We cannot understand the how as a eurocamp customer for over 30 years and staying on site for a week, we were given a 3rd rate pitch when overnighters were given far superior sites surely the thinking process needs to be looked at
Neil (13 September 2015)

Great parc for families. covered pool was warm which was very good
Robert (04 September 2015)

Excellent park, good facilities
David from Ipswich (02 September 2015)

Fabulous holiday. Beautiful clean site with friendly helpful staff.
Kate from Skegness (01 September 2015)

Perfect for our stopover, or a short stay. Otherwise the main sights are a bit further away than normal. Site has plenty of activities
Michelle from Worcester (30 August 2015)

We used the campsite for a stop over on our way home from southern france. We were disappointed by the size of the avant accommodation compared to the aspect we stayed in previously. The shop on the campsite was not very well stocked and many shelves were empty. The pool area is small - the main pool was indoor and it was a very hot the day we were there (34 degrees outside) but the vslides were fun. Also the gate didn't open until 7.30am so not ideal for an early departure and it's a long way from the autoroute compared to other sites in the region. It was a clean site and quite well kept. Perhaps we did not see it at its best at the end of the season?
Hj (30 August 2015)

The parc was very nice and we had a great holiday. . only issue was that the unit was old and in need of some tlc. It was just very tired! also it had not been very well cleaned when we went in, rubbish under beds!
Andy from Crawley Down (30 August 2015)

A good camp, tucked out of the way but plenty going on.
Laurence from Winchester (29 August 2015)

We had such a great time here. The weather wasn't great all the time but we still had fun in the rain. The facilities are great & really well looked after. Clean & well maintained. The staff are so friendly & the kids clubs, entertainment & pool/gym staff are working all the time & are amazing. So helpful. Thanks for a truly wonderful 1st of many eurocamp holidays.
Jackie from Horsham (28 August 2015)

Good site. plenty to do. loved disc golf!
Anthony (28 August 2015)

Only marked couriers down as didn't really see them as didn't need them but didn't have any issues with this
Elizabeth from Middlesbrough (28 August 2015)

Would definitely recommend a holiday at this park especially if you have children. The pool is lovely and it has an added bonus of the lake too. There is enough activities to do on site to keep everyone entertained for a couple of hours each day before relaxing by the pool or lake with your book.
Victoria from Crewe (26 August 2015)

Nice parc, accommodation would have been fine if it had been cleaned properly. Couriers pretty useless.
Suzanne from Hertfordshire (22 August 2015)

Really good park with great outdoor facilities with most activities being reasonably charged. the pools are not heated though which is a shame. But really enjoyed ourselves! overall would recommend.
Matthew from Surrey (22 August 2015)

Lovely well equipped park with good accommodation. Good to see certain activities you did not have to pay for i.e. Ping pong. The ones you did have to pay for were reasonably priced. Only downside was the on site restaurant, the food was poor quality, hot food served cold and chicken undercooked. Overall a great parc and would recommend.
William from Preston (21 August 2015)

Fantastic holiday !
Angela (21 August 2015)

We had a great time and although the parc was more cramped than others we have stayed at our neighbours all four of them were great which meant that being so close was not a problem.it helped that we parked the cars away from the caravans. The pools were also quite crowded but the lake was an excellent overflow and great fun.
Sue from Southampton (20 August 2015)

Lovely site, especially the pool & the lake which can be used for swimming.
Lynne from Bath (19 August 2015)

A lovely camp. Although it wasn't for us.
Lisa from Peterborough (19 August 2015)

It was a nice park but very busy.
Julia from Sevenoaks (14 August 2015)

Parc good. Take away poor.got food poisoning was very ill on 4th night after eating chicken. Tried to report it but no holiday representatives were in the cabin. Girl on reception spoke very little english and couldn't understand.
Tracey (09 August 2015)

We used the site as a stop off on the way down to south west france for 2 nights. Weather was great and the kids loved the pools and playground areas. Tried the new avant accommodation which was great.
Rob from Manchester (09 August 2015)

Very good value for money, however the couriers lacked enthusiasm, we didn't get any information on what was on i.e kids clubs, places to visit etc
Customer 23 from Teddington (08 August 2015)

Excellent site
Neil from Bristol (28 July 2015)

