved it. Great pools, decent food, lots of activities and of course the beautiful lake. We hired a car but to be honest, its probably no necessary. Short walk into peschiera, good bus links, ferries and trains all close by. The mini mart on site is pretty good and not expensive although the fruit shop is a bit steep. The restaurants on site are decent and good value..corta riga is probably the best. We stayed in a bungalow this year and they are adequate and well positioned. They are however a little 'worn' and getting tatty but we appreciated the space. Its a lovely park and lake garda is so beautiful, safe to swim in, warmer than the pool too!
Mike from Aylsham (26 August 2015)

The caravan was nothing like I was expecting from the website and description given over the telephone by eurocamp very substandard, grubby and old. The temperature control in the showers were so temperamental my 9yr old & 15yr old daughters would rather go to the main shower block daily to prevent being scolded. The toilet seat was broken I informed staff of this and they left a new one outside, which my husband had to fit. Light bulbs weren't working inside and outside. There was nowhere to sunbathe as the vans were so tightly squashed together and because of this there was no grass between the vans only dirty soil with dirty sun loungers. I made it clear that I wanted to have a good location in the park central to the pool area and having booked over 12 months in advance I was informed that would be very likely, however none of style caravans I booked are anywhere near central in fact they are about as far away as you could get, so how would that have ever been 'very likely'. I would never trust anything that eurocamp says and I would never use them again.
Sharon from Newcastle (24 August 2015)

The holiday was lovely but you have to be very aware in the summer months that this is a very big and busy park and the accommodation is a lot more cramped together than previous parks we have been to. It also impacts the facilities. They try very hard to prevent long queues and available space near the pool, etc but its challenging!
Louise from Hitchin (24 August 2015)

Great holiday but found out when we were there we could have had the same accommodation for half the price if we'd booked directly with bella italia. A tad annoying i'm sure you'll agree!!
Caroline (23 August 2015)

Great site in a beautiful setting and loads of activities for kids. Pools were great if a little busy at times! easy access to main town and lake. We all had a great time in bella italia!
Rich from Macclesfield (23 August 2015)

Loved bella italia- massive place but did not feel over crowded. So much do on site it was hard to leave. Had a lovely holiday in a beautiful setting.
Customer 68 (23 August 2015)

This parc is massive. That can be great, because you don't feel you need to go far to get things/find things to do, but it's near enough to a decent town - peschiera if you want to. We gave our children (8 and 6) boundaries not to go past and they stuck to them. . . the pools were nice, not warm, but not freezing in the sunshine, they need a few more sunbeams for the peak season but we did get some most days and we saw the lifeguards getting rid of the early morning towels down types. . it's quite german here - the entertainment is done in italian, dutch, german then english - so lots of the party songs are german. Our children were gutted initially then sang german songs and did the actions with the best of them. The theatre area is not really a bar, so hard to relax and have a drink while children join in. . loads of daytime entertainment for children, both eurocamp and parc. . didn't rate the on-site restaurants, but nicer ones in town anyway. . our classic caravan was dated and a bit dirty, go for better if you can. . . the lake side is nice, take beach shoes and book the free kayaks you can borrow from the camp - just inside the gate near the pedalo man. . . visit sirmione on the boat. . . we didn't have any drama with checking in, but we didn't arrive on a saturday, don't arrive on a saturday unless you absolutely have to. The queues were mammoth as lots of other companies insist on saturday handover.
Emily (22 August 2015)

Our holiday was made up of 3 destinations, domain de la chalain, bella italia and herbolzhiem. we had an enjoyable time, the weather was good and the travel was not too bad considering the distance we travelled.
Clare (22 August 2015)

Brilliant time and camp facilities are excellent for children of all ages which makes a enjoyable holiday for everyone.
Philip from Northern Ireland (21 August 2015)

We had an enjoyable holiday, due to excellent weather and a great location on lake garda. This was our least enjoyable eurocamp holiday though, the site was not for us - too big, too cramped (high densitity living that politicians would advocate) insufficient pool facilities for the number on site, too expensive and not reconcilable with the advertising.
John from Sevenoaks (17 August 2015)

Excellent facilities at this very well situated parc
Geraldine from Newbury (15 August 2015)

