Our second Christmas visit to Riverview, warm comfortable cosy everything needed to cook Christmas dinner. Nice views looking out over boats. A very nice hamper and a Christmas tree. Unfortunately there had been a lot of rain so the river had overflowed and needed wellies to walk through, but it added a few good laughs trying to work out which part was not so deep. So had a great Christmas, didn’t use the day boat which came free with it. Would recommend this apartment.

The day launch was disappointing very old and used we didn't use it

Excellent rental adjacent to the Broads and within walking distance of Wroxham with all its amenities, shops (Roys), restaurants and bars

Good points:
Great location on the river.
The use of a boat during our stay was fabulous.
Well equipped kitchen.
Nice welcome pack including a bottle of bubbles ud83cudf7e
Very clean.
Friendly, helpful reception staff.

Poor points:
Beds were all poor/uncomfortable/broken.
Disappointed there wasn't a riverside walk.
Only a few local shops/restaurants in walking distance.

I would recommend (if the beds were updated/fixed/replaced)