We only had 2 nights and 1 full day there, so weren't really able to experience the full range of activities. That said, it was a nice, clean park with plenty to do and the indoor pool certainly gives more options for days when the weather isn't great. We would certainly consider going back there for a longer period of time.
Jenni (26 July 2015)

Great park . lots to do .. lots to see but the park is remote and you will need a car to get out and about. Park is very clean and a credit to the army of cleaners, pool maintenance and gardening staff!!. mobile homes well spaced but I would recommend going for the more prestige range as the standard caravans are looking very tired and for this reason i'm only happy to give the value for money mark a 5.
Jo from Chester (25 July 2015)

Stayed as an overnight stay on return back home. Whilst we only stayed 1 night we used the swimming area and lake.
Customer 27 from Bexleyheath (19 July 2015)

Our holiday at les alicourts pierrefitte was fantastic perfect family holiday for young children as well as teenagers.
Confirmed Holidaymaker (18 July 2015)

Excellent holiday. Parc spotlessly clean. Alicourts staff friendly. Good meal at onsite restaurant.
Rebecca (18 July 2015)

Lovely parc, lots of activities on site, have to pay for most of them. Kids loved teleskiing and kayaking. Eurocamp has their own canoe that you can book for free. The outside pool is cold, but great once you're in. It's quieter than the inside pool except when the wave machine is on. The lake and beach are great for swimming as well.accommodation was a bit dated, but very clean and well equipped. Parc seems big at first, but we'll laid out and easy to get around. It's remote and about 15k to the nearest town for supermarkets.
Denise from Bathgate (15 July 2015)

Great pool complex and lots to do on site. Wakeboarding is brilliant fun! chambord château an hour's drive away.
Confirmed Holidaymaker (12 July 2015)

Fantastic holiday!!! returned home the who,e family had enjoyed and got such a lot out of the holiday. .
Cheryl from Strathaven (04 July 2015)

Only spent 2 days here but very enjoyable.
Sean from Tralee (04 July 2015)

Good camp a few minor details like having to book a table in the restaurant - so after a late day out you couldn't just turn up - camp a bit isolated so everywhere was a drive -tough on the driver -
Sarah from Chatham (04 July 2015)

We have overnighted at this site many times and also stayed in the area for sightseeing.
Ab (30 June 2015)

Very enjoyable and good value holiday and the reps made sure the accommodation was perfect. They do need to find out what is going on in the area though as they seemed to have little interest or knowledge of what was happening outside the parc which for a tourist is a little disappointing.
Andrew from Charlbury (26 June 2015)

Very large. Ideal for families. Not very much space around the accommodation. There were no insect screens at the windows so were unable to leave windows open at night. The camp seemed to have a large number of very big flies so it meant that the doors and windows had to be kept shut. This was on. The overnight stay on the way back
Angela from Reigate Surrey (25 June 2015)

Brand new accommodation but had many broken items, including the sofa and kitchen tap!
Joanne from Milton Keynes (20 June 2015)

Very remote
Martin from Oxford (19 June 2015)

A good park to use as a centre for visiting all the interesting chateaus in the area
David (18 June 2015)

This is a brilliant park, so clean and well kept. The services were fabulous with so much on offer and we were there before it was busy so extremely quiet. . weather was amazing with temps over 33deg in june, no complaints
Su from Newcastle Upon Tyne (15 June 2015)

Great parc, good location although rather remote from main attractions (such as loire chateax) but with access to lovely local towns and villages. . excellent parc, facilities and staff. superb, small lakeside location with easy access to facilities and a great indoor / outdoor pool complex with wave pool. there is a wide range of facilities for children of all ages as well as adults and you could spend your entire holiday on the parc if you just want to relax and not travel around. . wifi is chargeable (€3 hour, €6 day, €20 week) at reasonable rates and reception and speed is good within sight of the many washroom blocks - which are very good indeed.
Mel from Aylesbury (15 June 2015)

We had a wonderful time and returned home very refreshed.
Peter from Telford (12 June 2015)

Parc was excellent all the facilities you could wish for and as stated in the brochure. Honestly the best eurocamp resort we have stayed in.
Matthew from Wellington Somerset (10 June 2015)

Considering the site was not busy the couriers were not that helpful, we had a few problems with the toilet which was never fixed, there were utensils missing that had to be requested twice and we were never visited not even on the last night
Keith (06 June 2015)

Alicourts had amazing range of activities, shops restaurants etc within easy reach from calais will definitely be returning here!
Jane from Warrington (05 June 2015)