This was our first experience to this sort of holiday. we love lake garda as we have visited several times before. this was a great location being right on the warm lake and also a short walk to the town to try out different restaurants. we stayed in new for 2015, a vista caravan which was beautiful. friends took their touring caravan though and the plots were teeny. other friends stayed in bungalows which were spacious but in need of updating. football was ridiculous, my son got 5 minutes play in 2 hours whilst hubby sweltered in the heat watching as there were too many kids, needs planning. pools were great but seriously heaving, lucky to find one sunbed to share with a family of 4. people disappear for a few hours for lunch and come back to their towels. the lifeguards need to move them on more often! 20 minute journey to the airport via sun transfers - highly recommend. 13 euros in cab to gardaland which imo is better than legoland/chessington, you need a whole day there though so don't bother with evening ticket. eurocamp couriers were great on check in but it did make me laugh watching them leave lovely information notices on people's caravans whenever there was nobody in..almost like they didn't really want to bump into any customers ;) bella italia staff were lovely on reception and very helpful. bella vista restaurant on site was actually fab - recommend beef strips on rocket! offsite on the beach front is vecchio mulino - lovely restaurant but portions a bit small, the waiters were cool caps and you drink beer from a jar! I had a lovely time, would I come back? nope, I only have 1 holiday a year so that doesn't leave me with many left. ciao x
Cas from Hampshire (14 August 2015)

This park is better for families and children up to age of 14. nothing for the older teens to do, other than hang around late at night by the lake, pier etc..
Customer 75 from Milton Keynes (08 August 2015)

We visited off season (october) so it was quite quiet - although the pools, shops, bars etc were all still open and busy enough, so it felt like a nice compromise. However, the site is huge so I can imagine at peak times it would get uncomfortably busy. The site is right by a (stony) lake beach (unlike the inaccessible rocky shoreline most of the way round) which was empty most of the time in oct, but would be v small if the place was busy. . location was great - a 15min walk to the bars restaurant and shops in town, and another 5mins to the train station (which has a 20min journey into verona). the ferry stopped in town to travel all over the lake, and the site is close enough to the a4 main rd so it was easy for us to drive to milan. . we were travelling with our 8 month old, who enjoyed the playgrounds, but the water in the pool was too cold for him to be comfortable. . the eutocamp mobile home was ok, although it looked v old and needed updating (we were in a 'classic' - the more ecpensive ones looked newer). the biggest problem was the mattresses which were really uncomfortable and are in desperate need of replacing.
Helen from Thanks For Your Feedback. (19 October 2014)

Very large parc. Clean and tidy with plenty of facilities if you need them. . large children's football event on-going during our stay which was a bit of shock during term times. Children were fairly rowdy but didn't cause us any issues.
Joanne from Somerset (19 October 2014)

Unfortunately my holiday was spoiled by the resorts lack of control over the behavior of other guests, every evening was a complete nightmare with hundreds of out of control teenagers shouting and screaming, cutting the power to mobile homes, running around cars, my car was actually damaged whilst parked in the so called safety of my allocated parking space, I actually left and came home a full day early as I could not bare another night of this outrageous behavior that was going on every night, I would never return to this resort again which is a great shame as the resort has so much potential and is situated in a very beautiful area.
Mark from Chesterfield (18 October 2014)

Overall an excellent value holiday..
Michael from Holmfirth (18 October 2014)

We arrived on sat 4th october 2014. The mobile was basic but clean on first impression, when I checked our bed linen, it was clean and crisp. When I went to make up our bed the pillows were stained and dirty. I had to check all the pillows in the mobile to pick out the pillows that were the cleanest before I put on the pillow cases. The mattress was old and dirty and I felt uncomfortable and dirty lying on it. I could not relax, knowing my husband and I had to sleep on these beds. We had booked with another company (canvas) on previous holidays and found them better regarding, accomodation, cleanliness and service. We would need to give deep consideration, regarding another holiday with eurocamp.
Margaret (16 October 2014)

We had an excellent time. the park was very busy with a competition for young danish football teams, which seemed a bit daunting on arrival but in fact they were very well behaved and gave the park a buzz which might have been absent at this time of year otherwise. Our first experience of eurocamping was excellent
Tony from Haywards Heath (16 October 2014)

