This cottage is perfect. Immaculately clean, equipped to a very high standard (think dkny bathmat, ralph lauren towels, joules bedding, and lots more), delicious welcome hamper (prosecco, green and black's chocolate, kettle chips), and very helpful owners. Perfectly located for local amenities and sightseeing further afield. Jacqueline (28 July 2017)
Very good holiday lovely weather too Christine (21 July 2017)
The cottage was great. The only problem was the noise. We had to have the windows wide open as it was so hot. The children in the playgroup, the seagulls and the caretaker in the hall all made a lot of noise. The children from about 8.15, the seagulls once from 4 o'clock and the caretaker several times from 6.30 Philip from Guildford (23 June 2017)
We had a great holiday and the cottage was really perfect for us in terms of facilities and location. . the only issue was that the double bed was very hard and so we found it hard to sleep, but others may love a hard bed. Totally recommend the house, the location was fabulous and there was loads to keep the kids happy. . thank you old school mews and thank you broadstairs! Lexi from London (14 April 2017)
I had a 4 night break the last week of march, myself my friend and her 13 month old baby boy. We had a lovely week away weather was surprisingly perfect. Roy & amanda the owners was texting a few days before to arrange the meeting time, roy was there to great us on arrival, he helped us with our overloaded amounts of luggage in to the cottage and showed us around, it really is home from home I didn't want to leave. The cottage was immaculate there was nothing you needed or wanted that they hadn't thought of, even down to cleaning products and everyday needs like milk and a welcome pack on arrival. I asked for recommendations for places to eat and all lived up to the recommendation. Its a stones throw away from the beach and the local town, I expect the cottage gets a little warm upstairs in the warmer months as it was warm when we were there, i'm sure fans would be provided if required. I would highly recommend this cottage and would love to return in the future. Laura from Sidcup Kent (31 March 2017)
A lovely few days away. The house was ideal for our needs and the owner friendly and helpful. Felicity from Addlestone (16 February 2017)
Had a great weekend and loved the cottage. Matt from London (22 January 2017)
We had a really lovely holiday in old school mews. Welcoming in every way, amanda and roy have gone above and beyond to make this a great base to relax and to explore broadstairs. From helpful informative and efficient communications, a welcome hamper and meeting us to exchange keys, our holiday in this lovely cottage was from the outset made very special. Its location is terrific, quiet, central and near the sea, its interior modern, thoughtfully organised, cosy and comfortable. We are already looking forward to returning. Confirmed Guest from London (02 January 2017)
A lovely property, modern but cosy, and spotlessly clean. The welcome pack was much appreciated. Very close to the beach and the town, but also very quiet. Would thoroughly recommend it. Sally from Leicester (31 October 2016)
Apart from the uncomfortable beds and sofas, the cottage is very well presented. The owners were very welcoming and helpful. Overall the cottage is well situated, although one must not expect any open views. Jan from Onehouse (16 September 2016)