Great place loads to do
Arthur from Broadstairs (01 June 2015)

We only stayed for a couple of nights stopping over here on the way further south. The parc restaurant is fantastic and the takeaway pizza great quality. The play park is modern and clean. The pool area is lovely with a handy covered area for bad weather fun. Overall really clean and quiet.
Emma from Suffolk (01 June 2015)

Lovely campsite with good facilities.
Jenny (31 May 2015)

One of the best sites for all the family. lots to do (if you want to). sadly the brand new caravan didn't live up to expectation. We will definitely book again for the site.
Claire from Cheshire (30 May 2015)

A great place to stay especially if you have children. This is our 5th year at this camp but first time with eurocamp. Accommodation was great and we will be back.
Leslie from Wickford (30 May 2015)

Had a lovely holiday for 6 day's during may half term. The kids enjoyed the pool and the organised team games at 4 o'clock. Kayaking in the lake was brilliant.
Confirmed Holidaymaker (30 May 2015)

Parc had great facillities but caravans very close together we had an avant caravan outside decked area great but feel that outside furniture very flimsy and uncomfortable inside bedrooms very small and not enough cupboard space and no coat hangers when you pay extra for top caravan surely these should be standard last year we had the aspect caravan on a different parc we expected the same standard as that but didnt get it .
Carol from Stalybridge (28 May 2015)

Fantastic holiday.
Customer 54 from Guildford (27 May 2015)

The parc was lovely but the day we wished to use the spa it was closed even through we went during the opening hours on the door.
Donna from Cambridge (23 May 2015)

We came to fish the lake but unfortunately was only able to fish a small part of it. . the park itself is really nice great for young and old
Melanie from Pontefract, West Yorkshire (21 May 2015)

Really lovely place, the reps were great very friendly helpful and hard working. Could do with another choice of bar and resturaunt , the take away is only pitza and is very exspensive. We will recomend this place to others and will return again.
Michael from England (21 May 2015)

Great location, everything on site.car needed to visit places obviously.weather good.this is one location that I would re-visit.
Bill from North Yorkshire Nr Yarm (20 May 2015)

A large park and beautifully kept with many facilities which smaller parks lacked.
Patricia from Aylesford, Kent (18 May 2015)

Wow what a beautiful site, very relaxing
Terry from Poole (17 May 2015)

Lovely well-equipped site
Roger from St Helens (16 May 2015)

Exceptional staff who helped throughout holiday and dealt with noisy neighbours in very proffesional manner
Heath from Worthing (13 May 2015)

Delightful site, probably better suited to families with children rather than older couples. Couriers were very helpful and always around to wish you a good morning and to enquire if everything was ok. Facilities were excellent but as it was the first week of the season it was a learning curve for some site staff. All in all a very relaxing week and idealy suited for exploring the region.
Terry from Southend-On-Sea (10 May 2015)

Good facilities in a very pleasant setting
Roger from Sunderland (06 September 2014)

A great 8 day holiday at alicourts, fun had by all.
Tracy from Folkestone Kent (01 September 2014)

We only stayed here overnight on route to and from the south of france. The park was perfectly suited to our needs but I we agreed that it wouldn't be somewhere that we would choose to stay for any length of time.
Anna from Gillingham, Kent (31 August 2014)

This a very good site for families with younger children as they are very well catered for, however if you have teenagers they may get bored. The pool is a delight with both covered area and open with plenty of sun loungers. The bar on site how ever is very expensive, this may be due to their monoply as the site is quite isolated as far as walkable facilities are concerned. If you enjoy open spaces, cycling or walking the site is perfect for.
Richard from Sittingbourne (31 August 2014)

We just used your mobile homes for stop overs on the way down and back to our main holiday, they were fine
Claire from Southampton (31 August 2014)

Well run campsite, neat clean and tidy. Stayed in one of the more basic caravan but it was adquate for a weeks stay. couriers helpful but not intrusive. Good for families
Sue from Northampton (31 August 2014)

A great park with great facilities/activities in the countryside. Stayed here for 2 nights as stopover on route home from south of france at end of august. As end of season supermarket was not very well stocked and quite a few miles to nearest town/supermarket. Disappointed with mobile home after spending 11 nights in a fantastic tent. Would come back here but for a 1/2 term break to do activites on offer.
Samantha from London (30 August 2014)