Excellent holiday, a week was not enough!
Catherine from Pescheria (14 October 2014)

Great weekend, but glad we only arranged no more than 5 people in each chalet as a bit small for all adults
Wehrle from Orpington,Kent (14 October 2014)

The couriers didn't have a clue. The parc and area were lovely.
David from Watford (13 October 2014)

Beautiful well kept park in a great position with easy access to the lake and beach. Very helpful and friendly staff. Fantastic water park onsite with loads of shallow areas for little ones. Lovely accommodation with everything needed provided. Couldn't have asked for more.
Isabella from Leicester (13 October 2014)

Very relaxed and some of the most friendly staff we have ever had excellent.
Stephen from Canterbury (12 October 2014)

Fab park, good amenities onsite, the restaurants are particularly good as is the swimming facilities. Dining out and price of wine (bottle, glass or a caraf) both on and off site I found to be reasonable. Perscheria good base to travel out to towns around lake garda and beyond like venice and verona. It is essential to go to the tourist office to get transport info and plan your day. Public transport t(buses, ferries, trains) are excellent but infrequent. Definitely travel out - the theme parcs are excellent but near end of seasin are open only at weekends - so again plan ahead! all in all a good trip - go ahead enjoy and explore :)).
Lisa from Birmingham (10 October 2014)

Lovely base for lake garda. Holiday reps went out of there way ri help us with any queries ie bus times ferry times trains times. Also helpful tips on things to do . supermarket well stocked resturant great food. Lively walk along the lake front to town.ideal for venice as train half hour walk hour walk from park
Duncan (10 October 2014)

This park needs a lot of maintenance work, it and the eurocamp chalets are tired looking. Far too much accommodation has been packed in, there are no footpaths and very poor parking. The location is first class but the standards on site are not.
Brian from Wakefield (06 October 2014)

Caravan wasn't very clean and the mattress was old and didn't have any kind of mattress protector. The sheets provided had grey marks on them. We got bitten from head to toe by insects whenever we were in our caravan. Rooms were very small and storage space was minimal. . pools were excellent, but could do with at least one being heated. It was too cold for toddlers. . . pasta in la terraza was horrific - dried pasta, not fresh, wasn't cooked fully and had what looked like tinned salmon thrown on top, with a really salty sauce. Disgusting. . . the middle restaurant burnt the bottoms of the pizzas, yet the tops were runny and the topping was minimal. Pizza in la terraza was much better. . . ice cream parlour excellent. . . paid for wifi but could only use it in diegos. . no childrens entertainment off peak and no babysitting service off peak. . thoroughly disappointing holiday.
Emma (04 October 2014)

The camp was idealy situated near lake garda and was near enough to venice for a day trip. We enjoyed traveling around the lake by car and also spent a day in verona.
John from Abingdon Oxon (03 October 2014)

Great site, fabulous weather, ideal location, what more can I say! we will be back again,
Stephen from Stockport (01 October 2014)

Great, relaxing holiday
Richard from London (30 September 2014)

Brilliant holiday. reps very friendly and extremely helpful. Best holiday we have had. love it here and we will come again.b
Maria from Yatev (28 September 2014)

It was a stopover between france and switzerland and not so good as our experience at another parc at lake garda a few years ago.
Margaret from Arundel (28 September 2014)

We used the park as a base due to a family wedding in verona. We had 4 chalets and they were ready when we arrived and had everything we needed. The children enjoyed the pools although be prepared they are not heated. A great value for money weekend. .
Tracy from Taunton (28 September 2014)

Great location, stunning scenery and for every day living not too expensive, except for fuel. Shop off site for grocery etc.
Alan from Swansea (27 September 2014)

Very disappointing, on arrival shown holiday home plot. But no where to park car. On booking the information in brochure stated parking for one car by unit. Contacted couriers no alternative similar unit available and advised to park car in parking plot by main gate, which to me was unacceptable.
John (27 September 2014)

