I had such an amazing time (and I am very picky)! val went above and beyond to be accommodating. The cottage is decorated perfectly and ideally situated to explore kent. I definitely hope to return. Amanda from London (13 June 2017)
Charming cottage, felt like home from home. Hythe is a lovely place, we enjoyed strolling along the military canal and back along the beach most evenings. Great choice of grocery shops and taxis are reasonable so it's easy to get around without a car. Nutmeg has delicious cakes. Zoe (13 May 2017)
A lovely quirky charming cottage. Very clean & cosy. Close to shops & canal & not far from beach. Maureen from Chislehurst (24 April 2017)
We loved staying in this fabulous, comfortable cottage. Perfectly situated just off hythe's main street to enjoy all the (many) attractions, restaurants and facilities of the town. The warm welcome from our host set us up to make the most of our week in this brilliant corner of kent. Ann from Glossop (01 April 2017)
What a delightful cottage...cosy and comfortable and ideally located just yeards from the lovely high street which is full of small independent shops. . a warm welcome and a most enjoyable stay.. hope to return if possible! Anne from West Midlands (17 February 2017)
My boyfriend and I spent a lovely weekend in the old laundry cottage. It was really cosy and full of character and we enjoyed being surrounded by antiques and interesting nick nacks. The welcome pack was well-thought-out and the cottage had everything we needed. The street it's on is just a few seconds walk from the high street but has the peaceful feel of a mews and val really could not have been more helpful - she even picked us up from the station! A very comfortable cottage kept to a high standard. John from Oldham (24 September 2016)
This little cottage is divine furnished to the highest quality and taste. It is more than just a hotel room it is a luxurious home from home with lots of added extras! walking into the quaint cottage is like walking into your dream home it so beautiful. Not only is it a dream home but it's in a dream location situated just of main street and close to all the main attractions. Furthermore, the owner went the extra mile for me and ensuring I had the best stay ever. I felt so welcome and at home so please do not hesitate and book this little dream haven. Pauline from Fife Scotland (29 August 2016)
Had a lovely stay in the cottage. with super amenities on the doorstep. My only bad point was the parking which to be fair is not the fault of the owners. the blurb does say free of charge parking available 100yards away but it's never empty and only has 3 spaces so I think that may be a little misleading. but all in all a good stay. Alison from Stourbridge (12 August 2016)
This is a very comfortable cottage in an ideal position for accessing the high street, supermarkets and bus stops and just stone's throw from the canal with it's lovely walks on down to the beach. Our hostess couldn't have been kinder or more helpful and we received a very useful welcome pack. Highly recommended. Christine from Thornton Heath (25 June 2016)