We had several issues which are explained below. The holiday as a whole was very good
Neil from Verwood, Dorset (30 August 2014)

We used les alicourts as a stop-over on our journey to and from the channel ports to the ardeche. it was very good for that purpose and looked like a good parc for a longer stay.
Ian from Solihull (30 August 2014)

Only had overnight stop here so cannot give proper review. Only comment we would say is that it was long way from anywhere outside camp.but camp itself was lovely.would be great for family's as lots to do on site.
John from Nottinghamshire (29 August 2014)

Fantastic site with so much to do. Really impressed. Restaurant is lovely too.
Alison from Dartford (26 August 2014)

Lovely park. Large and facilites excellent. Bring a brolley, it is the loire!
Helen from Broadstairs (24 August 2014)

This is a great campsite with lots to do for the children. The spa was superb and the lake added a bit of something different.
Daniel from North Yorks (23 August 2014)

Fab campsite, exactly what a 5 star should be!!! accommodation still not great and over priced but much better than our first week. Couriers helpful, approachable and friendly
Kate from London (23 August 2014)

Fantastic campsite with brilliant facilities and lots for the kids to do for all ages, we have 3 kids 9, 6 & 5 and the site had plenty for all, including parents with the gym and spa facilities. slightly disappointed no eurocamp kids club as we thought this was available on all sites, however the site club was a good alternative. also, didn't really have much of a welcome from the couriers or really see them at all during the week.
Robert from Todmorden (23 August 2014)

Good camp I just found the pools rather cold especially the wave pool but the children didn't seem to mind
Gemma (20 August 2014)

Lovely parc for an overnight stay
Lorraine from Reading (20 August 2014)

Good overall.
Alastair (16 August 2014)

Very pretty camp, homes could be better ie., they need refurbishing in certain areas.
Barbara from Sussex (16 August 2014)

Great campsite. Clean and well maintained.
Customer 83 from Wigan (16 August 2014)

This was a one night stop en route back to caen. the parc was ok but the accommodation was very tired and outdated.
Catherine from Camberley (14 August 2014)

The campsite we have stayed on was the best I have seen (and I have stayed at over 20) the whole family really enjoyed the two weeks+ we were there in late july august. there was loads to do for our three boys (6,5 & 3), we spent most of out time on site e.g, frisbee golf, biking, climbing frame, swimming, water sliding, digging on beach, canoeing, boating, playing in nearby river, fun on skate park, dancing at disco etc. the site kid club was well ran with an excellent range of activities. our children acted in a stage show, played water games, cooked etc as well as the normal colouring and team games that goes on. it was great to see the international feel with dutch english and french children mixing really well. The park is in a quiet area of the loire and it is a drive to get to any location of interest. this was not really a problem though as there was so much to do on site, I highly recommend the site for families. eurocamp advertised a free spa session although we were told that this service was no longer provided on arrival by courier, it probably we would not have been appropriate for our whole family this is designed for a quiet retreat.
James from Preston (12 August 2014)

Great holiday, resort facilities excellent and well maintained. Main outdoor pool should have been heated - the lake was warmer and actually very pleasant. Would have scored a 10 otherwise
Mark from Bracknell (10 August 2014)

Holiday was great and the park was fantastic. The only problem was the caravan, it had blood in the toilet on arrival which I had to complain about. Not the nicest thing to see to start your holiday, was cleaned straight away though. Also our caravan was situated under an acorn tree so every time the wind blew we'd have a shower of acorns over us. The park is fantastic for the kids and I loved the lake, it made a change from salt water. I would go back to alicourts but have to stay in a better caravan, it was far to small than what we are used to and not up to the high standard as the actual park it's self.
Sarah from Manchester (09 August 2014)

Great site for families with younger children. our older children (13) loved the wakeboarding and pedaloes and the younger ones (10) loved the pool. disappointing accommodation, very small and in need of some tlc. Including the outside space. not enough places to eat on site. make sure you know the opening time of the shop, takeaway etc. As these are only open certain times which is surprising given we were there in peak season. if you want to hire a bike you have to do so for a whole day. we turned up to hire bikes for a couple of hours, of which there were many available, to be told we couldn't as the person who hires them was only there for 1 hour in the morning and 1 later on. our motto for the holiday was "it's not possible!" as this was something we heard numerous times during the week.
Alison (09 August 2014)