It's a big park and can be a bit noisy however if you have children there's lots for them to do. The site is situated directly on lake garda and is in a good position to explore the rest of the lake and to visit verona. It has an extensive pool area with several novelty type pools for youngsters. It also has several restaurants on site. I travelled with my 86 year old mother and although we were initially concerned about the size of the site and the noise level (no doubt due to the size) actually we thoroughly enjoyed our holiday here and wouldn't hesitate to return.
Liz from Kidderminster (27 September 2014)

The couriers kindly placed us in a quiet position as requested, which we greatly appreciated.
Customer 100 (27 September 2014)

This is a large busy site with lots of children. Good facilities and well positioned on the lake an easy walk from peschiera a charming historic town.
Rachel from Cheltenham (25 September 2014)

Loved bella italia! we travelled with a 2 &3 yr old and facilities on site were superb. On-site restaurants and supermarket were reasonably priced, and park's position right on the lake and only 10 minutes from the main town made our holiday very enjoyable.
Gemma from Pembrokeshire (25 September 2014)

Excellent location right on the lake. Many interesting towns all within easy reach.
Paul from Folkestone (24 September 2014)

Been here several times in the past and like bella italia very much. Eurocamp couriers took nearly an hour to turn up and book us in and show us to the caravan when we arrived. We hardly saw them all holiday. We did have a visit the day before we left to be asked what time we would actually be leaving as if they could not wait for us to go.
Gillian from Wickford Essex (24 September 2014)

Fantastic holiday, wonderful campsite, amazing facilities and very accomadating staff at eurocamp. Looking forward to next time!
Gemma from Belfast (23 September 2014)

Having read the reviews of bella italia, I was quite concerned about what I would find. However, my concerns were alleviated on arrival. I could not fault the parc. it is a big campsite and in the height of the season, it must be really hectic, but we were there out of season, which made a huge difference. the pools were busy, but it was not impossible to get a bed or two. the parc sits on lake garda and was an easy stroll into nearby peschiera, which had a good selection of restaurants and, of course, ice cream shops!. . the accommodation was good - it would have benefitted from a deep clean, but it was clean enough. linen packs were in the mobile home when we got there, along with a welcome pack. . there were still a number of couriers on site. my only two criticisms of them is firstly, some seemed more interested in texting rather than paying attention to guests and secondly, no one visited us during our stay to make sure everything ok.
Claire from Stirling (23 September 2014)

The holiday park very clean and the couriers very helpful and very friendly nothing was no problem for them the holiday park was very nice area
Allan from County Durham (22 September 2014)

Lovely location, loads for the children to do, close to the town centre but most things can be purchased on the camp site. Accommodation not to my standard of cleanliness - everything looks a bit tired and dated. Eurocamp staff are friendly and some were more helpful than others.
Helen from Chesterfield (21 September 2014)

A good holiday overall, very nice location and loads to do around there. Not good for sunbathing, the loungers are getting extremely tired and the pitch we had was so small it really did spoil the holiday.
David from Caterham, Surrey (21 September 2014)

We had a great holiday, parc ideally suited for our local attractions in the area and also close to motorway intersection for travelling. bad weather was limited to the late evening and night, and we enjoyed hot weather every day (2nd week in september)
Peter from Chandlers Ford (21 September 2014)

We love lake garda, and peschiera is as good a location as anywhere else on the lake. the views from the beach looking across the lake to the mountains are so majestic. bella italia is great for families with all of it's amenities, but I doubt if we will return. the biggest issue is the proximity of the caravans to one another. they are so close that you can here everything, and if someone has bought a hifi with them, then you will have to put up with their bass / music. we could here late night chatting from the van behind and the one next to us when we were in bed trying to sleep. the couriers were non existent. we were there for 3 weeks and the only time they came to see us was the day before we checked out. the van was not cleaned particularly well. the outside chairs were uncomfortable to sit in, the sofa in doors must have come from a junkies crack den and the beds had mattresses thinner than tissue paper. if we go back to bella italia, it will be with one of their competitors. I advise you to choose a company that has a small number of vans run by a husband and wife team, as eurocamp have over 200 vans and run it with kids and newbies, who are all obviously hopeless.
Darren from Ware (21 September 2014)

