The owner was very pleasant and helpful and we would certainly return here again if we choose Suffolk for a holiday. The beautiful meadow at the back was a bonus and we were allowed to use this for short walks in the evening. The location was excellent for everything we needed and the coast was close by.

Meadow View was warm and welcoming, with some nice treats included for both us and the dog. Everything that we needed was there. It was easy to get to other local beauty spots and we were able to have a very relaxing holiday. We went as two couples and this was an ideal property for our needs. Would recommend.

Lovely cottage set in an idyllic position with pleasant rural scenery and close proximity to local amenities. The hosts are nearby if needed but give their guests as much privacy as required.

Meadow View was a perfect cottage. The meadow at the rear was brilliant for walking our dog and the two secure areas were perfect to allow him to come and go with the doors open. I can’t recommend the cottage highly enough.

First class accommodation! Excellent location if you are seeking peace and quiet.Plenty of room inside and out. Good local pub ( White Horse Hotel) for eating out at lunchtime or the evening. One of the best cottages we have stayed at.

A great place to stay for families wanting to explore Suffolk; especially well set up for dog owners. The owner had very thoughtfully set up everything required for our stay. The cottage was comfortable and well laid out. The enclosed gardens, back and front were ideal for our dog and there was a beautiful 'meadow view', which you could also walk around. The town is strategically placed within easy reach of all the major sites to visit, e.g. Sutton Hoo, Aldeburgh, Southwold and Thorpeness. A few minutes drive away there was a medium sized supermarket with everything you'd need. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Great location only 4 miles from beach, and short distances from many local attractions. Very quiet cottage. Owners only next door if needed. Lovely accessible meadow behind the cottage. Access to local walks very close by. Nearest shop just 1/2 mile, the co-op in Leiston