We had lovely break in allicorts. Couriers happy, friendly and approachable.our courier checked gas level was ok halfway through our stay as she was near our accommodation.the accommodation clean and tidy although seating/dining area a little dated. Site was safe, clean and tidy.
Gavin (08 August 2014)

Parc suited to ages up to 11 only - no entertainment or activities for older children or adults. Prices for sports including tennis expensive - eur10 for 1 hour. Prices at the bar very expensive - eur 5.40 for 0.5l lager. Eurocamp couriers excellent.
Mark from Southampton (07 August 2014)

Les allicourts has lots to keep the kids happy and entertained, but its also expensive as nearly all of the extra activities are charged for. there is one restaurant on site, the food is nice but the menu quite limited and as its out in the sticks you have to travel out if you want to try elsewhere. the pools were great but bloody freezing, even on really hot days, the kids enjoyed the pools but didn't stay n for very long. Overall though we did all have a lovely holiday.
Metin from Hertfordshire (02 August 2014)

Les alicourts is a fantastic resort with lots for everyone to do. You can choose to stay on the site or go out and explore the loire valley. The kids club provided by the site was great and the leaders were excellent. The pools were fantastic especially the wave pool which my kids loved. Very clean, very friendly. You need to make day trips to the chateau's but well worth it.
Elizabeth from Fordingbridge (02 August 2014)

Great place all facilities we needed even with older family.
Alan from Bristol (02 August 2014)

Was disappointed with the food on offer in the restaurant. all other facilities excellent
Barbara from Hemel Hempstead (02 August 2014)

Great location, great facilities. This one is in my book to return to.
Steven from Manchester (29 July 2014)

Our 2nd time here - we enjoyed it the first time and wanted to come back. We weren't disappointed. Good facilities on site and plenty to do with younger children. Great to have the choice between the pools and the lake when you want a dip.
Customer 96 from Oxford (29 July 2014)

Nice campsite with a friendly atmosphere, good facilities and a great lake. We all had a good time and there was plenty to do. The covered pool came in handy too when the weather was not so kind!
Catherine (28 July 2014)

Accommodation was old and dirty. Home was smelly, stains on bedroom curtains. Couldn't wait to leave and will never book with euro camp again. Friends are ready to start euro camp holidays in france with their little ones.. we won't be recommending you.
Joanna from Guildford (26 July 2014)

Excellent site with good facitilies for young children.
Zenna from Manchester (25 July 2014)

Les alicourts is a great site with loads of facilities, generous pitches and helpful couriers. The lake and 'beach' are a real bonus!. the only downside is a lack of alternative places to visit in this part of the loire if the weather is bad. The river loire, the chateaux and the pretty towns are generally a long drive away along dreary straight roads through the endless forests in these parts. No problem if the weather allows you to remain on site to enjoy its many pleasures.
Gordon from Penrith, Cumbria (24 July 2014)

Lovely holiday excellent parc lots of facilities.
Ann from Hinckley (19 July 2014)

The eurocamp accommodation is looking very tired and is not good value for money when compared with the parc's own offering. They have some newer ranges, but these are limited in availability and despite booking early were sold out when I booked. Also, the eurocamp pitches are all very cramped and we had to park quite a long way from our caravan, which was a real pain with two little ones. On a positive note, martin, our courier was really friendly and helpful. Unfortunately though, this doesn't make up for the accommodation failings, so we will be booking direct next year.
Rebecca from Brighton (18 July 2014)

Parc was great with excellent facilities and very clean. Just a bit remote for me. Nearest town is 15min drive. Any big attractions are easily and hrs drive.
Alison (18 July 2014)

A lovely park, great facilities, lovely swimming pool area which kids loved and the lake with its beach was great. would go back again.
Camilla from Brighton (16 July 2014)

Sent a letter in to complaints team by recorded post today. There were issues that were out of our control
Howard from Doncaster (12 July 2014)

Nice parc with plenty to do for the children
Kevin from Hove (12 July 2014)

Overall an excellent experience
Jl from Saffron Walden (30 June 2014)

One night stop
Customer 108 from Leigh (19 June 2014)

We were happy overall but a little unhappy about the lack of much entertainment as the park was quiet and approaching the end of the season.
Marcus from Dublin (08 September 2013)

Great place for a stop over on the way home
Katie from Chobham (08 September 2013)