The proximity to the lake was fantastic. We had a couple of small issues with our caravan but these tended to be sorted out rather quickly. Quiet at night and beautiful in the day. A great parc. One criticism: the pools were incredibly cold, the lake was far nicer to swim in.
David from Guildford (21 September 2014)

Was ok
Amanda from St. Lawrence Bay, (20 September 2014)

Enjoyed our trip. Caravan a bit cosy and tightly packed in amongst others, but beautiful setting and good facilities.
David from Lichfield (20 September 2014)

There were items missing from the mobile including loo brush, baking tray, small saucepan and a gas stove that had only 2 functioning rings. These were rectified except the baking tray which we had not arrived when we left.
Richard (19 September 2014)

Whilst the caravan looked dated and rather shabby, we still had an excellent time. The parc is ideal for families and couples alike. facilities are superb, good choice of restaurants, close to peschiera, which also has some amazing restaurants and a well stocked shop on site which means you could get along nicely without a car. really good location for visiting other beautiful areas around lake garda if you do have a car or equally by public transport.
Lea from Birmingham (19 September 2014)

Our overall experience was fantastic! we never wanted to leave!
Cassie from East Midlands (15 September 2014)

I found the euro camp staff to be quite unhelpful, seemed like the place was run by teenage staff. Friendly enough but didn't help us. We tried to check in early after arriving from the airport. We were told we couldn't and the come back in 3 hours. We were given no pointers of where to wait, no map or advice. Considering we were with a baby as well. . once we finally checked in we kept finding things we had ordered were not in the bungalow. So made 3 separate trips back to reception. . I also was annoyed that we paid extra for cot bedding and it didn't even fit the cot properly. The bottom sheet was not fitted and with a wriggly tot, she ended up sleeping on the plastic mattress which i'm got weather is not ideal. No sleep for us. I asked for another sheet, a large double to wrap around but instead was given the same cot sheet again. May seem like a little thing but an uncomfy child at night leads to sleepless holidays for parents. I really wanted to like euro camp and really thought it would be the first of many holidays with them, but I just wasn't impressed. I don't mind basic but unorganised and unhelpful is a whole different thing. . the park itself was in a good spot on the lake but busy and probably too big for our taste. But it is well kept and clean. Maybe better with older children.
Emma from London (14 September 2014)

Lovely campsite. Not heated swimming pools! children's entertainment starts too late for them.
Sarah from Southampton (14 September 2014)

This our 2nd year at bella italia so we knew what the park has to offer. We were a little disappointed at the cleanliness of the accomodation. It was certainly an "end of season" caravan that needed a really good clean. The reps do a great job of what I call a general wipeover clean but our accomodation need some serious deep cleaning. The sinks were dirty with mould, the blinds needed a proper clean, the windows and showers certainly needed a steam clean. Deep dirt is not something I wanted to be living in with my young children. Our rep was brilliant and he can with his bleach (as he said that was all they were allowed) and a cloth and cleaned it the best he could but it was still not a standard that I would be happy with at home.
Mia from Farnham (19 October 2013)

An excellent holiday. Bella italia is a lovely site with easy access to the lake garda area, and verona in particular. It's also very handy for the train station to milan and venice. Helen and I hope to return to this site, maybe in 2015, to catch the tail end of the opera season at verona.
Christopher from Bristol (15 October 2013)

This is our second visit this year to this campsite as my wife loved the campsite we decided on a second visit late in the season. The campsite was running down and in a couple of weeks would be closed. As a result the static caravans were only about 10% in use however there were above 50% of the touring vans spaces used, so the site was not busy nor empty either. Unfortunately the weather was a lot worse than I had expected and we didn't get to use the park facilities as much as we would have liked, particularly the pools which were very cold. We ate at two of the three restaurants and they were both terrific in service, food and price. We had a car hired and saw many of the towns around the lake, where we shopped, ate and went into restaurants for coffee. So we did as much as we could under the circumstances. If the campsite is to remain open until late october they should consider having one pool enclosed, say with sliding frames which can be pulled across in wet weather and still allow people to use the pools and sit out if they want to, but within a large glass house type enclosure.
Derek from Broughshane, Ballymena (13 October 2013)

Best place for a family. Nice restaurant (i recommend the one not on the lake). it's great the camp is at 10 minutes walk (on the lake) from town
Luca from Milan (13 October 2013)

Great campsite and facilities. Clean tidy. Staff etc very friendly and helpful
Monica from Portadown (12 October 2013)

Had a wonderful time very close to verona airport so quick and easy to get to, good efficient check in accommodation really nice well stocked supermarket didnt use any of the pools but looked lovely would definitely recommend
Valerie from Blackburn Lancs (06 October 2013)

A large well kept site with all facilities open even at the end of season
Martin from Biddenden (06 October 2013)

Park has become very over crowded and organisation is very bad. Key camp staff came across as rude and uncaring. We had been to this park before two years ago and it has changed immensely in that time . we would not recommend it and will not be using key camp again
Ssn from Cornwall (05 October 2013)

Great parc great holiday, couriers good and helpful, reception staff at parc exceptional
Eileen from East Boldon (03 October 2013)

Beautiful parc and location but weather could have been better
David from Sidcup (01 October 2013)

Good holiday. only minor snag was having to pay additional for bedding.
Deborah from Sidcup (01 October 2013)

I love this parc will be goin again next year.
Hannah (01 October 2013)

The park was too big and impersonal for our liking after 3 weeks in la baume. We had to que for and hour to book in,
Margaret from Anglesey (30 September 2013)

My overall holiday was very good
Pat from Knutsford (29 September 2013)

Excellent!
Adele from Glasgow (29 September 2013)

Yes, holiday was great. but there was some confusion on the roads with cars and people sharing the same area, often coming to some close shaves. Separating lines might save a few near misses/accidents.
Amanda from Lancing (29 September 2013)

Great
Stephen from Canterbury (29 September 2013)

Overall, we had a good holiday experience..parts that were not good on the whole were those outside your control...the queue at manchester airport. The park is lovely (it was our third stay there)..great location and facilities. There weather was good too!
Jean from Blackburn (29 September 2013)

Too crowded even in september.
Sara from Aberdeen (28 September 2013)

Exc3ellent position by lake
Stephen (27 September 2013)

We have been with u since the days of french country camping !! great value for money and very efficient
Judth from Sutton In Ashfield Notts (26 September 2013)

Area was beautiful, parc was out dated as mobile homes had a musty smell in them an appeared old inside. Had issues that were left unresolved by the very un helpful reps who were only interested in fobbing us off than resolving any problems. . would never book with keycamp again and would strongly recommend to others not to book with them too
Adam from Rhuddlan (25 September 2013)

Pleasant stay
Karen from Plymouth (23 September 2013)

Great location. Beautiful parc with lots if activities for all the family
Nkechi from Surrey (22 September 2013)

A very well situated parc for exploring the southern end of lake garda. Good facilities on site.
Rachel from Cheltenham (22 September 2013)

Not even a microwave in cabin when oven failed to work on self ignition. For a single person on holiday having loads of young kids running around did not make my stay very pleasant at night
George from Armagh (21 September 2013)

We use park as a base to explore the area. We have stayed before and the park has everything you need, staff are always polite and helpful, retrurants are good the supermarket is good value unless you travel out to the bigger ones but then what you save you lose in time and effort. Recomended we will be back
David from Dorset (21 September 2013)

We had a lovely time, parc has everything you need. Accommodation basic but clean and beds comfy. Our heater wasnt working so that was a huge shame, spoke to the keycamp couriers and unfortunately didnt find them helpful and 2 were on the verge of being rude. Apart from that hiccup everything was fine and the keycamp maintenance team came straight out to us but couldnt fix the heater. I also think the keycamp kids clubs should run for more time throughout the summer season.
Nicholas from Henlow (21 September 2013)

Very good week.
Graham from Worthing (21 September 2013)

Had a fantastic holiday, will probably return.
Vicki from Higham Ferrers (21 September 2013)

Bella italia is a fantastic location to the lake, the park is great, swimming pool brilliant for all ages, restaurants great, with lovely views all very welcoming! the supermarket was quite expensive! the only thing which was a downside was our accommodation, the mobile was old and dated and very small for a family of 4. All in all great place.
Hannah from Ashford, Kent (21 September 2013)