All excellent, but only complaint would be that the brochure and video promote the spa as part of the parc whereas really it is a hugely expensive luxury affordable to so few it was permanently empty. felt a little conned by that. Other than that it was lovely, very clean and all staff helpful. great stage shows and entertainment, that conversely, were not particularly promoted. also there is a free onside kids club, although we didn't use it.
Confirmed Holidaymaker (01 September 2013)

We had a fantastic 4 days and much needed family time. The kids were busy all day and enjoyed the entertainment at night.
Cheryl from Jersey (31 August 2013)

Loved park and location. Couriers poor had to ask numerous times for items we had preordered
Ins from Tavistock (31 August 2013)

No interaction with eurocamp couriers shown pitch by a keycamp couriers
Alan (31 August 2013)

Excellent park, poor and old accommodation. dirty.
Graham from Hove (31 August 2013)

Good overnight site
Peter from Maidstone (31 August 2013)

This was our first family holiday of this sort. we were unsure of what to expect and had read a lot of reviews about the site and eurocamp. overall the holiday was great, a real relaxing time even with the long drive to get there. if you have an upto date sat nav you'll be fine, we didn't get lost once! I requested a pitch with space to park your car on and this was sorted for us. the pitch was spacious and very sunny, where others around were very shady and quite cramped. the site itself is very remote, it's a good 15 minute drive to the closest village, but this has two well stocked supermarkets, we preferred the "intermarche". most of the main tourist attractions are about an hour away from the site but the roads are fine and again with the help of the sat nav most places are easy to find.
Catherine from Hemel Hempstead (30 August 2013)

Accommodation overpriceed and very poor fixture and fittings mattress very uncomfortable and dirty blankets from previous use.kids enjoyed it but very silly timings to hire things out and long way round of doing things.
Tracey (30 August 2013)

We have been to allicourts a few years ago and were pleased some improvements have been made. Not that we were ever unhappy, it's just nice to see!
Lisa from Stevenage (29 August 2013)

Location review from euro camp a bit misleading. Very remote. Nearby villages have nothing in them... also thought having to pay for the crazy golf on the park a rip off and wasn't impressed with that. swimming pool looks bigger in the brochure. day trip to bloir nice.
Suzanne from Reading (28 August 2013)

Amazing parc, fantastic facilities and really well kept. Reminded me of centre parcs. Accommodation a lot more modern than on other parcs we stayed in, which was nice. Would definitely return to this parc. The only downside was the weather but no one can help that! loved it.
Katie from Poole (27 August 2013)

Really disappointed, this was a stop over holiday. After a 10 hour drive from the last park and arriving late we were not told to book the restaurant. When we went to get something to eat we were turn away. By this time everywhere else had closed and so we had to wait until the next day. The accommodation was crawling with ants and the the boiler was faulty. The couriers came to fix it, claiming that the gas bottle had not been turned on! however, on the day of our departure the gas ran out, my husband couldn't shower and we left without having breakfast. We could not get hold of the courier that morning (the office was locked) very disappointing.
Esther from Abergavenny (26 August 2013)

We stayed at this site en route to languedoc - 2 nights on the way there, and 2 nights on the way back. it's a nice campsite, with lovely playground, lake, bar/entertainment area, restaurant and pool. there is an inside pool which is lagoon-style, and needed in bad weather, but it was at times annoyingly busy. pitches are a good size.
Vivienne from Beckenham (25 August 2013)

Only stayed for an overnight stop
Lorraine from Reading (25 August 2013)

I only stayed here on the way down south and back again.
Martin from Nantwich (23 August 2013)

Great site. We have 4 kids ranging from 6-16 & they all loved it. We got some time to ourselves when the younger two went to kids club for a couple of hours. Nightly entertainment which was good for the kids. Friendly staff & great facilities.
Customer 126 from Bedford (21 August 2013)

Wonderful facility with amazimg pool area and the best entertainment I have seen at a camp. negatives are that many of the static homes on bar side of the lake are very cramped togethor, ours was dirty and the outdoor eurocamp sun shade was mouldy. the prices at the resort are way too hig htoo. much more than others I visited in france last year.
Clive from Fleet, Hants (21 August 2013)

Absolutely fantastic campsite - one of the best we've ever been to. Lovely atmosphere, exceptional entertainment both for kids and adults and had everything you could ever need on-site.
Kerry from Barnsley (21 August 2013)

No key camp 'welcome pack or gift' on arrival as promised. . main camp reception were not advised by key camp of our arrival so no gate pass code had been set up. . key camp reception was badly signposted and then there was no one there.. just a note saying "please use radio in the euro camp reception to call a key rep"??? that all seemed a bit weird!. the villa was a bit 'ropey' broken door and window handle and a badly locking front door. The dustbin outside was full to overflowing of the previous guests rubbish. We were only there 2 nights and the gas ran out the day we were getting ready to leave (getting up, showering and breakfast before the 10 deadline)... fair enough but when I switched to the reserve tank it was empty too!! with less than a hour until 'kick out' time it seemed pointless to go and find a rep, so it was cold showers and washing up in cold water all round!. the shop on site shut a 7:30, the closest shop/supermarket being 8 mile away, this could have been more convenient. The pool closed at 8 despite it being glorious until half nine at night, this seemed a bit frustrating. The restaurant was expensive (we had just come from three nights in paris and the meal here proved to be the most expensive of the hoilday) and the activities on site were also expensive. .
Daniel from Fareham (21 August 2013)

Very poor parc with un helpfull courriers
David from York (20 August 2013)

The accomodation was full of damp and smeltof urine. Outside of mobile home near decking was empty cans and used dirty cotton wool buds. Just one word really - horrendous
John from Ponteland (19 August 2013)

We had a great time, site was very clean and well maintained. Would visit again.
Elaine from Brighton (18 August 2013)

Caravan good, facilities seem good, although restaurant gets booked up very quickly - we found an excellent local restaurant.
Richard from Tunbridge Wells (18 August 2013)

We have used keycamps several times, and whilst the parc was very good with good facilities we found the keycamps staff hopeless and the caravan was very tired.
Annette from Scholar Green (17 August 2013)

We love this park and with a family of 5 offers so much. This was our 3rd time at alicourts and is by far our favourite site. We were worried when we saw the newly covered pool that it would not be so good but it proved a bonus. All staff on site helpful and
Claire from Romsey (17 August 2013)

A great parc with lots to do for all ages. Quite far out in the sticks.
Customer 136 from Braintree (17 August 2013)

Overnight stop - no complaints - less friendly and intimate as larger site
Rachel (16 August 2013)

Would definitely book with keycamp again. The only reason I have given the accommodation a 5 was because it was too small for our needs. That said, we booked late & that was all the accommodation that was left. The keycamp staff on site were accessible when required, helpful and polite. Thank you.
Mark (15 August 2013)

Very good - second year at this parc
Caroline from Sidcup (09 August 2013)

An excellent family holiday, loads to do on the site. We would have preferred a bigger caravan, as in the past. The site was set in lovely surroundings and the facilities very good. Definitely would recommend to others.
Sarah from Essex (09 August 2013)

Key camp staff were very good, however horse riding for very small children, no clubs for children, site shop and bar very expensive, on site spa was not free if stayed for over 3 nights had to pay 12 euros each to use, very expensive.
Donna from Fareham (04 August 2013)

We had a great few days at this holiday park. The pool complex, lake and bar were fantastic. We are a large family, 16 of us, ranging in age from 3 to 73 and there was something for everyone.
Paul And Sandra from London (03 August 2013)

Excellent parc. far more to do than previous parcs visited - chambord and les ecrueils. However, the keycamp experience was mixed. see responses below.
Sally from Northumberland (03 August 2013)

Perfect holiday for all the family. The whole parc is very child friendly and safe. This was our first eurocamp break and our whole experience was great.
James from Aberdeen (03 August 2013)

A lovely break
Sarah from Tewkesbury (02 August 2013)

Brilliant clean modern parc with excellent swimming pool facilities. Not too far to travel from calias with young children and would make for a good long term holiday destination or a great stop over if travelling further south.
Marcus (01 August 2013)

Great parc with excellent facilities
Amanda (31 Jul 2013)

Accommodation was terrible. Smelly, tired, dirty, old fashioned. Grubby, very unimpressed. . . nice location.
Customer 148 from En4 (31 Jul 2013)

The parc itself has good facilities, but the accommodation was dreadful. The mobile home was unclean, the shower broke and wasn't fixed and we were therefore without water for our stay. Just an awful experience and I would not book here again.
Colin from Downham Market (27 Jul 2013)

Great holiday, staff were excellent and site lovely.
Katie from London (27 Jul 2013)
